It was very quiet, but very tidy and good help from the employees. Good food!

The employees were all very friendly. They'll give you good advice on what's currently on offer and where you can save. Food was hot and ready quickly. Everything tasted fantastic, come back 😊 You're all doing a great job

The food was good, can't complain. But the entrance to the drive-in is much too narrow. This caused me to scratch my new rims. Therefore 2/5 stars.

The employee at the drive in is always very nice and present when we are there. Ordering also worked, everything that was ordered was included. Waiting time to order was less than 5 minutes.

The hot wings were so hard and old... I could have killed someone with them... and I pay a lot of money for that... I told the nice man several times... that I wanted Fanta... Got coke. When I ordered, he kept telling me that I already had the citizen I wanted... so I can't order citizens twice anymore?! Citizen King used to be really tasty, but it's no longer worth the money. My chicken on the citizen is also so hard that I need a flex to cut it up.

Eternal waiting times, staff who spoke poor German, several advertised products not available, luckily we had McFlurries with us which sweetened the waiting time.

2 orders, both messed up. 1 burger was missing, we noticed it on the way back. Went there again, got the burger, everything was ok so far. At home I noticed that the wrong burger had been packed. Yes, great, you always have to check everything there immediately, it's stupid

I felt like no one abroad could speak German properly, my milk check tasted like water and when you complained you said, “I don’t understand anything.”

We had to wait in line for a long time, the staff at the counter were unfriendly and the tables needed to be cleaned again. The ambience in the outside area (2 tables in front of the door) also needs to be reworked.

Very dated and not modern compared to other restaurants. There are no displays to order yourself and you can't order online either, so everything takes a long time...

I don't usually write many reviews but this one was special. Yesterday I was in the store with my friends and noticed that it was quite busy, with a lot of people waiting. Despite the pressure, I was impressed that only two employees were managing the front area. They worked incredibly hard and efficiently without showing any signs of stress. It was great to see so much commitment under pressure. Plus, my burger was served on time and tasted amazing, as always. Kudos to the Burger King team for the excellent service!

Eating takes a long time despite fewer customers, not really clean, full of crumbs, furniture totally run down and worn out

After I ordered extra long chilichees with double meat and had to wait almost 20 minutes even though there were hardly any customers there. I received the burger with the note sorry it was wrapped upside down. I said ok as long as there is twice the meat in it I can live with it. As I found out later at home, I got some kind of chicken burger. Really sad. Eternal waiting time even though you feel like you have fewer customers than employees in the store and then you don't even get what you paid for. Thanks

Seats and benches very worn out

Disappointing how much has changed in the last few years... And the biggest thing is the prices. The salad used to be free on the Crispy Chicken. Now you pay 80 more, for nothing..... There's not much more on it than for a normal Crispy Chicken.... Now you pay 6.50 for just one..... Absolutely underground.

Burger King has focused again on the essentials. 3 different King of the Month and also something for vegetarians. The terminal ordering is quick and clear. It's all ok.

Very clean toilets, friendly service and a fair price thanks to coupons. What more could you expect from a fast food joint?

I actually like the BK here, but lately the portions are getting smaller and smaller. 3x ice cream for just under €15 and then it feels like 1/3 less ice cream and 1/3 less “additional items” (Smarties or similar) I think is really cheeky. I'll think twice about going there again in the future. There's nothing to say against the food or the friendliness, I just think the price/performance ratio is inappropriate.

It's fast food and way too expensive nowadays. At least now they have coupons that are somewhat good.

Nice staff, but the boss/shift manager is impossible! The entrepreneurial risk is simply passed on to the employee, contrary to German law, so that the balance sheet looks better...really impossible! The employee had to pay for a new burger himself. 😤 *Edit* as an answer that I can't give you to your answer, original tone from the shift manager to the employee: "You worked all day for free today..." I then paid for at least one of the two incorrectly ordered burgers because I felt sorry for the employee.

We made a quick stop today, Sunday evening. The food was normal as always at BK, but the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness were very noticeable. When taking the order, the employee was very friendly, came to the tables several times and asked the guests if everything was OK.

Unfortunately, on our last visit we were there at peak time. In addition, a young colleague has just been trained. The order therefore took a little longer. There was no sauce on the ice cream and there was hardly any cheese sauce on the fries. Nevertheless, it was tasty and the staff was very friendly 😊

Food is normally tasty as you would expect from BK and that is the only reason why there are 3 stars, which would actually be 2.5. The rest is absolutely shabby. In a BK in a big city like Chemnitz, which is also located right next to a shopping center and the highway, not even having terminals is a joke... you stand in a waiting room that is too small and have to order everything from mostly foreign employees who have to hear everything twice to understand it and then it still takes forever to type in... the toilets are disgusting, I've rarely smelled something so bad, the first room with the sinks smells indefinably disgusting, the urinals smell like urine and the toilet cubicle smells like vomit. I'll never go here again, I'd rather go to the KFC next door 🤦🏻‍♂️

We were there last night. In the evening we got hungry and decided to go to Burger King. We got hamburgers but everything was so terrible that it was cold and not tasty. I don't think I will go back there again. I say this for all the customers, beware The employees don't care about their customers, they are inside having fun. I waited 30 minutes to order

High price 13.50 each packet of mayonnaise or ketchup 50 cents and bad taste. I didn't like them at all.

People are happy about every foreign citizen who integrates and works. But you're also happy when you're at least somewhat understood 🙄 If the unspeakably poor communication channel via the drive-in comes into play, it's completely over. Then it's a guessing game as to what you end up with in the bag...

Everything is delicious, as always. But there is no way to order, not at the checkout. There are no touch screens where you can stand and think. And the cashiers are great, they understand not only the German language. It’s a pity that in Germany I still use plastic lids for drinks, from which it’s not convenient to drink without a straw. It's time to switch to paper ones, like in France, and make holes like takeaway coffee.

Wir sind immer gern zu diesem Burger King gegangen. Aber heute war es der letzte Besuch! Vor 1 Monat schrieb bereits ein Kunde, dass es eine abnormale Kälte im Innenbereich sei. Wir sind heute am 31.12.2023 von einer Urlaubsreise ebenfalls in diesem Burger King eingekehrt und sind halb " erfroren", so kalt war es im Innenbereich !!!! Der Burger war halb warm, die Pommes halb roh und der Bacon war nicht knusprig. Wir haben fast 30 Euro bezahlt und waren geschockt von dieser Qualität. Das einzig positive war die nette ausländische männliche Servicekraft, welcher sehr gut deutsch sprach und sich viel Mühe mit den Kunden gegeben hat.

Das beste am Burger King ist, dass nebenan ein KFC ist. Die Parkplätze sind aber immer frei da der Laden geschlossen hat. Meinen Tesla konnte ich nicht laden, der blieb leer, wie mein Magen.

Abgesehen davon das der Salat auf meinem Bürger mehr braun als grün war, war das Essen hier okay

Bin gerne mal Burger essen aber definitiv nicht mehr hier. Die an unterirdischem Verhalten der Mitarbeiter kaum noch zu überbieten. Bekommt die Zähne nicht auseinander und selbst das mindeste ist zu viel für den werten Herren.Guter Service ganz glatt verfehlt🤦🏼‍♂️

Sehr nettes personal. Die Heizung war ausgefallen und jeden Kunden wurde kostenlos ein Kaffee oder eine heiße Schokolade angeboten.

Einfach ranzige Inneneinrichtung, Möbel mit Löchern an denen der Schaumstoff rausguckt. Essen an sich ging, es gab jedoch keine Bestelltafel wie man das so gewohnt ist und man musste die Fernseher betrachten, was auch nicht ganz einfach war.

habe schon beim essen im burgerking gemerkt das irgendwas nicht richtig schmeckt aber konnte es noch nicht wirklich einordnen hätte auf mein gefühl hören sollen… nachts kamen dann die magenkrämpfe… vielleicht nen schlechten tag erwischt aber bei so großen ketten sollte doch ein gewisser standard herrschen… und dafür noch 14€ zu bezahlen is dann doch genug dass ich hier was schreibe

Abends da gewesen am Drive in gegen 22:45. Freundliche Bedienung. Zu Hause angekommen…Big King XXL nicht in der Tüte gewesen…20€ bezahlt aber der Burger nicht dabei klasse…telefonisch natürlich keinen mehr erreicht. Update: Der Service ist absolut spitze! Nach den vergeblichen Anruf meinerseits hat BK direkt Kontakt zu mir aufgenommen und mir wurde der Verlust meines geliebten Burgers entschädigt. Danke ihr seid toll

Zieht euch warm an! Im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes. Temperatur wie im Außenbereich. Essen mit dicker Winterjacke macht keinen Spaß! Personal hat wahrscheinlich auch einen Zug abbekommen, komplett durch den Wind! Nicht empfehlenswert!!!

Das Essen wurde frisch zubereitet, allerdings war der Geschmack unterirdisch. Die Fritten wurden bei mir vermutlich in altem Öl frittiert und der Bürger war schon kalt. Das Personal hätte auch etwas freundlicher sein können..

Burger und Fritten waren nicht wirklich heiß. Der Service war ok. Aber die Einrichtung sollte schon mal erneuert werden. Ich rede hier nicht vom Gesamtkonzept, sondern von den ziemlich kaputten und abgegriffen Sesseln. Geht garnicht!

Sauber, freundliches Personal und leicht zu erreichen Edit: in letzter Zeit häufen sich falsche Produkte im DriveIn. Von den letzten 4 Malen waren 3 Bestellungen falsch rausgegeben. Kann ja von mir aus einmal passieren, aber nicht zu 75%. Zweimal hat ein Burger gefehlt und heute waren statt Chili-Cheese-Nuggets nur Onionrings drin. Kann ich gleich sagen „geben Sie mir doch irgendwas Schönes“, dann kann ich nicht enttäuscht werden. Aber das Essen ist hier eh schon teuer, da muss ich nicht jeden zweiten Burger schenken.

Sehr schneller Service . Besser als in meerane.

Beim ersten Mal dachte ich es wäre nur Zufall, aber die Qualität ist trotz Franchise schlechter als in anderen Filialen. Dazu kommen die vollkommen runtergekommenen Sitzmöbel und das allgemein schlechte Feeling was man in dem Laden hat. Es war ein netter junger Mann an der Bedienung und eine sehr resolute unfreundliche ältere Frau, die Ihren Ton auch nicht dadurch abmildern konnte, dass sie zum Schluss einen schönen Tag gewünscht hat.

Wir waren schon ewig nicht mehr Fastfood essen. Aber Fast war hier gar nicht. Ewig angestanden um zu bestellen, und danach auch noch mal gewartet. Das Essen war auch noch fast kalt als wir endlich am Tisch essen konnten.

Eines der am ältesten anmutenden Burger Kings in Deutschland. Es sieht leider aus, als sei hier die Zeit vor ca. 20 Jahren stehengeblieben. Alte Anzeigetafeln und keine bestell-Terminals. Langsame Mitarbeiter, Kundenschlangen, Möblierung, die aussieht wie die alte von McDonald’s… Schade, die Filiale bietet deutlich mehr Potential.

Freitag end, mega voll und aufgrund der örtlichen Gegebenheiten stehen sich die Mitarbeiter beim Bearbeiten der Bestellung dummerweise oft im Weg. Aber alles bestens, freundlich, kompetent und auch mal augenzwinkernd wurden wir bedient. Das Essen top. Da stellt man sich auch gern nochmal für einen Milchshake an...

Ich war vor wenigen Wochen eines Nachmittags in Ihrem Burgerking und ich muss sagen, dass ich sehr beeindruckt war vom Service und der Qualität, mit der die Speisen serviert wurden. Die beiden Mitarbeiter, die mich bedient haben, waren Amir und Nhat die nicht nur sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell waren, sondern sich darüber hinaus als sehr hilfreich erwiesen haben. Sie haben mir geholfen, eine gute Auswahl aus dem Menü zu treffen, mir die Zutaten erklärt und mir sogar einen Tipp gegeben, mit dem ich alle meine Wünsche in eine Bestellung zusammenstellen konnte. Das Essen war frisch, heiß und lecker. Ich habe meinen Burger und meine Chili Cheese Pommes sehr genossen. Ich möchte mich bei Ihnen, Ihren Mitarbeitern und allen Kollegen, die an diesem Tag in der Küche gearbeitet haben bedanken, die diese tolle Erfahrung Sie haben einen neuen möglich gemacht haben. Stammkunden gewonnen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall bald wiederkommen und Ihren Burgerking meinen Freunden und meiner Familie empfehlen, als ein Restaurant, dass sich für die Wünsche der Kunden einsetzt und auf die Individuellen Belange mit Hingabe und dem richtigen Maß an unverfälschtem Interesse herangeht. Als wir essen wollten, kamen wir nicht ins Restaurant, weil es voll war mit hungrigen Leuten. Wir mussten fast eine halbe Stunde warten, bis die Bestellung aufgenommen wurde. Dann dauerte es noch ein paar Minuten, bis das Essen fertig war. Das Restaurant ist sauber und das Essen ist Burger King mäßig gut.

Das Restaurant wird aufgrund der mangelnden Reinigung ernsthaft nicht bemerken, dass Sie es sind, aber es gibt so viele Fliegen, dass ich es mir nicht leisten kann, bequem zu essen

Angenehme Speisestätte und verhältnismäßig gutes schnelles Essen. Aber die Fachkraft für Essensvergabe am Fahrzeugschalter ist einfach unglaublich! Der Mann der den Name Marcel trägt strotzt vor Freude an der Arbeit und die freundlichkeit den Erwerbenden gegenüber ist atemberaubend! Dieser Mann gehört an die Spitze der Lohntabelle. Für mich der beste BK in Chemnitz. Aber die Wartezeit ist teilweise wirklich eine Katastrophe.

Es war sehr voll, aber unser Bediener Amir hat schnell und sicher gearbeitet. Ihm ist sogar aufgefallen, dass wir unsere Pommes stehen gelassen haben und hat sie uns an den Tisch gebracht. Sehr guter Mitarbeiter, Daumen hoch!!

Von wegen bis 0 Uhr geöffnet. Bitte anpassen dann gibt's mehr Sterne. Normalerweise ist es hier lecker aber war grad nervig. Extra angehalten für nix...
