Es wurden wieder keine echten Chicken Nuggets rausgegeben. Muss man euch ständig kontrollieren?

Im 21. Jahrhundert kein perfekter Ort für Englischsprachige

einfach ehrlicher, der Whopper, im Gegensatz zu anderen FFK.

Pommes leider sehr salzig und lapprig Long chicken Burger war das Fleisch relativ salzig und schmeckte bissl angebrannt Nuggets waren sehr lecker Bedienung war sehr freundlich und geduldig Kindermenü war auch lecker bis auf Pommes Chilli cheese Nuggets waren lecker

Sauber, aber so heiß, dass man drinnen nicht atmen kann.

Es ist wie in der Sauna, unzumutbar. Angeblich ist die Klimaanlage an 😅😅😅 ein Witz. Und irgendeine Gerätschaft quietscht total laut. Tolles Erlebnis 👍🏼

Relativ lange Wartezeit. 15 Minuten für 2 Kaffee. Im Innenraum viel zu warm, Klimaanlage ging scheinbar nicht richtig. Im Außenbereich keine Sonnenschirme. Nicht so sehr zu empfehlen.

Burger nicht richtig durch, Cola hat nur nach Sirup geschmeckt. Ketchup war eher Tomatenmark

Es war sauber und gepflegt. Essen kam zügig.

Leider hat seit etwas längerer zeit die Qualität in Aue nachgelassen sowie Sauberkeit und Service der manchmal nicht wirklich deutsch versteht

Leider einer der mittelmäßigen Besuche bei Burger King. Keine Bestellterminals und ein falscher Burger in der Bestellung bekommen. Dazu noch kalt. Großes Lob an den unkomplizierten Umtausch 🫶🏻 und an die fleißigen Mitarbeiter die ständig für Ordnung und Sauberkeit sorgten.

Wir haben 40 minuten gewartet.... haben uns 3 mal erkundigt wo das essen bleibt. Ständig hieß es "wir sollen noch warten". Danach hieß es sie haben uns vergessen. Nach 1 Stunde haben wir dann das essen gehabt. Ganz schlimm

Wir werden hier immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient ❤️. Sehr guter Service und gute Qualität.

Ich war heute mit meinem kleinen Kind zum Frühstück und wurde von einer sehr netten blonden Frau bedient. Selten dass ich so sympathisch und herzlich bedient wurde! Falls sie das selbst liest: vielen vielen Dank für Ihre aufmerksame und herzliche Art!

Wir waren letztes Jahr vor Ort und wollten frühstücken, die Antwort war: so was haben wir nicht. Da sind wir wieder gegangen. Heute waren wir das 2.mal dort und waren überrascht. Es gab eine kleine Auswahl an Frühstücksleckereien, und das bis 12 Uhr. Wir nahmen Bacon and Egg Sandwich mit Kaffee. Die Servicekraft war sowas von freundlich und hilfsbereit ...lang nicht mehr erlebt. Und dann hat es auch noch richtig gut geschmeckt. Mc Donald kann sich davon eine Scheibe abschneiden. Ihr Frühstück ist winzig, teuer und schmeckt widerlich.

Einfach unglaublich freundliches Personal. So nette Menschen habe ich selten erlebt. Macht auf jeden Fall weiter so :) Essen war auch top.

Da geht man seit Ewigkeiten mal wieder dort hin und dann stellt man zu Hause fest, dass die Hälfte fehlt. Und auch noch das Essen der Kinder.

Wow. Selten so schlecht gegessen! Der Burger (BigKing) war nebst das er echt winzig war, auch kalt und mega trocken. Die Gitterpommes waren zu gut, aber zu wenig und auch nicht wirklich warm. Meine Fanta, die ich ohne Eis bestellt hatte, kam ebenfalls sehr kalt, da natürlich Eis drin war! Ich habe absolut nix gegen Ausländer, aber an der Kasse sollte schon jemand stehen, der einen zumindest versteht. Sorry, aber absoluter Flop und nicht zu empfehlen!

Wir bestellten ein King des Monats und ein Big King Menue. Das Getränk ohne Eiswürfel bestellt enthielt - Eiswürfel. Der Big King ein Trockener Haufen Burger - Elend für 12 entspannte Euro. Danke aber das war nix. Pommes und Gitter Pommes zu wenig zu salzig. Schade aber anscheinend die Realität.

Mitarbeiter Thomas, welcher uns heute bedient hatte, war sehr freundlich. Hat uns im gleichen Zuge auch in der App die Bedienmöglichkeit erklärt und sich Zeit genommen. Eine bis jetzt sehr empfehlenswerte Filiale, da wir, zwar selten, aber wenn wir etwas zu Essen kauften, auch super freundlich bedient wurden. Vielen lieben Danke für diesen Service! Und großes Lob an Thomas! :) Ergänzung: Nancy ist ebenso spitze! Immer freundlich und zu den anderen Filialen in Chemnitz zieht es uns genau deswegen immerwieder in diese Filiale. Wie in alten Zeiten... Burger King kann man mal wagen. Angebote ordentlich. Drumherum Service u. Sauberkeit sehr gut.

Ja bin kein/wir in der Familie Fastfood Restaurant-Ketten Liebhaber. Hier noch ohne so'n bestell Point Personal voll cool zum Sonntag Mittags drauf die Dame am Schalter rustikal Persönlichkeit lockere Zunge 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿 ging mal Späßchen beim bestellen super . Sauberkeit keine Beanstandungen Weder Frau noch Kinder ich Persönlich auch nicht . Essen ja war wahrscheinlich den Vorgaben entsprechend zubereitet alles gut. Der Charm an der Theke mit soch guten Personal ja war mal cool zum Ausflug nach Chemnitz.

Sowas erlebt man selten. Ich bin echt sehr begeistert von dieser Filiale. Wir haben ein Jr. Menü für unsere Tochter und für die Erwachsenen Burger bestellt. Leider haben beim Jr. Menü die Nuggets gefehlt. Alles nicht dramatisch und das kann natürlich auch mal passieren. Nach einem kurzen Anruf wurden die Nuggets nach geliefert und die nette Lieferantin hat sich noch ein paar mal entschuldigt. An der Stelle war ich schon total zufrieden da auch alles sehr zügig ablief, aber es gab sogar als Entschuldigung ein paar mehr Nuggets und zusätzliches Spielzeug. An dieser Stelle ein ganz großes Dankeschön und Lob für einen tollen Kundenservice vielen Dank

Die Kassierer waren sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wir sind am Morgen gekommen, es war ruhig und das Essen war so, wie es sein sollte. Außerdem hat der Kassierer unserem kleinen Kind sogar ein kleines Spielzeug und Apfelmus dazugegeben eine wirklich schöne und aufmerksame Geste. Man merkt, dass dort Menschen arbeiten, die echte Gastfreundschaft verstehen.

Der Burger-Klassiker von King. Die ganze Familie wählt immer etwas aus.

Schade ist hier,daß man nur beim Personal bestellen kann. Dadurch kommt es schnell zum Stau an den Kassen, da diese bis zur abgeschlossen Bestellung blockiert ist. Dafür ist das Essen gut 👍

Das Essen, das ich bekam, war kalt und die Angestellten dort arbeiteten, als ob sie dazu gezwungen würden, kein Lächeln.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Das Personal war nett, aber das Essen Katastrophal. Die Pommes waren das einzig warme aber viel zu salzig, der Rest war kalt. Ich hatte die folgende Nacht kein Auge zu gemacht wegen Magenschmerzen. Am nächsten Morgen wollte da auch vieles auf direktem Wege wieder raus. Ich komme definitiv nicht wieder.

Vom Essen hab ich kein Plan komme hier nur gelegentlich zum Geschäft erledigen her. Komme nicht aus der Region aber wenn ich hier bin und auf Toilette muss ist das die erste Wahl. Sehr sauberes Männer Wc's. Top👍🏼

Habe bestellt, fehlte die Hälfte, auf Nachfrage ging keiner ans Telefon. Enttäuscht

Heute habe ich hier Burger und Pommes abgeholt. Leider war statt des bestellten Whoppers ein Long Chicken Burger in der Tüte, was ich leider erst daheim bemerkte. Dieser Burger war nahezu ungenießbar, ebenso wie die hellen und pappigen Pommes.

Ergänzung: Die gewohnte Auswahl an Dips zu den Nuggets steht in diesem Restaurant nicht zur Verfügung. Ein typischer Burgerking. Sauber, ordentlich und die Gerichte schmecken.

Es wurde leider bei der Bestellung einiges vergessen. Ansonsten alles top sowohl die Mitarbeiter als auch das Essen.

Es war viel los aber man hat es super gemeistert. Alle freundlich und super Service. Schnell gearbeitet. Und auf Ordnung geachtet.

Besser man macht einen großen Bogen um diesen Laden. Das Essen ist unglaublich schlecht. Definitiv keine Empfehlung.

Small but perfectly formed, it has a certain charm. We were able to relax there very well and enjoy the Christmas menu. I can highly recommend it.

The burgers were spoiled, or rather, the sauce on the chicken burgers was. My girlfriend and I got food poisoning. I absolutely cannot recommend the Burger King on Südring in Chemnitz.

The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. Unfortunately, there was no ordering terminal.

No screen to show whose order is ready. I had to put my burger back together myself. Rubbish. I assume no one forces the employees to work there. Never again.

Friendly service, especially since there was no self-service kiosk. We hadn't been to Burger King in a while, so it wasn't immediately clear what the current specials were. Everything was quick, fresh, and there was nothing to complain about.

As the name suggests, the king of burgers. The restrooms are well-maintained, but as is typical in Germany, the urinals are 5 cm apart, so during your visit, it's likely that a German will be ogling your penis.

3 stars are 100% here. The burgers were as you would expect. The service was super friendly. 2:00 PM. This restaurant was also very clean; I've often experienced worse elsewhere.

Well, it's Burger King. Nothing special, but the service is good.

The food is usually delicious, but today I tried the churros and there were hairs in the food, so two stars.

1. The employee at the drive-thru order counter barely spoke German and didn't understand English either. Second: The wait was very long. When we received our food, it was cold, poorly prepared, and partially incomplete – the salad was left on the wrong side, and sauces and ingredients were missing. When we tried to complain, a middle-aged, unkempt Nancy approached us and showed no interest in taking our concerns seriously. Overall, a very disappointing visit. I really can't recommend this location; it's better to drive a few meters further to the nearest one.

I was totally surprised by my visit to this Burger King last Friday. It was super clean, the restroom reminded me more of a spa than a fast-food restaurant. The service was extremely friendly and the food was super fresh. I've never experienced such a high standard in a fast-food restaurant before; it was wonderful. Thank you so much for the friendly service, I'll definitely be back - highly recommended! Best Burger King far and wide!

Food tastes very bad compared to other Burger King branches

The drive in employee was really cool and the food was delicious too. Yes, the shop runs under Mr. Brun's patronage.

It was very tasty. The woman at the cash register was very friendly, the service was top notch.

Very clean store, cashier 120 is very polite and courteous. Unfortunately, it's a bit difficult to reach from Südring.

He parked right in front of the vehicle, and when asked to please move on, there was no response. Inexplicably, no one was able to pass the vehicle (except bicycles).

The food is abysmal. The one star is for the hot and crispy fries. The rest was a carelessly thrown-together "something." The staff is friendly, but at times overwhelmed. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Tables are sticky, as is the floor. The restrooms are certainly not cleaned/checked as often as there are signatures on the note. Unfortunately, this is a permanent condition in this restaurant.

They don't speak English. Otherwise, it's not bad. They're quite clean.

Well, this time I'm really sorry, but it bordered on assault; every burger was ordered without jalapenos! We were lucky that a small piece was stuck to the outside of the bun, which made us realize that every burger was full of them! That's just awful!!!

I ate at the restaurant with my boyfriend last night, and it was good! The restaurant is on a one-way street, which is annoying, so you have to drive through a kind of industrial area behind it if you're not familiar with the area. The restaurant is small and cozy. And thanks to the high benches, you have a bit of privacy while eating or for a couple. The service was quick, and the food was freshly prepared. The waitress could have asked a bit more, whether you wanted, for example, three different sauces or just one, and the fries were a bit salty. Otherwise, it was a nice evening.

Incredibly friendly service. My friend was served (according to the receipt) by "Cashier 130" and had never had such a positive experience. The service was very prompt. When the cashier wasn't serving customers, she helped with the preparation, so she was very multitasking! We ate a variety of everything together, and I have to say: it was really delicious! We had the King's Mozzarella Beef: it looked very fresh, the meat juicy. Thick slices of tomatoes and onions. The pesto sauce went really well with it, not too much, not too little. Neither mushy nor dry, the bun soft. But what really won me over as a bit of a cheese freak: the cheese was fragrant 😂😍 They came with chili cheese fries. I would definitely get them again! With more than enough cheese sauce, jalapenos. Nicely salted, and even a small fork included. The detail is very nice. Finally, I had a chili cheese tortilla chicken. The breading was fresh, the tortilla neatly folded and filled. Next time I'll try beef ☺️ Plus, everything was perfectly packaged: nothing stuck, spilled, or fell apart. There were plenty of napkins, too.

I actually just wanted to pick up the T-shirt for the Naruto promotion. But in the end, I received a warm welcome – despite the late hour – and a really nice chat. After a brief exchange with one of the employees, Daniel, the visit actually turned into a truly valuable experience. 10 out of 10 – I would definitely recommend it!

This is how you drive the last 60km, looking forward to Burger King in Chemnitz because it's open until 11pm, you arrive at 10.45pm and the blonde lady locks it in front of you and says stupid things? Especially since she managed to have a smoke before 11pm... In the 15 minutes they were supposed to be open, three more cars arrived, which they didn't serve and didn't even let the children use the toilet. This is the first time I've experienced such behavior in Germany!!!

I would only recommend this branch once the staff has improved their friendliness

Delicious vegan food (plant-based hamburgers and plant-based whoppers)!

I was at the drive-thru today. It was a smooth process, and the service was fast. Unfortunately, the prices are anything but good. I paid a total of about €22.00 for four items. Not good enough for a fast-food restaurant – for example, one tortilla costs €8.19. Whaaat?! And it tastes only mediocre. The prices are too high for food that tastes just not good.

It's just a Burger King. The time between placing your order and its completion is relatively long for a fast-food restaurant.

We wanted to grab a quick bite to eat – Burger King is open until 11:00 PM. We got there at 10:20 PM, and the people there had already started cleaning everything. The whole place stank of cleaning products – absolutely pungent. The smell was so bad, you definitely couldn't eat anything. Thanks for nothing.

Burger King has a lot of great deals and delicious food! Above all, the cashier, Jessica, is very friendly and attentive. I really enjoy going to her to place my order. I hope she stays with us for a long time, as she has a remarkable work ethic! :)

Drive-thru quality is abysmally bad. Mayo or ketchup? No matter what you answer, you usually get neither. You can usually forget about the right dip for nuggets, too. Topping burgers properly, meaning in a neat order rather than side by side, would also be a cool change.

I just wanted to return two recups and waited inside. When I noticed that Nancy (drive-in cashier) was working her tail off, I wanted to ask if I could hand the cups over to her and before I could say a word she said in a very unfriendly tone: "There's only one cash register, you just have to wait." So much for the BK promise “return without queuing”

The dirty place doesn't have WiFi

Really lovely and attentive employees. The entire area is clean and tidy. Numerous parking spaces available. All in one, a pleasant visit.

Conveniently located, friendly staff and so far everything has been included with every order (unfortunately this is not the case everywhere). Thumbs up.
