I ordered a burger from the lunch menu with the express request of a vegetarian patty. When it came, I immediately noticed that the patty looked absolutely nothing like the vegetarian versions (which I remember very well because I just ordered the same thing in a different branch last week.) When I asked, I was told assured that it is not meat. It was 100% meat... I still ate the burger because otherwise it would have been thrown away. But that doesn't work at all.

An evening at Peter Pane is always a treat, but Dejan takes the experience to a new level! He doesn't just serve burgers, but also lots of good vibes. His recommendations are so good that you almost forget you're here for the food - almost! Dejan is the type of waiter who refills your drink before you even realize it's empty and manages to convince you to have dessert even after your third burger. In short: Dejan is like the secret ingredient in a Peter Pan burger - he just makes everything better. Thanks for the great service, Dejan! 🍔👍

The worst service I have experienced in a restaurant. Unfriendly and slightly cheeky. After waiting for 15 minutes without asking for the first order (drinks), not even a quarter of the store felt local.

After 10 minutes the menu was handed out. After 20 minutes without any questions, we left the restaurant. Three tables were occupied outside, but none inside. The service staff was busy with their cell phones and was at the next table five times. Customer service???

Definitely worth a visit. We sat upstairs and had a nice window seat. The employees were all very nice. The food was good as always. I had the Legends Burger myself. All delicious in one. I can definitely recommend the Macaroni Cheese Patty.

Wasn't here for the first time today on my lunch break. Unfortunately, as always, we had to wait over 30 minutes for the food. Then I don't have to offer a lunch break menu. I then asked for the dessert to be taken with me to go, but unfortunately this also took a long time. Before eating I pointed out that I only had a lunch break. Unfortunately, I can only rate the ambience so far since we didn't order anything. The card is not displayed outside, but is only distributed when you sit down at a table. I am of the opinion that if you are convinced of your offer, you can display it more openly. So that had the first bad aftertaste for me. Then the food wasn't really cheap (that's okay if you communicate this openly straight away). In addition, however, the large prices for each menu on the menu only included the side dishes. In my opinion, it could have been made a little more transparent. After the first impression, we unfortunately preferred to look elsewhere.

I really like eating at PeterPane because I find the burgers, especially with Angus beef, extremely tasty. Even in Chemnitz you won't be disappointed with the food and you get very good quality food. I was at PeterPane in Leipzig and Rostock Warnemünde, where the advice and staff were absolutely friendly and gave me extremely good advice. I always missed this in Chemnitz. The employees there are not even remotely as open and friendly as in the other cities. The 5 star rating is really only because Ben served us! He was just as friendly and gave just as perfect advice as I have come to expect from PeterPane. The employees in Chemnitz should learn from him. In addition to the burgers, the experiences in Warnemünde and Leipzig are another reason why I prefer this chain to Hans im Glück and Ben has shown that it can be the same in Chemnitz. Many thanks to the kitchen for the very good burger and many thanks to Ben for the perfect service.

The food with fries was delicious, nothing can be said. The drink was also sufficient. The aperitif was perhaps a bit small. But I found the price of over 30.00 euros to be steep. For me that's too much. I think 20-25 euros is appropriate + tip. But it's in the city center + prime location, everything has to be paid for.

I found my new favorite restaurant here. I can't say anything negative, quite the opposite. Very friendly staff, all the food and drinks I tried tasted excellent and the atmosphere is very inviting. I would like to give even more stars. 👍

What a fine shop! The ambience and the staff are great - the prices for burgers at 15 euros and the non-alcoholic cocktail drink with lots of ice cream for 10 euros are a disaster! We paid 65 euros for a small lunch for the three of us, even though the lunch menu is advertised as 8.5 euros, but that only includes the side dishes! Sorry but never again with the prices.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, but we had to wait longer than usual for the delicious food, which was a shame. Everything is certainly freshly prepared, but if children are hungry, waiting more than three quarters of an hour is too long. Nevertheless, we will visit Peter Pan again.

My recommendation for everyone who likes to eat salad is the goat's lettuce. There was also warm, very tasty ciabatta rolls. The homemade lemonades are also a dream. The restaurant is modernly furnished and there is a pleasant atmosphere. The service was also OK. What bothered me a bit was that the benches don't have backrests, but the space probably wouldn't allow that... still full marks!

Staff, service, food and drinks 5 stars. Prices 4 stars. Seating options, table size and comfort 2 stars. We had a table for two and would have liked to have stayed longer and had dessert too, but since we were only sitting on a stool we left after the main course. Conclusion: Top food and service! But after an hour of uncomfortable sitting at the small table, it's enough :)

On a Saturday lunchtime in June 2024, I flew into this community grill with a few colleagues in a good mood. The good mood remained because the service was extremely attractive. The good-looking young lady kindly led us upstairs and showed us several tables. After everyone had found their seats, the waitress served us the really great menus. Bound in hardcover and creatively designed, there was a book in front of me that was enormous fun to leaf through. After a few minutes of silence, we asked what drink we wanted. I chose a Coke Zero as part of a lunch menu. A few minutes passed again before the solid food was asked for. I chose the lumberjack citizen in a sourdough roll and was not disappointed some time later. The thing was visually appealing in front of me and I grabbed it and bit down hard. My taste buds confirmed the first visual impression. Sensationally delicious is a pretty accurate assessment. I didn't leave anything left and the frozen yoghurt that was part of the lunch menu was also completely convincing. A thoroughly successful visit to Peter Pane.

The burgers were fresh and hot, the upgrade to premium beef was really noticeable in terms of taste, the sides were also super tasty and overall we were very satisfied with the food and service. The food is tasty, but you could have tried harder because the food wasn't as warm anymore and somehow it looked thrown away. The burger was dry with only a small dollop of sauce on it. The drink wasn't that tasty either. And there was a strong smell of urine in the toilet. So probably won't go there again. For the price I expect more from the food.

Hello, We were with you for the first time yesterday evening as it was our anniversary. What can you say about it, if I could give more stars then I would give you 50 stars, the ambience was excellent, the waiter and waitress last night as well as the bartender were very, very friendly and not intrusive like in some other restaurants Bars etc. The food was very tasty and a delight for every taste bud 🙂 the dessert for 2 people was simply amazing 🙂, just like the drinks were super refreshing and delicious. The prices are excellent for the service you get 👍🏻🙂 We will definitely recommend you and come back. 🙂 Best regards.

The food was very tasty and the service was also friendly. There are still points of criticism: The first would be, it was so warm in there. How is that supposed to happen in the summer? The second would be that we only paid €95 for a burger and a drink for the three of us. This is usury! The last point of criticism is hygiene. The table is wiped down and the sauces are wiped with the same cloth. Disgusting!

Average citizens, not bad but not great either. The service was great and the ambience was okay. In my opinion, a good piece of advice from the Premium Patty is worth 0 for most citizens and stay away from the cheese sauce with the fries if necessary. I will check the lunch menu again soon, it sounds interesting in terms of price-performance ratio.

Since the first day we opened, we have been to Peter Pane in Chemnitz about once a week. The service is always really friendly, quick and helpful. You always feel very welcome, even when it's completely full. Yesterday we had to wait 5 minutes for the menu and the waiter apologized several times, although it wasn't a problem for us and understandable with so many people ☺️ even with the annoying demonstration on Monday, we were already offered another table because we were sitting outside . The food is always top. I'm particularly happy about the vegan selection, as there is a rather limited supply of them in our region. But vegetarians and meat eaters will also be happy with the menu. I can only warmly recommend the new “Naturbursche” burger and the “Dream Catcher” cocktail as well as the sour “Peters Lemonade” to everyone. 🤗 The design of the store is distinctive and beautifully implemented in Chemnitz. The toilets are always clean too. It would be nice if you could find the radio play online to listen to at home. Unfortunately, when I asked yesterday, I was told that it wasn't available anywhere 😣

Unfortunately very long waiting times at lunchtime today. It was only during the payment process that they apologized for the long waiting time when we asked, citing the low staffing levels. It's a shame, you could have said that in advance when ordering. In my opinion, the offer with the vaunted lunch for €10 is suboptimal. In my opinion, the competition solved this better. I found the choice of only one, namely the Basicburger, for the lunch menu to be a bit small. Maybe you can readjust something there. The service needed improvement. Friendliness and communication should be common practice in the catering industry. I didn't like that today, but it's just a snapshot and it could change again later...

Very nice and courteous service, all the other employees were also very nice. Great, delicious food - both the vegan dishes and the vegetarian burger I had. There is a great menu for children at a good price and they will be full. If you want to eat here, you just have to know that quality also has its price. The price/performance is completely okay, because in addition to the quality of the food and drinks, there is also the good staff, the super clean location, the clean and tidy toilets and everything else around it. We would be happy to come back when the opportunity arises and would like to express high praise. However, if you think you can get a burger for €5 and suspect that you could do it better at home, you can do that and shouldn't complain. The menu can be viewed online - this saves some people the “big” surprise of having to open their wallets for good food. I wish the team continued success and look forward to the next visit.
