The burgers are really good. The patties were perfect. Respect 👍 McDonalds can pack up!

We ordered lunch there. From a snack bar that primarily serves burgers, you'd expect large, lovingly prepared burgers and sides. But we were disappointed. We ordered a burger menu consisting of a burger, fries, and a drink. The fries were stale and of lower quality than McDonald's (and they're not that good anymore, either). The burger had a soggy bun and was drenched in sauce, and the salad wasn't fresh either. The burger had no flavor at all and looked like it came from a supermarket. The price was truly a rip-off; for just under €16 for the menu, I expected an extravagant burger. Delivery for a distance of up to 500 meters was also 20-25 minutes late, despite pre-ordering. I don't recommend Burgerme Chemnitz Sonnenberg.

So it is and remains fast food. But I think it's better than McDonald's or Burger King at a similar price.

I ordered a meal with a drink, but it came without one and with burnt chicken wings. I can't eat it. The hotline is unreachable! Very disappointed!

Ordered for pickup from there for the first time today and was very disappointed. The fries were almost cold, the cheese sauce ice cold. They reminded me a lot of thin frozen fries. It only took 5 minutes from pickup to eating. I live close by. The cheeseburger was also almost cold, the lettuce had a disgusting crust, and everything was falling apart. The patty was really disgusting. It felt really strange when chewing and had a disgusting smell. Burger King and McDonald's really make burgers 1,000 times better. Very sad for a burger place. Even if you're picking up your expensive food half an hour before closing time, you still want quality, not something like this. I can't say much about the employees. I came in, they pressed the bag into my hand, and said goodbye. I won't order from there again. It's a shame, and I'm angry about my money.

This was my first time ordering from here. Delivery took less than 15 minutes. Unfortunately, the fries were cold and soggy, and there was way too much mayonnaise on the burgers. We won't be ordering from here again.

So, ignoring the negative reviews, I have to say that the burgers and fries are delicious. A few days ago, after work, around 9:15 p.m., I ordered a crunchy chicken, a meat-free chicken, and a portion of fries, to go, of course. The food was prepared very quickly; I didn't have to wait 10 minutes despite several online orders. Excellent. The cashier was also very friendly and easy to talk to. Very personable, competent, and my questions were answered quickly. That's service. Since I was out on my e-scooter, I had a bag in my jacket to safely transport the food. However, the food was delivered in a paper bag with no printing at all. Very sustainable, a grade of A+ with *. Even the DLV drivers were super friendly and accommodating. Yesterday we ordered from 1Burger, a BurgerMe company. The food here was also very tasty, warm, and crispy fries. It definitely won't be the last time! 😊

I like to order here via Lieferando. The delivery is always very quick and the food (mostly hamburgers, fries, cheesecake) has been super tasty and fresh so far. Definitely okay for the price, I can only recommend it. The only point of criticism I have is that you cannot specify any special requests at Lieferando. But I don't know to what extent Burgerme can do anything about it.

Disappointing – better before! I used to enjoy ordering from Burgerme, but lately the quality has dropped a lot. My burger was cold, the bun was dry, and the fries were limp. The meat used to be juicy and well seasoned, but now it just tastes bland. It seems as if the ingredients were skimped on or as if the preparation was careless. It's a shame because I really was a fan! But I won't be ordering here again anytime soon. Hopefully things will improve again.

I've picked up orders about 8 times now (over a year). People are stressed, but I've never been given any notice or anything. The food has always been delicious, and the burgers have always been fresh. Compared to Burger King or McDoof, you get something good here for a fair price. Discovered it by chance on UberEats, and I haven't regretted it yet. ^^

We ordered for the first time and are disappointed. Cold burgers and totally shifted in the packaging. Fries were stale, cold and hard. A Fritz soda was requested in the grilled chicken menu and we got a Fritz Cola. It was the first and last order, you can't get something like that for the money

We were real regular customers and regularly ordered from Burgerme. It was always good. The last time we ordered was about 2-3 months ago via Ubereats and received totally stale burgers! Salad was no longer fresh, the rolls had the consistency of toast that had been sitting unwrapped for two days. To date, no one has responded to our review! Reacts. Other delivery services such as Sushi Friends at least offer an apology voucher. We didn't even get an apology.

There isn't really an opportunity to eat there, it's just a delivery service. Very tasty there, no comparison to Mc and BK

Ordered a burger and fries via Uber Eats - what's missing? The portion of fries. As "compensation," I was supposed to receive a voucher worth the same amount as the missing fries, which is only redeemable in the store and not via Uber Eats. Aside from the fact that you should perhaps be more diligent in packing the order, perhaps it's also time to rethink your complaint management system. The lady on the hotline was extremely friendly, but for the fact that, in addition to the problem of my food being missing, I have to chase after the €4 I already paid, and then, so unkindly, only receive a voucher of the same value, you really don't deserve more than a 1*. And no, a replacement delivery wasn't an option either. We waited 90 minutes for the actual food (which, by the way, is a far cry from the "25-minute delivery" promise advertised on your store windows), so you don't want to wait another hour for a single portion of fries. Even if you had prioritized the fries, it would have taken at least 20 minutes due to the travel time.

We tried Burger Me because of a coupon. Delivery was quick. However, the burgers that arrived looked worse than anything I've ever had at McD's or BK. 😂 We had the Italian twice, and there was barely a trace of juicy vegetables (especially arugula). Instead of a tomato, there was a single, measly piece of bell pepper. Were they already out of ingredients by this time? For a burger costing over €10 a piece, that was simply abysmal.

I always order burgers as Double me or Double Angus... but of the 11 orders I placed via Lieferando, only 2 of them came with double meat, otherwise just a simple Buger instead of the double meat, thanks for nothing?!? So I'm wondering, is there something wrong with Lieferando brokerage or do you like to overlook the double meat? I find that stupid. I'm about to stop ordering from you so that I'll always have to get the money back afterwards. It's a shame actually.

We ordered spontaneously on a Friday... unfortunately it didn't take 15 minutes like in the app, but 40 minutes. The burger looked like someone had thrown it in the packaging, the lettuce was old and brown and I didn't have burger sauce as requested, just mayo. The burger was still okay and you could eat it. The fries were okay, but very limp due to delivery. The price doesn't do the menu justice at all, I wouldn't order it again!

The food was halfway ok, the burger was cold, the salad was brown and the fries were undercooked and barely or not at all seasoned. 16€ for the menu is quite expensive for this quality. Won't order there again. Absolutely not recommended.

Unfortunately the food, especially the milkshake, didn't do us any good. My colleagues and I had vomiting diarrhea one night. It only affected those who ordered and consumed the milkshake. The sweet potato fries were delivered completely soggy. The burgers weren't particularly tasty. The finger food box was good - very crispy. Overall, price-performance doesn't match. The Paypal payment went to the hotel where we stayed. I find charging a delivery fee a bit strange. After all, the prices per square meter on Sonnenberg are still likely to be significantly lower than in the center, so you shouldn't impose the choice of location on guests if you don't have a hotel kitchen on site. We won't order here again. For the same price you can get very good, higher quality food in Chemnitz, for example right around the corner.

The entire order went straight into the trash. I didn't read the comments (I'M ALLERGIC!!!), and some of the fries were burnt. Stay away, you can spend your money better. Delivery was quick, but it makes sense for a cold burger. Based on previous comments, though, this seems normal here.

Um hier noch weiter ins Detail zu gehen würde bedeuten euch noch mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Bedeutung zukommen zu lassen als ihr es wert seid. Fazit: An die klassischen und bekannten Burgerläden BK/ MD kommt ihr nur ansatzweise ran. Auf keinem bewerertungsrelevanten Gebiet seid ihr gleich gut, egal ob ihr mit dem Fahrrad kommt oder zu Fuß und mit der Straßenbahn kommen würdet. Mit sozialen Denken und verantwortungsbewußten Handeln ist es bei euch auch nicht weit her. Die Hälfte des Fußweges vor dem Laden mit euren Fahrrädern zuzustellen und zu blockieren ist an Ignoranz und Egoismus kaum noch zu überbieten. Für Fußgänger mit Kinderwagen bleibt bei Gegenverkehr zu wenig Platz um die Stelle neben der stark befahrenen Straße ohne Lebensgefahr zu passieren. Hier muss das Ordnungsamt handeln. Zum Glück kommt das mittelfristig sowieso alles weg dort. Und wenn man die "Antworten vom Inhaber" (also Ausreden!) auf negative Rezessionen liest, wird eines deutlich: der Kunde macht dort immer etwas falsch, verhält sich falsch oder hört nicht richtig zu. Euer egoistisches Denken und Handeln macht euch schon jetzt zu Wettbewerbsverlierern.

Your service is simply terrible. First, they forget the ingredients, then offer a €2 voucher for next time. When you ask for a refund, they just hang up, and they only address you informally, which is terrible. I really can't recommend this shop. Peter Pane, Hans im Glück, and all their competitors are much better by sticking to informal language and taking care of you if you have a delivery problem.

Haben gerade bei burgerme mit Lieferung Nachhause bestellt. Das Essen kam zügig nach ca. 20 Minuten. Leider waren die Burger + Pommes bereits kalt. Die Qualität war für 15€ pro Person okay. Für zwischendurch ist es in Ordnung, kann man aber auch selber besser machen.

Immer wieder lecker! Wir bestellen sehr gern und oft bei euch, bisher immer zufrieden gewesen! Extrawünsche wurden bisher immer erfüllt ohne Probleme ;) Wenn wir es uns mal abholen kommen, kann ich zum Laden ebenfalls nur top sagen! Gepflegt und sauber, so wie es sein muss. Vielen Dank, die nächste Bestellung kommt definitiv ;)

Wirklich leckere Burger! Tolle Aktionen!! Guter Service. Eine klare Empfehlung. Parken ist nur leider vor Ort nicht sinnvoll möglich. Eine querstraße daneben kann man jedoch gut parken.

Der Grilled Chicken war nicht genießbar. Ich bin erst von einer Falschbestellung ausgegangen weil ich dachte ein Steak auf meinen Burger zu haben so verkohlt und zusammengebraten war die Hähnchenbrust. Dafür hat das Bun den Grill nur aus der anderen Ecke der Küche gesehen. Und ja so wie auf dem Bild kommt der Burger aus der Verpackung....

Lieferung ist immer pünktlich, Essen ist auch sehr lecker! 3 mal Bestellt einmal haben die Pommes gefehlt. Nachliefern hat aber super funktioniert. 1 Stern Abzug wegen Preis, ist schon ein teurer Luxus aber es schmeckt verdammt gut bei Euch!

Das Lokal an der Straße ist nun nicht unbedingt das einladende aber die Burger sind wirklich endgeil. Ordentliche Bund,leckere Pattys und Soßen sind auch total schmackhaft. Alles in allem rund. Achja, die Preise sind auch noch wirklich günstig. Ich glaube zwischen 6-8€ ohne Menü ist allemal drin. Übrigens sind sogar die Pommes gut und jeder weiß dass es ne kleine Unmöglichkeit ist ordentliche Pommes zu bekommen.

Alles Tip Top. Leckere Cheeseburger, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis & Bestellung konnte ich in 15 Minuten abholen. Somit sehr schnell. Vor Ort alles sauber & gepflegt. Mitarbeiter nett & freundlich. Nur die Pommes waren mittelmäßig. Daher sind hier die 4 Sterne mehr als gerechtfertigt!

Heute seit langem mal wieder kurz meine Beherrschung verloren, nachdem ich über eine Stunde auf meine richtige Lieferung warten musste. Bestellt, falschen Burger bekommen, Service angerufen und darauf gehofft das sie nach 10 min quatschen meinen richtigen Burger nachliefern. Nach einer Stunde hatte ich immer noch kein Burger, war wütend weil der Kollege am Telefon absolut kein Plan hatte was er machen soll und meinte ich solle eine andere Nummer anrufen🫠 gesagt getan, eine nette Dame dran (falls du das liest, tut mir leid das du mein Gemaule abbekommen hast!) sie konnte mich endlich mit dem geschlossenen Store (schließt 22:30 Uhr) verbinden. Auch dieser Junge man völligst überfordert und kam mit der Aussage das er diesen Burger nicht mehr liefern können. Nach dem bei mir die Bombe geplatzt ist sagte er mir das mein neuer Burger nun geliefert wird und ich als Wiedergutmachung morgen auch noch einen gratis Burger bekommen würde. Danach war das Telefonat beendet. Nach insgesamt zwei stunden kam der richtige Burger. Wenigstens war ein Cookie dabei. Trotzdem werden wir demnächst nicht mehr bestellen obwohl die Burger eigentlich der absolute Wahnsinn sind.

Die Burger schmecken überhaupt nicht gut. Da ist sogar McDonalds besser.

Wir bestellen regelmässig, Qualität ist ok, Lieferung schnell und freundlich, aber ganz ehrlich auf Fingerfood ist der Preis bei Lieferung pro Artikel 1€ teurer und trotzdem kommt noch die Lieferpauschale drauf?? Selbst wenn Burger dabei sind?? Doppelt abkassiert.. das ist nicht schön

Qualität und Preis der Bürger echt gut!! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! Öfters auch mal leckere Bürger im Angebot. Weiter so!

Wir bestellen hier öfter bzw. holen unser Essen ab und wurden nie enttäuscht. Die Burger sind von deutlich besserer Qualität als die der üblichen Fastfood Ketten und kosten im Endeffekt auch nicht mehr. Auch die Veggie Varianten sind sehr schmackhaft.

Die Burger sind richtig lecker und auch die Pommes sind trotz Lieferung immer heiß und knusprig. Die Preise sind auch moderat. Die Servicefahrer sind auch sehr freundlich und die Lieferung kommt sehr schnell. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten heute zum Mittag direkt in die Firma bestellt, die Burger waren wirklich lecker und waren auch schnell geliefert.

Super Essen und super Personal, es gibt nichts zu meckern.

Wir haben uns hier 2 Burger mit Pommern bestellt. Die pommes waren sehr lecker, die Käsesoße war auch super. Ich hatte den Bacon Burger, diesen kann ich persönlich sehr empfehlen. Wenn man den Big Tasty Bacon von McD mag, wird diesen hier sehr mögen, er ist das bessere Pendant dazu.

Leider kann ich aktuell nur höchstens 2 Sterne geben. Das Essen selber ist sehr lecker und nicht mit McDonalds, BurgerKing usw. vergleichbar. Das Problem ist aber dass die Mitarbeiter definitiv gründlicher sein müssen und eventuell hingehend Vollständigkeit der Bestellung geschult werden müssten. 1) Vor 2 Monaten bestellt - komplette Bestellung vertauscht mit anderem Abhol-Kunde, der zum Glück noch rechtzeitig zurück kam, sodass wir zurück tauschen konnten. 2) Heute bestellt - bei Abholung war eine Snackbox vergessen worden, zum Glück habe ich das noch bemerkt - bei einem Burger wurden Jalapenos draufgemacht, obwohl nicht bestellt - Preiselbeer Dip zur 2. Snackbox vergessen == Fazit: - Gute Burger und Beilagen - Schusseliges/ungeschultes Personal, was zukünftig gewissenhafter prüfen sollte, ob die Bestellung so korrekt ist und nichts vergessen wurde Bitte arbeitet daran, Potential ist ja da.

Es schmeckt dort echt sehr gut! Aber was ich nicht verstehe sind die Preise! Ich war das erste mal dort und hab 4,99€ Euro bezahlt. 3 Tage später war ich wieder dort, aber dann auf einmal 6,99€. Oky dachte wegen Inflation. Aber ein Tag später 5,99€. Fühle mich da jetzt richtig verarscht!

Schneller Bestellservice bei Abholung, angenehmes Service-Personal. Kein Stress, sogar mit kleiner Sitzgelegenheit. Kein Restaurant, nur für Bestellungen und zum Mitnehmen ausgelegt. Wird jedoch auch nicht erwartet. Von daher keine Punktabzüge.

War zum ersten Mal hier in chemnitz bei burgerme und ich bin enttäuscht fingerfood box ohne dips man wurde auch nicht danach gefragt hab zum ersten mal mit abholen gemacht werde ich nie wieder machen Personal nicht so freundlich gewesen Atmosphäre hab mich sehr unwohl gefühlt
