Are you actually ashamed?! Are you actually ashamed that you charge two moms and their children a contractual penalty of €70 for using your parking space? We were your guests, we ordered plenty of food, the children played and at the end we even ordered more food, which we ate in peace. What a bottomless impudence is it that we spent 35 minutes too long in your establishment or is the impudence on your part because you relieved your guests of 70 additional euros?!?! Simply unbelievable...I think it goes without saying that neither we nor anyone in our family and friend circles will ever take a sip of cola near your restaurant again. And a little note on the side: You can also wipe dirty tables.

We drove 35km to have breakfast here. Ordered online in advance and was at the McDive at 10:32 a.m. The employee told us in an absolutely unfriendly manner that we would no longer be able to get breakfast here. Hospitality is something different. Here the sound makes the music. We asked if the colleague (young woman, red hair and piercings) could cancel the order, to which she stopped answering. Only the apparent superior was able to explain to us in a normal tone that this was not possible. We've been here several times before and each time we've been greeted with sticky tables and leftover food on the floor.

Something new and fresh in terms of concept would be good here. A few years ago there was a nice children's playground here, which is now mostly closed. We don't know whether it still exists because usually only the lower floor is open and the top is closed. In general, due to space constraints, everything is set up too tightly here.

It's easy to forget something extra. It's best to check everything immediately.

The burgers look like they were shot into the package from 5 meters away. The lattice fries were moldy. Never again!!!

Unfortunately, an absolute disgrace. You come extra to pay a lot of money for this overpriced meal, only to receive a letter a few days later with a fine for parking too long. The owners and shop managers there should be happy that someone else comes and voluntarily leaves so much money. It was my last time, I prefer to go somewhere where you as a customer are valued and treated accordingly.

The food is good compared to other McDonald's. The service could be much better, because even if it's a fast food restaurant, the tables and chairs shouldn't stick like that. A request to wipe the table is usually enough. In terms of ambience, it's just a main thoroughfare. Nevertheless, it's okay and you can spend the short time during the meal. However, since smoking is permitted outside, it is almost impossible to have a good time with children who would like to go to the play castle.

All the ordering terminals were so slow, you really had to keep your nerve. This resulted in long queues during rush hour. The women's toilets are extremely narrow. To open the door you have to stand over the toilet so that the door can pass. Super disgusting.

Everything is good in itself. But what kind of toilets are these? Closing the door is only possible if you step halfway over the toilet bowl, and it is disgustingly dirty and stinks.

McDonald's, no matter where in Germany, I think it's always a quick fast food for in between meals, just like it is for me. However, sometimes you are unlucky and the French fries, for example, are quite feminine or almost or not salted at all.

The branch is okay, often overcrowded - but what bothers me is that you can't meet anyone there for a long time. I received a letter from "Parkdepot" today saying that I should pay €40 because I stood there for more than 1.5 hours. Of course, eating is quick. But extremely unsuitable for a cozy meeting with friends. It's nice to be a customer there... but not anymore. I'll avoid it in the future and prefer to meet at Burger King, they don't mind if their customers stay longer.

Food is McDonald's standard. The service is very friendly and accommodating. Tables are mostly clean. The staff always tries to keep the restaurant clean.

Positive: The service at the counter was very friendly and the staff in the kitchen seemed very committed and did a good job. As always, the food was great and was delivered to the table very quickly. Neutral: The lower floor is a bit small in terms of space, which means it can get crowded/cramped quite quickly during peak times. The table furniture is also not quite as nice as in other branches, but it is completely sufficient for a visit. Negative: The toilet rooms don't seem very hygienic and smell unpleasant. The problem is also known from other branches and is certainly due to the high number of visitors.

Leider habe ich heute 45 min IM RESTAURANT auf meine (über App) Bestellung gewartet. Viele andere Bestellungen sind dort einfach verloren gegangen, wo man sich aber dann so schnell wie möglich drum gekümmert hat, wenn man mit seiner Bestellbestätigung vor gegangen ist(natürlich mit langem Anstehen, dort war die Hölle los).

I was here for breakfast today. The first disillusionment: the parking time limit mentioned by many! It doesn't work at all! My granddaughter can act like a fool, we're going to Lichtenau! The 2nd point: the women's toilets! Why hasn't anyone complained about this yet!? I went into the first one, but I couldn't close the door because it went all the way to the toilet bowl. Maybe. Is the second one bigger!? Oh no - the same in green🙄🙄. With my sciatica problem I had to “swing” one leg over the pelvis😡😡. So - pregnant women, light to...overweight, physically disabled people and. ..: take lots of time with you!! I'm wondering why the doors can't be opened outwards, there would be enough space. But probably some authority is screaming about the risk of accidents again! As far as the staff are concerned, I can't say anything bad. I was pleased that they obviously had fun together. It's no longer a given in Germany these days!!

Wanted to have breakfast at McDonalds today. We didn't see that the menu had been changed and there were no longer any scrambled eggs. The unfriendly woman at the counter then made fun of it. She also became very unfriendly when I chose the wrong burger and wanted to change it. Unfortunately, we are not convinced by the new range either. Was very disappointed with this branch today.

Get a fine because you park as a guest!!! On top of a wonderful afternoon with plenty of sales for McDonald's, there was another ticket! We were with friends and of course our kids and for your sake. We had a wonderful afternoon/evening and wanted to fulfill one of our children's wishes. So we went to McDonald's and spent a lot of money with you. The playground was also explored at the end. The staff is rude and incompetent. I was there yesterday and ordered 2 Happy Meals. One with a Barbie and the other with a Hotwheel. I also thought that I didn't have to control it. When I got home I discovered that the Barbie was missing and the Hotwheel car was also the wrong one. I don't usually complain but there's always something in this McDonalds. It's just annoying. The ice cream was also the wrong kind. I don't understand why people choose things when they pack what they want anyway. Danger! Do not park for more than 1.5 hours!!! They are so bold that you get a fine of 40 euros because you ate there and stood/sat there for a long time. You rush through trying a burger again and then you're disappointed again. It's nice that you can put together food, drinks and ice cream on the touchscreens. However, operating these touchscreens requires a lot of patience. Sometimes we would have to tap 10 times to get a response. At some point we wanted to switch to the cell phone app. Unfortunately, some orders were only possible in the restaurant. Then the burgers came super quickly. Not a long wait. I chose a burger that I would certainly have had myself. With tomatoes, lettuce and onions, which were added to the patty between the bottom and top of the bun with a little bit of sauce. So it should be a delicious burger. But the first bite was disappointing. All I really want is a little tasty. But unfortunately that doesn't seem to work there. The consistency is sticky, with little taste and simply no jam jam. I couldn't figure out whether it was missing salt, pepper or something spicy. Unfortunately, there was far too much missing for it to be tasty.

By far the dirtiest McDonald's I've been to. Tables are not cleaned. Customers clean the tables themselves. But the staff doesn't care.

They have a job and don't get it done. I order a chocolate flavored milk sake and the first thing I get is a vanilla one. It can happen. I'll go back and ask again and get a new one. 3 times in a row that the burgers weren't hot and half "dried out"... There are leftover food everywhere on the floor and the tables are usually not clean either (but that's the fault of the guests). All in all, the quality decreases from year to year...

sehr nettes personal und ein modernes design und es hat 2 etagen mit einer spielecke für kinder.Im außenbereich ist auch ein kinder spielplatz und der mcdrive ist sehr organisiert.

Jedes Mal wenn wir in der Filiale sind funktioniert das Terminal nicht oder stark verzögert . die Ausfahrt ist leider eine Katastrophe da es direkt auf eine starkbefahrenen Hauptstraße geht.der Parkplatz Ansich da es immer gut besucht ist überfüllt teilweise stehen Autos so das man nicht durch kommt weil nur schnell was geholt wird. Da braucht man echt gute Nerven . Auch die Einfahrt ist unübersichtlich meist wird über die Tankstelle eingefahren . Über Personal und essen kann man nix sagen

Nette Bedienung nur die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig

90 min Parkzeit ist zu kurz für Familien mit Kindern.

Wer auf Durchfall und Erbrechen steht kann da gerne essen. Wir hatten es jetzt schon zum wiederholten Mal. Die Dame am Schalter war zwar diesmal freundlicher als beim vorherigen Male, was die Tatsache aber nicht ändert dass mit dem Essen was nicht stimmt. Ob nun die Lagerung oder Zubereitung. An irgendeiner Stelle scheint es massiv schief zu gehen.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker aber das Personal ist unfreundlich zu Kindern/Jugendlichen und es ist auch schmutzig

2ter Weihnachtsfeiertag, alle sind freundlich und zeigen sich gut gelaunt. Vielen lieben Dank auch an die liebe SARA, die unser Essen mit einer Herzlichkeit übergeben hat wie ichs selten erlebe.

Äußerst freundliche Bedienungen die sind nicht aus der Ruhe bringen ließen. Leider ist es teilweise etwas schmutzig und die Reinigung der Tische sollte öfter erfolgen. Was mich am meisten ärgert ist das der Eisbecher McSundae nicht mehr genießbar ist. Früher sahnig-cremiges Eis, heute nur noch wässrig. Lieber hätte ich 50cent mehr bezahlt und das leckere Eis behalten aber dieses wässrige Zeug mag ich nicht mehr essen

Mein Besuch bei McDonald's zufriedenstellend, aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Es ist ein guter Ort für ein schnelles, einfaches Essen, aber es gibt Bereiche, in denen sich das Restaurant verbessern könnte, insbesondere in Bezug auf Servicegeschwindigkeit und Essensqualität. Ich würde zurückkehren, bin aber offen, andere Optionen zu erkunden.

Noch nie so schlecht in einem McDonalds gegessen. Zusammen mit 2 Freunden die der gleichen Meinung waren.

In Ruhe essen geht gegen 21:40 nicht, man wird gestört von der Lautstärke privater Gespräche des Küchenpersonals

Bei Mitnahme hatten wir nie Probleme gehabt. Innen ist genügend Platz, es gibt eine zweite Etage, die aber öfter nicht geöffnet ist, ansonsten gibt es 4 Bestellterminals. Meistens hält sich die Wartezeit in Grenzen, je nach Andrang natürlich.

Leider ist hier die Parkdauer auf 1,5h begrenzt und wird mit 30 Euro bestraft wenn überzogen. Ich finde das geht einfach nicht, wenn ich hier in Ruhe Pause machen möchte.

2x Smart Menü, alles sehr frisch und heiß, Pommes ordentlich gesalzen. Leckerstes Menü, das ich in letzter Zeit hatte

Essen ist Mangelhaft, Kalt oder lustlos gemacht. Ambiente ist eine Frechheit da liegt der Müll/Essen aufn Boden Tische sind voller Essensreste. Klos sind versifft, Papier nicht aufgefüllt das ist eine Frechheit was man hier angeboten bekommt. Sehr stark nachgelassen.

Ich finde die Lage etwas ungünstig und es wird irgendwie immer etwas von der Bestellung vergessen.

Die McDrive Einfahrt ist etwas eng, aber ok. Die Parkplätze eher wenig und eng...ansonsten McDonalds halt 🫣

Alles neu gebaut und man hat so ne tollen Tower drin wo man alles schon alles auswählen kann, bezahlt und holt sein Zeug nur noch ab.

Bestellung wurde zügig ausgeführt. Essen war warm genug. Ein Highlight war es aber nicht. Milchshake mit fast 14€/L viel zu teuer.

Es war teilweise dreckig, der Wagen im 1.OG war überfüllt und es roch komisch. Keine Ahnung nach was, so sollte es aber in keiner Burger-Bude riechen.

Es war einer der besten Services meines Lebens mega Personal, Bürger waren auch top besser als BürgerKing!

Ein längerer Aufenthalt im Etablisement ist nicht gewünscht. Wer länger als 90 Minuten für sein Essen und für seinen Kaffee braucht, sich mit seinen Freunden gerne unterhalten möchte wird von einem privaten Parkplatzüberwacher digital abgezogen. Die Quittung über 35€ Vertragsstrafe kommt 2 Wochen später aus München. Glückwunsch! 0 Sterne...unterirdisch schlecht.
