So I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of the restaurant and the service, I hadn't been there for a long time but everything was much better on my last visit. After this impression from yesterday, I'd rather not come back, the other fast food restaurants are much cleaner and customers are friendlier. Tables were very dirty and there was leftover food and drinks spilled on the floor, no one cared about that

Unfortunately only 4 out of 5 points. Even if these machines for ordering are now IN. The personal contact with the employees was always very nice and you were recommended something. KFC's premises are now also very nicely designed, but the local touch is now missing. Not everything that is new has to be good. The positive thing is: it tastes good, nothing has changed.

I generally enjoy visiting KFC, and here in Regensburg the food is also up to the chain's usual standard. The two-story structure is practical, but there are clear weaknesses in terms of hygiene. The cleanliness of the tables and drinks area often leaves something to be desired, especially when it's busy. I noticed this on several visits. However, I find the behavior of the staff even more disturbing: I have repeatedly observed employees wiping their noses with their hands or even scratching open wounds. This is humanly understandable, but not acceptable in the catering industry. Gloves should be mandatory, especially if there are visible skin problems, to ensure hygiene. The food is good, but the hygiene in the restaurant and among the employees urgently needs to be improved.

I had the delighted drive thru experience of a cashier, male, older. He tried to speak English but he became very rude. For example, I asked for no ice in my drink, he said I already chose a drink why would I get ice/ ice cream. I understood the confusion and said "Brother, I think there's a misunderstanding here." I tried explaining myself and he said he has no ice. He asked what else, I asked for a moment because it was snowing so the condensation from the menu made it difficult to read. He then rudely told me to drive to the window. So I did, and he began speaking very rudely. When I tried explaining myself he became irrate, flipped the menu in my face and said I spoke too much. I then told him in a stern manner to not speak to me, especially in front my family like that at which point he got scared and walked away. Another server came and she was very helpful. As for the guy, he started and problem, was addressed, and I talked away when he had a chance.

Staff were friendly, place was clean. However, I had a Zingerburger for the second time today where the chicken paddy only took up half of the burger. I like KFC, tastes good! BUT what is repeatedly annoying is that when I order "take away" I don't receive everything as ordered. Of course, you only notice this when you get home, so you don't go back to complain. - Fries were missing from the menu, instead of 6 Hotwings there were only 5. “Clean business” is what I would say!! Mistakes happen, but this wasn't the first time. It sucks!

Tonight was my last visit to KFC and I don't plan on going back. The reason for this is an employee who behaves extremely rudely. He doesn't say hello, looks unfriendly and seems annoyed, especially when a customer wants to pay in cash at the checkout. Every time this employee is on duty I feel uncomfortable, like I did something wrong. He just says the amount, gives the change back, and that's it. If he is uncomfortable working with people, he may want to consider changing careers. He is a smaller, middle-aged man with glasses, probably German, who works mainly in the evenings. I'm only giving one star solely because of this employee. I actually really like the food and to this day I have visited the restaurant regularly.

I'm impressed, the chicken and potatoes were actually very good and crispy. in America, KFC is one of the worst Fried Chicken chains. I wanted fried chicken and always try American chains at least once when I travel because it's interesting to see what is different. I haven't been there in 5 years and was really craving chicken until I tried this. Fries had old oil taste, the chicken in burgers and bites was too salty that the chicken taste was not noticeable. The only thing that was really good were the vending machine drinks. For this reason only 2 stars. I won't go there again for the next 5 years.

No exchange was possible! Ate a new burger today, I thought it really appealed to me. When I unpacked it, it was lukewarm and the cheese in the citizen wasn't melted, just 2 cold slices of cheese. Ordered 6 pieces of chicken this evening, 5 of them were good, 1 was still half fatty and was inedible. It's a disgrace to pay so much for this. I then went to the checkout. The totally unfriendly employee then said that he was a butcher himself and that that was normal for any piece of chicken. Absolute lie! I will never come back to such unfriendly and rude staff. It would have easily been possible to give me a fresh one for that!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Hot wings are only small, smaller is no longer possible, the staff can't count up to 15 pieces, there are always too few hot wings and communication with the staff is becoming more and more difficult. We definitely won't come back for something like that, no animal should have to die, sorry .

Were passing through the area. In the evening, something quick from the KFC - what could go wrong? The food... Never had such a limp burger. Yes, awful. It had nothing to do with the posters and the roll was completely soaked with some kind of sauce. Shouldn't it be in the burger? Guess the thing sat in the warming counter longer than it should. Drink mixer broken or staff too... to fill the thing correctly. We wanted Fanta, but only water came. So the complaint was then turned to Spezi (Fanta doesn't work, then only Cola came (so Fanta was apparently empty). Cola was unfortunately not drinkable because there was far too much of the syrup in it. Unfortunately, the staff doesn't understand German customers and prefers to talk to each other any other language. KFC-never again.

Restaurant is dirty. Everything is sticky, there's obviously not much cleaning going on - neither the terminal nor the tables nor the toilets. As we cleaned the terminal and then the table ourselves, we were observed by the gentleman behind the cash register - unfortunately he didn't feel the need to get a rag and help, even though he had nothing to do during our entire stay just stood there... what a shame. A burger was forgotten - but when we were informed we immediately received it with an apology. The toilets are unhygienic and are probably not inspected often by staff as advertised on the large sign. There was no soap in the women's toilet and it was full of dirt. The faucet in the men's toilet was broken, which is why everything was under water. The food was ok, but could have been fried better. You can expect a little more for the prices. In addition, there is often some kind of ventilation (?) running that is very loud and unpleasant. All in all, we won't eat at this branch again. We prefer to drive in the other direction to the CZ border. The KFC is far better.

Unfortunately it wasn't very clean and the food was so bad. The nuggets were cold and undercooked. And the portions are not worth the price.

Food totally overpriced for this inferior quality. Chicken that was supposed to be crispy was limp. The burger too. The lettuce in the burger was no longer recognizable as lettuce, was completely wilted and already brownish. The entire atmosphere seemed dingy, there was no toilet paper in the toilets, a look into the storage room confirmed my overall impression. The staff barely understands German and generally seems very disinterested. We were very disappointed with our visit to Regensburg, as we were very enthusiastic about the location and especially the food in Munich a few years ago.

There would be time for this, especially if the restaurant is almost empty. I think we won't go to this KFC restaurant again in the future.

The question arises: why is this happening and why doesn't management intervene? No apology is offered, but rather you react with irritation. Training employees on how to deal with customers seems undesirable here. The cleanliness of the tables leaves a lot to be desired most of the time, the only thing that should be mentioned here for the sake of completeness is that it's always easy to find a parking space. What I find most annoying is that the house sauce always seems to be out of stock here. Price performance is not given here. Apparently the sales are still good, as nothing is being done about the grievances. It's a shame about a fast restaurant in Regensburg that would otherwise attract more customers. Addendum: The criticized machines were retrofitted, but everything else leaves something to be desired. The female service staff in particular feel disturbed when the conversation with their colleagues is interrupted. Products are still missing, it is still essential to check for completeness!
