We came for a meal, ordered a salad and a Happy Meal with a cheeseburger, and the order arrived quickly. There were quite a lot of fries, but there was absolutely no cheese in the burger. The staff wasn't friendly. It used to be my favorite restaurant, but now everything has changed. 🤷‍♀️

I eat like always, and I also have the feeling that McDonald's quality is declining. It used to taste more substantial and actually tasted like food; now I think it's just a dry, bland roll, and that's it.

We ordered takeaway food. A fairly large amount. And because we've unfortunately often had the experience of something being missing, we usually check the bags to make sure everything is there. Today, unfortunately, we didn't check closely enough and only discovered at home that the box with the 20 chicken nuggets was missing. Junior was incredibly disappointed, and I paid €7.99 for nothing. And as I said, it wasn't the first time something was missing.

Things have improved somewhat, but the toilets and floors are still awful... Prices are also out of control.

I have to highlight that the manager of this branch is super rude, the French fries I ordered were warm almost cold I told her I want hot ones, she refused and insisted to not switch them، I asked another client, he said she is usually rude a d not nice, maybe someone needs to draw her attention to this bad attitude.

Your avarage day Mc Donald's. Food was surprisingly good, with me ordering BigMac menu and other stuff to it. BigMac was missing some sauce though it was overall good. Delivery time was pretty quick though he didn't even say hello or anything. Atmosphere of a mc Donald's, it's full of people.

The food was finally delivered: the hot food was cold, the ice cream/milkshake was unfortunately warm and runny (which is logical given the delivery time and the simple packaging), and the packaging was completely dented and soggy. Too bad, we won't be ordering from here again! Addendum: Picked up on-site. Respectful interaction among the employees was also completely nonexistent – ​​and then even in a way that the customers noticed. Ordered a burger with bacon. It was probably vegan bacon, because there was three times the amount of lettuce on the burger. Now you have to not only check that everything is there, but also that everything is on the burgers.

The service was friendly and attentive, and my order arrived at the table in no time. The food was delicious, and last but not least, I used the restroom, which was absolutely clean. I'd be happy to go back.

👉 I quickly grabbed a Big Mac meal in Chemnitz just before closing time – and what can I say? Simply great! 🍔🍟🥤 The Big Mac was fresh, hot, and exactly as you know and love it. The fries were perfectly crispy, and the Coke was ice-cold. The staff was friendly, quick, and still had a smile despite the late hour 😊 As a Berliner, I almost feel at home here – it was a truly wonderful experience! 🙌 I'd love to come back! 💯

We ordered 2 identical McFlurries. One full, one not even half full. The difference was too obvious, which is why we kindly complained. On the one hand, when you complain, you are insulted, and then you obviously switched from one McFlurry to the other, because in the end I got two half-filled McFlurries back. The original full cup was significantly lighter and "emptier". Poor customer service. You feel pretty betrayed and not valued as a customer. There were four of us and the assessment was made independently.

This is the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen! The tables were dirty and sticky, as was the floor! With a lot of luck you found a reasonably clean table! Addendum: Guests who wanted a table next to me called for an employee to clean the table. But instead of cleaning the other few free tables, he immediately left. The food was brought to my table, the number was simply left out and not taken away. The cart with the used trays was completely full, and the tables next to it were also completely full of trays. The guests simply didn't know what to do with it anymore! It appears that there simply weren't enough staff present. It was pure chaos! Never again!

Fastfood der anderen Art. Absolut schlecht organisiert, man sollte die Bude aller 5 Gäste schließen, die dann erstmal abarbeiten, dann wieder öffnen. Das Personal hält sich nicht an die einfachsten von MC Donalds vorgegebenen Abläufe. Gestern standen wir sogar 10min im Rückstau der Drive Schleife. Keiner konnte mehr den Parkplatz verlassen, die Mitarbeiter nutzen nicht die MCD Arbeitsabläufe...

We were going to a concert next door and actually wanted to grab something quick to eat. The order machines are right in the entrance area and on the way to the toilets. That was very unpleasant because you had to constantly avoid ordering. We waited a relatively long time for the food. Everything was very uncoordinated. We actually wanted to eat there. But we literally fled. It wasn't a nice visit.

I ordered via the app today. I actually wanted to pay directly in the app, but the app gave an error message during the payment process and asked me to pay at the checkout in the restaurant. When I got to the checkout in the restaurant, I had to wait quite a long time while the foreman yelled at her colleagues. After I was finally able to pay, I had to wait a quarter of an hour for my order. This caused me to miss my train and was therefore late for work. Thank you for this too. I hope it works better next time, otherwise I probably won't order here again.

In my opinion, the best and tastiest fast food restaurant there is....The MC Donalds at Bhf Mitte in Chemnitz is also a nice large MC Donalds with indoor and outdoor areas for children to eat and play....very well located on several public transport routes, e.g. from the bus line 82A/B at the Bhf Mitte stop, or the tram line 1 towards Schönau and back at the Reichstr stop. And the MC Donald's is less than 50m opposite...the RB30 train towards Dresden and Zwickau also stops there, where the MC Donald's has been very easy to reach since the station was renovated and is even barrier-free!
