Sometimes there is a lot of rubbish outside but otherwise everything is ok.

Prices are really exorbitant! 2 menus + 4 burgers 50€ no average earner can afford that anymore! Fries dripping with fat, not crispy, the burger lacks flavor and the drinks continue, the cups are soaked after just 15 minutes. Reusable ones are currently not available! Not with us anymore because we are very disappointed!

Total failure. Almost 45 minutes. waiting for order. I guess I wasn't the only one. I definitely never again. Absolutely not recommended.

Well designed and nice outdoor area. Because it's a bit off the road, it's relatively quiet. I like going here.

A small branch with a well-kept ambience and a very cozy atmosphere!

Too long waiting times (2 customers in front of me with less prepared goods and I waited 15 minutes with 2 menus, some only eat warm, if the branch were better organized you could get better quality of goods. Instead of just chatting, everyone in the store gets it. Customer is not appreciated. Other branches are better positioned, sorry... only 2 stars... the strategy of the branch in Zeulenroda-Triebes may change again in the near future

I ordered churros and noticed that the employees weren't wearing gloves when filling the burgers. In addition, when putting the churros into the cardboard, an employee noticed that there was one too much in it and took it out of the package with bare fingers and shoved it directly into the mouth and then More burgers straight away... I won't buy anything else

It can't be the case that something is missing from an order every time... Then you don't look in the bag because you're relying on everything being packed properly, but no, then suddenly a €9 burger is missing... The hygiene is anything but adequate

Food was ready on time and still nice and hot, everything as it should be.

One star less for service because ketchup/mayo is often missing from the bag when you order in the drive. Otherwise a pretty good Burger King with nothing to complain about.

The employees seem very overwhelmed as soon as there is more than 1 customer there. The waiting times are very long, during which you can watch the staff preparing food and the lack of hygiene is immediately noticeable!! No gloves are worn, everyone touches everything and then prepares the food. In addition, something is wrong with every order. Sometimes things are prepared incorrectly, sometimes a product is missing entirely or products that were not ordered at all.

Friendly staff at the drive in, quick preparation, everything was complete and of course delicious.

Relatively small Burge King, hidden in a commercial area. Despite the limited seating, the restaurant offers everything you need, 2 ordering terminals, some tables for 4 and free parking spaces. The meal took a little longer despite the small number of customers. But in the end nothing was missing, the food was warm enough and tasty.

Normal BK. Had a good meal yesterday. The new Rösti Burger with chicken tastes good. Staff friendly and place clean.

Im DriveIn schon mehrfach bestellt, heute wurden erst wieder Burger im Wert von 7€ vergessen einzupacken. Wenn man eine Zutat abbestellt, ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass sie doch mit dabei ist genauso hoch wie die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass am Ende was in der Tüte fehlt…

Sehr schnelle freundliche Bedienung essen hat geschmeckt immer wieder

Wenn mal nicht maximal unterbesetzt ist das Erlebnis besser geworden. Es gibt dann auch warme/heiße Speisen. Die vergessenen Sachen sind grundsätzlich auch weniger geworden. Leider noch zu oft mit nur 2 oder 3 Mann besetzt

Ist top. Vorallem Max, der Manager und Christin. Laden ist schön gestaltet. Sonderwünsche sind auch kein Problem. PS: Sind stammkunden, warten nur noch auf unsere Goldcard🥲

Also das Essen war in Ordnung, franchise halt. Da kann man ja nicht viel verkehrt machen. Aber was sich hinterm Tresen abspielt, also naja.... Hinten in der Küche stopfen sich die Angestellten selbst das Essen rein, sehr appetlich... vor allem nicht gerade die leichtgewichtigsten Personen... Und Drive in würde ich garnicht empfehlen, da wartet man gern ein bisschen länger, obwohl nix los ist... Gern mal dran arbeiten...

Essen an sich gut, manchmal leicht fehlerhafte Bestellungen erhalten.

Hatte mit meiner Freundin zusammen essen bestellt zum mitnehmen und musste zum wiederholsten mal feststellen das wider ein Bürger gefehlt hat ich weiß einfach nicht wie das passieren kann weil es musst eigentlich auffallen wen die 3 mal kontrollieren ob alles da ist und dan trotzdem was fehlt Ich kann nur empfehlen das jeder immer erst alles kontrollieren muss ob es da ist eh er geht

Passt und für Kinder auf die schnelle eine gute Futterstelle

Ich war mit meinem Sohn nach der Schule zum Mittagessen im Resturante. Das essen war schnell fertig und auch heiß und lecker. Manche Kommentare kann man nicht nachvollziehen.

Sehr sauber, Essen war sehr gut. Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Ein Stern Abzug beim Ambiente, da der Waschraum der Toilette etwas klein ist und man beim Händewaschen direkt im Öffnungsbereich der Tür steht. Auch die Dauer des Wasserhahns könnte etwas länger sein.
