Mc drive is catastrophic. Has nothing to do with fast food. You stand for at least 20 minutes to even place an order. And then another 20 min. to get the food. Incredible.

Toilets are disgustingly dirty. No soap, no toilet paper. Toilets so narrow that you can't fit in with a child. Everything sticks, no changing table. Garbage full.

Employees are always friendly but there are always long waiting times at the drive switch

Unfortunately not a nice company. Not much attention is paid to ensuring that guests in the restaurant can sit at clean tables. The staff is mostly unfriendly and bad-tempered. If you have time, it's better to go through MC Drive.

If you want to pay in cash here you will be treated like the last person. I stood at the checkout for 30 minutes. You are then completely ignored by the employees. 0 stars for the non-existent service

Yesterday afternoon I came to the branch and wanted to order at the counter, where I was told by an employee without any greeting and in an extremely rude, harsh tone: "Order at the kiosk!", when I then politely replied "What please?" When I asked, he looked at me as if he was about to eat me, pointed to the display columns and grunted: "THERE!" I then drove to the branch in Marsdorf and was served very politely.

Really great compared to other branches. Mega friendly and courteous staff, pleasant atmosphere and the food is delicious and prepared with love!

When I got home I saw that they forgot 6 nuggets from the menu 1. it was empty there was only a menu with a citizen of a fries and the nuggets how can you forget them 2. when I called I accidentally In the other one they called and told me I could pick them up. Food was hot (so definitely freshly prepared). The lady at the counter was very friendly. The parking situation could be better. The entrance to the drive-in counter is quite confusing and narrow. The “waiting area” for food distribution at the car is also very narrow. Maybe the whole thing could be reworked. Otherwise everything is great for a quick snack in between.

I've been waiting at the drive in column for 15 minutes... One moment, one moment…. When I was at the counter at some point and asked him about it, all he said was, "Boy, you'll have to wait." I guess I won't be able to get past here again anytime soon!!!

People stay away since the shop has a new owner, it's over, the order is often incorrect, you wait at least 30 minutes for your food, fast food is no longer a thing here and if you ask you are shouted at in broken German, absolutely nothing Highly recommended, it's no longer a McDonald's, it's a real shame, we now only go to Müngersdorf!

This morning I wanted to have a small breakfast before medical treatment and was warmly served by a very friendly Mr. Meher who was busy at the Mac Drive counter at the same time. He personally brought breakfast to my table with a large porcelain cup, coffee, fresh McMuffin bacon and egg and was extremely friendly. Five points! It would be nice if it were always like this at McDonald’s. Thank you

After a great visit to the cinema, I went to McDonald's with friends. The first thing I noticed was when we came in there was a smell of old fritzenfetz. We took advantage of the table service, but unfortunately we had to pick up our food ourselves and waited another 3 minutes. I won't go there anymore

I was in Frechen to visit family and visited this branch twice. I was very positively impressed by the cleanliness and good service. Keep it up and I wish you all the best

Actually everything is as you would expect... a clear downgrade because unfortunately I couldn't find a clean table at the time of my visit... a shame. Otherwise a nice shop.

They can't get an order out correctly. It's best to drive a few meters further to Marsdorf. I've never had anything missing or unfriendly staff.

I think this branch is pretty high up when it comes to fast food restaurants, very clean, well-trained staff and quick service

This branch is kept very clean! The staff is very friendly. The dishes are freshly prepared and, by normal fast food standards, have a pretty solid taste. Many offers and coupons can be used to save money.

Unfortunately, once again we had oat milk instead of lactose-free milk in the cappuccino. Oat milk is available as a separate selection point.

Too few parking spaces in front of the store, too long waiting times, hygiene in the store is medium to poor, smelly toilets. Overall impression is terribly bad. 99% of the time there will not be another visit

I only go here out of charity for my family. The hamburgers always make me feel like I'm suffocating, they're too dry for me because there's usually not enough sauce on them.

Every other time something is missing from the order. So there is clearly a lack of proper planning and leadership here. For years we have seen how frequently the staff changes and how they seem to be overwhelmed by daily situations. I often see question marks on the faces of the staff. As if they don't know what to do next. And when you look at McDonald's advertising efforts, they are light years away from the reality on the ground. At the same time, I also have to criticize myself for not checking the order again. The 6 piece chicken nuggets were completely missing. With a Smart Menu + 2 chicken burgers. In this case, not even a complicated order. My suggestion - hand over the bag openly to signal to the customer: "Feel free to check!" At the moment it feels more like: "HERE and now get out." The new design actually looks good and gives McDonald's a fresh touch. The new order terminals, which I find very practical, are now also integrated. Unfortunately very unfriendly staff. We wanted the dark glass and had specially ordered the menu. There was only pink left, why not write that down. Now it's gone in the app. And the staff is really cranky. Never there again. No tablets for eating on site, it's a no-go

Honestly never order anything online from here again. I ordered food on Lieferando at 9:30 p.m. Anyone who orders from Lieferando knows that the app/website tells you that the order will be confirmed by the restaurant immediately. Well McDonalds confirmed that my order should be there in half an hour. An hour later I call and apparently they haven't received my order. Well, who confirmed the order if it never arrived at the restaurant? And then of course it was too late to order anything.

Good day everybody, Please never go here if you don't have to! Me and my friend had dinner at this local shop today. So far so good, we had a larger order because we wanted to take a few things home with us for the evening, but now we're not exactly slim and I'm also pregnant. At the checkout/collection of the orders, people complained and made fun of how big the order was. After this nakedness, we were happy to finally be able to retreat to a place in the restaurant, as the table service was supposed to bring us the things. But since I had gotten another shake, I noticed the whole spectacle of talking and complaining. When I was at my friend's place and we actually wanted to finally relax and eat, we discovered that more than half of the order was missing, as well as the wrong burger and the wrong glass (but that's the smallest one) when I did Then I went back to the checkout and the boss was outcrying because apparently I wasn't the first person with half an order that day. At the end after we got things we realized that two things were still missing. After we spoke to her, she wanted us to pay for it and order it again, but then we still got it. I have to say that the milk was definitely no longer good from the shake. In my opinion, stay away, go to the competition (BK) or another restaurant! Ideal for a short break with children to sit on. Passage to the rest stop restaurant. Restaurant offers salad, currywurst, goulash soup, schnitzel with fries. Unfortunately a bit expensive! I couldn't find the children's menu. For frozen schnitzel fries, champions sauce ketchup or mayo and a simple drink 22 euros and without side dishes salad is simply too expensive. This can be done better. Better alternative for children McDonald's, salad, fries or happy menu.

I thought everything was great, after we both (salespeople+me) had forgotten to talk about the surprise of the Happy Meal and I then went to the window, she just asked me, boy or girl. And then she said, no problem, we'll manage it, then when my boy opened the Happy Meal... it came off like a suppository. He was so abnormally happy. Which of course made me happy. Way too expensive for a meal like this. It has been renovated, but like all branches, the food is equally bad. Opening hours are strange.

The food is like any McDonald's except this time the fries weren't well salted. And since when are there no more sauces with the fries, only for an additional charge??? There were only 3 order panels in operation and they kept getting stuck, creating a traffic jam. I think it's a shame that you can no longer order in person at the checkout. The toilet was an absolute disgrace. The smell like at the rest stop. The floor was wet, full of urine and it smelled awful. Soap stopped coming out of the dispenser and paper for the hands ran out. It's a shame that the owners are so obsessed with profits and don't care about hygiene.

Everything was fine, unfortunately an order was lost and I had to wait an extra 10 minutes even though there wasn't much going on.

The manager was very arrogant, he doesn't know english language, or know it and refuse on purpose to talk it, cuz I have an issue whit card NFC payment, but I think their pos have a problem whit NFC payment, cuz I pay early on another store and was alright, so if u are on trip and u don't know the German language avoid this McDonald's, they have a very unprofessional manager

Das gängige McDonalds Problem. Lauwarmes Essen. Burger heiss, Pommes kalt, Ja wir machen neue Pommes, Menü? Also erst den Burger essen, dann kommen irgendwann die Pommes... na klasse... Seit Jahren im jedem McD das gleiche Drama. Ist den Menschen von heute wirklich egal, was sie wie vorgesetzt bekommen? Heisse frische McD Burger sind wirklich lecker, darum setze ich mich immer wieder dieser Situation aus. Aber der Spaß am Essen bleibt etwas auf der Strecke.

Die Mitarbeiter wissen nicht mal was ein Frappé ist, dass sich der Name von dem Frappé auf Iced Coffee Choc geändert hat da kann ich ja nichts für. Die haben mir erstmal einen Shake gemacht und dann den wie gewünschten Frappé und als ich den Frappé abgenommen hatte schön zu den Mitarbwiter sagen alles gut das war nicht eure Schule. Aber meine auch nicht einfach nicht quer stellen und sagen ich mach das was hier drauf steht. Ihr müsst eure Produlte kennen besser als der Kunde sogar, früher hieß er Frappé und heute eben halt Iced coffee choc aber dann reagiert nicht genervt wenn ich euch sage was ich meine.. danke!

Es ist ein mc Donalds wie jeder andere . Der Drive thru ist aber mit Vorsicht zu genießen 😅. Für ein Imbiss im Gewerbegebiet haben die da etwas an Breite gespart .

Langsamer geht's wirklich nicht... Im Restaurant selber nichts los und der McDrive dauert trotzdem unnötig lange stand über 20 min in der Schlange würde mal das Personal auswechseln unfassbar schlechter Service....

Kleiner aber feiner McDonalds. Es war zur Mittagszeit nicht voll und nach 6 Std Autofahrt genau das Richtige.

Sehr dubiose Aussagen auf meine Bestellung nach einem vegetarischen Burger. Diesen gäbe es seit Monaten nicht mehr. Auf Vorhalt, was denn auf der Karte für einer steht, wurde mir gesagt, der wäre nicht vegetarisch, da er im tierischen Fett mit den anderen Burgern gebraten wird. Alles seltsam. Wenn MC Donald keine Vegetarier mehr bedienen will, dann sollen Sie es doch auf Ihr Logo schreiben, dann braucht man sich doch nicht in der Schlange erst anstellen.

Sehr freundliches Personal in diesem McDonalds. Den Cafe finde ich sonst immer gut hier, nur schmeckt dieser heute nicht besonders gut.

Der Laden ist super sauber aber die Wartezeit ist verdammt lange...

Jedesmal vergessen die was! Zum Beispiel das Spielzeug im Happy Meal🤷🏽die Soße bei den Nuggets.

Ich bin so sauer. Die Bildschirme zum bestellen funktionieren mal wieder nicht. An der Kasse konnte ich meinen Coupon nicht einlösen, da ich dies zuvor am Automat versuchte. Der unmotivierte Mitarbeiter meinte dann, ich soll den normalen Preis zahlen. Das ist Betrug und freche Abzocke. Außerdem funktionieren die Milkshake Maschinen NIE. GEHT NICHT HIER HIN. PERSONAL UNFÄHIG UND UNHÖFLICH. TUT EUCH DAS NICHT AN!!!!!

Iss halt Mc Donalds 😋ob wohl die Preise langsam zu wünschen lassen , Normale Familie mit vier Personen,lässt da ein Paar Euro's liegen.

Guter Mäcces, sauber und ordentlich.

Typisch McDonald's halt. Somit auch keine besonderen Merkmale in Bezug auf Essen Service oder Ambiente. Es sollten an allen Tischen Stromanschluss sein. Die Frühstückszeiten sind m.E. zu kurz. Brunch o.ä. wären nicht schlecht. Öffnungszeiten sollten rund um die Uhr sein.

Frisch zubereitet, hat aber etwas länger gedauert. Die Tische im Eingangsbereich waren leider von Kunden nicht abgeräumt worden und standen nach unserer Mahlzeit immer noch voll da... Leider beim rein kommen kein guter erster Eindruck...

Die vielen Autos sprechen eindeutig für diese Niederlassung. Einzig die neuen Holzlöffel im Flurry, da sollte noch etwas nachgebessert werden. Die haben einen unangenehmen Eigengeschmack. Alles ist sauber.
