Perfect but price is little bit high

Tastes delicious! I tried the falafel plate and the doner kebab, which were very tasty. The service was very friendly and quick. The location is right across from the Kaufland checkout, but it's a great place for a snack after shopping!

The meat didn't come fresh off the spit, but from a box where he stored the meat. We told him we wanted it fresh off the spit, to which he aggressively replied that they had cut the meat fresh off the spit 10 minutes earlier, which we grudgingly accepted... The meat was cold. The doner itself might have tasted okay if it hadn't been cold. The bread even fell apart and wasn't crispy. There was far too much vegetables in it, which made the cold meat almost untasteable. To put the vegetables in the doner, he went into a room behind the counter. You couldn't see how much he put in it, and you couldn't choose what he put in it either. We ordered spicy, but the doner wasn't. He skimped on the chili quite a bit. Very poor customer service overall; "the customer is king" definitely doesn't apply here. We later confronted him about the cold meat, to which he told us to keep our voices down because other potential customers walking through the arcade might hear it. We didn't accept this because we had told the truth. He then told us not to come back. When we asked for our money back because we hadn't gotten what we paid for—a warm, fresh kebab—he told us to call the police if we wanted that.

I got 2 doners from them around 12:30 but I forgot to give them my girlfriend's card to stamp. I came back again got a doner box when I told the old man to stamp the card he stamped it once. Told him to do 2 more he said no. My girlfriend have been eating there since 2 years and knowing us more than 2 the old man decided to do this well we'll take our money and business somewhere else.

I put our shopping away, my husband ordered a Dürum and a pizza bread, and we got a doner kebab and a slice of pizza with gyro. The young man was obviously new there, but he should be able to manage something so simple. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until I got home.

Veggie doner apparently means 1 tomato, 2 pieces of feta, 2 pieces of onions & 90% iceberg lettuce... I didn't taste the sauce either, it was very dry; if the doner gets improved, I'll definitely change my mind.

Doner sandwich €6.50, falafel sandwich €6. I took the latter and it was decent, the salad was fresh, the yogurt-based sauce (comme il faut).

I never intended to write a review because I was just in the mood for a kebab, but now that I'm feeling really bad a few hours later, I felt compelled to warn others about this kebab! As others have already written, the meat for me also came from a box and was not freshly cut from the spit. The preparation was very quick and €12.50 for a kebab and a falafel dürüm is now normal anyway. I gave him €15 and he only gave back €1.50 on purpose. Then he asked with a laugh whether that was correct, even though he knew full well that he had given out one euro too little. He then thought out loud about his own prices and said: €12.50? 13.50€? And laughed at me again. I already knew by then that he did this specifically to give himself a tip, so to speak. Shortly beforehand I had actually thought about simply rounding it up to €13, but he then simply decided the tip himself, as described. I didn't really care and left. I took the kebab with hot sauce and it was really spicy. The taste of the kebab wasn't bad, but shortly afterwards it was already heavy in my stomach. 4 hours later I felt slightly sick. I haven't eaten anything else in the meantime. So far (7 hours later) I'm still feeling slightly sick and I'm happy when the kebab has left my body again. Not recommended. I didn't care about tipping myself at the moment, but looking back, it's NOT possible at all!

The kebab skewer is always raw because he cuts off the meat and stores it in a box. Of course, few people come when they see the skewer is raw and then the limp, not crispy and watery meat from a few hours ago is served with the kebab 👌 The bread is bought from a cheap discounter and accordingly, as well as the sauce, it has a pure cheap and discounter taste. I definitely expected more for the price By the way, it is not allowed to store the finished meat

In my opinion the best kebab in Regensburg!

Doner kebab at normal kebab price (€6). Doner meat is normal and a lot. Salad good and crunchy, cucumbers particularly good. Doner roll crispy and crispy. What's special here is the arugula in the kebab and the 2 sauces, which taste more Italian when mixed. In terms of quantity, the kebab is almost too full to be able to put it in your mouth. In summary, it can be said that onion and garlic lovers get a little short-changed here, but can experience the Italian vibe.

I have been a loyal customer for many years, the quality has deteriorated significantly, the meat no longer comes fresh from the spit, but rather from a can next to the spit, you complain, you are just spoken to stupidly, it's a shame how the shop and the quality have deteriorated.

Great kebab with fresh ingredients and plenty of meat! 6€ for that is absolutely ok!

Riktigt god Döner inne på köpcentrat Arcaden på bottenplan. Miljön sådär men inte ett ställe du sitter länge på. Superfräscht!

Lange mein Lieblingsdöner in der Stadt. Die Preiserhöhungen müssen wohl mitgegangen werden (mittlerweile 6€ für einen Döner) Aber es hat von der Qualität zusätzlich stark nachgelassen. Abhänging davon wer den Döner zubereitet schwankt es doch sehr stark an der Füllmenge (Beim Chef noch am Besten)

War heute dort, einer der besten döner die ich je gegessen habe.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, gut gelaunt, dezent geizig mit Salat und Sauce, aber geschmacklich gibt's keinen besseren Laden. Gerne wieder :)

Bin eigentlich mind. 1 pro Woche Kunde, aber ab jetzt nicht mehr. Das ganze Fleisch in meinem Döner kam aus einer Box, nicht vom Spieß, es war kalt und hat "nicht gut" geschmeckt. Bin enttäuscht.

Super nettes Personal. Das Fleisch war sehr frisch und einfach nur lecker ! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Bester Döner in Regensburg. Für den Preis sehr lecker und groß.

Der Döner (Preis 4,50 €) ist erschwinglich und vom Geschmack einwandfrei aber gibt auch bessere. Alternative sind Pizza oder auch Pasta. Der Stand befindet sich bei den Kassen vom Kaufland ein wenig versteckt.

Der Laden wurde vor kurzem modernisiert, sieht sehr appetitlich aus :) Der Verkäufer und seine Familie sind sehr freundlich, der Döner schmeckt frisch und wird mit Sorgfalt zubereitet. Hole mir hier gerne Döner :)
