A permanent employee is very unfriendly and aggressive. And called my mother a food wasteer because she wanted her burger to be new because it had a pickle in it despite canceling her order. I found the situation very threatening and I was afraid of him.

One of the worst Burgerking restaurants is this one. Staff arrogant..not even a little friendly. There is no toilet at all, unless you pay a euro, and you still don't get it back. They are open when they feel like it. In short, a great detour

Open daily until 11 p.m., at least that's what it says on the door, but apparently those are just rough times. At 9:45 p.m. the chairs were up and cleaning was already taking place, no one was allowed in anymore. Four cars arrived within 20 minutes, all of which were parked outside locked doors and ignored by staff.

I think that BK is unfortunately portrayed in the wrong light. Personally, I like it better here than at McD.

Toilets are not free even as a BK guest and are totally outdated.

It's great when you don't have to go to the toilet. Food ok, service ok, Boomer 10/10 if they have to pay extra for loo.

Food is good, restaurant could be attractive. Unfortunately, it often happens that the restaurant closes several hours early or only the drive-in opens. So don't come too late and expect it to still be open.

Unfriendly employee tells me that it is not possible to place the order at the checkout and that I should use the terminal. I can't believe how lazy people are now that they can't even take an order

Best Burger King in Regensburg. The food and waiting time are okay, and the employees are almost always friendly. The only drawback is the lack of toilets. You have to pay €1 for the toilet at the Aral gas station.

Disgusting toilets and charging €1 for them!!! Only the drive-thru is open, but two families are sitting inside eating? What's that supposed to mean ? Drive-in takes far too long and then there are errors when ordering and everything is cold.

I have been to this Burger King several times now, the experience described was generally true and was not just a snapshot. Something is rarely forgotten when ordering. If so - good customer service, btw - you get your forgotten burger without any problems and sometimes without a bill. Orders sometimes take a long time to receive, especially in the early evening hours with 3-4 customers waiting, you can expect a good 10-15 minutes. But the orders are prepared well and I've never had any complaints. However, that's to be expected given the prices of most burgers, which are almost the same in other "non-fast food" restaurants. The staff is friendly, but unfortunately most of them apparently understand little German. For the most part it's hectic and the tone of the "foreman" is sometimes a bit louder (most of the swearing is in foreign language, I have no idea what he's saying). Not appropriate in front of customers, but ok. I don't judge the personnel policy here either...The tables are sometimes greasy and crumbly, especially in the evenings, they should at least be wiped down after every customer...The toilets apparently don't get cleaned after 8 p.m., and there's usually no soap either more. To do this, each tray is often picked up individually from the mobile carts...? Probably because no one wants to use the toilet and you still always have something to do? All in all, you can eat here, but you can also look for something else. Therefore the rating is “quite okay”.

We drove to the drive in, ordered and drove off. We then discovered that not all of the things we ordered were in the bag. Didn't work at all. Even one star is too many.

As already written in previous reviews, you have to pay €1.00 for the toilet because it belongs to the Aral gas station. So sticky hands and full bladder after eating. Food was okay so far. Tables rather dirty. There weren't many parking spaces either. A bit underground for a Burger King near the highway. We're a little more used to it at home.

Food is as always, but unfortunately there is no customer toilet per se. There are toilets from Aral, but they are expensive (for the condition).

Service was standard, toilet costs extra (1€), food (plant based burger) arrived quickly, but completely upset my stomach (for the first time, otherwise the plant based burgers in other branches are extremely good). I've never been home so quickly. So no recommendation.

Despite traffic, going to the toilet costs €1.00. If you want to wash your hands after eating, you have to pay another €1.00. That can't be true!!!!!!

Hamburger was good, fries were bad

First of all: the ambience is of course train station flair. We didn't use the toilets. Regarding the service: we were served very friendly, it was quick (take away) and the food was fresh and warm.

As usual at Burger King, the food wasn't particularly good, but it wasn't bad either. However, the fact that as a guest of Burger King you have to pay €1 for the toilet is pretty anti-social. Onion rings limp and cold. “They are only crispy when fresh from the deep fryer” is the message I get. Question “so are they “old”?”. Employees “were out within the holding period”….what?! If they are soggy, they are limp and not edible. What kind of statement is that?! No offer to get fresh ones. I'm not stopping here anymore. Restaurant also not clean at all.

Everything was clean, the food came quickly and without errors and I liked everything. The only deduction is because my son's menu toy was forgotten. It is unfortunate that toilets cost money despite being visited.

Slowest Bk ever but that's what you're used to at this location. This shop has nothing to do with "fast food".

The food is good, but the ordering terminals are sometimes a bit stubborn. This doesn't always work perfectly with the competition, but it works much better.

Employees simply lock up during the day. Restaurant only 25% full. No further information, no notice. Waiting and knocking guests are deliberately ignored. I have also experienced that it opens 10 minutes later than stated in the morning. There is also no free toilet and no toilet stamp is given out despite consumption in the restaurant. Unfortunately, not even the standard service is available. Never again.

this post was from 4 years ago (2020): They don't speak English even if they have a young staff. There is supercharger nearby and the 20 minutes wait time for your sandwich is perfect for charging... edit 2024: I checked them out again, they were much better. I had no issue at all and they even installed a supercharger right next to the burger king. Great Job. I assume I was just unlucky at an unlucky date & time. Sorry for the previous bad review.

This really needs to be restored. Yes, restored! Renovation no longer helps.... Toilets have to be paid for, and the neighbors' gas station customers have the toilet free... I usually like BK, but not this one

As always, the burgers and fries can be debated - some like them, some don't. I like them and they were there exactly as expected. However, as the name suggests, fast food should be quick, which was not the case at all during our visit. It felt like it took forever for our order to be processed! Not to mention the idiotic ordering process at the machine - bad. But the kicker is that you have to pay €1 to use the toilet!! And that even though the two of us bought food and drinks for over €30! I'm just saying it's cheeky! The waitress was visibly embarrassed, but the poor guy can't help it that BurgerKing and Aral can't agree to offer the toilets to their customers together. As a guest, I feel like I've been cheated...that's why I only got one star forced by Google, that's easy!!

Well-functioning Burger King. Unfortunately, two machines were out recently. Could be tight if more people drive down from the A3. The food was good and arrived quickly. Interior largely clean.

The point of a drive thru is that it should be a little quicker than ordering in the restaurant itself. I think this BK is extremely overwhelmed with more than 5 customers. Waiting times are extremely long but I can't blame the employees. There will probably be far too few people working there and those who do work won't be paid very well either. The concept should be worked on and organized better.

As a customer, having to pay €1 for an extremely old, dirty toilet that looks like it's at the train station is really borderline. The equipment is also getting old.

The food was cold and soggy. We easily left €50 lying around and then you also have to pay for the toilet. Actually, it's not that bad. However, the toilet belongs to the Aral next door and was in an extremely shabby condition. With 1€ you can dig deep into your pocket. As a refund you can then shop in the Aral, where the counter and employees give the same impression. Have a good meal!

I travel throughout Germany and always satisfy my hunger at Burger King, this Burger King is by far the worst thing I have ever seen. An employee named N. Berisha is very very very unfriendly and cheeky and gives me the wrong pickup times and the wrong order was her statement: I'm not in the mood for her, the boss came out and made my burgers again without washing his hands because my order was already cold, worked in the office with change and then made the burgers straight away disgusting really just a shame for Burger King the employees is the reason why I would never eat there again

I was very curious to try the plant based options. Burger King offers almost all burgers without meat and are definitely a step ahead in that matter. The patty was surprisingly good. Definitely a solid option. I like the idea that the meatless burger is actually cheaper (as it should be). Sadly it was not fast food - my order took about 15 minutes. That's a long time to wait in a fast food joint when really hungry. Burger, fries and ice cream were solid. Definetly gonna try burger king again in the future. This restaurant shares the facility with the gas station hence no own toilette and Only a couple of parking spots.

The cash register is probably permanently closed. Had to use the machine again. I don't like that. It's not a nice shop. Staff, well. The nuggets are not good. The ones from M.D...... are better seasoned and crispier.

Ein Burger King wie man es sich wünscht. Die Burger und Pommes waren alle frisch zubereitet und geschmacklich auch gut. Beim öffnen der Verpackung erwarten einen leckere Burger die sogar von der Zubereitung fast wie auf den Bildern aussahen. Hier kommt man gerne her wenn man so leckeres Fast Food bekommt.

Der Burger King ist in einer Aral-Tankstelle. Beide teilen sich die Toilettenanlagen, für die man bezahlen muss. Das Essen ist Standard. Man kann an Computerterminals bestellen. Der Gastraum ist zwar klein, aber die 3 Mal, als ich da war, war immer genug Platz zum Sitzen. Service am Sitzplatz gibt's nicht.

Internet Verbindung zehr schlecht

Das Chicken war ein bisschen zu dunkel und trocken Der Rest war wie immer. Wc muss bezahlt werden. Klarer Minuspunkt

Auf dem Heimweg von München hatten wir einen kurzen Zwischenstopp bei Bk gemacht. Es ist eine ziemlich kleine Filiale, Nähe Autobahn. Gewohntes Ambiente von BK, Sauberkeit hat soweit gepasst. Die Bestellung gibt man über ein Terminal ein, 3 Terminal stehen zur Verfügung. Die Bestellung wurde zeitnah abgearbeitet. Service und Personal war auch ok.

Leider kein wc kein Kunden Betreuung nur über den Computer kann man bestellen! Wc kostet 1€ Man kann sich nicht mal Hände waschen vor dem Essen!

Burgerking wie er nun mal ist. Nettes Personal. Gar keine Frage. Aber das ich nach dem Verzehr im BK fürs Klo bezahlen muss - und die Leute die auf der Aral müssen das nicht - finde ich irgendwie doof. Auch wenn es nur 1,00EUR ist - das ist nicht fair. Ich zahle nicht fürs Händewaschen im Fastfood ;)

Erst zahlt man dafür zu essen. Der Long Chicken war heute ekelhaft. Sorry. Anschließend zahlt man für den Toilettengang. Unverständlich.

Typischer Raststätte Restaurant, Ambiente kann man da ned viel erwarten, Leider sind Bestelleinheiten aus oder verbugt mit Preisen, teilweise zahlt man 1,50 für beilagen dann doch 1 euro, schätze liegt daran das es mit dem Kin Menü und King Menü klein verbugt ist. Essen ist halt Typisches fastfoot. Antwort: Ne liegt beim Menü selbst. Wenn man King Menü auswählt,sind werden die kosten teilweise immer anders angezeigt, deshalb die rede mit dem king menü klein. Da bei beiden menüs die beilagen preise unterschiedlich ist. Wählt mal ein king menü normal aus bis beilagen dan soweit zurück bis auswahl klein und normal dann mal klein wählen, wenn man da öfters wechselt oder mehrfach gleiche menü nimmt stimmen die preise nicht mehr.

Der Gang zum Wc ist zwar mit Burger King plakaten und Türbeschilderung ebenfalls von Burger King, jedoch Benutzung 1,--, nur für ARAL Kunden frei .....

Ein Burger King wie jeder andere. Wartezeit könnte kürzer sein, kann aber auch der allgemeinen Personalknappheit geschuldet sein. Was aber gar nicht geht ist daß einem bei der Bestellung vegane Majo untergejubelt wird. Diesen veganen Dreck könnt ihr bitte behalten. Danke.

Klassischer Bürger King Essen ist ja immer gleich da kann man nicht viel sagen, aber auf Sauberkeit achten ist eher hier das Problem ob saubere Tische volle Mülleimer oder Tablettablagen. Ich bin ein Burger King Fan aber es ist bei fast jeden Fast Food Restaurant immer das gleiche.

Nur um mal schnell einen Burger zu essen ja, aber nicht dort verweilen. Kein Außenbereich, keine Toilette !

Freundliches Personal und ein sauberes Ambiente. Speisen wurden frisch zubereitet und waren lecker. Fastfood mit Qualität. Hier gehe ich gerne wieder hin.

Jedes mal wenn ich da hinfahre,haben die iwelche Probleme,mal geht der Grill nich, mal nur hünchen....Zirkus wirklich...heute wieder fahr hin 10 min Wartezeit am Schalter...sagt der typ...jedesmal theater!!!

Es wird immer wieder bei Bestellungen im drive in etwas vergessen, Pommes, Soßen ect. Teure Premium Burger packt man aus und schaut aus wie hingekackt absolut schlecht belegt wie auf dem Bild.

Kleines Lokal mit den üblichen Speisen und Getränken. Manchmal längere Wartezeiten. Personal wirkt manchmal ein wenig gestresst aber trotzdem freundlich. Für nicht "Fast Food Lokal" kundige gibt es wenig Unterstützung bei der Bestellung. Aber sonst alles gut!

Toiletten besuch 1€ ohne eine Möglichkeit den Bon zu entwerten??? Wenn man mit einer Großfamilie besucht wird man arm. Unmöglich…einmal und nie wieder!
