Fast service and clean restaurant.

It's just bad when I order and have a request, but the young man at the checkout doesn't understand a word of what I want.

Really okay for a McDonalds. There are worse things. Have been here many times and never had an order with a bad surprise

The burgers were really carelessly thrown into the packaging, the fries were old and the tables weren't wiped down between meals. In my opinion the worst McDonalds in Chemnitz.

Both drinks were forgotten to be delivered. McDonalds doesn't care about this because Lieferando employees deliver. So as a customer you have ordered correctly, paid in full and are then allowed to deal with the mistakes yourself in order to get your money back at some point (because the drinks will never come). This is really bad customer service and needs to change.

We spontaneously went to McDonald's at night to get something to eat and we really enjoyed it. I still appreciate table service as a relaxed service. Paying at the terminal also went without any problems. Unfortunately, the program for ordering at all McDonald's is very slow and not particularly well thought out. Otherwise the restaurant was clean, we felt comfortable in the atmosphere and the food came relatively quickly.

After years of going without, I got myself a Mc Flurry again, I can recommend the one with Oreo. ;) Unfortunately, I have to say that the staff seemed quite stressed (probably just because it was very busy that day) and they answered my companion quite rudely. But all in all quite okay there

App didn't work, fries were cold and 20 minutes before closing the lights were simply turned off without warning while we ate.

The service wasn't very good, they didn't add a single burger to the order which is not very nice because I visit this branch often.

Everything was great, I always enjoy coming here. Food arrives super quickly and completely, the tables were clean and the service was courteous. Gladly again 😊

Ordered via Lieferando. 2 burgers were missing from delivery. You call and you're told you can either complain about Lieferando or come by and get your burgers yourself. Hello, are you still okay???

Team leader talked like she was the greatest. Ice cream had very very little sauce on it. Cake was very dry and old and didn't taste good at all. NOT WORTH IT!! Never again.

The blueberry muffin wasn't fresh, but the coffee was good.

Tasty and quickly prepared. There are not always order numbers in the terminals. There are also tables outside and a free toilet with hot water.

How can such a huge company still have intercom systems from the 80s? Half of my order was taken incorrectly after we tried for ages to choose the right food. Everything was still wrong on the display and this is what my order looks like. Unfortunately it was the last time. I'd rather eat at home after work than spend €30 on a half-perfect order and it's not about the money. Every burger looks like it's either someone's first or last day. It's a shame what you made of it. I was a loyal and satisfied customer in other branches but now I have completely lost my appetite for McDonald's.

Update: Ordered burger without cucumber but got it with it. Completely forgot about apple turnovers. There is no longer even a straw with a milkshake (only upon request). Otherwise it's just a McDonald's.

The restaurant was not very inviting. The food was lukewarm and the ambience seemed unkempt, even though it was empty at the time.

Rating: 1 star ⭐ I am deeply disappointed with my repeated experience at McDonald's. Unfortunately, there seems to be a pattern at this location that leads me to believe there is systematic fraud going on here. It hasn't just happened once, but again and again: my food is constantly forgotten or delivered incomplete. 😡🍔🍟 It's frustrating to come home and find that part of my order is missing. And the worst part is that I have the impression that this is done on purpose. How else can it happen so often? It's almost as if they're hoping customers won't notice the missing items or won't feel like complaining. 🤔 To my surprise, I was also blacklisted because I complained about the missing orders. This is absolutely unacceptable! Instead of solving the problems and improving the service, I as a customer am punished. 🚫🙅‍♂️ And then there's a sign in the store that's supposed to embellish the scheme: They're offering 50 cents to "embellish" reviews. This is another indication that something is very wrong here. Instead of improving their performance, they try to get out of the affair with money and deceive customers. 💸😠 I definitely cannot recommend this McDonald's location. If you value complete and correct orders as well as good customer service, avoid this place. It seems like they don't value the customers here and instead want to cover up their own mistakes. 🚫👎

Just a McDonald's... Plain and simple...

Basically, the usual MCS ate everything, so purely in terms of taste, everything was fine. However, the drive in is terrible. I strongly advise you to immediately check that the order is complete when you hand over the bag. Very often you are literally taken for a ride there. Essential components of the food you ordered are simply missing and I'm not talking about a dip or a bag of ketchup. Today a complete box of mc nuggets was missing again, which made up a third of the order. Underneath it all, the main thing is that I left money for this rubbish meal. Simply the very last thing in the place.

Everything is quite normal, as in any other McDonald's establishment. A visit on a Wednesday at 16:00 was even a little pleasantly surprised by the small number of visitors, which is not very typical in my opinion. I see numerous negative reviews (from people with 2-3 reviews in their profile) and I get the impression that I was at some other institution, but no - I was right here. And I can't confirm any of the feedback payments, meaning EVERYTHING IS AS IT SHOULD BE, 100%.

Ordered through Lieferanto and, as always, there was no food. Call there, contact Lieferanto and you will get the money back. Subsequent delivery not possible. Simply an impudence. Thus, a person has to starve.

They try to bribe people to leave good review, but the fact is they have awful customer service, when we made a complain to the staff, the person is rude and didn't even say sorry.

When ordering 3 McFlurries, 2 of the 3 sundaes arrive at the table in a milkshake consistency. When asked whether we could get a new ice cream, the branch's management, which apparently had little focus on good customer service, condescendingly and rudely commented on how long we had left the ice cream on the table. And turns away from me with a snippy “Tzzz”. The second preparation ended up being even more crumbly.

Super chaotic, the staff that has more to say is super unfriendly. I had a problem in the app and it was addressed straight away. I was there days before and had to wait ages. There is no emphasis on cleanliness either, the tables are super dirty.

So, when you get it - I can also confirm that it's better to check your order immediately, otherwise you'll have to swap it back and forth with other guests in the parking lot to make it work. This also happens when you wait a comparatively long time for your order. In addition, the impiety with which the burgers are prepared is now increasing immeasurably. It's okay that the burgers are lying crooked in the box. Yesterday I was allowed to fish the individual parts out of the bag. If this is a new marketing strategy, you should prepare the guests for it, because it is completely disgusting and unpleasant?! Fast food or not, but a little more respect for the guest and the food itself, how about that? It may be that the restaurant is very busy and guests need to be served via different channels. But that shouldn't be a reason for staff and franchisees to make absolutely no effort in so many ways. In terms of friendliness, I can't say anything negative here. As I said, apart from my cravings for sugar and fat, nothing drives me there.

Toilets really small and unkempt. Food dry and cold and the restaurant is very dirty, there is garbage everywhere, the tables are sticky. The staff is very overwhelmed and the children's playground is full of garbage and leftover food.

First you want to order breakfast, the times were simply changed without you knowing… Then you order a cheeseburger without a pickle and what do you get? A cheeseburger with only meat and ketchup. Service is getting worse and worse...

I have to say we are super disappointed. We specifically ordered a menu with a glass, plus other dishes/drinks. Used the app and just picked it up. It's great that this is offered, but of course you only notice when you get home if something is missing. This time it was the glass. The kids are disappointed and well, that's why you don't go again. It's a shame, probably just overworked or overloaded...

1 star is actually too much... wrong burger in the menu and the dip was also the wrong one. Statement from the staff - you would have to pay extra for the "real" burger. For me, this is completely beyond customer-oriented behavior. This is not whining on a high level, but reality and it should be said that you work in the trade yourself and the sound makes the music. Well, this will be our first and last visit here!

Unfortunately, I can only confirm the negative points: overwhelmed staff, incorrect deliveries and then no contact person who can help. And yes, the table display that you get for 50 cents for a 5 star review actually exists. That made me smile again, which is why I get the bonus star for humor. Ordering at the terminals is relatively quick. Depending on the visitor, you have to take into account a lot of waiting time. Please check your order as something is usually missing. The ambience is bottom drawer. I've never seen such a dirty store. Since the McDonald's in the city center closed, everyone seems to meet here and leave their mess behind. The floor sticks everywhere. I have no idea when the last time was wiped. The little indoor play area is simply disgusting. Parents don't seem to care if their kids jump in either. The toilets are no better. The outdoor play area is apparently not only used by children up to 12 years old. Saliva and other dirt residues decorate this play equipment. The return containers for the trays are overflowing. Unfortunately, the food is no longer what it used to be, maybe that's because it comes to the table almost cold. It's a shame what happened to MC.

In this branch it depends on when you go. Many mistakes happen at peak times. Extra requests that are booked at the terminal are often forgotten. It happened several times that my Big Tasty Bacon, which was ordered with 2 layers of meat, only came with a patty. It's best to check on site. If you stop by late in the evening during the week, everything goes smoothly. Unfortunately, on weekends it is often too crowded with teenagers.

I don't think this McDonald's is that good because it unfortunately has a machine for ordering. Unfortunately not so good as a blind person. You always have to seek help and you can't, for example, order on your own. I find it very unfortunate

Too slow for “fast food”. I pre-ordered online and still waited more than 20 minutes. It was also annoying that many numbers were finished much later than my order number.

Farm burger cold. Scrambled egg wrap not done. No bacon in it. Even though it was ordered that way. I've never experienced such a quiet McDonald's. When I asked if I could put on some music here, I was told: I have to ask. But that was it. Nothing could be heard apart from the shrill complaining of the female employees. Not again.

So it's like this: I've been waiting here for my food for 20 minutes, my fellow visitors received their food 5 minutes apart. Again, the NRW boxing team got their food after 2 minutes and set off again. I'm starting to get restless, you can't do that to me.

Food is getting smaller and more expensive

Unfortunately we are not satisfied. When ordering here in Chemnitz, part of the order was missing. The chicken nuggets in the Happy Meal were probably found behind the deep fryer and put in the package. Our son spat the things out at home. They definitely weren't fresh, let alone good. We really haven't experienced anything like this before. It's a shame that we picked up the order at the drive-thru and not at the restaurant!!

We were in a mess at McDonalds in Chemnitz, what we ordered wasn't in the bag and half of it was missing. No apology from the staff, that's not possible.

Just stopped by for the hyped cheese dip. This is probably a joke. Stale and cold. Nothing to do with the promotional videos and melted cheese. The only plus point about it is that such a small bowl is enough for several burgers, but that's only because the container is far too small to dip a normal burger in :) The signs about the 5 star reviews are a joke.

Rarely have I and my little daughter been so consistently ignored. we waited at the coffee counter. The service employee walked past us three times, leisurely unloaded the dishwasher and avoided eye contact. Even if the restaurant is full and the position may not be filled, it is nice for customers to point this out or inform someone responsible. That doesn't work at all.

There's no need to talk about the food. McDonald's... I like the Cappu, but if an assistant who barely speaks German is desperately fumbling with the portafilter, then it can't work. Simply embarrassing, even considering the prices! Store overwhelmed and dingy, shame on you!

Pretty much exactly what you imagine from a McDonald's. If you're ever in need, you can get something to eat there, otherwise I would advise against it given the prices because you'll get hungry again after an hour anyway.

In this day and age I can understand that you don't have to be wasteful, but saving so much on the sauce that there isn't really any on it is overkill. The sauce actually makes the McRib. Tables dirty, wrong food brought to the table, all in all, the restaurant had the charm of a train station yesterday! A pity!!!

Heute zum Sonntag sehr voll, recht laut und nicht so ganz gemütlich. Ich war am Nachmittag auf eine Tasse Cappuccino, ein Eis und eine Apfeltasche da. Service war trotzdem gut, aber das Eis schon recht geschmolzen als es an meinen Tisch geliefert wurde.

Leider kein Deutsch sprechendes Personal. Die Location ist ziemlich unsauber, das sind wir von anderen Filialen so,nicht gewohnt..

20 Minuten für einen einzigen Double Hamburger

Von positiv zu negativ. Seit einigen Monaten nur Chaos hier. Ständig werden Dinge vergessen im Drive-In. Sehr lange Wartezeiten im Drive-In (Drive Zeit interessiert anscheinend nicht mehr). Ist nicht mehr angenehm hier. App Bestellungen sollten schneller gehen, aber nein dauert länger als normale Bestellung.

Sauberkeit lässt tatsächlich zu wünschem übrig, aber die freundluchkeit der Mitarbeiter (nicht Jeder) holt es am Ende wieder raus. Auch die Bestellungen wurden so bearbeiter wie angegeben, zeitlich hat alles gestimmt und für den Preis ist der Geschmack auch angemessen. Ein Schnellrestaurant was hin und wieder einen Besuch wert ist.

Mcd muss man nicht beschreiben...

Wir haben heute versucht über Lieferando dort zu bestellen. Bestellung und Lieferzeit wurde bestätigt. Nach einer Stunde Wartezeit wurde sie dann plötzlich storniert. Ist immer ein Glücksspiel, ob die Lieferung dort klappt oder nicht. Wenn es klappt fehlt leider oft etwas.

ich würde dort kein essen mehr bestellen!!! der schlechteste aller schlechten mcdonalds. das essen was man dort bestelllt kommt entweder nicht an, oder nur die hälfte von dem was man bestellt. und da ist egal wo man bestellt ob bei mcdonalds selber oder bei lieferando!🤬🤬🤬🤬

Kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Schnelle Bestellung und Zubereitung der Speisen.

Service gut soweit. Personal leicht genervt gewesen. Essen war lecker. Ambiente gefiel mir sehr gut.

Hat eigentlich null Sterne verdient. Erst versauen die die Bestellung und dann wird man auch noch angepamt. Komplette Katastrophe das Teil

Mit eines der besten Mcdonald's wo ich gewesen bin. Sehr schnelle Bedingung und ein Sehr freundliches Personal, freue mich schon auf das nächste mal.
