McDonald's in Regensburg

Not a single star if that were possible. Dude, what's the point? I order on lieferando at 7:13 p.m., wait until 8:17 p.m. ONLY to receive the message that my order should arrive at 9:40 p.m. to 9:50 p.m.? There was no warning or message that it might take a little longer today, and when I wanted to cancel my order at customer service, I couldn't because according to the restaurant it was already prepared and being delivered, which can't be TRUE because it should have been there a long time ago if that were the case. That's NOT 5 minutes by car, unfortunately I know that because I've driven the route thousands and thousands of times, both by car and by bike. If your drivers are all busy and the forecast is more than 2 hours then you should put a damn lid on it and don't let any new ones arrive OR at least say something! And if the order was just for me I wouldn't be so mad, but that's really happening NOW, especially when I'm also ordering for my two older parents who are ALSO hungry right now! By the way, it's STILL not there, even though I should have been able to get there by car in the time it took me to type THIS, you liars! update: it's still not there. It's now 10 p.m.

When I asked if they could just give us the pattie instead of the hamburger, the answer was 'NO!' - but due to gluten intolerance, my husband can no longer eat it when the bread comes. When he tried to explain this, the police were called and threatened that they would take him away if he didn't leave the restaurant immediately. A terrible place!

Was there the second time around the morning hours, after work. I ordered something to take away both times. The first time I ordered a Royal Ts hamburger was missing and the second time I ordered 9 chicken nuggests. Logically, you only notice this at home. I find this extremely unprofessional, especially given the prices.

Very!!!! Busy, full parking, full drive-thru, very full lobby. Staff seem to be managing. Single use toilet area, small seating area inside outside seating area very cold and loud in winter. This McDonald's looks like a comfortable home. 🥰 Today, January 11, 1995 my husband and I went on our first date starting as employees on McDonald's. Now we celebrate 30 years together. We have visited McDonald's in many countries, states, and towns. It seems fitting for us to have a Sundae as a continuation of our adventures through many more years. Mc Drive intercom system is subpar even for McDonald's conditions and then extremely unfriendly staff.

There is dissociative amnesia here in the branch! Something is constantly being forgotten or entire orders are mixed up. Even when you make a complaint, you forget something. Can someone get to the bottom of the situation from those responsible? Update 12/15/2024 Today the fries were forgotten again, as is often the case! The pick-up system also works less and less often, so you have to explain things for minutes before someone gets it. It is noticeable that the Mc Chicken is becoming flatter and the small side salad and the dressing have been reduced. The Big Mac consists only of sauce and rolls. I waited 10 minutes for the food and then it was cold. Chicken nuggets were chewy and only lukewarm. I ordered Cola without ice and got water with syrup and instead of a Cola I only got water. And the promised codes from the Mc App simply didn't work there, it always worked in other McDonalds. Restaurant itself is just dirty.

Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience on our last visit. We were there to enjoy our meal in peace, but an employee spoke to us rudely. He complained that we were “constantly ordering” and that he had to “go upstairs several times” because of it. We thought that it was normal in a restaurant to place orders if you wanted something else. His unfriendly behavior completely spoiled our enjoyment of eating. This really shouldn't happen in a customer service based company like McDonald's!

Employees unfriendly. It was almost impossible to exchange ideas due to language differences. That's why I was directed to the order terminal. Burger was lukewarm at best and no longer seemed fresh. The store is easily accessible. BUT: Dirtiest McDonalds I've ever been to. There are leftover food everywhere on the floor, tables and seating. The benches are also partly badly worn and damaged. The veterinarian would describe this as unhygienic. The toilets are under water, especially at the sink or below. Soap dispenser is empty. A hand air dryer is available for drying your hands. Staff not unfriendly and sufficient. Food OK. Overall, the overall impression is not convincing.

Food is okay, not great but ok. Employees, on the other hand, couldn't behave at all. We completely laughed at a young employee with a disability in front of customers and made jokes about him. Mrs. Manager didn't actually react to it at all... I was really embarrassed to see and be part of such scenes. A customer stood up for the young man.

I usually order via the app and pick up at McDrive. Since the branch on Vilsstraße has failed to ensure completeness of the order, I have been getting my food from Defreggerweg for some time now. Unfortunately, things are going wrong here too. Whole burgers are simply folded in. When we asked when picking up whether everything was packed, the apparently annoyed employee replied that the order was complete. It wasn't like that again. Been cheated financially and not fed. It's a shame... Update: Ordered here again yesterday and picked it up at the drive-in - Same topic as last time: When asked if everything was packed, the answer was "yes" again. However, the Big Tasty was forgotten again. I don't know what's so difficult about handing over a complete order correctly at least once. I have now unintentionally given away a double-digit amount in this branch alone. For my part, I don't like McDonald's Regensburg. After all, there are others like BK or KFC. McD’s as you know it. It was somewhat unorganized despite being located in Germany. Overal ok though, would bisit again. Parking lot is a little tight in case you have a big car.

Food was as you would expect. The leader seemed stressed and somewhat unfriendly. The two urinals in the men's toilet were overflowing with urine. Writing no longer works properly. I know from my acquaintances that the women's toilets were normally clean.

We are used to McDonald's in the Netherlands, but this location was a breath of fresh air in comparison. The price indicated when choosing the dish was actually the price we paid. My daughter had a question and was kindly helped by an employee. I'm not used to that anymore. In short, are you near Regensburg and are you hungry? Then I can highly recommend this McDonald's to you.

Unfortunately slow service on simple orders. No one speaks English and you can forget about getting help. Not particularly fresh. The burgers were dry. Not recommended.

I ordered an iced coffee shake to take away. Firstly, it took forever to get it done, the staff weren't necessarily friendly and seemed annoyed. When I got the shake for €4.60 (I think a predecessor wrote €4.30) but no matter, both were overpriced. After 2 normal pulls, on the way to the car, the straw was empty and the cup was full of just ice cubes. I'd rather go to a nice coffee shop and pay €1 more, at least you get something out of it and it's more comfortable too. McDonald's, me no more!

I'm shocked! Never seen such a dirty McDonalds!!! And that even though there wasn't much going on. It's best to take a cloth and disinfectant with you; you'll have to clean it vigorously before sitting down. Very disgusting, we definitely won't be coming back

We were in the restaurant at night and unfortunately the fries weren't cooked through, the burgers didn't taste good and the food took an awfully long time. One star because there was a small compensation.

Nice McDonald's. As always, I ordered via the app and just gave my order code. The food was delivered quickly to the outside table and the staff were very nice and friendly. The ashtrays were emptied and the outside area was clean and tidy. Therefore I cannot understand the many negative reviews. If we're in the area again, we'll be happy to come back

The Plant Burger could use more flavor. It is unusual that payment is made on the corner. Nevertheless, everything that is good for McDonald's was in the bag and everything else was fine. McDonald's should offer its burgers around the clock, including in the morning.

Dirty in the room, dirty tables, dirty floor, dirty in the bathroom. There are fries, papers, ketchup on the floor, it stinks. If not Macdonald. Unless it's German standard.

We have been here several times while passing through. Today was the last time. Disgusting how dirty and sticky everything was today. Toilets (no paper, everything wet and greasy), seats (grease marks, leftover food, crumbs everywhere) and floor (sticky throughout and sometimes slippery). We've really lost our appetite... At least our table was freshly wiped down and preparation was quick. Our dishes were also warm.

Once everything was very dirty, tables that customers hadn't cleared themselves, like ours, the tray was still standing and the table was filthy.... A hamburger was forgotten when ordering.... When you asked to clarify, you looked stupid and turned around in an unfriendly manner um threw me a hamburger... which was also cold and the paper was smudged. When we finished eating I had to make a takeaway order for friends... in total I left 60 euros in the store ..Anyway, when they called our number, our order was on a tray to eat here even though I had chosen take-away.... Anyway, I said that I wanted it to be taken away... then the employee snapped at me and said that I had ordered it that way ..... someone else then threw the food into my bag carelessly and annoyed.... Giving it a one star I bought a coffee from here and it was way way way to hot burnt my tongue. I usually drink my coffees pretty hot but it was so painful that I spat it out over my leg in my car. When I went back in the guy who I understand was trying to help but tried to put ice in my coffee just a bad experience and like I know McDonald's have had legal battles over this so I'm pretty shocked this is still a problem

It's been a very long time since we've been to McDonald's again and once again, ordering in advance via Terminel didn't work despite help from a McDonald employee!!!

Unfortunately, it is becoming less and less service-oriented. Parts of the food ordered are often missing at the drive-thru. When ordering, you can't understand the employee because the intercom is set so quietly. If you then ask again, some people react aggressively. If you wait for the food to be served, the employees laugh at you and don't speak very favorably about customers (not in German). You think the customer doesn't understand it anyway. Every time I decide not to go there...but unfortunately that's the closest M C.

Good McDonalds, the food has always been tasty and the staff has always been friendly to us. Didn't have to wait long, the ambience was just like that in a McDonalds. The toilets are clean.

I've eaten around 50 Hamburger Royal Cheese in my life. These were always warm and delicious. Now the cheese sticks to the packaging and has melted. That burger must have been in the kitchen for 20 minutes. This Hamburger Royal cheese has nothing to do with a Hamburger Royal cheese, not even its appearance.

The only bad thing here is the parking spaces. Far too little and far too narrow. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, especially upstairs, and is a bit quieter there. The staff was friendly and I was given a chocolate coffee bean with my Cappuccino 2Go without being asked, which is often only available at other branches upon request, especially if you only order the coffee to take away. Opening times are of course unbeatable.

Waited over 25 minutes for MCMuffin / mini pancakes / 2 cappuccinos. Ordered at 9:51 a.m., received a take-away bag around 10:20 a.m. with cold food 🥺 Complaints on site were not accepted; on the contrary, I probably had to wait even longer. And all I get as an apology is a shrug I'll never go there again.

So much mess on the floor. Very noisy and small. Out of 2 burgers they forgot 1 on our order. They forgot kerchup on our order. Fork for my salad and napkins. They should close it here.

There's nothing to say about typical McDonald's food. However, as soon as you go up the stairs you get the experience of a sauna for free. This heat in the upper area is extremely unpleasant.

It was way too crowded here (on a Saturday) so I had to wait for minutes to get one of the screens to order. Eating there would probably have been similarly difficult. While the food was perfectly fine and was prepared in only about 5 minutes, picking it up was very stressful: when my number disappeared from the screen after 5 minutes (it said it was being prepared the whole time) I went to the counter to ask. but then heard someone calling my number who handed me the food while complaining to me by literally saying he had been calling the number for 10 minutes. That can't be true because the time from placing the order to picking it up was only five minutes.
