Burger King in Chemnitz

The blue-eyed lad was very helpful, and his smile was mesmerizing. We had a great time with hot, piping food.

Food was ordered and delivery was estimated in the app in 60 minutes. After 60 minutes it said it will be there any moment. Only after a call was the supplier dispatched, which then took another 20 minutes. Although the Burger King isn't very far away. The food was also cold.

I have never been to a BK where the employees were as polite, nice and motivated as they are here. The two ladies at the checkout should be promoted regularly; many others could learn a lesson from them!

The orders are freshly prepared. I can live with a short waiting time. The staff is always friendly, but there doesn't seem to be any real structure there. It feels like 5 different people are working on two fries and two burgers. Since we've always been there when there wasn't much going on, it always went pretty quickly.

Delivery times of 2 hours are apparently normal

This time it wasn't as tasty. So expect improvement 🥹

Fast, friendly team at the drive-in. Everything fresh and warm and a properly constructed burger for a long time...

Actually it was just supposed to be a short dinner…. Thanks to excellent service, musical support and a consolation ice cream late at night, we seriously spent several hours of well-being here. Many thanks to the friendly Kings.

Good Burger King, delicious shakes and nuggets and MC-Flurry

How much can you actually do wrong? I just ordered and instead of chilli cheese nuggets I got normal nuggets…. Ordered dip twice and both were wrong 🤮

What kind of shed is that? Burger cold, cheese cold, extremely long waiting time and rude staff...

The only thing that wasn't nice was the women's toilet, the floor was sticky and there were women's hygiene items on the floor.

A super location a super food for any kind of guy on a very clean table

Burger King is always recommended, I've been to many locations and the food is always delicious and the service is usually friendly.

Zero stars would be more appropriate. Lots of guests and no real structure. We waited over 45 minutes for our order and when we asked, it turned out that we had been forgotten. The person at the service was completely speechless and at least made us free ice cream. The order was still not complete twice

No comparison to before. Nowadays people save so much on the sauce that you get exactly the dry stuff like at McDonald's... The service is okay, but the younger the waitress (or the more female) at the drive-thru, the higher the chance that you won't get something you actually ordered. Completely messed up. The meat was never really good, but at least it was better than McDonald's. Time to switch completely to BurgerMe and not be stingy with your money.

Have been there several times. Maybe once a month. So far we have never had a complete order. Our onion rings and various sauces were missing. And Sprite tasted like dishwater! Disgusting 🤮 . I think the staff is unfortunately overwhelmed by the many orders in the evening. And we didn’t get a crown either….

I would prefer not to give a star. My husband brought home some food. Instead of Cola he got an iced tea, the cheeseburger and the chili cheese nuggets were missing. You don't go there often, but every time we went there or got food, something was missing or wrong. Can't recommend!

Ordered and forgot dishes that were ordered. Complained. It will not be refunded. If you can't market any dishes, you just take money and keep it for yourself. Great business here. Stay away from the delivery service at this location. The way delivery works, things will also be “topsy-turvy” in this restaurant. Burger King customer service doesn't respond either. At 9:52 p.m. the staff is already hiding from the customers. Poor.. and you don't even get an answer and are left standing..

The location is the plus point here, easy to reach. The view from the street isn't great, but it's because of the location. But no order machines? They're really everywhere now...

No ice cream, no shakes. The only cold thing today was the “Hot” Blondie.

We redeemed coupons. Unfortunately there was no milkshake. Otherwise, the food doesn't blow me away. You still feel the need to do it once a year. The employees are friendly and work quickly. See you next year ;)

Friendly, helpful but definitely not enough staff at peak times

Faucets that don't work properly, sensors are spinning, seat cushions are partially broken, the TV has been broken for months, and cleaning is done when you sit at the table or advertising signs are replaced, which you can definitely do when it's not open 24/7.

Terrible service. Not kids friendly specially if you are not from there. The senior restaurant manager discriminates and scream to me and my kids because we were not sure to ask for menu or kinder menú. Maybe we should not made mistakes and know what we want on that case they will take your order with out any screaming issues . After the surprise my kids and I left the place. With this search for meat patti in the burger, I won't be visiting any more chain stores for the time being.

Just a Burger King, but the chilly cheese nuggets were fresh, which isn't always the case. It's good that there are many vegetarian dishes.

Ordered a cheeseburger and got a hamburger!!! Service bad!!!

We ended up there again for a small snack, the reports had been a bit negative lately, but it was fine. The ambience, just a passing snack bar, not cozy but functional.

Went here for dinner today. It was super tasty, everything was freshly prepared and served well. Instead of a Fanta we got a Coke, but the employee noticed that straight away. The service was great (name tag: Jessi). We would like to come again!

Today I went to burger king with my children for the first time. A woman with the name tag "Theresa" With pigtails Took our order and was really, really friendly to my children.. and also totally personable.... My children were completely satisfied... We want to say thank you❤

Long waiting time and totally overwhelmed staff. Half of the dishes were missing and you had to run after the food you had already paid for. The food I had was then cold because you had to wait so long for the rest.

The employees are obviously not able to properly process simple orders at the drive in. Sometimes side dishes or entire burgers are swapped around. Or the fries are only given half full. It's annoying when you arrive home and find something like that. Is it really that difficult?

Absolutely bad customer service, hung up after 4 seconds with a question about food, not recommended!!!!

Another Burger King shop, the salespeople are always in a good mood and helpful. If you place an order, it doesn't take long and it is brought to the table. Extra requests are also taken care of quickly. The location of the stand is well chosen. I'll be happy to come back

We waited 10 minutes until our order was taken and then another 14 minutes for our food. Unfortunately the sauces were forgotten and the drink was also wrong. Will look for another Burger King in the future.

My standard Burger King on the Südring for years. There were never any problems - neither on site nor during delivery (even during the Corona period). Neither in the food, nor in the service or the location.

Please plan more cashiers during peak business hours!!!!

When we visited today we didn't have to queue and the food was super hot and delicious.

Small shop with friendly staff. We got there straight away and the toilets were clean.

Unfortunately it was really cold in the dining room on Sunday.

Just ordered something to take away. Everything was prepared super quickly and freshly (6:40 p.m.) and we had the nicest service ever. Made our day!!! :)

This Burger King was okay, but relatively dirty

Amerikanisches Spezialitäten Restaurant mit gewohnter Küche. Es gibt echte Menschen, die auch nett sind und die Bestellung entgegen nehmen.

Ich glaube eure Lieferdient Mitarbeiter brauchen nochmal Nachhilfe bezüglich rechts vor links oder allgemeines Fahrverhalten.

Habe plant based bestellt und mitgenommen. Zuhause dann gemerkt, dass es doch kein PB ist und angerufen. Die Frau am Telefon hat sich entschuldigt etc., jedoch gibt es keiner Lösung, außer am nächsten Tag die Produkte wieder hinzubringen und „umzutauschen“. Ist schon sinnlos. Und so ein Fehler darf eigentlich nicht passieren… Sonst hatte ich Glück, ist mir jetzt das erste mal passiert. Macht’s ja aber nicht besser.

Im Vergleich zu anderen Burger King, darf ich hier noch bei echten (überaus freundlichen) Menschen bestellen.

Ein großes Lob ! Aus gegebenen Anlass das es heutzutage leider nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist, ein Lächeln zu schenken oder zu bekommen ... möchte ich ihre Mitarbeiterin Nancy ganz groß lobend erwähnen. Ich kam gerade relativ schlecht gelaunt (aus anderen Gründen) in ihre Filiale. Wir wurden so freundlich empfangen wie lange nicht, persönliche Ansprache, individuelle Fragen, an "Zusatzprodukte" wurde gedacht (sonst hätte ich meine Orion Ringe ohne sour cream genossen, danke dafür) und auf meinen nicht alltäglichen Extrawunsch wurde auch, ohne mit der Wimper zu zucken, kundenorientiert eingegangen. Ich hatte die Frau gerade erst 15 Sekunden vor mir stehen und hatte ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Diese freundliche Ausstrahlung, nebenbei noch den Drive in am Ohr aber so professionell und pfiffig. Man hatte das Gefühl das sie ihren Job einfach gern macht und hat das gegenüber dem Kunden absolut wieder gespiegelt. DANKE dafür, diese Art und Weise ta wirklich gut. Manchmal sind es doch die kleinen Dinge im Leben die Großes bewirken ♡

Schlechte Bedingungen,hatte überhaupt keinen Überblick, total unfreundlich. Essen ging überhaupt nicht. Definitiv nie wieder.

Wir haben vor 2 Tagen Essen über Lieferando bei diesem BK bestellt. Leider mussten wir knapp 2 Stunden auf unser Essen warten, das dann kalt war und der teuerste Burger wurde vergessen. Immerhin war die Lieferantin wirklich nett und ist mit dem fehlenden Burger sowie 2 Gratis-Burgern und einem Donut als Entschädigung noch einmal gekommen. Deshalb 3 Sterne, aber besser wäre, wenn man Kundenzufriedenheit gleich von Anfang an groß schreiben würde.

Burger lauwarm, Bacon weich und lauwarm, Onions geschmacklos, aber die Cola war Klasse. Der Service sehr schlecht, verkehrtes Essen bekommen, keine Möglichkeit es um zu tauschen. Wir werden diesen Burger King zukünftig meiden.

Burger waren gerade noch OK . Fast schon Kalt . Pommes und der Rest waren sehr gut.

Perfekt .und endlich wieder Deutsch sprechendes Personal Seit langem Mal wieder ausländisches Personal da. Der Wopper Kalt und nicht wie bestellt ohne Bacon. Der Long Chicken Kalt. Die Pommes auch nicht frisch . Komisch wenn die deutschen Mädels da sind klappt das. Vielleicht nochmal überdenken bevor es immer weniger Gäste werden. Heute wieder perfekt gegessen und freundlich bedient worden. Spitze weiter so.14.12.2023

Top Lieferdienst. Erst kommt das bestellte Essen 2 Stunden nach Bestellung obwohl 40 Minuten angegeben waren und zur Krönung hat noch ein Burger gefehlt und das Essen war kalt. Ich möchte auch darauf hinweisen eine Übergabe von Lebensmitteln darf nicht unter 65 Grad sein.

Unter aller Kanone. Bei Lieferung werden ständig Waren vergessen und man wartet ewig. Ruft man dann an und beschwert sich wird man ausgelacht von Mitarbeitern, die kaum Deutsch sprechen.

Die rothaarige alte im Drive in ist sehr unfreundlich.

Wenn ich 2 Cheeseburger bestelle die frisch gemacht werden sollten sie auch heiß sein diese waren lau warm

Essen wie immer super lecker, aber auch Sau teuer. Leider musste ich bei sechs anwesenden Angestellten und nur 2 Kunden, 15 min warten um bestellen zu können. Das Ambiente ist mit verschlissen Polstern verbesserungswürdig

Hatte mir/uns was zu Essen bestellt per Lieferung. Leider wurde bei meiner Bestellung etwas falsch gemacht. Telefonisch konnte man niemanden erreichen also bin ich hingefahren. Dort angekommen wurde meine Bestellung ohne Anstalten reklamiert und als Entschuldigung gab es noch was oben drauf. Die Angestellten haben sich gefühlt 100x entschuldigt. Fehler passieren halt. In einer Welt, die zu 95% aus Motzen besteht, sollte man auch mal was positives berichten.

Unfreundliches ,vorlautes Personal. Einmal ausgerufen , durch Lärmpegel nicht gehört, da wird kein zweites Mal gerufen etc bzw an Tisch gebracht.stattdessen gab es dann kalte Burger 😡. Am Bürger war etwas ejelhaftes undefinierbares dran. Keinerlei Entschuldigung etc. Der Laden hat uns zum letzten Mal gesehen.

Lange Wartezeit, chaotischer Service, Pommes vergessen (leider erst zu Hause bemerkt), Essen kalt. Nicht noch einmal.
