Disaster! Staff rude and very unmotivated. Waited 25 minutes for fries and chicken nuggets. Better go to the Asian restaurant next door!

The coupons that are not accepted in Regensburger Bürger King at the train station! ....which is of course very annoying. The staff is slow, barely understands German and always asks the manager. Very unfriendly toilet staff! (running for money and screaming even though I'm the customer). Crazy

The food and location are typical of Burger King, so completely within limits. Staff speak broken German, you as a customer are ignored while the cashiers talk to each other in other languages. The wrong burger and forgetting ketchup were the cherry on the ice cream sundae after I waited 20 minutes in the almost empty restaurant. I will go to the competition in the future.

Unfortunately I have to downgrade from 5 stars. Only because the visit back then was good it remains at 2 stars. The employee was annoyed, the drink was not carbonated, the food was lukewarm and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I was at Burger King but I'm not a customer and just wanted to use the restroom. The sign says you have to pay 50 cents if you're not a customer. I paid €1 for two people. While we were still in there (ladies' room), a man came (apparently a toilet employee). When we came out he said very rudely that we still had to pay. I explained to him that we had already deposited €1, but he didn't believe me. There was a brief argument and in the end he let us go very unkindly

The food was no longer old and what was ordered was brought :). Why not more stars? It's still a station Burger King with mediocre quality of stay, there are better ones. Overall it's OK there at the moment. Below is the original review: *** Unfortunately, the employees are often poorly trained and the food is far too often old and tough when you get it. Ordering a plant based Whopper without cheese is a problem about every other time, even though I always specifically order without cheese. But today it was too much: I ordered another plant-based Whopper without cheese and 2 plant-based nugget burgers, but the employee orders the Whopper WITH cheese, of course. Ok, that's nothing new. When I pointed out that I wanted it without cheese, she gave me 50ct back when I paid; the cash register still had the €11 from the wrong entry. had to discuss why 1 pb Whopper and two plant based nugget burgers should cost €10 and I should get a total of €1 back. I did the math: A plant based Whopper (5.99) and two plant based chicken nugget burgers (1.99 each) cost €10 (I wasn't unkind). I received the missing 50 ct and the order a little later. At home, the great realization came from the food: There were normal chicken nuggets in the burgers, not the vegan version I ordered. After the ultra tough, old plant based long chicken last time (unfortunately this is no exception), the ongoing problems with ordering including the chicken eaten even though I want to eat vegan and the term "plant based" in connection with it several times When I used the burgers I ordered, you permanently ruined my meal, "vomit". That was my last visit to Burger King.

Absolute men of honor today on the late shift (9.11.24) I spilled my drink because I was drunk and thus soaked my citizen, I got a new drink and a new burger for free without asking. Thank you guys!

I don't think you have to say that Bürger King isn't a 5-star restaurant, but I just have to say the branch at Regensburg train station is simply a great branch. The staff is just so friendly and funny that you would like to stay. In any case, I think this is the best option to eat at Regensburg train station. I would be served by an older Asian gentleman and a fairly young, taller black-haired gentleman. I really have to praise them both! Top service

Our BK order always comes from there and so far it has always been good. Ordering has always been correct and tastes good. I can't say anything about the location itself because I'm never there, but the food itself is always well received 👍

The price-performance ratio is no longer okay. I used to enjoy taking a snack here. €2.59 for a small cheeseburger is an absolute disgrace. This clearly tells the customer: "If you don't want to spend at least €12.99 per person, you're actually no longer welcome here!"

I was there with a friend and our children. We wanted to pay using Paypal QR code, but that didn't work. An employee then paid for the children's food because we didn't have any cash with us. I've never experienced anything so friendly - there are 5 stars in all areas! Top friendly staff!

When I was here two days ago with a friend and our two children, I witnessed a wonderful team♡ We ran out of cash and wanted to pay with Paypal, which wasn't possible. When we wanted to go out, my son loudly mentioned that he really wanted something from here and didn't calm down, despite repeated attempts to calm him down, nothing was possible. Then employees came and asked what my little one would like and that they would pay the bill and then paid us three burgers with their money. I was so surprised and I think they are real hearted people, thank you very much♡

Current status (2024) the best Burger King I've ever been to (hence the rating!) Child-friendly, staff funny, charming and friendly :) Been there 3 times so far this year (due to jaw surgery nearby), 3 different employees were all great :)

Had a Teriyaki King, which was actually just a cheeseburger with salad and sweet chili sauce, which gave me a stomach ache. I probably won't contract. The employee at the checkout doesn't know how to say hello or goodbye and throws the bag at you like an animal. I like this location, visually better than the competition

They didn't want to give us the Fan Bundle menu and when we wanted to order another one they only gave us the burgers. When we asked, the food was taken away from us and only 1 burger was given back even though we paid for 2 menus. The money we paid was also returned to us. In addition, the staff was very unfriendly and not understanding.

Different opening times Not reliable after drinking, so the service is bottomless. You have to be able to rely on stable, fatty food when you're intoxicated. Unfortunately very rude stuff. I have politely tried to order in English, a young man (Gashi) started yelling - Was?! When I repeated my order in a louder voice he seemed suddenly to understand my order in English. The names “whopper” and “chickenburger” are quite international and no so hard to understand. Its sad that for some people not to mistreat you, you have to reply in a same rude way.

This food was so bad, I don’t even know how someone can eat here without being drunk. The nuggets were made FRESH and somehow they were soggy? Fries were over salted I felt like I was drinking salt water. Not to mention that my burger tasted old.. don’t even mention the salad. My shake was not even stirred right. I’m not someone who ever leaves bad reviews (or reviews ever) but this was just ridiculous! Me and my friend wanted to go to the toilet and we got asked for 50 even tho it says customers free? I know this is at a train station but believe me, the Chinese and even the sandwiches are better.

You can't expect more from a Bahnhofs BurgerKing, the food is solid, nothing more and nothing less than expected. Unfortunately, I personally experienced how employees use the toilet and then don't wash their hands and go straight to the kitchen :') It would have been a basic station BK if it weren't for that. Please go through the hygiene concept again, thank you :) Otherwise everything is fine

Well, I think the Burger King at the Regensburg train station has changed a lot. The fries are always crispy and hot, which wasn't likely before. I think he was a bad manager before, but it's really recommended 😁

After more than 10 years, I made the huge mistake of eating at Burger King again and only compelled it because it was late and there was no alternative. The food was absolutely horrible. Way too dry, no sauce and not as shown in the picture. It was just as expensive as I would have gotten in a good restaurant, perhaps with a difference of 2-3 euros. I forced myself to eat it because I don't waste food but it was absolutely no pleasure. I'll never try it again, fast foods just aren't worth it.

When I was home my toilet needed to be replaced

On February 22nd, 2024 I only ordered onion rings with sweet and sour sauce. After several inquiries from the slow service, my order was taken. Due to the need to catch the next train, I rushed off with my to-go order. At the platform I noticed that not only half of the order, i.e. the sauce, was missing, but also 4 out of 5 onion rings tasted like rubber because they seemed to have been fried twice and were therefore old. To date I have not received a response to a message from customer service.

The Burger King meal was good. The long opening times are good.

Not all vouchers can be redeemed and it often takes longer to even get to ordering. It feels like this branch only has 3 employees. The food is always good by fast food standards. My orders have always been complete and still hot. However, the language barrier when ordering is very high for most employees, a tablet for ordering or mobile ordering would be much more convenient. The ambience is as you would expect from a train station, loud and “chaotic”. But it was mostly clean and tidy, and the interior was relatively modern.

Good store but who came up with these opening times? On weekends from 1-2 a.m. to??? Please close from 5-6 and not at the time when most people are driving home and want something to eat

Unfriendly people. An example: Don't even ask if you want ketchup or mayo with the fries, just put them in the bag without.

It was worth mentioning that I was because the milkshake machine wasn't working (the bill had already been paid). In return I received a portion of fries with ketchup and mayo and a large drink of my choice (large cola). Despite the hectic pace that prevails at a large train station, and therefore a lot of people in the restaurant and despite the late time (around 11 p.m.) the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Kein System bei der Bestellung. Ich musste 14 min auf meine Bestellung warten. Wir sprechen wohl gemerkt von einem FASTfood-Restaurant. Keine Entschuldigung, dass es länger gedauert hat.

Das Essen ist gut, etwas teuer aber trotzdem gut. Der Service lässt aber zu wünschen übrig... die Bestellungen sind oft unvollständig bzw. falsch. Teils wird bei Reklamation auch noch unhöfliches oder sogar unehrliches Verhalten an den Tag gelegt. Also hier eher naja.

Nettes Personal, Essen besser als man's von BK erwarten würde

Einzig Positive ist die Toilette, wenn man nen flotten Otto hat und es schnell gehen muss ab zum BK. Kann aber durchaus passieren, dass man unmittelbar nach Betreten die Flucht ergreifen muss.

War in Ordnung, durchschnittliche Burger-King-Qualität. Etwas lange Wartezeiten und die Toiletten waren jetzt nicht gerade einladend, aber so ist das halt an einem Bahnhof-Standort. Das Essen war qualitativ, wie in jedem anderen Burger-King-Restaurant auch. Bekannter Burger-King-Standard, es gab keine Ausschläge nach unten oder nach oben. Die Location ist recht angenehm.

Hier haben die Mitarbeiter einfach keine Lust, nichtmal Lust sich an die Rezepte zu halten. Ein Burger Patty sowie der Käse haben gefehlt. Hätte mir für das Geld was bei Yormas oder beim Bäcker kaufen sollen

Hatte noch keine all zu schlechten Erfahrungen. Bestelle eigentlich immer Plant-Based Sachen und ich glaube, dass ich soweit auch immer Plant-Based bekommen habe, aber sicher bin ich mir dann leider auch nicht. Service ist eigentlich immer nett, bestimmt nicht das motivierteste Personal, aber was willst du auch erwarten. Ambiente auf jeden Fall besonders: in dem Laden stehen Säulen! Keine 0815 Filiale, das finde ich ansprechend.

Ich feier den BurgerKing! Ich fühl da noch so richtig, wie ein Bahnhof früher war (Das Tor zur weiten Welt, oder bzw. der erste Punkt, an dem man ankommt und Hunger hat). Liegt daran, dass... 1. es im alten Bahnhofsgebäude ist; 2. die (schnellen und gut gelaunten) Bedienungen zufällig oft richtig "Multi-Kulti" aussehen; 3. Dampflokbilder an der Wand hängen; 4. da Retro-Säulen verbaut sind; 5. es letztlich ein einfacher BurgerKing ist; ---> Bitte nix ändern. Die Hater sind wahrscheinlich die "Assis" (ykwim) die immer vor dem Bahnhof hängen.

Habe selten so lang auf eine kleinen Kaffee to go gewartet! Obwohl fast nichts war und es bestimmt 5 oder 6 Mitarbeiter waren (Freitag Nachmittag), ging nichts voran und mein Kaffee stand ewig bei dem Automaten herum, bis ich ein paar Mal erwähnt habe, dass ich zum Zug muss! Der Kaffee war lauwartund auch nicht gut! Die Toiletten Dame war auch sehr unhöflich!

Ist gut,sollte aber eigentlich frisch zubereitet werden,manchmal bekomme ich das Essen,dass seit 15 min. steht.

Die schlechteste Burger King Filiale, in der ich bisher gespeist habe. Vorab möchte ich sagen, dass ich gerne bei BurgerKing esse und diese Rezession nicht aus "langeweile" schreibe. Ich habe leider schon einige schlechte Erlebnisse in der Regensburger Filiale machen müssen. Mit dieser Rezension hoffe ich, dass sich die genannten Punkte eventuell bzw. teilweise dringendst verbessern. Zudem möchte ich Burger King nicht schaden, sondern konstruktive Kritik vermitteln. Hier eine kurze Gliederung. 1. Personal 2. Hygiene 3. Wartezeit 4. Zusammenstellung der Burger 5. Keine Teilnahme an Event/s 1) Vor längerer Zeit gab es mal einen Mitarbeiter der keinerlei Motivation bzw. Höflichkeit gezigt hat. Er war sehr ungepflegt und hatte gesprochen wie im Tiefschlaf. Dies war ein sonderfall. Diesen Mitarbeiter habe ich jedoch seit längerer Zeit nicht mehr gesehen. Leider kommt es öfters vor, dass die Mitarbeiter in dieser Filiale sehr unfreundlich sind und unprofessionell agieren. Wie als wenn das Personal nicht geschult werden würde. Zudem hinterlassen manche Mitarbeiter einen sehr ungepflegten Eindruck. Dies geht meiner Meinung auf keinen Fall. Die gesamte Lage hat sich bereits leicht verbessert, jedoch ist sie bei weitem noch nich perfekt. Hier sollte auf jeden Fall ein Auge drauf geworfen werden. 2) Die Hygiene ist in dieser Finiale schlicht schlecht. Meist sind alle Tische dreckig. Sogar die Sitzbänke sind teilweiße voller Brösel, Fettflecken und Dreck. Dies ist in keinster Weise appetitlich. Des Weiteren kam es schon einmal vor, dass Tauben in der Filiale herumgeflogen sind (zwar schwer zu verhindern, jedoch sollten diese schnellstmöglich freigelassen werden). Generell sollte es mehr Reinigungskräfte geben. Bei diesem Punkt hat sich noch nichts verbessert. 3) In der BurgerKing Filiale Regensburg Bahnhofshalle gibt es fünf (oder mehr) Kassen. Ich habe noch nie erlebt, dass davon mehr als zwei besetzt waren (meistens eine). Die Wartezeiten sind hier wirklich sehr sehr lange. Es kam des öfteren vor, dass ich nach 10 Minuten gehen musste, da ich ansonsten meinen Zug verpasst hätte. Entweder werden die Burger zu langsam/spät vorbereitet oder/und es fehlt das Personal an der Kasse. 4) Oftmals waren die Burger so schlecht zusammengelegt, dass sie nicht mehr zum anfassen sind, da ansonsten die kompletten Hände voller Soße gewesen wären. Zudem leidet der Geschmack an mangelnder sorgfalt der Zubereitung. Dies ist sehr schade und erzeugt unzufriedenheit bei den Kunden. Schließlich sollte jeder Burger gleich gut schmecken und mindestens anfassbar sein. Dies ist jedoch sehr unterschiedlich. Ich hatte auch ab und an mal gut zubereitete Burger, jedoch überwiegt das Gegenteil. 5) Burger King hatte damals diverse Aktionen. Beispielsweise das Event "Whopper für 1 Cent". Allerdings will ich jetzt nicht aufzählen, was man da alles erledigen musste. Schließlich hatte diese Filiale nicht daran teilgenommen. Die Filiale wird beim einlösen nicht angezeigt und somit konnte ich diesen (Coupon) nicht nutzen. Das ist super unnötig. Ich finde bei jeder Filiale sollte es möglich sein, solche Aktions-Coupon einzulösen aber vorallem am Bahnhof. Zentraler geht es nicht mehr. Hier würde ich empfehlen dies so schnell wie möglich zu ändern. Zusätzlich möchte ich euch nicht vorenthalten, dass die Toiletten kostenpflichtig sind. Sogar für Kunden. Das ist absolut schwach und schön sind sie erstrecht nicht. Da die Rezession eh schon relativ lange geworden ist, konnte ich keine Beispiele mit einbinden. Manchmal keine Daten oder Fakten geben. Gerne würde ich mich auf eine Stellungnahme freuen. Die Bewertung bezieht sich auf vor Covid Zeiten, jedoch gibt es bald ein gesondertes update zur aktuellen Lage (neue Kririk- und Pluspunkte). Make sure you have Burger King app in the phone. Open it, select the offer and enjoy the flavour. Merely 7 euros and I didn't had anything for dinner. On the other side, it was summery inside, may be due to improper ventilation but it could have been better. To conclude, although I am fan of Burger King as a student, I believe anyone would enjoy the meal. Go get some..!

Zum schnell mal was essen taugt es. Hatte einen doppel Burger bestellt und es waren 3 Scheiben Fleisch drauf und so lieblos hergestellt, das beim auspacken der ganze Burger aus einander gefallen ist. War bestimmt der Stress, den der Kollege da ausgesetzt war. Keine Ahnung, aber sonst ist BK nicht so. Woanders würde ich immer gut bedient.
