Kentucky Fried Chicken in Regensburg

Been there 3 times now and each time I got raw chicken. Employees asked about it and they said I should have checked it at the pick-up counter. Never again. You can't even get new chickens

I don't like the fact that I now have to order what I want digitally! I was helped, but it still wasn't 100% what I wanted.. 🫣

Without coupons or combination offers, KFC is now simply overpriced. It is and remains a fast food restaurant with the appropriate quality, but in terms of price it is developing into an average restaurant, which usually offers higher quality and better service. The chicken parts and sides are generally good, but the burgers are sad and tend to ruin the chicken in them. In summary, KFC is good for a quick few chicken wings, but overpriced.

A very good snack in between is always a good step to take at KFC. It's not exactly cheap in terms of price, but it's filling.

Incredible!!! There was a butterfly in my fries, when I confronted an employee he told me he didn't know what I did with those fries. According to him, he just moved on without giving me a refund or apology.

Ordered 6 pieces of chicken this evening, 5 of them were good, 1 was still half fatty and was inedible. It's a disgrace to pay so much for this. I then went to the checkout. The totally unfriendly employee then said that he was a butcher himself and that that was normal for any piece of chicken. Absolute lie! I will never come back to such unfriendly and rude staff. Hot wings are only small, smaller is no longer possible, the staff can't count up to 15 pieces, there are always too few hot wings and communication with the staff is becoming more and more difficult. We definitely won't come back for something like that, no animal should have to die, sorry .

Were passing through the area. In the evening, something quick from the KFC - what could go wrong? The food... Never had such a limp burger. Yes, awful. It had nothing to do with the posters and the roll was completely soaked with some kind of sauce. Shouldn't it be in the burger? Guess the thing sat in the warming counter longer than it should. Drink mixer broken or staff too... to fill the thing correctly. We wanted Fanta, but only water came. So the complaint was then turned to Spezi (Fanta doesn't work, then only Cola came (so Fanta was apparently empty). Cola was unfortunately not drinkable because there was far too much of the syrup in it. Unfortunately, the staff doesn't understand German customers and prefers to talk to each other any other language. KFC-never again.

Restaurant is dirty. Everything is sticky, there's obviously not much cleaning going on - neither the terminal nor the tables nor the toilets. As we cleaned the terminal and then the table ourselves, we were observed by the gentleman behind the cash register - unfortunately he didn't feel the need to get a rag and help, even though he had nothing to do during our entire stay just stood there... what a shame. A burger was forgotten - but when we were informed we immediately received it with an apology. The toilets are unhygienic and are probably not inspected often by staff as advertised on the large sign. There was no soap in the women's toilet and it was full of dirt. The faucet in the men's toilet was broken, which is why everything was under water. The food was ok, but could have been fried better. You can expect a little more for the prices. In addition, there is often some kind of ventilation (?) running that is very loud and unpleasant. All in all, we won't eat at this branch again. We prefer to drive in the other direction to the CZ border. The KFC is far better.

Food totally overpriced for this inferior quality. Chicken that was supposed to be crispy was limp. The burger too. The lettuce in the burger was no longer recognizable as lettuce, was completely wilted and already brownish. The staff barely understands German and generally seems very disinterested. We were very disappointed with our visit to Regensburg, as we were very enthusiastic about the location and especially the food in Munich a few years ago.

There would be time for this, especially if the restaurant is almost empty. I think we won't go to this KFC restaurant again in the future.

We have been to KFC in Regensburg several times. But I've never had a menu as bad as today. The burger was lukewarm. The fries were freshly made, but the portion size has been halved since the last time in March 2024. To compensate, the menu has become more expensive. That was definitely my last visit to KFC Regensburg.

Something has been remodeled and there are finally these displays like in many of the competing stores. You can easily order anything and then pick it up without having to wait in line for a long time to place your order.

Accepting the voucher app is a game of chance, depending on which employee is competent or feels like it. The employees are often stressed, unfriendly and it is advisable to check your order immediately for completeness, out of 10 7 are incorrect, which makes me avoid this fast food restaurant, but the child's cravings take us there and back again. The question arises: why is this happening and why doesn't management intervene? No apology is offered, but rather you react with irritation. Training employees on how to deal with customers seems undesirable here. The cleanliness of the tables leaves a lot to be desired most of the time, the only thing that should be mentioned here for the sake of completeness is that it's always easy to find a parking space. What I find most annoying is that the house sauce always seems to be out of stock here. Price performance is not given here. Apparently the sales are still good, as nothing is being done about the grievances. It's a shame about a fast restaurant in Regensburg that would otherwise attract more customers. Addendum: The criticized machines were retrofitted, but everything else leaves something to be desired. The female service staff in particular feel disturbed when the conversation with their colleagues is interrupted. Products are still missing, it is still essential to check for completeness!

I haven't eaten this crappy in a long time. Ordered the menu via the app and picked it up DriveIn. Fries wilted, almost unseasoned and lukewarm. The 2 burgers were very small and looked like they had been assassinated. I often go to KFC... But that was for the barrel. And before I forget. The new company decision of the drinks is for the bin. The cola was so tasty (sweetener) that after one sip it ended up in the bin. Keep it up and I'll save myself the experience in the future.

Personally, I went to KFC Regensburg 3-4 times every week and enjoyed doing so with the entire friends and family group. However, for the first time this is over. It proved that to me again today. The chance to visit with the group soon is a long time coming and we hope that the circumstances there will improve significantly. Therefore, my advice to the crowd is to think twice about whether you want to invest your money in a company where even the reviews here are not read and answered. Clear rejection from me and friends for the time being, maybe you will answer.

I ate at the KFC in Regensburg, Frankenstr. Ordered a burger menu. KFC's self-imposed goal of giving its customers their food within 3 minutes at the latest was far from being achieved. I got my food after a whole 13! Held in my hands for minutes, 2 burgers, fries, drink. After I complained that the citizens were cold because they had probably been lying around for a long time but had simply been ignored, I didn't even get new and hot burgers. Fries were warm and OK. Drink would be bottled yourself. I ordered online, but since the drive-in was closed (due to maintenance, technicians were visible) you had to go into the branch to redeem. No apology, no coupon, no new food, just nothing. Very poor service KFC! This is how you lose customers.
