Bekir, best guy. Unfortunately, our food arrived cold after a 45-minute wait. But Bre played it off like a charm and didn't let on.

Throwing the money out the window would have been less disappointing than leaving it here. You look forward to great food and get a lukewarm burger with cold fries. When you ask if you can have a hot burger, they bring you back a microwaved swill. The burger had collapsed and tasted absolutely awful. On top of that, it was missing ingredients listed on the menu. I wouldn't be surprised if it was the wrong burger altogether. The "cocktail" probably only contained a cl of alcohol at most. A sad example of mass production.

Upon entering, your employee Bekir warmly greeted me and immediately showed me to my table. After I had selected my food, he came to take my order quickly and easily. The food was good; we had burgers and one burger with fries and a drink.

I ordered a burger without the bun, dubbed "Land of Plenty." In short: wilted lettuce, tomatoes with the stems still on, a gray, overcooked meat patty, and my request to remove the pepperoni was ignored by the kitchen. I ended up picking it out myself and eating half. The service was good, but the kitchen's cooking skills were questionable. €16 for such a meal, excluding drinks, on cramped wooden benches. Disappointing, to say the least. The drinks, however, were excellent.

We felt comfortable as soon as we entered PP. The young, friendly waitress, Liy, welcomed us and offered us the best table. From start to finish, Liy fulfilled all our culinary wishes without any long waits. We'll definitely be back.

The ambiance is very nice and cool, creating a pleasant atmosphere in which you can fully enjoy your meal. The food is also fantastic; the selection and the ability to customize your meal are enormous. The same applies to the drinks. To try everything, you really have to come back several times, which we will definitely do. There's nothing negative to say about the service either; the lovely Liy served us in a super friendly and courteous manner. All in all, it was worth the visit!

I ate here with my work colleague last Wednesday, and it definitely won't be the last time. The staff was super friendly, especially our host Janis, the incredibly delicious food, and the great drinks made for a fantastic evening. We highly recommend it.

This was our second time eating at Peter Pane. The food was excellent both times! The service was super friendly, but it was absolute chaos. We waited two hours for the food the first time, and 90 minutes the second time. Starters arrived after the main course, some dishes were missing something, and the rolls were wrong... Difficult.

The food was good. But waiting outside despite having reserved a table is simply not acceptable. Waiting over an hour for a burger and some fries is simply not acceptable. The bill only came after the second request. The bench is like something from a beer tent, with no backrest. Not good for about three hours. Once and never again. PS: Thanks for the standard answer. I don't think we'll eat there again. I'd reconsider the concept.

It's a shame that after arriving on time for our reservation, we had to wait another 10 minutes for our table. The drinks were brought quickly, but the food (1 burger and 1 portion of cheese and beef fries) took 90 minutes to arrive. Unfortunately, the food arrived lukewarm. We certainly won't be coming back, even though the very friendly waitress tried to placate us with a free "hot drink."

The food was really great, but the price is on the higher side if you're just looking for a vegan lunch (burger price plus about €10 for fries, a drink, and a coffee). Compared to Hans im Glück, the burgers at Peter Pane are on average about €1-2 more expensive. However, I highly recommend Vincent Vegan: I got two very similar meals for my girlfriend and me there for about €20 less – about €30 instead of €50 for two people.

The service was friendly, but plates were left sitting for a very long time. Prices are the same as everywhere else, and so is the ambiance. The food was good; we had a burger and a salad. We still won't be back.

We visited the restaurant on August 26th and were served very professionally and courteously by Barhir. We both had a lunch menu; the burgers (Goat Peter and Lumberjack) were excellent. We would be happy to return and highly recommend Peter Pane. (Due to construction work being carried out on the building, we're deducting a point for atmosphere.) While on vacation, we stopped by Peter Pane in Chemnitz and were absolutely surprised. Super delicious food, incredibly friendly service (thanks Cecile)! Highly recommended! And even going to the restroom is an experience, complete with Peter Pan stories. Very clean! We'd love to come back as soon as we go on vacation again.

Edit: Please change your delivery partner URGENTLY!!! Uber Eats is often unreliable and very slow. Love at first bite! Dad Peter Pane in Chemnitz is clearly becoming the new top restaurant in Chemnitz. You feel at home as soon as you walk in. The modern interior looks extremely inviting. We had a table on the upper floor. I always find that particularly nice, as I love observing city life from above while waiting. The servers were very friendly and accommodating. A first for me as an allergy sufferer: when I asked about allergens, the server was able to give me accurate information about the dishes without having to ask first. Great!!! There was also an extremely detailed allergen menu online for all dishes and drinks. This is absolutely exemplary and should be the same in every restaurant. Peter Pane primarily serves burgers. But salads are also available. There's a wide selection of meat burgers, vegetarian burgers, and vegan burgers, with a decent selection in each category, ensuring there's something for everyone. There are also plenty of side dishes (including many vegan ones), a couple of desserts (including a vegan chocolate cake), and a wide selection of cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The food was delicious. I had a vegan Hüttenzauber burger with a vegan patty and hash browns. The fries were nice and crispy, and the three accompanying sauces (ketchup, mayo, curry mango—all vegan) were served in as many as you wanted. The cocktails were also great and, above all, filled with plenty of liquid. It felt like there were far fewer ice cubes in them than in other restaurants or bars. For dessert, I had the vegan chocolate cake with vegan vanilla ice cream. I was also thrilled with this. I paid €27.90 for the evening menu (burger/side/cocktail). All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable visit. They understand what a burger restaurant should be like. I think Hans im Glück and Alex will simply be backups for those who couldn't find room at Peter Pane.
