I'd like to share my experiences with Burger King restaurants that have recently deviated significantly. Often, I found the quality of the food offered to be below usual standards. The burgers were dry, the bread was stale, and the fries were cold and inedible. Furthermore, I was disappointed by the poor hygiene at several branches. Tables and floors were dirty, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. This resulted in an overall unappealing ambiance and significantly impacted the customer experience. It's important that Burger King take immediate action to address these issues. This is the only way the company can maintain its reputation and ensure customer satisfaction.

One of the few shops that doesn't allow dogs, and overall, the overall impression isn't the best. It could use some renovation.

The food was as expected, quick, and delicious. Unfortunately, there are no customer restrooms; only the gas station next door has a pay-toilet. :/

This was the worst Burger King we've ever been to. The fries were cold, the burgers barely had any sauce—I'd say none at all. The staff offered no help with the ordering counter and didn't answer questions. You could only order at the ordering counter! The worst part is that you have to pay a euro to use the restroom. An absolute no-go for me! Never again!

A completely normal Burger King, but without a customer restroom. The restroom in the building belongs to the gas station and costs €1 (turnstile), which isn't even redeemable as a voucher. The employee said he wasn't familiar with the system either.

The food itself is quite good, just like the BC. It's relatively small and usually busy. Restrooms are chargeable and not recommended. They're part of Aral... The staff are also relatively friendly.

The people working there seem absolutely bored and annoyed by the customers as if they were something better

The food was okay, although the burgers were wrong despite our request. We couldn't enjoy the food due to allergies and intolerance. However, the staff was very unfriendly. An older woman asked for help because she wasn't familiar with the products. Unfortunately, she was just told to just read. Truly sad.

The food is average, the surroundings are unpleasant, and the fact that there are no customer restrooms is completely unacceptable.

The location is a bit hidden and small, but okay so far. The food was also perfectly fine. But a restaurant WITHOUT a restroom? That's an absolute no-go!!! Next door is an Aral supermarket, but they only have restrooms for their own guests. Others have to pay €1 per person (no voucher!!)! Apparently, it was a completely pointless argument between two parties that ended like this. We won't be going back there because it's outrageous and should be prosecuted.

Very, very dirty. There are fries lying around everywhere, sticky fries all over the floor, and dirty footprints all over the store. All the tables haven't been wiped down. Dirty, truly disgusting. I had to leave my food because I lost my appetite. How can a branch be so neglected? Those in charge need to intervene urgently!

I had one of the most disappointing fast food experiences of my life at Burger King. It started the moment I walked in. The dining area was messy with tables covered with trays, spilled soda sticky on the floor, and bins overflowing. It did not feel like anyone had cleaned in hours. When I finally reached the counter, the staff seemed overwhelmed and indifferent. I was ignored for several minutes before anyone took my order. When I did get to order, the cashier barely looked at me, rushed me through, and did not even confirm what I had asked for.

The food was okay, the service nothing special. But for a restaurant, not having a customer restroom is unacceptable.

Dirty and unhygienic – whether it's the floor, tables, or restrooms. Barely any choice: no ice cream, no burgers except Whoppers, fries old and inedible, drinks watery. Restrooms completely filthy despite paying to use. Absolutely not recommended.

You have to pay one euro for the toilet. They say the toilets are only free for customers of the associated gas station, not for restaurant guests. It's a shame and unfriendly to customers.

Good afternoon. We were at your café today (August 16, 2025). Unfortunately, it wasn't a pleasant experience. First of all, it was dirty, both on the tables and on the floor. Also, the café staff forgot to put a gift inside for the child. And most importantly, the fries weren't fresh, and neither was the bun on the burgers. You can write to me and tell me that this isn't true and that everything is served fresh. I'm sorry, but that's not true.

No! Despite being a truck stop, this Burger King doesn't have any restrooms! They belong to Aral. The receipt won't be credited!!!!!!

After my visit to Burger King on Max-Planck-Strasse today, I unfortunately learned that service can sometimes be understood completely differently. My review relates to the drive-thru. I drive up and tell the colleague from Burger King he would please wait. He asks in return, “Huh, I’ll wait again,” and then I drive around to the next window. I stand there and wait and wait, but the window remains closed. So I wait for about 5 minutes, put the car in reverse, drive back to the microphone and ask what’s going on. The answer is, “The food needs to be prepared, which will just take a moment.” I then say, “Then please tell me at the window.” Colleague at the microphone, please drive forward to the first window.” I got my food there without any comment. When I started eating at home, I noticed that I had also received a little gift: a tuft of hair in my onion rings. Enjoy your meal and thank you very much.

I would not recommend it, the waiting times are very long and the food doesn't taste good. The staff talk to each other too much.

In a pinch, yes! The burgers were okay, but the fries were unfortunately lukewarm even though we ate them immediately. The flavor was very greasy and tasted like old grease. We're not used to that from Burger King. What a shame!

A small Burger King where the food was more dry than good.

I ordered a chicken and a beef burger, but I got two beef burgers (I don't even like beef burgers). I've only seen this kind of guilt at home. There's often chaos and new people there.

I came in here to order normally, as I always order my burger differently. Then they first said "no problem" and then referred me to the terminal, where unfortunately, you can only select a limited number of options. I had already limited myself to the simplest, left out the super extras, and selected what was available. Now the only extra I wanted was a simple curry sauce on my burger, which I've gotten at every Burger King so far. When I asked, they said, "Well, then we don't have that." I know enough people who work at this company, and I know it exists. But if you just don't feel like it, then you don't feel like it. Next time I'm out and about and have to stop at a Burger King, I'd rather accept being hungry and then get something to eat at my favorite Burger King at home. You're always greeted warmly here and get what you want.

Unfortunately, customer satisfaction isn't our top priority. Employees just point people to the terminals, and if the system doesn't have something, it doesn't work. It's interesting how much the BK branches differ. We didn't get the communion we wanted here. Once and never again. Finally, something positive: the neighboring gas station isn't far away.

The staff are unfriendly and the restaurant doesn't have a toilet, which is really not normal. I thought a restaurant had to have a toilet in Germany, but I was wrong.

They sold their toilets to the gas station next door, so as a paying customer you have to pay first €1 to wash your hands before eating and burgers being burgers, €1 afterwards. Yeah... nope... that's stupid.

Great place for an evening on the road. Located in the back between the industry but easy to reach. Can easily order via order poles. Friendly service and it is clean.

Today, as always, I arrived at 22:30 and it was closed! And good, I won't see the always dissatisfied faces of the staff and the chairs on the tables that are always raised👎 I'd rather eat at McDonald's

The selection and food was like everything Burger King. The prices have gone up a lot here too, but you can count the number of places where they haven't on one hand. You have to use the toilets at the service station and they cost €1, which is outrageous. Of course Burger King can't help it, but they could have cooperated with the service station or had their own toilet. I must say that the hygiene leaves a lot to be desired; only a fraction of the tables were clean, the others were full of crumbs and the floor was sticky with leftover Coke. Comfortable and clean is a different story. At least the burger was freshly prepared, but they won't be seeing me here again.

The waitress was alone with a colleague in the kitchen, so we had to wait a very long time. However, the service was very attentive and friendly.

This BK branch sets its opening hours as it pleases. The information is on a note on the door but you've already gone there (unfortunately for free). This is also a great way to get rid of your guests.

In response to the owner's comment, here is the revised review. The food is good as in every Buger King. The vegetarian patties that you can order on every burger are particularly great. Unfortunately the restaurant does not have any toilets. Therefore 2 stars deducted.

It's Friday. You've had a busy week and you're quick to grab something quick to take home. At home, check whether the tomato you ordered is actually not there and then THAT! I'm really not fussy... but brown lettuce that's already oozing is just a different kind of bad. No one can tell me that you can't see something like that when you look at it.

It's a mini Burger King. With slow staff. The citizens tasted less good than my favorite BK. My double Whopper e.g. B. Was covered in sauce. It was just too much and too mushy. The other burgers too. Unfortunately not recommended.

One of the worst Burger King I've been to. Torn chairs, some dirt everywhere and unmotivated employees. But the burgers and fries still taste good.

Never again. With two cars in front of me, I stood in the drive through for 30 minutes for 20 nuggets and fries. After 15 minutes I was finally able to order and get food another 15 minutes later. Food was normal BK quality.

Impossible dealing with customers. I rarely go to fast food restaurants but today I felt like it. This was taken away immediately by the employee MARTIN. Couldn't book the King of the Month using the QR code at the terminal. When I asked, I received a rude and rude answer. Like other customers in the 10 minute stay.

A permanent employee is very unfriendly and aggressive. And called my mother a food wasteer because she wanted her burger to be new because it had a pickle in it despite canceling her order. I found the situation very threatening and I was afraid of him.

Open daily until 11 p.m., at least that's what it says on the door, but apparently those are just rough times. At 9:45 p.m. the chairs were up and cleaning was already taking place, no one was allowed in anymore. I think that BK is unfortunately portrayed in the wrong light. Personally, I like it better here than at McD.

Food is good, restaurant could be attractive. Unfortunately, it often happens that the restaurant closes several hours early or only the drive-in opens. So don't come too late and expect it to still be open.

Unfriendly employee tells me that it is not possible to place the order at the checkout and that I should use the terminal. I can't believe how lazy people are now that they can't even take an order

Best Burger King in Regensburg. The food and waiting time are okay, and the employees are almost always friendly. The only drawback is the lack of toilets. You have to pay €1 for the toilet at the Aral gas station.

Disgusting toilets and charging €1 for them!!! Only the drive-thru is open, but two families are sitting inside eating? What's that supposed to mean ? Drive-in takes far too long and then there are errors when ordering and everything is cold.

I have been to this Burger King several times now, the experience described was generally true and was not just a snapshot. Something is rarely forgotten when ordering. If so - good customer service, btw - you get your forgotten burger without any problems and sometimes without a bill. Orders sometimes take a long time to receive, especially in the early evening hours with 3-4 customers waiting, you can expect a good 10-15 minutes. But the orders are prepared well and I've never had any complaints. However, that's to be expected given the prices of most burgers, which are almost the same in other "non-fast food" restaurants. The staff is friendly, but unfortunately most of them apparently understand little German. For the most part it's hectic and the tone of the "foreman" is sometimes a bit louder (most of the swearing is in foreign language, I have no idea what he's saying). Not appropriate in front of customers, but ok. I don't judge the personnel policy here either...The tables are sometimes greasy and crumbly, especially in the evenings, they should at least be wiped down after every customer...The toilets apparently don't get cleaned after 8 p.m., and there's usually no soap either more. To do this, each tray is often picked up individually from the mobile carts...? Probably because no one wants to use the toilet and you still always have something to do? All in all, you can eat here, but you can also look for something else. Therefore the rating is “quite okay”.

Food is as always, but unfortunately there is no customer toilet per se. There are toilets from Aral, but they are expensive (for the condition).

As already written in previous reviews, you have to pay €1.00 for the toilet because it belongs to the Aral gas station. So sticky hands and full bladder after eating. Food was okay so far. Tables rather dirty. There weren't many parking spaces either. A bit underground for a Burger King near the highway. We're a little more used to it at home.

Service was standard, toilet costs extra (1€), food (plant based burger) arrived quickly, but completely upset my stomach (for the first time, otherwise the plant based burgers in other branches are extremely good). I've never been home so quickly. So no recommendation.

First of all: the ambience is of course train station flair. We didn't use the toilets. Regarding the service: we were served very friendly, it was quick (take away) and the food was fresh and warm.
