I won't go to Chemnitz again because of KFC, it's not worth it. The taste leaves something to be desired, but the price doesn't. The facility does not invite you to linger for a long time.

Fries soggy don't cross. The burgers were carelessly thrown together and the lettuce from the burger was wrapped between the paper. The crispy cheeseburger is a joke, a slice of cheese and a scrap of chicken. Relatively a lot of money for relatively poor food. 4 kebabs would have been better and only half as expensive

It really used to be better. So KFC in general. The decision to only offer zero drinks is more than just wrong. There is also either apple spritzer, which I can't tolerate, or Lipton iced tea, which tastes really chemical and bad. In addition, the new dips are a horror and no longer taste good at all. I actually always liked the sweet and sour and curry dip. But the new recipe tastes terrible. Luckily the meat is - still - good. But well, you don't have to understand American madness. Why it is so difficult to understand that there are also differences in taste from country to country is a mystery to me. Not everyone wants to drink Zero or eat disgusting dips. I always enjoyed going there and was a regular customer for a long time, but something like that just scares me away. Unfortunately, I prefer to go to the competition.

I don't know what's going on with you. Until about a year and a half ago we liked going to KFC. It was tasty and everyone was happy. But over the last few months the taste has become increasingly poor. Yesterday the chicken pieces in the bucket were a bit dry and not particularly warm. The mashed potatoes were better too. Hunger drove it in and greed kept it in. One employee in particular stands out with his extremely unfriendly and rebellious manner. We accidentally tried to redeem a Click and Collect voucher at the checkout and the employee asked if you couldn't read and if you never used Click and Collect during Corona times. We also asked whether we could also redeem vouchers at the ordering terminals, with the employee saying, "Yes, if you can do it too." Furthermore, colleagues are exposed and treated like garbage by him. I have never experienced anything so unfriendly here Experienced, on the contrary. We enjoyed being here because the employees are very friendly, but unfortunately not all of them are definitely the wrong job for him.

For €60, we fed 5 people, but literally to the point of overeating. The staff is friendly and the hygiene is excellent. Recommends

Like any other branch (e.g. Leipzig) the same quality. Visits are rare and sporadic, but we are always satisfied.

Disaster!! The store is usually empty anyway and if it has to close, it doesn't surprise me. Kentucky is already overpriced, but when someone comes over, you should make sure that the goods you order are fresh and not taken from the warming container that the chicken was in for what felt like 2 hours. I had 2 pieces of chicken that had more breading than meat and were far dry. So 2 parts, 3 nuggets for over 10 euros. I would have preferred to buy a fried chicken for that money. Service isn't great either, you order at the table, pay and a shuffling employee puts the sad food in a cardboard bowl. Worst KFC I know, I won't go there anymore.

Delicious chicken fillets and spicy hot wings. It's always a pleasure for us. Sometimes there is a lack of transparency. You have to order the dips separately and if side dishes are shown in the offer pictures, they are sometimes only included as an option.

I am a regular customer at KFC and am currently visiting Chemnitz. Unfortunately I have to say, I was really disappointed here. The fries and crispys were not fresh. And that at 12 noon, a shame and really outrageous for the money. Then unfortunately I could only choose bbq smoky at the kiosk and when I picked it up I asked to swap one of the sauces, but I was told that it wasn't possible. I should have changed it at the kiosk, which wasn't possible and so I was unlucky. The lady said it was instructions that nothing could be exchanged anymore. If that is your business policy, I will no longer eat at this branch. You can sit on your sauces. Really not recommended.

Yes, something like that was good, unfortunately we had a children's menu where there was hot sauce on it and it was ordered as normal. Unfortunately, you couldn't eat it. The selected sauces weren't there, but after asking you got them. I think it's bad with the terminals earlier I thought it was better, of course you have to save money, but I don't know if you have to save money on service, it's enough if you save on quality, you don't have to save money on service as well

I went to KFC again today and was shocked to find that they only had zero sugar drinks. An absolute no-go! I decide what I drink and not a fast food chain! Very disappointing...

The food we got was delicious. Unfortunately a dish was missing, ordered for 5, received 4. It was explained to us that everything was put on top of it. We were probably unable to see it then.

It's like always with KFC, they don't do enough. I ordered the great deal bucket. There should be: 2 crispies 2 Original Bites 4 hot wings 2 x French fries Overall, there was far too little in it for the price of €9.99. The crispies were in there and the large one was okay. The original bites were not there. The hot wings were very very small and a clothing item. The fries were small. You have to check your order straight away, otherwise you'll get ripped off. Overall, it wasn't worth 6 euros and I would have preferred a kebab.

I don't know how you can do Systemgastro wrong, but the breading on the Crispies was so bland that it seemed to consist only of flour, and the fries were brutally oversalted. That's not how I remember KFC. There are only two sauces to choose from, both far too sweet. Not everyone has the taste buds of elementary school children. The people were friendly, the store was moderately clean, and the trash cans in the restroom were literally overflowing with paper towels.

I was there yesterday on a Sunday and ordered to go on site for €34 because there was a car parked sideways in the driveway so the counter couldn't be reached. No cup holders so I had to bring the “food” outside into the car only to find out that there were ONLY “zero” drinks available at the machines!! ONLY Zero!!! Or apple spritzer with preservatives… The 3 fries tasted like fat The burger (which was ordered with extra cheese and bacon) was okay. The 10 stripes tasted like nothing at all and generally the “food” wasn’t seasoned or even tasteful in any way. We have NEVER had such bad “food” at KFC, although you assume it would be the same everywhere…we definitely won’t go here again.

Day: 03/24/24 Time: 6:30 p.m Personally, I don't like it at all, it feels like a canteen, it's become something of a bad place, it's cold and doesn't feel comfortable. It's a hope but that's all and vending machines to order yourself. Where do I begin?! 😵‍💫 When it comes to trash/dispensing tablets, there is only one corner in the entire restaurant for this; there used to be 3 drop-off places. The chairs are extremely hard and not intended for sitting for long periods of time. After I ordered, I felt like I was in the job center. Sit on a few hard chairs until the number lights up or is called. At the only cash register with staff you can ONLY PAY CASH, so be careful. Because it is so open, it is also very, very loud, louder than before. The play area is very small, at least that's how I feel, see photo. With more than 2 children it gets tight. The icing on the cake is not only that you have taken the best shake out of the program, but if you take a bucket with side dishes, you have to buy an extra corn cob + butter because the butter is not listed in the menu and you can use the butter Don't buy them separately like the sauces. So you have to buy a complete corn cob for €3.49 + another €0.50 extra for the butter and that in addition to the bucket menu. Although you can choose a corn on the cob from the bucket menu, just without butter. It's no longer customer friendly, I just feel sorry for the employees.

We were at KFC at 9:15 p.m. From the outside it looked like they were closed. All the chairs were up. The checkout staff were nice and patient and the food was delicious. However, the colleague who was already cleaning (you have to remember that the shop was still open) was very unfriendly, annoyed and rude by attacking us when we wanted to sit down at a table. After we had eaten, we politely asked if we should put the tablet directly at the checkout (there was no one left in the store, it was closing time in 10 minutes). Here too we were approached unfriendly by the same colleague with the words “That’s where the rubbish is”. I honestly had to refrain from complaining.

Ordered a milkshake, was happy and after about 2 hours I was lying on the toilet with nausea and vomiting... Either I just couldn't tolerate it/you take fresh milk (which is not stated anywhere/intolerability) or it wasn't processed/stored correctly . In any case, I've never experienced that at KFC.

Best KFC. I drive an extra 80km to eat. However, it happened more than once that something was missing from the bag when picking it up in the drive. That's why it's best to eat locally. Store is very chic and clean. Staff very accommodating and friendly.

Wonderful experience at KFC! I recently visited KFC and I am completely amazed by the excellent service and quality of the food. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which contributed to a positive atmosphere. The food was fresh, delicious and prepared with great care. I was impressed by the variety of flavors and the unique flavor combinations really impressed me. The atmosphere in the store was extremely appealing and created a comfortable environment to enjoy the food. Everything you would expect from KFC is here. From ordering to posting it went relatively quickly. Everything was clean and tidy.

The food is very tasty, you can't say anything about it. As someone who is in a hurry and wants to take their food with them, I assume that the order is checked and that the end result of the order is correct. When I got home I discovered that my large bacon burger wasn't there. I don't know exactly how much it cost, but it definitely cost upwards of €7. For an order that cost me €24, just under €25, I was missing more than 25% of the price of the order of which I paid the price. That's a real shame.

Nicely decorated, great service, food really tasty and juicy, we had to wait a few minutes but my colleague and I each got a free drink. Very customer friendly great service!

Die Qualität der Speisen lässt mehr als zu wünschen übrig. Fettige, ungewürzte Hähnchenteile, der Burger absolut 08/15, ohne Geschmack, die Käsetaler auch völlig geschmacklos, von Kartoffelpüree und Krautsalat will ich garnicht erst sprechen. Leute…was ist denn bei Kentucky passiert? Unterirdisch!!

Von den 4 Bestellterminals waren leider nur 2 in Betrieb. Entsprechend lang war die Warteschlange. Vom Geschmack her hatte es für mich auch nachgelassen. Und das Ambiente nach dem Umbau gefällt mir auch nicht so gut. Vor dem Umbau war es mehr auf den Ort bezogen und nicht so universell von der Ausstattung her.

Preise mittlerweile recht hoch 2 Personen 33 Euro für ein Schnellrestaurant recht hoch.

War nur im Drive, da alles gut. Aktualisierung: Ambiente nicht zum Vorteil verändert Die Preise sind schon fast unverschämt hoch, die Qualität keinesfalls wie vor Jahren, sehr schade. Deshalb auch bei den letzten Besuchen sehr wenig Besucher.

Bereits eine Stunde vor offizieller Schließzeit werden die Terminals abgeschaltet und das Personal stellt alle Stühle auf die dazugehörigen Tische und verwehrt somit seinen Gästen die Möglichkeit, im Restaurant zu essen. Des Weiteren erfolgt der Umgang mit Kunden durch das Personal größtenteils mit einem genervten Unterton. Man fühlt sich weder willkommen, noch ist es möglich, sein Essen bei halbwegs angenehmen Ambiente einzunehmen, da, wie oben erwähnt, ausnahmslos alle Stühle auf den Tischen platziert werden. Eine wahrlich unangenehme Erfahrung.
