The administrator is very unfriendly, the staff is rude!

The store is easily accessible. BUT: Dirtiest McDonalds I've ever been to. There are leftover food everywhere on the floor, tables and seating. The benches are also partly badly worn and damaged. The veterinarian would describe this as unhygienic. The toilets are under water, especially at the sink or below. Soap dispenser is empty. A hand air dryer is available for drying your hands. Staff not unfriendly and sufficient. Food OK. Overall, the overall impression is not convincing.

Food is okay, not great but ok. Employees, on the other hand, couldn't behave at all. We completely laughed at a young employee with a disability in front of customers and made jokes about him. Mrs. Manager didn't actually react to it at all... I was really embarrassed to see and be part of such scenes. A customer stood up for the young man.

I usually order via the app and pick up at McDrive. Since the branch on Vilsstraße has failed to ensure completeness of the order, I have been getting my food from Defreggerweg for some time now. Unfortunately, things are going wrong here too. Whole burgers are simply folded in. When we asked when picking up whether everything was packed, the apparently annoyed employee replied that the order was complete. It wasn't like that again. Been cheated financially and not fed. It's a shame... Update: Ordered here again yesterday and picked it up at the drive-in - Same topic as last time: When asked if everything was packed, the answer was "yes" again. However, the Big Tasty was forgotten again. I don't know what's so difficult about handing over a complete order correctly at least once. I have now unintentionally given away a double-digit amount in this branch alone. For my part, I don't like McDonald's Regensburg. After all, there are others like BK or KFC. Or just cook yourself...

It took 2 minutes for my meal but it's the best there is

My standard go-to meggi. It's often busy, but they manage it well. If an order is incorrect, we will try very hard to make it right. Keep it up

McD’s as you know it. It was somewhat unorganized despite being located in Germany. Overal ok though, would bisit again. Parking lot is a little tight in case you have a big car.

DIRTY SHOP! The food is cold and not complete, the service doesn't understand you and you can use the toilets from the dining table! PS: Team Regensburg doesn't need to write anything below, just grab a cleaning bucket while you're at it and clean the shop!

Food was as you would expect. The leader seemed stressed and somewhat unfriendly. The two urinals in the men's toilet were overflowing with urine. Writing no longer works properly. I know from my acquaintances that the women's toilets were normally clean.

Unfortunately slow service on simple orders. No one speaks English and you can forget about getting help. Not particularly fresh. The burgers were dry. Not recommended.

We are used to McDonald's in the Netherlands, but this location was a breath of fresh air in comparison. The price indicated when choosing the dish was actually the price we paid. My daughter had a question and was kindly helped by an employee. I'm not used to that anymore. In short, are you near Regensburg and are you hungry? Then I can highly recommend this McDonald's to you.

Normal McDonalds like almost any other. We were served nicely.

I ordered an iced coffee shake to take away. Firstly, it took forever to get it done, the staff weren't necessarily friendly and seemed annoyed. When I got the shake for €4.60 (I think a predecessor wrote €4.30) but no matter, both were overpriced. After 2 normal pulls, on the way to the car, the straw was empty and the cup was full of just ice cubes. I'd rather go to a nice coffee shop and pay €1 more, at least you get something out of it and it's more comfortable too. McDonald's, me no more!

I'm shocked! Never seen such a dirty McDonalds!!! And that even though there wasn't much going on. It's best to take a cloth and disinfectant with you; you'll have to clean it vigorously before sitting down. Very disgusting, we definitely won't be coming back

We were in the restaurant at night and unfortunately the fries weren't cooked through, the burgers didn't taste good and the food took an awfully long time. One star because there was a small compensation.

The citizens are very bad inside...e.g. tomatoes and everyone looks to the left and right

I got diarrhea from the iced coffee. The waitress said powdered milk, espresso, cold water and frozen water in pieces, which should have given me pause. Absolutely subterranean in taste, €4.30. Impudence!

A good McD. Is conveniently located to the highway. Nice little outdoor seating area Parking is a bit small, but ok! Food was hot and delicious.

Dirty dirty tables, toilet and also the seats. And we couldn't sit down outside because there were ashtrays at every table and unfortunately they were extremely used. This has nothing to do with a restaurant! I wasn't given coffee at the MC Cafe either, I should go to the other cash register and I wasn't given any coffee and I had to order on the screen. The very last.

Nice McDonald's. As always, I ordered via the app and just gave my order code. The food was delivered quickly to the outside table and the staff were very nice and friendly. The ashtrays were emptied and the outside area was clean and tidy. Therefore I cannot understand the many negative reviews. If we're in the area again, we'll be happy to come back

The Plant Burger could use more flavor. It is unusual that payment is made on the corner. Nevertheless, everything that is good for McDonald's was in the bag and everything else was fine. McDonald's should offer its burgers around the clock, including in the morning.

Dirty in the room, dirty tables, dirty floor, dirty in the bathroom. There are fries, papers, ketchup on the floor, it stinks. If not Macdonald. Unless it's German standard.

We have been here several times while passing through. Today was the last time. Disgusting how dirty and sticky everything was today. Toilets (no paper, everything wet and greasy), seats (grease marks, leftover food, crumbs everywhere) and floor (sticky throughout and sometimes slippery). We've really lost our appetite... At least our table was freshly wiped down and preparation was quick. Our dishes were also warm.

Once everything was very dirty, tables that customers hadn't cleared themselves, like ours, the tray was still standing and the table was filthy.... A hamburger was forgotten when ordering.... When you asked to clarify, you looked stupid and turned around in an unfriendly manner um threw me a hamburger... which was also cold and the paper was smudged. When we finished eating I had to make a takeaway order for friends... in total I left 60 euros in the store ..Anyway, when they called our number, our order was on a tray to eat here even though I had chosen take-away.... Anyway, I said that I wanted it to be taken away... then the employee snapped at me and said that I had ordered it that way ..... someone else then threw the food into my bag carelessly and annoyed.... Unfortunately, I was too tired to argue.... in the 15 minutes we waited, the tray was brought to our table We still hadn't been evicted... of course we put ours where it was supposed to in an exemplary manner. ugh, that was my last time at McDonalds!

Offers drive in, have a parking and terrace

Giving it a one star I bought a coffee from here and it was way way way to hot burnt my tongue. I usually drink my coffees pretty hot but it was so painful that I spat it out over my leg in my car. When I went back in the guy who I understand was trying to help but tried to put ice in my coffee just a bad experience and like I know McDonald's have had legal battles over this so I'm pretty shocked this is still a problem

It's been a very long time since we've been to McDonald's again and once again, ordering in advance via Terminel didn't work despite help from a McDonald employee!!!

Unfortunately, it is becoming less and less service-oriented. Parts of the food ordered are often missing at the drive-thru. When ordering, you can't understand the employee because the intercom is set so quietly. If you then ask again, some people react aggressively. If you wait for the food to be served, the employees laugh at you and don't speak very favorably about customers (not in German). You think the customer doesn't understand it anyway. Every time I decide not to go there...but unfortunately that's the closest M C.

Good McDonalds, the food has always been tasty and the staff has always been friendly to us. Didn't have to wait long, the ambience was just like that in a McDonalds. The toilets are clean.

I've eaten around 50 Hamburger Royal Cheese in my life. These were always warm and delicious. Now the cheese sticks to the packaging and has melted. That burger must have been in the kitchen for 20 minutes. This Hamburger Royal cheese has nothing to do with a Hamburger Royal cheese, not even its appearance.

The only bad thing here is the parking spaces. Far too little and far too narrow. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, especially upstairs, and is a bit quieter there. The staff was friendly and I was given a chocolate coffee bean with my Cappuccino 2Go without being asked, which is often only available at other branches upon request, especially if you only order the coffee to take away. Opening times are of course unbeatable.

Waited over 25 minutes for MCMuffin / mini pancakes / 2 cappuccinos. Ordered at 9:51 a.m., received a take-away bag around 10:20 a.m. with cold food 🥺 Complaints on site were not accepted; on the contrary, I probably had to wait even longer. And all I get as an apology is a shrug I'll never go there again.

Yes, where it says McDonald's on it, it also has McDonald's on it. Everything as you know it from fast food Risen.

So much mess on the floor. Very noisy and small. Out of 2 burgers they forgot 1 on our order. They forgot kerchup on our order. Fork for my salad and napkins. They should close it here.

There's nothing to say about typical McDonald's food. However, as soon as you go up the stairs you get the experience of a sauna for free. This heat in the upper area is extremely unpleasant.

Is a typical fast food restaurant

It was way too crowded here (on a Saturday) so I had to wait for minutes to get one of the screens to order. Eating there would probably have been similarly difficult. While the food was perfectly fine and was prepared in only about 5 minutes, picking it up was very stressful: when my number disappeared from the screen after 5 minutes (it said it was being prepared the whole time) I went to the counter to ask. but then heard someone calling my number who handed me the food while complaining to me by literally saying he had been calling the number for 10 minutes. That can't be true because the time from placing the order to picking it up was only five minutes.

The whole branch was dirty. The staff is sluggish. I do not come anymore.

For the second time in a row something was missing or the wrong order was received 😔

With four items, how can you get three wrong? A McSmart menu with Cole without ice cream, 1 cheeseburger, 1 chicken burger and medium fries was ordered from McDrive. I received a cup of cola that actually only consisted of ice, 2 cheeseburgers (one of them cold) and the fries were completely missing. I don't know whether it was due to the employees' reluctance or the language barrier. Maybe the well-known operator/owner of this McDonald's branch shouldn't just spend his money on expensive sports cars, but should also invest in language courses for his employees. PS: The above incident was not an isolated incident, but it was the last straw. I definitely won't eat at this "restaurant" anymore.

Visually nice McDonalds. Unfortunately, I ordered PlantBased nuggets and received the normal ones (albeit in PlantBased packaging). In my opinion, this shouldn't happen. Glad I noticed!

Extremely long waiting times, no matter what day or time. Today: Ordered 3 chicken burgers + 1 cheeseburger, but we received 3 (pretty cold) cheeseburgers and a burger with beef patty and chicken burger sauce...

I understand that you can't expect much when you come by in the evening or late at night for something small, but I wasn't allowed to order with the screens at around midnight because each one was labeled as defective. After ordering via the app, the little things came to the counter ready after a bit of a wait. If you think that the waiting time was for preparation, you're probably wrong, with the MC smart menu the fries were even more soggy than usual every now and then, the burgers were barely there still lukewarm. All in all, at least I won't stop at this McDonald's in the future. Sorry :/

Terrible McDonald's. Turkish or Arabic music is playing in the store. Dirt everywhere, leftover food, paper waste on the floor. Fleisch im McPlant. Kontrolliert immer euer Essen. Die in der Küche haben anscheinend gar keine lust auf Ihren Job und machen Späße mit falschen Bestellungen. Beim reklamieren vom Burger wurde nur gelacht.

Burger waren okay... aber der Laden überall dreckig von Tischen über Böden bis zu den Toiletten.

wundert mich, damit es hier noch keine größeren Probleme gab Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das Personal ist meistens unfreundlich und/oder überfordert. Musste 2 x nacheinander warten, weil trotz nachfragen, falsches essen gebracht wurde. Wartezeiten variieren sehr stark, aber drauf einstellen, dass vorher bestellen nicht viel bringt. zudem man für die App eh in der Nähe des Laden sein muss. mach die Funktion in der App vorher zu bestellen auch leicht überflüssig. Der Boden ist so gut wie immer klebrig, selbst im Winter, wo man eigentlichehr Probleme mit Nässe hat, klebt es da. Freundlichkeit kennen die da auch nicht. Grüßen kann man sich sparen, kommt eh nichts zurück. im Blödesten Fall wird in einer Fremdsprache weiter geredet, kann es nicht zu 100% sagen, aber wirkte dann meistens sogar abwertend und ja, richtig. Mehrzahl, war schon öfter der Fall. Und Silvester war ich auch drin, außen 2 Autos am Drive In. Wartete schon auf die Bestellung, als mich die "Leitung" raus schmeißen wollte, Begründung "wir wollen auch feiern" hat ihr natürlich nicht gefallen, dass ich auf meine Bestellung bestanden habe, da ich schon bezahlt habe per PayPal. wenn da 24 Stunden steht, Autos davor sind usw, dann braucht man sich nicht wundern wenn Leute rein gehen. dann noch raus schmeißen zu wollen, mit Achselzucken usw... schon ne Nummer. am Ende dürfte ich da drin stehen und 15 Minuten auf die Belegschaft warten, bis sie wieder rein gekommen sind. war echt super... 😤 die machen da unten was sie wollen, scheinbar kontrolliert da niemand oh und.... die Bestellung waren fast 40€. einfach gehen, stand da nicht zur Debatte

Jeder hat eine zweite Chance verdient. Grundsätzlich schmeckt mir der Cappuccino im Mc Café. Aber zum wiederholten Mal muss ich feststellen, dass man selbst in einer Systemgastronomie es nicht hinbekommt das es überall gleich schmeckt. Heute habe ich einen Cappuccino to Go bestellt und als ihn endlich trinken wollte und schon weg war entpuppte sich das ganze als einfacher Kaffee. Leider zu spät. Soeben haben sie an diesem Standort einen Kunden verloren. .

Moscher bleibt weiter gierig und hat den teuersten McDonalds in Deutschland. 6€ für eine BigMac! Da sage ich nur pfui!

Danke! Man darf wohl nicht mehr am Tresen bestellen. Wir wurden an den Terminal verwiesen. Von 4 war einer defekt. An den weiteren 3 bildeten sich Schlangen. Hingegen waren zwei Kassen am Tresen frei. Zum einen haben wir dadurch Geld gespart, dem Fast Food entsagt,… . Danke trotzdem stellt man sich ein kundenorientiertes Verhalten anders vor. 🤔 eine Mitarbeiter Schulung kann hierbei helfen

Ich hole mir in der Früh immer einen Kaffee. Ein Hauptgrund dafür waren auch, die stets freundlichen Mitarbeiter in dieser Station. Leider ist das seit 2024 in der Früh nicht mehr der Fall.Sei es aufgrund fehlender Spache oder aber auch so. Keine Freundlichkeit, sehr lange Wartezeiten.... schade

Alles kalt, Pommes war von gestern, alles trocken, nie wieder da . Burger war 2 Stunden fertig. 200 . Mitarbeiterin und die Essen war so schlecht, nie wieder, wann Sie wollen 20 € in müll Rain das ist die beste Platz, danke McDonald's

Ich wollte am Tresen bestellen und wurde gleich wieder weg geschickt mit dem Hinweis; "Am Terminal!" Ich sagte: Das kenne ich nicht und es dauert mir zu lange. Da musste sie tatsächlich einen Mitarbeiter holen, der meine Bestellung in vielen Menüpunkten raussuchte. Ich hätte dafür bestimmt 'ne viertel Stunde gebraucht. 😞 Dafür wurde mir die Bestellung dann an meinen Platz gebracht. 😀

Es müsste hier dringend einiges erneuert werden, mein Sitzplatz war etwas abgenutzt bzw. schmuddelig, die Toiletten wirken unsauber, der Kaffee war abrr trotzdem lecker jedoch sollte der Keks aus hygienischen Gründen in einer Papiertüte oder Teller serviert werden und nicht einfach so auf das Tablett gelegt werden. Leider kann ich hier nicht allzu positiv berichten. Das Jahr beginnt neu......und konstruktive Kritik ist nicht allzu negativ und soll ein Ansporn zur Verbesserung sein :-)
