Ja, das wir hatten natürlich eine der schlimmsten McDonald's. Wo ich heute war. Schlimmer ist hamburg Lurup viel zu alt mc donalds in hamburg bergedorf Und nie wieder

Die Mitarbeiter sind unhöflich und die machen selber Bestellung für dich obwohl du etwas anderes möchtest

Im Obergeschoss klebt der ganze Boden. Essensreste überall. Tische und Stühle unsauber. Hier merkt man dass es nur um Profit und nicht ums Wohlfühlen geht….

Im Restaurant gab es keine Selbstbestellterminals, daher habe ich am Tresen bestellt. Ich habe einen Iced Latte bestellt. Daraufhin wurde mir zunächst ein Frappé angeboten und erklärt, was alles darin enthalten ist, einschließlich Sirup und süßer Zusätze. Ich habe daraufhin klargestellt, dass ich kein süßes Getränk möchte, sondern einen einfachen Iced Latte mit Hafermilch und einem Espresso-Shot, ohne Sirup und ohne Soßen. Das Getränk wurde schließlich zubereitet, aber der Geschmack war enttäuschend: sehr bitter und wässrig und nicht wie ein typischer Iced Latte. Beim Zubereiten hatte ich den Eindruck, dass an der Kaffeemaschine möglicherweise nicht die Standard-Espressofunktion (1 oder 2 Shots), sondern ein anderer Modus wie „Caffè Crema“ gewählt wurde, was den Geschmack beeinflusst haben könnte. Insgesamt war das Getränk nicht zufriedenstellend und entsprach nicht den Erwartungen an einen Iced Latte.

Bin leider sehr enttäuscht. Bestellt wurde ein Blueberry Energizer mit Red Bull. Bei der Zubereitung fiel mir auf, dass nicht die gesamte Red-Bull-Dose für mein Getränk verwendet wurde. Stattdessen wurde nur ein Teil hineingegossen, während sich eine andere Mitarbeiterin offenbar von derselben Dose selbst ein Getränk gemacht hat. Das finde ich sehr unprofessionell, da ich für das Produkt bezahlt habe und davon ausgehe, dass die vollständigen vorgesehenen Zutaten in meinem Getränk landen. Außerdem wurde die Mitarbeiterin während der Zubereitung von einer Kollegin darauf hingewiesen, nicht so viele Blaubeeren hineinzumachen. Auch das hinterlässt keinen guten Eindruck. Für 5 Euro erwarte ich, dass das Getränk entsprechend der vorgesehenen Rezeptur zubereitet wird und nicht an den Zutaten gespart wird. Insgesamt fand ich das Verhalten der Mitarbeiterinnen sehr merkwürdig und wenig kundenorientiert. Schade, denn so fühlt man sich als Kunde nicht ernst genommen.

Respektloser Inhaber, unfreundlich, grauenhaft, kommandiert laut die Gäste im Raum herum, während diese am Tisch warten. Die Tische sind dreckig, alles klebrig und unhygienisch. Sind wir dann gegangen. Meiden Sie dieses Lokal!

Ich wollte nur nett fragen, ob es möglich wäre, wenn ich einen Bigmac bestelle aber nichts in der Packung haben möchte. Schade! Es ist doch eine legitime Frage, da ich lediglich nur die Verpackung meines Lieblingsburgers als Andenken über mein Bett hängen möchte. Der Mitarbeiter, welcher sehr unverständlich klang, fragte mich nur ob ich nichts besseres zutun hätte.. Eine Unverschämtheit! Das erste und letzte Mal das ich wegen sowas dort anrufe.

Hättet von mir noch nicht mal ein Stern verdient. Weil es fehlen mir 2 Sachen in Höhe von ca. 15€ das abzocke. Mann sollte besser zuhören und drauf achten dass, das alles vollständig da ist und nicht immer alles einpacken und nicht drauf achten !!!

In der 1. Etage ist der Geräuschpegel durch laute Musik nervig......

Wir haben die falschen Burger bekommen, die zudem schlecht aussahen und sogar noch nass waren, und wurden dann auch noch zu Unrecht beschuldigt, falsch bestellt zu haben. Außerdem gibt es keine Toiletten, insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung – absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Das Personal und hervorgehoben der vermutliche Manager ist leider ziemlich unhöflich. Ich bin ein freundlicher Mensch und verstehe da diese Boshaftigkeit nicht. Liegt bestimmt nicht an mir, oder meinen Freunden, sondern anderen Sachen. Leider sind auch oft die Speisen nicht so gut, wie in anderen Läden. Außerdem kann man bei dem seit Monaten kaputten Licht eine Rave veranstalten und feiern, was das Personal eventuell auch symphatischer machen würde. Aber Menschen mit Epilepsie sollten bei dem blinken weg bleiben.

Bergedorf Weidenbaumsweg Türen 7:55 bereits geöffnet - Öffnungszeit ab 8:00 ja kein Problem ,Herzinfarkt bei den Mitarbeitern- wurde weil ich plötzlich in der Filiale stand - wurde wieder weg geschickt mit dem Argument wir haben schließlich noch nicht geöffnet- jetzt stehen sie in der Tür und rauchen erstmal eine auf den Schreck - Service sieht doch anders aus oder ?

Das Restaurant ist zwar gut gelegen und das Essen ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerdings gibt es einige deutliche Nachteile. Ein großes Minus ist, dass es keine elektronischen Bestellbildschirme gibt. Das ist besonders unpraktisch für Gäste, die das Menü nicht gut kennen oder nur schlecht Deutsch sprechen. In anderen McDonald’s-Filialen gehören solche Terminals längst zum Standard. Außerdem gibt es hier kaum interessante Aktionen. Während andere Filialen zum Beispiel spezielle Angebote oder Themenboxen (wie den Minecraft-Box) haben, fehlt so etwas an diesem Standort komplett. Selbst bei Aktionen wie Stranger Things waren die entsprechenden Spielzeuge im Happy Meal hier nicht verfügbar. Insgesamt okay, aber im Vergleich zu anderen Filialen leider deutlich schwächer ausgestattet und wenig attraktiv.

Leider immer verdreckt. Mitarbeiter sind okay, aber leider nicht besonders smart. Kassensystem ist veraltet. Essen häufig kalt und über den serviervorgabezeiten der Zentrale. Deswegen durchweg falsches management der Filiale.

Die 80er hätten gern ihren Mc Donalds zurück. Keine Bestellterminals, das Menü bestand aus " ham wa nicht, gibts nicht, kommt nicht wieder rein..." Keine Punkte über die App zu erzielen. Der obere Bereich war gesperrt, unten flackerte das Licht. Passte aber zur dröhnenden 80er Mucke, schönes Disco-Feeling. Kleiner Tipp: beim Mc Gouda gehört der Käsepatty AUF das Fleisch und nicht darunter. Fazit: schlimmer geht immer, aber da sieht man mich nicht wieder.

Die Frau an de Kasse einfach nur unhöflich.mit dem Coupons hab ich das noch nicht richtig verstanden und dann fing die an mich anzuschreien und mit ihrem Kollegen hinter der Tür schön mit ganz vielen blicken an zu lästern. Essen wurde mir dann hingeworfen,Pommes waren kalt und Boden dreckig Nicht zu empfehlen!!

Ich habe heute ein McFlurry Hanuta bestellt, mit Schokosoße bestellt. Bekommen habe ich jedoch Karamellsoße. Da ich direkt los bin und ich es eilig hatte, habe ich das weggeschmissen. Das geht gar nicht. Der ältere Herr war sowieso recht genervt und unfreundlich! Werde diesen McDonalds ab sofort meiden!

Unsanitary, unfriendly staff. The place is dirty, all the tables are dirty, flies are flying.

Outside, they advertise that they also serve iced coffee, but when you order, you're told very clearly and very rudely that there's no MC Café here (okay, what's that on the first floor then?) and that they don't offer anything. So why is it advertised everywhere?

Stupid service force always forgets something in the orders and rancid

I was served by a nice lady. I asked her where she was from, but she was afraid to talk. Then a man came along—possibly the boss, who considered her his property. Judging by his reaction, he could have been his mistress. Volunteer??? It's quite possible that the woman is working illegally and has to go along with everything.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the service. When ordering, I wasn't asked what sauces I wanted, and they simply added whatever they thought they wanted. I also wasn't asked which bun I preferred, and they took a different one than the one I wanted. The woman who took my order was also not particularly friendly, even though there were hardly any customers in the restaurant and there would have been plenty of time to complete the order correctly. I recommend everyone check their orders on the spot, as this isn't the first time something like this has happened. Please be more attentive and friendly to customers.

I've been to this McDonald's a few times now, and unfortunately, I have to say that every visit is always disappointing. The quality of the food is up to the standard you'd expect from McDonald's, but that's about it. The burgers are okay, the fries too, but really nothing special. The employees aren't unfriendly, but they lack precision and attention, especially when it comes to ordering accuracy. Unfortunately, it was a rather mixed experience for me. Even though it's McDonald's, I still expect the basics like getting a full order right sometimes.

I have been a loyal McDonald's customer for many years and regularly use their services, both for myself and my family. I am all the more disappointed by the numerous bad experiences I've had recently at the Bergedorf branches. 1. Hygiene Deficiencies I have observed several times that employees pick up trash outside and then work directly at the counter, preparing and packing food, without any apparent hand hygiene. This is absolutely unacceptable from a hygiene perspective and does not meet the standards one should expect from McDonald's. 2. Broken Ice Cream Machine & Hot Coke On another visit, I ordered a meal with an iced drink. However, there was no indication that the ice cream machine was broken. Instead, I received a completely hot Coke – an inedible product. The staff responded to my complaint in an unfriendly and unsympathetic manner. 3. Incorrect Order & Unprofessional Behavior A few days later, I ordered another meal for my son. However, I was given a different, cheaper meal (a €1-2 difference) – according to a statement, even by the store manager himself later. When I got home, I noticed the mistake, called the store, and was assured that I would receive the correct item later. When I returned, I was initially turned away, accused of lying, and the video surveillance was used as an argument. Only after repeated requests was the recording reviewed – and I actually got the burger. But the treatment was extremely disrespectful. 4. General Unfriendliness Overall, it's noticeable that the staff in Bergedorf are unfriendly, hectic, and not very customer-oriented – in contrast to other branches in the area (e.g., Reinbek, Glinde, or Geesthacht), where I am always served politely and correctly. I spend between €60 and €100 a month in your stores – verifiably via the McDonald's app. But experiences like these make me seriously doubt whether I want to continue shopping at McDonald's. I request a written statement on the above points as well as feedback on how you will proceed with the branch in question.

We ordered a Big Tasty, they brought us something completely different, we also ordered a Big Mac, but the bun was overcooked, the fries were tasteless, it felt like eating plastic, and there were no restrooms.

Small, nice McDonald's at the exit from Bergedorf train station/taxi stand. With McCafe. It's full at times. Or nice and empty at times!! Extra requests such as no cucumbers or fresh fries/Chicken McNuggets are usually accommodated in a friendly manner. Employees who prepare food behind the serving hatch at the front, eat themselves and lick their fingers. The hands weren't washed either. The employee saw that I was watching him, he didn't feel disturbed and carried on. DISGUSTING!!! I have already reported this to the health department! Unfortunately, I waited forever for my order and unfortunately didn't get any "veggie" nuggets but instead with meat. Unfortunately, I checked the bag too late and bought food for free. Thanks! The McCafe upstairs is almost never open, I have no idea what's going on there.

The food was very good. The service was very friendly and also quick. The restaurant, the sanitary facilities and the area around the restaurant were well maintained and clean. The tables were wiped down regularly. Our MD in Emden should learn a lesson from this.

Terrible conditions for visitors! This McDonald’s in Bergedorf is the only one I’ve seen without a proper restroom and sink. If you need to wash your hands before or after eating – there is simply no way to do it. The only option is a paid toilet for 1 euro. The sign says you get a voucher for 50 cents or 1 euro, but this McDonald’s doesn’t accept it! So basically, you enter the restaurant, but you don’t even get the most basic level of comfort. Honestly, this is disgusting. McDonald’s is supposed to be fast food where people stop by for a quick meal, yet the hygiene conditions here are worse than at a street food stall. I wouldn’t recommend this location until they fix this issue.

The employees who work early and at lunchtime are really good, the food is always fresh and the attentive service is 4 stars. But in the afternoon and evening there is always a completely different breed of employees who don't provide good service, prefer to talk to friends and even let them get ahead of themselves. Also don't make sure that the queue is kept. I was once insulted by one of these colleagues because he pushed forward and I tried to stand in front of him. It's a shame about the rating because the team is really good in the morning and there's no blame to be assigned, but I'm usually there in the evening and can therefore only speak for them. Don't go there again for now.

I actually buy my to-go breakfast there quite often. In three out of five cases the bacon is missing from the Mc Muffins I order, if that had happened now, okay... ...but it feels like having such a negative experience every second visit is bitter.

We went to this McDonald's Weidenbaumsweg 14, 21029 Hamburg after 8 p.m. on December 28th, 2024. We had Bisstellet Eatwas and Monopoly. But the employee said to the cashier that Monopoly can only be redeemed twice! But I have a question why go to this mcdonalds with monopoly why doesn't it work???

One of the good branches that serves delicious and well-cooked burgers. This time the potatoes didn't turn out very well. It’s good when salted, but not crispy, but wrinkled and damp or something. I don't like ice. Every time I drink drinks, small ice cubes get stuck and it's very annoying, or I just accidentally eat them with the drink because they are too small.

A few weeks ago I was in McDonald's in Bergedorf and there was a very unkempt and very aggressive employee. He constantly grabbed his nose and quickly became aggressive because he placed the wrong order and they pointed it out to him. He became disrespectful towards my mother and shouted at her. The man was very disgusting! The other employees stood by and said nothing. He misunderstood what we wanted and we wanted to cancel and refused to give us the money. Only after his colleague asked did he simply throw the money down. You can't let people like that attack customers. I told customer service and didn't get an answer. Customer service said they would clarify it but so far I haven't heard anything. Avoid the restaurant in Bergedorf if you're smart!!!

I ordered a chicken burger to take away and just got a hamburger, which was a big problem for me since I don't eat beef. Now next time I have to make sure that the right burger was packed. Totally annoying :(

I ordered curvy fries twice and that's what I got. They were so hard and dry that they lay there for over 2 hours. It's an absolute shame to be allowed to sell something like that. €8.40 thrown in the trash. 😡

Bad even for a McDonald's. The food was of the expected quality, but what was very annoying was the employee at the checkout simply refusing to sell a certain product. "Royal ts is not available in the mcmenu small. We don't have it in stock" "It's there and it's the same product just with less cola and fries." Only when the manager confirmed it did it suddenly work. Plus you got a hamburger instead of a chicken burger. So to deliver worse service, you would really have to make an effort. Still feels like a very gracious 2 stars.

It's really crazy how unfriendly the employees are. No “hello”, no “thank you”, zero service, everyone was in a really bad mood. Don't come to the counter. Plus no access to the toilet. I thought something like that was forbidden in Germany. Actually you should really lose your license. I've rarely experienced something like that.

Since we were told that no coupons and vouchers could be redeemed, we ordered food like that and all the customers after us were then able to order again with coupons and vouchers. The ugly guy who looks like a manager was racist

Lots of things that I unfortunately dislike. On the one hand, as can be seen from the pictures, the citizen was rather thrown together. It was also a bit dry, which is probably due to the old storage method rather than being freshly put together. It still tasted just like McDonald's. What I would also like to see would be ordering terminals, these make the ordering experience a lot more pleasant and stress-free.
