McDonald's in Regensburg

Sehr nettes Ambiente. Aus meiner Sicht unterscheidet sich dieser McDonalds etwas von den anderen. Zudem hat er einen schönen Außenbereich. Liegt auch sehr gelegen für Fahrer wie mich, welche nur kurz was essen möchten.

Extrem schlechter Service. Mir wurde der falsche Burger gegeben und die Saucen fehlten komplett. Auch nach mehrmaligen Versuchen den Mitarbeitern dies deutlich zu machen, bekam ich nur pampige Antworten und böse Blicke. Einer der Mitarbeitenden kam sogar des Öfteren an meinen Tisch und stieß einen Stuhl um. Furchtbar! Ich kann das hier keinem empfehlen. Passt auf euch auf <3

Mein Standard Go-to meggi. Oft viel los, aber die meistern das gut. Wenn ne Bestellung falsch ist, wird sich sehr sehr bemüht das wieder gut zu machen. Weiter so Edit: Dass die veganen Nuggets raus sind, ist richtig mies. Gibt jetzt garkein Grund mehr zu kommen, sehr schade.

Ich bin sehr unzufrieden mit meinem Besuch bei McDonald’s. Ich habe 40 Minuten auf meine Bestellung gewartet. Erst als ich selbst nachgefragt habe, warum es so lange dauert, wurde meine Bestellung überhaupt bearbeitet. So ein Service ist nicht akzeptabel. Ich kann diesen Ort leider nicht empfehlen.

Update 28.4.26 Nicht besser geworden - leider sehr langes Warten, über 10min für ne Juniortüte und nen Doppelcheeseburger … Vor allem wird meiner Meinung nach bei dem Qualitätsmanagement beschi…en. So werden Bestellungen als ausgegeben markiert und dann gelöscht, obwohl sie noch gar nicht zubereitet und über den Dresden gegangen sind… so kann man bei den Zeiten auch betrügen… übrigens mehrfach bereits gesehen - Schade Zweimal warten... neu nicht immer gut Ja schade, durch die Umstellung wartet man jetzt eben 2 mal... und im Namen der Frische der Produkte kann es nicht sein weil immer noch kalt und lätschig. Schade - dann eben zukünftig zum Hendlbrater. Update: Heute leider wieder eiskalt!!! Schade wenn Mc Menü und MC Sunday fast die gleiche Temperatur haben ....

Wieso kann man nicht bestellen? Schlechtester MCs jemals!

Man kann ja gerne am Handy sein als Mitarbeiter aber wenn eine Bestellung über 10 Minuten dauert bis sie überhaupt angefangen wird zu bearbeiten und kein anderer Gast da ist, finde ich es schon echt frech schon schlecht. Das Essen kam dann nach 20 Minuten.

Ich habe daheim gemerkt, dass meine Bestellung falsch war: habe einen falschen Burger bekommen. Ich habe angerufen und der Manager an dem Tag hat sich am Telefon entschuldigt, und mir versprochen den richtigen Burger zu geben, wenn ich den Abend noch kommen sollte. Hab ich dann auch getan und als Entschuldigung sogar noch was dazu bekommen. Sowas ist nicht Alltag, vor allem so freundliche und aufrichtige Mitarbeiter. Weiter so!

Ich war heute hier und habe einen Espresso bestellt. Der Service war sehr gut, schnell und professionell. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner Erfahrung. Vielen Dank, ich komme gerne wieder!

Dreckiger McDonalds, Essen ist in Ordnung. Habe 5 mal an verschiedenen Tagen eine 20er Nuggets bestellt und bei jeder waren komischerweise genau 19 drin. Denke der Betreiber macht dies absichtlich.

Herr Tomasz wollte Kaffee bestellen, doch die Verkäuferin antwortete mit einem barschen und unfreundlichen „NEIN“. Statt Wasser gab es in der Behindertentoilette einen seltsamen, stinkenden Schaum, sodass man sich unmöglich die Hände waschen konnte. Die Wartezeit war lang. Eine Tragödie! Herr Tomasz ohne Kaffee. Eine Schande!

Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich und weigerte sich, Herrn Tomasz Kaffee zu verkaufen.

Herr Tomek erhielt seinen Kaffee nicht. Das ist kundenschädigend. Die Verkäuferin war sehr unhöflich, ebenso wie Herr Tomek, weil er seinen Kaffee nicht bekam.

Das Essen war nicht ungenießbar, aber schlecht zubereitet, alles fiel auseinander. Es gab kein Toilettenpapier, auch kein Papierhandtuch. Man weigerte sich, Herrn Tomek Kaffee zu verkaufen, und die Verkäuferin war unhöflich zu ihm.

Sehr schlechter Service, einige Deutsche wollten Herrn Tomasz keinen Kaffee verkaufen. Ich kann das Restaurant nicht empfehlen.

Die Curly Fries waren so hart, damit hätte man betonieren können. Einfach totfrittiert. Einer der schlechtesten Mc Donalds

Sehr oft bekommen wir eine falsche Bestellung, Wir holen das essen immer im mac Drive.Wenn wir nicht in dem Moment Aufmerksam sind wird uns eine falsche Bestellung gegeben, oder Hamburger ohne Fleisch....

Ein toller McDonald’s direkt an der Autobahn, obwohl man zwei Ampeln passieren muss, um dorthin zu gelangen. Mit Drive-in und Schnellladestation. Der Apfelkuchen war im Vergleich zu anderen McDonald’s-Filialen sehr überteuert. Das hat sich aber geändert.

Draußen hängt ein gutes Angebot, aber drinnen bekommt man es nicht. Einfach nur Kundenfängerei.

Ich finde es eine absolute Frechheit, ich gebe 15,Euro bei McDonald's aus und darf nicht mal auf die Toilette gehen, hier muss man extra noch einmal 1,-Euro fürs Pinkeln bezahlen,👎👎👎 einmal und nie wieder,

Ich habe 47 Minuten gewartet und am Ende war unsere gesamte Bestellung dreimal falsch. Ich habe das falsche Essen umgetauscht.

Ich wollte einen Cappuccino vom MC Kaffee bekam aber einen von der anderen Maschine der Cappuccino schmeckt dort nicht gut als ich das dem Mitarbeiter sagte wurde ich nur unhöflich abgewiesen wenn ich schon für was bezahle dann will ich auch was ich bestellt habe Services -1

Den Fraß kann man echt nicht mehr essen, es liegt nicht an der Zubereitung, die war in Ordnung, aber die Qualität des Essens hat so krass nachgelassen. Es schmeckt überhaupt nicht mehr mittlerweile und ich hatte danach einen Tag lang Magenschmerzen. Ich hab jez echt kein Bock mehr, das wars für mich... allgemein mit Mcs.

An sich ein schöner Laden aber mal wieder Eis Maschine kaputt was ich mal wieder nicht denke die haben einfach keine Lust die sauber zu machen einfach nur ein drecks Laden allein wegen der sache

Einer der schlimmsten McDonald’s-Restaurants, in denen ich je war. Im ersten Stock ist es unerträglich – es ist extrem heiß und stickig, man kann dort kaum normal atmen. Im Erdgeschoss dagegen ist es sehr kalt, die Türen gehen ständig auf, und es zieht stark. Ein Mitarbeiter sprach sehr leise. Er dachte offenbar, dass ich ihn nicht verstehe, und fing an, sich über mich lustig zu machen, obwohl er selbst auf Deutsch nur „Hallo“ konnte. Der weitere Dialog mit ihm lief praktisch mit Gesten, da er nichts verstand. Das Essen war sehr trocken – das Brötchen vom Burger zerfiel vor Trockenheit zu Staub. Die Pommes schmeckten, als wären sie verdorben. Von der gesamten Bestellung konnten wir nur etwa 40 % essen. Zusätzlich: Der Mitarbeiter, der sich über mich lustig gemacht hat, gab mir als Wechselgeld einen zerknitterten und zerrissenen Geldschein. Schrecklich…

Waren hier vor kurzem Abends, an sich ist der McDonald’s gut, es hat zwei Stockwerke, im 1 Stock ist es jedoch sehr heiß und stickig, weswegen wir wieder in den Erdgeschoss gegangen sind, für die Kinder gibt es eine Spielecke und es gab’s noch mehrere freie Parkplätze, das Essen schmeckte etwas komisch und trocken, der Service war nicht besonders nett und uns wurde versehentlich die falsche Bestellung gebracht.

Essen schmeckt gleich wie bei allen anderen MC Donalds. Parkplätze sind einige vorhanden leider sehr eng für Menschen die z.b. eine Behinderung haben. Tische waren leider nicht so sauber. Das Essen wurde schnell an den Tisch geliefert.

Not turning on the heating or the door curtain when it's -5 degrees Celsius outside is beyond unacceptable. Not only were we freezing despite our winter jackets, hats, and scarves, but the food also got cold very quickly... sorry, but that's just not on...

The McDonald's in this city is very nice, has a good atmosphere, and is a very pleasant place to eat. The food was made very quickly, everything was well prepared and well presented. Very good, very tasty food. The place is very quiet, we chatted with friends without much noise. It was quite crowded, but the food arrived very quickly. I recommend the McDonald's in Regensburg.

Almost a 15-minute wait, even though there were few customers and only two orders, including mine, were displayed on the screen. First, the burgers were in the boxes as if they'd been dropped, and then they brought curly fries instead of the ordered lattice fries. When I asked about it, they just said they looked different, and the woman didn't seem interested in my complaint and went back to chatting with her colleagues. The restaurant is also very unkempt; the tables weren't wiped down, and there were cobwebs on every lamp. I hope at least the kitchen is clean?!

We've ordered from here several times before. Either it takes forever because the staff is overwhelmed, or items are forgotten. I ordered today and, once again, discovered something was missing at home, so we drove back. We received the missing item without any problems. Unfortunately, the rest of the order arrived freezing cold. Disappointing.

I wanted to take my four little grandchildren to McDonald's for the first time. I even downloaded the app so each child could choose what they wanted in their Happy Meal bag while we were in the car. That meant four different choices: 4 burgers or nuggets + 4 drinks + 4 sauces + 4 desserts + 4 different books!!! It took forever, and then the app didn't work. I got the kids out of the car, and we got in line. Everything was saved on my phone. The first employee didn't know how to do it, and the second tried but couldn't figure it out. We waited ages. Then a very friendly employee (Denisa, from the early shift) came along. She took care of my problem and offered to bring the food to our table while we sat down. Ten minutes later, she came too and explained that the app really wasn't working. By then, the children were very restless and hungry. Denisa took care of the ordering for me at the machine (she was quite quick). Then we received everything, which was even delivered to our table, and I was given a free cup of coffee as compensation. These are the kind of employees the restaurant industry needs! Congratulations to her, and a big thank you to Denisa for her help.

After an away game, stop with the team. The place is clean, the food comes quickly, and it's good.

Waited 15 minutes for a takeout order. Happy Mesl plus fries! My fries had already been sitting in the bag at the counter for 10 minutes and had gone ice cold. When I said something, the nuggets were taken out and put back in. Wow.

Everything was actually good, but not even a vegetarian/vegan burger… that’s really weak!

Sunday, October 12, 2025, around 2:00 PM, I received an order from the McDonald's Drive-Thru for two double meals, completely without fries! Unfortunately, I only noticed this when I got home. What can I do, dear McDonald's team?

Employees make mistakes, and I'm not even listened to for their mistakes! They hang up in my face, even when I've spoken politely, just because they don't want to admit their mistakes. All I can say about the service is: go to another McDonald's. That's a disgrace. They take two hours for a five-minute walk and just an order of three McFlurrys.

Beware of food poisoning! I bought a Big Tasty for lunch today. After 1.5 hours, I had severe stomach pain and really bad diarrhea. I've never had it this bad before. Great when you're out and about with the dog and there's no toilet anywhere. I threw my pants away right away. Never again McDonald's!

Two out of four cheeseburgers tasted like they were yesterday's, and the other two like the day before. Seriously, it can't be that difficult to make burgers like that and then charge such an outrageous price of €2.50 for cold, dry food. I'd rather eat rice cakes from five days ago. Even they aren't as dry as the burgers. Oh, and besides, I cut the burger into small pieces and threw it on a pile of ants. Even they didn't eat it.

I ordered two Filet-o-Fish. Half of the underside of one was completely soggy, and the breading on the fish had become very hard. Both had only half a slice of cheese on them, and it was extremely thin. The breading on this one, too, had become quite hard. Almost completely inedible. By the way, the bag was dry, which indicates that the liquid must have seeped into the bag at the restaurant before packaging.

11:30 p.m. ...no toilet paper or soap... Toilet seat loose, and when I came downstairs, everything was covered with sticky notes... 👎👎

The new decor is very well done, but the only drawback is that the prices are simply more expensive. The offers and vouchers are sometimes only 10 cents, and every now and then the regular breakfast is more expensive than the grande.

PLEASE finally hire someone to do the final check of orders! Something is "forgotten" every time, and when you report it, the rude assumption is that you didn't order it at all, even if it's on the receipt. Feel free to post your automatic reply below that you'll pass it on, but everyone would be better off if something actually changed.

I ordered small fries, which still hadn't arrived after 20 minutes, and after repeatedly asking for them, I was sent away. The older gentleman was so unfriendly and loud that, as a young woman, I felt quite uncomfortable.

Great location, lousy employees. The employees here are very self-absorbed instead of serving customers, and the wait times are unusually long. I left without food and went to another branch. This location is a negative example!

22 years ago I worked in this restaurant. Now, from my position as a 48-year-old man living in my homeland, I can honestly say that I have never had a worse job than this (except in another restaurant of the same chain in Germany). The attitude was inhuman. Today, given that Bulgaria is in the EU, there is a certain restraint in the manners towards Bulgarian guest workers. But at that time it was a nightmare experience. Especially since I was forced to walk home at night after the exhausting shift, covering a distance of 7-8 km. Many things cannot be erased from memory. And yet, in life we ​​have one mission - to develop and complete our earthly path as real humans. It is a pity that most businessmen forget that everything comes to an end, only the soul remains...

I have a different idea of a fast food restaurant. The service was too slow, something we observed with other guests as well. The receipt didn't come out of the ordering machine, and when I pointed it out, I was yelled at. The fries were fresh but without salt. This was the last time I was here.

Instead of vegetarian nuggets, they gave us regular meat nuggets. As if you wouldn't notice 🙄

I ordered food to my home, but they were missing fries. I called, and the fries were delivered to my home within minutes. Not only were there fries, which I was missing, but also chicken nuggets and a cheeseburger. Very good.

The matcha is very nice here (not intense but sweet in taste) - points deducted because the packaging is impractical for taking away as you often swallow an ice cube, a straw would make it better, otherwise great!

We stopped by for a quick bite, as McDonald's is known as a fast-food chain. But when you have to wait 35 minutes for a cheeseburger, it's not worth it!! 😡 Really disappointing! They need to hire competent staff!

Most orders arrive incorrectly. What do they actually understand? I order a Cafe Creme from McCafé and I get regular coffee, and why is it often cold?! The cup is completely dirty. Simply a rip-off. I haven't been to McDonald's in years. The McDonald's Classic 2 for 1 vouchers don't have a price listed. It's just €6.10... Tiny and a truly sad sight (see photo, salad next to the burger). Never again. It's better to get a kebab for €6, which has something pretty healthy with salad and at least fills you up. Fast food is fine, but there are actually other places that offer nutritious food.

Absolutely fantastic. Last time, all the sauces were forgotten. This time, a burger that I ordered, paid for, and paid for was on the bill… this was the last time I'll spend money here (or give some of it away, I paid for the burger but didn't receive it).

Ordered plant-based nuggets and got 50/50 regular nuggets and chicken wings. The last place. It wasn't the first time. But this was definitely the last time. NEVER AGAIN. Shame on you...
