Even this 1 star is too much!!! I've been waiting for my food for 2 hours, ordered via delivery! Nobody can be reached and my order status has been changing for 2 HOURS!!! Not !!!!

Way too long waiting time. But food was good.

No, although my wife and I were there at lunchtime. The food was supposedly freshly made. When we bit into the burgers they were lukewarm and tasteless. Carelessly put together. Won't eat there again.

The employees are big racists, they make fun of my parents' deafness and when I tell them about it, they pretend not to understand. On top of that, the food is cold as soon as you pick it up and it’s not very good.

For a fast food chain we waited 35 minutes for the food. In a real restaurant, the food is at the table quicker. At lunchtime there were no less than 2 service staff who had to operate the drive-in and in the store. Little space as the upper floor is closed. Return trolley extremely overcrowded. No wonder everyone prefers MC to D. A lot has to be done by the person responsible. Nobody can get me there any time soon. You can only feel sorry for the staff there.

Not many customers on a Monday evening. Online ordering did not work. Touchscreens also not working properly. The whole ordering process took 15 minutes and we ended up at the counter. Some tables dirty. Had to wait 10 minutes for the food. State of washrooms questionable. Salad a joke. Veggie King Rib had a very hard and chewy patty which was overcooked and drowned in barbecue sauce. Staff was mostly friendly. I always ask myself why I keep returning to BK. This branch gave me another very good reason to stay away in the future. Seems poorly managed and somewhat abandoned.

I recently went to your restaurant and will definitely never come back. After my visit I got food poisoning - I lay flat for days! The food was anything but fresh, the burger tasted strange, and the hygiene in the store also left a lot to be desired. You just can't have to go through something like that for a quick snack. Absolutely disappointing and irresponsible! I can only advise anyone not to eat here.

We've been here twice recently. The current staff is simply a disaster. Praise each other for how great you are. Tables always dirty, food lukewarm to cold. They would rather have a chat than worry about the cleanliness of the store. That was the last time. You can only strongly advise against the location.

I had time and hunger and received a very nice welcome there and the burger was fresh, even if it was shrunken like somewhere else. Coffee was surprisingly good, better than the competition, toilets very clean. Since I rarely go to stores like this, I was surprised here today. Which was partly due to the staff. Very tasty citizens and in a good size. Only my shoes stuck to the floor. You should clean it properly with hot cleaning agent. The windows and other areas around the building could also use some cleaning/refreshing. The first window in the drive in is very dirty and unappetizing. But the citizen was 1A delicious 😋

It's a disgrace to pay for services you don't receive. Once in a while everything was corrected in a friendly manner. However, today it was an absolute bummer to be treated like that. While the burgers were poked around without gloves and only something was added to be fobbed off. Then to say the boss is a woman. Burger King, I don't have high expectations when it comes to public sanitary facilities, but that was hard to bear when you're standing in urine all over the place. This is definitely much better.

In general it was one of the cleanest BK I've been in Germany, yet the toilets do leave a lot to wish on. It was quite dirty there in places one needs to touch frequently. I can't comment on the staff, as we ordered remote and we had not much contact with them.

Very unfortunate. It took them an hour to serve us and give us the food to take away. We asked if there was a gluten-free option, and they told us that they didn't understand what gluten-free meant. Ridiculous.

Cola warm and non-carbonated and not for the first time.

It wasn't exactly clean and the food was pretty poor. The lava cakes weren't cooked through properly and the burger was completely soggy. The food also came back after a few hours and pleased the rats in the canal.

I had a Fanta but it didn't have the taste of a Fanta. I would describe the taste as like a Fanta that had been in a car for 5 weeks. The toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in 3 days. It's worse than a rest stop toilet

Fries prepared with ancient fat, the 2 burgers were totally salty, drinks worked reasonably well! Employees in the kitchen don't wear any kind of headgear (yummy hair on the burger for free). But the crowning glory of it all was that the employees came in from smoking and weren't even able to wash their cell phones!!! We'd rather continue to MC because we had that never before!

2 out of 3 children's toys are broken. Very annoying when "KIDS" is written so big on the window. And what can I say... there wasn't really any teriyaki sauce on the teriyaki burger...

Food is on the floor in the kitchen. Instead of someone putting it away, the employees diligently step on it. Otherwise, hygiene is probably not a priority if you observe the employees! Burger King will probably never learn again!!

Just came here for the first time, almost didn't want to because of all the bad reviews, but was hungry. Anyway: it's lunchtime, I was treated super quickly and friendly in the drive thru & Whopper & Co are "good" as always.

Absolutely awful. Yesterday before going to a concert, I stupidly ate something there. It was cold, the cola was far too watery and the bag of curly fries was more like a bag of kitchen waste. A mix of leathery fries and three stray curly fries. Other guests reported the defects, we left the stuff behind and drove away. Never again...

The food was average BK level, the fries unfortunately weren't tasty and were light years away from the crispy fries from a few years ago. Burger okay but the patties without much taste. The ambience now seems pretty shabby and urgently needs to be spruced up.

I've never experienced such a dirty Burger King. The men's urinal was dirty with urinary stones. The gel was not refilled to disinfect hands. The outside area was completely littered with Burger King packaging and the tray cart was overflowing. The exit and the area were also littered with packaging waste. Food was good as always, service was very slow considering it wasn't busy. The kids fun area was a bit of let down, with only 3 (and partly broken) fidget things attached to the wall.

Worst Burger King in the world! We waited an unbelievable 30 minutes for our food and then asked for our money back. The employees are hopelessly overwhelmed and cannot keep up with the orders. The chef is standing behind the restaurant - smoking - (whatever) and coughing into his hands. Then go back to the rolls with your unwashed hands. I wouldn't recommend visiting here!
