Furthermore, the restaurant can't seem to get the dishwasher repaired or replaced, so for weeks now, they've only been serving coffee in paper cups... P.S. I have to add something – my leisurely breakfast was rewarded with an extra €40 fine for parking too long. Great, especially after waiting 10 minutes at the ordering terminal and then another 2 x 10 minutes for the food and drinks...

Unfortunately, the product range is getting smaller, the selection is excessively large, the recipes are being changed, and the "kebab promotion" is a no-go. You can still eat it, just not like before. 😏🍔🍟🍟🍟🍟..

The drive-in was barricaded with wooden crates and could not be used.

Two minutes later, I received a letter from the parking depot saying I had to pay a whopping €40 because we were in the restaurant an hour too long. Apparently, after 1:30, you have to leave with your food and coffee. The employee at McDonald's just said that this is just how it is now, as many people just park and go to Sachsenallee. On October 4, 2025, at approximately 8 p.m., I was ordering from the McDrive and was spoken to by an employee in a very loud and disrespectful manner. When I politely asked for clarification, I was ignored and belittled. I've never experienced such poor service. I'm a tax advisor myself and deal with many people, but I've never been treated so disrespectfully. My request to the store management: Please reconsider who you hire and ensure your employees are trained in dealing with customers politely and respectfully. Because we don't tolerate such disrespectful behavior in our society, and it should have no place.

The fries were cold, the whole meal was cold. And the Coke was almost entirely made of ice cubes.

I was so shocked and disgusted that I interrupted my meal and asked for the shift manager. A young woman with shaved hair seemed annoyed when I described my impressions to her. She then called the employee over, and he said that it was true, laughing. He said he would have washed his hands elsewhere later. The even more annoyed supervisor then made me leave, saying, "If he says he washed his hands, then I have to believe it." It's bordering on a scandal. The fact is, no amount of money could get me back in there. Disgusting!

You get food very quickly at the drive-thru, but if you order inside and want to pay with cash, it takes FOREVER. Today there were no customers, and I waited 30 minutes for my order (McFlurry). 4-5 employees were clearly enjoying their work. So it must have been a break behind the cash register. I left after 30 minutes because it was a total disgrace, and that was the second time this happened. So, they could definitely improve their service.

For going out to eat with all the kids, having fun, and playing games afterward, two weeks later you get a €35 bill because you overstayed the parking time by 33 minutes. Neither the parking depot nor McDonald's will do anything about it, even with a receipt for the food. Now that's customer-friendly!

Last night 05.03.2025 around 10.00pm I went to get something to take away and I will never come back here again. The employees are very rude to the customer. They don't say hello when you arrive and leave. Waiting for my order I saw that they were playing with the ketchup. They threw it there and it fell and it will perish. Then they put it in my bag. Nevertheless, I finished the appointment first and then went back to the Dresdner Straße branch and briefly described what I had to complain about. Without even the slightest insight, my credibility was completely questioned because I wasn't back until an hour later. No accommodation or understanding. Dear McDonalds team, that was a complaint and if you make a complaint you are legally obliged to repair the purchased item, exchange it or refund the money.

After ordering, I asked for a second straw for my coke, and first I heard a "no" and then a lecture about how I wasn't taking care of the environment. In my opinion, the employee shouldn't care what I pay attention to and what I don't. Then when I asked her name, she kept running away and wouldn't say her name. Maybe their unfriendly attitude was because I was from Russia and my accent was noticeable. Overall the food was ok but the staff were terrible. If you don't like people, you're better off working in a warehouse.

No worries - I was surprised that there were no fries in the breakfast offer. In general, the menu is limited - unheard of in Poland. The taste is ok, but they even regret the additions - in general, it's a poor quality edition.

Unfortunately, once again the order from home was incomplete. If I find out at home that two products are missing, no one can expect the customer to come by again and pick up the missing things.
