McDonald's in Chemnitz

Heute war ich in dieser McDonald's-Filiale und habe ein Eis gekauft. Auf der Werbung ist der Becher randvoll abgebildet. In Wirklichkeit wird er jedoch nur etwa zur Hälfte gefüllt. Außerdem wird das Eis so eingefüllt, dass es oben wie ein voller Becher aussieht, tatsächlich befindet sich darunter aber nur wenig Eis. Sobald man es umrührt, merkt man, dass der Becher nur halb voll ist. Ich möchte ausdrücklich betonen, dass ich dieses Problem nur in dieser Filiale festgestellt habe. In anderen McDonald's-Filialen habe ich so etwas bisher nicht erlebt. Bitte achten Sie künftig darauf. Vielen Dank.

Das Essen war nicht kalt, der McDonald's-Spielbereich hat zwei Spielplätze und die Lieferung erfolgte innerhalb weniger Minuten.

Leider eine echt unangenehme Erfahrung. Ich war mit meiner Freundin dort und sie wurde die ganze Zeit von mehreren Männern aus der Küche begafft. Besonders hervorgetan hat sich einer davon: Glatze, Basecap nach hinten gedreht, mit einer Narbe im Gesicht. Man hat durchs halbe Restaurant gehört, wie er dabei lüsterne Geräusche und Gesten von sich gegeben hat – widerlich und respektlos. Es blieb nicht bei uns: Das Gleiche passierte auch bei anderen Frauen und Mädchen, teils sogar bei offensichtlich Minderjährigen. Das geht gar nicht. Dazu kommt, dass das Personal vorne meist schlecht gelaunt war und einen das auch deutlich spüren ließ. Kann ich so leider nicht empfehlen. Wer mit Freundin, Familie oder Kindern essen gehen will, sollte sich das gut überlegen.

Unglaublich schneller Service. Sehr gut fand ich die Sauberkeit der sanitären Anlagen, besonders im Vergleich zu anderen mir bekannten Schnellrestaurants.

Was den Mcdrive betrifft ist das der schlechteste Megges den ich je erlebt habe. Es fehlte immer etwas - auch wenn absolut nichts los ist. Beschwerden ziehen a den Mitarbeitern komplett vorbei. Wenn man drinnen isst, kommt das Essen super schnell und super warm also einfach top. Deswegen 2 Sterne, aber ich versteh nicht was da an sich falsch läuft🥲

Sehr dreckig auch Tische und Kinder Spielzeug halb kaputt

Eine Frechheit, ich komme heute aus dem Urlaub und habe eine Vertragsstrafe von Parkdepot im Briefkasten. Achtung Abzocke!!!!!

Dadurch daß ich unter der Woche so ungefähr Mittags da war, war fast keine Wartezeit. Ich bekam mein Essen sehr schnell. An anderen Zeiten ist das leider nicht so.

Sie haben mir einen Wrap mit Hähnchen statt einen vegetarischen gegeben. Aufmerksam die Bestellung prüfen!

Habe einen McRib kalt und ohne Soße bekommen, dazu pappige Pommes. McDonalds war auch schon mal besser...

Es gab eine fliege in meinem mc flurry

Herrentoilette defekt. Behinderten WC gleicht einem Baustellen WC nach 14 Tages Gebrauch. Handwaschseife Fehlanzeige. Nur die Bestellung und Zubereitung ging flott. Außenbereich zugemüllt. Jemand der mal aufräumt und sauber macht Fremdwort. Man kann am Tisch ablesen, was hier vorher verspeist wurde

Sauberkeit ließ Sonntag zu wünschen übrig... Essensreste auf dem Fußboden, Tische nicht abgewischt... Hab ich hier schon besser erlebt

Solides McDonald's-Erlebnis, das man erwartet, schnell und zuverlässig. Der Innenraum wurde modernisiert und wirkt jetzt frischer. Bestellung läuft überwiegend über die Terminals, wodurch der persönliche Kontakt zum Personal etwas in den Hintergrund tritt. Service war trotzdem freundlich.

Mc Donalds hat sich wieder mal selbst übertroffen. Das permanent in der Bestellung Essen fehlt sind wir mittlerweile gewohnt. Bei unserer letzten Bestellung haben sich die Mitarbeiter wohl gedacht: 'Wir ändern das jetzt'. Haben sie auch. Jetzt haben 2 Produkte gefehlt (Getränk und Quetschtüte) und das im Happy Meal. Echt unterirdisch. Hauptsache dieses sinnlose runde Stoffspielzeug war dabei. Zumindest war der Uber Fahrer pünktlich.

Wae heute mit meine Sohn in der Filiale und na ja die Angestellten lachten mehr als sie arbeiten und arbeiten rum was an sich ok ist aber der eine mit Arbeiter mit der Halbglaze der sich dan Würggeräuche machen über die pommes beugte und seinen Speichel anstelle des Salzes über die Pommen verteilte war mir doch dann zu viel widerlich

Wohl an, edle Reisende und fahrende Gesellen, mit großer Hoffnung und nicht geringem Hunger betrat ich die Schenke des goldenen M, auf dass mein Magen gespeiset und mein Gemüt erfreuet werde. Doch ach, welch bitteres Geschick erwartete mich hinter ihren Toren! Die dargebotenen Speisen wurden mir gereichet, als hätten sie bereits mehrere Winter auf dem Burghof verbracht. Kalt waren sie, ja beinahe von frostiger Beschaffenheit. Die Portionen wiederum erschienen derart klein, dass selbst ein bescheidener Knappe nach ihrem Verzehr noch um Brot und Käse gebeten hätte. Gleichwohl verlangte man hierfür einen Preis, welcher eines königlichen Festmahles würdig gewesen wäre. Nicht minder unerquicklich war die Wartezeit. Obwohl die Herberge sich rühmet, Speisen eilends zu reichen, verstrichen gefühlt mehrere Mondphasen, ehe meine Bestellung den Weg zu mir fand. Ferner ward mein Blick Zeuge eines Umstandes, welcher kaum zur Würde eines ehrbaren Gasthauses beiträgt: Einige Bedienstete schienen auf der Bedürfnisanstalt mehr Interesse aneinander als an ihrer Arbeit zu zeigen. Näheres möge der Fantasie des Lesers überlassen bleiben. Eine Empfehlung vermag ich daher nicht auszusprechen. Nur die bemerkenswert hohe Anzahl an holden Jungfrauen, welche sich an diesem Orte zu stärken pflegen, vermag den einen oder anderen Reisenden noch anzulocken. So ziehe ich von dannen mit leerem Beutel, mäßig gefülltem Magen und schwer enttäuschtem Herzen. Lg. Reinhart

Waren heute in der Dresdner Straße bei McDonald's und wurden nicht besonders freundlich empfangen. Das Essen war gut aber mit der Sauberkeit ist es nicht so prickelnd. Unbesetzte Tische schmutzig incl. Fußboden! Die Toilette auch nicht fein.

Wollte heute meine Jungs zum Abendessen überraschen. Ich habe in meinem ganzen Leben noch nie eine Bewertung abgegeben, aber dieses McDonald's Restaurant ist eine absolute Katastrophe!!! Die Bestellung war nicht vollständig, erst nach mehrmaliger Ansprache habe ich meine bezahlte Bestellung erhalten.(Dem Personal hat das gar nicht gepasst). So etwas Kundenunfreundliches habe ich bei McDonald's noch nicht erlebt. Finger weg von diesem McDonald's!

Essen über die App bestellt und bezahlt zum Mitnehmen - im Store persönlich abgeholt. Zuhause angekommen - es fehlte 1x Gitterkartoffeln, 1x 6er Nuggets, und die einen 6er Nuggets waren bloß 5. Und das für einen stolzen Preis von 40€. Echt eine Frechheit. Das „Fleisch“ war beim Deutschlandburger und beim Cheeseburger augenscheinlich auch schon einige Stunden in der Warmhalte gelagert.

Nachdem ich gesehen habe, dass diese Filiale einen Gesundheitsvorfall hatte, haben sich einige meiner Fragen über die Qualität des Essens hier tatsächlich von allein geklärt. "McDonald's", ist das, was du unter deinem Logo passieren lässt, das, was du vertrittst? Ich denke das Motto von McDonald's war mal vor Jahren anders.

Genau wie man einen Mc Donalds erwartet. Leider sind zu den wichtigsten Besuchs Zeiten die Wartezeiten zu lang...oder man findet keinen Platz. Sonst alles io. Update 05.2026 Die Qualität der Speisen ist OK. Was gar nicht geht ist die Sauberkeit. Wir sind gekommen und es waren viele Tische frei, jedoch war keiner sauber...

Die App zeigt an, dass das Restaurant geöffnet ist und man bestellen kann. Bei der Ankunft ist es jedoch geschlossen.

Nur weil es mal was warmes sein musste. McSmart Menü für 5.99 war o.k., aber der Hamburger Royal war für den Preis unverschämt, zusammengeschustert und null Geschmack. Bin erstmal wieder geheilt.

Ich wollte einen Matcha Latte trinken, die Dose steht im Hintergrund noch da ganz offensichtlich an der Angebots Tafel steht es auch, es wird mit einem LED Schild beworben, aber der Mitarbeiter sagt mir, es ist leider ausverkauft, da es so in der Kasse stehen würde,ohne Mal in die Dose mit dem Puder zu schauen 😳😅. Leider lächerlich.

Es wäre sehr hilfreich wenn die Mitarbeiter auch mit den bereitgestellten Anwendungen umgehen könnten…zum Essen kann Ich nichts sagen da vermutlich der Hausmeister an der Kasse stand und nicht mit dem System zurecht kam…aber halb so wild…so verdreckt wie die Tische & Bänke waren hätte man sich sowieso irgendwas eingefangen…sind dann zu Burger King…da ging‘s

Meine Freunde und ich haben die neue Speisekarte gekauft. Einer meiner Freunde fand ein Haar in seinen Käsesternen. Wir zeigten es dem Personal, und man sagte uns, alle dort seien kahlköpfig und so etwas könne nicht passieren, obwohl hinter ihm Frauen ohne Hauben standen. Ich hatte bei der Bestellung darum gebeten, die Tomaten aus meinem Big Tasty zu entfernen – sie klebten zwar einen Aufkleber darauf, entfernten die Tomaten aber nicht. Der Service war unterirdisch.

Ich habe drei Gerichte zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Die Heimfahrt dauerte 10 Minuten. – Eine Kartoffel fehlte. – Die Kartoffel war steinhart, ich musste sie wegwerfen. Dann macht euch selbst ein Bild. Ich kann es nicht empfehlen.

Ich habe bestellt und nach 20 Minuten immer noch nichts erhalten. An der Kasse wurde mir dann gesagt, dass ich die Bestellung nicht bekommen würde, weil ich erst kürzlich bestellt hätte und ich lüge.

Essen ist hier jedesmal super, noch warm und natürlich frisch Zubereitet, Service ist auch sehr freundlich. Bestellungen kamen immer vollständig an. Pommes sind nicht so lapprig, wie in anderen Restaurants

Grade ein family bundle bestellt. 2 burger fehlten. Nach Rückruf, total pampig und ,, kann garnicht sein,, keine nachlieferung. Und das für 30€. Schlechter geht nicht.

Dieser Typ mit Blauen T Shirt und halb Glatze richtig unfreundlich hat man eine Frage so wird diese zwar beantwortet aber auf unfreundliche art… erfreut mich garnicht dieser Service

Ich habe angerufen und hatte eine Frage die Mitarbeiterin hatte auf meine Frage folgendes beantwortet: „eine auf die fresse“ meine Frage lautete: „ob man bei Ihnen was gratis kriegt, wenn man sein Halbjahreszeugnis abgibt“ Ein andere Mitarbeiter hatte mir danach auch unfreundlich geantwortet

35€ Vertragsstrafe weil wir gemütlich gefrühstückt haben. Essen ist der Zweck eines Restaurants! Wenn ihr eure Kunden Raus scheuchen wollt gerne. Aber mit mir nie wieder!!!! So was dreistes hab ich noch nie erlebt.

Im Dezember letzten Jahres besuchten wir zu Dritt diesen McDonalds in Chemnitz, Dresdner Strasse 43. Nachdem wir unser Auto geparkt hatten, haben wir es uns im Restaurant gut gehen lassen. Für satte 2 Stunden und 56 Minuten. Das dicke Ende kam heute Mitte Januar mit einem Strafzettel über 40 Euro. Denn auf dem McDonald's Parkplatz darf man nur 1 Stunde und 30 Minuten parken. Das ist somit das mit Abstand Gastunfreundlichste Restaurant, welches ich während meines gesamten Lebens erlebt habe.

Update Januar 2026: wieder einmal eine Bestellung unvollständig. Diesmal leider erst zuhause gemerkt. Dazu wird das Essen im McDrive einem fast aus dem Fenster zugeschmissen. ____________________ Schon mehrmals da gewesen und immer wieder enttäuscht. Die einfachsten Dinge kann das Personal nicht umsetzen - ob das jetzt eine Scheibe Käse extra oder das Weglassen der Gurkenscheiben ist. Es wird ja wohl nicht so schwer sein, einen Burger zusammen zu bauen! Schon gar nicht, wenn man wie heute gerade die einzige wartende Bestellung ist. Unglaublich.... Dazu ist das Essen jedes Mal kalt. Aber Hauptsache die Parkscheibe ist im Auto, wenn man nur mal kurz für 5 Minuten reinhüpft um auf Toilette zu gehen, sonst wird man gleich mal um 15 Euro ärmer gemacht von irgendeiner dubiosen Firma, die Strafzettel verteilt.

Unfreundliches Personal, Essen ist nicht akkurat, wie es in anderen Filialen ist. Und man kann sich kein Spielzeug aussuchen, obwohl man freundlich fragt und das Kind danebensteht. Die Aussage ist: „Hier darf man sich nichts aussuchen und geh an das große Tablet, wenn es so voll ist, hier wird nicht bestellt“, also extrem unfreundlich. Hier muss wirklich mal der Hauptmann auftreten, damit es mal wieder ordentlich läuft.

Noch so ein McDonald's, der Apps nicht mag. Normalerweise ist alles heiß, aber über die App ist es kalt, und man wird angeguckt, als ob man sie ausrauben wollte, nur weil es über die App billiger ist.

The man behind the counter was absolutely unfriendly, bald with a beer belly. Someone was rudely confronted and yelled at for no reason whatsoever, even though he was there with his children. The customer didn't look German and didn't speak German; I wouldn't be surprised if that's why he was treated that way. Absolutely unacceptable. I'll never come here again.

Some of the staff were very unfriendly; we just had an unpleasant experience. Someone was verbally abused through no fault of their own by a certain person over something completely trivial.

I think the food at this McDonald's is simply the best, and it just tastes so, so good.

2025: The owner seems to be increasingly relying on organic, on-site staff, and since then things have noticeably gone downhill. The last time I had cold pizza was served on a pizza. Another pizza looked like it had been tossed around the restaurant. Cleanliness, help! 2017: Great restaurant, very good atmosphere and staff. The wait time from ordering to preparation/completion is sometimes a bit long.

Typical chain restaurant, impersonal but reasonably quick. The restrooms are also relatively clean.

The service is the best thing here. Unfortunately, the table service signs are missing, having been diverted from another ordering station. The tables themselves aren't very inviting; you usually only see that when the place is busy.

As I've now read here, I'm not the first person this has happened to. We were having a nice meal with friends and then got coffee and ice cream. Two weeks later, I received a letter from the parking authority stating that I owe a whopping 40 euros because we stayed in the restaurant an hour too long. Apparently, after 1.5 hours, you have to leave with food and coffee. The employee at McDonald's simply said that's how it is now because many people just park and walk down Sachsenallee. I can forget about appealing to the parking authority. I think it's an outrageous rip-off to exploit customers like this. I'll definitely never have coffee here again. Update: I contacted McDonald's by email, and after two email exchanges, I received confirmation today that the parking ticket has been canceled as a gesture of goodwill.

We usually just drive past it when we're going to Freiberg, so we only have experience with the drive-thru. It's running normally; we haven't had anything disgusting or bad so far.

The drive-in was barricaded with wooden crates and could not be used.

The food was terrible. Burgers weren't fresh. Milkshakes were way too runny.

The restaurant closed 5 minutes before scheduled closing time.

It's pointless if you pay for sauces and don't get them, and on top of that, the burgers are the wrong kind. They're now going to end up in the trash because you don't eat them. You can leave it.

Unfortunately, they're so unfriendly and lack understanding. It's best to be ready for everything right away and know the entire menu by heart. You're put under pressure at the drive-thru, and there's a discussion if you change your mind. And we're talking about a normal order, where a normal person might experience brief indecision because they don't know what's available, especially the specials.

On October 4, 2025, at approximately 8 p.m., I was ordering from the McDrive and was spoken to by an employee in a very loud and disrespectful manner. When I politely asked for clarification, I was ignored and belittled. I've never experienced such poor service. I'm a tax advisor myself and deal with many people, but I've never been treated so disrespectfully. My request to the store management: Please reconsider who you hire and ensure your employees are trained in dealing with customers politely and respectfully. Because we don't tolerate such disrespectful behavior in our society, and it should have no place.

The fries were cold, the whole meal was cold. And the Coke was almost entirely made of ice cubes.

Very unfriendly service. When we simply asked about the sauce, an employee shouted at us loudly. When we then asked to speak to the store manager, we were simply ignored. This is, of course, what you would expect from perfect customer service.

After I placed my order, I went to the restroom with my son. A relatively young employee, apparently of Indian descent, followed us. After we washed our hands and left the restroom, the friendly employee followed us with a smile, but unfortunately, without washing his hands. His path led directly to the kitchen, back to work. I was so shocked and disgusted that I interrupted my meal and asked for the shift manager. A young woman with shaved hair seemed annoyed when I described my impressions to her. She then called the employee over, and he said that it was true, laughing. He said he would have washed his hands elsewhere later. The even more annoyed supervisor then made me leave, saying, "If he says he washed his hands, then I have to believe it." It's bordering on a scandal. The fact is, no amount of money could get me back in there. Disgusting!

You get food very quickly at the drive-thru, but if you order inside and want to pay with cash, it takes FOREVER. Today there were no customers, and I waited 30 minutes for my order (McFlurry). 4-5 employees were clearly enjoying their work. So it must have been a break behind the cash register. I left after 30 minutes because it was a total disgrace, and that was the second time this happened. So, they could definitely improve their service.

For going out to eat with all the kids, having fun, and playing games afterward, two weeks later you get a €35 bill because you overstayed the parking time by 33 minutes. Neither the parking depot nor McDonald's will do anything about it, even with a receipt for the food. Now that's customer-friendly!

It looks nice; you can sit outside, everything's nice, but I don't know who came up with the idea of ​​building bikes for kids to play with INSIDE McDonald's. It's so noisy. We ordered a happy meal and waited almost 10 minutes. They took three orders that were behind us. It was very frustrating. The burger was cold, and so were the fries. Overall, the collaboration with Hello Kitty and Ninja Turtles was cool. The staff was friendly, but that was it. The atmosphere was very cold. The tables were a bit dirty, and the floors were sticky.

All tables and seating were very dirty despite there being few guests.

Never again a disaster! This was by far the worst McDonald's visit we've ever had. The food was ice-cold and partially burnt. The latte macchiato we ordered was nothing more than hot milk with sugar, no coffee in it! After complaining, we were rudely fobbed off with the line, "Then just order coffee." The scrambled eggs were completely missing from the "Egg Bacon" breakfast wrap, which was an absolute disgrace. Service was rude, quality was abysmal, and customer service was nonexistent. Anyone who goes here will go home in a bad mood and hungry.

Eating something quickly is perfectly fine.

We stopped at the McDonald's drive-thru to get a Sakura-flavored Sprite, but there was no sign or sticker saying it was sold out. We were then told this in a very rude manner. After we had ordered and paid, we waited at the next window. It took a really long time to make a burger and an ice cream. Then the bag was almost thrown in my face and no goodbye or anything like that was said. They just closed the window and left. When I finished my burger, the entire sauce was smeared on the outside, which was fantastic. If you don't feel like it, that's perfectly fine, you don't always feel like it, but treating customers like that is incomprehensible. I'll just go to another McDonald's next time.

We ordered a Big Mac Chicken Meal. I actually got everything except the Big Mac Chicken. So I went back. The staff was very unfriendly and didn't want to give me anything at first. We ordered two McFlurrys there today. Both ice creams weren't even half full and were already half melted.

My online order was sent to the wrong store. The nice lady at the checkout redirected the order and prepared it immediately. Great.

Unfriendly and incompetent staff. After waiting at the counter for more than five minutes and still not being served, we were told to order at the terminal. The lines there were even longer, and we would have had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes to even place an order... We left. I've never experienced such a bad McDonald's.

I received a nice letter from the parking enforcement! €35 because we stayed in the restaurant too long. I find it very annoying that we now have to set the alarm while eating and can't just enjoy the time! Was very dirty and the displays were not very easy to use because the touch screen did not work

Order via Lieferando, current lens option apparently looks poor. After I placed an order for us at a price of €75, I called to ask if I could perhaps get a solution for a glass, while some people have 30 glasses alone, or others already have the special gold glasses, I was told on the phone that they absolutely couldn't do anything about it, because they were only intended for that, and these only for that. Let's be honest, with an amount of this amount you will 100% have some leeway to at least meet customer satisfaction. This was finally the last visit/order here too. McDonald's is just completely ahead of its time, every kebab shop can now make you a decent burger.

Very unfriendly and very unkempt staff!

Placed an order online to pick up at the drive trough. Once there, the products that were still available according to the app were no longer available. Very disappointing, regardless of whether it's the app or the branch. Drove an extra 15 minutes more.

I've seen better! My food was moldy and the customer service could be more pleasant!

The burger had too much sauce. While I was ordering it was loud like a car wash and I didn't get the loyalty points that are awarded in the app. 26.96€ 3 burgers and a wrap code FV82 in the app has not arrived that has already been paid for.

Unfortunately, today April 21st I received a salad from yesterday April 20th.

I tried to order food for my family and was insulted and threatened with a slap in the face. Never experienced such impudence. My children are already crying because they really wanted McDonald's.
