Kulinarisch war das heute leider ein Griff ins Klo. Die Burger schmeckten so aufregend wie ein nasses Handtuch und die Soßen könnten locker aus dem Supermarktregal stammen, ohne große Mühe. Und die Chicken Nuggets? Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob das Panade oder ein geschroteter Pappkarton war - der Knusperfaktor hielt sich in Grenzen. Da ist noch viel Luft nach oben!

Food OK. Personal ganz nett. Ein Stern Abzug wegen keine eigene Toilette. Für alle die auf der lange Reise Pipi&Pause machen wollen, geht hier nur die Pause. Pipi kostet extra, daneben, bei Aral.

Es ist 15:35 Uhr, Bestellung 300! Wow, das ist ja was! Ich habe den doppelten Chili-Cheeseburger mit extra Steak bekommen! Juhu! Scharf und würzig, genau wie erwartet, ein Meisterwerk! Ich verdrehte die Augen, ich war in dem Moment quasi ein Engel. Die deutschen Burger Kings machen den französischen in meinen Augen ernsthafte Konkurrenz! Vielen Dank an denjenigen in der Küche! Wenn ich wiederkomme, dann am Dienstagnachmittag, Chef!

Wollte am 27.4. einen Burger 🍔 bestellen für 11,29€ beim Automat kam kein Bestellzettel raus und der Automat ging auf Störung. Ich erhielt auch keine Zahlungsbestätigung auf meiner Uhr. Ich also zum nächsten Automat einen Burger 🍔 für 11,29€ bestellt und einen Zettel bekommen. Super 👍 dachte ich und während ich auf die Bestellung wartete gingen zwei Buchungen auf meiner Uhr ein.🤮 Was soll ich mit zwei Burgern und wollte das Geld für einen zurück, zudem auch andere Gäste nach mir Probleme mit dem Gerät hatten. Ich sollte ein Vordruck mit Bankdaten ausfüllen und mir wurde versichert, dass Geld wird zurück erstattet. Heute ist der 11.05. und ich warte immer noch auf mein Geld. 🤮

Wenn es mal schnell gehen soll ist man hier genau richtig wie ich finde, Qualität passt auch, Personal ist freunlich und kompetent was will man mehr.

Ruhig. Es war nicht überfüllt. Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden.

Leider enttäuschend. Trotz Sitzplätzen gibt es keine Kundentoilette – stattdessen muss man die Aral-Toilette nebenan für 1 € nutzen. Außerdem waren mehrere Tische verschmutzt. Insgesamt wirkt der Laden ungepflegt und wenig kundenfreundlich.

Ich heute gegen 17:00 bis ca. 17:30 Uhr in Ihrer Filiale in der Max-Planck-Straße 8 in Regensburg aufgegeben habe. Ich habe ein Menü für meine Frau und mich zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Die Fahrt nach Hause dauerte lediglich etwa drei Minuten. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass das Essen bereits kalt und offensichtlich nicht frisch war. Für einen Gesamtpreis von 27 Euro empfinde ich dies als äußerst enttäuschend und nicht akzeptabel. Besonders ärgerlich ist für mich, dass ich in den vergangenen Wochen mehrfach bei Ihnen gegessen habe und bislang stets zufrieden war. Umso mehr hat mich diese Erfahrung überrascht und enttäuscht.

Ein Restaurant ohne Toilette. Sowas hab ich ja wirklich noch nie erlebt. Man kann nur die Tankstellen Toilette gegen Bezahlung benutzen. Unglaublich.

Wieder mal was geholt und wieder mal fehlt ein Teil der Bestellung. Werden in Zukunft nicht mehr kommen

Very friendly staff at the drive-thru

No toilet use without paying extra, no vouchers redeemable at Burger King, and the medium latte macchiato had neither foam nor the expected size (0.2 liters in a 0.3-liter Recup cup). I mentioned it, or rather, asked if that was really the right size, and was repeatedly assured that it was. My girlfriend stopped me from complaining. But I thought it was outrageous that my repeated inquiries were completely ignored.

Shortly after 8 p.m. on a Friday, only long or large rolls were available, so there was hardly any choice of food. None of the ordering points were working. The burgers had hardly any sauce. Cleanliness was also lacking. At least the staff were friendly.

The food, as usual at Burger King, wasn't particularly good, but it wasn't bad either. However, having to pay €1 for the restroom as a Burger King customer is pretty antisocial. Furthermore, the restrooms were very dirty and smelled extremely unpleasant; it's a disgrace to charge for them in general. However, shortly after we walked in, the "boss" gave us a strange look. Furthermore, shortly after we walked in (7:50 p.m.), the doors were locked, and a note was posted on the door stating that only the drive-thru was open. Once you were stuck inside and ordered, you had to wait a very long time for your food. 25 minutes for a Big King meal and a King of the Month cheeseburger, so not much. And there weren't many customers ahead of us, which is pretty bad for a fast food restaurant.

This place needs a complete overhaul. It was filthy everywhere, benches were "repaired" with tape, and the table legs were badly rusted. The service was okay, but rather impersonal. Definitely one of those places to avoid and which would be best completely renovated. There are no restrooms; they belong to the gas station and are therefore chargeable (turnstile, €1). That was my first and definitely last time there. Unfortunately, the place is just disgusting.

Better to go to a different BK and accept the 5-minute drive from the exit. No free toilet. Difficult parking situation. Not clean inside.

I can't say it's small but perfectly formed; there's no option to pay with American Express, even though it's advertised as such. This needs to be addressed.

Service and ordering at the self-service counter are very quick; card and cash payments are accepted. The restaurant is clean with very friendly staff, and there's a drive-thru. The fries are hot and the burger (Whopper) is delicious. The place is very well-maintained. I'll definitely come back.

Worst Burger King I've ever been to. The staff is extremely unfriendly. At the drive-thru, you're NOT served (don't even bother trying to drive in). They wait for you to get out and walk in, which is impossible due to the lack of parking (it only has space for 5 cars). The food is disgusting, even by Burger King standards, and ALWAYS cold. There are no restrooms either. One star is way too generous.

Yesterday after work, at 9:45 pm, I wanted to get a Big King. Although the restaurant was supposed to be open until 11 pm, there was a cone blocking the drive-thru. I assumed they were closed. So I made myself a sausage sandwich at home instead of a burger.

It's very small there, and it took forever. About 30 minutes. That's not nearly so. Otherwise, it's not a very pleasant environment, either, but that's often the case.

I'd like to share my experiences with Burger King restaurants that have recently deviated significantly. Often, I found the quality of the food offered to be below usual standards. The burgers were dry, the bread was stale, and the fries were cold and inedible. Furthermore, I was disappointed by the poor hygiene at several branches. Tables and floors were dirty, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. This resulted in an overall unappealing ambiance and significantly impacted the customer experience. It's important that Burger King take immediate action to address these issues. This is the only way the company can maintain its reputation and ensure customer satisfaction.

One of the few shops that doesn't allow dogs, and overall, the overall impression isn't the best. It could use some renovation.

This was the worst Burger King we've ever been to. The fries were cold, the burgers barely had any sauce—I'd say none at all. A completely normal Burger King, but without a customer restroom. The restroom in the building belongs to the gas station and costs €1 (turnstile), which isn't even redeemable as a voucher. The employee said he wasn't familiar with the system either.

The food itself is quite good, just like the BC. It's relatively small and usually busy. Restrooms are chargeable and not recommended. They're part of Aral... The staff are also relatively friendly.

The location is a bit hidden and small, but okay so far. The food was also perfectly fine. But a restaurant WITHOUT a restroom? That's an absolute no-go!!! Next door is an Aral supermarket, but they only have restrooms for their own guests. Others have to pay €1 per person (no voucher!!)! Apparently, it was a completely pointless argument between two parties that ended like this. We won't be going back there because it's outrageous and should be prosecuted.

Very, very dirty. There are fries lying around everywhere, sticky fries all over the floor, and dirty footprints all over the store. All the tables haven't been wiped down. Dirty, truly disgusting. I had to leave my food because I lost my appetite. How can a branch be so neglected? Those in charge need to intervene urgently!

I had one of the most disappointing fast food experiences of my life at Burger King. It started the moment I walked in. The dining area was messy with tables covered with trays, spilled soda sticky on the floor, and bins overflowing. It did not feel like anyone had cleaned in hours. When I finally reached the counter, the staff seemed overwhelmed and indifferent. I was ignored for several minutes before anyone took my order. When I did get to order, the cashier barely looked at me, rushed me through, and did not even confirm what I had asked for.

You have to pay one euro for the toilet. They say the toilets are only free for customers of the associated gas station, not for restaurant guests. It's a shame and unfriendly to customers.

Good afternoon. We were at your café today (August 16, 2025). Unfortunately, it wasn't a pleasant experience. First of all, it was dirty, both on the tables and on the floor. Also, the café staff forgot to put a gift inside for the child. And most importantly, the fries weren't fresh, and neither was the bun on the burgers. You can write to me and tell me that this isn't true and that everything is served fresh. I'm sorry, but that's not true.

After my visit to Burger King on Max-Planck-Strasse today, I unfortunately learned that service can sometimes be understood completely differently. My review relates to the drive-thru. I drive up and tell the colleague from Burger King he would please wait. He asks in return, “Huh, I’ll wait again,” and then I drive around to the next window. I stand there and wait and wait, but the window remains closed. So I wait for about 5 minutes, put the car in reverse, drive back to the microphone and ask what’s going on. The answer is, “The food needs to be prepared, which will just take a moment.” I then say, “Then please tell me at the window.” Colleague at the microphone, please drive forward to the first window.” I got my food there without any comment. When I started eating at home, I noticed that I had also received a little gift: a tuft of hair in my onion rings. Enjoy your meal and thank you very much.

In a pinch, yes! The burgers were okay, but the fries were unfortunately lukewarm even though we ate them immediately. The flavor was very greasy and tasted like old grease. We're not used to that from Burger King. What a shame!

I ordered a chicken and a beef burger, but I got two beef burgers (I don't even like beef burgers). I've only seen this kind of guilt at home. There's often chaos and new people there.

Unfortunately, customer satisfaction isn't our top priority. Employees just point people to the terminals, and if the system doesn't have something, it doesn't work. It's interesting how much the BK branches differ. We didn't get the communion we wanted here. Once and never again. Finally, something positive: the neighboring gas station isn't far away.

I came in here to order normally, as I always order my burger differently. Then they first said "no problem" and then referred me to the terminal, where unfortunately, you can only select a limited number of options. I had already limited myself to the simplest, left out the super extras, and selected what was available. Now the only extra I wanted was a simple curry sauce on my burger, which I've gotten at every Burger King so far. When I asked, they said, "Well, then we don't have that." I know enough people who work at this company, and I know it exists. But if you just don't feel like it, then you don't feel like it. Next time I'm out and about and have to stop at a Burger King, I'd rather accept being hungry and then get something to eat at my favorite Burger King at home. You're always greeted warmly here and get what you want.

They sold their toilets to the gas station next door, so as a paying customer you have to pay first €1 to wash your hands before eating and burgers being burgers, €1 afterwards. Yeah... nope... that's stupid.

Great place for an evening on the road. Located in the back between the industry but easy to reach. Can easily order via order poles. Friendly service and it is clean.

The selection and food was like everything Burger King. The prices have gone up a lot here too, but you can count the number of places where they haven't on one hand. You have to use the toilets at the service station and they cost €1, which is outrageous. Of course Burger King can't help it, but they could have cooperated with the service station or had their own toilet. I must say that the hygiene leaves a lot to be desired; only a fraction of the tables were clean, the others were full of crumbs and the floor was sticky with leftover Coke. Comfortable and clean is a different story. At least the burger was freshly prepared, but they won't be seeing me here again.

The waitress was alone with a colleague in the kitchen, so we had to wait a very long time. However, the service was very attentive and friendly.

This BK branch sets its opening hours as it pleases. The information is on a note on the door but you've already gone there (unfortunately for free). This is also a great way to get rid of your guests.

In response to the owner's comment, here is the revised review. The food is good as in every Buger King. The vegetarian patties that you can order on every burger are particularly great. Unfortunately the restaurant does not have any toilets. Therefore 2 stars deducted.

It's Friday. You've had a busy week and you're quick to grab something quick to take home. At home, check whether the tomato you ordered is actually not there and then THAT! I'm really not fussy... but brown lettuce that's already oozing is just a different kind of bad. No one can tell me that you can't see something like that when you look at it.
