McDonald's in Regensburg

Sollten Lesen lernen... weiß ja nicht wie man bei einer kleinen Bestellungen BBQ vergessen kann... traurig eigentlich. Aber sonst MCs immer geil ( andere Filialen können besser lesen)

Dieser McDonald's-Besuch war der schlechteste überhaupt. Das Essen war nicht frisch und wirkte, als hätte es schon ewig gestanden, bevor ich es gekauft habe – außer dem Salat in meinem Burger. Dafür gibt es nur einen Stern. Der Rest ist einfach nur schlecht. Wenn ihr reist und zum ersten Mal hierher kommt und das nicht wisst, solltet ihr hier besser nicht essen. Lest das vorher!

Ich bin hier öfter und eigentlich passt es so weit. Aber dieses Mal habe ich eine falsche Bestellung bekommen. Ich habe Earl Grey bekommen, statt Grünertee. Wäre ja gar kein Problem. Ich hatte ihn halt schon geöffnet und dann erst gesehen, dass es der falsche ist. Dann bin ich damit und mit der Quittung zur Kasse gegangen und habe gesagt, dass es der falsche war. Ich war nicht unfreundlich. Die Mitarbeiterin war vorwurfsvoll und sehr unfreundlich, weil ich ihn geöffnet hatte. Trotzdem hab ich den richtigen dann Bekommen. Meine Freundin, die auch den falschen bekommen hatte, hat sie ignoriert

Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich, teilweise genervt wenn man mit Bargeld bezahlen möchte, sie reden dann ewig und beachten einen erst gar nicht. Die ältere Frau Kassenbereich mit schwarzen Haaren klatscht das rückgeld auch hin. Ist super unprofessionell.. ja sie sind in ein Center und es ist viel los aber das sollte man nicht am Kunden auslassen. Niemals. Andere Mc Donalds kriegen das auch hin und sind weitgehender freundlicher als die hier. Bestellung wurde auch nicht richtig ausgeführt. Passiert aber nach dem Besuch trotzdem ärgerlich .

Als ich heute dieses Lokal nach einem anstrengenden Tag besucht habe, hatte ich mich zuvor auf ein leckeres Eis gefreut gehabt. Diese Freude hat sich mir aber leider völligst entzogen, nachdem mir ein Eis mit einem Füllstand - vergleichbar mit meinem Geldbeutel nach "ich geb heute aus" - serviert wurde. Eine absolute Frechheit. Ein "Mc Sunday" für 2 Euro mit 30 Prozent Füllstand. Eher ein "Mc Monday". Dieses Eis spiegelte wahrhaftig meine Energie an einem Montag Vormittag wider. Sonst aber war mein Essen trotzdem -auf gut bayerisch - recht "gschmacke" , weshalb meine Bewertung doch Richtung 2 Sterne tendiert. An den Mitarbeiter, der mein Eis befüllen sollte: Ich werde dich finden ! Ist die Eismaschine mal nicht kaputt, so ist es dann trotzdem der Inteligenzquozient des Eis - Mitarbeiters. Nimm dich in Acht !

Der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig hatten eine Cola und eine Cola Zero bestellt auf den Bechern stand auf den Aufklebern 1Fanta und 1McFlurry, da soll man dann einfach wissen welches das Zero ist oder wie? Die Pommes im McSmartmenü waren labbrig. Der Umbau allerdings wirkt jetzt sehr aufgeräumt im Gegensatz zu vorher.

Das 2. mal bei Dienstreise was gegessen - mit Abstand der beste Maci in DE und besser als jeder in AT. Hammer 🔨 frisch und spitzen Qualität

Wurde gerade von Bedingungen angelogen, wollte an der Kasse zahlen von mir wurde 5,40 Euro verlangt habe 7,00 gegeben, zurück nur 0,10 Cent gekriegt mit Aussage das es nur 5,50 war. Wollte nicht streiten und war unter Zeitdruck. Aber es ist nicht korrekt einfach unverschämt sowas machen

Ich habe bei McDonald’s einen Burger bestellt und konnte die Zubereitung direkt beobachten. Was ich gesehen habe, war absolut schockierend. Der Mitarbeiter hat sämtliche Zutaten mit bloßen Händen angefasst – vom Brötchen über Tomaten bis hin zum Käse. Keine Handschuhe, keine Zange. Nur das Fleischpatty wurde mit einer Zange genommen, offensichtlich nur deshalb, weil es heiß war. Alle anderen Zutaten, die keiner weiteren Hitze ausgesetzt werden, wurden direkt mit den Händen berührt. Aus hygienischen Gründen habe ich den Burger nicht angenommen und um eine Rückerstattung gebeten. Die Mitarbeiterin holte die Managerin. Statt sich zu entschuldigen oder Verständnis zu zeigen, begann sie mit mir zu diskutieren und behauptete, dass dieses Vorgehen völlig normal sei und den Vorschriften entspreche. Ihrer Aussage nach müsse nur das Fleisch mit einer Zange angefasst werden – alle anderen Zutaten dürften mit bloßen Händen verarbeitet werden. Das Verhalten der Managerin war unfreundlich, respektlos und unprofessionell. Es gab keine Entschuldigung, keine Einsicht und keinerlei kundenorientiertes Verhalten. Hygiene sollte in der Gastronomie oberste Priorität haben. Nach dieser Erfahrung kann ich diesen McDonald’s leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen

Wahnsinnig unfreundliche Mitarbeiter . Zudem trödeln sie dermaßen rum trotz der Bitte ob sie bitte etwas schneller machen können, da mein Zug käme . Zur Info ich sah mein Essen schon liegen , sie haben es einfach nur nicht verpackt

Der Mitarbeiter war sehr unfreundlich und hat uns direkt raus geschmissen weil mein Freund ein Bier Flasche in der Hand hatte ohne es zu trinken Null Verständnis. Nie wieder dort.

Die neuen Burger, zum Beispiel den Big Gouda, gibt es hier noch nicht. Und dann. Wurde uns auch noch hier der Einkauf geklaut 🤬

Wir sind zutiefst enttäuscht davon, dass diese Filiale angeblich kein Frühstück anbietet trotz Werbung davon.

Schon zum zweiten oder sogar dritten Mal bekomme ich einen Double Cheeseburger ohne Fleisch. Sie haben vergessen, das zweite Stück Fleisch hinzuzufügen?!?!?!? Wollt ihr mich verarschen???

Seien Sie vorsichtig bei der Bestellung von Essen zum Mitnehmen! Statt doppeltem Hähnchen erhalten Sie möglicherweise nur ein einfaches.

I ordered three cheeseburgers here today. Between 9 and 9:30, there were no other customers. I still waited 10 minutes and took the food to go. When they opened, the cheeseburgers were only lukewarm, the cheese wasn't melted at all, and the burgers themselves didn't look fresh. Very poor quality. The staff was lazy.

The food was cold. I waited an hour for it to arrive and I almost threw up. It was awful 🤬

The buns are dry, and there's not enough sauce. The drinks contain a huge amount of ice – this is the first McDonald's I've ever had that put so much ice in them. If you ignore these drawbacks, it's a perfectly normal fast-food restaurant, more or less convenient.

The place is small, but you can find a seat. The staff is constantly on the move, keeping an eye on the order at the tables and helping customers navigate their orders.

The food was terrible, ordered espresso machiato grande got small normal espresso The milkshake tasted like it had expired milk,the fries were too salty and finally big Mac was NOT big and tasted poorly

Incredibly bad experience. Food was old and tasteless, salad inedible. The kids' menu came without toys, and even after asking, I was given the wrong one. There were old McFlurry leftovers on my tray, absolutely disgusting and unhygienic! The staff were also rude. Never again.

Another typical McDonald's experience: the ice cream machine is broken. The cashier was unfriendly and seemed annoyed when we placed our order, even though we didn’t do anything wrong. It felt like there was some discrimination involved. I’ve been to many places, but the service here was truly terrible.

At 10:44 a.m., we had an extremely unpleasant encounter with an older employee. She displayed extremely disrespectful behavior: she rolled her eyes, refused to let us finish, and had a very unfriendly, arrogant manner. We didn't feel welcome, but rather like a burden. As customers, we expect a certain level of respect and courtesy—these basic standards were unfortunately completely ignored here. We sincerely hope that management takes this incident seriously and takes appropriate action. This kind of behavior should not be the norm.

There is very little and the staff is unfriendly

There are no self-ordering machines. There were only 3 sauces available (ketchup, mayo and sweet sour) and there was no Caprisonne. First time I ever left a MacDonalds without ordering

As expected, the prices are a little higher than at other branches, but the unfriendly employees and the quality is significantly worse than at other branches, salad looks like it has been reused for days and Mcflurries are only made half full. I didn't order much and something was still forgotten. The fact that vouchers don't work and mobile ordering and collection isn't possible often draws me to other shops in the arcades.

Just a mecces. The food was served very quickly and the place seems tidy. The branch is a bit cramped, but that's due to the fact that it's located in a shopping center.

Not crowded a place. As a non German I was able to place an order without any hassle. But the food quality didn't meet the expectations. The lettuce was not fresh which was a letdown.

This McDonald's is absolutely underground. There are neither curly fries nor spicy nuggets. I only got sweet and sour sauces and only when I asked did they say they didn't have any others. I ordered an App coupon that said "1 cheeseburg UND 1 Chilli cheese". The lady at this McDonald's told me that is wrong and that I actually only get one OR the other. Even after I showed her my order on the App, she refused to give me the correct order. In addition, my drink was warm.

You can do that, the staff was nice and the places to sit were clean. Food was ready quickly. I couldn't redeem my coupon from the app because they don't offer the entire range, understandable for a McDonald's of this size, but still disappointing. My fries were very, very salty, I like that, but they were close to being too salty.

I'm often here on my lunch break from vocational school, but recently when I came out of the cinema in the evening and I ordered a McSmart menu with 2 cheeseburgers, I ate the 2 most unpleasant burgers I've ever had from a McDonald's. And the second cheeseburger only had a few pieces of onion. What happened here? What annoyed me this summer was that they offered their spicy nuggets much later than traditional McDonalds. Der McDonald's is sehr übersichtlich, nicht schmutzig das Essen ist gut und warm und es wird sehr darauf geachtet das die Kunden glücklich und gut bedient sind

Mir war nicht klar das ein Happy Meal nicht immer happy macht. Die lange Wartezeit ohne das Kunden anstanden und das wortkarge Personal haben es geschafft das wir nicht happy sind nach unserem Besuch.
