Hans im Glück is an absolute highlight for all burger lovers! Not only are the burgers incredibly tasty, but there is also a varied selection that really suits every taste. I particularly like the regular specials, which always provide variety. The ambience is beautifully designed - modern, cozy and with a unique atmosphere that invites you to linger. Another plus point is the friendliness of the staff. The service is always attentive, courteous and provides competent advice if you have any questions or special requests. There is a small play area equipped with a single screen - nothing big but still ideal to keep our child busy for a while. We've been lucky so far to get a spot nearby, which made the visit even more relaxing for us. For me, Hans im Glück is definitely a place that I would love to come back to again and again. Whether with family, friends or for a cozy evening for two – everything is just right here!

Although it was very busy on Saturday evening, the service was super nice, quick and competent. The food tasted excellent.

A great evening! The service was great and casual, exactly as you would expect. The cocktails were a delight, and the burgers – even for non-meat lovers – were simply amazing! Particularly impressive: the incredibly fast cuisine. We'll definitely be back!

Good atmosphere but I haven't sat so crowded and so uncomfortable in a long time. Despite the large number of staff, they were a bit overwhelmed with the ordering process. The taste was just like a burger, not a MaC standard, but it didn't blow your mind.

It's great here! The facilities are exceptional, the staff are really friendly and the food is delicious! Unfortunately you are too far away for a second visit!

Food is okay, but somehow not worth 5 stars. The request for a large cappuccino was answered in the negative and there was a tiny one 🤦‍♂️ As I said, the burger was okay. But that was it Update: 2024/October Frozen patties and then this price 👎 I'm not coming back

Very nice restaurant in the heart of Chemnitz. Despite the large crowds on Friday evening, we received a very friendly welcome and were given a place, even though we hadn't reserved a reservation. The food is incredibly tasty and the offering is varied - the service is extremely friendly and attentive - we were totally satisfied and would love to come back ☺️👍

Nice place (inside it is furnished with tree trunks, hopefully fake) where you can eat excellent burgers, including vegan ones. Friendly staff, who speak English.

I had always avoided this restaurant because I thought it only served burgers, but now I was invited there. I was positively surprised. The waiters are all super friendly. But the best thing was and is that there is an allergen card. You can see which food contains which things, e.g. E.g. whether there is gluten in it, etc. I thought it was great. I had a salad because they also have that and it was really tasty. This would have had mixed grains, but I couldn't have eaten it, but the friendly waiter said that you could leave it out. So, I can only recommend this restaurant.

The food was quite ok. I was expecting a little more from gold fries. But they were just plain fries and the onion rings were straight from the bag. It's just a chain and not a real restaurant. But in the end it was okay.

Always worth a visit, the employees are all super, casual, friendly and on the ball. Thank you, we will of course come back.

If you like burgers, you should visit the restaurant. However, we don't like being called by people without consent, there has to be a lot of decency.

Wir haben, wie immer, die Pommes Frites und einen Salat dazu bestellt, da wir die Pommes und die veg. Mayo bei HiG einfach nur lieben. Dieses Mal waren die Pommes klein, dünn, nur lauwarm und gummimäßig - also alles andere als sonst. Wir kommen oft wegen der super-leckeren Pommes. Dieses Mal wurden unsere Erwartungen allerdings mehr als unterboten. Warum gibt es kleine, dünne, wabbelige und lauwarme Pommes? Die waren gar nicht wie auf dem Bild und überhaupt nicht lecker.

Very tasty food as well as delicious cocktails. You can try both at the evening meal. An offer from the restaurant in menu form. The burgers are absolutely recommended. The waitresses were consistently friendly. The ambience is based on a birch forest. It's not just Hans who is lucky here.

Very pleasant atmosphere..super nice service...we were there for the first time and needed an introduction to put together a menu. Food was very tasty and well prepared. I would have been happy with a semi-dry wine. Not everyone just likes dry...

The service was great, the employees were very, very nice and accommodating. We also received our orders very quickly and had no waiting time. The food was, as always, super delicious. We were completely satisfied 😍.

Great restaurant, lovely interior. Fast and efficient service. It's a burger restaurant with a variety of other dishes and salads.

Get a seat without ordering. Well-attended restaurant. Staff greeted us very nicely and brought us to the table. Very good value for money and a large selection of dishes, so there is something for everyone. The restaurant is on the ground floor and is therefore easily accessible for disabled people. Parking not in front of the restaurant but nearby in the parking garage.

Very nice ambience, good design, subtle lighting creates a good and cozy atmosphere and invites you to linger. Very friendly staff and very good service, very attentive and we were extremely satisfied without a long wait. The food and drinks are extremely tasty and beautifully presented, and the cocktails in particular are highly recommended, whether with or without alcohol. And the “Hans-im-Glück” playlist was also a good selection of suitable music to enjoy the evening in a nice atmosphere and good company. All in all, an excellent place to be on a Saturday evening, we would love to come back.

I took the lunch menu, it's amazing, for about €16.00 you get a tasty burger, a large drink, either fries or salad and finally a hot drink surrounded by trees and great staff. Thank you, I felt very comfortable.

The first time in "Hans im Glück". It was difficult to get a free place, everything was fully booked. The service was really friendly and quick. When we ordered the food, I asked the waitress what I meant by selected burger. She simply replied, “yummy” and the choice was made. I couldn't find anything wrong, it was really tasty. What bothered me a bit personally is that you still somehow sit like you're at the train station. A constant coming and going, but certainly intentional. Of course I would eat a burger there again.

Dec. 2023 Tried the vegan umami patty “Pepper Bush” with caramelized onions, rocket & 3-pepper mayo. I didn't like the consistency that much. Taste and everything else was very good. Service top! ... I found the vegetarian burger "STARKER TOBAK" (olive patty instead of beef...) very successful, fiery and juicy. In addition, crispy sweet potato fries and fresh, crunchy salad and very friendly and courteous service for a franchise restaurant. Price-performance ratio better than at the Christmas market in front of the door. ... Stopped here again after a long (Coro..) time. Very satisfied with the nice staff. Salad very plentiful but sufficient for 2 people given the price, vegetarian. Burger patties juicy and sauces delicious, fries and rolls okay.

Haben einen leckeren Burger gehabt mit top Beilagen in einem tollen Ambiente. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Hier ist alles stimmig. Vor dem Kino fix einen Platz reserviert, super schnelle Bedienung mit einem Lächeln, so macht Gastronomie Spaß. Leckere Getränke und schmackhaftes Essen, alles ausreichend und für jeden Geschmack dabei. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir sind gerne Gäste vom Hans im Glück, das Essen ist an sich sehr lecker, zwar vom Zusammenbau manchmal ein wenig Lieblos, aber geschmacklich nichts auszusetzen. Da wir mit kleinem Kind nicht so abends essen gehen können, bestellen wir gerne mal. Da gibt es einen ganz großen Punkt Abzug. Es fehlt stets etwas bei der Bestellung. Ob Soßen oder Zutaten vom Burger, das ist schon echt ärgerlich. Daher wäre dort im Service etwas mehr drauf zu achten.

Sehr sehr gut. Man bekommt absolut alles was man erwartet und es überzeugt durch das tolle entspannte Ambiente und die sehr zuvorkommenden Bedingungen sogar noch etwas mehr. Es wird einem alles auf einem sehr hohen Niveau bereitet. Die Bedienungen scheinen auch wirklich Freude an ihrem Job zu haben. Alle Speisen und Getränke sind exzellent. Preis Leistung ist absolut gerechtfertigt. Wir haben einmal auch spontan Platz bekommen. Man sollte ab 4 Personen und nach 17 Uhr reservieren. Immer wieder gerne.
