McDonald's in Hamburg

This is by far the worst McDonald's branch in Hamburg. I now check every order, and truth be told, 9 out of 10 items in the order are forgotten. Happy Meal toys are often no longer available. The quality is typically poor at McDonald's, but in the past this was acceptable due to the low prices. Unfortunately it has also been resolved. Really disappointing there.

I've never really gotten what I ordered here. Always check whether everything is in the bag!

Delivery took 2.5 hours and no one was reached. It's a disgrace

The food was cold, the floor was so greasy that it was dangerous to be in the restaurant and the waiting time had nothing to do with fast food. The staff seems to be completely overwhelmed.

I think McDonald's should be required to set up deposit machines. With payment in cash. Nobody wants to stand in line again after eating to redeem the 25 cents. This is a deliberate rip-off. And there is a difference to the kiosk around the corner.

It is well known that the quality of McDonald's branches has declined significantly over the years. This branch has put everything before it in the shade. Got the wrong burger and only received what was actually ordered after objections. I can't determine whether this is due to a lack of language skills or just because it's late in the evening. Probably a mix of both. However, the rest of the correct order came in the box in pieces, the burger was no longer stacked as you would expect. The rest of the order was cold too. The toilets were also an imposition. Overall, a terrible visit. Not again, not even if there is a risk of starvation.

80% of the time the food is lukewarm, the drinks are simply packed into the bag without stopping and the surprise in the HappyMeal is forgotten... Lost another customer! Luckily BK isn't far

There are always exceptions. After waiting for 40 minutes and asking several times, our order was not started. We canceled the order (smoothly). Unfortunately, the 800 app points were not refunded. Small suggestion for improvement.

Unfortunately it was a disaster...super long waiting time. Then a lot of things were missing. But I had to argue to get the things that were still missing.

My regular Mäckes is fine. In this branch, things are sometimes forgotten when ordering away from home.

Ordered on site and still only got a lukewarm burger

Guys, that was absolutely nothing! We were with you last night... 20 spicy nuggets... (order number 207)... lid on - touched - not even lukewarm anymore... and bone dry! So in German: ancient chicken nuggets! Back to the checkout - bitchy looks after I said the things were old and absolutely no longer fresh... then a new pack of hot, fresh and soft spicy nuggets actually arrived! This isn't something you're used to from McDonald's, which offers you old, cold food! Other branches can definitely do that better!

My fries were missing and my drink was deducted

While the food is alright, average like most McDonalds the service took way too long for a simple McFlurry and a Burger. Also the terminals were like 3 generations behind, nothing that limits you but it feels a bit out of place. Anything else was average.

CHECK YOUR ORDER!!!!! EVERY TIME SOMETHING IS FORGOTTEN, WHETHER IT'S MCDRIVE OR TO TAKE AWAY.

The employees are not friendly or not motivated. After my debit card didn't work when I ordered, I had to go to the checkout to pay. They simply ignored me there. After standing there for several minutes, I asked if I could pay. The employee then told another employee, who nodded his head. But nothing else happened and I was still ignored. I then left... I understand that you may have to do other things first. But you can at least let them know that it will take a while and that they will take care of it straight away. That's not possible and we're not going there anymore.

Absolute chaos at peak times. Waiting time up to 30 minutes after placing the order (fast food?). The digital display of the order status is completely incorrect. If the display says my order is ready for pickup, then I expect it to be. This creates a huge traffic jam at the counter and the order eventually falls out of the system. At some point our order number was no longer on the displays. After 15 minutes, an employee loudly called out the order. An item was missing from the bag. This was apparently normal at the time. People kept running back to the counter complaining that the order was incomplete. The employees are very helpful and friendly, but overwhelmed.

Had delicious food, ordering at the machine doesn't work as planned, I'm not 20 anymore...

I was five minutes ago in the restaurant and I ordered food on the take away and didn't get ice cream to my happy meal and nuggets, this is not first time when there are problems with my orders in this restaurant shame!!!!

This is the worst McDonald's I've been to in my entire life. It's just Mecces. Pre-ordering via app and pickup works. Employees are quite friendly.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. When it comes to food, Mecces is... In 8/10 cases the order issued is incorrect or something is missing. Service is super unfriendly, orders that are supposed to be brought to the table are sometimes not brought to the table but left for pickup. Ice cream/milkshake is made first and then allowed to melt in hot weather until the rest of the menu comes together. The monitor that shows the status of the order only worked for me during one visit, otherwise it was off or displayed things incorrectly. The entrance with the successive heavy doors is annoying if you are traveling with a stroller. That and the now high prices have made it easy for me to forego Meccess in the future.

Extremely bad service. Data from the app could not be accessed at the checkout during the drive-in, I was not allowed to place an order at the window and had to go in. I don't understand why now

Unfortunately a super dirty McDonald's. The toilets are an absolute no-go, the floor is washed with so much soap that it remains extremely slippery and still dirty. I felt the need to wash my hands again after washing my hands... The playground is closed. The floors and tables aren't particularly clean either.

After a long time I am editing my 3 star rating and raising the stars. Mc Café is now much better! You even get a cookie or almond with it, so it's great. You can notice a clear increase in service and quality. Please keep it up!

Mcdonalds like everyone else, food OK standard, what I noticed positively was the good atmosphere between the employees. Normally, McDonald's employees always seem annoyed and stressed, even by their colleagues. A good mood and a friendly atmosphere were the order of the day here.

Very nice store from the McDonalds chain. Clean, modern, friendly. But what I don't understand and don't like is that the plant nuggets have probably been changed again and now taste like cardboard...

Just cheeky. You had to run after food several times. Receipt from Paypal. And the employees didn't care about order confirmation. Cashier says no and then doesn't pay anything. Then ran after the money via the app and Paypal. The statement was that they often have problems with the system. Just be careful here and be vigilant

Drive Inn didn't work out so well and the presents were missing from the junior bags. Grandchildren were extremely disappointed.

Definitely one of the worst and unfriendly McDonald's. The fact that goods are often out of stock and that some orders were missing in the drive-thru was the last straw. After my order still wasn't ready after ten minutes and one of the employees was running back and forth with the order slip, we wanted to talk to the person in charge about the problem. After a lot of back and forth, he said (unfortunately he didn't give us his name) that we should write a complaint then we'll get our money back and threw the things in the trash in front of us. Goods that I had already paid for. Incredible!!! Written complaint goes out to Munich. We will no longer enter this branch.

The sauces that are completely left out. How sad do you think the children looked when there were no toys in the Happy meal 😒 thanks for nothing (I've had it twice now with the Happy meal!)

Slow and completely chaotic. Hardly anyone understands or speaks German. Although friendly, it has nothing to do with a fast food restaurant. NEVER AGAIN!!!

There were no children's toys. Child cried and was really looking forward to it. People were simply fobbed off “there are none today”. Food was not brought even though it was ready.

They just can't get it done because these employees are simply incompetent at their jobs. Twice I said the order with small fries and a small drink and a hamburger instead of a cheeseburger. What did I get, everything in large. And unfortunately that happens all the time there. But what should you expect if the employees prefer to be on their cell phones. I also get sweet and sour sauce that had been brewing for a month and I also got 2 euros short when it came to change. Without words. Please finally look for new or trained employees! And it would also be appropriate if you at least spoke German a little and didn't ask me to speak another language. That's unbearable anymore. But what's even worse is that no position is taken on it.

I am extremely disappointed with my breakfast order from McDonald's. Of four items ordered, three were wrong. Our Franzbrötchen was rock hard. When we asked the manager about it, he took the Franzbrötchen, ate it himself and said that was normal at McDonald's. In addition, the seller couldn't speak a word of German and only ever answered in English. This made communication very difficult and frustrating. In the end we were just told: "We are only human, we are allowed to make mistakes." Never this branch again!

Just a s… load… I ordered something on the McDonald’s app, paid for it and said it should be delivered straight to my table. After half an hour I asked when my order would be ready. I should show them an invoice because they couldn't find anything in the system. I showed them that the amount had been deducted from my account and that I had already been credited with reward points. Apparently they can't do anything without an invoice. According to an employee, the money hasn't been debited from my account yet because I don't have an invoice. Strangely enough, I've never received an invoice by email. One more reason to stay with BK. At least there are people who speak German and are also friendlier.

Went to McDrive and had a simple order of Royal TS, cheeseburger without onions and mustard and medium fries with ketchup. Unfortunately the ketchup was forgotten. Otherwise everything worked and was delicious.

Rarely have I seen such incompetent staff at a McDonalds. The order is deleted from the monitor while we wait and when we ask we are told that it is still coming. We then got one burger too few and the wrong milkshake. After the already incredibly long waiting time, such service is extremely embarrassing, unfortunately.

One of the worst branches in Hamburg! I had to wait 20 minutes next to the Mc Drive and if I hadn't gone there to ask about the stand, I would probably still be waiting... It's getting worse: Now you wait half an hour for the burgers to finally get cold before you get them! The one guy at the exit is completely overwhelmed. There are so many burgers under the warming lamps that they are squished together and stacked on top of each other. The boxes are partially open so that they cool down better. A McDonald's is one of the best in Cologne.

I have now overpaid the €45 for parking as a customer and will no longer use restaurants that are managed by ParkDepot. Someone who makes money in such a dirty way should not be supported. I will definitely share my experience to at least protect those close to me from this approach.

I ordered breakfast using the McDonald's app and paid in advance via PayPal (everything within the breakfast time) When I arrived 10 minutes later, the McDonald's staff said I was outside breakfast time and they didn't have an app order. As I have already mentioned, I was still in breakfast time, especially since today is Whit Monday and is therefore a HOLIDAY, and on the other hand I paid in advance via Paypal) After a long back and forth, the McDonald's manager prepared my food (long waiting time) and told his employee that she should prepare the cappuccino I had ordered. When the manager finally finished eating, I told his employee that the latte macchiato I had ordered was missing and she then said to me "I don't know anything about it". To be treated like this and then find out at home that my order was incomplete (a burger was missing) is an impertinence! I wasted my money, which I find quite unprofessional for McDonald's standards!

LOAD POOP 04/24: After my orders via Lieferando were constantly incomplete, I went there to order locally. Nevertheless, I forgot half of it and then put my fingers into the packet of fries - delicious 05/24: instead of iced coffee caramel we got 2x ICE CREAM with caramel - WITHOUT COFFEE. The Kack Laden never manages to get the orders out correctly.

I was shocked when it said this morning: There are no more scrambled eggs (and bacon)!! Why is the best thing taken off the menu?!? Then at another branch, no scrambled eggs either. So never again...?! 😩

I placed my order on the monitor. Somehow it wasn't so easy to understand and recognize when I wanted to put together my McFlurry and use the coupon, whether I had ordered the same sauce twice or three times and why the discounted price wasn't displayed straight away and I asked myself whether it will still be deducted. I didn't have any other problems with ordering, but with the McFlurry it was a bit annoying. 😝 In the end I was able to order it and get it. You might have to do it once or twice to get a better understanding of it. 🤔😅 Nevertheless, it could be a little more user-friendly and the toilet could be cleaner. 😉

I had a meal with my family for €60 and it arrived cold. The fries weren't even there, just like the chili cheese nuggets. Biggest dirty place, not recommended!

Case for the health department and discrimination!! I ordered a menu with a burger without bacon, of course there was bacon in it. After I complained about this, the employee rummaged around in the burger with his fingers, took it out and threw it away just to try to give the burger back to me. Since I obviously didn't want to tolerate this, the employee in question hid from the shift manager and me. I just wanted to hear an apology and a new burger. Instead of an apology, however, the incompetent shift manager said that he did not have to apologize and that he would not give out any names for data protection reasons. I then wanted my money back, which was also refused. When I wanted to know the name of the shift manager, she refused, banned me from the house and threatened to call the police. I find the behavior absolutely pathetic, regardless of the fact that I don't have to accept the food and have the right to a refund. Never again and I can only advise everyone to keep 1 km away from this branch. It seems that any reference to Muslims intentionally leads to discriminatory behavior and hygiene is ignored. The only positive thing is that other employees apologized on their behalf and were visibly embarrassed.

For the fourth time in a row, at least two things (in this case a drink and a medium fry) were forgotten. One could almost assume that forgetfulness has a system.

We really liked this McDonalds because it is very large, offers large parking spaces and has a large play area for the family. Things went pretty quickly here and a young team was working, very nice. LG

We tried the new breakfast today. Was delicious. The branch manager even gave us a roll to test. Store was very clean. Would love to come back.

Don't stick to the opening hours

After work I spent about 30 euros with my wife. The burger was old and cold. When I wanted to complain, the shift manager said I had bitten into it too many times. That's why next time I should only try once to see if it's fresh. I had to make sure. Luckily the new burger was fresh

I ordered 2 cheeseburger menus there when it was busy... after 10 minutes my number was deleted from the ad (in process), but not because it was finally ready... no because the service time was already way too long!! In service, my cheeseburgers were handed out to customers who only waited 1 minute, but after my personal complaint, no one was responsible for my number anymore and so after 15 minutes I even passed the tip on to the shift manager again... After 22 minutes I finally got my order, which was processed by at least 3 different employees, but without any corresponding compensation... absolutely the last time for me to order there again... especially not at the end of the day for other people (higher-ranking employees) to go there... because I can't you just lose...

It was catastrophic with children eating and mice running around. It couldn't be more bizarre. We told the foreman. He worked normally and didn't do anything. I think it's better to avoid eating at McDonald's.

Something like that doesn't work at all and deprives the visitor of the opportunity to decide what to eat. The branch manager was extremely unfriendly and should not be allowed to continue in this position with the attitude and qualities he has. Not recommendable. Takes other McDonald's branches

The bread on both burgers was slightly burnt and dry. There was no sauce at Big Mäc. I'd rather get something from the supermarket. At least the quality there is constant. The quality of McDonald's in Germany is generally declining. Give this McDonald's a wide berth.

Unfortunately I fell into this again. From an order of around €42, €10 worth of food was missing. When asked that, for example, the two pieces of cake were missing, a piece was packed for me, which unfortunately I only noticed when I got home. A burger was also missing and the ice cream was runny. I'm starting to find it hard to believe that the unpacked food was left unpacked by mistake. This store definitely won't see me again.
