I miss having self-service ordering machines. Order numbers should be displayed digitally for pickup. Too much waste.

...the most ridiculous excuse for why the ice cream and milkshake machine wasn't working: 10:30 PM, I had the crazy idea to get a milkshake at the drive-thru. I only saw the four cars in front of me when I was already in line—never mind. That each car was full of four people with huge orders—never mind. When I got to the order kiosk, with still three cars in front and now three behind me, the guy told me there were no milkshakes or ice cream. Why? I asked—"The ice cream machine's clock is wrong; it just said, 'We need to clean it...' Wouldn't you rather have a Heineken?" Ugh... "Fine," I thought, "I'll drive over to KFC... Closed at 10:00 PM—on a Saturday... Not my day..." Another day: The trash cans mounted in the parking lot have slots like mailboxes... you can't even fit a bag of Burger King trash in them.

Good evening, I just ate at your restaurant with three friends. My girlfriend ordered a salad with herb dressing, which looked like hair flushed down the toilet with toilet water. I am extremely disappointed with what has happened to Burger King. I will never set foot in that dump again. By the way, the parking spaces are too small to park a normal car.

I'm really angry. My friends and I wanted to go to Burger King again after a long time because we had a good experience in Aue. But here in Chemnitz it's absolutely awful. The salad dressing is disgusting; you can't even call it dressing, it's more like broth. The burgers taste like burnt, rotten meat, and the atmosphere is completely unacceptable. I'm never coming here again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either.

I was out with friends and got hungry, so we decided to go to Burger King here, thinking it would be better than McDonald's. We were wrong. The atmosphere is stuck in the 2000s, the service is unreliable and takes forever. By then we'd already lost our appetites. On top of that, the set menus weren't available. So I opted for a salad. They were out of Caesar dressing, so I chose herbs instead. Surely it couldn't get any better? Wrong. The tomatoes were pale, the vegetables weren't fresh, and the dressing was lumpy and runny. All in all, a disappointment. I'd much rather go to the Burger King in Aue; at least there it tastes the way I expect from Burger King.

I've been a regular at this Burger King for about two and a half years, and visiting it is an essential part of my weekend routine. It's no longer just about picking up food, but about that special weekend feeling – driving by in the dark, enjoying the meal, and exchanging a few friendly words with the team. The food is always delicious, the service is incredibly fast, and the orders are always complete and accurate. But the absolute icing on the cake is the friendliness of the entire team. You're not just processed here; you receive a genuinely warm welcome. A very special thank you to Doreen, Marcel, and Omar – you make every visit special! I always look forward to coming back every weekend.

For me, this is the best Burger King in Chemnitz. Uncomplicated, fast, and delicious. And on top of that: genuine and motivated staff. I was served by Marcel, and he definitely understands what customer service means. Awesome guy. Keep it up! 👍

I can't comment on the atmosphere, we were at the drive-thru, but the service there is really great - we happened to always get Marcel as an employee and we think he does his job really well, always friendly and with a smile on his face...

I rarely go to Burger King, but I was delighted with the very friendly service from Mr. B. He was extremely kind, and the combination of his friendly manner and a touch of humor in our conversation was perfect. I also noticed the staff's hard work. There was a real sense of harmony in the restaurant. As a business owner myself, I pay attention to things like that. Keep it up! 👍🏽

The staff seemed completely uninterested; it was utter chaos. I had to complain about my order twice: once after a 20-minute wait, and once because it contained the wrong item. The food was okay, but some of it was cold, and the fries were limp.

Friendly staff, clean too. Delicious either way. The only thing that would be needed is a terminal; that would make things easier.

I'd especially like to praise the employee, Adam (unfortunately, I couldn't read his last name because his jacket was in front of it). We were here at lunchtime, and it was incredibly busy and loud. Our food arrived on time, and it was just as usual. The stress level didn't ease much, but the employee still had time to fulfill my daughter's wish for her favorite figurine. It was already sold out, but she dared to ask if she could have the one from the display case, and they went out of their way to unlock the store. That was incredibly kind, considering there was still so much to do. I really hope management reads this and gives the employee special praise! Thanks so much to Adam ❣️

I was just at the Burger King drive-thru at the Chemnitz Center. I received a friendly welcome and my order was taken promptly. I also noted that my order from about a month and a half ago was missing something, or rather, something I didn't want was added. Your colleague, Marcel Brode (I was allowed to mention his name) He apologized, even though it wasn't his fault! Today's order was great👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Every branch would love to have an employee like that :)

Well, most of the burgers taste better than at the "Golden Seagull" restaurant. But the employee with a "migrant background" was so unfriendly and took the order incorrectly several times. And a rat trap right next to the path to the entrance speaks for itself.

It's a very dirty place. The tables... everything is covered in salad and sauce from the previous occupant, and not just at one table. The trash can for the trays is completely overflowing. Not to mention, there are dogs in the restaurant... I have two myself, but I don't think it's very cool when everything is open. It's not inviting at all.

July 9, 2025 - The entire restaurant is full of flies. The tables, chairs, windows, everything. I don't even want to know what your kitchen looks like.

The cashier's name is Mrs. Meyer, she is very nice. She still let us come in, even in 1 minute. The door/dine-in will be close. And she even asked us if we could speak German or English. We said German or it didn't matter. She had a good smile too. Positive vibes. 💯💯👌👌👏👏

I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience and would like to take this opportunity to particularly highlight Marcel. From the first contact to the conclusion of the transaction, I received consistently competent, friendly, and efficient support. Marcel impressed me with his calm, professional manner, his technical expertise, and his willingness to address individual concerns. He took sufficient time to answer all questions clearly and transparently present possible solutions. You immediately notice that this isn't just a "job," but rather a work done with genuine commitment and a sense of responsibility. Such customer-oriented service has unfortunately become rare these days – which is why I appreciate it all the more. I can wholeheartedly recommend the service and hope to be supported by employees as competent as Marcel again in the future.

My last visit to this restaurant 100% I've just come back from shopping, and the kids wanted a Burger King. The service was friendly but helpless, that's my impression. I placed my order and waited a very long time. At least 10 other customers ordered and received their food after me. After about 25 minutes, I got a little annoyed and asked for help from the guy behind the counter, after all, I'd already been waiting 30 minutes for my food. Ordering at 7:30 p.m. and waiting until 8 p.m. for food is completely unacceptable. The funny thing was that one of the employees then asked me if I wanted a free drink after my food was pushed across the counter. I had already ordered drinks with my meal. What would I want with another drink? This was my last visit there. It couldn't be worse. It's disrespectful to make a customer wait like that. And then to completely ignore them even though I had been waiting at the counter.

Burger King's burgers are juicy, delicious, and have a unique flavor thanks to the flame-grilled burgers—especially the classic Whopper. The staff is friendly, fast, and provides pleasant service.

You order and get the wrong one, a good example is a Whopper Crunch King menu and you get a regular Whopper and you pay for the Whopper Crunch and you get the cheap one, the biggest cheek is not the first time with the wrong one, we will not use this BK anymore

Unfortunately, people always forget to put food in the bag in the drive and at home they have a rude awakening and have to pay money for everything.

Recently, after a long business trip, I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat. So I thought, go to BK again. The store was in dire need of a refresh. I think the ambience was there when it opened decades ago. Nothing has happened there yet. The restaurant was moderately busy. A few families with children, a few teenagers. The usual BK guests. As I entered, I was struck by a pungent, musky stench (calling it a scent or smell would not be accurate). One had the feeling that the young men behind the counter had all fallen into a perfume vat. Behind the counter there were perhaps five or six young men bustling around, constantly running back and forth between the frying machine and the burger hatch, chatting - but not paying any attention to the customers who were present and waiting. It may be that some of the people who ordered still had to wait for their food, but you could definitely take the next customers' orders. After all, this establishment is called a "fast food" restaurant. After five minutes I left without ordering. It was much more pleasant next door at Colonel Sanders' and I was served very quickly.

Food is okay. The staff sometimes leaves a lot to be desired. Cleanliness of tables and benches needs improvement.

Variable quality Yesterday between 11 and 12 I got wonderful, fresh, hot burgers at the counter where the salad was really crunchy. I thought to myself that something has happened in the last few years. Ordered exactly the same thing at the drive-thru today in full anticipation. Unfortunately, both burgers were in a different condition (wobbly, lukewarm, sticky). Okay, now I know you can have burgers if you want, but not today. Whether it was because of the other service 🤷🏻‍♂️

Fast service, friendly, unfortunately no self-service machines and no self-service refill station for drinks. But there are good connections, enough parking spaces and good quality, fast food accordingly, of course.

It's now the 2nd time that they forgot half of both fries and a burger when ordering because you ordered as a menu the 2nd time. So I can only recommend that people who order from King Drive check your order there.

Unfortunately, the place cannot be recommended during regular peak times. Waiting times of at least 30 minutes should be planned for takeaway. Unfortunately, some of the goods you receive are already cold.

Super bad service. Coupons from the app were not redeemed because the employee didn't want to take the 3 Jr. Whoppers that he had already entered out of the order. Paid €7.50 too much. When I asked, the answer was, I didn't know you wanted to redeem coupons. A toilet in the women's toilet was also blocked.

Addendum: Guys, what's going on with you? I was with you again at the beginning of 2025, I was really shocked. Your shop has completely run down and you haven't invested anything in the last 20 years? Unbelievable, everything was broken especially the chairs, everything was dirty and worn out, really disgusting for a fast food restaurant. Quality, like in any other BK, is OK, but the cleanliness of the tables leaves a lot to be desired.

The order was quick, the staff was friendly. The table was completely dirty, dust and grease. The food is getting more and more disgusting. Going to Burger King used to be a highlight, but now it's no longer an experience. The burgers no longer taste good, they are becoming more and more expensive and smaller. But the highlight is the VEGAN French fries sauce. I wanted mayo and not that vegan crap. When I asked the staff, they said that this is the only one left. So customer, I want to have the choice whether I eat vegan or not, especially since the vegan french fries sauce tastes disgusting. For me, that's the knockout criterion for not going to Burger King anymore.

Stood in front of closed doors yesterday December 30th, 2024 at 9:45 p.m. Normally open until 11 p.m If you change your opening times then this should also be changed on the internet, you can go out there completely for free. Edited: the branch was NOT 💯% open, because when we shook the front door to open it and it didn't work, it was closed, even though we saw the employees inside and of course the waiting customers who ordered INSIDE . THE DOORS WERE LOCKED!!! I can't close my shop 15 minutes beforehand either, it will be served until it's actually closing time and not earlier. If not work 5 minutes longer, my god 😡

Of the last 4 times, 3 orders were issued incorrectly. As far as I'm concerned, it can happen once, but not 75% of the time. A burger was missing twice and today there were only onion rings instead of chili cheese nuggets. If I can just say “give me something nice,” then I can’t be disappointed. But the food is expensive here anyway, so I don't have to give away every second burger.

The last time we were at this Burger King, we had a problem with the burger. We then complained about it straight away. The reaction was: "You're welcome to have some ice cream if you want." Well with the current cold temperatures I didn't really feel like it but okay, better than nothing. At the moment I thought it would have made more sense to offer to remake the burger. Unfortunately, the branch wasn't really clean even though there wasn't really much going on.
