I always enjoy going to Burger King.

Everything was great. Great staff.

The service and food are okay. However, the employee Maria is very nice and friendly to everyone.

Burger King is always highly recommended. The food tastes simply divine. However, I have to say, the side dishes could be improved. At this branch, I encountered friendly employees who did a solid job. The restaurant is well-designed, and there's plenty of space. Ordering at the kiosks is quick and easy. My visit was a success. Highly recommended!

Service was okay (considering the queue) Food was 🤮.. The beef tasted like a microwave burger from Netto, and the food was even better... The fries weren't seasoned well enough (a matter of taste). The atmosphere was relatively okay. Only when the store is so crowded and you have to wait too long does the dirt become more apparent. This review is, of course, just from my family and me. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed today. I wanted to try your plant-based range. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance because they packed me the "regular" version. It was the wrong burger, and then it didn't have the right patty. If you offer it, please keep it.

Okay, but why only Diet Coke and not Zero? My wife had the best plant-based Whopper ever, but the other day she didn't get any extra ice cubes. That balances things out. The lattice fries were incredibly hot.

Here, you can now get what appear to be half-used ketchup packets to take away. A really sticky packet, really disgusting :( I wasn't expecting that.

The tables were dirty, even though it wasn't that busy. The fries were almost cold. They had chili on them, but you had to hunt for the cheese sauce. All in all, it was better.

Friendly and fast service. The food is usually really delicious. But on some days, it's not, hence only four stars.

Unfortunately, the option to pay in cash directly at the cash register was a problem for the employee. As she said, "That's what the machines up front are for!" Apparently, dealing with customers bringing in cash was too much for her. It's a shame, I would have gladly left my money there.

We wanted to get something to eat on June 1st and discovered that the staff had closed the shop at 9:04 p.m. What a pity, so we had to go to a nearby competitor!

I think the food was great. It's much tastier than American Burger King (I would know, because I'm from America... And I hated Burger King back then.)

Tables weren't wiped, even when I asked, unfortunately they weren't cleaned. I think it's a shame

You can't even go and pee in peace because the cleaning staff and their colleagues want to point out to you all the time so that it's freshly wiped, so next time I'll just let it go in the middle of the hall, it might be better so the toilets don't get dirty

Everyone's nice. Everything's clean. One point deducted for the size. A new location with a drive-thru would be cool...

We had an inquiry about our bill, the employee Laura was very rude and said "...she doesn't know why that is..." when we asked further if someone could explain it, she simply left us standing and ignored us at the counter. Luckily there are also capable staff, a colleague took a moment to answer our question and was able to explain to us very quickly where the problem came from. It's sad that the company no longer has many options and is dependent on listless and uninterested staff. These employees should put themselves in the situation if they have a question.

Ordered Whopper without onions and with cheese to take away. Paid 1 euro extra for cheese. Burger was with onions and no cheese. Unfortunately, this often happens when you take the burgers with you.

The one star is for the store being clean. Very very unfriendly staff! The young man at the checkout was more than annoyed with his job. You can be that, but you shouldn't leave it out with the customer! Too bad...

Service was catastrophic. Made to wait forever without any information, the numbers were announced so quietly that you couldn't understand them, there was no answer to questions and people looked annoyed. Too bad

You can't really complain about the Burger King branch in Schwedt. The food is delicious. The staff was nice and friendly in most cases, even if I had to experience something different once or twice. But overall I'm quite satisfied.

Small and nice: yes. Shortly before 8 p.m. on Sunday: almost empty. Ordering take away was pretty quick: yes. Meat burger and toppings: great. Salad and fries are ok. My mistake was I didn't check whether everything was there. And sat with the kids in the hotel without cutlery for salad and chili fries, without dressing for salad and sauces for the normal fries. So I had fun and the way back, after a 10 hour drive, I didn't have the nerve anymore. 2 waitresses, young and friendly, that was apparently it. Working through an order list in a concentrated manner is probably not to be expected. If only one sauce had been forgotten, it wouldn't have been so wild, we're used to that by now. But all the sauces? My conclusion and recommendation, check your order on site. My advice to the store management is to take more time for training and introduce a four-eye system before an order goes out to make sure everything from the order is there.
