I really like McDonald's but sometimes half the food is missing. Today, for example, 2x Chili Cheeseburger Burgers for a total of 8€ are missing and I think that's a real shame.

Excellent! Friendly and proactive staff. Very fast delivery to the table. Everything was hot – fries, curly fries, Big Mac, crispy chicken, Filet-o-Fish, chicken nuggets... simply perfect! Just what you'd expect from a visit to McDonald's!

I ordered three McFlurrys and didn't even get half the amount per cup. When I asked, I was told the amount was normal. PS: This isn't my first time having ice cream at McDonald's.

Too much crowded place with fast food. Food gets served so fast that this place makes it an easy choice for busy people. The place has got a vast parking place so that you don't want romaround for parking. It's near to the main road making accessible for everyone with delicious food.

In my opinion this is the best McDonald's in Regensburg. They bring the order pretty quickly and everything is fresh. I have been convinced of this many times.

I was in the mc drive half an hour ago and placed a large order and unfortunately half of it was missing (we only noticed it at home). They then tried desperately to call, but no one seemed to be interested. Unfortunately, this is almost always the case at this branch. If you don't want to have to pay for anything, you definitely shouldn't go there.

I noticed that there has been a new manager for a few months. A consistently rude and inconsiderate leader. The employees are divided, half of them insult the customers (they have a role model for that) and the other half immediately notice the stress and hopelessness. Since I work with customers myself, I didn't want to give up such a recession at the beginning, but what's going on is no longer normal. A disappointed customer.

Was in McDrive today and picked up a double pack of menu, The drink was not filled to 0.5 ml as it should be. The burgers themselves were simply thrown in the package, lifeless and not nice to look at. To be honest, I've lost interest in McDonalds.

I can only agree with the really bad reviews. Rarely seen such a dirty fast food "restaurant" and obviously it doesn't get any better. A visit there is not recommended.

The restaurant probably can't do anything about that. The Big Mac is now anything but “big”. It has at least 2-3cm less circumference in height and diameter. It tasted relatively tasteless. You used to be able to taste the good cheese in the Big Mac and there was a lot more lettuce in it. The fries were also a disappointment. If you get a bag of chips at Kaufland across the street, you'll be better off in terms of taste. I found the Sprite drink to be very diluted with water, as if it had been trixed. For dessert there was a Mc Sunday ice cream, now for 2.10 euros. This makes it more expensive than 1 scoop from the ice cream parlor. It's a shame that the ice cream is no longer available in delicious waffle cones but only in stupid plastic containers. No more McDonald's for a while now.

Food and drinks arrived quickly. Staff could be friendlier. Too many ice cubes in the drinks. You can't drink properly because it's very cold and the ice cubes are always in the way.

I was also allowed to pay a fine of EUR 35, even though I ordered twice during my stay. McDonald's staff on Vilsstrasse and at the headquarters on Augsburger Strasse refer to the parking space management PRM, which, however, has no interest in canceling the fine for McDonald's customers. Fine handed over today, McDonalds will be boycotted with immediate effect (I've been holding out on the other boycott since 1996). My health will thank me; I have even lost 11kg. I am deeply disappointed and angry about my last visit to McDonald's in Regensburg. We went there with our children to spend a nice afternoon and use the children's playground. What followed ruined our whole day: a 35 euro fine for exceeding the supposed maximum parking time of 90 minutes! Who would have thought that we even had a chance of keeping to the 90 minute parking time? As a customer, you don't expect to have to pay attention to a maximum parking time at McDonald's - especially not when there is a children's playground that invites you to stay longer. This is really the last thing and a complete shock! I even called McDonald's and provided a receipt for my visit, but was coldly and heartlessly rejected. The standard answer that you can contact the SF if you want to stay longer is a mockery. Who thinks of having to worry about such formalities when visiting fast food? We weren't commuters abusing the parking lot - we were just guests looking to have a good time. It's unbelievable that you, as a loyal customer, are treated like this. This alienates families and guests who just want to have a good time. McDonald's, you should be ashamed of yourself and urgently reconsider your parking regulations before you lose more disappointed and angry customers.
