Döner Capitol in Hamburg

Mein Kommentar wurde vom Geschäft gelöscht, aber ich möchte noch mal wiederholen, was ich letztes Mal geschrieben habe. Nach einem Dürüm Döner musste ich direkt mit schweren Bauchschmerzen auf Klo. Deshalb kann ich es nicht empfehlen.

Ich bestelle meißtens den Döner Dürüm und jedes mal hat er mich nicht enttäuscht. Einfach top

An einem Samstag, Döner Menü getestet. Dönerbrot, Salat, Zwiebeln usw alles frisch, doch die Soße (tzatziki + cocktail) ist sauer, von cocktail kein Geschmack vorhanden. Fleisch war auch mit gefühl 2 el hinzugefügt. Ein durchschnittliche Salatdöner. Fleisch war auch nicht ganz lecker.

Man muss einmal dort Döner gegessen haben. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und sauber.

Bin Busfahrer und esse hier öfter mit Kollegen oder auch alleine in der Pause. Sehr freundlich, sehr gutes Essen und super schwarzer Tee. Gehen hier sehr gerne hin. Sehr gute Preise, zu sehr guten Portionen. Macht weiter so! 🙂

Der Service und die Kundenbetreuung sind erstklassig. Der Döner und alle anderen Speisen sind köstlich, besonders der Tee – einfach fantastisch! Ich empfehle das Restaurant all meinen Freunden und allen, die es noch nicht kennen. Meister Harun kümmert sich persönlich um seine Gäste. Vielen Dank an Meister Harun!

Ich habe ein Döner klein bestellt und das war sehr klein das war teuer

Bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Laden. Morgens habe ich mir schon öfters einen Börek gekauft und auch alles andere ist sehr lecker 😋

Ich habe mehrmals bestellt. Der Döner war mittelmäßig. Der Service war unterirdisch. Leute, die später kamen, bekamen ihre Döner früher. Ich bin gegangen und werde nicht wiederkommen. Das ist eine Frechheit gegenüber den Kunden.

Bin sehr enttäuscht von den Verkäufer mit den kurzen Haaren.nicnt nur das ein Bier 3 Euro kostet verarscht er mich mit dem Wechselgeld.6 Euro 2 bier ich bekomme 3,60Euro wieder

Einfach widerlich! Der ältere Herr hinter der Theke putzt sich mehrfach die Nase, und grabbelt danach den Salat an ohne sich die Hände zu waschen.

Very disappointing experience. The staff were quite unfriendly. When I tried to ask the person preparing my food if I could choose the menu that included a drink, he simply replied with “Nein.” He also waited until I specifically asked for the drink, as if assuming I didn’t understand German and would just walk away without it. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and mocking behavior.

Funny, the price is disproportionate to the quality. I ordered a large rotisserie and got a half-empty roll with a drop of meat... I wouldn't set foot in there again...

I was here today on Sunday. Apparently, they're always open on Sundays. The food was very good, and the staff was friendly. Google says it's closed on Sundays, but according to the owner, they're open on Sundays. Today, October 4, 2025, I picked up two kebabs to take away. I've been a regular customer for 10 years and always get the best quality. Please try somewhere else, then you'll notice the difference. 5 ***** from me.

After the severe stomach pain, I'm now afraid to ever eat kebabs again. It's simply disgusting there.

Ohhh god I've just bought some chicken from there I know that the place is the worst junk but I was hungry well I should have gone hungry now I'm constantly vomiting and have diarrhea if I catch him privately then we'll go for a walk in Billstedt the two of us

This kebab is catastrophic, and the price is so high. I honestly wouldn't eat there again voluntarily. The meat was awful, with so much oil and fat, and the service was very poor. The meat stretched like chewing gum and was extremely hard. Even though my friend ordered before me and the place was pretty empty, he had to wait 14 minutes for his kebab. He tried to pay with a card, but the employee said, "Oh, I declined, I guess you don't have any money." So, that was the first and last time for me. A disgrace.

The food is average, but even the smallest extra requests are fulfilled without having to immediately book the next most expensive product for €3 more.

Overpriced for the quality. It doesn't taste good, and it gives me a stomach ache. And if you're not careful, they'll sell you a small kebab for the price of a medium one (friends' experience).

A very good and nice shop, the kebab is incredibly good and clean, everything is freshly prepared, the meat, the sauces and the salad are clean, the staff are very nice and give you everything you need, in my opinion the best shop in all of Hamburg!!!

Very tasty kebab and friendly staff The kebab shop is very clean and nice. The food is fresh and tastes very good. There are many options: kebab, dürüm, vegetarian – everything is delicious. The employee Harun is very nice and polite. He is always smiling and speaks friendly to customers. He does his job really well. He makes you feel welcome.

Price performance was good, meat and bread crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, sauce okay and salad fresh.

When I first took a bite of the kebab, I bit into small, hard foreign bodies, it felt like sand. Never again.

I bought chicken which is very soft and has a very unusual taste. I do not recommend the kebab shop. I would prefer not to give any stars.

The Dürüm kebab tastes very good and is pretty well filled. I'm full and would love to come back.

I ordered a kebab and ate it there. A few minutes after eating, I had to take it out again. It wasn't painful, but it was probably food that was bad. Avoid it at all costs.

I really wouldn't recommend this store. The service was okay, but the kebab didn't taste good at all. I managed to eat a few bites, but there really wasn't much more to eat. I just ate and I'm already feeling really sick. I definitely won't come here again.

I didn't like much here. The food was below average... I had a falafel durum and my companion had half a chicken + fries. First the good thing: The half chicken was very well seasoned and delicious. It had been on the grill for a while and was a bit dry, which doesn't bother me personally. Unfortunately the fries weren't fresh. We waited and stood there for a while, but no fresh ones were made during that time. They simply gave us what was left. My falafel were the standard frozen ones, which you then quickly throw into the deep fryer. But the salad was fresh. Sauces were also fairly standard. But what I didn't like at all was the service. The people here are so unmotivated and no one ever smiles. It feels like they just want to get rid of you. Turkish is usually spoken, even when you ask something. So personally I just feel uncomfortable and I have visited so many restaurants where they do it so much better and without any effort. The ambience is typically simple, but a little dirty, which is the reason for 2 stars. All in all, I cannot recommend this shop and will not eat here again because the overall package is unfortunately very poor.

The kebab is average, there is no card payment, the shop is very narrow and is located right next to the Billstedt subway/bus station.

Once and never again, I picked up two poultry kebabs for me and my wife, both of whom got the worst kind of diarrhea. One star is still too much for the shop to recommend.

Very dirty employees. Just took out the trash outside and smoked, then went behind the counter in the store and prepared food without washing my hands. They don't even wash their hands all day, no matter what they do.

We got a kebab there late in the evening on the way back to the hotel. The salad was still fresh, the meat was crispy and the sauces were delicious. Not a top kebab but all in all a recommendation for an evening hunger.

This place is still in my mind. In 2014 when living in Billstedt thiswas a perfect place when returning from a party.

Ich hab zwar bisher einmal dort gegessen. Jedoch war es echt lecker. Leider fehlt für mich neben der Zazikki und der Cocktail Sauce, eine scharfe sauce. Eventuell könnte man das noch mit dazu nehmen.

Die ganze Bande hatte richtig rattigen Dünschiss nach dem Döner und hat sich kriminell eingekackt, war aber lecker.

Ich liebe diesen Laden. Nie was schlechtes oder ungenießbares gehabt. Super lieb sind die auch.

Der laden ist extrem teuer und nutzt seine lage und örtlichkeit extrem aus. Nur in notsituation essen.

Overall an amazing place to have regular döner. My favourite is the döner teller ,but its kinda expensive.

Bester Döner! Ich habe vor vier Wochen dort einen Döner zum mitnehmen bestellt. Dieser war sehr sehr lecker. Ich bin auf Empfehlung einer Freundin hin.

Der Döner ist durchschnittlich und gleichzeitig sehr scharf - ich hatte Cocktailsoße. Mir hat es gefallen, aber könnte möglicherweise für andere Personen etwas zu übertrieben sein. Die Bestellung wird schnell abgewickelt. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist für das Angebot einfach zu hoch. Die Mitarbeiter sind nicht wirklich unfreundlich, aber auch auf keinen Fall freundlich. Sie sind etwas reserviert und machen einfach ihre Arbeit. Wenn man auf den Bus oder die U-Bahn wartet, mega Hunger hat und ansonsten keine Zeit mehr findet, kann ich den Döner durchaus empfehlen, um seinen Hunger zu bekämpfen.

Döner ist lecker, Personal nett, aber mittlerweile sehr teuer geworden.

Döner schmeckt gut UND personal İst ebenfalls sehr ordentlich UND arbeitet sauber. İch bin aeit jahren stammkunde die negativen rezensionen sind einzelne situationen die übertrieben werden.

Die Lage vom Laden ist sehr schön auch weil man sich aussuchen kann ob man drinne oder draußen isst. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und sehr familiär weil alle sehr nett sind.
