We had a really nice waitress who looked through all the Smurfs especially for me so that I could get my favorite :)

Mc Drive wrong and missing items Another time in the restaurant we waited 30 minutes for food, when it was brought to the table everything was completely cold. Employees seem completely overwhelmed, even with just a few customers.

Breakfast was absolutely cold and therefore inedible. And for so much money. The ground sticks early in the morning.

Not recommended. Waited three quarters of an hour for food. The employees run around behind the counter completely disoriented and don't know what to do. When asked, something was put together.

Currently only accessible by helicopter...

Service and location are completely ok, just please why isn't delivery to the neighboring town for a 5 minute drive???? Mittelbach is 5 minutes away, I don't understand.

Best McDonald's, it tastes good here and you can tell that everything is freshly prepared. This is the cleanest McDonald's I know. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Actually 7 stars.

Nothing against foreigners, but if no terminal works and the employees don't speak German... it sucks... 3 citizens took 20 minutes (parking lot was empty!!!!) Manager standing at the back doesn't take it seriously...

Standard mechanics are never anything special... It was OK, as always... technically everything works and what's most important is that you pretty much got everything... So everything was fine...

OK, there was a lot going on and I'll accept the 30 minute wait, but the fact that out of 4 menus, 2 burgers are missing, we noticed one in the store, sorry, but that's not possible. Good thing for the people at the restaurant that we only noticed this when we got home.

Waiting 20 minutes for a coffee and a McMuffin to go, despite pre-ordering in the app, is amazing.

It's been a long time since McDonald's Neefestrasse again. Placed the order in the drive, paid and had to wait a short while. Waiting time was ok at about 5 minutes. Received a large bag and first checked whether everything was there. Of course something was missing, as so often! Grabbed the receipt, went to the drive counter and said the Happy Meal was missing. A quick apology and a bag of Happy Meal. Got in and went home. Happy Meal at home, capri sun and apple cone were missing. My mistake for not checking again! You just assume that if you file a complaint, at least everything will be included. WRONG... I can't recommend this store, something is always missing. Was the last visit to this McDonald's!!!

Almost all tables were dirty even though there were hardly any customers there.

Note: When eating take-away, always check, preferably before you leave, whether everything you ordered is there. We were missing something in 2 of 3 pickups.

Forget all the sauces and ketchup on the drive. Sorry If you ask when ordering, why do you forget to pack it? Everyone who accepts the order should pack it themselves. Then less will be forgotten. And people have more variety at work.

Sorry, but the service was really terrible. Yes, there was a lot going on that day, but it was easy to throw everything in the bag and everything was flat in the end. My child couldn't choose a toy, which was actually a concept back then.

Only foreigners who don't even speak German and the terminals don't even work properly... Seats and tables just look asocial - rags and cleaning supplies are just decoration there.

Such a great MC! Super clean, super nicely decorated, even little flowers on the table! Employees have a smile on their faces.

In the mc Café, saucers are saved and the little sweet attention is only given sporadically. The tables are often not clean

All I can say is... I've never seen such a dirty McDonald's in my entire career. The tables were littered with leftover food and the floor resembled a garbage dump. The staff hardly understood a word of German and so there were actually only difficulties. The technical equipment in the house was not fully operational, so no receipt was received. So MC has to come up with something there

Does McDonalds also have staff who speak German or functioning terminals for ordering

Extremely slow service and the employees are hopelessly overwhelmed. The exact opposite of fast food 👎

The shop is far too small for so many people who come here. It's also the first branch where I got heartburn. So we won't be coming back here any time soon.

Very large selection and nice restaurant but the fries weren't that good. In my opinion, McDonald's is becoming more and more expensive and of poorer quality. A tip: please don't look into the kitchen.

After I had to go home hungry from the McDonald's in Hof and there wasn't really anything decent and affordable at the rest stops, I ended up here at exactly 11:56 p.m. People were already cleaning and clearing out here and I was really unsure whether my question about whether there was anything else made any sense. The answer was... "well anything you want"... Hamburger & Cheeseburger were so good and the extra really surprised me :) Thank you very much!!!

Waiting forever for food - it's already been 20 minutes. It's empty, there are two other couples here who have already had their food. Service isn't what it used to be either.

Floor sticky, you get stuck with your shoes! 2 terminals broken, endless queue to order. Tables dirty, trash cart full. Order sent out incorrectly. Stuffy air. It doesn't work at all!

After 40 minutes we asked for our money again because no one had done anything like that, there wasn't even an apology from the boss, the employees were completely overwhelmed, please hire employees there immediately and train them to be friendly towards customers

Total disaster for breakfast today. The staff is hopelessly overwhelmed. Waited almost an hour for breakfast. Despite there being a standee on the table, I still had to pick up breakfast from Thesen. Of course, breakfast hadn't even started being prepared yet.

What I experienced today is an absolute no go for me. Half of the order terminals out of service. Okay, it can definitely happen, but after standing at the checkout for 30 minutes and still not being able to place an order, my heart rate increased. None of the employees present felt responsible or could answer my question about management. Really sad for such a fast food chain. Even at the DriveInn, two people said goodbye backwards. Conclusion: McDonalds in Neefepark is no longer an option for me.

Changing everyone out can't do anything with the orders. Orders are brought forward for no reason and you wait forever. Definitely change!!!!

No strawberry cake when you need it. Very bad. Service on a scale of 1-10; 18!

After I spilled coffee it was cleaned up immediately and I even got a new one, great service!

The food was super tasty. Takes time was 2 minutes. So fast! But I didn't get any MyMc points even though I registered.

Nice little McDonalds in Neefe Park. Easy to reach, usually, there is construction at the moment, but that's not a problem. There are enough parking spaces and everything is fine if you order it in advance using the app. There is also a children's playground, nothing to complain about and we like to go there when we are out and about in the area.

Ordering took an unusually long time, about 10 minutes, which isn't a problem in itself! My son's Happy Meal was ready earlier and was ready to be picked up, my burger wasn't ready yet and so it sat for 10 minutes and cooled down! When I asked where the food was, there were unfriendly answers! When my burger was ready I asked if the Happy Meal could be renewed as it was now cold! We were then treated very unfriendly and rudely! She reluctantly exchanged the cheeseburger and said in an inappropriate tone that it hadn't stood for 10 minutes... but that wasn't true! After 15 minutes we left the restaurant! When we got home, everything was carelessly packed in the bag, the crispy chicken had completely fallen apart and, to top it off, there was hair in the box!

The ordering machines are constantly broken and only react sporadically when touched.

The staff was certainly not 16 years old, partly overwhelmed, the order partly completely mixed up. Communication problem as most of the employees have a migration background.

That's it... bye bye never again Ps. The food and service at this branch are generally good. However, the whole concept of McDonald's no longer fits me. Hence the bad rating.

At this branch you have to check the goods you receive. It happens all the time that something is missing. Looks like a system to me.

I ordered online and was still able to spend 10 minutes in the drive-thru without there being any cars in front of me. So much for 90sec per vehicle.. very disappointing

Quieter, unfortunately an absolute disappointment, but the food wasn't tasty, the burger and fries were soggy, but they certainly weren't fresh. The one star is for the friendly staff and the drinks, with which you can't really go wrong. Sorry, but never again. I'm not a fan of such harsh words, but unfortunately there's no other option here

Too many “hamwa not” during my visit. It's always fascinating that system catering has logistics and storage problems (at least supposedly, if you can trust the statement). Well, as an emergency solution it's okay.

App didn't work properly. Food was fresh and to McDonald's standard.

That was nothing !! Stopped for dinner. We ordered 2 maxi menus to take away. There were plenty of staff there, but there was quite a bit of tension in the air. Waiting time over 20 minutes for 2 menus. Fries were like pretzel sticks. Just as thin and hard. And I had the wrong burger (cheaper) in the bag. But then I was too stupid to go in again. There are much better branches there.

Totally overwhelming, eating in the house is only possible in a detour as the staff is unable to put the place cards back up

Sehr ansprechende Lokalität ..nicht nur das Essen war super..Pommes knackig und fast ohne Fett in der Tüte ✅auch die Toiletten sehr sauber und das ist auch wichtig

Bestellung war super schnell fertig. Vielleicht zu schnell. Mein Milchshake war nicht fertig sondern wasser... leider to go, dass ich es zu spät gemerkt habe. Dank Baustellen in der Gegend hatte ich keine Lust nochmal ne riesen runde zu drehen. sehr schade.

Es ist ein sauberes Lokal mit freundlichen Personal,das Essen ist frisch und lecker aber die Ausfahrt zurück auf die Hauptstraße ist katastrophal und verwinkelt.😒

Bereits zum zweiten Mal fehlen Bestandteile der Bestellung. Bei McDrive sehr ärgerlich, wenn man immer erst alles überprüfen muss. Lieber eine andere Filiale anfahren...

Hier lohnt es definitiv nicht mehr hin zu gehen oder fahren. Wir haben es in der Gruppe jetzt immer Mal wieder probiert aber es macht keinen Sinn. Die Wartezeiten am Drive In / Innen Tresen haben nichts mehr mit Fastfood zu tun. Auch bei kleinen Bestellungen und wenig Kundschaft. Das gesamte Personal hat die völlige Ruhe weg. Die Fehlerquote der Bestellungen am DriveIn häufen sich. Das essen ist überwiegend fast kalt und lieblos zusammen geknietscht. Geschmacklich auch nicht mehr "McDonalds" typisch Bei allen besuchen war kein einziger deutscher Mitarbeiter in der Filiale zu sehen, was grundsätzlich kein Problem ist. Aber....wir haben zu zweit versucht eine falsche Bestellung zu reklamieren... Es ist uns nicht gelungen mit den Mitarbeitern zu klärendurch die Sprachbarrieren. Somit mussten wir mit einer zu teuren Fehlbestellung wieder gehen. Also wer vereinzelt im Jahr mal ein Appetitchen hat, sollte es in einer anderen Filiale probieren

Nette Mitarbeiter, saubere Toiletten, kurze Wartezeiten und solider Cappuccino - letzterer sogar mit Hafermilch oder laktosefrei :P

Lieber Herr Google, warum werden hier meine kritischen Beiträge nicht mehr veröffentlicht? Ach ja, vielleicht "sponsert" MCD ja Google. Ihr wollt unabhängig sein? Zum Glück gibt es weitere Webseiten auch Google bewertet wird. Hälfte vergessen und bei Reklamation unfreundlich. Sorry, dass ist die letzte MCD Filiale. Update 02.06.22 Das war der Hammer, meine Freundin und ich haben meinen Sohn zum Kindertag bei MCD eingeladen. Was wir vorfanden war ein verdreckter Laden, nicht nur nicht abgewischte Tische, selbst Stühle waren völlig verdreckt. Eine herzugerufene Angestellte sorgte für Abhilfe. Meine Bürger völlig kalt, die anderen waren warm. Na gut, ich mache wegen der Temperatur der Burger am Kindertag keinen Aufstand. Aber das Gemüse war, wie schreibe ich es am besten, der Strunk gehört nicht auf den Bürger, der Blattsalat war braun... Weiter möchte ich auf das Essen nicht eingehen. Insgesamt habe ich 30 00€ bezahlt. Kann man von MCD nicht Sauberkeit und gute Qualität erwarten? Ich weiß nicht ob es am den sehr jungen Service Personal liegt? Ich bin wahrlich nivht rassistisch oder ausländerfeindlich eingestellt, aber vielleicht liegen diede Mängel ja an den vielen Nationalitäten die hier angestellt sind, nicht arbeiten, dafür lachend zuhauf stehen. Kaum zuhause angekommen, habe ich Durchfall bekommen, der heute noch anhält. Genauso erging es meiner Partnerin und meinem Sohn. Kurz, ist die Hygiene gefragt. Der Geschäftsführer dieser MCD Filiale sollte über geschultes Personal nachdenken. Wenigstens die einfachsten Hygineregeln sollten in der Gastronomie eingehalten werden. Vielen Dank MCD, für den erlebnisreichen Besuch in einer Filiale die ich definitiv nicht wieder besuchen werde. Diese Filiale ist wirklich eine Schande für den Mutterkonzern. Wie schon erwähnt, der Besuch hat mich knapp 40,00€ gekostet und meinem Sohn den Kindertag völlig versaut. Über ein Feedback vom Geschäftsführer freue ich mich. Ich trage mich noch mit dem Gedanken das Gesundheitsamt zu informieren. Desweiteren werde ich diesen Eintrag an die MCD weiterleiten. Update 11.01.2023 Ich braute etwas Zeit um meinen letzten Besuch zu verdauen. Wir waren vergangene Woche mal wieder da und es hst nicht's, aber auch gar nicht's geändert. Absolut unfähiges Personal. Aber nicht nur unfähiges, sondern auch unfreundliches Personal. Und als ob das nicht reicht, es gehlte wieder ein Burger in meiner Tüte. Wenn euer Personal nicht der deutschen Sprache mächtig ist und demzufolge nicht Lesen kann, gehört es nicht in den Service. Wann meldet sich endlich ein Verantwortlicher und gibt mir ein Feedback, wie lange das noch so weiter geht? Alle meine Bekannten fahren lieber in die Stadt zu MC Donald als das sie bei euch einkehren. Stellt euch doch mal die Frage, warum das so ist?

Etwas kleinere Filiale, der Bestellbereich ist etwas klein, aber ansonsten ist alles ok.

Es kann doch nicht sein das ihr es zum wiederholten Male, die Bestellung nicht vollständig hinbekommt und es immer wieder was fehlt.

Kleine Bestellung im Drive-In hat ewig gedauert. Statt 2x Cheeseburgern und einem Chilicheese-Burger wurden einfach 3 Cheeseburger eingepackt. Zwei Getränke...nur einen Strohhalm erhalten. Personal wirkte überfordert und konnte schlecht deutsch. Pommes fade und Burger waren zerknautscht. Schade..früher war das McDonalds dort echt gut.

Wir haben wiederholt nicht alle bestellten Artikel in unserer Bestellung gehabt.

Verdreckte Tische, unfreundliches Personal, Personal versteht ein nicht, wird während dem Essen (vom Personal) vom Tisch verjagt, Früher war der mal gut, aber jetzt definitiv nicht zu empfehlen

Essen gut, frisch. Nicht so überlaufen, das war für uns wichtig und erfrischend. Nur muss besser aufgepasst werden, dass alles in der Tüte landet, und man nicht nochmal rein muss ,um den Rest zu holen, der fehlt .

Sehr dreckig und wir haben nicht alles bekommen was bestellt wurde. Erst auf Nachfrage und da ging es nicht nur im eine Tüte Ketchup.

Menü und zusätzlicher Burger: Alles super und schnell zum Tisch gebracht !

Günstig gelegen, unweit der Autobahn. Immer freundliche Bedienungen. Das separate Spielzimmer ist eine gute Idee... Da darf es auch mal etwas lauter werden mit den Kids.

Ein MC Donalds wie jedes andere auch. Es gibt nichts Besonderes und das Essen schmeckt halt wie immer. Das Personal ist ziemlich auf Zack und sie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hoffe, dass MC Donalds aber nicht weiter seine Preise erhöht. Von der Parkplatzsituation ist es auch völlig in Ordnung. Kann man auf jeden Fall mal machen :)

Super freundlich am McDrive. Kaffee am Morgen sehr lecker und er tat gut.super Prei-/Leistungsverhältnis. Gerne wieder die kurze Abfahrt von der Autobahn, ca. 2 Minuten.

Nach langer Zeit waren wir mal wieder hier. Das Ambiente ist super und sehr angenehm.

Absolut chaotische Organisation. Es befanden sich 6 Bestellungen in Zubereitung, eine Mitarbeiterin lief völlig gelangweilt hinter der Theke herum. Diesen Laden lieber meiden, falls man schnell was Essen will

Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, dreckige Tische, der Fußboden hat geklebt und im WC hat man den Geruch kaum ausgehalten

Sehr freundliches Personal und auch alles sehr sauber, da habe ich in den alten Bundesländern schon viel schlimmeres gesehen.

Sehr oft wird bei den Bestellungen was vergessen,man bekommt aber problemlos eine Entschädigung,was jedoch gar nicht geht ist das laufend Probleme mit dem Bestellen über App oder EC Zahlung sind und man ohne Bargeld eben hungrig abtreten darf weil die Technik der Zukunft wieder Mal versagt hat....

Keine Ahnung wie das Essen ist, konnte nichts bestellen weil sie keine Kartenzahlung und Coupons akzeptieren Klopapier nur Einlagig, wie Schleifpapier Mitarbeiter zu unfähig Bestellung aufzunehmen Kuchen war noch gefroren hat man lutschen können

Einfach schnell restaurant aber man muss auch bis 40 minuten warten. Wegen Hygiene bitte ich dringen die Tablett unbedingt waschen, nicht nur rest essen runter und fertig.🤐 Alle Tische auch mal unter mal putzen.🤐

Das Essen ist sehr mangelhaft,Preis super teuer für so ein Produkt (MC Rib Menü) ohne Feuchttuch, BBQ Souce ein paar Tropfen, Gurke und Zwiebel sehr wenig, Getränk ohne Eis und die Bestellautomaten immer noch furchterregend unpersönlich

Wir waren auf dem Weg zur Hochzeit und kurz noch zu MC 🙈🤣. Das Essen war sehr gut, Toiletten waren auch sauber.

Ein typischer Mc Donalds,Essen,Service und Ambiente sind io.

Отличная детская площадка. К сожалению картошка фри в Украине лучше, в Германии она не вкуссная. Сервис: ждать долго, даже если вы заказали только мороженое и колу. Но в целом хорошо. Атмосфера хорошая
