Burger King in Regensburg

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich null Sterne geben. Meine Bestellung hat mehr als 20 Minuten gedauert und es fehlte sogar ein Teil davon. Ich bin einfach nur enttäuscht.

Die Burger waren so lala! Die Chicken Wings waren okay. Die Chicken Tenders waren in Ordnung.

Essen war gut und schnell vorbereitet. Aber für Toilette muss man 1€ bezahlen um seine Hände zu waschen,auch wenn es steht 2 wert bon pro Bestellung.

Essen ist nicht ansatzweise durch. Gespart wo nur geht. Habe zwar auf meinen rohen Bacon einen neuen Burger bekommen, dennoch würde mir gesagt, dass sei hier so. (Wenn ich nicht schon müde dort hingegangen wäre, hätte ich weiter diskutiert, weil wirklich nicht Mal 5% schaut der Burger so aus wie auf den Bildern. Schon klar, dass das nie der Fall ist, aber Käse der nicht geschmolzen und Bacon der durch die Luft gekocht wurde, ist doch eine Frechheit. Toiletten kosten 1€ und man bekommt bei den Toiletten erst mit, dass das ein Voucher Code ist für das nächste Mal an der Kasse zahlen. Wo und wann soll das bitte jemand machen, wenn man heutzutage eh schon gezwungen wird, diese kaputten Tablets zu verwenden, anstatt Menschenkontakt. Frech das Ganze. Essen kam schnell, Ambiente geht schlimmer. Ist halt wie überall auch dieses möchtegern seriös Getue mit dem alles schwarz matt machen. Appell an alle Läden: Wenn man den ganzen Tag in so einer Einrichtung arbeitet, kann man doch nur depressiv werden. Wenn ich schwarz/weiss sehen möchte, schaue ich mir lieber alte Stummfilme an. Ach ja, ihr könnt gerne noch die 1 Gurke die drauf gemacht wird, noch halbieren. Kleiner Geheimtipp von mir, dann holt man sogar doppelt so viel raus. Oder die Becher noch dünner, dann weichen sie vielleicht noch schneller durch. #GewinnMachtSexy

Bei jeder Bestellung sind sie zu blöd. Entweder Vergessen Sie Sachen die man bestellt hat oder verändern gleich deine Bestellung, wenn man sie darauf hinweist wird man nur dumm angeschaut.

Man muss als Kunde für die Toilette bezahlen?!

Die Mitarbeiter sind super lieb und geben ihr bestes auch wenn sie wahrscheinlich etwas unterbesetzt sind. Da ich öfter hier bin würde ich mir nur wünschen dass die Steckdosen am Tisch besser funktionieren, weil wenn zuviele Leute ihr Handy aufeinmal laden, leider keines mehr auflädt.

Schneller Service und guter Preis

Das Essen ist ja System Gastronomie und schmeckt mir. Könnte wärmer sein, deswegen da einen Stern Abzug. Was aber garnicht geht ist das man als Gast, der im Laden etwas ist, für die Toilette bezahlen muss und blöd angemacht wird wenn man fragt was das soll.

Wir bestellten von der Speisekarte, bekamen aber nichts davon: Sie hatten Soße auf die Kartoffeln und das falsche Spielzeug, und wir bekamen eine Cola ohne Eis. Außerdem warteten wir über 10 Minuten auf unsere Bestellung. Schrecklicher Service!

Ich wollte lediglich einem Mann helfen auf die Toilette zu gehen, da alle anderen Toiletten am Bahnhof verschlossen waren. Auch diesen einen Euro wollte man bei Burger King nicht annehmen um dem Mann seine Notdurft verrichten zu lassen. Mit Hinweis auf den Schichtdührer ( den Namen wollte er mir nicht nennen ) rief er sofort die Polizei. Diese kam sofort und beschuldigen mich einer Straftat. Straftat; ich helfe einem Mann der auf die Toilette gehen will, die ich sogar noch bezahlen wollte. Sorry liebes Burger King Team wie lächerlich ist das denn? Hier wird die Menschenwürde ganz klein geschrieben und fällt unter den Esstisch. P.S. vom Schichtleiter bekam ich noch eine Anzeige wegen einer Beihilfe zu einer Straftat/ Toilettengang 😁

Dort kann man gut Essen. Gleich im Bahnhof ist ja der Burger King). Achtung im Hauptbahnhof Regensburg gibt es viele Personen die dem normalen, braven Bürger Schaden zufügen wollen (Diebstahl etc.) Also Vorsicht, am Besten nicht ansprechen lassen und die Wertsachen sicher aufbewahren.

Essen ging schnell - Essen war heiß So viel zum Positiven Bei zahlender Kundschaft 1€ für einen Toilettengabg zu verlangen ist frech. Bei vorheriger Nutzung bekommt man einen Wert von den man dann einlösen kann - erst im Nachgang herausgefunden. Es gibt aber wohl keine Möglichkeit mit dem Kassenzettel die Toilette zu benutzen. Toller Service - so gut gibt es den überall anders auch

Letzte Nacht ein Burgermenü zum to-go geholt und extra Cheesedip dazu bestellt. Mit dem Cheesedip konnten wir leider nichts anfangen, da es unaufgewärmt ausgegeben wurde und somit steinhart war. Es sollten die Mitarbeiter eigentlich wissen, dass kalter Käse nicht flüssig sein kann… Das lässt Luft nach oben offen. Wären wir im Lokal geblieben, hätten wir es natürlich gleich bemängeln können aber bei to-go ist das leider nicht möglich.

Ein ruhiger, friedlicher Ort, an dem man ein sättigendes Mittagessen zu einem hervorragenden Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis genießen kann. Besonders gut gefiel mir der russischsprachige Mitarbeiter, der mir bei meiner ersten Bestellung half.

Lauwarme Pommes, Wechselgeld auf den Tresen geschmissen, werend im Hintergrund der - vermutlich - Schichtleiter mit den Mitarbeitern schimpft.

Mir wurden Fleisch Nuggets statt veggi Nuggets gegeben, sehr sehr eklig. Leider. Ansonsten stabiler Laden 👄❤️‍🩹

Seit der Renovierung ist es deutlich gemütlicher. *** Aktualisierung 04.12.2024 ich war nach einiger Zeit trotz unten beschriebener Erfahrungen wieder ein paar mal dort, und es hat sich deutlich gebessert. Habe von einem auf drei Sterne gewechselt. Das Essen war nicht mehr alt und es wurde das gebracht, was bestellt wurde :) . Warum nicht mehr Sterne? Es ist immer noch ein Bahnhofs-Burger King mit mäßiger Aufenthaltsqualität, es gibt bessere. Insgesamt ist es zur Zeit OK dort. Unten die ursprüngliche Bewertung: *** Die Mitarbeiter sind leider oft schlecht geschult und das Essen viel zu oft schon alt und zäh, wenn man es bekommt. Einen Plant based Whopper ohne Käse zu bestellen ist ca jedes zweite Mal ein Problem, obwohl ich ausdrücklich immer ohne Käse bestelle. Heute war's aber dann zu viel: Wieder einen Plant based Whopper ohne Käse und 2 Plant based Nugget Burger bestellt, die Mitarbeiterin ordert aber den Whopper natürlich MIT Käse. Auf meinen Hinweis, dass ich ihn ohne Käse möchte, gibt sie mir bei der Bezahlung 50ct zurück, in der Kasse standen noch die 11€ von der falschen Eingabe. musste diskutieren, warum 1 pb Whopper und zwei plant based nugget Burger 10€ kosten sollten und ich insgesamt 1€ zurückbekommen sollte. Habe vorgerechnet: Ein Plant based Whopper (5,99) und zwei plant based chicken Nugget burger (je 1,99) kosten 10€ (ich war nicht unfreundlich). Ich bekam die fehlenden 50 ct und die Bestellung wenig später. Draußen gleich kontrolliert, ob Käse im Whopper ist: passt, kein Käse. Zuhause dann die super Erkenntnis unterm Essen: Es sind normale Hähnchennuggets in den Burgern, nicht die bestellte vegane Variante. Nach den ultra zähen, alten plant based long chicken beim letzten Mal, (sowas ist leider keine Ausnahme), den anhaltenden Problemen bei der Bestellung inkl. dem gegessenen Hähnchenfleisch obwohl ich mich vegan ernähren möchte und mehrmals den Begriff "plant based" in Verbindung mit den bestellten Burgern verwendet habe, habt ihr mir das Essen bei euch dauerhaft vermiest, "kotz". Das war mein letzter Besuch bei Burger King.

Warum soll ich als Gast 1 Euro für die Toilette zahlen?

Wer es eilig hat sollte lieber woanders hin gehen. Ewige Wartezeiten, als das Essen fertig war, haben die Nuggets gefehlt. Die Mitarbeiterin wollte sie uns gleich bringen. 20min später haben wir nochmal nachgefragt, die Mitarbeiterin hatte uns wohl vergessen. Eines der Nuggets war nicht gut, es war zu klein, ganz hart und hat nicht geschmeckt. Das Getränk war kleiner, als wir es gekauft hatten. Alles in allem enttäuschend.

Was man hier erlebt, ist wirklich eine Frechheit. Als Kunde soll man 1 € bezahlen, um die Toilette zu benutzen oder sich die Hände zu waschen. Das ist schlicht unverschämt und nach gängiger Rechtslage auch unzulässig. In Deutschland gilt: Restaurant- und Gaststättenbetreiber müssen ihren Gästen die Toilettennutzung kostenlos ermöglichen. Gebühren dürfen höchstens von Nicht-Gästen verlangt werden. Als Gast konsequent auf das Gaststättengesetz berufen, falls die Mitarbeiter dies ignorieren, Meldung beim zuständigen Gewerbeaufsichtsamt machen. 2. Bestellterminals komplett unbrauchbar Die digitalen Bestellterminals sind eine Katastrophe: Das Terminal scheint ein Problem damit zu haben, wenn man ein anderes Getränk oder andere Soße konfiguriert, denn: Nachdem man sich mühsam durch die Konfiguration geklickt hat, stürzt der Bestellprozess am Ende einfach ab und alles wird gelöscht. Wenn man keine Änderungen vornimmt klappt das, kriegt aber dann Cola und Ketchup als Standard. Das Ergebnis: Zeitverschwendung, Frust und wieder von vorne anfangen. 3. Servicequalität am Bahnhofsniveau – leider im negativen Sinn Gerade an einem Bahnhof sollte ein Restaurant funktionieren, weil viele Reisende wenig Zeit haben. Stattdessen bekommt man hier: kaputte Bestellterminals fragwürdige Zusatzgebühren und unnötigen Stress beim Bestellen. Fazit: Ich habe schon viele Burger King Filialen erlebt, aber diese gehört definitiv zu den schlechtesten. Technisch kaputt, organisatorisch chaotisch und rechtlich zumindest sehr fragwürdig. Solange sich hier nichts ändert: Keine Empfehlung.

Auch als Gast muss man 1€ fürs Klo zahlen. Frechheit.

Waren in Eile. Haben also nicht nachgecheckt weil wir es direkt vom Schalter bekommen haben. Haben statt 4 Burgern Getränk und Pommes einen Burger 2 Pommes und 1 Getränk bekommen. Eigentlich nicht akzeptabel aber nun auch nicht mehr änderbar. Für 20 Euro dann doch auch irgendwie ärgerlich

Der Sicherheitsmann ist sehr unhöflich und sagt ständig respektlose Dinge.

Auf dem GANZEN Welt kriegt man mit einer Bestellung kostenlosen Eintritt zu den Toiletten, nur hier soll man ZUERST auf dem Klo gehen und danach bestellen. Wahnsinn!!!

Beim letzten Mal hatte ich eine schlechte Erfahrung. Ich hatte Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt, aber die Pommes waren einfach nur in die Verpackung geworfen und überall verstreut. Außerdem mussten wir pro Person 1 Euro für die Toilettenbenutzung bezahlen.

Drinnen ist es eiskalt, richtig, richtig kalt 🥶. Allein wegen der Temperatur ist es nicht angenehm, dort zu sitzen und zu essen. Das Essen ist aber in Ordnung und der Service auch 👌

Nach der Renovierung absolut top. Hell, freundlich, modern, sauber. Hebt sich von anderen Burger Kings positiv ab. Dickes Like. 🌞

The food was typical Burger King. Long wait times. Anyone wanting to use the restroom after eating has to pay extra. There's a McDonald's with free restrooms in the shopping arcade. Just cross the railway crossing. Then you can avoid such outrageous behavior.

Since its renovation in mid-2025, this has been one of the best fast-food restaurants in the area. The service is good, the food is as expected, and the atmosphere is significantly better than before. Ordering is quick thanks to the digital kiosks, and you can also use all Burger King app coupons. The food sometimes takes a little longer, but it always looks and tastes freshly prepared.

It's somewhat chaotic. Customers have to pay an extra fee to use the toilet or even to wash their hands. Furthermore, it's not particularly hygienic.

The terminal wasn't working, I paid but didn't get any food. Result: I was kicked out. Outrageous!

For a train station where speed is supposed to be a priority, this is disastrous. Endless waiting times and overwhelmed staff. We had 30 minutes to order food and had to wait 20 minutes. "Fast food"! Afterwards, we wanted to take it to go. The order was incomplete. The salad was old and soggy. Inedible… The rest was okay and tasted good. I also find it outrageous that even though you've ordered food, you have to pay €1 (!!!) for every toilet visit. I can understand it for people who aren't eating there, but not for customers who are already spending money on food.

I had eaten and wanted to use the restroom, but at the entrance I was told I had to pay €1. The security guard also rudely reminded me to pay. I find it unacceptable that a customer has to pay to use the restroom!

It's absolutely appalling that you can't eat out in Germany anymore. You think you'll just grab a quick burger, but then you're not only surprised by the price of €14.99 for a Big King XXL meal, but you also discover at home that the cheese is missing. There should be three slices on it. From now on, I'm cooking my own food. It's so pathetic what's going on here. It makes me furious.

Absolutely filthy place, the staff are awful and the food is cold.

I bought food worth almost €50 at this Burger King. As a paying customer, I wanted to use the restroom afterward, but I was refused. When I asked the manager, I was told that using the restroom was chargeable despite having purchased food ("Tough luck, you still have to pay for the restroom"). I find this approach toward paying customers very unfriendly and incomprehensible. The service was disappointing, and I unfortunately cannot recommend this branch.

Incorrect order & the staff don't speak enough German to solve the problem

The good points first: - The staff are friendly and efficient. - After the renovation, the restaurant feels much more open and less cramped. Now the bad points: - The burger bun wasn't toasted or even warmed. It tasted like it came straight out of the plastic wrapper. The texture was like a sponge, and the mouthfeel was like Styrofoam cotton wool. - The restrooms cost money – whether you eat there or not. Yes, you get a voucher, but it's useless if you need to use the restroom after you've finished eating. - Even if you have these vouchers, you can't redeem them at the self-service kiosk. Conclusion: All in all, it remains a last resort if you can't find anything else. For the price of a full meal, you only get something that vaguely resembles a burger visually, but doesn't compare in terms of taste. Addendum: I was there on a Sunday at 9:20 pm and the doors were locked. There was no sign indicating otherwise. According to the opening hours, it should be open until midnight.

Charging paying customers €1 for using the toilet is outrageous, if not illegal.

I've never experienced a fast food restaurant where they work so slowly. With 10 open orders, they only look at the first one. If something's missing, the employees look around instead of already attending to the subsequent orders, for which everything is already prepared. Absolutely catastrophic! I was there at 5 pm and waited almost 10 minutes for two burgers, even though there were only two small orders ahead of me. I don't even want to imagine what it's like during peak hours...

I had to wait a long time even though it wasn't busy, and orders were already piling up... The staff seemed to have already gone home for the day, and the food was anything but warm... It's not usually like that 🤷

I am very disappointed with my visit to this branch. About twelve minutes before the official closing time, the door was already locked, and no more customers were being allowed in. After we were finally let in, the manager informed us that due to staff shortages, they were no longer accepting orders, even though the official opening hours still indicated they were open. Unfortunately, the staff were very unfriendly and seemed neither helpful nor customer-oriented. Especially at a location like the main train station, one should expect that the stated opening hours are adhered to and that customers are treated respectfully. I hope Burger King urgently reviews the procedures and service at this branch. Such behavior unfortunately reflects poorly on the entire brand.

We waited 20 minutes for three coffees. They finally gave us the finished coffee and only milk. I went to change it, and we waited another 5 minutes. I have no desire to go back. When I arrived this evening, I saw Fanta spilled on the floor, over a table and a chair, and I politely informed the woman behind the counter. She briefly looked into the problem, and that was it. My friend placed an order with her; one burger was cooked incorrectly, and the other was cold with dry beef. Our drinks were filled with Coke without our consent. There weren't many customers to serve during the hour we waited for and ate our food. Unfortunately, neither the wet floor, tables, nor anything else was cleaned during that time. But the important thing was that the woman had time to change the music, because apparently that's what she's paid for.

Everything freezes off. Ordering took 15 minutes even though it wasn't busy. The toilet is only available for a fee, even for guests; you do get a voucher, but if you're only there once, it's a no-go.

It was filthy. You can't use the toilet for free even if you've ordered food (you HAVE to pay €1 and get a ridiculous 50-cent voucher). The bacon on my crispy chicken burger was pink and showed no signs of having been cooked. There were no napkins either. And despite the €1 fee, the toilet was completely flooded, and the toilet bowls looked unappetizing. You already have low expectations for a train station fast-food restaurant, but this was truly outrageous.

I am truly deeply disappointed by this experience. We specifically ordered a plant-based burger and received a burger with meat. When we inquired, the employee explained that "plant-based" here supposedly didn't actually mean plant-based – and even refused to prepare the burger properly as a vegetarian option. This behavior is disrespectful and simply unacceptable. For people who consciously choose a plant-based diet – whether for ethical, health, or environmental reasons – this is not only annoying but also hurtful. I expect an international brand like Burger King to take such products seriously, offer them correctly, and treat them with respect. After this experience, my trust in the brand has been severely shaken.

Never again, I was at Burger King yesterday and wanted to get something to eat, then I got my burger, the meat was disgusting and there were hairs in the burger and it was too overpriced, unfriendly staff, the toilets are rancid and disgusting, I'd rather go to McDonald's than eat in this dump, that's a disgrace, plus you have to pay to go to the toilet

Unfortunately I have to take back my positive review from last time. Because anyone who asks paying customers, who sometimes spend €10-20 per person, to also pay for the toilet either has a deal with the devil or is so greedy that things are no longer nice. In my opinion this is a violation of basic rights. Nothing else. And there are ways to do things differently. For example, you ask for vouchers with each order or give out chips. Yes, you get a voucher when you pay the money. But let's be honest, either you've already paid and the voucher is of no use to you at all, or you're losing money. And that's even though Burger King has been beautifully renovated. Really pathetic.

I visited this restaurant yesterday. The burgers were delicious, but my order came with fries. I really enjoyed my main order, but I suspect the fries were spoiled—they were very dry and cold. I also think I got food poisoning from those fries, as I felt very sick afterward. Additionally, the charging outlets at the tables weren't working, which made the experience even more inconvenient.

The king of the month was cold and dry; the fries were still cold inside, and the Coke was just brown water. On the other hand, the cheeseburger, while hot, had the wrong toppings and only a slice of gherkin under the cheese, and quadruple the amount of ketchup. Service was fast. Be careful, the toilets are paid.

Delicious in itself, but you pay €1 for the toilets, even as a customer. Extortionate! You can't even pay for the toilets with a card, so you have to rely on small change. I witnessed someone (justifiably) sneak through the children's entrance, and one of the employees angrily ran after them. A pretty exaggerated reaction.

food literally tastes bad. It's cold and soggy and everytime i order here they always charge me so much for so little food. like i paid 6€ for churros and just never received them. You pay double the price compared to Mc's and get half the amount of food. And the toilets are really annoying. We had 10 minutes until our train and wanted to get some food for the journey. But our order wasn't there: fries, Twix ice cream, a dessert from the kids' menu, and napkins. Freshly renovated Burger King in the train station – the new furnishings look modern, clean, and appealing. There were also obviously new and exceptionally friendly staff – compliments! The only thing that's really annoying is the new turnstile, where customers also have to pay.

Restrooms are chargeable, you order to eat in, but you get to go. After ordering, the receipt is collected and destroyed. The order was delivered incorrectly. This is unacceptable.

The employees make a lot of mistakes. I will never buy from them again, and I won't pay because of their mistakes. You order two burgers and only get one. They're cheating you.

Why do I have to pay 1 euro for the shit-filled toilet?

It's outrageous to charge for this women's restroom!

We ordered a cola without ice, we made it with ice and didn't change it because we were in a hurry to get to the train. You pay €1 for the toilet, but the toilet is in the same condition as a free public toilet.

You have to pay to use the toilet, even if you've eaten something. Even if my mentally disabled son needs to go to the toilet and I don't. He needs company and help, I still have to pay. But it's typical that disabled people aren't considered. Rip-off! A free toilet visit should be included if you eat something!

I was there with a friend, both of our orders were wrong, long wait (30 minutes for me), burgers were cold, ordered curly fries and got regular ones, wrong drink size twice (once even after asking), neither of us got sauce or only after asking twice, cola tasted like cheap "yes, cola," iced tea was okay, my friend's curly fries were extremely greasy, now we both have stomach aches and feel sick, just stick with the MCI and that's it.

We ate inside, my child had to go to the bathroom, and as a guest, I only paid €36! When I asked, I got a smile: Everyone has to pay €1. We'll never eat there again.

Unfortunately, I have to give it one star. It's getting worse and worse. It's a joke, even for customers. If you want to use the restroom here, you have to pay. It's an absolute disgrace.
