Fast preparation and no waiting time when ordering! However, our food had been on display for some time and was therefore very dry.

When you call they just hang up! I think it's outrageous that I only give one star. I'll never cry over food again because that's disrespectful

I was so looking forward for some KFC, but to be honest,. Disappointing. Chicken and burgers were cold felt like it was made day before the only hot thing on a plate was chips with way to mutch salt. Wouldn't recommend

Actually not even worth a star. Service is getting worse and less friendly. The quality of the food is also very poor. You have to order at the terminal, extra changes to the kids menu (burgers) are only possible after ordering from the staff and if you order at the terminal and pay in cash you don't get a receipt. Also not possible upon request. We probably won't come here again. Price performance no longer fits at all.

The establishment is moderately busy, because of this it is possible to comfortably settle down and not have to wait long for an order

I visited KFC for the first time in my life and was very upset. The potatoes were cold and very salty, the wings were just oil and bones, and there was a hair in the sauce. Also, the staff was very noisy, you couldn't even hear yourself because of how loudly they spoke and something was constantly creating loud and unpleasant noise, and as the cherry on the cake, the entire staff was watching you eat.

at the children's menu, instead of fries, they gave me mashed potatoes, juice and toys were not given to me. A nasty experience.

Two burgers with more bread than chicken, a wrap that doesn't deserve the name because you can see it and 2 toddler portions of fries... 33 euros. Without words . Or maybe... NEVER AGAIN😡

We went after a long time with children and this KFC branch was the closest. The food was good, the waiting time was short.. but the service does not deserve more than one star. They hardly say hello, they look annoyed at customers and if you want something from them, they send you where the sun don't shine. In total, we made orders over €100 and when I said that they gave us the wrong sauces (because no one eats BBQ sauce in our place and I personally changed it for another when ordering), they told me that they would not change the sauce. What's the problem with little kids swapping BBQ sauce for ketchup?? And when we said that we left so much money here, all the employees started laughing. It's just that the customer comes last here. The behavior of the waiter spoiled the overall impression and our appetite. So we will never go here again 👎

Once again an example of how a single branch manager ruins the image of an entire brand. Today at 2:13 p.m. purchase for €22.47. BBQ was automatically included twice as dips. I would have liked to swap a BBQ dip for a garlic dip. The employee and the shift manager refused the exchange request. They weren't allowed to do this, their boss would have strictly forbidden it. Extremely embarrassing for a "penny item", customer service is zero. My opinion: Someone has missed their job here.

What was going on here? 🐓😱😅 So we wanted to go to the great KFC in Chemnitz, we were greeted at the entrance by a special guest 😅 We went in anyway and had a delicious meal and enjoyed the great ambience ☺️🙏 Great fast food chain 😋

Just 10/10. The food was divine, we ate our fill (who cares, 25 euros for two people). Below is a photo of a cheeseburger, and no, this is not sauce, this is real normal and tasty melted cheese. The strips are crispy. Everything is fine (by the way, there is an original cheeseburger recipe from the Colonel :)). Inside Everything is clean inside and already prepared for New Year's Eve. In short, everything is at the highest level, I highly recommend it. The only negative is working without gloves, but unfortunately, let's count how many times have you seen people working with gloves? Here you go. P.s. I read here what people write differently. Apparently the establishment has corrected its mistakes. The potatoes are also hot and crispy, and not like others write. The prices are also normal, 25 euros for two people and you can eat until you can't stomach it, in my opinion this is a completely healthy price.

Absolutely rude staff gave the wrong sauces but you can't exchange them. Never again:)

I would love to give zero stars but unfortunately that's not possible. The employees there are an absolute disaster, unfriendly answers to normal questions. You're being made stupid, you're being blasphemed, it's really no fun to eat there and you don't have to put up with such insolence.

Unfortunately poor quality of food. For 16 euros for a menu I expect fresh fries (these were old and sticky), a warm burger (this was cold), and fresh chicken pieces (these were also cold and of poor quality) It's a shame, it really used to be better.

Since my granddaughter really wanted to go there, I let myself go with her, even though I actually wanted to go to the fast food restaurant 50m away. Disappointment across the board. Flabby, only lukewarm French fries, the burger bun was worn out after a short time and I've eaten better burgers. I won't let myself go there again.

Delicious food, fairly quick service and an American style But expensive

No soap in the dispenser in the toilet, the container for paper towels was completely dirty. The food was completely oily with a mushy taste. Conclusion: Never again.

You have to like it. At least the place was clean. Outdoor area and lighting dirty and partially defective. The parking lot is very dark. The food itself is a matter of taste. Prices very overpriced.

Menu ordered with fries, then mashed potatoes were served at the counter. When asked, they said there were no fries. Strangely, other guests who complained more got fries. The little man with the Napoleon complex was pretty strange too. Maybe you can have a button-up polo in the service. The one colleague who brought us food was super friendly, she had all these pins.

Saturday 10:45 p.m., on the way to KFC's Dive In. There's a car parked sideways in the driveway. Okay, I thought, just go in. All chairs put up - closed sign from 10 p.m. We are a city with 250,000 inhabitants, not a cow town, KFC, why do you close so early on Saturday.

I'm incredibly disappointed, I was really looking forward to KFC and then everything in the store backfired. At the beginning you have to open the heavy electronic door yourself because it's broken and it hardly opens, only with a lot of force. I also ordered an 18€ menu in which the fries had already been out 10 minutes beforehand and had turned dark yellow and were no longer fresh or tasty at all. I also ordered a Zinger Burger in which the cheese wasn't even melted, I'm leaving assuming that the Zinger Burger without cheese had already been sitting outside for 10 minutes and the slice of cheese was simply slapped on top. I'm incredibly disappointed. I won't be visiting this store again anytime soon.

I used to enjoy going to KFC, but the quality has drastically deteriorated. We ordered 2 menus, the burgers weren't particularly big and the meat on them was hard to find. The Zinger Burger was very dry and so were the hot wings. You really could hardly eat them. They used to be nice and juicy and still had meat on their bones. Today just breading. You would be able to endure the whole thing if you didn't have to pay almost 30 euros for it! A “real” burger shop is more worthwhile. KFC is hopelessly overpriced for this quality. That was my last time at KFC for a long time. Too bad. The 2 stars are because the store was clean and the food was ready quickly. However, it was freezing cold. We even had to keep our jackets on while eating because it was so uncomfortable.

Well, I love KFC and it's my favorite of all the fast food chains, but There were no fries to order, even though there were some in the fryer, and the hot salsa was out, EVEN THOUGH it was on the counter. When I asked, they just said that I couldn't exchange my unopened sauce, I would have to order it for a fee... Nothing else comes to mind... Didn't even go to order. Next thing. The apple spritzer...I've never drunk anything that was called apple spritzer and tasted so little like it... If I drink apple juice and then pee in a glass, it tastes more like it than this concoction….

As with every KFC, the food is good but definitely too expensive. There is absolutely no relationship between price and performance. I would therefore rather go to the Golden M or Burger König. If it has to be fast food, then at least it won't leave you poor afterwards... E.g. €18.99 for the original bucket (8 chicken pieces) is really very expensive because there weren't even any drinks included...

The food was quite ok. The fries don't taste good. The chicken pieces were good. We've had enough.

KFC's ordering system is just terrible

The preparation took a very long time, apparently the employees didn't understand each other or didn't speak the same language. Then our order was incorrect which resulted in another waiting time. All in all, it's actually very disappointing because there are already so few branches here in Germany and they are also poorly managed.

Cold meat, cold fries and sugar-free drinks are worth a fart.

Was a huge fan for years until the recipe was changed a few months ago. The Zinger Burger suddenly tastes very excessively of a spice or salt, difficult to describe. The piece of chicken has also become twice as thick, it just felt disgusting to have half a kilo of meat on a burger. Won't go again in the future.

I won't go to Chemnitz again because of KFC, it's not worth it. The taste leaves something to be desired, but the price doesn't. The facility does not invite you to linger for a long time.

Fries soggy don't cross. The burgers were carelessly thrown together and the lettuce from the burger was wrapped between the paper. The crispy cheeseburger is a joke, a slice of cheese and a scrap of chicken. Relatively a lot of money for relatively poor food. 4 kebabs would have been better and only half as expensive

It really used to be better. So KFC in general. The decision to only offer zero drinks is more than just wrong. There is also either apple spritzer, which I can't tolerate, or Lipton iced tea, which tastes really chemical and bad. In addition, the new dips are a horror and no longer taste good at all. I actually always liked the sweet and sour and curry dip. But the new recipe tastes terrible. Luckily the meat is - still - good. But well, you don't have to understand American madness. Why it is so difficult to understand that there are also differences in taste from country to country is a mystery to me. Not everyone wants to drink Zero or eat disgusting dips. I always enjoyed going there and was a regular customer for a long time, but something like that just scares me away. Unfortunately, I prefer to go to the competition.

But over the last few months the taste has become increasingly poor. Yesterday the chicken pieces in the bucket were a bit dry and not particularly warm. The mashed potatoes were better too. Hunger drove it in and greed kept it in. After we haven't been there for a few months because we were disappointed last time, yesterday's visit was confirmation that we're turning our backs on you for a long time. Too bad about the money... There is nothing to eat here 20 minutes before closing time. Actually, I expect food until closing time.

One employee in particular stands out with his extremely unfriendly and rebellious manner. We accidentally tried to redeem a Click and Collect voucher at the checkout and the employee asked if you couldn't read and if you never used Click and Collect during Corona times. We also asked whether we could also redeem vouchers at the ordering terminals, with the employee saying, "Yes, if you can do it too." Furthermore, colleagues are exposed and treated like garbage by him. I have never experienced anything so unfriendly here Experienced, on the contrary. We enjoyed being here because the employees are very friendly, but unfortunately not all of them are definitely the wrong job for him.

Best kfc in germany, super service and fresh food :)

For €60, we fed 5 people, but literally to the point of overeating. The staff is friendly and the hygiene is excellent. Recommends

Like any other branch (e.g. Leipzig) the same quality. Visits are rare and sporadic, but we are always satisfied.

Disaster!! The store is usually empty anyway and if it has to close, it doesn't surprise me. Kentucky is already overpriced, but when someone comes over, you should make sure that the goods you order are fresh and not taken from the warming container that the chicken was in for what felt like 2 hours. I had 2 pieces of chicken that had more breading than meat and were far dry. So 2 parts, 3 nuggets for over 10 euros. I would have preferred to buy a fried chicken for that money. Service isn't great either, you order at the table, pay and a shuffling employee puts the sad food in a cardboard bowl. Worst KFC I know, I won't go there anymore.

Delicious chicken fillets and spicy hot wings. It's always a pleasure for us. Sometimes there is a lack of transparency. You have to order the dips separately and if side dishes are shown in the offer pictures, they are sometimes only included as an option.

We were a little disappointed with the store. Bathroom wasn't nice and the soap was gone. There was no ketchup with the fries. Drinks are only available in Zero (Cola Fanta Sprite etc). I am a regular customer at KFC and am currently visiting Chemnitz. Unfortunately I have to say, I was really disappointed here. The fries and crispys were not fresh. And that at 12 noon, a shame and really outrageous for the money. Then unfortunately I could only choose bbq smoky at the kiosk and when I picked it up I asked to swap one of the sauces, but I was told that it wasn't possible. I should have changed it at the kiosk, which wasn't possible and so I was unlucky. The lady said it was instructions that nothing could be exchanged anymore. If that is your business policy, I will no longer eat at this branch. You can sit on your sauces. Really not recommended.

Yes, something like that was good, unfortunately we had a children's menu where there was hot sauce on it and it was ordered as normal. Unfortunately, you couldn't eat it. The selected sauces weren't there, but after asking you got them. I think it's bad with the terminals earlier I thought it was better, of course you have to save money, but I don't know if you have to save money on service, it's enough if you save on quality, you don't have to save money on service as well

I went to KFC again today and was shocked to find that they only had zero sugar drinks. An absolute no-go! I decide what I drink and not a fast food chain! Very disappointing...

The food we got was delicious. Unfortunately a dish was missing, ordered for 5, received 4. It was explained to us that everything was put on top of it. We were probably unable to see it then.

It was very, very tasty as always, there was very little going on at the time I was there, which meant I got my food straight away. It's always nice to eat something nice at KFC, but it's a bit pricey but there's also good quality.

So this is a chain and everyone knows that the food has its price. We bought mashed potatoes, which are sold as a side dish. This costs €3.99, but the portion yielded a total of 5 (!!!) spoons. It's not a tablespoon, it's not a teaspoon, it's something in between. The cup was only 1/3 full. How can you sell something like that with a clear conscience? Never again. Plus point - it was quick...

I think it's best to eat it in a restaurant. I wasn't really a fan of it, although I really enjoy eating chicken. Service was good because my lover brought me something. 🥰 I can't say much about the ambience because unfortunately I wasn't there.

These chickens were just so-so, a bit underseasoned and not very crispy.

Strange after the renovation it has a canteen feel. The food was ok but the prices are unreasonable. You now have to buy the butter separately for the corn on the cob for 50 cents a piece. And other very high price increases too.

Sunday 8:30 p.m. - It's a shame, we were looking forward to KFC and drove an extra 130 KM (there and back). We are very disappointed, both 10 Crispys are cold, the large fries are wobbly and the mashed potatoes are lukewarm. We don't think that's ok given the prices!

Been there again for years. Never again! If you don't want to pay with a card on the stupid display, the staff won't even pay attention to you. After half an hour of standing around stupidly, I left again. The customer is the last thing here.
