McDonald's in Regensburg

I'm eating here with my wife and a lady comes in with a dog full of hair and all sorts of things. My question is, why are dogs allowed in McDonald's?

The following was forgotten or incorrectly issued when ordering for my wife, our two children and I at the drive-in: 1xFrench fries 2xketchup 2xsweet and sour sauce 1xMcPlant instead of Big Tasty Bacon Since we were a bit stressed and the children were very tired, we unfortunately didn't check our order anymore.

I met a colleague at McDonalds and had a coffee. After about a month, a letter came from the PRM because the parking time had been exceeded. You have to pay extra if you stay a little too long, just outrageous.

If you meet up with friends at Mc and stay longer than 1.5 hours... then you get a €35 fine from PRM for free after 4 weeks... Avoid this location!

Behind a bad review lies a guest's desire for "the restaurant" to improve. This is obviously not understood by the operator of the McDonadl in Vilsstr. In Regensburg. I can only agree with the really bad reviews. Rarely seen such a dirty fast food "restaurant" and obviously it doesn't get any better. A visit there is not recommended.

Unfortunately, I have repeatedly had bad experiences. Service at the DriveIn completely incompetent and overwhelmed... after waiting 10 minutes until the employee still didn't manage to process our order, we were driven to the competition... Never this branch again...

Items are missing from almost every delivery. Last time we were missing two drinks... got 50 cents back.

An important part was missing from my happy meal, so I asked nicely if I could have a new toy since mine was faulty (by the way, it wasn't expensive, just made of paper). The manager then said, pissed off, that I (17) was old enough to recreate the thing at home. And when I asked what the problem was, she said, screw it, and that really offended me. Also, the vegan burger wasn't to my taste

A McDonald's like any other, including McCafé.

The table was sticky and the McRib was sloppily assembled.

Well, I was there with my wife and child and I find it shabby that no one goes around here and cleans it up again after they leave. That's how it's done in Parberg and there's never any rum left there

Very not tasty. I ordered Big Tasty, the cheese was lying around separately and cold, the bread was dry, there was almost no sauce. It was not pleasant to eat. It is very different from other institutions. I didn't like it.

It's been a few years since I've been to a McDonald's branch. The restaurant looks good and the table delivery service is quick. Unfortunately the food is not good. The restaurant probably can't do anything about that. The Big Mac is now anything but “big”. It has at least 2-3cm less circumference in height and diameter. It tasted relatively tasteless. You used to be able to taste the good cheese in the Big Mac and there was a lot more lettuce in it. The fries were also a disappointment. If you get a bag of chips at Kaufland across the street, you'll be better off in terms of taste. I found the Sprite drink to be very diluted with water, as if it had been trixed. For dessert there was a Mc Sunday ice cream, now for 2.10 euros. This makes it more expensive than 1 scoop from the ice cream parlor. It's a shame that the ice cream is no longer available in delicious waffle cones but only in stupid plastic containers. No more McDonald's for a while now.

(Adapted) Attention: In the parking lot, fees are due after 1.5 hours of parking, even if you sit in the restaurant! After a notice of €35 arrived in the mailbox, I contacted Ms. Eva Helmreich (district manager Mosher Rest. E.k.). I described the situation to her that I was sitting in the restaurant and that I was not using the parking lot illegally. She then arranged for the fee due to be canceled by the parking management. Hence my adjustment from one to five stars.

There are better MC's! Toilets, floors, tables can also be cleaned with cloths, not just napkins!

The new M Burger was ok. Looked strange. There was no meat on the burger 🍔 Salad was more off than in the burger.

Caution!! Potential health hazard!! Give out COMPLETELY melted ice cream!! Of course, you don't eat it straight away in the McDrive and only see the mess when you pull into the parking lot 30 seconds later. Accordingly, the €4 was disposed of - health comes first!! Witness and McDonald's own surveillance can prove this. Only a pissed-off supervisor responds to the complaint form. Maybe you should send the health department over?!?! Would be a good idea!!

The employees in there don't even wear gloves when serving the burger. This is the most unhygienic thing I have ever seen and many people eat it.

Basically a normal to good McDonald's, despite the later time it was actually clean and the staff was friendly. I met a friend there for a drink and dinner in a café. Sorry, but that is an absolute disgrace. When I asked whether they could be accommodating, since I was a customer and had just parked for too long, the franchisee said he couldn't do anything about it because only the PRM could do that and they sent me to the franchisee. Customer-friendly is something else. I will definitely never be a guest in this restaurant again!!! I can only warn against this and strongly advise against this branch.

Food and drinks arrived quickly. Staff could be friendlier. Too many ice cubes in the drinks. You can't drink properly because it's very cold and the ice cubes are always in the way.

The food isn't the best for McDonald's for me personally the other in Königswiesen is better. But the bigest problem is that they literally tell you: GO AWAY because of the parking 🅿️. I don't understand they have so big parking and they still send you a 25 or 35€ Bill ! Why do you send bills to customers who are staying 10 min more than 1.5 hours!!! That's sad to send bills to you're own customers you take from the food and from the parking now that's really friendly from this McDonald's

I noticed that there has been a new manager for a few months. A consistently rude and inconsiderate leader. The employees are divided, half of them insult the customers (they have a role model for that) and the other half immediately notice the stress and hopelessness. Since I work with customers myself, I didn't want to give up such a recession at the beginning, but what's going on is no longer normal. A disappointed customer.

I am deeply disappointed and angry about my last visit to McDonald's in Regensburg. We went there with our children to spend a nice afternoon and use the children's playground. What followed ruined our whole day: a 35 euro fine for exceeding the supposed maximum parking time of 90 minutes! To make matters worse, the McDonald's app didn't work at first, so we had to place our order again. It took us over half an hour until we finally got our food. Who would have thought that we even had a chance of keeping to the 90 minute parking time? As a customer, you don't expect to have to pay attention to a maximum parking time at McDonald's - especially not when there is a children's playground that invites you to stay longer. This is really the last thing and a complete shock! I even called McDonald's and provided a receipt for my visit, but was coldly and heartlessly rejected. The standard answer that you can contact the SF if you want to stay longer is a mockery. Who thinks of having to worry about such formalities when visiting fast food? We weren't commuters abusing the parking lot - we were just guests looking to have a good time. It's unbelievable that you, as a loyal customer, are treated like this. This alienates families and guests who just want to have a good time. McDonald's, you should be ashamed of yourself and urgently reconsider your parking regulations before you lose more disappointed and angry customers. I hope that your social media team will forward this to the appropriate authority in order to compensate us for the damage.

I was also allowed to pay a fine of EUR 35, even though I ordered twice during my stay. McDonald's staff on Vilsstrasse and at the headquarters on Augsburger Strasse refer to the parking space management PRM, which, however, has no interest in canceling the fine for McDonald's customers. Fine handed over today, McDonalds will be boycotted with immediate effect (I've been holding out on the other boycott since 1996). My health will thank me; I have even lost 11kg. In the future I'll save myself the fine and use it to order pizza at a playground. I'LL BE AWAY!!!

Large McDonald's typical restaurant with a relatively large outdoor seating area, McCafe and large parking lot. The food is of the usual McDonald's quality.

Terrible. I went to McDonald's with a colleague. We have now received a fine of €35 for spending money there. Maximum parking time exceeded. McDonald's excuse that you should get unlocked doesn't apply because the signs are so poorly visible. People avoid the McDonalds. They're just ripping you off.

The double big Unfortunately, Mac has become very small

We were there today for a "quick" breakfast at 9:35 a.m.... We had to wait 17 minutes for 2 wraps, 1 Mc Muffin and 6 pancakes including table service!! The store wasn't that busy around breakfast time to justify that. The service in front of the kitchen had nothing under control at all. Then you get yelled at when you ask where the food is after waiting 11 minutes! Others also had to wait an average of 30 minutes for a few snacks (we learned from annoyed customers) Not even an apology was heard when the food was finally brought (at least it was hot and fresh) We've never had anything like this before, especially when there were very few guests on site

It's a normal McDonald's. Men/women should just be careful that they don't make a mistake there or maybe want to eat more, then it will be really expensive!!!!! After 1.5 hours it costs €35!!!!

My visit happened today between 2 and 3 p.m. The staff was very friendly and very committed to the well-being of the guests. My order was served as ordered without a long wait. Unfortunately the burger was cold and the meat patty was dry. In addition to the lack of quality, there were also hygiene concerns. During my stay, I observed a staff member using the same broom on the floor and benches/chairs. It would therefore be desirable if managers took a look at both concerns and made their employees aware of quality and hygiene.

Visit on 10/26/22 7:00 p.m. There was water in the blower hand dryer in the men's room. When you use the dryer, your hands and clothes are sprayed with this water by the fan. Water cannot drain out of the hand dryer. The paper towel dispenser was empty. Very uncomfortable!

Unfortunately it was very messy and dirty inside and out. Inside there were leftover food and paper waste on the tables and floor. The chairs weren't pushed up to the tables either. The food was prepared very carelessly, so that you lost your appetite just by looking at it. There were paper bags everywhere in the parking lot. Not recommended unless you have 2 per mille ingestion, then it's fine.

Everything was easy to reach with a wheelchair and my food was delivered to the table quickly.

I really don't expect gourmet food when I order from McDonald's. But a lot of savings were made and you can taste it straight away. Compared to other branches, the products were hardly seasoned and my drink was very diluted.

They deduct the money from small children and I and a friend are yelled at because the employee can't calculate 7+7. We had to pay twice as much. After that we didn't get anything back. They said "there is no evidence." ten guys with whom you can't even communicate because they don't speak German or English. Nobody should come here now and be xenophobic. I'm a foreigner myself

Oblige your employees to treat customers in a friendly manner. Make it clear that unkind behavior will not be tolerated in the workplace.

Just under 30 euros for a coffee. With this balance we close the chapter here. We have met here for years and enjoyed the uncomplicated stay. Before we both received a payment request for €25 because we had exceeded the parking time. If the McCafé lounge and tasting are offered, there shouldn't be a need for a stopwatch. And unfortunately it's too late to give the information to a shift manager. We are extremely disappointed and angry about this senseless sanction. We won't be coming back.

In this franchisee's restaurants you almost never get what you order - something is always missing or wrong! You can see how things are getting better in other cities or federal states

If, after 2 weeks of visiting this branch, a fine for €25 comes in (when ordering just under €30), which penalizes staying here for longer than 1.5 hours (!), then for me it means: no thanks here, never again. I've never had one like this anywhere. And the comparable comments only confirm it.

During our stay we were charged a parking fee because we parked for longer than 90 minutes. We even paid by card twice during our stay and can therefore prove that we were in the restaurant. According to the parking company PRM-Service, this doesn't matter and they continue to insist on the requirement. Please note that you used a private parking space where you are only allowed to stay for a maximum of 90 minutes. These setting and usage conditions are signposted in the parking area. The owner's feedback is incorrect. I called the head office this morning at Augsburger Straße 37c Frank Mosher Restaurants e. K. I was assured there was no option and you would report this to the branch. So you can't avoid this location. If you no longer need customers then you have to accept this.

Achtung: Am Parkplatz des Restaurants darf maximal 1,5 h geparkt werden. Die Parkdauer wird per Kamera überwacht und man bekommt auch als Kunde eine Verwarnung. Nachtrag: Der Kommentar vom Inhaber, dass eine Ausnahme gemacht wird ist falsch. Beim Telefonat wurde mir deutlich gesagt, dass "für Kunden keine Ausnahmen" gemacht werden, auch wenn man im Restaurant war.

Bestellungen über die Smart Tafel. Dadurch mehr Personal, für die Essenszubereitung. Und damit, auch schneller 😀.
