All the ordering terminals were so slow, you really had to keep your nerve. This resulted in long queues during rush hour. The women's toilets are extremely narrow. To open the door you have to stand over the toilet so that the door can pass. Super disgusting.

Dirt, dirt and more dirt. Sticky tables, leftover food, greasy seats, I've been here several times and there was never a towel in the bathroom, today there is no soap either. I'd rather not mention the toilet. This is not the case at every McDonald's

Everything is good in itself. But what kind of toilets are these? Closing the door is only possible if you step halfway over the toilet bowl, and it is disgustingly dirty and stinks.

At this point, a big compliment to the young woman at the checkout last night (June 16th) 11:00 p.m., the shop was full of ice hockey players and concert goers, stress to no end, the machines didn't print out any more slips, but the lady stayed Relaxed the whole time and always had a smile on his face. McDonald's, no matter where in Germany, I think it's always a quick fast food for in between meals, just like it is for me. However, sometimes you are unlucky and the French fries, for example, are quite feminine or almost or not salted at all.

The branch is okay, often overcrowded - but what bothers me is that you can't meet anyone there for a long time. I received a letter from "Parkdepot" today saying that I should pay €40 because I stood there for more than 1.5 hours. Of course, eating is quick. But extremely unsuitable for a cozy meeting with friends. It's nice to be a customer there... but not anymore. I'll avoid it in the future and prefer to meet at Burger King, they don't mind if their customers stay longer.

Food incomplete, cold where it arrived. Chocolate cookie felt like it was from the day before.

Food is McDonald's standard. The service is very friendly and accommodating. Tables are mostly clean. The staff always tries to keep the restaurant clean.

Leider habe ich heute 45 min IM RESTAURANT auf meine (über App) Bestellung gewartet. Viele andere Bestellungen sind dort einfach verloren gegangen, wo man sich aber dann so schnell wie möglich drum gekümmert hat, wenn man mit seiner Bestellbestätigung vor gegangen ist(natürlich mit langem Anstehen, dort war die Hölle los).

Positive: The service at the counter was very friendly and the staff in the kitchen seemed very committed and did a good job. As always, the food was great and was delivered to the table very quickly. Neutral: The lower floor is a bit small in terms of space, which means it can get crowded/cramped quite quickly during peak times. The table furniture is also not quite as nice as in other branches, but it is completely sufficient for a visit. Negative: The toilet rooms don't seem very hygienic and smell unpleasant. The problem is also known from other branches and is certainly due to the high number of visitors.

I was here for breakfast today. The first disillusionment: the parking time limit mentioned by many! It doesn't work at all! My granddaughter can act like a fool, we're going to Lichtenau! But probably some authority is screaming about the risk of accidents again! As far as the staff are concerned, I can't say anything bad. I was pleased that they obviously had fun together. It's no longer a given in Germany these days!!

Wanted to have breakfast at McDonalds today. We didn't see that the menu had been changed and there were no longer any scrambled eggs. The unfriendly woman at the counter then made fun of it. She also became very unfriendly when I chose the wrong burger and wanted to change it. Unfortunately, we are not convinced by the new range either. Was very disappointed with this branch today.

Get a fine because you park as a guest!!! On top of a wonderful afternoon with plenty of sales for McDonald's, there was another ticket! We were with friends and of course our kids and for your sake. We had a wonderful afternoon/evening and wanted to fulfill one of our children's wishes. So we went to McDonald's and spent a lot of money with you. The playground was also explored at the end. The staff is rude and incompetent. I was there yesterday and ordered 2 Happy Meals. One with a Barbie and the other with a Hotwheel. I also thought that I didn't have to control it. When I got home I discovered that the Barbie was missing and the Hotwheel car was also the wrong one. I don't usually complain but there's always something in this McDonalds. It's just annoying. The ice cream was also the wrong kind. I don't understand why people choose things when they pack what they want anyway. Danger! Do not park for more than 1.5 hours!!! They are so bold that you get a fine of 40 euros because you ate there and stood/sat there for a long time. I have never experienced so much audacity and customer unfriendliness. We go to work hard and just wanted to chat for a while, so we were there with two cars. Ate for 50 euros, fined 80 euros. Sporty evening. You will NEVER see us again! And I will share it with the whole world! The very last thing is you!

You rush through trying a burger again and then you're disappointed again. It's nice that you can put together food, drinks and ice cream on the touchscreens. However, operating these touchscreens requires a lot of patience. Sometimes we would have to tap 10 times to get a response. At some point we wanted to switch to the cell phone app. Unfortunately, some orders were only possible in the restaurant. Then the burgers came super quickly. Not a long wait. I chose a burger that I would certainly have had myself. With tomatoes, lettuce and onions, which were added to the patty between the bottom and top of the bun with a little bit of sauce. So it should be a delicious burger. But the first bite was disappointing. All I really want is a little tasty. But unfortunately that doesn't seem to work there. The consistency is sticky, with little taste and simply no jam jam. I couldn't figure out whether it was missing salt, pepper or something spicy. Unfortunately, there was far too much missing for it to be tasty.

By far the dirtiest McDonald's I've been to. Tables are not cleaned. Customers clean the tables themselves. But the staff doesn't care.

Yes, it's fine there so far... it's very nice there for my children because there's a large play area on the upper floor. There is plenty of space for eating, everything was perfect. But unfortunately I have to say that there was no paper in the toilet twice when I washed my hands and unfortunately there was always no soap...

I met a former colleague here, we went in around 5:20 p.m. and placed our first order, so far everything was good. After an hour we placed a new order and that also came - so everything was fine so far. After dinner, another hour later, we left. About a week later a letter arrived asking me to pay a fine for exceeding the parking time. - Objection doesn't help, so you have to pay. This is actually the first place I know of that penalizes paying customers for using the restaurant. We're talking "only" about €35 here, but still very weak from the restaurant operator. It doesn't work for you. That was probably the last time with you, it's a shame, but somehow you feel like you've been ripped off. PS: Be careful with children's birthdays, they usually last longer. So it could be more expensive than you initially think.

They have a job and don't get it done. I order a chocolate flavored milk sake and the first thing I get is a vanilla one. It can happen. I'll go back and ask again and get a new one. Yes, that wasn't a chocolate taste either, it was that coffee chocolate thing. So how stupid can you actually be? You have to know.

Mc Donalds like Mc Donald but there is an innovation in the parking lot - parking only with a parking meter otherwise it will be expensive. Kinderpaty ends after two hours, otherwise there will be a surprise

3 times in a row that the burgers weren't hot and half "dried out"... There are leftover food everywhere on the floor and the tables are usually not clean either (but that's the fault of the guests). All in all, the quality decreases from year to year...

sehr nettes personal und ein modernes design und es hat 2 etagen mit einer spielecke für kinder.Im außenbereich ist auch ein kinder spielplatz und der mcdrive ist sehr organisiert.

Soweit so gut,aber an scharfen Produkten fehlt es ganz schön!!! SCHADE und 29.01.2024 heute wieder mal bewiesen das auch eine kleine Bestellung zu Betrug führt,trotz das nicht viel los war,etwas bei der Bestellung vergessen wurde!!!

Jedes Mal wenn wir in der Filiale sind funktioniert das Terminal nicht oder stark verzögert . die Ausfahrt ist leider eine Katastrophe da es direkt auf eine starkbefahrenen Hauptstraße geht.der Parkplatz Ansich da es immer gut besucht ist überfüllt teilweise stehen Autos so das man nicht durch kommt weil nur schnell was geholt wird. Da braucht man echt gute Nerven . Auch die Einfahrt ist unübersichtlich meist wird über die Tankstelle eingefahren . Über Personal und essen kann man nix sagen

Nette Bedienung nur die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig

90 min Parkzeit ist zu kurz für Familien mit Kindern.

Wer auf Durchfall und Erbrechen steht kann da gerne essen. Wir hatten es jetzt schon zum wiederholten Mal. Die Dame am Schalter war zwar diesmal freundlicher als beim vorherigen Male, was die Tatsache aber nicht ändert dass mit dem Essen was nicht stimmt. Ob nun die Lagerung oder Zubereitung. An irgendeiner Stelle scheint es massiv schief zu gehen.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker aber das Personal ist unfreundlich zu Kindern/Jugendlichen und es ist auch schmutzig

2ter Weihnachtsfeiertag, alle sind freundlich und zeigen sich gut gelaunt. Vielen lieben Dank auch an die liebe SARA, die unser Essen mit einer Herzlichkeit übergeben hat wie ichs selten erlebe.

Mein Besuch bei McDonald's zufriedenstellend, aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Es ist ein guter Ort für ein schnelles, einfaches Essen, aber es gibt Bereiche, in denen sich das Restaurant verbessern könnte, insbesondere in Bezug auf Servicegeschwindigkeit und Essensqualität. Ich würde zurückkehren, bin aber offen, andere Optionen zu erkunden.

Äußerst freundliche Bedienungen die sind nicht aus der Ruhe bringen ließen. Leider ist es teilweise etwas schmutzig und die Reinigung der Tische sollte öfter erfolgen. Was mich am meisten ärgert ist das der Eisbecher McSundae nicht mehr genießbar ist. Früher sahnig-cremiges Eis, heute nur noch wässrig. Lieber hätte ich 50cent mehr bezahlt und das leckere Eis behalten aber dieses wässrige Zeug mag ich nicht mehr essen

Noch nie so schlecht in einem McDonalds gegessen. Zusammen mit 2 Freunden die der gleichen Meinung waren.

In Ruhe essen geht gegen 21:40 nicht, man wird gestört von der Lautstärke privater Gespräche des Küchenpersonals

Bei Mitnahme hatten wir nie Probleme gehabt. Innen ist genügend Platz, es gibt eine zweite Etage, die aber öfter nicht geöffnet ist, ansonsten gibt es 4 Bestellterminals. Meistens hält sich die Wartezeit in Grenzen, je nach Andrang natürlich.

Leider ist hier die Parkdauer auf 1,5h begrenzt und wird mit 30 Euro bestraft wenn überzogen. Ich finde das geht einfach nicht, wenn ich hier in Ruhe Pause machen möchte.

2x Smart Menü, alles sehr frisch und heiß, Pommes ordentlich gesalzen. Leckerstes Menü, das ich in letzter Zeit hatte

Essen ist Mangelhaft, Kalt oder lustlos gemacht. Ambiente ist eine Frechheit da liegt der Müll/Essen aufn Boden Tische sind voller Essensreste. Klos sind versifft, Papier nicht aufgefüllt das ist eine Frechheit was man hier angeboten bekommt. Sehr stark nachgelassen.

Ich finde die Lage etwas ungünstig und es wird irgendwie immer etwas von der Bestellung vergessen.

Die McDrive Einfahrt ist etwas eng, aber ok. Die Parkplätze eher wenig und eng...ansonsten McDonalds halt 🫣

Alles neu gebaut und man hat so ne tollen Tower drin wo man alles schon alles auswählen kann, bezahlt und holt sein Zeug nur noch ab.

Bestellung wurde zügig ausgeführt. Essen war warm genug. Ein Highlight war es aber nicht. Milchshake mit fast 14€/L viel zu teuer.

Es war teilweise dreckig, der Wagen im 1.OG war überfüllt und es roch komisch. Keine Ahnung nach was, so sollte es aber in keiner Burger-Bude riechen.

Es war einer der besten Services meines Lebens mega Personal, Bürger waren auch top besser als BürgerKing!

Ein längerer Aufenthalt im Etablisement ist nicht gewünscht. Wer länger als 90 Minuten für sein Essen und für seinen Kaffee braucht, sich mit seinen Freunden gerne unterhalten möchte wird von einem privaten Parkplatzüberwacher digital abgezogen. Die Quittung über 35€ Vertragsstrafe kommt 2 Wochen später aus München. Glückwunsch! 0 Sterne...unterirdisch schlecht.

Sehr gestresste Mitarbeiter. Sehr unfreundlich. Habe schon alles per Paypal bezahlt da sagte sie mir es geht nicht . Ich sollte alles neu machen . Sie packten mir in mein Happy Meal Eine scharfe Curry Soße obwohl Ketchup bestellt wurde. Sehr schlechter Service und das Spielzeug durften wir uns auch nicht raussuchen. NICHT WEITER ZU EMPFEHLEN!

So das Lokal is recht ok aber das essen ist zum wiederholten mal unvollständig und nicht 100% durch ( Frühstück Muffin Bacon Egg) Ich weis nicht ob es an dem Personal in der Küche liegt oder an der fehlenden Aufsicht für "die Fachkräfte" wie man die heute so schön nennen soll

Diese McDonald's ist eigentlich wie jedes andere McDonalds aufgebaut. Die Bestellabwicklung geht schnell und unkompliziert, allerdings ist die Abreise etwas komplizierter, da man nur in eine Richtung abbiegen kann (Zwingpfeil). Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn Probleme auftreten sollten. Die zweite Etage ist leider sehr oft gesperrt, aber trotzdem vorhanden (im Gegensatz zu manchen anderen McDonaldsfilialen). Man muss definitiv die Park Zeiten beachten, auch wenn man Gast war und nach Schließung noch auf dem Parkplatz Gespräche geführt hat.

Essen ist halt McDonald's, das weiß man vorher, das Ambiente weiß man auch vorher. Ein freundlicher Ton oder eine Antwort auf eine Nachfrage zu einem getränk wären für mich jedoch selbstverständlich gewesen. Beides gab's nicht.

Meine Kinder hatten sich sehr auf die Pokémon Karten gefreut, leider wurde ins Happy Metal irgendein altes Spielzeug rein gelegt. Da wir im Drive in waren, haben wir es leider erst zu Hause gemerkt. Schade, dass sowas ausgenutzt wird

Ein typischer McDonalds. Die Bildschirme zum Bestellen funktionieren nur sehr lahm, die App reagierte auch nicht. Der Service und das Essen waren okay.

Sehr ordentlich und sauber, ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Restaurant alle Speisen sind sehr Frisch zubereitet und in kürzester Zeit serviert.

Immer noch dreckig wie immer. Heute mal Eiskaffee probiert. Der Kaffee sehr lecker, aber den Becher zur Hälfte mit Crush-Eis gefüllt, ist klar, um so weniger Kaffee muss man reinfüllen. Das ist Abzocke, bei 0,4 l wahrscheinlich nur 0,2 l Kaffee, der Rest Eiswürfel.
