Total failure! I go to the drive-thru around midnight, wait in line for 45 minutes, and nothing moves. And then at some point, I get to the counter, and this unfriendly guy tells me the drive-thru is closed. Absolutely, truly rude!!! Anyway, I went to McDonald's. You can rely on them ♡

Garbage and dirt everywhere, even though there was nothing going on. Laziness. Outside tables are starting to grow. No air conditioning in the building. Unbearably hot in the summer. Just plain bad these days.

The ordering machines are very slow. Product images were missing, and touch inputs were poorly registered. Contactless payment with a smartphone wasn't possible because the phone couldn't reach the NFC sensor.

It's really good again now, even if it's not as crowded as it used to be. But that's both an advantage and a disadvantage 😅

The slowest Burger King I've ever experienced. I stood in the drive-thru for 15 minutes for a small burger, a small fries, and a Coke! And then they gave me mayo with the fries, even though I'd ordered ketchup. But I figured it never happens. Two days later, I ordered a hamburger and a 20-piece nugget, and waited 20 minutes inside... Absolutely incompetent place.

Even though the team was obviously understaffed, you can get decent food for your money. I don't go to Burger King often; I prefer to eat at MCD, and now I know why!

In general it was one of the cleanest BK I've been in Germany, yet the toilets do leave a lot to wish on. It was quite dirty there in places one needs to touch frequently. I can't comment on the staff, as we ordered remote and we had not much contact with them.
