I was standing in line at the checkout line as usual, and was ignored for minutes, then yelled at by the shift supervisor, who apparently acted as if I'd committed a crime, with the remark, "Kiosk orderers get priority." The nerve.

Food was good and arrived quickly, even though it was busy. Unfortunately, the interior is very dark and uncomfortable. Lights flicker and it makes a dated impression. The toilets were a disaster.

It's unbelievable that you can no longer order at the checkout. According to the rude employee, only for paying for orders from the machine. What do older people do who can't do that?!

Large McDonald's typical restaurant with a relatively large outdoor seating area, McCafe and large parking lot. The food is of the usual McDonald's quality. But today the big disappointment at breakfast: There are NO MORE SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH BACON. DISASTER!!! And coffee in a plastic cup with a €2.50 reusable deposit. DISASTER!!!

In my opinion this is the best McDonald's in Regensburg. They bring the order pretty quickly and everything is fresh. I have been convinced of this many times.

I was in the mc drive half an hour ago and placed a large order and unfortunately half of it was missing (we only noticed it at home). They then tried desperately to call, but no one seemed to be interested. Unfortunately, this is almost always the case at this branch. If you don't want to have to pay for anything, you definitely shouldn't go there.

I noticed that there has been a new manager for a few months. A consistently rude and inconsiderate leader. The employees are divided, half of them insult the customers (they have a role model for that) and the other half immediately notice the stress and hopelessness. Since I work with customers myself, I didn't want to give up such a recession at the beginning, but what's going on is no longer normal. A disappointed customer.

Was in McDrive today and picked up a double pack of menu, The drink was not filled to 0.5 ml as it should be. The burgers themselves were simply thrown in the package, lifeless and not nice to look at. To be honest, I've lost interest in McDonalds.

What's going on there is absolutely outrageous. The food was lukewarm, and the points weren't credited to my account in the app. I then showed them the app and receipt and explained the situation, but the employee refused to give me a mc rib shampoo, even though I was entitled to it because it was still in stock and I would have had the points if I'd followed the process properly.

Food and drinks arrived quickly. Staff could be friendlier. Too many ice cubes in the drinks. You can't drink properly because it's very cold and the ice cubes are always in the way.

I am deeply disappointed and angry about my last visit to McDonald's in Regensburg. We went there with our children to spend a nice afternoon and use the children's playground. What followed ruined our whole day: a 35 euro fine for exceeding the supposed maximum parking time of 90 minutes! To make matters worse, the McDonald's app didn't work at first, so we had to place our order again. It took us over half an hour until we finally got our food. Who would have thought that we even had a chance of keeping to the 90 minute parking time? As a customer, you don't expect to have to pay attention to a maximum parking time at McDonald's - especially not when there is a children's playground that invites you to stay longer. This is really the last thing and a complete shock! I even called McDonald's and provided a receipt for my visit, but was coldly and heartlessly rejected. The standard answer that you can contact the SF if you want to stay longer is a mockery. Who thinks of having to worry about such formalities when visiting fast food? We weren't commuters abusing the parking lot - we were just guests looking to have a good time. It's unbelievable that you, as a loyal customer, are treated like this. This alienates families and guests who just want to have a good time. McDonald's, you should be ashamed of yourself and urgently reconsider your parking regulations before you lose more disappointed and angry customers. I was also allowed to pay a fine of EUR 35, even though I ordered twice during my stay. McDonald's staff on Vilsstrasse and at the headquarters on Augsburger Strasse refer to the parking space management PRM, which, however, has no interest in canceling the fine for McDonald's customers. During my stay, I observed a staff member using the same broom on the floor and benches/chairs.
