Mc Donalds eben aber gut geführt / nettes Personal und sehr sauber auch der aussenbereich ✔️

Pommes ohne Salz bestellt, wurde zunächst korrekt umgesetzt. Danach wollte ich ganz normal Salzpäckchen dazu, wie es eigentlich überall üblich ist. Statt einer einfachen Lösung wurde mir gesagt, dass es kein Salz gibt, weil ich „ohne Salz“ bestellt habe – absolut unlogisch und unnötig kompliziert. Zusätzlich waren die Pommes am Ende trotzdem kalt, was die ganze Erfahrung noch schlechter gemacht hat. Für ein so simples Produkt erwartet man zumindest warme Speisen und eine unkomplizierte Handhabung. Der Umgang vom Management war dabei wenig hilfreich und eher blockierend als kundenorientiert. Insgesamt enttäuschender Besuch für etwas, das eigentlich problemlos hätte laufen sollen.

Das war mittlerweile das zweite Mal, dass ich ein Eis mit Schokosoße bestellt habe und es eher einer Suppe als einem Eis glich. Als ich darauf hingewiesen habe, bekam ich lediglich die Antwort, dass die Schokosoße warm sei. Weder eine Entschuldigung noch ein Angebot für Ersatz oder eine andere Lösung. Der Mitarbeiter ging anschließend einfach weg. In anderen McDonald's-Filialen bekomme ich ebenfalls Eis mit Schokosoße und habe dieses Problem nicht. Fehler können passieren, aber der Umgang mit Kunden sollte trotzdem freundlich und professionell sein. Sehr enttäuschend.

21 Minuten Wartezeit für ein kleines McSmart-Menü! Erst nach meiner Nachfrage wurde die Bestellung überhaupt zubereitet. Kundenservice sieht anders aus – absolut enttäuschend.

Haben heute um 19:06 2 Iced Latte Caramel Grand geholt weil wir auf der Durchfahrt waren. 20 min später und leider zu weit weg, hatte ich irgend etwas im Mund... eine halbe Ameise, bei genauer Betrachtung unserer Getränke war der Becherboden mit Ameisen und deren Überbleibseln teilweise bedeckt! Sehr ekelhafte Sache, ich hoffe ihr werdet euch dem annehmen! Vielleicht sollten die Mitarbeiter auch im Sommer öfter auch mal die Augen offen halten, schließlich sind Ameisen vorallem wenn es mehrere sind nicht so schwer zu übersehen. 🐜🐜🐜🐜🐜

Mitarbeiter hatte den Strohhalm vergessen. Auf Nachfrage ob man denn einen bekommen könnte kam nur als Antwort "das geht nicht", bitte?

Also 3 Getränke haben gefehlt Und Service ganz schlecht. Mitarbeiter sagt das wir selbst mit dem Chef reden sollen und sagt das wir unsere Getränke selbst abholen sollen.

Wir haben eine halbe Stunde auf unser Essen gewartet. Einfach unglaublich, selbst für MC’s ist dass unter aller Kanone. Wir würden von den Mitarbeitern gekonnt ignoriert.

Hatte für meinen Sohn einen McFlurry bestellt welcher mit 4 Euro eh schon sehr teuer ist und dann war der Becher nur halb voll!

Was erwartet man von einem Schnellimbiss? Das neue System ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und vorher war es besser. Essen wie gewohnt. Sauber und die Mitarbeiter sind nett

Wir waren heute bei McDonald’s zum Mittagessen (eigentlich). Am Selbstbedienungsautomaten haben wir ein Menü ausgesucht und es anschließend bezahlt. Nur dumm, dass die Zahlung am Automaten abgebrochen wurde, aber zeitgleich eine Meldung über die Finanz-App kam, in der die Abbuchung erfolgt ist. Wir haben dann schließlich unseren Vorfall dem unqualifizierten Mitarbeiter geschildert. Sehr unprofessionell und unfreundlich wurden wir abgewimmelt. Am Ende fiel dann der Satz: „Entweder ihr zahlt oder geht!“ Überlegt mal, wer euch Unqualifizierte finanziert! Genau, Geld wächst nicht auf Bäumen!!! Gott sei Dank konnte uns wenigstens die Bank weiterhelfen und hat die Zahlung zurückgezogen. Schließlich werden da auch keine Menschen von der Straße eingesammelt … Man benötigt dort eine höhere Bildung! ;) Wir gehen zu DIESEM „Restaurant“ jedenfalls nicht mehr!

Eins der saubersten MCDonalds welches ich gesehen habe, alles sauber, netter schneller Service. Windgeschütztwr Außenbeleuchtung. Tpiöetten absolut dauber. TOP

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel – Voller Preis für halbe Portionen! Wer gerne den vollen Preis zahlt und sich danach noch blöd anreden lassen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Ich habe einen McFlurry bestellt und dachte im ersten Moment, man hätte mir versehentlich einen kleinen Mc Sundae in die Hand gedrückt – der Becher war buchstäblich nur halb voll. Als ich ganz normal nachfragte, ob da vielleicht ein Fehler passiert ist, wurde ich vom Personal extrem unfreundlich und herablassend abgewimmelt. Die dreiste Behauptung: Ein halb leerer Becher sei hier „die richtige Menge“. Absolute Abzocke und ein völlig inkompetenter Kundenservice. Spart euch das Geld und geht woanders hin!

Leider schon des öfteren bei MC Drive nicht alles erhalten was bestellt wurde.Sehr ärgerlich wenn man dann trotzdem rein muss um zu reklamieren ist natürlich die bereits erhaltene Bestellung kalt.

Ungenießbare Veggie Produkte. Bereits vor dem Sortimenteswechsel kam es oft vor das die Veggie Nuggets kaum zu kauen waren, so hart waren diese. Heute das gleiche Problem mit dem Veggie Pattie in meinem Burger, dieser war steinhart, und auch die Pommes waren kaum genießbar. Komisch das die Konkurrenz das noch nie geschafft hat.

Sehr schöner MC Donalds, Personal ist auch sehr nett und freundlich.

Hab hier gestern einen big mac gefressen und war bis jetzt grade wegen einer lebensmittelvergiftung im Krankenhaus Firma dankt. Ekliger Dreck Verein.

Nach dem Umbau immer noch das nette Personal, das sehr schnell und effizient arbeitet. Die Sauberkeit ist beispiellos sagenhaft. Wir waren zum Geburtstag unseres Enkels dort und wurden sogar mit einer Hand voll Schokolinsen überrascht, die uns eine nette junge Dame brachte, als sie bemerkte, dass unser Enkel seine Geschenke auspackte. Tolles Erlebnis für den Kleinen. Dankeschön für die Aufmerksamkeit. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!

Der schlimmste McDonald's, den man sich vorstellen kann. Die Toiletten sind dreckig, es gibt keine Servietten. Die Angestellten sind unhöflich und inkompetent.

Ein absoluter saftladen, ich habe bestellt und wollte bezahlen, 15.30 euro, ging an die kasse und keinen schien es zu interessieren das ich da stehe mit meimem zettel in der hand. Nach mehrfachen ansprechen der mitarbeiter wurde ich weiter ignorriert. Der laden war fast leer also kein grosses aufkommen. Die mitarbeiter haben mich anscheinend nicht verstanden und haben ständig geschaut als ob ich kinder esse, nach dem motto was will die deutsche kartoffel eigentlich?! Als ich nach 27 min nach mc-uhr mein zettel zerknüllt hab und hinter die kasse geworfen hab wurden sie laut und wollten plözlich das ich zahl. Sorry aber fickt euch, sowas passiert mir nie wieder. Und mir dem rad parken geht überhaupt nicht, da alles mit den drecks scootern zugestellt ist, also radfahrer und deutsche sind anscheinend nicht erwünscht.nichtmal einen stern sollte es für euch in der filiale geben.

Hatte mir ein Doppelpackmenü mit meiner Frau geteilt. Der Royal TS hat nach Pappmaschee geschmeckt. Grauenhaft was die als Burger verkaufen. Seit dem Umbau scheint es das Personal nicht mehr mit der Hygiene ernst zu nehmen. Tische sehen draußen aus wie Dresden 45.

Geben kostenlose Getränke im Sommer, guter Service, gute Preise, alles perfekt hier.

Der Cappuccino ist eine Frechheit. Was man hier für 4 € bekommt, ist ein Milchkaffee mit einem kleinen Hauch Schaum, der kaum nach Kaffee schmeckt. Das war definitiv mal anders und immer einen Stop Wert, wenn man einen leckeren Kaffee trinken wollte. Diesmal nur 1 Stern und selbst dieser ist schon zu viel.

Es war sehr nett, und alles war auch sehr schnell und lecker, aber es war viel zu laut. Es war fett dreckig die Toiletten waren verschmutzt ohne Ende. Es gab keine richtigen Servietten, und als wir etwas tauschen wollten, hat die Mitarbeiterin mich angeschrien. Ich sollte auf meinen Platz zurückgehen.

Leider wurde ein McFlurry für 3€ gekauft, aber die Menge ist weniger als beim McSundae…. Ziemlich schade

Essen Typisch Mc Donalds, da gibt es nichts auszusetzen, deswegen 2 Sterne. Aber dieses Restaurant an sich, ist inzwischen einer der Ungemütlichsten geworden….vor dem Umbau absolut top! Jetzt nur noch kalt und ungemütlich. Grausam

Also ich muss echt sagen seit dem sie jetzt renoviert haben läuft der Laden echt rund, das Essen kam in 2 min obwohl alles voll war und ich 2 Menüs bestellt habe. Service für einen McDonald’s auch super. Der Laden hat sich echt verbessert.

Nach dem kürzlichen Umbau ist der McDonalds modern eingerichtet und verfügt - wie fast überall - die Self-Service-Bestellautomaten. Es gibt Sitzmöglichkeiten innen sowie außen mit Überdachung bzw. verglast. Grundsätzlich wie jeder McDonalds mit gewöhnlichen Service. Allerdings ist dieser meist sehr voll. Dafür reichen oft die Sitzplätze nicht aus oder man hat lange Wartezeiten, wenn man etwas bestellt hat.

Every time I eat at McDonald's, I've unfortunately found hair in my bread. Furthermore, the staff are very messy and don't seem to be doing their jobs carefully. This is very unhygienic and disappointing. I urge you to pay more attention to cleanliness and hygiene.

The toilet door is open all the time and is simply annoying because you can hear the hand dryer constantly.

McDonald's, aka Israel Lover, have now also removed the vegan menu because they obviously have no morals at all, which is why there's no reason for me to ever waste my time there again.

Everything used to be fresh, quick, and delicious... now the meat is dried out, there are endless waiting times... and hardly any seating.

McDonald's used to be cozy with armchairs and a fireplace; you liked to linger there. Unfortunately, that feeling is gone after the renovation. It exudes a coldness that says, 'order, eat, disappear'. Very sad ☹️

Since the renovation a few days ago, cigarette smoke from the outdoor seating area in front of the main entrance seems to be drifting into the restaurant. We were sitting practically at the other end of the restaurant, and there was a constant smell of cigarettes.

Why do you have a nice and beautiful manual coffee machine, but you make the coffee in a automatic machine that tastes like shit ?

Unfortunately, the staff and administration seemed rather negligent, which negatively impacted the overall impression.

Large McDonald's typical restaurant with a relatively large outdoor seating area, McCafe and large parking lot. The food is of the usual McDonald's quality. But today the big disappointment at breakfast: There are NO MORE SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH BACON. DISASTER!!! And coffee in a plastic cup with a €2.50 reusable deposit. DISASTER!!!

We ordered a Spicy McDonald's to go. When we got home, a jelly-like liquid oozed out of the meat. Absolutely disgusting. I've decided I won't be eating McDonald's again.

McDonald's near the Regensburg business park, well, it was very old and the service wasn't great. I wanted a McDonald's smart meal with chicken burgers, but it was too early for that. So far, so good, but all they communicated was, "It won't be available for 30 minutes," "I can have two cheeseburgers," and voila, the order was entered. Changing it to the desired chicken burger wasn't possible; she understood cheeseburger, after all, and "I'm not throwing anything away." Thanks for two unwanted cheeseburgers for 5 euros!

Unfortunately, the burger had completely fallen apart in the packaging. On top of that, both of our meals weren't even warm. More like lukewarm. The fries weren't fully cooked. And then there were the prices. We've been going to Mac's on and off for decades. But now we've completely lost interest. It's a shame to see the quality disappearing.

We had a happy meal. The nuggets and fries were only half cooked. We got shaker fries without seasoning. Generally, things were missing. Half of the items that were included were inedible. Thank you very much. My wife and child are amazed at your inadequacies in packing the food as listed, and the store wasn't very busy either, so you can't blame it on that. Thanks for the great evening. That's what you get when you just want to grab something quickly because you've had a long day. This isn't the first time things have been missing here.

Had breakfast. Unfortunately, it seemed like the food (breakfast burger) had been sitting for a while. It wasn't warm, and the bacon was half-burnt but not crispy. At least the coffee was fresh. The service was excellent, friendly, and quick.

It's annoying, the same thing over and over again and nothing happens. This time, McChicke Classic fell in the big order. Great!

I was just at McDonald's – just thirsty, just a Coke. I paid, got a drink… but no straw. Okay, I thought, no stress – I'll just ask nicely. I went back to the counter and ran into Tarek. Me: "Hi, can I have a straw, please?" Tarek (as cold as the McFlurry): "No. It's not possible." Me: Gulp… but inside: "What do you mean, NOT POSSIBLE?!" 😵‍💫 Now comes the twist: I've just come out of a whitening session. My teeth? Sensitive as an offended liver sausage. Drinking without a straw? Pure torture. A sip of Coke? Pain level: I-see-the-limits. I explained the situation to Tarek, describing my distress. Tarek stood his ground. The law is the law. No straw for me. I see my life passing by... with traces of cola on my freshly whitened teeth. 🫠 But then—like a warm ray of sunshine in a rainy parking lot—she enters the scene: JOSEFINE. Josefine, you heroine in a McUniform. Josefine looks at Tarek and says: "Come on, Tarek, just give her the straw." One sentence. One gesture. A revolution. Thank you, Josefine. You not only saved my day, you protected my teeth—and touched my heart. You felt, sister. You felt. Conclusion: McDonald's? 1 star. Josefine? Infinitely many.

I really like McDonald's but sometimes half the food is missing. Today, for example, 2x Chili Cheeseburger Burgers for a total of 8€ are missing and I think that's a real shame.

Excellent! Friendly and proactive staff. Very fast delivery to the table. Everything was hot – fries, curly fries, Big Mac, crispy chicken, Filet-o-Fish, chicken nuggets... simply perfect! Just what you'd expect from a visit to McDonald's!

I ordered three McFlurrys and didn't even get half the amount per cup. When I asked, I was told the amount was normal. PS: This isn't my first time having ice cream at McDonald's.

Too much crowded place with fast food. Food gets served so fast that this place makes it an easy choice for busy people. The place has got a vast parking place so that you don't want romaround for parking. It's near to the main road making accessible for everyone with delicious food.

I ordered plant-based nuggets 🌱 and my package contained one with real meat. They should be heavily compensated for that.

I was standing in line at the checkout line as usual, and was ignored for minutes, then yelled at by the shift supervisor, who apparently was the shift manager, with the remark, "Kiosk customers get priority," as if I'd committed a crime. The nerve.

Food was good and arrived quickly, even though it was busy. Unfortunately, the interior is very dark and uncomfortable. Lights flicker and it makes a dated impression. The toilets were a disaster.

In my opinion this is the best McDonald's in Regensburg. They bring the order pretty quickly and everything is fresh. I have been convinced of this many times.

I was in the mc drive half an hour ago and placed a large order and unfortunately half of it was missing (we only noticed it at home). They then tried desperately to call, but no one seemed to be interested. Unfortunately, this is almost always the case at this branch. If you don't want to have to pay for anything, you definitely shouldn't go there.

Be sure to check again when ordering to take away. Something was missing/wrong size on my last 3 orders.

I noticed that there has been a new manager for a few months. A consistently rude and inconsiderate leader. The employees are divided, half of them insult the customers (they have a role model for that) and the other half immediately notice the stress and hopelessness. Since I work with customers myself, I didn't want to give up such a recession at the beginning, but what's going on is no longer normal. A disappointed customer.

Was in McDrive today and picked up a double pack of menu, The drink was not filled to 0.5 ml as it should be. The burgers themselves were simply thrown in the package, lifeless and not nice to look at. To be honest, I've lost interest in McDonalds.

What's going on there is absolutely outrageous. The food was lukewarm, and the points weren't credited to my account in the app. I then showed them the app and receipt and explained the situation, but the employee refused to give me a mc rib shampoo, even though I was entitled to it because it was still in stock and I would have had the points if I'd followed the process properly.
