One of the best Burger King branches I've ever been to, delicious food, good service, clean seats and tables, lots of vegetarian options. And the churros were to die for. Hats off.

The unfriendly lady with glasses and short dark hair behind the counter made me personally sweat a lot. I work with a lot of people and have absolutely no understanding when customers are served in such a disgusting and unfriendly manner. Instead of helping, this lady makes you feel stupid! Definitely never again! Big praise to the colleague with a ponytail who improved the situation with her manner, otherwise I think she would have thrown the food over the counter!!! Eat out there and take it with you! Oh yes, I almost forgot, you can only order food at the terminal and then a couple can order at the front, it couldn't be more unfriendly. Maybe it's better to change jobs and work with objects in the future!!! Well-intentioned advice. ABSOLUTELY RUDE FOR CHILDREN!!!

Once again there was no ice cream. We have tried to buy ice cream several times. We haven't succeeded so far. The ice maker is apparently in cleaning mode. And that on Sunday around 3 p.m. In the previous attempts, the machine had just been turned off, or was defective, or was also in cleaning mode. We then ordered curly fries. Unfortunately they were cold.

Staff overwhelmed...Waiting time for cash payment is a catastrophe... Everyone deserves a second chance... Or maybe not... There is the chilli cheese that was given back by the previous guest because the wrong citizen was put back in the warmth and simply wrapped up for the next one...

Klassischer Fastfood-Tempel, dem allerdings ein klassischer Drive-Inn fehlt, den man als Kunde ja fast schon automatisch erwartet. Angegliedert im Oder-Center bietet der Besuch bei Burger King auch gleich eine gute Gelegenheit zum Stöbern in den zahlreichen Läden. Das Essen ist stets lecker und das Personal bleibt auch in hektischen Momenten freundlich.

Trifft für Edeka zu. Einkaufswagen zu weit von den Kassen entfernt mit Einkauf zurück, zu schwer für Ältere. Kapito?

Essen bestellt bezahlt und gewartet bis wir es abholen konnten. Zurück am Tisch stellten wir fest das eine Sache wieder mal fehlt. Zurück an Schalter die Mitarbeiterin sehr sehr unhöflich uns vollgepamt als wenn wir was falsch gemacht hätten. Schulen sie diese Mitarbeiterin bitte mal wie man sich Kundenfreundlich verhält

Byłem w lutym 2023, czyli chyba niedługo przed startem remontu restauracji. Pierwszy raz będąc w niemieckim BK miałem do czynienia z kioskiem do zamawiania, zatem w końcu dostałem dokładnie to co chciałem. Obsługa generalnie w porządku, choć trochę za cicho wypowiada numerki zamówień do odbioru. Jedzenie smakowo nie porwało, ale to chyba wina moich zbyt dużych oczekiwań. Nie dostałem ekstra serwetek, a nie wiedziałem skąd mogę je pobrać, więc musiałem dość do toalety z upaćkaną brodą, czym spowodowałem uśmiech politowania dziewczyn stojących w kolejce do odbioru 🙃

Das Personal war sehr nett. Die neue ist auch ein richtiger Schatz! Sie ist sehr freundlich und ja. Leider gibt's nur eine Bestell Tafel, was sehr schlecht ist.

Immer gut besucht und sauber gerade eine neue Angestellte die nahezu alle Bestellungen durcheinander bringt 😉
