I always have to wait a long time for my order compared to other stores

I ordered a completely normal meal with an iced tea. As I was drinking my drink, I noticed at some point that it contained a star barrette. I highly doubt the hygiene standards at this McDonald's. If it had been a hair in a burger, it wouldn't have been nice. But I would have understood that. But a whole barrette in a drink? How did it get in there??? Simply disgusting!!!

We were at the McDrive and were served by the manager and the wrap was cold and the cheese wasn't melted properly. I also ended up with a piece of wood shavings in my mouth.

We were on our way to the German penalty shootout championships and wanted a quick bite to eat. Unfortunately, we waited over 20 minutes for our fairly simple orders. It was quite suboptimal for our time schedule.

I've never seen such a dirty McDonald's. Everything is greasy, dusty, and dirty. You don't even want to imagine what the kitchen looks like.

I used to enjoy the Neefepark branch, but now it's a complete disaster. The staff is all foreign and they don't speak much German. I only heard Chinese everywhere, and they didn't understand anyone. Otherwise, it was nicer.

We waited 45 minutes for table service and only got our food after asking at the counter. Several people were standing around us who had the same experience. The tables weren't clean, and the staff didn't speak German. The burgers were cold and soggy. We won't be coming back here again.

The McDonald's in Chemnitz at Neefpark is not recommended; we had to wait about 40 minutes for our food. The employees didn't speak German, and there was no way to communicate about the order status. Our food was labeled "takeout" even though we had ordered table service. The overall atmosphere was dirty and uncomfortable. I'm shocked and will never visit this restaurant again.

Unfortunately, no. I placed my order in advance via the app, but still had to wait 15 minutes for the food when I got there. Even though the restaurant wasn't very busy, the restrooms weren't very clean, and the restaurant also smelled like a toilet. Not very inviting.

I was just there again yesterday, and unfortunately the staff are getting worse and worse. I ordered orange juice for the kids in their Happy Meal at the terminal. After waiting for 10 minutes at the counter, I was told that they were out of orange juice and water. I asked if I would like a Capri Sun instead. I said yes. Unfortunately, I didn't get my deposit back. So they stole €0.50. When we got home and opened the bags, we noticed that the staff member had completely forgotten the ketchup and mayo. Unfortunately, this has happened a lot, so we're considering not ordering from there again.

I've never been to such a dirty McDonald's restaurant. The tables were consistently dirty, and the restrooms were just as dirty. Even the entrance door didn't look like it was meant to be touched.

Despite ordering online, 30 minutes pick-up time - staff gives the impression of being quickly overwhelmed

We ordered three ice creams and waited 30 minutes. We asked if they had forgotten them. The answer was: No, it'll come. After 45 minutes, we left without having done anything.

We stopped to have coffee from the road. It was very, very dirty, we had to put down napkins to sit down. The dirt was already stuck under the table, crumbs everywhere. A woman came to wipe the tables, swept everything onto the floor and went on. Surely, it is possible to wash everything well at least once a week?

Unfortunately, our visit to McDonald's was very disappointing. There were no paper towels at all in the men's restroom, and the women's restroom was very dirty. The self-checkout counter was completely missing table numbers. The milkshake was so thick that it was easier to eat with a spoon than drink. The donut was ice-cold and hard, as if it had come straight from the freezer. The burger, which should have had plenty of coleslaw, had barely any coleslaw. The restaurant itself was almost empty.

Very poor service. The branch was almost empty and the employee walked past us several times. We stood there for about 15 minutes while we paid.

The restaurant was absolutely filthy. We were there early, so there were no other guests before us, and it was filthy. Neither the tables, chairs, nor benches were clean.

Nice little McDonald's in Neefe Park. Easy to get to, there's plenty of parking, and ordering in advance via the app is great. There's also a kids' playground, nothing to complain about, and we like going there when we're in the area.

The iced latte is simply the biggest rip-off. Just a lukewarm latte with no ice cubes in a plastic cup, even though I ordered takeaway. The benches are already broken.

A classic McDonald's. The drive-thru is easily accessible, even with wide cars. There's more than enough parking.

Unfortunately, this branch is always dirty. The bathroom stinks of urine, the wastebaskets are overflowing, and toilet paper is lying on the floors. The children's playroom was filthy, the table dirty, and everything underneath was covered in chips. The monitors in the children's room had apparently never been cleaned. The service is currently miserable, tables are hardly wiped, the return trolleys are hardly emptied and the food is just thrown together.

A traditional meeting place for groups of friends. Simply pull out a camping chair, sit down with everyone in the large parking lot, and relax in pleasant surroundings, letting the evening end.

Extremely disappointed and horrified. I ate at the restaurant and took the leftovers home. When I got a little hungry, I opened the burger wrapper and found a moldy bun...that shouldn't happen.

I'm curious to see when I'll get a fresh burger and not one that's been sitting on the shelf for ages!!!

A typical McDonald's is small. But there is even a mini children's room inside and a small one outside.

I always checked at the drive-thru to make sure everything was there... today I didn't check, and three cheeseburgers and a 20-piece nugget were missing... I'll have to explain to the kids where they are when I get home. It's disgusting when you can't count to three. A pig's shop. 41 euros for nothing...

I entered my order at the terminal and paid – so far, so good. However, the terminal didn't print out a slip with my number on it, as I had to pick up the food because they ran out of table tents. So I went to the counter to report that I hadn't been given a number. They gave me a more or less stupid look and told me to say what I'd ordered. Halfway through, they stopped listening and looked for the slip after the order I hadn't even finished saying. The end result was that three different slips were read out to me that weren't mine. After that, they stopped paying attention to me. After an hour, my order was in a bag on the counter, even though I'd ordered to "eat in." The burgers were also already cold and therefore didn't really taste good anymore. I will go to a different McDonald's branch in the future, as I've unfortunately always had to wait a long time at the Neefepark.

I've been waiting for 20 minutes for 2 things?! What's going on? I'm hungry, the ice cream was as hard as Krupp steel.

First the positives... a really nice McCes, one of the few that still has a children's paradise, and hopefully it stays that way... nevertheless, we wanted to order, but no, the machine doesn't work. If you ask a member of staff to do something, they tell you to go to the checkout, but if you redeem your points, they're gone. I'm not going to go to the checkout, the new Hitschies ice cream wasn't available either, but they can advertise it big. They left.

I visited this McDonald's branch for the first time last week, and my overall impression was positive. The branch was clean and modern. I particularly liked the service – ordering was quick and easy. My meal (a Big Mac meal) was freshly prepared, served at the right temperature, and tasted as expected. The staff at the counter were friendly and worked quickly, even though it was busy at lunchtime. The wait was about 4 minutes, which is okay for rush hour, but if you're in a hurry, you should plan for it. I will visit this branch again because I liked everything, especially the outdoor area with its games area and the nice weather. 😁👍

Very, very friendly service for a McDonald's. Almost every branch could learn a thing or two from that.

Although I don't like going to McDonald's, I overcame my fear and went with my family yesterday, and I got a different impression of McDonald's. Other branches were dirty, the service wasn't particularly good, and the food was cold. But at the McDonald's near Neefepark, everything was perfect. The kids were happy, the food was nice and hot, and the branch was very well-maintained. I'll eat there again 😁👍

It's okay for a quick snack every now and then, but the value for money hasn't been right for a long time. If we go there again, it's only for the delicious ice cream.

It's really nice there, the food is delicious and everything else is good too, but me and my friend ordered there yesterday and forgot to deliver something... so I called them and explained it, the nice gentleman on the phone apologized and asked if we could pick it up the day after tomorrow, so I said we'll order again tomorrow (i.e. today), the food just arrived and it's not in there again... it's a shame actually

The terminals for ordering hardly react at all. Cleanliness of the tables, well... Only the disabled toilet is available. The food is ok as usual.

Once again the coffee machine is broken at breakfast time. Muffin rolls are hard/old and unappetizingly prepared and when eating in the restaurant you get drinks (e.g. IcedLatte) in a paper cup instead of a glass. McDrive, on the other hand, is OK so far. Ambiance OK, cleanliness still OK. It's a shame that the work here is so poor, especially at breakfast time, or that certain services are not available.

My God, I love McDonald's, but it really doesn't work that way. The cola consisted only of water with a sweet taste, non-carbonated and, despite being iced, was warm. A strange old man with a cuddly toy sat next door and stared at us the whole time and then I saw absolute horror in the toilet. Since I don't want to go into details here, I'll end with a disappointed “Too bad.”

No, not anymore after I was immediately called by an employee and was then given the wrong order (diabetics on board who had iced tea) then we complained (we didn't know about iced tea at that time) we received our own order but it wasn't complete and the food looked very bland

McDonald's in Neefepark, there are definitely better ones, for example. Leipzig Street. No table service displays available, meager selection of promotional items e.g. Happymeal. Good for a quick snack but nothing more.

Just like in all other branches, McDonalds is no better and no worse. Everything clean, freshly prepared, served quickly. Just the thing for a short break on the go. And the price? Well, as is usual in the industry, it's not (anymore) cheap. But what else is cheap today? 😏

When you're waiting for the apple turnover in the drive-in and it's hot, but the rest of the menu is the same temperature as the cola without ice... Quality-oriented is different

We arrived there yesterday on Sunday at around 4:30 p.m. Two grandmas with two grandchildren. It was quite busy. Ordered food at the terminal and got it to the table after about 20 minutes. Everything was still hot, except for a burger that was cold. The children took the Mäc menu. Everything was good..😀

I really enjoy coming here. With promotions like Pokemon cards or other3 deals, the items are available here longer than in other branches. Staff and cleanliness were always good.

You can't really recommend this place. The orders are marked as "ready for pickup" at the counter even though they haven't even been put together in a bag yet. Somehow the employees are not using the system as intended. The order was also incorrect. Had a chicken burgen instead of a cheeseburger without straps (i.e. it is specially prepared). A customer in the restaurant also commented that something was wrong with her order. There is more than just room for improvement here. It's best to go somewhere else, maybe you'll notice that something doesn't fit here.

Total disaster for breakfast today. The staff is hopelessly overwhelmed. Waited almost an hour for breakfast. Despite there being a standee on the table, I still had to pick up breakfast at the counter. Of course, breakfast hadn't even started being prepared yet.

I ordered at 4:30 p.m. and the order was confirmed for 5:30 p.m. At 6 p.m. I asked where the order was and apparently it had just come in!!! I need to put my kids to bed and a cancellation was not possible!!!!!! Luckily the order arrived at 6:30 p.m. - but without toys from the happy meal 🙄

The price/performance ratio is not very good, and I didn’t see fried chicken when I was on the menu. There weren’t many choices. Since I don’t drink coffee, there seems to be nothing to eat overall.

Absolute rubbish, employees hardly speak German, some of the food in the drive-thru is cold and looks like it was slapped on the floor and then handed to the customer. This isn't the first time, it's almost always like this. Shame on you.

Hello, this is my third time here and there is no ice again. That was the last time I'll visit this juice shop! I absolutely cannot recommend the store

We've been waiting 15 minutes for our food. What's so difficult about a HappyMeal and two burgers? They seem hopelessly overwhelmed here. And it's by no means overcrowded here

Drive in is not processed, queues inside and outside are very long. It's a real shame that a lot of time was wasted.

Unfortunately there was very unclean food under the tables from other guests...

Dear Mr. Google, why are my critical posts no longer published here? Oh yes, maybe MCD "sponsors" Google. You want to be independent? Fortunately, there are other websites that Google also rates. Half forgotten and unfriendly when complaining. Sorry, this is the last MCD branch. Update 02.06.22 That was amazing, my girlfriend and I invited my son to MCD for Children's Day. What we found was a dirty shop, not only were the tables not wiped, even the chairs were completely dirty. An employee who was called over took care of things. My burgers were completely cold, the others were warm. OK, I'm not making a fuss about the temperature of the burgers on Children's Day. But the vegetables were, how do I put it best, the stalk doesn't belong on the burger, the lettuce was brown... I don't want to go into the food any further. In total, I paid €40,000. Can't you expect cleanliness and good quality from MCD? I don't know if it's because of the very young service staff? I'm certainly not racist or xenophobic, but perhaps these shortcomings are due to the many nationalities that are employed here, not working, but standing around laughing. As soon as I got home, I got diarrhea, which is still going on today. My partner and my son had the same experience. In short, hygiene is a must. The manager of this MCD branch should think about having trained staff. At least the most basic hygiene rules should be observed in the catering industry. Thank you MCD for the eventful visit to a branch that I will definitely not visit again. This branch is really a disgrace for the parent company. As already mentioned, the visit cost me almost €40.00 and completely ruined my son's children's day. I would be happy to receive feedback from the manager. I'm still thinking about informing the health department. I will also forward this entry to the MCD. Update 11.01.2023 I needed some time to digest my last visit. We were there again last week and nothing, absolutely nothing, has changed. Absolutely incompetent staff. But not only incompetent, but also unfriendly staff. And as if that wasn't enough, there was another burger in my bag. If your staff doesn't speak German and therefore can't read, they don't belong in the service. When will someone in charge finally get in touch and give me feedback on how long this will continue? All my friends would rather drive into town to McDonald's than come to you. Ask yourself why that is?

How about you train your employees to check the order again before you give it out. I was missing TWO cheeseburgers! This is an absolute disgrace and should not happen.

Friendly, yes. But not the brightest! When I ordered I noted that both fries were missing the last time I ordered. I said at the counter “it would be nice if you put these in with me”. From the communication I assumed that was the case and that I would get my fries. Of course this wasn't the case. He should say it straight away. So I drove there again and ordered/hired/paid. And if you receive a rating above one star, poor service behavior must be rewarded. ;)

The “barrier-free” toilet is not barrier-free enough to allow you to close the door with assistance. More space for people in wheelchairs would be appropriate. And please reattach the second handle!

The food gets more expensive every time and the burgers get smaller every time. I paid almost €18 for a Happymeal and a burger and 2 chicken burgers. This is no longer normal. Especially when you see the quality of the burgers it's really bad.

I've been there 4 times in the last year and each time a product was missing. Simply underground. If everyone did their job like that……. Ordered online and paid online. Go to the drive-in, take the bag, arrive and find what's missing. Except that it's not a fast food restaurant. Once I waited 42 minutes and didn't get a givaway. More than disappointing

More than half of the drive-thru order is missing. In the snack meal there was only a bag of fries, nothing else was missing, not even the ketchup was included, that's a huge impudence and a rip-off, we won't come here anymore. It has worn off quite a bit, this isn't the first time you've been dissatisfied. I have scary thoughts about whether the bag was even fresh.

Well, actually always quite satisfied, but today at Mc Drive there was a woman with a migration background who didn't understand anything and took the order incorrectly 3 times. Then you don't get enough change back. I had been there earlier and once again an extra ingredient was missing but it was calculated.

Another burger was forgotten when ordering and 2 others were incorrectly filled. As soon as you order more than one or two people, 90% of the time something is wrong. The statistics are from my experience. It has to be regulated somehow. Either only one person should be responsible for the order, or something else. Several people throw stuff into the bag, so it's not possible to check the order. The wrong box was taken due to incorrect documentation, either in the kitchen, during composition, or during service. There is still a lot of room for improvement.

Nice decor, clean and very nice staff. The food was at our table and in our hands very quickly. The food itself was also very fresh and hot. I've had much worse MCD's...

Definitely came here after a concert. Toilets were locked, fries weren't fresh and the citizen was already cold. Nuggets were OK and so was the drink. Service was non-existent and all the tables were dirty and hadn't been wiped down for a while. We definitely won't come again and would rather go somewhere else.

Long wait, waited an incomprehensibly long time for food, people after us had their stuff in front of us for a long time, then waited another 10 minutes for a drink, there weren't many people...., thanks, that's sorted out for now....
