Everything seems to be ok, but...: The queues are huge (2 tablets to order), the "Restaurant" is a window in the wall - you sit at randomly scattered tables in the hall of the building - really dirty and unpleasant. But probably the most annoying thing are the irritating and glowing slot machines placed everywhere. You sit down with your sandwich and some glowing one-eyed bandit-style contraption hits your eyes. There is no toilet! (it's a paid one, owned by another restaurant, so you pay). If you can refrain from eating, it's better to look for another "restaurant". Enjoy!

The staff are unable to put together 3 menus correctly.

Overpriced, almost 6 euros are due for a 1.5 liter iced tea.

JUST TERRIBLE!!! No direct service which leads to long queues. Vending machines only work half the time. Food (cold fries). Nobody cares if you ask!

Many families, difficult to hitchhike, unfortunately we will certainly sleep behind the McDonald's, however the restaurant in question is good, but I will not travel from Paris to eat there. Congratulations to the chef for the beautiful mountains on the horizon, let him cook!

I can't recommend it because we could hardly eat because the webs disturbed us due to the lack of cleanliness. We had an order that was around 100 euros but we still had to pay 1 euro for the toilets.

No McPlant Burger on offer just McPlant Nugetts (the crust was so hard as a rock) you couldn't eat them. The wrap arrived ice cold but was edible. Otherwise it's a normal, full McDonald's rest area. There are only 2! Order terminals.

The menu is quite large. There are high chairs for babies, but they do not have belts. There is also another cafe and store in this building. You need to pay 1€ for the toilet. There are two shower rooms. There is also a children's room with a comfortable table for changing baby's clothes. I liked that there is a roll with a towel for the changing table.

Never experienced anything so bottomless! We were the only customers and yet EVERYTHING WAS WRONG! Of 4 burgers one was missing and one was completely wrong... instead of Sprite there was a cola and instead of sweet and sour sauce there was barbecue sauce. 4 employees for an order and then something like that... top performance.

Due to the lack of staff and pressure when serving, the (few) workers behave rudely to loyal customers and skip orders - this needs to be changed as soon as possible!

The shop next door simply had Redbull Yellow

It takes extreme long. Better to go to a restaurant. Friday evening and no staff…. We are waiting more than 20 minutes for our order…

40 minutes waiting time to be dispatched and the food delivered. Definitely has to be the slowest and worst McDonalds in the entire world.

There is a motorway service station with a serway and McDonald's service from McDonald's is good and there is plenty of space

Schrecklich das Personal war überfordert die Pommes wahren lauwarm das Brot und das Fleisch war trocken ich wollte diese mc’Donalds Punkte einlösen die haben nur so getan als ob sie die Punkte einscannen sie sind nicht auf mein mc Donalds Konto drauf gegangen schade….

We were the only ones and waited at least 15min for two burgers and pommes. Also, the taste was questionable, maybe one of the worst bigmacs I had in my life, felt like it was done few days ago. Definitely skip

Ordered takeaway here. The McChicken looked like someone had stepped on it. And throwing the fries into the bag with the opening first is just completely outrageous. Horrible store...

Mitarbeiter waren heillos überfordert mit der Menschenmenge und Bestellungen. Wir haben 20 Minuten auf unser Essen gewartet, während sich an den 2 Bestellterminals die Menschen gesammelt haben & darauf warteten, bestellen zu können. Ich wollte die Mitarbeiter schon fast fragen, ob sie Hilfe brauchen :( Essen war alles in allem trotzdem gut, auch wenn meine Burger schon fast kalt waren. 2 Sterne gibts aus Sympathie für die Mitarbeiter, welche einfach unterbesetzt und absolut überfordert schienen 🫶🏻

Geschmacklich ok, mehr aber auch nicht. Das preis-leistungs- verhältnis stimmt leider überhaupt nicht. 10 € für chickennuggets und pommes bezahlt und überhaupt nicht satt geworden. Service ok, leider nur 2 bestellterminals geöffnet was dazu führt das man sehr lange anstehen muss. Nicht zu empfehlen wenn man eine alternative kennt oder nicht in eile ist.

Essen lauwarm. Überlastet, ein Terminal während der Reisezeit. Müllberge im Aussenbereich. Typisch Autobahn halt.

Eigentlich alles ok. Aber Wartezeiten waren sehr lange.

Wie jeder mc Donalds. Macht nur kein Frühstück 😞. Morgens um 8 dann Cheeseburger essen. Nein danke.

Super Team. Schnell und Essen war frisch. Tisch war sauber. So soll es sein!

Lieber Gruß von Bestellung 131 am 11.01.23. Curlyfries waren da aber große pommes haben gefehlt. Muss man wirklich jede Bestellung kontrollieren? Der Rest war in Ordnung.

A good McDonalds restaurant, the usual setup of the menu plus seasonal menu also, you can sit inside and outside.

Typischer Raststätten MC Donalds. Das Essen relativ teuer, wenn man bedenkt was man da serviert bekommt, und wie wenig die Mitarbeiter verdienen. Aber am Ende besser als nichts.

Es war nicht so berauschend. Es war kalt und die Bedingungen sehr unfreundlich.

Sobald ein Bus kommt, oder einfach mehr los ist, gibt es eine lange Schlange vor dem Bestellautomaten. Lohnt nicht zu warten, der Kaffee nebenan ist besser.

Schlechteste McDonalds Erfahrung bisher. Für Autoraststätte(nicht kleine) Nur zwei Terminials zum elektronisch BESTELLEN . Und dann nur Zwei Mitarbeiter. Geht gar nicht. Alles weitere spar ich mir. Nächstes mal ein paar Kilometer weiter nach Westen Abfahrt und neben der Autobahn MC versuchen.

Ein Mac halt, aber einer von den Guten. Alles picobello und auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Was will man mehr als einen McRib und eine Cola, einen sauberen Tisch und eine saubere Toilette. All das gibt's und dazu noch einen schönen Freisitz.

Mann sollte mindestens eine halbe Stunde vor Ladenschluss da sein! Auch wenn noch mehrere Kunden bestellen wollen wird dennoch geschlossen!

Zu dem Zeitpunkt als ich da war , war die Hölle los. Die haben bis raus aus der Tür angestanden. Da habe ich mir gedacht, ich fahre zum MC Drive. Ich war das einzigste Auto, musste aber 10 Minuten warten , bevor ich überhaupt etwas bestellen durfte.

Die Pommes 🍟 im Restaurant waren kalt und Schrumpfschlauch. Die Currywurst war sehr gut 👍

Dafür das es an einem Rasthof etwas schneller gehen sollte waren die 2 Herren die bedient haben wie zwei schnarchzapfen und wenn ich das Essen zum Mitnehmen bestelle möchte ich es auch in einer Tüte bekommen und nicht auf dem Tablett

Lange Wartezeit hatte essen zum mitnehmen und bekam um dort zu essen, musste leider diskutieren damit ich mein essen mitnehmen konnte

Für eine doch größere Raststätte finde ich zwei Bestellterminals etwas wenig. Es war eine permanente Schlange an Menschen. Die McDonalds Mitarbeiter hatten auf jedenfalls zeit um die Bestellungen abzuarbeiten, die Menschenmenge interessierte sie wenig. Ich finde für so eine Größe sind das zu wenig Mitarbeiter. Positiv ist das die Tischreinigung sehr hinterher war. Jedoch mit Fast Food hat das nix zutun.

Da Raststätte war, war der MC recht voll. Um 22 Uhr schließt er. Auf dem Autobahnschild ist kein Hinweis,dass es ein MC gibt

Raststätte mega voll, bei MC Donalds ging's aber dennoch schnell und halt alles frisch.

Sehr klebrig man traut sich kaum zu Sitzen. Zu wenige Mitarbeiter. Mussten 45 Minuten auf unsere Bestellung warten die dann aber auch kalt war.

Wie meist in Deutschland für Einheimische gut für Ausländer weniger, da das Personal teilweise leider nur der deutschen Sprache mächtig ist. Der Kinderspielplatz ist sehr ungepflegt und der ganze Parkplatz glänzt durch überfüllte Mülleimer und herumliegenden Müll! Sanitär Anlagen sind aber sauber!

Sehr lange Wartezeit (knapp 15 Minuten), da Urlaubszeit. Qualität McDonald üblich.
