McDonald's in Frechen

Furchtbarer Laden! Meine Bestellung war falsch. Die Bestellung meines Freundes war auch falsch. Die Speisekarte ist total unübersichtlich und springt ständig zwischen den Seiten hin und her, während man versucht, sie zu lesen. Das Personal hat keine Ahnung, was es tut, und es ist ihm völlig egal. Dieser Laden überlebt nur, weil Leute versehentlich denken, sie bewerten das Café nebenan und ihm 5 Sterne geben.

Ein sehr unhöflicher Mitarbeiter lachte meine Nichte aus, als sie fragte, ob man einen Cheeseburger ohne Gurken bekommen könne, und tat so, als ob McDonald's niemals Gurken in seine Burger packt. Am Ende war aber doch eine Gurke im Burger, obwohl wir darum gebeten hatten, sie zu entfernen. Ich wollte außerdem einen Eiskaffee, und aus irgendeinem Grund musste der männliche Mitarbeiter unhöflich sein, als er mir sagte, dass sie weder Eiswürfel noch Milchshakes hätten. Nicht empfehlenswert… :/

Personal sehr unfreundlich und langsam. Zudem wurde ich um 2 Euro beschissen Coupons werden nicht akzeptiert und das Speisenangebot ist nur ein kleiner Teil von dem was man von Mc Donalds kennt. Ambiente ungemütlich und unsauber. Selten so eine schlechte Filiale gesehen. Verstehe nocht das bei so viel negativen Kommentaren hier nichts geändert wird. Ich würde beim Personal anfangen

Schade, dass die Eismaschine nicht funktioniert.

Wir sind auf der Autobahn extra bei McDonald’s rausgefahren und haben 4 Double Cheeseburger bestellt. Erst wartet man ewig, bis überhaupt jemand die Bestellung bearbeitet, und dann bekommt man kalte Burger serviert. Die Brötchen waren nicht mal richtig getoastet – einfach lieblos zusammengeworfen. Und für solche Preise soll das normal sein? Das ist keine Qualität mehr, das ist reine Abzocke und respektlos gegenüber den Kunden. So ein Service auf einer Raststätte ist einfach nur peinlich. Schämt euch.

Unangenehmer Ort. Schmuddelig, stinkig und ungemütlich. Da vergeht einem direkt der Appetit.

Als ich ankam wurde ich ignoriert nur weil ich der Burger-king bin. Mein schwarzer freund (no hate) hat keine Cola bekommen und wir wurden um 3 Colas abgezogen. Ich würde nicht empfehlen dort jemals wieder hinzugehen da der Käse blau war und schon leicht pelzig geschmeckt hat. Alles in einem ein sehr schlechtes Erlebnis.

App und Gutscheine funktionieren nicht. Essen war kalt. Wenn ich 0 Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich -100 geben.

Grauenhafter Service! Nicht ein einziger Blick! Wir mussten ewig warten, während sich die Angestellten in der Ecke unterhielten. Nicht mal einem Obdachlosen würde ich diesen Laden empfehlen!

Einfach nur schrecklich! Die Pommes waren hart und alt. Der Service war miserabel.

Das Personal war unhöflich und wenig hilfsbereit. Die Frau wollte Cola Zero statt normaler Cola, musste also eine neue kaufen und gab mir zu wenige Chicken Nuggets.

Leider konnten wir gar nicht erst essen. Dort steht zwar schließen um 22 Uhr jedoch ist diese Zeit wohl flexibel. Denn um 21.50 wurde schon zu gemacht und wir kamen nicht mehr rein. Komisch für einen mc Donalds.

War Take away.. Freundlich und schnelle Bedienung als auch die Essen Ausgabe obwohl die Hölle los war. War ca 11/12 Uhr. Essen heiß und lecker 😋 Habt mir meine 45min Pause im lkw sehr schön gemacht. 🤣🤣

Ich empfehle es nicht. Ich hab eine halbe Stunde auf mein Eis gewartet und ich hab es nicht bekommen.

Während der regulären Öffnungszeiten um 18 Uhr musste ich 15 Minuten warten, bis überhaupt jemand kam. Die Angestellten waren selbst überrascht, dass das ein Problem darstellte. Ich würde dieses Restaurant auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.

Die Getränke sind verdammt teuer

The store was very dirty, with trash cans overflowing. Bags from the previous owner were lying on the windowsill, and the tables were covered in crumbs. The fries we got were already cold and very soggy. More should be done in terms of hygiene. The store was empty, yet it still looked like a mess.

Shame. The bun in the burger was hard, dry and tasted like it was at least the day before yesterday. It seems like they don't care what they serve to customers. What are they even charging for? If they can't even make a normal bun, what kind of service can we talk about? Complete disrespect for people. I won't go here again and I don't recommend it to others.

My husband was insulted in Albanian by the salesperson yesterday. The salesperson was talking to his colleague from the kitchen in Albanian and was slandering my husband. They didn't know I was Albanian and understood. I didn't want to say anything because my children were with me and we still had a five-hour drive ahead of us!!!

She didn't make the food to eat here because she said she couldn't clean the tablet because she didn't have time for it. How cheeky is that?

Very unpleasant service They wanted to sell me a set for €7.99 that cost €4.99 and then the seller started threatening me that he would call the police if I didn't leave the cash register.

We were served friendly. Fries and burgers were good. One Sanifair voucher could be redeemed for each menu.

The fries were okay, but the nuggets? They were so hard and chewy, like they had been expired for months. Nobody cleans the tables here either. Oh well

Ordered spicy chicken, never eaten anything so dry and old. Simply underground. There is no ambience. Staff was friendly.

Service was very fast. I felt the staff got frustrated very fast at my limited command of the German language.

I wasn't served... I arrived 15 minutes before closing time... MA said he was closing now even though the opening time was stated until 10. Asks me the bold question of whether I pay his overtime. If the store is open until 10, you can still expect to be served. Will never order anything here again

We were sold two almost ice cold wraps. No, not the ones that were already prepared 30 minutes ago, no! Really ice cold from the freezer, just slightly warmed! Thank you for that! Now I have a terrible stomach ache! Unfortunately, this store doesn't believe in saving resources; every order comes in a paper bag and there are no tablets.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to

The food was lukewarm and the service staff was unfriendly. My wrap was wrapped very carelessly and fell apart. Hunger drove in.

The food can be made better. Fries are great, but the rest was in condition 🤦🏼‍♂️ Menu ordered, no stickers were there. It was humid and stuffy in the restaurant itself. The outside temperature was 33 degrees and inside it was unbearable to eat. Air conditioning was just decorative. Hardly any German was spoken at the checkout and people wanted to do everything quickly even though there were hardly any customers there.

I ordered a Big Tasty with the addition of Big Tasty sauce, but in the end I received a burger without any sauce at all!!! This is not the first time this has happened in this place!!!

Expensive coffee in a cola paper cup, you can't grab it's that hot. And no white coffee you have to add milk yourself. Additional star for a friendly staff.

There are NO McPlant Burgers here by default :(

Most expensive McDonald's in the world. 15 euros for a maxi menu?

The lady (with white hair) in the cashier refused to give a child menu (my child was waiting in the car), she tried to teach me that there are menus for adults and i should choose among them. This is simply mad kind of behaviour and totally unacceptable. Hope they don't repeat the same again. Should we bring our child with us to be "eligible" to get a child menu? Never saw that in any other part of the world.

We only have five minutes from the restaurant to home. But the food was already cold by then. The burgers also fell by the wayside in terms of taste. Soft fries rounded off the poor result.

Not only is the store very dirty, but the staff is also extremely incompetent. There are no salads here. Not enough change is given out. And ketchup/mayo are not part of a menu. Next time I'd rather drive a few rest stops further.

As Germans, we were spoken to in English and it took forever. The food wasn't tasty. The man wasn't wearing a McDonald's shirt but rather a Serways shirt, which we found disturbing. The burger was cold. You could see how our burgers were ready but not given out.

Das Personal ist nicht wirklich freundlich und die vegetarischen Burger waren ausverkauft. Es gibt (an einem heissen Tag) Nachmittags kein Eis, weil die Maschine „schon sauber ist“

Es gibt durchaus bessere Filialen - nur selten neben einem Restaurant.... Qualität des Essens typisch Mäcces. Mag jeder von halten, was er will. Raststätte eben. Leider keine Aussicht auf die weiten Weiden, wo die glücklichen Kühe grasen, die das Fleisch liefern, sondern Beton, Asphalt und Stahl.

Ein schmaler Mc Donalds in einer Raststätte. Etwas seltsam weil direkt daneben ein normales Raststätten Restaurant. Ich war schon lange nicht mehr beim Mc und gab ihm Mal wieder eine Chance. Aber irgendwie vertrage ich das Zeug nicht mehr. Mein Darm hat mir den Vogel gezeigt mit heftigen Blähungen. aber das mag ein persönliches Problem sein. Deswegen drei Sterne

Mâncarea este servita rapid, am primit produse calde si proaspete personal respectuos si se vorbește si Engleză! In incinta, pe langa McDonald's se găsește si toaletă cu plata( 1e) si un alt restaurant! Se poate lua masa in incinta sau la pachet!!! Succes

War wirklich überrascht. Seit langem nicht do einen guten und leckeren Burger gegessen. Sehr frische und heiße Pommes und der Burger sieht aus wie aus der Werbung. Bitte weiter so!!!!!!!!!! Und noch eins, das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich

Service freundlich und schnell, royal ts = Brötchen gut, Fleisch trocken, generell sehr trocken, so trocken das der Salat (?gut?) rausgefallen ist. Pommes schon etwas abgestanden und Cheeseburger ganz ok. Cola zum Glück ohne Eis auch ok. Alles in allem 3+

Sauberer McDonalds, super freundliche Bedienung und das Essen war top! Einer der wenigen McDonalds in letzter Zeit wo die Burger frisch und heiß waren!

Geschmacklich war McDonald's auch schonmal besser. Und unfassbar wie teuer ein cheesburger heute kostet 2,49€. Die Inflation treibt einem täglich aufs neue in den Abgrund

McDonald's ist immer ein Besuch wert. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und kompetent.

Bardzo słaba obsługa, niemiła i paskudna. Jedzenie jak to Mac. Toaleta płatna.

Lecker echt gut und so ruhig vorallem gemütlich

Abgesehen von den vielen kontrollorganen wie BAG, Zoll und Polizei ist der Rasthof aussen vermüllt ansonsten ganz ok hier zu stehen
