It's very busy during the day. The cooked food is very tasty. It seems expensive to me but it's very well prepared. And since you don't know the language and they push you something you don't really want. To raise the price of course. And it's already cooked and if it's not eaten, it's thrown away - right? I'm satisfied with my visit here. If I have the chance, I'll come again. As I mentioned, the food was very tasty.

Too few restrooms, almost a 30-minute wait. Inside, it was like a sauna, stuffy and warm, and eating was no fun.

Good rest stop with fine food and clean toilets

Like every rest stop in Germany, it's extremely overpriced. I mean, a 200ml shower gel costs €10, which is ridiculous. Even a magnet to take with you costs €15.

We went to McDonald's in the evening and it was very clean and there was plenty of space. We got the food quickly and it was nice.

We can only rate the rest stop itself. The dining room is dirty, and the staff pushes the collected dirt under the tables. The children's play area inside is tiny. This rest stop is not recommended for children in bad weather.

The restrooms actually deserve negative points. For one euro, we got neither clean toilets, nor toilet paper, nor soap, nor paper towels. An absolute disgrace!

1 small coffee - 1 large coffee = 10€ is quite expensive but the staff is friendly.

Normally, Serways is synonymous with clean restrooms. At least, that's what I thought. These restrooms were a total disappointment. Paying €1 for restrooms that were riddled with urine scale. On top of that, some of the stalls were missing toilet paper and had a very strong smell. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend them.

The restrooms were very dirty. Toilet paper was everywhere, and some of the previous occupant's leftovers were still in the restroom. Paper towels were empty, and the designated trash cans were overflowing. €1 was definitely too much for this condition.

Horrible restrooms tonight! Dirty, smelly, and the seats aren't even sanitized. You pay a euro for that! Thanks for nothing! One star is too many!

My review from August 2020 was not published. I was loudly denied access to the restroom at the time. I informed the employee that I couldn't wear a mask and that I had a certificate to do so. He insisted on seeing it, threatened me with the police and even with expulsion. I was then able to have a normal conversation with a very friendly colleague and was finally "allowed" to use the restroom. And then: I've never experienced such a terrible state of the restrooms at Serway's before or since.

1 star is still an exaggeration!! Paying €1 for the toilet - okay... Great, then you can redeem it in full. The toilets... the worst you could expect! Completely filthy, no toilet paper, no paper towels - but the waste bins are overflowing... Thanks for nothing!!!

We all know that prices at rest stops are expensive, but this one is even higher, which is outrageous. This makes it harder to sell products. No wonder so many went bankrupt. P.S. and mobile mixers from temu for €40

Known standard, but some devices are defective or not switched on. Cleanliness went like this.

A bit sluggish when you're hungry. A McDonalds right on the highway with only two order monitors is a bit small. But what is strange: kitchen staff with a full beard without a hair net/beard net? Jewelry on your hands and fingers when preparing food? I don't know that from the catering industry.

Rest area with the usual range of travel supplies, food and drinks.

I paid one euro for the toilet, but it was not clean at all. It was the first time in Germany that I used a paid toilet that was not clean despite the fee.

Nice, large and clean parking, friendly staff. You can get water at the gas station. Clean showers (3 euros), and toilets (1 euro)

super nice, friendly, helpful staff. As a frequent traveler, I had to share this “positive” experience here with other people. The gentleman at McDonald's - I think the manager - was very competent and friendly, as was the gentleman at the coffee bar... Many other rest stops and their employees can take a lesson from this! super super super people! we'll be back! lg

Typically quite expensive on the motorway

Like all their restaurants and resorts... Everything that such a place should have in this company, they try to offer it... The hygiene is not always at the level at all stops, but that is also up to us who use their services

A quick visit to the toilet for €1. There is also a McDonald's with vending machines.

1 employee waited in line for 20 minutes with my family because one employee was cashing orders and packing food

I often visit this resort. You have water to pour at the car dispensers. The toilet is not very clean, but sanifer is like that in all of Germany. You have mc cafe and that's always enough for me. It's hard to find parking for trucks after 5 pm on weekdays.

I'm only evaluating the sanitary facilities here. For €1 I expect the cleanliness promised by Sanifair. In the women's restrooms, 2 toilets were full of toilet paper and feces. Soap appeared to be empty.... There was no paper in a men's room and the seat was too dirty to sit down on. An employee was standing at the entrance and apparently wasn't responsible for cleaning? Overall, the toilet facilities make a very run-down impression. I contacted Serways and got the answer that it would be taken care of.

Worst rest stop visit ever. If you pay for the toilets it would be nice if it looked better than an old train station toilet. Maybe it was just a bad day, but unfortunately that's all I can rate.

The operators should take a look at the rest stops in Poland

The toilets are a disaster. Very dirty. In the women's and men's toilets. Sry but this is really embarrassing.

Surprisingly the food was pretty good (didn't eat at McDonalds). This is not always the case at rest stops. Using the toilet costs 1 euro, but you get it back as a voucher. Were only here for a short time. But everything was fine.

Normal Serways rest stop, petrol prices are outrageous

People are how they eat... Tables dirty, floor dirty, the return carts were so full that the garbage was already falling out, but no one from the staff had lifted it... Only the food was ready quickly, but that was probably because it didn't take long to put it together...

Clean toilets, but that's not all that makes a good rest stop. 1€ for “just peeing”, and reasons that are sometimes laughable. Maybe the operator should, if he isn't even with the other operator of the whole rest stop,... whatever... The McD isn't that plump either. Food cold, no plan...

Rest area is ok so far, everything you need for a break, but the toilet facility is too small for the large number of guests and far too clean, please put the €1 for using the toilet into cleaning the toilets.

Great gas station but LPG far too expensive

At all the rest stops on our trip to Italy and back, using the toilet cost €0.50... Here you pay €1!? But it also smells bad and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired! DON'T LIKE! The prices in the attached kiosk are a disgrace... You pay €6 for a can of Monster Energy here... Not to mention the prices for chocolate or other sweets. The parking lot outside stinks because everyone is saving €1.... The children's play areas outside are completely filled with rubbish... We said goodbye as quickly as possible.... Good negative example of what a motorway rest stop should NOT look like!

Always a good stop, nice staff, clean toilet

We stayed overnight here at the rest stop, it was great! Not the dear drivers who think it's a race track or a discotheque, everything else is very clean and as quiet as a rest stop can be. The planes that fly above you as they approach Munich airport are also nice

Untidy toilet, locked disabled toilet, parking in places reserved for disabled people. Chaos!

I took the bus and only had a 20 minute break. I got in line and wanted to order coffee. The lady at the checkout said no, I have to order from the machine. I queued again until it was my turn and the machine was out of order. I went back to the checkout to say that the machine is broken, I just want a coffee, no, I should wait until the machine is repaired and so the break was already over...

Enough choice, schnitzel menu is recommended

Charge 1 euro for a visit to the toilet and then offer such a mess. Soap...on towels...on dryer...piece Floor really too gross for words. Garbage bins...overflowing

A busy motorway services with a Macdonald's. It only has two self service terminals which causes a major holdup.

Nice big rest stop. Enough parking spaces and clean.

For 1 euro on the toilet I expect at least one soap dispenser/paper dispenser to work. Not to mention something like cleanliness.
