The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. When it comes to food, Mecces is... In 8/10 cases the order issued is incorrect or something is missing. Service is super unfriendly, orders that are supposed to be brought to the table are sometimes not brought to the table but left for pickup. Ice cream/milkshake is made first and then allowed to melt in hot weather until the rest of the menu comes together. The monitor that shows the status of the order only worked for me during one visit, otherwise it was off or displayed things incorrectly. The entrance with the successive heavy doors is annoying if you are traveling with a stroller. That and the now high prices have made it easy for me to forego Meccess in the future.

Extremely bad service. Data from the app could not be accessed at the checkout during the drive-in, I was not allowed to place an order at the window and had to go in. I don't understand why now

Unfortunately a super dirty McDonald's. The toilets are an absolute no-go, the floor is washed with so much soap that it remains extremely slippery and still dirty. I felt the need to wash my hands again after washing my hands... The playground is closed. The floors and tables aren't particularly clean either.

Cheeseburger was lukewarm and the cheese wasn't melted. I know it differently....!

After a long time I am editing my 3 star rating and raising the stars. Mc Café is now much better! You even get a cookie or almond with it, so it's great. You can notice a clear increase in service and quality. Please keep it up!

Mcdonalds like everyone else, food OK standard, what I noticed positively was the good atmosphere between the employees. Normally, McDonald's employees always seem annoyed and stressed, even by their colleagues. A good mood and a friendly atmosphere were the order of the day here.

Very nice store from the McDonalds chain. Clean, modern, friendly. But what I don't understand and don't like is that the plant nuggets have probably been changed again and now taste like cardboard...

Just cheeky. You had to run after food several times. Receipt from Paypal. And the employees didn't care about order confirmation. Cashier says no and then doesn't pay anything. Then ran after the money via the app and Paypal. The statement was that they often have problems with the system. Just be careful here and be vigilant

Definitely one of the worst and unfriendly McDonald's. The fact that goods are often out of stock and that some orders were missing in the drive-thru was the last straw. After my order still wasn't ready after ten minutes and one of the employees was running back and forth with the order slip, we wanted to talk to the person in charge about the problem. After a lot of back and forth, he said (unfortunately he didn't give us his name) that we should write a complaint then we'll get our money back and threw the things in the trash in front of us. Goods that I had already paid for. Incredible!!! Written complaint goes out to Munich. We will no longer enter this branch.

Slow and completely chaotic. Hardly anyone understands or speaks German. Although friendly, it has nothing to do with a fast food restaurant. NEVER AGAIN!!!

There were no children's toys. Child cried and was really looking forward to it. People were simply fobbed off “there are none today”. Food was not brought even though it was ready.

They just can't get it done because these employees are simply incompetent at their jobs. Twice I said the order with small fries and a small drink and a hamburger instead of a cheeseburger. What did I get, everything in large. And unfortunately that happens all the time there. But what should you expect if the employees prefer to be on their cell phones. I also get sweet and sour sauce that had been brewing for a month and I also got 2 euros short when it came to change. Without words. Please finally look for new or trained employees! And it would also be appropriate if you at least spoke German a little and didn't ask me to speak another language. That's unbearable anymore. But what's even worse is that no position is taken on it.

The staff has no idea what they do there. Communication difficult. It's loud, it's not clean, the toilet is 2 floors higher!! Impossible!! How are you supposed to get up there? I am extremely disappointed with my breakfast order from McDonald's. Of four items ordered, three were wrong. Our Franzbrötchen was rock hard. When we asked the manager about it, he took the Franzbrötchen, ate it himself and said that was normal at McDonald's. In addition, the seller couldn't speak a word of German and only ever answered in English. This made communication very difficult and frustrating. In the end we were just told: "We are only human, we are allowed to make mistakes." Never this branch again!

Just a s… load… I ordered something on the McDonald’s app, paid for it and said it should be delivered straight to my table. After half an hour I asked when my order would be ready. I should show them an invoice because they couldn't find anything in the system. I showed them that the amount had been deducted from my account and that I had already been credited with reward points. Apparently they can't do anything without an invoice. According to an employee, the money hasn't been debited from my account yet because I don't have an invoice. Strangely enough, I've never received an invoice by email. One more reason to stay with BK. At least there are people who speak German and are also friendlier.

My order was forgotten. A burger, fries and milkshake. Waited 25 minutes. My friend's food was already cold. But when a customer was served with a huge bag, I asked. They've never seen my number. McDonald's is more old and cold food these days 😅 I mean... the burgers aren't made fresh either. You can taste that too. But prices are quite high for this quality, considering what you can get in other burger shops for the same money. There you can also get menus with a basket of sweet potato fries, 3 bowls of sauces, a huge burger with drinks and just 3 to 4 euros more. But with much more quality and ambience. Went to McDrive and had a simple order of Royal TS, cheeseburger without onions and mustard and medium fries with ketchup. Unfortunately the ketchup was forgotten. Otherwise everything worked and was delicious.

Rarely have I seen such incompetent staff at a McDonalds. The order is deleted from the monitor while we wait and when we ask we are told that it is still coming. We then got one burger too few and the wrong milkshake. After the already incredibly long waiting time, such service is extremely embarrassing, unfortunately.

It's getting worse: Now you wait half an hour for the burgers to finally get cold before you get them! The one guy at the exit is completely overwhelmed. There are so many burgers under the warming lamps that they are squished together and stacked on top of each other. The boxes are partially open so that they cool down better. Apparently walk-in customers are no longer welcome in the “restaurant”!

I ordered through Lieferando, they forgot 20 pieces of chicken nuggets!!!! impossible!

I have now overpaid the €45 for parking as a customer and will no longer use restaurants that are managed by ParkDepot. Someone who makes money in such a dirty way should not be supported. I will definitely share my experience to at least protect those close to me from this approach.

I ordered breakfast using the McDonald's app and paid in advance via PayPal (everything within the breakfast time) When I arrived 10 minutes later, the McDonald's staff said I was outside breakfast time and they didn't have an app order. As I have already mentioned, I was still in breakfast time, especially since today is Whit Monday and is therefore a HOLIDAY, and on the other hand I paid in advance via Paypal) After a long back and forth, the McDonald's manager prepared my food (long waiting time) and told his employee that she should prepare the cappuccino I had ordered. When the manager finally finished eating, I told his employee that the latte macchiato I had ordered was missing and she then said to me "I don't know anything about it". To be treated like this and then find out at home that my order was incomplete (a burger was missing) is an impertinence! I wasted my money, which I find quite unprofessional for McDonald's standards!

LOAD POOP 04/24: After my orders via Lieferando were constantly incomplete, I went there to order locally. Nevertheless, I forgot half of it and then put my fingers into the packet of fries - delicious 05/24: instead of iced coffee caramel we got 2x ICE CREAM with caramel - WITHOUT COFFEE. The Kack Laden never manages to get the orders out correctly.

I placed my order on the monitor. Somehow it wasn't so easy to understand and recognize when I wanted to put together my McFlurry and use the coupon, whether I had ordered the same sauce twice or three times and why the discounted price wasn't displayed straight away and I asked myself whether it will still be deducted. I didn't have any other problems with ordering, but with the McFlurry it was a bit annoying. 😝 In the end I was able to order it and get it. You might have to do it once or twice to get a better understanding of it. 🤔😅 Nevertheless, it could be a little more user-friendly and the toilet could be cleaner. 😉

Case for the health department and discrimination!! I ordered a menu with a burger without bacon, of course there was bacon in it. After I complained about this, the employee rummaged around in the burger with his fingers, took it out and threw it away just to try to give the burger back to me. Since I obviously didn't want to tolerate this, the employee in question hid from the shift manager and me. I just wanted to hear an apology and a new burger. Instead of an apology, however, the incompetent shift manager said that he did not have to apologize and that he would not give out any names for data protection reasons. I then wanted my money back, which was also refused. When I wanted to know the name of the shift manager, she refused, banned me from the house and threatened to call the police. I find the behavior absolutely pathetic, regardless of the fact that I don't have to accept the food and have the right to a refund. Never again and I can only advise everyone to keep 1 km away from this branch. It seems that any reference to Muslims intentionally leads to discriminatory behavior and hygiene is ignored. The only positive thing is that other employees apologized on their behalf and were visibly embarrassed.

We tried the new breakfast today. Was delicious. The branch manager even gave us a roll to test. Store was very clean. Would love to come back.

We really liked this McDonalds because it is very large, offers large parking spaces and has a large play area for the family. Things went pretty quickly here and a young team was working, very nice. LG

For the fourth time in a row, at least two things (in this case a drink and a medium fry) were forgotten. One could almost assume that forgetfulness has a system.

After work I spent about 30 euros with my wife. The burger was old and cold. When I wanted to complain, the shift manager said I had bitten into it too many times. That's why next time I should only try once to see if it's fresh. I had to make sure. Luckily the new burger was fresh

I ordered 2 cheeseburger menus there when it was busy... after 10 minutes my number was deleted from the ad (in process), but not because it was finally ready... no because the service time was already way too long!! In service, my cheeseburgers were handed out to customers who only waited 1 minute, but after my personal complaint, no one was responsible for my number anymore and so after 15 minutes I even passed the tip on to the shift manager again... After 22 minutes I finally got my order, which was processed by at least 3 different employees, but without any corresponding compensation... absolutely the last time for me to order there again... especially not at the end of the day for other people (higher-ranking employees) to go there... because I can't you just lose...

The bread on both burgers was slightly burnt and dry. There was no sauce at Big Mäc. I'd rather get something from the supermarket. At least the quality there is constant. The quality of McDonald's in Germany is generally declining. Give this McDonald's a wide berth.

Unfortunately I fell into this again. From an order of around €42, €10 worth of food was missing. When asked that, for example, the two pieces of cake were missing, a piece was packed for me, which unfortunately I only noticed when I got home. A burger was also missing and the ice cream was runny. I'm starting to find it hard to believe that the unpacked food was left unpacked by mistake. This store definitely won't see me again.

I haven't been to McDonald's in forever. The other day I still had 15 minutes until my appointment and was a bit hungry. So I thought to myself, stop at McDonalds and get a coffee and a burger. The parking lot already spoiled my appetite. The toilets looked the same. The store is swarming with employees. I ordered a burger and went to the Mc Cafe counter, looking at the order number, waiting for the service. Despite the really noticeable number of employees present, no one came to serve me. After 5 minutes I left the store without a burger or coffee. Saved almost 10 euros and enriched the experience that I shouldn't have entered the store at all.

Ordered a delivery with 4 meals, and it was really frustrating: - it took almost 1:30 to be delivered. Fast food?; - the food was lukewarm, almost cold; - one entire meal was missing (!); - the fries from a Happy Meal were scattered around inside the box, without a paper bag; - one cola (drink) was warm; - two of the burgers came without identification, we had to open and look inside to find what was what. it makes me sad seeing a store with such a low quality service level.

Last time, when I ordered McDrive, everything was in the bags. Doesn't always work. The cola was water and had hardly any taste. Another purchase was missing a large french fry. Just a typical average McDonald's. And on the last visit they were overwhelmed, ordering a McSmart took 10 minutes, fries with no salt. That's how it is there. And toilets are almost 2 flights up the stairs, which is a problem if people with disabilities want to eat there.

Our visit after the cinema was unpleasant and annoying. My son waited in line for over 30 minutes to pay for the food he ordered through the terminal. There were probably a lack of employees and it was quite crowded. But then there was the poor organization of the store. After about 20 minutes I looked at the situation. There was only one cash register and it was unstaffed. The man mostly packed the orders onto the trays with a colleague and occasionally collected a customer at the checkout. Then he went back over to pack and the line at the checkout got longer and longer. When I complained and said there should be someone at the checkout, I was told there was no one here. The four people in front of us could have been cashed in in 5 minutes (everyone just had to hand over the money, orders had been placed at the terminal) and then we could have waited at the table. But this possibility was neither seen nor was there any desire to solve the problem. After paying we had to wait a long time again and then the number completely disappeared from the terminal. When asked, they said there was a technical problem and the order would be coming soon. Unfortunately nothing came. We had to show the receipt again, then it was manually put together based on the receipt. The order has completely disappeared from the computer. Conclusion over 1 hour waiting time, poorly organized shop, not good quality food. We had much better experiences with Jim Block. There is healthier food and the service and quality are much better.

The shift manager is a disgrace. I wanted to redeem a coupon from the app, which the cash register did not accept for unclear reasons. Then she just left. When asked, she came back and when asked what could be done now, she became flippant - almost disrespectful - and replied "nothing, what should I do?" “I am the shift manager and not the app”. Service orientation is zero.

Something is almost always missing. Always check! Update: Today there was even a whole Big Mac missing, a cheeseburger and instead of the chili cheese burger there was a chicken burger. School grade: 6! They can't even read.

Vor ein paar Tagen habe ich aus dem Fahrzeug heraus vor Ort Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Ich habe ausdrücklich um heisse Gerichte gebeten und zwei feuchte Tücher gebeten. Es stand nur ein Fahrzeug vor mir. Trotzdem dauerte es gefühlte 10 Minuten, bis ich zur Essenausgabe vorfahren konnte... Der Mann mit dem Headset überreichte mir eine Tüte und den Getränkebecher. Ich fragte nochmals nach den feuchten Tüchern und bekam die Antwort, dass alles in der Tüte sei. Wenige Minuten später bemerkte ich, dass weder das Essen heiß, noch die versprochenen Tücher in der Tüte waren. Es wurden nicht einmal die üblichen Servietten mitgegeben. Da bin ich von den Mädels, die sonst dort arbeiten, einen deutlich ehrlicheren, freundlicheren und besseren Service gewohnt. Trotz des sehr geringen Fahrzeugaufkommens schien der Mann deutlich überfordert gewesen zu sein!

Gut organisiert, schneller und freundlicher Service. Innenbereich scheint sauber zu sein. Schmeckt immer super lecker

Haben hier essen per uber bestellt. Family Menü mit 2 Big Mac und 2 Kleinenburger, Pommes und 20er Nuggets. Hier hat ein BigMac gefehlt und per Telefon ist in diesem Saftladen niemand zu erreichen. Kundenhotline funktioniert auch nicht. Pommes waren eher ein Haufen fettiger Kartoffelmatsch. Absolute Ranzbude! Zum Essen gibt's Syphilis gratis dazu. Guten Appetit

Der Drive in war nicht sehr gut geräumt. Freundliche Gesichter aber unfreundlich in der Tonlage . Für ein kleinen Snack nebenbei kann man schon fast in ein echtes Restaurant gehen . Es wirt immer teurer aber das Essen wird dafür Gefühl auch immer kleiner. Schade 😢 nach fast 50 Jahren werde ich wohl den Besuch beim großen M lassen .

Der Spieletisch mit Kids ist unglaublich geil

Ein Mäcces halt. Aber dieser hat auch spät abends noch geöffnet, so daß man drinnen sitzen kann.

Seit man nur noch am Touch-Monitor und nicht mehr direkt an der Kasse bestellen darf, fahre ich hier nur noch ab und zu mal durch den McDrive. Alles Andere ist mir einfach zu nervig und in Zeiten von Corona auch zu unhygienisch. Schade ging auch mal anders.
