Went on a men's tour in Bergen for the weekend. Went there. We were thrilled. Good beer, funny host and good-humored, friendly locals. We had fun and laughed a lot.

Food (subscription) was good and plentiful. Service very friendly. Only one other guest was very loud, but the landlady kindly asked him to be quieter.

Unique restaurant....self-service, but that's due to the lack of staff, view over Bergen into the mountains. Large beer garden, honest, home-style cooking. Friendly service at the counter.....I'll be happy to come back 🍻🥨 Ate a really delicious duck today...

We cannot recommend the Öderkaseralm. In the first week “after the first Corona lockdown” the innkeepers should actually be motivated. This is definitely not the case here. Instead of greeting us as guests or assigning us a table, they preferred to sit at the regulars' table and loudly make some Corona jokes. When we were noticed, the service was confused and cold. You didn't feel welcome. To make matters worse, our food was taken, but five minutes later we were informed that none of the three dishes were available. Of course things can go out, but ultimately it remains a question of communication and how you teach the guest. At this point it should have been clear to us that this couldn't happen anymore. We were hungry and ordered cheese spaetzle, which definitely didn't deserve the name. The spaetzle looked like pearl barley, was dry and tasted really horrible. We absolutely cannot recommend this Alm for the reasons mentioned, also because the operators don't seem to care at all whether the guest is satisfied or dissatisfied. Instead, we prefer to go a little further to Bachschmiedkaser. Here we were warmly welcomed, well looked after and the snack tasted very good. Two stars because the drinks were okay and fairly priced.

Eating out if you order normally is always there. If you want to order using the app...disaster! Either something is not available again according to the app, but this can then be entered normally on site in the ordering terminal, so you have to queue again... I'm wondering why the mobile ordering function in the app is there. Apparently not everything is transmitted correctly, every fifth time it is prepared for consumption on site, even though I always click on "take away". Yesterday I wanted to order via the app, suddenly there was a technical error and I had to get in line again on site. I was allowed to pay on site, half an hour later I received a payment receipt from PayPal for the same amount, even though I had paid in cash on site. I always pay in the app via PayPal (if it works). I often think about whether I should take the route to Grabenstätt or Haslach. The display terminal also often has errors; the number is often only displayed 5 minutes after the order has been placed, or not at all - leading to confusion and uncertainty.

We only had Leberkäs roll and 2 coffees, Leberkäs was cold, coffee was inedible, at 9:00 the McDonald's next door opens, I hope it's better there
