Was there with friends for 1.5 hours. Would have to pay a fine of €35 because parking is only allowed for 1 hour. Never go back. If you go to Eifelstrasse it's great You can stay as long as you want.

The employee at the pick-up window laughed with a colleague and then asked us, completely inappropriately, if we could drive his colleague to the train. Another visit and again coffees from Mc Caffe ordered on site in paper cups. The cake was simply placed in paper packages instead of on plates. The staff's excuse that the dishwasher is broken is a joke. Is the manager of this mess even there? I have been happy to come back to Mc Caffe for many years. This time something unexplainable happened. The coffee ordered from Mc Caffe was not brewed in a Mc Caffe pressure machine, but in this hamburger machine. Ordered on the spot, it was first poured into a paper cup, and after receiving attention, it was poured into a cold cup. After this maneuver, it no longer resembled coffee. It didn't taste like anything. The chocolate cake was ok. Here the employee had no room for initiative and to spoil something. However, the cake was served with a wooden fork, which made it impossible to cut a piece of the cake. The full order was not given, only after pointing out did we receive the missing change. The entrance to the floor where the children's playroom is located was blocked. The staff doesn't understand.

Catastrophe in everything. Everyone is unfriendly, fries are always old and taste like cardboard. (I often had to complain about them). Sometimes toys that were current several months ago are simply packed into the box in the happy meal. 😂 I also had to contact them to get a current toy for my child. So it's really catastrophic - you should take McDonald's Eiffestr as an example.

Cleanliness was fine at 9am. The food was simply nothing, we were all alone, so theoretically it should have been relatively freshly prepared. But the opposite was the case, the cheese was burnt on the paper with mctoast, which can't actually happen. I thought I'd already experienced it all at McD, but the last family visit to this restaurant showed that there doesn't seem to be any lower limit. Since we wanted to pay in cash, I ordered at the counter. The staff there was extremely annoyed, snippy and totally unfriendly. I had the feeling that I wasn't welcome at all and that I had to apologize for disturbing them. The food was mixed. We had, among other things, a 9-pack of Mc Nuggets, a few of them were ok, the rest were bone dry and I had the impression that the maximum storage period had been massively exceeded. The men's toilet smelled like a pigsty and all of the toilet bowls were clean. Somehow during this visit I had the feeling that something was going wrong here and that the employees were not at all suitable for this job and/or were obviously not sufficiently trained. It is well known that the fish starts to stink at the head, so something must be going very wrong in the executive suite. I would like to call on McD Germany to check and, if necessary, provide further training for this franchisee. This McD branch has definitely seen us for the last time

Bisher hatte ich dort keine Probleme. Der Service ist 6☆, Sie bestellen am Computer und sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten fertig. Es kommt auf den Auftrag an, aber egal wie groß das Personal damit umgehen kann

Dieses Restaurant wird anscheinend von unfähigen Leuten geführt. Wir haben wie schon oft per App im Restaurant bestellt und Tischservice ausgewählt. Nr. des Tisches angeben und fertig. Wir wurden dann darauf hingewiesen, dass wir bitte die Aufsteller mit Nummern benutzen sollen. Das wäre einfacher. Was für ein Unsinn. Wenn es Tischnummern gibt dann sind diese auch benutzbar. Ansonsten schafft die Nr. ab. Insgesamt auch ziemlich fragwürdiges Publikum dort.

Nach meinem Besuch dieses Fast Food Restaurants hatte ich eine böse Überraschung. Der rückwertige Parkplatz ist gepflastert mit Videokameras, die genau dokumentieren, wann man parkt und wegfährt. Der Parkplatz war leer, ich habe im Restaurant Tee getrunken, ein Buch gelesen und ca. 2 Minuten länger als erlaubt geparkt, es flatterte kurze Zeit später ein Mahnbescheid mit 30 Euro Mahngebühren ins Haus. Schon ein recht unangenehmes Geschäftsgebaren, wenn ich ehrlich bin.

eigentlich ein sehr schöner McDonald. Leider klebte der Tisch total. Habe diesen abwischen lassen, trotzdem ist er total klebrig. hatte ein Menu bestellt und es hat die Hälfte gefehlt… Die Toiletten waren sehr unsauber und Klos waren komplett kaputt und lagen auf dem Boden… mein erster Besuch macht ein dreckigen Eindruck.

Es könnten mehr Terminals zum bestellen da sein, zwei reichen nicht aus. Man wartet einfach zu lange um seine Bestellung auf zu geben! Danach lief alles relativ schnell und das Personal ist auch freundlich. Mir wurde statt einer Cola ein Erdbeerschake gegeben, nach der Reklamation durfte ich beides behalten, Super Service!

Wie fast überall bei Mc Donalds ist das Personal der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig. Ausnahmen bestätigen die Regel, aber da musste suchen.

Es fehlen einfach jedes Mal die Süß-Sauren Soßen bei den Bestellungen über UberEats. Chicken Nuggets ohne Soße ist schon echt eine trockene Angelegenheit.. Somit war das meine letzte Bestellung bei dieser Filiale. Das Essen vor Ort ist ok. Gibt wesentlich bessere Filialen. Das Ambiente ist dem Stadtteil geschuldet eher anstrengend.

Halt zu teuer! Und das Essen ist nicht wirklich super. Mehr kann man dazu nicht sagen.
