I ordered yesterday for 33€ and they forgot to pack me 2 chicken burgers and a mcchicken classic

poorly filled, poorly packaged, everything fell out of the bag

There was no way we could just go in and eat something quickly. We had to wait over 30 minutes in the restaurant until the menu and two cappuccinos were finally brought.

Unfortunately, ordering at the McDrive takes over 10 minutes per car. And that's at 10 p.m. I've experienced this several times that the work is simply very slow. Perhaps the employees should be re-explained to the term "fast food."

This is truly the worst. Instead of plant-based nuggets, I got regular ones, and after I pointed this out, they said, "They're plant-based." The bottom line: I compared them to regular nuggets and, no, they weren't plant-based. I got fries that I didn't even order, and my sauce was completely left out.

Unfortunately, the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The burger was cold and dripping with grease. And the restroom was filled with urine.

Ich bin so sauer. Die Bildschirme zum bestellen funktionieren mal wieder nicht. An der Kasse konnte ich meinen Coupon nicht einlösen, da ich dies zuvor am Automat versuchte. Der unmotivierte Mitarbeiter meinte dann, ich soll den normalen Preis zahlen. Das ist Betrug und freche Abzocke. Außerdem funktionieren die Milkshake Maschinen NIE. GEHT NICHT HIER HIN. PERSONAL UNFÄHIG UND UNHÖFLICH. TUT EUCH DAS NICHT AN!!!!!

The table service works great; you take the license plate and can sit down. The quality of the food and the atmosphere are just like McDonald's.

We've rarely eaten wraps as good as these (McWrap Chicken Mango). Apparently, McDonald's has improved the quality.

Saturday evening, all milkshakes are unavailable. It can't be that difficult! It works at other branches, too. The parking lot is very tight and small.

The floor of the women's restroom is littered with paper towels, and someone ripped the toilet flush out of the wall and neatly displayed it on the sink. Worst branch ever. The employees are terrible. They can talk to each other, but not to the customers. They take notes and orders with long faces and say absolutely nothing. The food was brought to the table completely wrong. Four items had to be brought back. The tables were all dirty; I first cleaned them with wet wipes. The toilets were covered in feces, making it impossible to use the restroom. Absolutely disgusting.

Too bad I ordered a burger at the drive-thru via the app and ended up with a completely different burger. Since I was driving and the waiting cars had already blocked half the parking lot, I obviously didn't check what was in my stuffed bag. Fresh, crispy, golden yellow – just what you dream of when you finally get hungry after hours on the highway. And the chicken wings? They were really juicy, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside – just what you want! So: If you're ever in Cologne and craving fast food with heart – this McDonald's is worth a pilgrimage. A standard McDonald's, unfortunately a bit cramped and stupid when you have to wait for your order

I used to always go to Marsdorf, but since I discovered the McDonald's in Frechen, I've never considered going anywhere else. I've never had a bad experience there. The employees, both at the drive-thru and in the restaurant, are always super friendly and cheerful, no matter what time of day. The food is always very fresh; I've never had anything stale there. Just a huge thank you to the team in Frechen; this is what customer service and quality should look like! Please keep it up! 🙌🍟🍔

Things are often forgotten in the drive-thru and the toys are often not what is current

Disaster ordered a menu shortly after 8 p.m. and no one was in the store and I waited 20 minutes. Food cold, fries forgotten, employees walking around like fake money.

This is the first time we have been in such a negative situation. There were almost no people, and the speed of service was as if there were 100 people in the hall. Everywhere is dirty and not cleaned. The toilet is a horror in general, I get the impression that it is made for ticks, there are no norms for people AT ALL, the cubicles are so small that I almost turned around there, despite the fact that my height is 1.78 and my weight is 78 kg. They forgot about all the other people who can come there. Dear management and the network that gives franchises to everyone in a row, you are losing customers and your centuries-old image.

Unfortunately, it happens again and again that personalized products (this time a MC Rib with extra sauce and extra onions) aren't delivered. I couldn't complain about the burger because I was in a hurry and the checkout lines were too long. Still, it's a hassle.

Absolute disaster – error rate of 80%! I order regularly from this branch, but the error rate is beyond good and bad. Of the last 10 orders, 8 were wrong! Sometimes entire burgers are missing, sometimes only 4 nuggets in a six-pack, wrong drinks, ice cubes without despite expressly request - and most often, side dishes or sauces are simply missing. That's why I got into the habit of checking everything on the spot every time - but today it became really absurd. When I get home, I unpack my burger and lo and behold: NO MEAT! A burger without a patty - you can't beat that incompetence. This branch consistently manages to screw up even the simplest of orders. The fact that you pay over €14 for such a terrible service just tops it all off. Anyone who orders here should be prepared to be disappointed on a regular basis.

Yesterday evening I wanted to order something at the Mc Drive counter, wanted to order and was told to wait after 3 minutes. I said hello again normally to draw attention to myself and this time I was shouted at that I should wait, they would get in touch when they were ready. As a customer you don't deserve this kind of treatment. You should train your staff better. I hope some important person who has something to say and is responsible for this company will come clean!

Waited for breakfast at the terminal 25 minutes after paying. That definitely took too long!

When we completed the order at the terminal at 10:13 today, we had to wait 26 minutes until the food was ready for pickup. 26 minutes for 4 articles. That was clearly too long. An item - a wrap wasn't even rolled up properly, but half open. You had to roll it up properly yourself so that you could hold it halfway in your hand. There was also no soap in the women's toilet, the soap dispenser was completely empty.

Unglaublich freches Perdonal, auf die Frage ob man eine Tischnummer bekommt wurde nur patzig geantwortet nein es wäre zu viel los (andere haben ihr Essen gebracht bekommen) dann würde man dumm stehen gelassen … dann noch ein falsche Getränk bekommen auf Nachfrage das richtige zu bekommen wurde gesagt „ist doch egal ob du jetzt ein Wasser oder was anderes bekommst!“ Personal macht sich über uns Gäste lustig. Dreckige Toiletten und einfach schlechter Service (zu lange Wartezeiten)!

Mc drive is catastrophic. Has nothing to do with fast food. You stand for at least 20 minutes to even place an order. And then another 20 min. to get the food. Incredible.

Toilets are disgustingly dirty. No soap, no toilet paper. Toilets so narrow that you can't fit in with a child. Everything sticks, no changing table. Garbage full.

Yesterday afternoon I came to the branch and wanted to order at the counter, where I was told by an employee without any greeting and in an extremely rude, harsh tone: "Order at the kiosk!", when I then politely replied "What please?" Food was hot (so definitely freshly prepared). The lady at the counter was very friendly. The parking situation could be better. The entrance to the drive-in counter is quite confusing and narrow. The “waiting area” for food distribution at the car is also very narrow. Maybe the whole thing could be reworked. Otherwise everything is great for a quick snack in between.

He personally brought breakfast to my table with a large porcelain cup, coffee, fresh McMuffin bacon and egg and was extremely friendly. Five points! After a great visit to the cinema, I went to McDonald's with friends. The first thing I noticed was when we came in there was a smell of old fritzenfetz. We took advantage of the table service, but unfortunately we had to pick up our food ourselves and waited another 3 minutes. I won't go there anymore

I was in Frechen to visit family and visited this branch twice. I was very positively impressed by the cleanliness and good service. Keep it up and I wish you all the best
