Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable and reflects extremely poorly on the branch. We are deeply disappointed with this treatment and will definitely not order from here again.

I had the feeling that I wasn't welcome at all and that I had to apologize for disturbing them. The food was mixed. We had, among other things, a 9-pack of Mc Nuggets, a few of them were ok, the rest were bone dry and I had the impression that the maximum storage period had been massively exceeded. The men's toilet smelled like a pigsty and all of the toilet bowls were clean. Somehow during this visit I had the feeling that something was going wrong here and that the employees were not at all suitable for this job and/or were obviously not sufficiently trained. It is well known that the fish starts to stink at the head, so something must be going very wrong in the executive suite. I would like to call on McD Germany to check and, if necessary, provide further training for this franchisee. This McD branch has definitely seen us for the last time

Dieses Restaurant wird anscheinend von unfähigen Leuten geführt. Wir haben wie schon oft per App im Restaurant bestellt und Tischservice ausgewählt. Nr. des Tisches angeben und fertig. Wir wurden dann darauf hingewiesen, dass wir bitte die Aufsteller mit Nummern benutzen sollen. Das wäre einfacher. Was für ein Unsinn. Wenn es Tischnummern gibt dann sind diese auch benutzbar. Ansonsten schafft die Nr. ab. Insgesamt auch ziemlich fragwürdiges Publikum dort.

Nach meinem Besuch dieses Fast Food Restaurants hatte ich eine böse Überraschung. Der rückwertige Parkplatz ist gepflastert mit Videokameras, die genau dokumentieren, wann man parkt und wegfährt. Der Parkplatz war leer, ich habe im Restaurant Tee getrunken, ein Buch gelesen und ca. 2 Minuten länger als erlaubt geparkt, es flatterte kurze Zeit später ein Mahnbescheid mit 30 Euro Mahngebühren ins Haus. Schon ein recht unangenehmes Geschäftsgebaren, wenn ich ehrlich bin.

Habe diesen abwischen lassen, trotzdem ist er total klebrig. hatte ein Menu bestellt und es hat die Hälfte gefehlt… Die Toiletten waren sehr unsauber und Klos waren komplett kaputt und lagen auf dem Boden… mein erster Besuch macht ein dreckigen Eindruck.

Es könnten mehr Terminals zum bestellen da sein, zwei reichen nicht aus. Man wartet einfach zu lange um seine Bestellung auf zu geben! Danach lief alles relativ schnell und das Personal ist auch freundlich. Mir wurde statt einer Cola ein Erdbeerschake gegeben, nach der Reklamation durfte ich beides behalten, Super Service!

Wie fast überall bei Mc Donalds ist das Personal der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig. Ausnahmen bestätigen die Regel, aber da musste suchen.

Es fehlen einfach jedes Mal die Süß-Sauren Soßen bei den Bestellungen über UberEats. Chicken Nuggets ohne Soße ist schon echt eine trockene Angelegenheit.. Somit war das meine letzte Bestellung bei dieser Filiale. Das Essen vor Ort ist ok. Gibt wesentlich bessere Filialen. Das Ambiente ist dem Stadtteil geschuldet eher anstrengend.

Halt zu teuer! Und das Essen ist nicht wirklich super. Mehr kann man dazu nicht sagen.
