Incredible. More than half an hour of waiting for three burgers, a pack of nuggets and a few fries. Fries have long been cold, a burger was different from what was ordered, a drink was also different from what was ordered (probably Cola instead of iced tea). Employees are completely overwhelmed by processing simple lists of orders. The only one who seems to be making a reasonable effort seems to be the shift manager and he seems to be taking care of everything at the same time...

Slow, slower slowest -> this Burger King. We waited 20 minutes at the drive-in for 2 burgers, there was neither a lot of activity at the drive-in nor in the restaurant, which could explain this. Burgers were good though 👍

We have now given Citizen King a chance with the delivery service 5 times and it either comes 2 hours late, is cold or absolutely not edible. The food itself in the restaurant is good, you can eat well but the journey to get there leaves a lot to be desired.

In general it was one of the cleanest BK I've been in Germany, yet the toilets do leave a lot to wish on. It was quite dirty there in places one needs to touch frequently. I can't comment on the staff, as we ordered remote and we had not much contact with them.

Very unfortunate. It took them an hour to serve us and give us the food to take away. We asked if there was a gluten-free option, and they told us that they didn't understand what gluten-free meant. Ridiculous.

Cola warm and non-carbonated and not for the first time.

It wasn't exactly clean and the food was pretty poor. The lava cakes weren't cooked through properly and the burger was completely soggy. The food also came back after a few hours and pleased the rats in the canal.

Highly anti-social (see pictures) And there were more than enough employees! The floor in the "restaurant" was sticky but the staff didn't seem to care about that! Fries prepared with ancient fat, the 2 burgers were totally salty, drinks worked reasonably well! Employees in the kitchen don't wear any kind of headgear (yummy hair on the burger for free). But the crowning glory of it all was that the employees came in from smoking and weren't even able to wash their cell phones!!! We'd rather continue to MC because we had that never before!

Food is on the floor in the kitchen. Instead of someone putting it away, the employees diligently step on it. Otherwise, hygiene is probably not a priority if you observe the employees! Burger King will probably never learn again!!

2 out of 3 children's toys are broken. Very annoying when "KIDS" is written so big on the window. And what can I say... there wasn't really any teriyaki sauce on the teriyaki burger...

Absolutely awful. Yesterday before going to a concert, I stupidly ate something there. It was cold, the cola was far too watery and the bag of curly fries was more like a bag of kitchen waste. I've never experienced such a dirty Burger King. The men's urinal was dirty with urinary stones. The gel was not refilled to disinfect hands. Food was good as always, service was very slow considering it wasn't busy. The kids fun area was a bit of let down, with only 3 (and partly broken) fidget things attached to the wall.

Worst Burger King in the world! We waited an unbelievable 30 minutes for our food and then asked for our money back. The employees are hopelessly overwhelmed and cannot keep up with the orders. The chef is standing behind the restaurant - smoking - (whatever) and coughing into his hands. Then go back to the rolls with your unwashed hands. I wouldn't recommend visiting here!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We initially had to wait over 20 minutes for our food. So you can't talk about fast food here. Then a burger that was supposed to be brought to the table was missing. Whoever visits this Burger King - don't! Waiting times of 40-50 minutes are standard here!! There is no coordination in the team, the kitchen does everything, while the service is massively understaffed and can't keep up. You have to have a lot of nerves.

Sämtliche Tische waren schmutzig und unter den Tischen lag Müll rum. Die Abräumstationen waren übervoll, da passte kein Becher mehr hin. Streckenweise klebte man mit den Schuhen am Boden fest. Traurig

Endlich Mal ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter der gleichzeitig ein Mensch ist. Ich freu mich so sehr, dass mir jemand bei der Bestellung gegenübersteht. Diese Entmenschlichung der Firmen ist furchtbar. Danke dass hier noch jemand steht.

Fastfood halt. Ab und zu ist es lecker, zu oft macht krank. Schade für Menschen ist das die BWL'er Bestellautomaten eingeführt haben.

Die Filiale scheint chronisch unterbesetzt zu sein. Obwohl es fast leer war, gab es nur eine Servicekraft. Wenn dann Drive in und Essensausgabe im Restaurant zusammen prallen, bleiben die fertigen Burger liegen. Das zeigt sich auch an den Abräumwagen, welche extrem voll waren. Eine Person mehr würde helfen.

Seit dem gibt's verschiedene Coupons Angebote bin ich öfter da gewesen. Freundliche Bedienung, leckere Essen, gute Preise (mit Coupons).

Nach 20 Minuten kam dann auch mal das Essen. Meine Pause war qausi schon vorbei und die Cola schmeckte nach Wasser. Personal ist restlos überfordert. Da fahre ich nicht mehr hin.

Burger King: 3 Sterne. Das Essen war in Ordnung, erfüllte die Erwartungen. Der Service war durchschnittlich. Verbesserungspotenzial, aber insgesamt eine akzeptable Erfahrung.

Nach mehreren Enttäuschungen nochmals eine Chance gegeben. Leider wieder ein schlecht Erfahrungen bzgl. des Essens gemacht. Burger nur lauwarm, Pommes nicht durchgegart und ohne Salz Getränke schal und pisswarm. Pommessauce ist grausam Onienrings which und fast kalt. Auf meine Frage auf Abänderung kam nur die Antwort: geht nicht anders, ist kaputt. Wenn dem so ist, sollte man lieber schließen als solche Qualität dem Kunden aufs Tablett zu legen. Waren das letzte mal in der Filiale.

Whopper viel leckerer wie vom Konkurrenten und ordentlich große Portionen. Service nett, könnte aber schneller sein. Bestellung zum mitnehmen. Zuhause hatte alles noch super gute Temperatur und die Fritten waren knackig. Preise sehr angenehm. Es wird veganes Essen Angeboten👍. Auf Sauberkeit wird geachtet. Eingang ebenerdig (Rollstuhlrampe) jedoch werden die großen schweren Türen immer noch ein Hindernis für Rollstuhlfahrer. Spielgeräte für Kinder sind in die Jahre gekommen und müssten mal erneuert werden.

Pommes vom Allerfeinsten, zerstört durch die schreckliche Mayonaise oder Pommessosse. Dem Burger fehlte der Grillgeschmack, Röstaromen. Sossen wenig, Salat und Gurken ebenfalls. Alles in Allem zu trocken. Es geht auch anders an anderen Standorten. Nochmal Pommes sehr sehr gut!
