McDonald's in Chemnitz

Wir waren an einem normalen Montag dort. Parkplatzsuche dauerte schon 15 Minuten, max. Aufenthaltszeit 1,5 Stunden. Essen kam 50 Minuten nach der Bestellung, die Tablettrückgabe war maßlos überfüllt. Mit Fastfood hat das wirklich nichts zu tun. Die Burger waren auch nur noch lauwarm. Wir haben die restlichen Sachen dann im Auto gegessen, da wir sonst über die 1,5 Stunden Parkdauer gekommen wären,ohne Rücksicht werden dort auch noch Tikets verteilt. Nie wieder dieser Mc Donalds.

Gehört gelegentlich mit dazu, aber geil ist anders.

Unsere heutige Erfahrung: Parkplätze überfüllt, Personal zu wenig und überlastet, 45Min Wartenzeit nach der Onlinbestellung, Müllbehälter im Restaurant laufen über, Tische dreckig, Toiletten dreckig, Parkplatz mit gnadenloser Strafzahlung bei Überschreitung der Höchstparkdauer, vergessenes Eis beim Kindermenü, .... Nie wieder!

Wir waren heute im Drive In und alles lief schief. Bei der Bestellung wurden Dinge nicht verstanden, aber auch nicht gesagt dass es nicht verstanden wurde. Wir durften eine Dreiviertel Stunde insgesamt warten. Wir wurden gebeten an die Seite zu fahren und es wurden erstmal die Leute hinter uns bedient bis alle weg gefahren waren. Nachdem wir unser Essen erhielten kontrollierten wir ob alles da ist und es hat einiges gefehlt. Auf die Nachfrage wo die Chicken Wings sind, wurde dann nur gesagt das ich sie nicht bestellt hätte. Ich hatte leider keinen Kassenbeleg um dies nachzuweisen da mir dieser nicht ausgehändigt wurde. Die Kommunikationsbarriere ist eine großes Problem und beeinflusst demzufolge auch den Betrieb. Dieser Standort ist nicht empfehlen. Eignentlich 0 von 5 Sterne Im Großen und Ganzen zusammen gefasst einfach eine Katastrophe.

Ein Restaurant mit einer Parkplatz Überwachung die nicht zum verweilen einlädt.... Umsatz im Restaurant machen wird mit 35€ bestraft weil man paar min zu lange auf dem Parkplatz steht . Es war der letzte Besuch bei McDonald's überhaupt.

Hier war ich enttäuscht. Habe mir ein Menü bestellt, welches ich mir am Bestellboard rausgesucht habe. Als das Essen kam, fehlte das Menü, stattdessen kam nur der Burger, also kein Getränk und auch der Rest des Menüs nicht. Ich ging zum Personal zeigte es am Board was ich bestellt habe. Das Personal meinte, es liegt im Bestellsystem ein Fehler vor. Das Menü ist zwar bestellt, aber dann für die Zubereitung nicht registriert. Zumindest hätte ich erwartet ein Getränk, dass man mir ein Getränk anbietet.

Coupon eingelöst, dennoch anderes Essen bekommen. Mitarbeiter meinte es ist ein Fehler im System und ich müsste neu bestellen. Eigentlicher Coupon ist jetzt ungültig. Vom Mitarbeiter keine Entschuldigung und kein Essen was ich eigentlich bestellt habe. Schlechter Service in diesem MC Donalds.

Das Klo so kein, dass man wenn man rein geht selbst nicht mal mehr die Tür zubekommt. Innen ist der Laden genau so eng und klein. Würd ich echt auch niemanden empfehlen!! Fahrt lieber noch 10 min weiter zu einem anderen.

Wir waren am Freitag gegen 13uhr vor Ort. Das war das erste und letzte Mal. Es war nicht voll,die Tische und Bänke im oberen Bereich waren so dreckig,daß man sich kaum irgendwo hinsetzen konnte. Die Mitarbeiter die dort rum liefen das Essen brachten fühlten sich nicht angesprochen Mal einen Lappen und Wasser mit hoch zu bringen um ein bisschen Ordnung zu schaffen. Genauso die Rückgabewagen waren bis unters Dach gestapelt voll Müll. Also alles in allem einfach nur ekelhaft und kein weiterer Besuch wert. Selbst ein Stern ist noch zu viel.

Meine Mutter und ich waren am Mittwoch da, das letzte vom letzten. Der Laden, absolut dreckig. Ich habe eine Mitarbeiterin um einen Lappen gebeten um den Tisch zu reinigen, die Dame kam dann selbst mit dem Lappen und hat den Tisch sauber gemacht, soweit so gut. Hätte ich mein Essen nicht schon bestellt, wäre ich wieder gegangen, die Hygiene von dieser Dame war mehr als mangelhaft. Auf gut deutsch, die Frau hat extrem gestunken, absolut ekelhaft. Also nein danke, da geh ich nicht wieder hin.

Ich kann leider den anderen Kommentaren zum Thema Parken nur beipflichten. Es scheint keine Rolle zu spielen, wieviel oder oft man bestellt. Sobald die Parkzeit von 1:30 überschritten wird gibt es für den Restaurant Betreiber nochmal ein kleines Trinkgeld in Höhe von 35 Euro pro Auto oben drauf. Eine sehr kundenfeindliche Lösung wie ich finde.

Sonst sehr zufrieden gewesen, heute (02.05.2026, 17:30) folgende Mängel festgestellt: Keine Strohhalme verfügbar auch nicht auf Nachfrage, Refresher-Getränke im Rahmen der Purple Party-Aktion nur knapp untet den markierten Rand gefüllt, sprich ich zahle mehr, als ich bekomme, Shaker Nuggets bestellt, Shaker Pulver wurde vergessen, erst auf Nachfrage ausgehändigt, Netzkartoffeln bestellt und kalt und hart gewesen und dazu Apfeltasche bestellt mit Aufkleber "OK bis" und dies war bereits 30 Minuten überzogen und nicht mehr warm, sprich der lag länger in der Ecke, als Zeit vergangen ist, seitdem ich ihn bestellt habe. Dazu Burger bestellt und wurde komplett vergessen und wieder erst bei erneutem Nachfragen ausgehändigt. Heute hatte das Team wirklich keinen guten Tag. Schade! PS: Selbst Ich als absoluter Gastro-Laie wäre in der Lage, Bestellungen, die mir auf einem Bildschirm angezeigt werden, korrekt und vollständig an den Kunden auszugeben, manche MA hier offensichtlich nicht.

Also es schmeckt noch einigermaßen, aber die Preise steigen , die Qualität sinkt und in dieser Filiale ist die Sauberkeit Unterirdisch insbesondere bei den Sanitären Einrichtungen.

Freundlich, sauber gutes Ambiente

Wir sind am McDrive sofort drangekommen und hatten keinerlei Wartezeit. Die Mitarbeiter waren sachlich-freundlich und haben die Bestellung extrem zügig abgewickelt. Das Essen war komplett und heiß.

Ich war bei McDonald's, um dort ein paar Stunden am Laptop zu arbeiten. Dafür finde ich den Laden grundsätzlich eigentlich ganz okay – es ist ruhig genug und man kann produktiv sein. Während der Zeit habe ich auch mehrfach bestellt und war somit definitiv ein normaler zahlender Kunde. Umso unverständlicher war es für mich, dass ich am Ende mit einer Parkstrafe von 45 € „belohnt“ wurde, weil ich angeblich zu lange dort war. Gerade wenn man vor Ort isst, arbeitet und mehrfach bestellt, sollte man nicht wie jemand behandelt werden, der einfach nur den Parkplatz blockiert. Der Umgang damit war leider überhaupt nicht kundenfreundlich und es gab keinerlei Entgegenkommen. So eine Erfahrung sorgt ehrlich gesagt dafür, dass man sich zweimal überlegt, ob man dort nochmal hingeht.

Wir haben nur den Mc Drive sowie die Toilette genutzt. Die Kurve beim Mc Drive ist sehr eng. Ansonsten kam das Essen recht zügig für eine Bestellung von 4 Personen. Das Essen hat geschmeckt und die Kinder waren glücklich, dass sie die richtigen Figuren im Happy Meal erhalten haben (zuvor über die App ausgewählt). Alles war in den Tüten was wir bestellt haben. Die Toilette war sauber, bloß recht eng.

Der Besuch endete mit einem Parkticket, weil man die zulässige max Parkdauer von 1:30h überschritten hat. Ich werde in Zukunft wieder zur Konkurrenz gehen. 40 Euro pro Parkticket. Nie wieder. Kundenunfreundlich.

Lecker, wie jeder McDonalds. Man muss meistens nicht lange warten, aber das kommt natürlich drauf an zu welcher Tageszeit man geht.

Hygiene hat das Haus verlassen , Toiletten, Küche , Tische

McDonald's Filialen sind ja nicht alle gleich, da gibt es mittlerweile große Unterschiede. Diese hier an der Leipziger Straße in Chemnitz gehört zweifelsohne zu den besseren. Guter Service, warme bis wirklich heiße Produkte, saubere Tische und Toiletten, Kinderspielplatz draußen, daher wenn McDonald's in Chemnitz, dann dieser hier.

Seit langem mal wieder und wie gewohnt, alles in Ordnung.

Wenn man länger im Restaurant sitzt und auch was ist, Besprechung oder Kindergeburtstag Bezahlt man 35 € Parkplatzgebühren vom Parkdepot. Sehr traurig

Heute mit zwei Kindern da gewesen, unter aller Würde. Kinder mussten zuerst auf Toilette, Frauen Toilette war sehr schmutzig, aber die Männertoilette war der Ausbund, alles voll Urin und überall lag Toilettenpapier herum. Uns ist somit das Essen vergangen und wir haben das Restaurant verlassen. Es war wirklich nichts los, so das die Mitarbeiter eigentlich Zeit hätten , es zu bereinigen. Aber das Quatschen an der Kasse zu dritt war wichtiger!!!!!

Sich an einem Sonntag Abend mit Freunden bei diesem McDonalds zu treffen, etwas zu essen und sich dort eine Weile gemütlich aufzuhalten wird einem mit einer Strafe in Höhe von 35€ pro Fahrzeug gedankt, weil man die Höchstparkdauer von 1,5 Stunden überschritten hat. Noch nie habe ich so etwas kundenunfreundliches bei einem McDonalds erlebt. Schämen solltet ihr euch. Ihr werdet mich definitiv nie wieder sehen.

Grundsätzlich alles fein, aber an der Sauberkeit in den Toiletten muss dringend (!) gearbeitet werden.

Unfähige Mitarbeiter! Wenn Zutaten abbestellt werden, sind sie trotzdem drauf. Und das war nicht nur einmal. Das passiert jedes Mal. Ärgerlich, wenn man am Drive bestellt hat.

Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr unfreundlich, das Spielzeug durfte man fürs Kind plötzlich nicht mehr aussuchen und die Toiletten waren ekelhaft! Sowas hab ich bei mcens noch nicht erlebt, es hat gestunken wie rast Platz. Widerlich!

Zum wiederholten mal mehrere Sachen vergessen. Wir holen hier ab und zu durch der Drive in ab da ist der Inhalt schwer zu kontrollieren. Es ist nun das vierte Mal passiert das ein oder mehrere Sachen fehlen aber bezahlt wurden. Das ist nicht nur ärgerlich sondern auch finanziell ein Schaden. Ich hoffe das es wirklich nicht bewusst vergessen wird und kein Vorsatz dahinter steckt! Oder sollte man bei der nächsten Bestellung als Zahlmethode angeben das es mit den letzten Bestellungen verrechnet wird?

Alles ist super, aber bringt die Plastikbecher zurück, aus Papierbechern kann man unmöglich trinken!!

Essen zwar wie gewohnt, aber des häufigeren fehlt mir ein Teil der Bestellung. Heute wieder!

Ich rezensiere ja selten Fastfood Restaurants. Und wenn, dann nur, wenn irgend etwas außergewöhnlich ist. Und naja, was soll ich sagen... Hier waren die Toiletten außergewöhnlich geruchsintensiv. Wenn eine Toilette stärker wie eine Bahnhofstoilette riecht. Sollte man mal über das Reinigungskonzept nachdenken! 🤢

Meine Güte….Ständig wird irgendwas vergessen in die Tüten zu packen!! Man bezahlt so viel, da kann man erwarten das ordentlich kontrolliert wird ob alles drin ist!!! Macht mich richtig sauer sowas!! Wann würde aus dem fröhlichen kindlichen Ronald Mc Donald ein trauriger erwachsener McDoof? Das Spielezimmer von früher, mit Rutsche und Bällebad ist zu einem kalten Raum geworden. Ein nicht funktionierender Beamer und 2 Touch-bildschirme (wo aber nur 1er reagiert) sind das Ergebnis für 2025. Essen ist in Ordnung aber 2,5€ für einen trockenen Hamburger? Zu den WC's fällt mir von beiden Seiten nichts ein! Einerseits ist es unter aller Sau wenn man es nicht schafft das Toilettenpapier in die Schüssel zu schmeißen und alles fluten muss, andererseits ist es traurig das niemand vom Personal dies sauber macht. Das einzige positive ist eine Kinderüberraschung im Happy Meel mit der guten alten Zeit.

Positive: The food arrived quickly. Needs improvement: The portion sizes at the terminal were unclear – I ordered a fish burger with nuggets and fries and was totally disappointed by the size of the burger. The toppings were another disappointment. On top of that, I could only choose one sauce for my two sides, and any additional sauces would have cost extra. As for the price-performance ratio, everyone can see for themselves that prices are going up while everything else is going down.

Yes, anyone wanting to eat healthily shouldn't go here, that's clear. But I needed something to eat quickly, so I ordered a vegetarian wrap and an oat matcha, hoping for something somewhat healthy. I've never eaten such a bad wrap. There was hardly any filling, which was probably for the best, since it consisted of a limp, tasteless veggie nugget, a lettuce leaf, one slice of tomato, one slice of processed cheese, and a greasy sauce. The matcha was okay, but even though I ordered it without any additives, it was incredibly sweet. The restroom smelled like it was long overdue for a cleaning, and the napkins and straws were empty.

Update Today, December 21, 2025 Ordered 5 Käsespätzle (cheese spaetzle) and received 5 chicken nuggets. Furthermore, if I hadn't already looked in the bag at the drive-thru, we would have been missing a whole Happy Meal. What's going on there? Hire competent staff! I was here today, October 16, 2025, and ordered a Grispy Chicken with lattice potatoes. I have never eaten such bad food, especially for €11.99. The Grispy Chicken was extremely hard and dry. The lattice potatoes were old and not even warm. Sorry, but the quality has really declined drastically.

The toilets were really dirty, but the rest was fine.

The food there is far too expensive.

On December 2, 2025, I visited your drive-thru three times because items were repeatedly missing from my order. Despite returning several times and checking my order on-site, I discovered at home that something was missing again – this time the sauces I had ordered. This is extremely frustrating and represents a significant waste of time and unnecessary inconvenience. Especially at the drive-thru, one relies on receiving a complete and correct order. I request that you investigate this incident and inform me how you intend to prevent such errors in the future. Everything was great. Fast service and delicious food.

New manager, new staff. A very pleasant experience today. I'll definitely be back. I hadn't been for over three years because of the impossible, unfriendly staff.

I came here for breakfast yesterday morning, specifically for Friends mugs, because my app showed that the branches near me were out of them. The team here is just super friendly and attentive – both employees and managers. Everyone was incredibly busy and yet so welcoming and cheerful. Unfortunately, I live a bit far away and can't come by very often, so I really wanted to write this review. 😊 The products at McDonald's are, of course, the same everywhere. But my experience yesterday was simply exceptional. I'm giving it five stars not because of the food, but because the team made the day so good. 💛

Was there yesterday at lunchtime. My order arrived in 5 minutes via the app. It was okay. The taste wasn't great. Just like McDonald's. The restrooms were clean! But parking is only for 90 minutes?! Okay for lunch, but absolutely not doable with kids. That's why it lost a star!

Not particularly friendly. The Franzbröten weren't fully baked and were still completely stale. The staff's response: "We set the times, it's set." I believe that in the restaurant industry, regardless of whether the time is set or not, the staff should have enough understanding of their product to decide for themselves whether the product is fully baked or whether it needs more or less time.

It's hard to beat the rudeness. I went through the MCDrive yesterday. Ordered, paid, and waited. However, there were some communication difficulties with the young lady at the counter. Her, let's say, "not so good German" and her speed of speech made communication very difficult. This led to me repeatedly misunderstanding her request to pull up and wait on the right. Then another colleague came along and repeated this request to me in a, let's say, "inappropriate" manner! I then specifically declined. She then became even more rude, which shows that there must be a lot of "pressure" going on in the background that the employees also need to get off their chest. Still, a no-go.

"Play and have fun" – wow, two monitors and a broken projector. Welcome to the nightmare of 2025. Sad, embarrassing, and weird. But the food is okay 👍

Every nearby McDonald's is better. (In the Chemnitz area). Something's missing! That's standard at this location! Or the burgers feel like they're thrown together from 10 meters away. I've never seen a worse McDonald's. (And unfortunately, we go there too often.)

If you avoid the restrooms, the store is okay, but when I sit on the toilet and there are more cobwebs hanging from the door frame and ceiling than at some Halloween parties, it's pretty disgusting. There were no hand towels left, and there was paper everywhere on the floor. Cleanliness should really be standard, not an experiment. Despite everything, the staff were friendly, and I was served quickly, even though it was busy at lunchtime.

I have no idea why so many people are giving negative reviews here. It's just a normal McDonald's like any other, and the service is good. The food was good, as always.

We were with you today and ordered takeaway food number 250. When we were at the park later, we unfortunately discovered that a burger worth almost €10 was missing. This put a damper on our family evening. Of course, we know it's best to check your order right there on the spot – but you should also be able to rely on everything being packed completely and correctly. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time something like this has happened.

Fries too salty, marinade of chicken nuggets strangely tough

They're so awesome, they have cucumbers in their salad now (yes, I eat that salad from MCS 😔). The chocolate milkshake could be better, to be honest. But the cucumbers made me happy.

Saturday, September 13th - 11:00 PM A man with long brown hair, 30-40 cm, pointed out to me in a strange way that we could have ordered our food at the counter instead of at the front desk. Perhaps the employee's appearance put me off, making me not want to order from him at all.

The food was delicious, and the service was incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Almost everything was okay. It was quite busy, the fries weren't cooked all the way through, and there was a rude lady at the cash register who even shouted at some customers. She asked me if I needed straw. I said no, and she replied, "What, no? Do you need it or not?" It was very loud and unprofessional.

The staff aren't very friendly, especially one woman. Her name is probably Wanka or something. She even yells at guests.

Burgers are cold and dry. Five times like this in a short space of time. Unfriendly staff!

This McDonald's provides a standard fast-food experience with a consistent menu and quick service. The restaurant is clean, and seating is adequate. Orders are usually prepared promptly, making it a convenient choice for a quick meal.

I wanted two vanilla shakes with caramel sauce, and the old lady just gave us two random cups that had nothing to do with vanilla and caramel...

We stopped in for a quick breakfast. The selection was huge, and the coffee was very good. For the breakfast menu, the toast I chose wasn't exactly my favorite, but it was tasty. It's right next to the Chemnitz Autobahn interchange. Parking is available, and gas stations are also nearby.

Anyone who parks here can expect a ticket. I bought something at McDonald's and stayed in the restaurant a little longer than usual because I reordered twice. This meant I exceeded the maximum parking time of 90 minutes (on a Sunday!) and now I have to pay €40. I will never, ever, ever go there again, and neither will my friends who are traveling with me, because it's a total rip-off, especially since I can prove that I ordered something. I advise everyone to avoid this McDonald's, otherwise your visit could quickly become very expensive!

Took a little longer but otherwise quite solid

Worst McDonald service ever. When u ask for a simple straw the answer is NO. I tried to explain that I really need for drinking cos my teeth suffer from this amount of ice,still NO. Straws are only for Shakes in this place. Never had problems like that in any other McDonalds (including different countries).

We come here often, but today, August 10th, we went to this restaurant and ordered takeout. We ordered a lot, but one item was missing. It's very unpleasant because you pay €5 and don't get it. Please have your staff be more attentive.

Used a McDonald's for a business meeting, spending almost €100 on food. Of course, I was overparked by 30 minutes, and got a €35 ticket per car. Thanks, McDonald's, you can't be more disrespectful to your customers.

There was no toilet paper or hand paper in the women's restroom. If you want to dry your hands with a hairdryer, you should get something with a powerful dryer. Almost all the tables were dirty, which is disgusting when you have to sit there as a customer. The floor was sticky in half the dining area. The burgers seemed sloppy and drier than you're used to. The ordering machines were either slow or barely responsive when you tap them. Thankfully, we'll never have to eat here again.

First time in many years of being McCafe fan of having terrible coffee. You can taste the dirty, unmaintained coffee machine with its plastic melting bitter after taste 🤢

What was offered here was simply a disgrace. The restrooms were so filthy that you had to seriously worry about your health – one look at the squat toilet was enough to make you completely lose your appetite. The tables and chairs in the dining room were also completely dirty, sticky, and looked as if they hadn't been cleaned all day. On top of that, half of the order was simply forgotten – no sauce, no fries, and no drink. Then, the food itself was the next frustration: The burgers were carelessly slapped into the wrapper, everything slipped out of place, the cheese was cold and not even remotely melted. This isn't fast food – it's a disaster. Once and never again!

I treated myself to one of the new wraps, which was one of the biggest disappointments... as delicious as it looked everywhere, when I got mine, only a quarter of it was filled, and the rest was just the wrap. I wonder what I paid for. I'll never get it again. Unfortunately, I can't upload a photo, but I have one available.

€40 fine for overparking. As a sales representative, I regularly visit many McDonald's restaurants. A quick cappuccino or breakfast is obligatory. At this branch, I had a long phone call in the car. As a result, I exceeded the 90-minute parking limit. I hadn't noticed this beforehand, and I haven't experienced it at other McDonald's restaurants. This is ridiculous. This was the last time I was here.

I visit this McDonald's very regularly on my way to Leipzig. Unfortunately, my visit today, June 15, 2025, around 1 p.m., was a disappointment. It can happen that you stop at the wrong window in the drive-thru. However, telling the customer that they can't pay there and should get out and go to the first window is a disgrace! Also interesting, and certainly in the interest of McDonald's Germany, is the constant manipulation of the timekeeping in the drive-thru area, asking customers to stay to the right, outside of the camera, and wait for their order to be delivered. Please don't make statements like: this is for coordination with large numbers of orders, etc. This is also practiced with only one car, and employees confirm it.

There's no restaurant where you're invited to linger. Be sure not to exceed the parking time (1.5 hours), otherwise it will be expensive. Even as a person with a physical disability, who therefore exceeds the parking time, the parking fee is charged without empathy.

Good, solid McDonald's, unfortunately there are a lot of people working because they don't understand you, or only partially, and communication becomes quite tiring. But the food was ok. The tables had not been wiped for a very long time and were therefore very dirty.

Once again a burger kit was delivered instead of a finished burger. Annoys hard. Put more effort into putting the ingredients together, the stuff is too expensive for you to be able to afford such inferior quality...

We're just reporting on our experience at McDrive here. Taking the order was still friendly and the checkout at the next window was also friendly, but the rest of the process is perfect: we have never experienced such unfriendly staff at the McDrive counter. There was no notice in advance that you couldn't get your food at the next window, but the first lady yelled at us to keep driving, no further explanation as to why or why, we then stood in the designated waiting area to wait, after a while the next lady came to bring our food and yelled at us to please park on the right next time, i.e. in the middle of the lane (exit) for the following vehicles... Unfortunately, we found out at home that the food was thrown into the bag.

This is the second time, they forgot my to-go food, everytime there is one less burger, this is truly unacceptable, I won’t go there anymore.

Very "pleasant" when you notice 45 minutes before closing time how much the employees are in a hurry to get home. You can't even eat in peace!!!Unbelievable!!!Never again

Food is okay. I just don't understand why you always have to pull over to the right in Drive... What's the point if my car is the only one in the drive??

Parking spaces with camera detection If you park for longer than 90 minutes you will be ripped off. Even if it's just a minute. Even if you eat and drink at McDonalds for a lot of money all the time. There is no goodwill. McDonalds refers to the parking enforcement company and in turn to McDonalds. That's what I call service.

Incomplete orders, unsalted fries, empty service stations; no more straws when asked… dirty and cramped restrooms

The food was fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. Gladly again
