The food comes from Kaufland, the beer is water with olive oil, the rump steak costs €200 and the waiter had no taps and pooped himself.

Ate very well. Everything tasted wonderful. We were completely satisfied and can recommend it without hesitation. Thumbs up 👍🏻.

We stayed at Da Rosario beach house. At the entrance you will be welcomed in a friendly Italian way. We had a reservation. The restaurant is very nicely decorated. We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 pasta dishes. Although you might think there was a little bit on the plate, the portions were almost too much. The plates are beautifully prepared, hot and taste great. The children's pizzas were super crispy and well topped. The prices are high but not too expensive for what you get. I can recommend the restaurant! We'd love to come back.

Dogs are not welcome here, not even on the terrace as a gravel area with wooden seating, 0 points for us

The beach house is modernly furnished and offers space for many people. The terrace is lovely in summer. The place right on the water is great. Smoking is prohibited on the terrace. A reservation is always recommended. Service is very good and quick. The boss serves it himself and enough other service staff. The food is super delicious. From starters, main courses, pizza, pasta or meat to dessert, everything is really good. Highly recommended restaurant. Parking is a few meters away and costs €1 for 2 hours.

Dogs are not allowed to enter. Find it impossible these days. Screaming children are no problem. We want to attract guests, but not like that.

After reading some of the negative reviews, I can't understand them at all. The staff was very friendly and very attentive, but not intrusive. The boss was also very warm and accommodating. We felt very comfortable at all times. The ambience is a dream, located very close to the water with a wonderful view. As a starter I had the pizza bread with garlic and my partner had a side salad. For the main course she had the risotto with tomato mozzarella and grilled zucchini, and I had the Tagliatelle Mafia with salmon. As you can see from the photos, the side salad alone qualifies as the main course in some other restaurants. Accordingly, we were more than full and the taste of the food was beyond any doubt. In terms of price, we found it a little more expensive than other restaurants we have been to in the area, considering the abundance and excellent taste, but completely reasonable and not overpriced. It should be clear to everyone that a restaurant in this location is very busy and that you should call in advance to reserve a nice place. To rate the store poorly afterwards because you didn't get a place shows unfair behavior. I can recommend the beach house Da Rosario with a clear conscience and would be happy to spend a pleasant evening here again at any time.

At Rosario, it's always like a little Italian vacation around the corner. Very good food in a cozy atmosphere and a fantastic view.

Unfortunately we had to cancel because no (small) dogs are allowed! Incomprehensible in this day and age. So we don't have the benefit of testing. A PITY.

As always, we sat and ate really well. The price is now more than ok again. It was just strange that the capo wanted to know from me what was on the Napoli pizza and then said he couldn't make me the simplest and traditional one. I've also enjoyed it in Sicily... .....

Prices are a bit too high, but the surroundings and the service make up for the price-performance ratio. For management: When a salmon dish is ordered, one expects salmon on the plate, especially given the price. There still needs to be improvements. But still good in taste. The price just isn't right.

Just as good as ever after renovation

We will never eat there because the owner is probably a dog hater, the dog isn't even allowed on the terrace, restaurants like that don't earn any money from us. It's not possible

Ordered 3 pizzas to take away by phone from the beach. We were told the waiting time would be an hour…ok. We are there just in time for the pick-up time and the waiter asks which pizzas we have ordered. Then we said our order again...he said it would be ready in five minutes. When I asked again after 20 minutes what the pizzas were like, when asked in the kitchen he said “they are in the oven”. So they had classically forgotten our order. Unfortunately not a word or gesture of apology...Paid and that's it. There really is a better way. If you don't have your ordering process under control, you can apologize and not have to make your guests wait pointlessly at the counter for 45 minutes and take them for a fool. Pizzas weren't cut yet, despite asking. Unsightly and unfortunately it was the second time that it was so unfortunate... and there wasn't even much going on. Unfortunately bad...

Ambiance, service and food are mega good. I think the price is reasonable. Would love to come back.

Contrary to many opinions about the food, we were absolutely dissatisfied with the quality. The boss can personally serve as he pleases. The carbonara is simply terrible. And not for the first time. The ambience doesn't help either.

Simply delicious and for guests with celiac disease there is even gluten-free spaghetti and penne on request, which are freshly and carefully prepared. My wife has celiac disease and is happy to have found an Italian restaurant.

The location, staff and food deserve 5 stars. Directly on the Zeulenrodaer Meer. From the terrace you can enjoy the view of the water. The waitresses are very friendly and quick. The patron is constantly present and takes care of his guests. And now for food. The fresh swordfish fillet was a dream 🤩 it was worth every euro. Clear recommendation!! If you want to eat very good Italian food... this is the place for you.

The food is very tasty and the service is great. The only problem is that it takes quite a long time. But I can recommend it.

Unfortunately, price-performance is not convincing. You feel like you want to go gourmet, but it seems to stay that way. The restaurant is also very loud. Perhaps sound absorbers can be installed here and there during the renovation.

We have been coming here to eat for several years. The entire team, from the waiter to the boss, are friendly and open-minded every time. There's always something to laugh about here and there. I can only disagree with reviews that describe the team as “unfriendly, arrogant” or even “child-unfriendly”. I myself have never noticed anything like that. And one should perhaps be able to forgive the fact that restaurant employees are just people who may sometimes reach their limits in one situation or another with a guest. (there are always two sides) We weren't even unlucky with the food. The pasta is just perfect, the pizza is exactly as it should be. Fresh, hot and simply delicious. The fish even impressed my 8 year old daughter. In short, you are happy to pay a reasonable price for the whole thing. Please keep it up.

I ate fish, the fish smelled of frying oil, there were leftovers from the previous person on the plate, there was excrement in the entrance area, the beer was actually just water with food coloring, and the highlight of the evening was that a guest threw cucumbers around, the boss stinks of urine.

You will be escorted to the table at the entrance, the menu will be handed to you and you will immediately be asked about the drinks. It doesn't take long until the drinks are served. In between you can order the dishes, but with the large selection it is quite difficult to decide. The food takes a little longer to prepare, but it is freshly prepared. Very friendly and helpful staff. Recommendation: reserve seats in advance.

We were greeted by an unfriendly and annoyed boss. The customer is king, things are different! We actually waited 55 minutes for our food. We go to the Italian restaurant very often, but we have never had a meal like this. Noodles that were way too soft were presented carelessly on the plate, the salad was wilted, the meat was tough. We can only advise against eating out to have a good time and not to be treated like a nuisance.

The beach house Da Rosario is a well-known restaurant in Zeulenroda. The prices for a steak are overpriced. The pizza is okay. Unfortunately, we initially had to wait 15 minutes just to order our drinks, even though the restaurant was almost empty. I am not satisfied.

Once again we had a very good meal, in a great atmosphere with competent service. We always enjoy coming back.

Ein absoluter Traum. Sehr nettes zuvorkommend Personal und fantastisches Essen. Traumhafte Lage. 12.12.23 erneute da gewesen. Alles wie immer top. Essen mega lecker und sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Endlich mal ein Italiener mit richtiger Cabonara, mega lecker. Außergewöhnliche Speisekarte und nicht die typischen Standartgerichte. Wenn ich mal wieder in der Heimat bin, komme ich aufjedenfall wieder.

Muss ehrlich sagen Warum nur 4,3 ? Volle PUNKTZAHL für Service, tolles Restaurant mit Wohlfühlgarantie absolut leckeres und hochwertiges Essen. Zusätzlich kommt die Professionalität und die herzliche und freundliche Bedienung. Hatte ein nettes Gespräch mit dem Chef. Bin das erste Mal auf Empfehlung hier und kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Die Zeulenrodaer können dankbar sein :-) ach und auch die Lage Top direkt am Zeulenrodaer Meer. Herzliche Grüße Andreas

Das Essen war sehr lecker! Die Nudeln waren wirklich al dente und der Lachs war richtig zart. Auch die Pizza ist sehr zu empfehlen. Zudem ein wunderbares Ambiente und nettes Personal.

Wir sind aufgrund der ganzen vorherigen Bewertungen hierhergekommen und wurden auch sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Service war auch weiterhin sehr gut und angenehm. Das Essen allerdings eher unterdurchschnittlich. Möglicherweise lag es daran, dass wir erst eine Stunde vor Feierabend eingekehrt sind und die letzten waren. Unsere Pasta waren jedenfalls leider bei meiner Frau noch zu fest und bei mir zu weich und die Saucen noch nicht fertig, bzw. wässrig und nicht richtig abgeschmeckt. Schade eigentlich.

Schönes gemütliches Ambiente und unglaublich tolles Essen. 👌 Wer Lust hat authentisch italienisch essen zu gehen, sollte hier unbedingt mal vorbeikommen! Die Speisen waren außerordentlich lecker und,wie auf Wunsch, auf dem Punkt zubereitet. Die Pasta war wunderbar al dente und die Zubereitung der Pizzas im richtigen Pizzaofen war geschmacklich absolut hervorragend. Ebenso ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Service!😊 Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!👍 LG an das Rosario-Team

Super freundlicher Service und leckere Pizza und Nudelgerichte. Preis/Leistung völlig in Ordnung und passend.

Das Essen kann man ganz und gar nicht empfehlen. Tiefkühlkost mal kurz auf den Grill geworfen, schlecht gewürztes Essen, alle Nudelgerichte mit Sahne, kaum vegetarische Gerichte, echt enttäuschend. Man hat das Gefühl richtig abgezockt zu werden und dass das Essen nicht frisch zubereitet wird. Dazu geht alles zu schnell. Die Krönung war die Creme Brülee, welcher aus einer kalt zusammen gerühreten Fertigcreme bestand und das für 6,50 €! Also alles in allem ein nicht zu empfehlendes Restaurant

Man sitzt sehr schön mit Blick aufs Wasser. Die Auswahl ist gut und bisher haben sowohl Pasta als auch Pizza stets sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Service ist zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Dieses Restaurant hat einen wunderbaren Standort und es ist ein tolles Gebäude. Sehr toll gebaut. Aber die Wartezeit geht gar nicht. Man wartet an einem Mittwoch mit Tischvorbestellung 1,5 Stunden auf das Essen. Das Essen war dann auch nicht nach unserem Geschmack. Die Nudeln waren noch sehr hart und das Fleisch nicht durch gebraten . Die Steinpilze ungenießbar. Schade, wir hatten uns etwas Besseres vorgestellt.

Sehr gutes italienisches Essen mit vielen Highlights, z.B. original italienische Carbonara (ohne Sahne!!), Pasta mit Trüffel-Sauce, Meeresfrüchte, toller Espresso... Die Bruschetta sind sehr schön auf einer Mini-Holzpalette angerichtet. Die Lage des Restaurants am See spricht für sich, das Ambiente ist sehr gepflegt und der Service ist sehr gut. Wir haben weit und breit nichts Vergleichbares gefunden, daher volle Punktzahl.

Völlig überteuerte Portion Fisch, nicht einmal 200g und dann auch noch trocken! Die Kritik im Anschluss prallte am Personal ab. Die Getränkepreise beinhalten scheinbar auch den Seeblick. Das Ambiente war in Ordnung und der Service mäßig, werden wohl nicht wieder hingehen. Schade.

Tolle italienische Küche mit Wurzeln in Süditalien/Kalabrien. Speisen werden immer ganz exklusiv arrangiert, z.B. Bruschetta auf einer witzigen Mini-Palette. Kompetenter freundlicher Service. Tolle Lage am Stadtstrand des Zeulenrodaer Meeres. Für die Region mit die ausgedehntes ten Öffnungszeiten!

Das Essen hier ist sehr gut und eines italienischen Restaurants würdig. Die Pizza ist kross und dünn, die Nudeln perfekt und lecker. Auch die Meeresfrüchte sind sehr gut. Der Inhaber ist etwas brummelig und wirkt auf den ersten Blick unfreundlich, aber ist immer zur Stelle und bedient seine Gäste schnell und zuvorkommend. Die Stühle sind recht unbequem, daher nur 3 Sterne fürs Ambiente.
