MC Donald's is just MC Donald's... The tables were clean, the food was normal...

As a restaurateur, I prefer to leave the food rating...The reason I give 5 stars is the young colleague who can be seen at the drive-in counter today in a gray shirt, but often also in a white shirt. Not only is her smile absolutely contagious and always brightens my day, she also seems hard-working and competent. I wish this stunningly beautiful lady all the best and hope that she continues on her path. As the manager of a restaurant in Hamburg Jenfeld, I would do everything to support a colleague like that

We ordered 3 coffees, they said it would take 5 minutes and it took 20 minutes, what a lack of professionalism

Today was the third time drinks were forgotten at Happy Meals and hamburgers were put in the bag instead of nuggets. When you call, no one answers the phone. It's a shame that the employees can't manage something like that. It can happen once, make the same mistake three times... There's something wrong with that.

I ordered a TS without tomato with extra cheese and extra bacon and onions and received a TS without tomato without the paid extras. The bacon sticker was in three versions on the box but unfortunately there was no bacon, no extra cheese and no onions in the box. Unfortunately, I ordered at McDrive and didn't notice the whole thing until I was home. This is not a service. I reported the whole thing on the McDonald's website and received no response. That's no way to keep customers.

At lunchtime today I got 2 M Burgers, 1 Big Mac and 1 Royal TS from the drive in, and at home everything wasn't even lukewarm. This doesn't happen otherwise, even in the winter when we get burgers. The M Burger also didn't taste good at all. Just kind of pissed. Too much sour cucumber, sour sauce... The Big Mac didn't taste as usual either. We threw half of it away. Too bad about the money. I have no idea what happened today, we're disappointed. At lunchtime and when the shop is full, you should probably expect hot burgers.

So whoever orders there often only gets half price. I've tried it 2 or 3 times now and there was always something missing, or there was something completely different in it, the drivers just drive again if something is missing. And when you call them you only get the statement that they can't do anything because they supposedly don't have a driver. I ordered there last time.

Best milkshake. Mc Rib used to be definitely better, back then it was still my favorite dish.

Everything went well. I ordered it, picked it up and ate it with gusto.

You want to order there, delivery blocks the driveway. When spoken to, there was a complete lack of understanding, the manager was rude and cheeky. “Then go!” the statement. I hope the head office takes care of this and talks to the franchisees. I also couldn't drive to the EWE charging station. Not recommended!

Yesterday I visited this McDonald’s drive-thru for the first time with my kids. Unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. I ordered two happy meals and two cheeseburgers. Unfortunately, the employees couldn't even read a simple order correctly and pack it completely. There were no nuggets in the Happy Meals, which really disappointed my kids. Luckily I ordered the cheeseburgers, otherwise my children wouldn't have had anything to eat at all. This experience was disappointing.

Always the same thing... unfortunately the more rural branches never have these service problems... which might be the reason... something is missing every time... you have to leave 15 euros for a menu for the quality... but if you don't get it baked at least Packing the full order... it's my own fault... every time.

Overcrowded and very long waiting time. I ended up eating somewhere else

We live in Barsbüttel, just 3 minutes away, and the food is always cold even when we try it in the car. I've complained on the phone several times but unfortunately nothing happens. We leave around €50-€60 each time. 5 minutes ago today my husband got food for the children and the same topic again crispy chicken cold and hard fries cold nuggets cold and soft simply catastrophic. Where is the management……….

Okay for people with children. But I'm now a lover of real citizen shops

I've gotten meat here several times instead of the plant-based products I ordered. Both on the Plant Nuggets and on the McPlant Burger. That is not how it works!

The children just want to go there. 🤷‍♀️

I tried the Tom Bürger, I wouldn't order the plant based nuggets again. The citizen was good, mango chilli cheese very tasty! I got the menu in the app for €7.99.

The parking lot is very small. The food - as always at McDonalds.

Food is often cold in this branch, but you get it new. (Not ideal either). Otherwise all good. Employees are friendly. The store is usually very clean.

Hot fries, good burger and nice service. Food came quickly and completely.

The food was fresh and hot. The staff was super friendly and made sure that you could eat undisturbed. The clientele on the day we were there, well one wonders, do the gentlemen behave the same way at home? Loud, impossible conversation (mutual insults, leaving garbage, were told by the staff to leave because of their behavior) If you're hungry quickly, the shop is perfectly fine

There was a hair in the food. The employee then gave a new order and didn't apologize. We were also not allowed to sit at a larger table with 5 people. We should then put a chair at the table for 4 people. Very bad service. Report to the health department goes out!

Despite the opening hours until 1 a.m. on Friday, today there was no more coffee for sale at 11:10 p.m. because the machine had already been cleaned, which was an absolute disgrace... and the female waiter was totally unfriendly and kept saying she didn't understand us ! Never again !

Nice staff, unfortunately a lot of work needs to be done on cleanliness. Tables are not cleaned regularly. The floor is stuck or still has drink residue on the floor. The food was brought to the table quickly and fresh.

When I ordered coffee with 4 milk and 4 sugar, the Iranian grandma who works there complains about why I use so much milk and sugar. It's none of your business, grandma. The store is always dirty and I have always found the staff to be unfriendly and mean towards the customers. Deserved 0 stars.

I was forced to eat cold food that had obviously been sitting for 15 minutes. Cold food! Incomplete orders! Fries half filled! No vouchers or Monopoly coupons are accepted! Unsympathetic clueless shift manager! Dirty restaurant and toilets… Never again!!!

It's getting more and more expensive. Hardly affordable anymore.

Much improved in the last few months! For a while the bags of fries were usually only half full. But in the end they were always full. Employees are all very, very nice!

Die Angestellten arbeiten ziemlich lustlos, mit der Abrechnung haben diese auch nicht so drauf. Haben mir 1 € zu wenig herausgegeben. ☹️

Es gab zur Zeit keinen Schwarztee, ohne Bescheid zu geben, bekam ich einfach Minztee. Da soll man selber entscheiden, ob man z.B. einen Kaffee oder ein Kakao als Ersatz nimmt .

Ein McDonald’s eben… so wie immer. Nur leider ist die Besetzung am Ostermontag echt mager und für ein Fastfood-Restaurant 15 Minuten warten ist auch echt nicht so schön. Naja ,mal so mal so..

Die Bedienung am Tresen war ungeduldig, sprach undeutlich und wirkte genervt. Ich bin 78 Jahre alt und gehe vielleicht zweimal im Jahr bei McDonald's zum Essen, weil ich darauf Appetit habe. Auch wenn ich nicht gerade zum eigentlichen Kundenkreis von McDonald's gehöre und nicht ganz so routiniert bestelle, wie die vorwiegend jüngere Kundschaft, so darf ich doch erwarten, dass man mich höflich und mit Respekt bedient.

Per App schon von unterwegs bestellt. Sehr entspannt und empfehlenswert ❗

Wir waren heute beim Drive-in und obwohl mein Sohn etwas unentschlossen war, wurden wir sehr sehr freundlich und geduldig bedient. 🙂

Ein kleiner MC Donalds aber leider gab's Verständigungs Probleme am MC Drive nach mehrmals wiederholen unserer Bestellung hat es doch endlich geklappt essen war ok.

Stellt euch vor ihr geht zu McDonald's und werdet von der Schichtleiterin blöd angemacht weil dieser McDonald's seit Wochen keine Stromhalme hat. Getränkeautomat kaputt und man bekommt Cola aus der Flasche. Wenigstens sind die Pommes immer frisch mittlerweile .

Da es sehr voll war,habe ich nur die Toilette besucht, die wirklich eklig war! Wenn die Küche genau so ist, na dann Danke!😝

Leider etwas lieblos zusammengebaute Burger und nicht das netteste Personal, schade. Schon auffällig wie viel schlechter hier die Qualität ist als ein paar Meter weiter.

Für mich der Beste Mc Donalds in HH. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und erinnern sich an einen. Das ist für einen Mc Donalds Systemgsronomie Betrieb überhaupt nicht üblich. Klar kann man sich über Mc Donalds an sich streiten, aber diese Filiale schafft es zügig freundlich und Kundenorientiert zu arbeiten trotz Fachkräftemangel.. Dazu ist die Performance bei den Cheeseburgern ernorm

Bei der Nutzung des Drive ist zuhause zu mehr als 50% tatsächlich alles drin, was man bestellt hat. Sehr häufig allerdings nicht. Das ist aber wohl in den meisten Mc Drives ähnlich 🙈 Das Personal am Drive spricht überwiegend brauchbar Deutsch und ist überwiegend sogar gut zu verstehen. Kommunikation dennoch insgesamt eher schwierig - selbst bei Online-Bestellungen, die man am Drive abholt. Insgesamt ist wohl alles auf dem Niveau, wie man es bei McDonalds erwarten darf.

Der Big Tasty Bacob und die Cicken waren leider kalt und trocken, die Bedienung war recht Unaufmerksam und es war recht kalt im Restaurant. Am Selbstbestellautomaten konnte kein Kaffee bestellt werden, im Restaurant wurde mir gesagt, wenn in dem Automaten steht, es gibt keinen Kaffee, dann ist es auch so. Habe dann aber die Mc Drive Spur genommen und da gab es dann doch Kaffee.

Leider ab und zu Bürger fast kalt aber sonst OK
