Macht später auf als alle anderen bietet nicht alles an Angeboten und Bürger und die Mitarbeiter alle durch die Bank respektlos und unfreundlich mal abgesehen davon dass die ewig brauchen für die paar Bestellungen

Der Besitzer hat jegliches Scannen von Gutscheinen unterbunden, indem er die Scanner abgeklebt hat; Getränke werden nicht nachgefüllt, der Laden ist sehr schmutzig und die Mitarbeiter sind unfreundlich. Meiner Meinung nach sollte diese Burger-King-Filiale geschlossen werden, um den Ruf von Burger King nicht zu schädigen.

Also das Eis schmeckt nicht gut. Die Oreos liegen anscheinend schon lange dort in der küche, sind schon sehr weich. Ich empfehle kein Eis zu essen. Man hat hinterher Bauchschmerzen

Hat sich leider in den letzten Jahren nicht entwickelt. Zahlung, coupons, service wurde schon oft kritisiert, passiert ist nichts. Wundert mich dass man so überleben kann, zumal es deutlich steigende Preise gibt, die allen burgerbratern zu schaffen machen.

Man kann keine Kronen und App-Coupons einlösen und wird von den Mitarbeitern noch angemault, wenn man es nicht weiß und darum probiert.

Mit Abstand der schlechteste Burgerking weit und breit. Man kann keine Coupons der App benutzen, man kann nicht richtig am Terminal mit Karte zahlen und wenn man fragt, ob man ausnahmsweise mal auf Toilette ohne einen Euro zu bezahlen, wird frech und respektlos geantwortet, warum man kein Bargeld (ja die Toilette kann man auch nur mit Bargeld betreten) hat, und dass es ja überall so ist. Nein ist es nicht sorry, selbst die Toiletten, die Geld woanders kosten, da kann man mit Karte zahlen. Burgerking sollte die Filiale schließen, weil sie nicht außer einen schlechten Ruf bringt

Sorry da fühlt man sich nicht wohl , alles so kühl . Keine Musik , Pommes , Bürger uns softgetränk Preis ok aber Pommes viel zu wenig, und sorry aber es schmeckt mir leider garnicht mehr, da schmeckt es leider das muss ich sagen beim großen M besser!!

An beiden Terminals keine Kartenzahlung möglich, man soll „Bar zahlen“ anklicken und dann am Tresen bezahlen. Leider ist die Filiale noch nicht in 2026 angekommen und die Lesegeräte nicht mit Apple Wallet kompatibel. Wie sich herausstellt ist das in anderen Läden im HBF genauso. Typisch Chemnitz, wer nicht mit der Zeit geht, geht mit der Zeit 🥴 2 Sterne weil die Mitarbeiterinnen nett waren und zumindest versucht haben, lösungsorientiert zu reagieren

Sehr sauber und super freundliche Bedienung diese Frau Gurke.

Bacon war leider noch größtenteils rosa und der restliche Burger auch nicht gut und lauwarm. Service war freundlich.

Ich finde es nicht gut das man bei euch weder Kronen noch Coupons aus der App nutzen kann. Sehr schade ich hoffe das es wieder reinkommt denn solange muss ich zu anderen um meine Kronen zu sammeln.

Der leitender ist am schlimmsten. Ich durfte zuerst kein bar bezahlen. Und er war so gemein und hat auch das essen ohne Handschuhe virbereitet. Es war am schlimmsten.

Der beste BK für mich leider komme ich dort nicht so oft hin, weil es dort Spitzenklasse Essen gibt. Außerdem sin die Mitarbeiter sehr höflich und geduldig bei der Aufnahme der Bestellung.

Die Zubereitung der Speisen dauert lange, das Punktesystem funktioniert nicht, das Restaurant wurde nicht modernisiert.

Ich war in zahlreichen BK-Filialen in Deutschland und hatte schon fast die Hoffnung aufgegeben. Nun war ich hier im Chemnitzer BK und was soll ich sagen: Die Flamme der Hoffnung ist wieder entflammt! Nettes und schnelleres Personal.

Älter als wie die Greifensteine. Keine Möglichkeit Punkte einzulösen weil sie veraltete Technik habe. Da fahre ich lieber zum Südring. Da sind auch die Mitarbeiter freundlicher als auf dem Hauptbahnhof.

Ich war bisher drei Mal im B King im Hbf. Bei 2 von 3 Bestellungen hat immer etwas an der Menge gefehlt. Jedes Mal Milchshake bestellt, 20er Nuggets und große Pommes im Set. Zwei mal bisher kleine Pommes bekommen und 18 Nuggets. Gleicht einer Betrugsmasche und keinem unabsichtlichen vergessen von Mitarbeitern. Ärgerlich dafür 20 Euro zu zahlen. Ist man beim döner oder MCNS besser aufgehoben.

Essen top Obdachloser Belästigt die Gäste und eine taube im Restaurant

Ein Obdachloser belästigte uns schon seitdem wir uns 1 mal hingesetzt haben.. erst fragte er nach Kleingeld danach diskutierte er mit anderen Gästen dass sie doch rassistisch seien und er stank auch so sehr das man sein Essen nicht genießen konnte.. Bitte schmeißt ihn doch einfach raus. Unter aller Sau. Zudem flog eine Taube durch Restaurant. Security wäre Bahnhof Bürger King angebracht.

Welcher Burger King hat um 20:00 Uhr schon zu?

Waren heute am Sonntag Nachmittag dort und haben uns zwei Burger Menü und leckere Chili Cheese Fries zum vor Ort essen gegönnt. Personal war freundlich und die Bestellung war für die Menge und dafür das doch etwas Antrang war super schnell fertig. Kommen gerne wieder :-)

Neat, always clean, consistently well-maintained, and inviting. Pleasant smell. The staff is very friendly. Compared to the rest of the station, it doesn't attract a shady clientele, but rather offers a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. By far the only place to eat, drink, and relax in the entire Chemnitz train station. Five stars for the work that is done there daily under these challenging conditions.

They're making a fuss about a missing dip that supposedly wasn't booked, but is demonstrably listed on the receipt.

The fries are delicious, the drink is small, the cheeseburger at McDonald's is better

They won't even participate in promotions, at least not the ones that are doing well elsewhere. And the opening hours are ridiculous. Then just close the place completely and let a McDonald's into the premises. They'll show you how service is done.

Delicious, fast, clean, looks cozy

€9.49 for a Big King with ham, and the burger is tiny. The ham wasn't crispy, the bun was dry, and it was 40 degrees Celsius in the shop—the poor staff. I rarely go to BK, but this was very disappointing.

A truly pleasant atmosphere. It was totally quiet and stress-free. No noise...great! I've never experienced a Burger King like this before.

The food was okay, the fries were warm and good, the burgers tasted a bit strange, but still good. The place was dirty, the tables dirty, and we had to clean it before and after eating. I couldn't go to the bathroom because they didn't give me a voucher. We had to wait 20 minutes for two burgers, even though the place was empty and our order was first.

At the terminal, I chose a burger with an extra (salad) and paid for it. The food was a takeaway, so I noticed too late that the extra I paid for was missing. More money, no return.

Very nice and clean ticket office, especially for the main train station. I think it would be great if they had all the coupons and also had the readers for the app to collect points.

Worst restaurant experience in decades. I was at the Burger King at the main train station on June 13, 2025, at 4:10 p.m. I stood at the counter. Only after a minute did an older employee (approximately 55 years old) come and tell me to go to the terminals. I said I didn't want to order at the terminals, but in person. She told me to go to the terminals or complain to her bosses. She said this, turning away from me and walking away. I followed her to the other counter and said I would complain as recommended and that she should please tell me her name. She was wearing a name tag without a name on it. I answered her question, "Why?" because I wanted to refer to her and her statement in the complaint. She continued to refuse to give her name. After I asked again, she referred to the house rules and told me to leave the store immediately. What I experienced there is unbelievable. If it's now standard practice at Burger King to treat customers like this, to no longer take orders personally, to not wear name tags, and to kick customers out for unpleasant questions or requests, I will never go to Burger King again. I still can't believe this behavior.

May 22nd, 7:20 p.m. Finish work, train is almost ready. I went to Burger King for the first time in ages. Ordered two Chili Cheeses for €7.18! SEVEN EUROS EIGHTEEN!!! Unpacked it on the train and then I was shocked: what was served to me was simply outrageous. A soggy, unloving little pile, the thing really has nothing to do with a burger. I find that absolutely outrageous. It has nothing to do with the product image. Has it changed so much... I was actually used to not getting something like that at Burger King. At McDonald's I would rather have. That's really cheeky for the money. I still can't believe I spent money on that. That was the last time.

If I could, I'd love to give it zero stars!! The staff on April 2, 2025, at 8:10 PM was very rude, rude, etc. There were two people in front of me, and I had to wait until 8:28 PM. After several delays and missed SEV buses, which are colloquially known as "chip-crawlers," as a resident of Karl-Marx-Stadt told me. Interesting title in any case. Absolute garbage. Coupons cannot be selected, only pre-selected ones. The terminals charge in half an hour and the scanner is cheaply stuck on with adhesive tape. I gave the store another chance after a long time but never again. It's best to minus 5 stars and ask for money for waiting at the terminal and the limited selection

Absolutely not recommended the store Went there last night and was served rudely by an employee. The employees didn't feel like going there. They were annoyed and extremely untidy like the whole store. We left straight away. It's a miracle that this place can survive Afterwards we went to McDonald’s. So if you look at the other reviews, dips seem to be the final enemy of the employees here. Cash desk lists 4 dips. The employee was absolutely convinced that I may have chosen 2 mayos in the menu and that I definitely only bought one extra teryaki dip. Funny. She almost didn't want to allow me to look at my receipt so I could take another look myself. She was literally clawing at the piece of paper and blubbering and bubbling so that in the end I just left with my 3 dips instead of 4, so annoyed.

Waiting over 20 minutes has absolutely nothing to do with “fast” food. The store at the HbF in Chemnitz was actually pretty empty. If you are in a hurry, you should not come here. Quality is expected to be fatty, salty and not high quality but that's normal.

Everything ordered at the terminal. So good so beautiful. I took a quick look in the bag... there was only 1 dip in it. The cashier pointed this out. Get the dip, get on the train. On the train I saw that I was only given 1 bag of fries even though I paid for 3. Be careful. Always check everything straight away.

It couldn't be more unfriendly! You politely ask if you can redeem coupons from the app at the checkout since it's not possible at the terminal and as you walk past, the shift manager angrily tells you NO, that's not possible here! When asked why, well, because it is! - So if you're planning on redeeming coupons, you can't do that in the shed, because that's how it is! This friendly explanation makes you just want to leave. That's what I call a trained, customer friendly person... NOT!

Some coupons are not even recognized in this branch and this is only given as a small note at the checkout. There is no mention of this on the terminal. Products like ice cream and shakes are also so overpriced here.

Was there 3 times and my dip was forgotten 3 times, when I asked I got one of my two dips! Under no circumstances should you order the iced tea, it tastes extremely like soap (I'm also concerned about how healthy it is). When I pointed this out I got a new one that tasted just as bad. I visited the restaurant on May 15, 2024 after a seminar. Unfortunately my joy was disappointed: *Not crispy fries (fries breaking test) failed *Ordered Bacon King with additional Halepinjo pepperoni It was completely without lettuce or tomatoes and only topped with 3 rings of pepperoni and drowned in sauce. The place was clean. However, the service staff seemed a bit disoriented. Since the burger had more sauce than burger, the burger was eaten quickly. I won't visit the restaurant a second time and will rather go to other restaurants.

Ordered 1 gr. cappuccino and 1 gr. latte to take away at the ordering terminal. After a long wait, the cups were made available for collection, no indication of which was which. Patty answer when asked ("It should be the cappuccino."). Should... In the end it was 2 lattes. Conclusion: Unfriendly employee, poor order processing/organization, very long waiting times, received the wrong drink.

The cheeseburger wasn't tasty - unfortunately not the way I love it from McDonald's. A bit watery, neither crispy nor hot. Ketchup seemed stretched. The decor was pleasant. Free toilet. Otherwise 1 euro, clean and warm.
