Mein Besuch bei KFC war leider enttäuschend. Das Essen war nicht wie erwartet warm/frisch und die Qualität hat nicht überzeugt. Auch bei den Getränken gab es Probleme, da sie teilweise verwässert geschmeckt haben. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten gestresst und die Wartezeit war länger als gedacht. Insgesamt war mein Erlebnis nicht gut und ich hoffe, dass sich das in Zukunft verbessert. (ich habe umsonst bezahlt.

Guter und sauberer KFC. Auch für die Kinder war eine kleine spielecke vorhanden.

Das waren die miserabelsten Pommes 🍟 die je serviert wurden Leider eine absolute Enttäuschung. Die Pommes sahen auf den ersten Blick zwar gut aus, waren aber ungenießbar: außen halbwegs passabel, innen jedoch komplett roh, kalt und nicht einmal ansatzweise durchfrittiert. So etwas darf in der Gastronomie einfach nicht an den Tisch gehen. Sehr schade ums Geld! Der Rest vom Menü gehtso Junk Food halt... Und dafür 13,90€ bezahlen 🤮

Leider sehr Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter und die Toiletten waren unglaublich verdreckt. Schade, hier war es mal richtig angenehm.

Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber der Service an der Kasse war leider schlecht. Die Mitarbeiter haben unfreundlich und respektlos mit mir gesprochen. Es gab keine Pommes mehr. Stattdessen habe ich Kartoffelpüree bekommen. Ich wollte als Alternative Mais, aber mir wurde gesagt, dass das nicht geht. So sollte man mit Kunden nicht umgehen. Der Service muss besser werden.

Einfach nur widerlich!!! Das ist nicht das erste Mal, dass ich so ein Hähnchen bekomme, es sieht aus, als hätte ich ein ganzes Hähnchen bestellt. Nur Spaß!

Von allen KFC‘s ist das hier ein ganz besonderer Ort. Ich komme in Deutschland recht viel herum und wenn ich Hunger habe, ist KFC halt irgendwie zur ersten Anlaufstelle geworden. Das Essen ist mittlerweile in den meisten Filialen recht gut, aber hier ist auch das Personal noch absolut top. Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und ungewohnterweise eine zuvorkommenheit, die seinesgleichen sucht. Gute Parkplatzsituation, ausreichend Sitzplätze innen und außen, topsaubere Toiletten, ein Spielplatz und trotzdem Autobahnnähe sprechen für sich. Ich komme immer wieder gern hier her.

Ehrlich gesagt, in dieser Kategorie eine angenehme Fast-Food-Überraschung. Wir haben auf einer Autoreise dort einen Zwischenstopp eingelegt und es stellte sich als eines der besseren KFCs heraus, die wir in Deutschland besucht haben. Freundlicher Service, schnelle Zubereitung, keine Probleme mit der Bestellung und alles hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Verglichen mit den letzten KFCs, die wir auf verschiedenen Autoreisen probiert haben, war dieser um Längen besser.

Habe essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt und zuhause erst bemerkt das der Kartoffelbrei fehlt und sich nur Soße in dem Becher befand. Wie sowas passieren kann ist sowieso fraglich, vielleicht sollte man seine Mitarbeiter mal Schulen wie die Produkte zuzubereiten sind. Gerade für 4€ extrem ärgerlich, nie wieder!

Wunderbarer Service, sauberes Restaurant. Das Essen war super. Ich komme aus Toronto, Kanada, und kann sagen, dass das KFC hier hervorragend ist!

Das war vorerst der letzte Besuch bei KFC. Die Portionen werden immer kleiner, dafür teurer, das Hähnchen ist trocken. Für 30€ für 2 Personen nicht annähernd satt. Kein Coleslaw mehr.

Schöner KFC direkt an der Autobahn. Fleisch schön saftig, aber nicht wie KFC in CZ. Trotzdem super. Für die Kinder gibt es draußen einen Spielplatz während sich die Großen im Innenbereich den Ranzen zum Spannen bringen können.

Das Personal arbeitet nach dem Motto: "Morgen ist auch noch ein Tag" Man sollte kontrollieren ob man alles bekommen hat. Fast jeder der Mitarbeiter bastelt an 1 Bestellung mit und so kann es sein das man am Ende nicht alles hat was man bestellt hat. Obwohl in einer Seelenruhe in der Küche gebraten und verpackt wird herrscht trotz allem ein leichtes Chaos an der Kasse. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, keine Frage. Allerdings kommt es mir so vor als wenn das Wort "Einarbeitung" diese Filiale verlassen hat zum Milch holen und nie zurück kam. Trotz allem schmeckt es halt wie es in einem Fast Food Restaurant schmeckt.

Das Essen war sehr schnell Fertig.

Bestellung am Terminal endlose Menü und Untermenü! Dauer ewig. Die Pommes sind eklig die Portion wird immer teurer und dafür noch kleiner. Hab für mein Bucket und einen ekligen trockenen Miniburger 36€ bezahlt. Da hört der Spaß auf! Wenn es wenigstens noch geschmeckt hätte und kein Getränk!!

Die Chicken Wings waren super knusprig, warm und köstlich. Wir kommen wieder.

Leider hat die Qualität des Chickens über die letzten 3-4 Jahre massiv abgenommen ich finde KFC verleirt seine Authentizität zunehmend.

Das Essen war total altbacken und hat widerlich geschmeckt. Wahrscheinlich, weil da niemand gegessen hat. So enttäuscht war ich noch nie von KFC! Es muss schon lange zubereitet worden sein, aber ohne Gäste stand es wohl schon viel zu lange herum.

Der 1. Eindruck war gut. Das Essen hatte ich mir besser vorgestellt, Tische waren schmutzig nur, und welcher Service? Ein anderer Gast hat auch erst einmal den Tisch selbst abgewischt. Auch auf dem Boden lagen Krümel. Ich habe mich dort nicht besonders wohl gefühlt. Die Tür zum Außenbereich war geschlossen, wir hätten auch gern draußen gesessen. Vielleicht lag es am Arbeitstag - Ostersonntag. Der Gastraum war sehr leer, also hätte zumindest ein Mitarbeiter die Zeit zum Tische abwischen gehabt. Ich war das erste Mal bei KFC und war ziemlich enttäuscht. Schade.

An einem Feriensonntag gingen die Bestellterminals nicht und die beste Beilage überhaupt,der Coleslaw -Salat war nicht bestellbar. Traurig.

Die KFC-Filialen in Ungarn sind von sehr hoher Qualität und äußerst beliebt, aber die KFC-Filialen in Leipzig und Chemnitz sind praktisch Schrott; ein solcher Mangel an Regulierung ist inakzeptabel.

Fast Food ist wie jedes andere. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr ungünstig. KFC gehört, gemessen an den Portionsgrößen, zu den teureren Restaurants.

Im Grunde bietet es alles, was ein Schnellimbiss benötigt. Es war gut, aber e8n Klecks zu teuer.

Man sollte, wie am Terminal angegeben, wirklich nochmal den Warenkorb kontrollieren. War in unserem Fall jetzt nicht dramatisch. Statt 2 kleine Milchshakes, waren es eben zwei grosse. Die sind auch alle geworden 😎

Kontrolliert vor dem Essen unbedingt eure Burger! Auf meinem war kaum Hähnchen drauf, würde zwar ohne Wiederrede neu gemacht, finde ich aber trotzdem eine Frechheit!

Pommes waren nicht einmal knusprig und es war auch sehr saure Mayonese auf den Wraps.

Das Essen ist lecker. Allerdings wurde bei unserer Bestellung zum Mitnehmen bei einem Menü das Hühnchen vergessen, was wir auch erst zu Hause bemerkt haben. Bei dem Preis ist das dann schon echt doof.

Ich muss anfangs sagen das die Speisen in diesem Lokal absolut schmackhaft sind und das wirklich sehr gutes Hähnchen ist. Auch die Soßen sind total lecker. Allerdings ist meiner Meinung nach der Preis absolut unberechtigt hoch, denn für 9 Original Bites 10 Euro zu bezahlen finde ich nicht nur überteuert, sondern eine schier pure Frechheit. Muss das wirklich sein ?? Ich bin nicht geizig aber es geht einfach ums Prinzip. Ebenfalls die Burger, welche zwar total lecker sind, aber ein normaler Zinger Burger für 6.50€? Dies sollen nur einmal Beispielpreise sein. Alles in allem ein recht schönes Lokal, aber total ungerechtfertigte Preiskategorien, unfassbar!

Essen ist das einzig geile in dem Schuppen. Die Preise sind für das was man kriegt einfach viel zu überteuert. Das Klo ist seit Monaten abgesperrt und die Musik ist in dieser Laube kaum zu ertragen. Schämt euch...

Wie überall bei den ketten die Sauberkeit. Die Tische sehen wahrscheinlich nur ein Mal am Tag ne Reinigung.

Leider lange nicht mehr so schlecht gegessen. Der neu beworbene Burger ohne Brot entpuppte sich als lappriges, völlig überpfeffertes Hähnchenbrustfilet – kalt serviert und mit Käse, der nicht einmal richtig geschmolzen war. Optisch wie geschmacklich absolut unappetitlich. Die Pommes mit Speck und Käsesoße wirkten lieblos zusammengestellt und hatten nichts mit dem zu tun, was man für den Preis erwartet. Das Kartoffelpüree mit der dazugehörigen Soße war dermaßen stark gepfeffert, dass es mir regelrecht den Hals ausgebrannt hat – für Kinder völlig ungeeignet. Auch beim Blick ins Restaurant selbst leider kein besseres Bild: Tische und Toiletten waren schmutzig, und das Personal wischte Krümel lediglich mit einem trockenen Lappen vom Tisch direkt auf den Boden. Ein ordentliches Sauberkeitskonzept scheint hier nicht vorhanden zu sein. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier überhaupt nicht mehr. Besonders enttäuschend ist zudem der Umgang mit Kritik: Die Antworten auf Bewertungen wirken generisch und zeigen leider, dass offenbar kein echtes Interesse an Verbesserungen besteht. Sehr schade. ☹️

Die Pommes sind katastrophal, matschig mit altem frittieröl. Hähnchen Stücken werden sehr lange unter der wärmen Lampe gehalten. Pepsi schmeckt nach Zucker, fast ohne Cola Geschmack.

On December 18, 2025, we were served by the most unfriendly and annoyed employees ever. First, both of them ignored us in the store at around 9:30 p.m., and then, after asking several times, they took our order in a rude and disgruntled manner. This is one of the worst service experiences I have ever had.

Unfortunately, there was a wait of over 20 minutes even though the restaurant wasn't overly full, the drink dispensers were dirty, the napkin dispensers were empty, and the burgers were okay but not exceptionally good.

The food, or rather the set menus, were really bad and practically inedible. The "mashed potatoes" in particular were a complete disaster. I don't know if it was because we had a voucher and therefore got two meals for the price of one, but overall it was very disappointing. We even had to ask if one of the meals had been forgotten, as the portion size for two meals was ridiculously small. So, the food quality was poor, and the price/performance ratio was equally bad.

Always so delicious. From spicy wings to burgers.

The wings are half cooked, the flesh was still red, chickenbreast is toooo oily, drinks are too sugary nothing like normal colas, don't give you the option to choose what sauce to go with your food. Then you'll have to pay for ketchup or mayo, separately. 🙄 Overall, will never go there again.

Hi, The food was very good, as is typical at KFC. However, I've never before seen such incredibly bad, incompetent, and unfriendly staff. It's absolutely unacceptable.

KFC employees are preparing to wear gloves when preparing orders for customers who put their hands everywhere and then prepare the food; this is not normal in a restaurant. There is no hygiene. It's cold in the restaurant, and there is no respect for the customers.

Good evening, I ate there last night and ordered hot wings and crisps. When they were ready, they were all cold and had hair on them. Since this morning, I've had terrible stomach pains with gastroenteritis and chills! I would advise you not to eat there, and the staff are very unfriendly! It's pure garbage!!!! That was the worst experience of my life at a fast-food chain. On November 11, 2025, at 2:10 p.m., I ordered at a kiosk (to eat in, I'm sure of that). My order number was 33. An older woman said order number 31 was ready. I waited, of course, since my order number was 33. Then a man (medium height, thinning hair) came in and said order number 33 was ready (he suddenly called order 31 33). That was the first mistake, which can happen, no problem there. But it got worse. I went to him and politely said that I wanted to eat in. He then shouted at me very loudly (I was almost confused) and said, "You ordered takeout!" I politely said again that maybe there was something wrong with the system or something, and that I would like to eat in. Then he threw my food onto the tray as if he were feeding an angry dog ​​and continued shouting at me. I've never been treated so badly in a restaurant, but of course I remained calm. I'm a shift supervisor in the restaurant industry myself and I've never yelled at a customer, no matter what. It's unbelievable that KFC allows its employees to yell at customers. The most unfriendly employees I've ever seen. I'm extremely disappointed.

An absolute disaster! The terminal crashed during payment, but the payment was demonstrably charged to the credit card. The staff was extremely unfriendly, downright condescending. Half of the food was missing, and no receipt was given, making a complaint pointless. €30.27 for about 70% of the ordered items. The drinks were the absolute worst; I wanted a Coke, not brown water! KFC, please sort this out...

We wanted to order takeout tonight, but the drive-thru was closed again. So we had to order inside, and we changed our minds. I went to the counter and said hello to an employee. He just kept walking with a quick hello. Another employee then told me it wasn't a problem and we could eat in. At that, the employee who had ignored me earlier groaned in annoyance. While we were waiting and I was telling my husband the whole story, he kept giving us strange smiles. My husband then vented his frustration and told him that's no way to treat customers. We both work in the restaurant industry. The employee who gave us our food and didn't ignore me was very friendly.

They currently offer a cheese sauce/dip that you can buy with it for €2. In Chemnitz, it's less than 10 cents; it barely covers the bottom of the cup. When asked why so little, they tell you you can buy more. At other KFCs, the cup is almost full. Some of the chicken pieces are cold. The crispy pieces, on the other hand, are rock hard.

Great spot on the route we were going to Switzerland, clean, free toilet, nice service, quickly prepared food. I recommend it!

A catastrophe that's incomparable to what's happened in the past. And the company's reaction, which is always the same, shows their attitude. Enough, because the next customer will come along and pay them back. The next one will come along and fall for it. Any snack bar can keep up with that.

This is simply not a nice place... The tables and floor are dirty. The price/performance ratio is really bad... the food is way too expensive and the quality leaves a lot to be desired... The crispy cheeseburger is absolutely terrible. What I found worst, though, was that they wanted an extra €1 for a mini packet of ketchup... that's a disgrace, that's what they have to offer with their 🍟!!! I can only advise everyone to stay away from KFC; I will never eat there again. I'd rather go to BK....

Finally, a KFC where you feel comfortable, not like those filthy Berlin restaurants. My food was hot and cooked through, the breading wasn't too heavy, the tables were clean, the shop was clean, and the restrooms were hygienic. I didn't have to wait 5 minutes for my order. The service spoke German and was friendly. I'd love to go there more often, but it's easily 400 km away 😢

So expensive! For a citizen with a small hand, a small Coke costs €10. I left hungry.

Let's be honest, Kentucky Fried Chicken has been better. It's clear that prices won't stay the same, but at least the quality should stay the same. The portions are getting smaller, the fries are getting sloppier... The quality should improve...

Ordering at the terminals was not very intuitive. Ordering via the app didn't work at all.

Today, for my son's sake, I went to KFC again – for the LAST time! We had a meal and a bucket, which was supposed to include dips and multiple layers of mayo. At the table, I noticed that nothing was included. When I asked if that was missing, I was told I had to customize it. I would have to pay extra at that point if I wanted dips/mayo. As I said, never again with such customer service for such overpriced, substandard food.

Unfortunately, you can only order at the ordering terminal and not in person. The terminal is confusing, and if you're not familiar with it, it's hard to know what to order. There are so-called "buckets." In my desperation, I ordered one for a lot of money without knowing exactly what it was. It was a complete disaster. It was far too greasy and tasted absolutely nothing. More than half of it ended up in the trash. Is it really too expensive for KFC to at least set up a counter where you can get advice? Well, for me, that's settled once and for all.

I don't think there's much to say; when it comes to chicken, they're simply amazing. It's not much more expensive than McDonald's or Burger King, but it tastes much better and looks more pleasant. You can't complain about the cleanliness either. Sure, you could find something if you looked for it, but at first glance, everything was fine. The food quality is top-notch; they know their craft. I would definitely come back. What really annoys me is the delivery radius, which is far too small. I live maybe 15 minutes away by car, and they don't deliver there. That's why I'm deducting one star.

Bucket menu for €25 - Personalization: If you don't personalize, you'll get unwanted side dishes instead of the ones shown on the order picture. This is misleading!

We were there yesterday and picked up food. After eating, my wife had a stomach ache. 👎

It seems clean so far. But we didn't order anything. Luckily, someone warned us that they themselves wait 30 minutes for their orders. So we went somewhere else because we didn't want to put ourselves through that. It was pretty busy, but by no means so busy that you'd have to wait that long for your food at a fast-food restaurant.

Unfortunately, the food was completely overseasoned. The burgers were extremely salty and therefore inedible.

I haven't been to this restaurant many times, I would rate it 5 stars because there was nothing wrong with the food or the service, but today I'm only giving it 3 stars because the restaurant closed 1 hour before closing time.

A ton of flies flying at the food. The fries were way too salty. The Zinger Burger had very little meat. The Squid Game Burger and wings were also way too salty. I eat a lot of salt, but this is top-notch salt. I stopped here because of the good reviews, but it was a complete disappointment.

There are only digital ordering kiosks or online ordering via the app, which often doesn't work. The employees are fully occupied in the kitchen and therefore have almost no time to help customers. Of course, this isn't their fault, as it's the system of this customer-unfriendly chain restaurant. The food wasn't particularly good either. The sauces/marinades were tasteless, the buns had a strange consistency and flavor, and the chicken could use some seasoning. Unfortunately, not recommended. Better to go to the competition.

Unfortunately, this was my worst experience at KFC so far. The food was served unusually quickly, which surprised me at first. But it quickly became clear why: It was cold, and the fries tasted like they were from the day before. I also ordered the new "Squid Game Burger" – this was also cold, and the bun and chicken were soggy. What was particularly unpleasant was that there were black particles in my drink. When I pointed out that both machines were apparently contaminated and suspected that they might not have been cleaned, an employee responded in a cheeky tone: "The manager cleaned them especially today." When I asked for a new cup again, she said, annoyed, that she couldn't keep giving me new ones. Apart from that, I was disappointed by the hygiene of this branch – even the toilets gave the impression that the floor was cleaned at most once a month.

My review is certainly influenced by the fact that I generally find the food at KFC very tasty, and I've been there often enough to find my way around the somewhat confusing menu. At KFC, I highly recommend everyone try the corn on the cob instead of the usual fries. The coleslaw is also very tasty. Some of the kids really enjoy the mashed potatoes.

Unfortunately, my visit to KFC Chemnitz was disappointing. The employees seemed overwhelmed and stressed, which also affected the service. There was hardly any friendliness, and the overall process seemed very chaotic – long wait times, incorrect orders, and a lack of organization. We went there spontaneously. It's very modern. The food was delicious and the price/performance ratio was good. However, I found the dish return process a bit difficult to get used to.

This was definitely our last time there. The order at the terminal was unclear. The bucket we ordered wasn't what we actually received. We assumed we'd get what was shown in the accompanying picture. The side dishes and dip were missing. Instead, we got four fries. The same was true for the kids' boxes. The picture shown wasn't what was given to us in the boxes. The Capri-Sun was missing, but we were given two cups to get our own drinks. When we asked the employees, they didn't understand. Disappointing in every line. Accordingly, we were also disappointed with the price, as we didn't eat what we expected.
