Ein guter Zwischenstopp für eine Mittagspause auf dem Weg nach Dovcu.

Der Gestank, Exkremente auf dem Boden, verstopfte Toiletten und überall Fliegenschwärme.

Die Toiletten für 1 Euro waren nicht so schön.

20 Uhr angekommen. 4-köpfige Familie. 4x 1€ für die Nutzung der Toiletten. Bei den Herren hat es übelst gerochen. Ein WC verstopft. Bei den Damen 2 verstopfte Toiletten. Zusätzlich ein Blecheimer unter einem WC, der Überlaufendes auffängt. Mc Donald's stark überfüllt. Die Rückgabewagen voll. Im Außenbereich quillen die Aschenbecher über. Beim Kaffeeautomaten von Serways stehen und liegen die Becher teilweise neben dem SB Automaten herum. Immerhin das wenige Personal lächelt.

Ein toller Ort, um frische Luft zu schnappen und etwas zu essen oder zu trinken, oder um schnell die Toilette aufzusuchen.

Volle und kostenpflichtige Toiletten

Raststätte an der Autobahn, Toiletten waren in Ordnung. Es gibt einen Mc Donalds, und die typischen Raststätten Gerichte + Kaffee. Preislich wie überall in Deutschland.

Wir waren heute für einen kurzen Boxenstopp auf unserer Rückreise aus Kroatien vor Ort. Auf unserer gesamten Urlaubsreise war das mit Abstand der unsauberste Rasthof. Überall lagen Papier- und Essensreste vom großen M und die Sauberkeit der Toiletten lies sehr zu wünschen übrig. Von der vollen Windel bis zum benutzten Toilettenpapier lag einiges auf dem Boden. Auf unsere Frage nach dem Schlüssel für den Wickelraum (2 Babys dabei) bekamen wir nur eine unfreundliche Antwort, dass wohl besetzt wäre. Das wäre in den südlichen Nachbarländern so nicht vorgekommen.

Es handelt sich um eine Raststätte mit Tankstelle und Speisemöglichkeit an der Autobahn.

Dusche für 3 €, alles sauber, Toilette neben der Dusche. Freundliches Personal, insgesamt sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten für LKW-Fahrer. 👍🏼

Leckeres Essen entlang der Hauptstraße. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

In der Reisezeit sehr überlaufen, nicht alle Kassen geöffnet, es hat 10 Minuten gedauert bis ich meine überteuerte Tankfüllung bezahlen konnte.

Alles was es an einer Raststätte braucht. Toiletten waren sauber.

Schnapp dir eine Tasse Kaffee und entspann dich.

Gute Raststätte, allerdings könnten die Toiletten ein bisschen Sauberer sein. Auch die Toilettentechnik ist nicht mehr in Ordnung. Wer sitzt, hat durchaus die Möglichkeit die Toilettensitzreinigung live zu erleben

Das Essen schmeckte sehr gut, frisches Gemüse, freundliches Personal. Moderate Preise.

Ein sehr praktischer Rastplatz nach dem Pass, besonders wenn man von der kroatischen Küste kommt. Er ist sauber, bietet ausreichend Benzin, Proviant und ein Café.

Ich kann nur die Toilette und den Shop bewerten. Die Toilette war eine solide 6/10. Es lag kein Müll, Tücher, Klopapier herum das passt. Das WC in den Kabinen ist selbstreinigend. Gut gemeint, schlecht umgesetzt, beim Reinigungsvorgang hört es sich an, als würde es kaputt gehen. Klopapier hat 2 Lagen- Ausbaufähig! Das größte Problem an der Toilette ist der Wasserhahn beim Händewaschen. Der Wasserdruck hier ist so enorm, dass man sich die gesamte Kleidung einnässt. Aufgrund der von mir genannten Punkte würde ich hier den Preis von 1€ senken. Etwa auf 50Cent. Im Shop habe ich mir ein Wasser gekauft. 0,75l 4€- damit habe ich aber schon gerechnet. Daher nicht so tragisch. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und sprach neben Deutsch und Englisch auch Italienisch. Das ist gut 👍🏻. Alles in allem 3/5 Sterne.

Um 22 Uhr war Mc Donalds schon geschlossen. Im Bistro auch jeine große Auswahl mehr.

Erst Anlaufstelle in Deutschland. In der Ferienzeit total überlaufen. 1 Stunde warten beim McDonalds.

Für die Toilettenbenutzung muss man 1 € bezahlen, aber der Zustand ist absolut schrecklich. Die Toiletten waren sehr schmutzig, überall Urin, Müll lag herum und Toilettenpapier fehlte. Für eine kostenpflichtige Toilette ist das einfach nicht akzeptabel. Sehr enttäuschend.

Angenehm aufgefallen ist mir, dass das Mittagessen schon 10.30 Uhr verfügbar war. Auch ein appetitlich aussehendes Salatbuffet stand zur Verfügung.

Die Toiletten waren sehr ungepflegt und dreckig. Überall lag nasses Papier am Boden weil der Abfalleimer überlief und es war kein Papier mehr vorhanden zum Händeabtrocknen. Nicht zu empfehlen?

Wir waren am 01.06.2026 an dieser Raststätte und sind von den sanitären Anlagen sehr enttäuscht. Sowohl die Herren- als auch die Damentoiletten waren in einem äußerst unhygienischen Zustand. Der Boden, die Waschbecken und die WC-Schüsseln waren stark verschmutzt. In mehreren Toiletten befanden sich Fäkalien, die offensichtlich bereits seit längerer Zeit nicht entfernt worden waren. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass für die Nutzung der Toiletten ein Entgelt erhoben wird. Für einen kostenpflichtigen Service erwarten wir deutlich bessere Sauberkeit und regelmäßige Reinigung. Der Zustand der Anlagen war für uns nicht akzeptabel und hinterließ einen sehr schlechten Eindruck.

Eine 1,5-Liter-Flasche Wasser kostete im Regal 3,79 Euro, an der Kasse 4 Euro... sehr teure Produkte.

Essen wird Lieblos zusammen gelegt. Versalzene Pommes Shake war total flüssig. Mit viel Ketchup zu ertragen.

Ein komfortabler und geräumiger Rastplatz mit ausreichend Parkplätzen. Im Inneren befinden sich ein üblicher Kiosk und ein großer Gusticus-Imbiss mit warmen und kalten Speisen. Das Sanifair-System ist hier ebenfalls verfügbar: 1 € für die Toilettenbenutzung können beim Kauf an einer anderen Raststätte, die das Sanifair-System nutzt, vollständig angerechnet werden. Die alten 0,50-€-Gutscheine sind weiterhin gültig. Es gibt jedoch eine kleine Änderung: Die Gutscheine können nun nur noch für Speisen und Getränke, nicht mehr für Zeitschriften oder ähnliche Artikel eingelöst werden.

Ein toller Ort für eine Auszeit und einen Kurzurlaub. Absolut empfehlenswert! 🙂

Ausgezeichnete Produkte, der mit Käse gefüllte Burek ist perfekt... das Personal ist höflich und professionell.

Der Automat funktionierte nicht richtig, die Schlange staute sich, und nachdem ich bezahlt hatte und hineingehen wollte, ging die Tür nicht auf. Sofort kam eine Angestellte heraus und schrie mich auf Deutsch an: „Nein!“ Ich schrie zurück, dass ich bezahlt hätte und sie mir nicht einfach „Nein!“ sagen solle. Keine sehr nette Dame.

Dirty toilets, leaks are caught in plastic containers, and urine collects there! No paper refills. You'd have to pay to go in.

If your journey takes you down this road, first look for the next one and rest, especially at night. This was a very unpleasant experience, trash everywhere, trash cans not emptied, toilets messy and cluttered, tables outside scattered and covered with food scraps and packaging, recommendation is to continue on.

Rest stop with everything you need. Restrooms clean. Employees seem motivated.

Two very nice young men served us, super friendly, kind, and accommodating...while we were passing through from Austria to Germany...the salad bar was very appetizingly presented and the price/performance ratio was excellent. We were able to redeem all six of our €1 Sanifair coupons. We'll be happy to come again; it was a very pleasant experience.

The rest stop was great for us; they offered vegetarian dishes and a large, delicious salad buffet. The prices were perfectly reasonable. And you could sit comfortably outside. The staff were also very friendly.

Overcrowded as hell, basic human behavior is completely ignored.

The first impression isn't very good. Cigarette butts are everywhere, and trash is emptied next to half-full trash cans. We didn't use the restaurant. I'd give the outdoor cleanliness only two stars. There's definitely room for improvement.

It's very busy during the day. The cooked food is very tasty. It seems expensive to me but it's very well prepared. And since you don't know the language and they push you something you don't really want. To raise the price of course. And it's already cooked and if it's not eaten, it's thrown away - right? I'm satisfied with my visit here. If I have the chance, I'll come again. As I mentioned, the food was very tasty.

Good rest stop with fine food and clean toilets

Too few restrooms, almost a 30-minute wait. Inside, it was like a sauna, stuffy and warm, and eating was no fun.

Like every rest stop in Germany, it's extremely overpriced. I mean, a 200ml shower gel costs €10, which is ridiculous. Even a magnet to take with you costs €15.

We went to McDonald's in the evening and it was very clean and there was plenty of space. We got the food quickly and it was nice.

We can only rate the rest stop itself. The dining room is dirty, and the staff pushes the collected dirt under the tables. The children's play area inside is tiny. This rest stop is not recommended for children in bad weather.

The restrooms actually deserve negative points. For one euro, we got neither clean toilets, nor toilet paper, nor soap, nor paper towels. An absolute disgrace!

1 small coffee - 1 large coffee = 10€ is quite expensive but the staff is friendly.

Normally, Serways is synonymous with clean restrooms. At least, that's what I thought. These restrooms were a total disappointment. Paying €1 for restrooms that were riddled with urine scale. On top of that, some of the stalls were missing toilet paper and had a very strong smell. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend them.

The restrooms were very dirty. Toilet paper was everywhere, and some of the previous occupant's leftovers were still in the restroom. Paper towels were empty, and the designated trash cans were overflowing. €1 was definitely too much for this condition.

My review from August 2020 was not published. I was loudly denied access to the restroom at the time. I informed the employee that I couldn't wear a mask and that I had a certificate to do so. He insisted on seeing it, threatened me with the police and even with expulsion. I was then able to have a normal conversation with a very friendly colleague and was finally "allowed" to use the restroom. And then: I've never experienced such a terrible state of the restrooms at Serway's before or since.

1 star is still an exaggeration!! Paying €1 for the toilet - okay... Great, then you can redeem it in full. The toilets... the worst you could expect! Completely filthy, no toilet paper, no paper towels - but the waste bins are overflowing... Thanks for nothing!!!

We all know that prices at rest stops are expensive, but this one is even higher, which is outrageous. This makes it harder to sell products. No wonder so many went bankrupt. P.S. and mobile mixers from temu for €40

Known standard, but some devices are defective or not switched on. Cleanliness went like this.

A bit sluggish when you're hungry. A McDonalds right on the highway with only two order monitors is a bit small. But what is strange: kitchen staff with a full beard without a hair net/beard net? Jewelry on your hands and fingers when preparing food? I don't know that from the catering industry.

Rest area with the usual range of travel supplies, food and drinks.

The gentleman at McDonald's - I think the manager - was very competent and friendly, as was the gentleman at the coffee bar... Typically quite expensive on the motorway

Like all their restaurants and resorts... Everything that such a place should have in this company, they try to offer it... The hygiene is not always at the level at all stops, but that is also up to us who use their services
