We ate here today – everything was delicious, and Bashir was very friendly and quick. We have one request: Maybe next time, there would be fewer ice cubes in the drinks.

Yesterday, two of us ordered takeaway food: two burgers, fries, and a slice of cake. The bad mood started when the piece of cake was missing. It continued when my husband got mild food poisoning during the night. The fries were delicious, but something's not right about the place.

I've never seen such a beautiful restaurant setting. We went there for lunch and there was nothing negative to say. The food was delicious and the drinks were also very good.

I went out to eat with my mom on Mother's Day, and everything was perfect. The food was amazing, and the service was very friendly and attentive. We said we'd come back there all the time.

I absolutely loved my visit to Peter Pane! The atmosphere is super cozy and modern, perfect for feeling good. The staff was very friendly and attentive. My burger was absolutely delicious – fresh, juicy and with great ingredients. The sweet potato fries were also a highlight. If you love burgers, you should definitely stop by here. There were 5 of us at dinner today, unfortunately quite a disaster. We sat for an hour until we could order drinks, which came relatively quickly. The service was very friendly and nice but she couldn't keep up with the number of guests. In such a situation, the manager should rethink his personnel concept. Now to the food, in our opinion the price doesn't match what you get, the taste was good but that's where it ends. Unfortunately we cannot recommend the restaurant.

Super fast processing of the food order. The food itself was very pleasantly warm, not too hot or too cold, and it tasted sensational. The only downside for me personally is that they only offer burgers and no steak, which I would really celebrate and come back to more often. But as a whole package you can only recommend it 🫡

The two of us had lunch at an almost empty Peter Pane. It was my first time there and I had Hans im Glück in mind as a reference because of similar concepts. After ordering, we received the drinks quite quickly from the friendly waitress. The food, however, took forever and was only lukewarm. It's a shame, because it would have been delicious hot. If the huge store had been full, I would have been able to understand it - if not tolerate it - but it can't be justified like that. The hot drink included in the lunch menu took just as long. That's why I ordered the invoice when I received it, but that also took a long time. At some point we packed up and had to actively go to the waitress to be able to pay. The restaurant was still very poorly attended. I have no idea how that's supposed to work when the place is full. There will be a lot of future ex-customers in the restaurant. In any case, this branch of Peter Pane really missed the direct comparison with Hans im Glück, sorry

Fries were sticky, the Ipanema Twist consisted entirely of ice cream. Especially for the price (8.90 euros)0 charged for the drink, you feel ripped off. Service and ambience otherwise good.

An absolute top store! Felt absolutely comfortable from reception to farewell. Florian, our service employee, was able to accommodate all requests, had an answer to every question and was very attentive all around. The food was fresh, tasty and perfect. Of course you pay a euro more than in a "burger joint" but Peter Pan is also worth €2 more :-) no fun, absolutely recommended. Also worth mentioning is absolutely child and baby friendly... always an absolute + point for us. Changing is possible, high chairs are available and children's menus are available. So everyone who is hungry, off to Peter Pan.

The burgers are solid, the rooms are super nice and the service is very attentive and quick. Our waiter Toni gave us a very nice stay :)

We went to the final dinner at Peter Page as a team. The service staff were very friendly across the board, very commendable. The food was also really tasty, even if the prices were reasonable. Peter Page's own iced tea was very tasty and completely justified at €5.90 for a large glass.

The service was extremely friendly. The thirst quenchers are very tasty and the burgers are not run of the mill.

It's very expensive and the spaces are very cramped. This also makes you want to get some fresh air.

We have been to several Peter Panes throughout Germany. Now it was Chemnitz's turn. After reading through some of the reviews, we were curious to see whether you really have to wait that long for your food here. However, our fears were confirmed relatively quickly. Table and menu went very quickly. Then waited forever to order. Drinks came quickly, but then we waited quite a long time for food, even though the place was only a third full. Something has to change about that. In the other branches this always went very quickly, even when the store was full. However, as always, the food was absolutely fantastic, there is nothing to criticize.

We ordered here for the first time today and I have to say we were very impressed with the food. We ordered different burgers. Absolutely delicious. Delivery time was also absolutely great. Unfortunately, there are 2 small drawbacks - we swallowed a bit given the prices - but birthdays only come once a year. And secondly - perhaps you could write on it which burger it is upon delivery. There's nothing worse than having to open them all to find out which is which.

We ate at Peter Pane again and, of course, went home super satisfied. For the prices, you get delicious food and drinks super quickly. The staff is also super friendly; we were served that day by the lovely Celli. We'd love to come back!

We came without a reservation. Very friendly reception. Despite strong demand, the employee made a lot of effort to organize a place for us. 6 stars for that. The location is beautifully centrally located. Nice view. The food is like everywhere else at Peter Pane. Burgers are delicious and creative. Overall, a rich offering. Would love to come back. Be sure to reserve for larger groups.

Hello, we spontaneously stopped by for dinner with our daughter on Friday evening. It was packed, but the staff could have a table ready in less than five minutes! We ended up eating upstairs. The lovely Florian provided excellent service, took great care of our little one, and was generally one of the best servers we've ever had! I highly recommend this restaurant!

Was very tasty! I would recommend the hero and the fries mix with truffle cream and hollandaise. You should just wait a bit.

The food and drinks were good. The space on the lower floor was very limited. You sit back to back with strangers without any backrest or privacy. Unfortunately, that doesn't give you the feeling of staying there for long.

Peter Pane is a very nice, quiet and authentic restaurant. It has a variety of delicious food and drinks. I can also highly recommend the variations of fries, as they are very unusual and lovingly prepared. The service is very courteous and friendly, especially Toni, Florian and Lina.

Disappointing experience at Peter Pane - cold food, unappetizing and unprofessional service Five of us went to Peter Pane and paid a total of €139 for cold, unappetizing food and poor service. Our burgers and fries were served lukewarm and cold respectively, which should not be the standard of a burger restaurant. The burger patty felt like it had just been reheated in the microwave and the fries were far from fresh and crispy. When the waitress asked if everything was OK, I politely pointed out that the food was cold. The reaction was unprofessional and unfriendly. At first we were told that the food had been served straight away, then we were told that there was “nothing we could do” and that we would just have to accept it. The excuse given was that the kitchen would be closing soon - even though there were still over two hours left of opening time. Afterwards, the service even became aggressive when I gave my honest feedback. Comparatively, we were lucky with Hans a while ago, and it was simply wonderful, wonderful! The food was fresh, hot and came to the table quickly. Every bite was a delight and we really enjoyed the entire experience. Hans im Glück really showed how to do it right - everything was perfect there, from the service to the quality of the food. For the price at Peter Pane, we expected much more - fresh, hot food and respectful service. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend Peter Pane.

The burgers taste good! On Saturday evening the restaurant was very busy and we had to wait longer until we could order or the first drink arrived at the table. You sit pretty cramped on benches with the next table back to back.

I was with my daughter at lunchtime. This was my fourth time eating there. The food this time was very mixed. My burger meat was dry and had the consistency of frozen patties. The excessive use of sauces should probably compensate for this. My daughter's crunchy chicken burger was anything but crunchy. This pressed something was absolutely inedible and soft and the whole burger had an excessive amount of not particularly tasty tartar sauce. I let this go back without a replacement because my daughter and I had lost our appetite. It was also very cold. We were both cold the whole time and sat at the table with our jackets on most of the time. Conclusion: Price-performance was not at all good. It had nothing to do with fresh food. I give it 2 stars because of the fries and the thirst quencher

As visitors to the Capital of Culture, we were looking for a relaxing place to take a break - and we found it at Peter Pane! The friendly and attentive service immediately welcomed us and guided us through the diverse menu. We were particularly impressed by the quality of the burgers and the fresh ingredients. The atmosphere was lively and inviting, perfect for a casual evening. A big thank you to the Peter Pane team for this successful culinary experience!

Nice restaurant, but: Unfortunately it took over 15 minutes to even get drinks and a menu. It's a shame if you as a guest have the feeling of not being noticed. The service staff should be trained in this regard! The food, on the other hand, was prepared quickly and very tasty.

There isn't much good there, once and never again. There's a two-hour wait to get your food, and only when you ask. The cellar works according to the motto “out of sight out of mind”. We were also told that online orders are given priority to guests in the store ( Lieferando comes first). When the food came, it was cold. Cold burgers and fries just don't taste good. Seats were uncomfortable and everything was very narrow and noisy. The table next to us was completely ignored, they were accompanied to the table but nothing more. I picked up the menu myself and only served it when I told the waiter.

The food was very tasty and the atmosphere was also very convincing. The location right next to the Altmarkt with a view of the old town hall is really nice. We sat on the first floor of the restaurant. It was just a shame that there was no coat rack or coat hook directly on site.

The burger “Land of Cockaigne” (for me without jalapenos) was the absolute high-flyer, both visually and taste-wise, downright delicious. The name says it all for the burger!! 🤩 Unfortunately, due to the only stools and wooden benches available at the tables, I can only give it 2 points for the ambience.

Spontaneously discovered it while shopping in the city and decided to take the lunch table. Super delicious fresh burger (choice of 3 types of bun) with fries or coleslaw, plus 0.5l homemade lemonade. Simply delicious, quick and super filling. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and explained everything to us very well. Gladly again!

I ordered from this restaurant for the second time today, hoping that my negative experience the first time was an isolated incident. Unfortunately I was disappointed again. The first time I had to wait two hours for my order, and today my order was simply canceled after a whopping 2½ hours. This happened despite the fact that I had placed my order well before rush hour. The way customers are treated here is absolutely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect at least a minimal form of professionalism and respect. This expectation was in no way fulfilled here.

You wait forever for your food and get in a bad mood

Perfect for a nice date. We had a pleasant table in the back area and therefore peace and quiet to ourselves. Bea, the service is super friendly, we were noticed and asked several times if everything was OK, despite the fact that we were sitting so far back. We'd love to come back and hope that the friendly wait staff will be on shift again. 😊

We went there for lunch for the first time today based on some recommendations. The atmosphere is great, cozy and modern. The menu was very appealing. Our food tasted good, and even though it was busy, it arrived on time. The waitress Aliye was very nice and accommodating. That rarely happens. We felt really comfortable. Would love to come back.

We had dinner here before our musical evening and were very impressed. The burgers are great and our service - Liy - is super nice. You alone are a reason to come back.

Food generally tastes good when it is warm. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case with all burgers. Our waiter was very friendly. However, we had to wait a long time for the menu and the food. In general it is very cold in the restaurant. All 3 of us were cold and felt a bit uncomfortable.

There were eight of us today at Peter Pane Chemnitz. It was really shocking. The staff was absolutely incompetent. The lady seemed overwhelmed as soon as she took the order. The food came in 3 stages, so that the first ones were finished by the time the last ones had their food. The burgers were lukewarm, as were the fries. The dessert was served on warm plates, which goes well with frozen yogurt. The ambience is nice, as in any of these restaurants, but this one was really dirty. Fat fingers everywhere! We have visited several of these restaurants, but Peter Pane Chemnitz is by far the worst, by far. Dirty, lousy burgers and incompetent staff. If this had been our first visit, we would have given this chain a wide berth. Even after we communicated our displeasure to the staff, nothing changed. We would have expected a supervisor to address the complaint. Really a shame.
