It's outrageous! I ordered a Plant McWrap and got meat. The staff there are so unqualified. They can't read. Everyone is unfriendly, even though they greet you politely. It's just disgusting there.

There was a burnt insect in my netted potatoes; it must have been in the deep fryer. I'm very disgusted and this is the last time I've been to McDonald's in Schwedt!!

I'm extremely disappointed; they never serve ice cream. I've been there four times, and they haven't offered regular ice cream... Only chocolate or mango, which is saying something. The staff are very nice, though.

The service and atmosphere were excellent. But after eating my fries, I felt sick, just like after eating the nuggets. I ended up getting an upset stomach.

The food was freshly prepared, hot, and delicious! I'm not used to that from MC.

Excellent poppy, of course it can't be compared with the Ukrainian or Polish analogue, but for Germany it's a great place, always adequate staff, and the food is served quickly 👍👍

Far too few vegetarian/vegan alternatives. BK offers even more. Hygiene has deteriorated so much...

Ordered a McDrive and upon checking, discovered something was missing. When I returned, they delivered the wrong drink. When I got home, I discovered the toy was missing from my Happy Meal. Another great first impression this year.

Unfortunately, I have to inform you that I am not satisfied with the food there. Recently, my fiancée and I bought royala and nuggets. The next day, I had stomach pain and diarrhea. The meat tasted like it had 1 kg of salt in it and was disgusting. I definitely do not recommend it, and the hygiene inspectorate itself should be aware of this restaurant's standards. Thank you for wasting your money and trust.

I'm sorry, but the place has gotten so dirty. The employees are absolutely rude and completely overwhelmed. The drivers are very nice and always friendly. But the rest of the staff leaves a lot to be desired, and even the food has become unbearable. The sauces run down the side, and the salad from the burgers seems to be thrown next to the burgers. It's sad what's become of this place. No amount of horses could get me in there anymore. You're really ashamed of yourselves; how can you run a place so badly?

What can I say? A modern fast-food temple. Sometimes it's crowded, sometimes there are only two or three customers. Always tidy and the staff is super friendly.

Clean McDonald's with friendly staff who, despite not speaking English very well, talked to me with a smile without any stress. The order was prepared quite quickly. The food itself is similar to what you can find in other McDonald's in Europe, but I have the impression that the sauces here (both those in burgers and dips for fries) are much more sour, which in my opinion works against it. Plus the burgers were put together very carelessly. And the bigger ones did not have those triangular papers in which they are usually put, which is why the whole burger kept falling apart while I was eating it and eventually everything, including my hands, face and cup of drink, was covered in grease and sauces. There were not enough napkins to completely wipe it off, and since you can't help yourself to them at the counter, I had to ask the dirty staff for more napkins. Of course, this wasn't a problem for them, but it would have been enough to put a container of napkins on the counter so that everyone could help themselves.

We went to McDonald's today after a long time. We were very disappointed with everything. The staff clearly didn't want to work. The trash was piled high on the trolleys. The tables weren't wiped down, and there was trash lying all over the floor. There was more ice in the drinks than anything else. It was just sad.

The food is tasteless! I had a "MC Rib with 2x Bacon." It was tasteless, so bad you wouldn't have recognized it with your eyes closed. You couldn't even taste the bacon. When I ordered, I requested "ice cubes in my Coke" as an extra, but they didn't offer any!!! McDonald's isn't my thing, as long as they have staff who think about their work and don't care about the way the food looks and tastes!

The new buns are absolutely terrible; they just make your stomach churn! McDonald's hasn't done itself any favors with this.

You stand in line forever, there is absolute chaos behind the counter, unfriendly staff who even complain at the customers. That doesn't work at all! Waited 30 minutes for the pre-ordered goods - it was a menu. Unfortunately once again extremely disappointed with this store!

I'm sorry, but there was no table service, all the play areas for children were closed or they couldn't play. The slide is no longer there! And then supposedly all the Minecraft characters were gone, but all the customers after me got some! So for me, one of the worst McDonalds restaurants! With distance !

Sorry but conscientious employees don't even open their mouths, neither hello nor a sum that has to be paid. So really poor performance if you don't feel like working with guests you should change jobs!

I only get ½ a cup full of coffee and the rest is just foam and then it is sold at a high price, so if you have to pay a lot for a coffee or a drink then I find that the cup is completely full and not only the ½ cup, you are not even greeted and you are overwhelmed when a customer like me adds something to a coffee if the drink is not enough you should also pay ½ of the price and that could also somehow indicate what the coffee is in the cups It's not hot but almost cold and I don't like that. I want to enjoy my coffee hot and not cold

February 20, 2025 around 6:00 p.m I got a cola that didn't have a bit of carbonic acid in it. My lack of understanding about it caused a lot of attention on her part... I was shocked to discover that the Sprite I got in exchange didn't contain any CO² either. Please be a little more customer-oriented next time ladies 😊

After asking several questions, my coffee wasn't brought or given to me and I wasn't given any monetary compensation, so I can't recommend this place

Schwedter McDonalds is a disaster beyond words. Upon delivery, McFlury was thrown ice with the Coke and water in a bag without thinking. A What can B What could and C What will happen if you don't package it separately. And they charge a high surcharge when ordering just because you want it delivered.

They refused to pay for the order (I paid 200 euros) because they thought that I had printed this money. Even though poppy seeds didn’t differ in taste from poppy seeds, the whole team explained the same thing to me, 2/10 - the service would have changed completely

I don't know what's going on with McDonald's these days but the quality leaves a lot to be desired. The Burgers are really greasy even on the outside and salads look like they've been sitting there for hours, so they're no longer fresh and the chicken in the salad is really hard. You can't offer that anymore!!

Annoying group of McDonald's suppliers who feel like they're at home in the "restaurant" and complain to customers all the time and make inappropriate comments if, for example, they stay seated a little longer.

The 9 nuggets we ordered only had 8 nuggets in it.

The staff is friendly, not all of the orders were brought, but the girl immediately apologized and warned that they would deliver in a few minutes. And so it was. Children were greeted and given sweets at the entrance. It was quite clean inside, outside was closed, the slide was closed and blinded with yellow tape. Maybe reconstruction, maybe it's not the season anymore.

Overall good service, i.e. delivery. The only thing that bothers me is that many of the burgers I got had “heartless” toppings. So I open the "box" and then it's not neat, but rather a mess.

Been here for the first and last time. Unfriendly staff. The employees shout at each other. An employee stands in the kitchen in a T-shirt and sweatpants, then he goes to the counter, puts eye drops in himself, goes back behind the counter and continues working straight away. Mind you, without washing your hands first. Dirt is cleared away by the suppliers when they are there and waiting for their order. The cash register wasn't served at all, we were only served when the lady behind the counter instructed another employee. We waited almost 20 minutes until then. The McRIP was totally dry and barely edible. The McCrispy was more than Cross. It was more of a McVerburnt Crispy. I've already experienced a lot. But this store is a disgrace to McDonald's.

The food is mostly good. The employees are a bit moody. This should be worked on.

I don't even know where to start, for the most part, absolutely unfriendly staff/behind the counter. Then constantly the wrong food, the employees shout at each other in front of the customers and if you drive on the Mc Drive you only get half the price, the delivery drivers can feel sorry for you because they have to absorb the anger from the customers being delivered!!!! But if you go in here, you can really tell, cheap labor with a small handful of exceptions

Part of the order was forgotten, when asked, the question was asked in an extremely unfriendly manner: "What else does he want now", far from a friendly smile. Mistakes can happen to anyone, but the subsequent manner should be appropriate. Smiling doesn't hurt! Service really underground!

With grandchildren there... Slide broken... It should work during the holiday season! Tables outside dirty and floor totally filthy (paper, waste and butts endlessly.. The wrong food was given but others were still able to keep it.. Correct order was brought... Service was nice... But... Ambience questionable..

McDonalds... I only went there because my niece and nephew really wanted to.

There have been no shakes, McSundays or frappés for months. How come?! This really pisses me off! Unfortunately, the employees are not very motivated. Not exactly unfriendly, but at least emotionless. I know they are often treated unkindly themselves, but it would be nice if the guests, who are friendly and respectful, would sometimes receive a smile and a "bon appetit" or "have a nice day" in return. You should definitely always check whether everything you ordered is in the bags, because unfortunately something is often missing, and it's not always just small things like the sauces, sometimes entire burgers are missing. It feels like half the restaurant is occupied by the guys/girls from the delivery service or at least their transport boxes. It always seems a bit restless, so I don't like eating directly in the restaurant. I haven't used the delivery service yet, so I can't rate it.

I had dinner there yesterday. The burgers tasted like they had been warmed up again in the microwave. The rolls were hot and wobbly. The chicken meat is soft as if cooked. Same with the breading. I've never had my meal like this at McDonald's before. The service was quick and friendly. Next time I'll be back at Burger King.

Unfortunately, MC Donalds is slowing down a lot, out of 10 items in the order there are usually only 6 items in it. Unfortunately, they said it again yesterday, and yes, it has happened quite often in the last few months...it's a shame

Just got takeaway food. Unfortunately, when we unpacked it, we discovered that half of it was missing. We paid for everything, so next time I'll have to unpack the bags and check whether everything is in there...🤬🤬

Von unfreundlich, bis affig-unprofessionell. Mein Arbeitgeber arbeitet mit McDonald’s zusammen und ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass ein einziges Lokal deutschlandweit, so arbeitet besser gesagt, so ein Personal beschäftigt wie hier, wahrscheinlich findet es nichts besseres. Es tut mir leid, dass entweder die Mitarbeiter nichts mehr lernen wollen und sich nicht entwickeln können…. Die Fahrer, egal ob deutsch oder ausländisch immer topfreundlich alles picobello. Die Leute hinter dem Telefon/Theke, die sozusagen nicht ihre Visage zeigen müssen, unfassbar bis absolut lausig. Die Rezensionen diese gelesen habe und nicht von niedrigste zuerst hier habe, sprechen für sich selbst. Es würde mich nicht wundern, wenn regelmäßig in die Burger rein gespuckt wird aus Frust und Wut über die Perspektivlosigkeit der Mitarbeiter in Schwedt IM Restaurant. Ich schreibe selten Rezension oder Feedback negative tippen, da ist mir viel zu erbärmlich ist, das musst du da gesagt werden. Ich hoffe der Besitzer beziehungsweise die Besitzer nämlich der Unternehmerverband Barnim setzt sich langsam explizit mit den Bewertungen auseinander, sonst könnt ihr den Laden schließen da McDonald’s Gruppe einer der höchsten Anforderungen in Deutschland an den Tag legt. Also viel Erfolg ihr Miesepeter im Lokal. Wir lachen zusammen über eure Unfassbarkeit 👍🏼…. Wir hier schon mehr als 3000 € ausgegeben haben locker. Daher mal was drehen Und einfach euren Job machen. Wenn ihr keine Lust habt, fettige Fertigpattys und mit Konservierungsstoffen komplett belasteten Fritten zu braten oder zu frittieren, solltet ihr euch fortbilden, nennt sich Fortbildung -> berufliche Fortbildung. Niemand kann für eure aktive Perspektivlosigkeit etwas. Viel Glück an Faulheit nicht zu verhindern. Danke.

Die Autos werden gezwungen an der Sprechanlage zu warten, um die Statistik von der Filiale zu schonen. 20 Minuten auf Essen zu warten ist ein absolutes No-Go !!!

-5° und Gefühlte -7° und wider mal Eiswürfel in die Getränke kann man das nicht BITTE sein lassen Würde die Eiswürfeln in Winter generell raus lassen ...

Die Wartezeiten am Drive-in sind eine komplette Katastrophe, keine Ahnung was oder warum es so lange dauert aber für ein FastFood Retsaurant absolut unterirdisch.

Wir müssen immer kontrollieren weil bis jetzt immer was gefehlt hat. An der Decke ist es staubig dass schon etwas Staub runter kommt .

Meine Frau und ich essen dort nur Eis und das ist wirklich lecker 😋. Können wir nur empfehlen.

Sehr langsamer Service, ich weiß nicht, ob das am Mangel an Leuten oder an mangelnder Arbeitsbereitschaft liegt.

Meistens bestellen wir zum Mitnehmen. Leider muss man immer kontrollieren sonst fehlt etwas. Genau wie heute - mein Mann hat nicht kontrolliert und das Happy Meal ist bezahlt und fehlt.

Viel Kundenkontakt haben die Mitarbeiter nicht. Denn die Bestellautomaten machen die Arbeit. Die Mitarbeiterin vorne war super unfreundlich und sehr gernervt... und dann sollten die noch zählen lernen. 9 nuggets bestellt und bezahlt und 8 bekommen. zum kotzen dieser Laden

Service meist sehr unfreundlich. Heißgetränke nie erhältlich. Immer ist die Kaffeemaschine defekt. Mehrfach kein Heißgetränk erhalten in kürzester Zeit.

Schnell und sauber und auch zuverlässig egal zu welcher Uhrzeit

Typischer McDonald's nach neuem Konzept mitten im Gewerbegebiet von Schwedt. Wir haben auf der Anfahrt bereits per App bestellt, bezahlt und vor Ort nur den Tisch samt Bedienung ausgewählt. Das Essen kam schnell, wirkte frisch zubereitet und die Bestellung war vollständig. Es waren genügend Parkplätze vorhanden und die Toiletten sauber. Dort kann man gerne hingehen.

Ich gehe nicht gern in fast food Restaurants. Aber ab und an schon. Hier ist es sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Alles geht schnell und man bekommt auch sein Essen an den Tisch gebracht.

Mc Donalds war einmal gut. Dafür ist es heutzutage teurer denje... Widerlich! Oder einfach nur ne Geschmackssache ^^

War jetzt nach 5 Jahren das erste.mal wieder da. Am Terminal die Bestellung aufgegeben, als Barzahler habe ich 5-10min warten müssen, damit man mein Geld nimmt. Bis die Bestellung fertig war, habe ich auch nochmal 10-15 Minuten gewartet. Barzahler scheinen wohl nicht gerne dort gesehen. Finde es dort schlecht organisiert alles. Zu Stoßzeiten lange warte Zeiten. Der Burger hat zwar geschmeckt, hab aber das Gefühl die sind kleiner geworden. Aber preislich ist selber machen günstiger.. Pommes haben sich noch nicht geändert, immer noch labbrig.

Essen schmeckt echt lecker, nur schade das die Strohhalme nur noch für Shakes sind. Tischservice ist super. Alles schön warm vom Grill.

Also eigentlich kann man sich generell gar nicht beschweren nur das einzige was mich etwas sauer gemacht hat war , dass die Chilli cheese nuggets nicht mehr im Sortiment sind. Kommen die wieder zurück oder bleibt das so ?

Was soll man sagen MC Donalds halt. Es ist sauber und freundliches Personal.

Das Ambiente,der Service und das Essen war, wie überall bei Mc Donald's, OK. Aber die Coca Cola und die Fanta mit soviel Eis zu verwässern, das oben drauf eine teilweise bis zu 5 cm dicke Eisschicht schwimmt, so dass der eigentliche super Geschmack der Getränke kaum noch zu schmecken war. Eigentlich schade. Aber daran sieht man, auch mit Eiswürfeln kann man reich werden.

Wir hatten heute Glück als wir uns für MC Donald entschieden, denn wir wurden vor Ort freundlich ,humorvoll und mit Charme,direkt an der Kasse bedient. Das Team war jung und Motiviert auch um 20Uhr. Bringservice an den Tisch und es gab noch eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Überlisten der Videozeitmessung wird hier groß geschrieben. Um Zeit "einzusparen", natürlich aus Sicht der Filiale, wird der Kunde gebeten, noch am Bestellschalter stehen zu bleiben .... ,um dann nach 3-4 min Vorfahren zu dürfen zum bezahlen. Clever, denn währendessen scheint der Kunde ja noch zu bestellen . Dass allerdings,in dann letztendlich 6-8 min nur ein Kunde abgefertigt wurde, weil dem Hinteren dann das gleiche auferlegt wurde, wird nicht bedacht. Also überlisten auf Kosten des Kunden . Ob das so seitens des Unternehmens gewollt ist, wage ich zu bezweifeln. Der Qualität des Essens ist dennoch nicht schlecht... Typisch McDonald's halt. Aber der fade Beigeschmack macht es dann doch wieder schlecht . Wir sind wieder beim Slow food angekommen .... Schade Schwedt, das lief schon einmal besser .

Mit der Videozeitmessung wird am Drive ordentlich geschummelt, man wird am Schalter zum bestellen hingehalten und aufgefordert nicht weiterzufahren. Das bezahlen über die App ist nicht möglich und scheinbar einkalkuliert, so muss man am nächsten Fenster erneut bezahlen und als Kunde hoffen das keine doppelte Abbuchung vorgenommen wird. Auf Nachfrage wird man abgewimmelt das es häufig nicht funktioniert.Schnelles bestellen und Fast Food war einmal in Schwedt. Kundenorientiert sieht anders aus.

Bürger wurden angeblich frisch gemacht... Waren am Tisch dann aber schon kalt und das Brötchen nicht mal getoastet... Geht gar nicht bei einem 10 Euro Menü.

Ich muss schon sagen ich verstehe nicht was alle für Probleme haben. Ich war schon sehr oft dort und finde es immerwieder gut. Ja klar gibt es zu den stoßzeiten und nach schulschluss schon mal längere Warte Zeiten!
