If I want cold food, I'll make a salad at home. The burger and fries were cold, and the wait was long despite the restaurant not being busy. Very disappointing.

Poor service; they constantly forget to pack things. I was in the restaurant and ordered takeout. Unfortunately, my Whopper wasn't packed. This has happened several times before. That was my last visit to Burger King in Frechen.

The staff is very friendly and the toilet is clean.

We have to wait at least 25 minutes for the food every time. The branch seems quite understaffed.

So, I ordered through Lieferando and wanted a simple meal. That means a burger, fries, and a drink. I've been waiting for my food for two hours now. How can they provide such terrible service? I'll never order from there again. I've also been there in person, and before you eat your food there, you'd be better off taking it to a train station toilet; the hygiene standards are much better there. My food just arrived at that moment, and it's cold.

There are always too few staff members. Long waiting times and a clearly stressed team. They are always very friendly, though. I feel sorry for them every time. The toilet smells very unpleasant and is often not very clean. Often the whole dining room smells like the toilet.

Today, August 28, 2025, I had incredibly long waits, cold food, and forgotten takeaway items. It seemed like there weren't many staff on hand that day, but I still expected to receive a full order. This restaurant visit was truly forgettable.

Very unfriendly staff. My order was incorrect, and when I asked to have it corrected, they recklessly "corrected" it.

I'm in my late 50s, and the advertising encouraged me to go to a fast-food restaurant again after what felt like years. The positive thing is that the burgers are freshly prepared. It's not fast at all. One woman is supposed to manage everything. Drive-thru and in-store sales. We waited 20 minutes. And in the store, no one could clear the trays because the customers just left everything on the tables.

A very tidy, well-maintained, and clean store – the outdoor area and restrooms were also spotlessly clean. The staff present were all super friendly and extremely helpful. Ordered 2 coupons, 1 burger delivered incorrectly. It wouldn't have been a big deal—if only it had tasted good. The fries, however, were like Styrofoam, half-warm, and inedible. The Big King XXL patty had obviously been sitting in the tray for a while. Normally, employees should know that products have to be thrown away after a certain time if they haven't been sold. The burger was inedible as well. No wonder it only has 3 stars on Google—expecting anything less is, unfortunately, unrealistic.
