I ordered a McFlurry Hanuta with chocolate sauce today. Instead, I received caramel sauce. Since I was leaving right away and in a hurry, I threw it away. That's unacceptable. The older gentleman was quite annoyed and unfriendly anyway! I'll be avoiding this McDonald's from now on!

That garbage cheeseburger had vomit or something in it.

Outside, they advertise that they also serve iced coffee, but when you order, you're told very clearly and very rudely that there's no MC Café here (okay, what's that on the first floor then?) and that they don't offer anything. So why is it advertised everywhere?

I was served by a nice lady. I asked her where she was from, but she was afraid to talk. Then a man came along—possibly the boss, who considered her his property. Judging by his reaction, he could have been his mistress. Volunteer??? It's quite possible that the woman is working illegally and has to go along with everything.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the service. When ordering, I wasn't asked what sauces I wanted, and they simply added whatever they thought they wanted. I also wasn't asked which bun I preferred, and they took a different one than the one I wanted. The woman who took my order was also not particularly friendly, even though there were hardly any customers in the restaurant and there would have been plenty of time to complete the order correctly. I recommend everyone check their orders on the spot, as this isn't the first time something like this has happened. Please be more attentive and friendly to customers.

I've been to this McDonald's a few times now, and unfortunately, I have to say that every visit is always disappointing. The quality of the food is up to the standard you'd expect from McDonald's, but that's about it. The burgers are okay, the fries too, but really nothing special. What really bothers me, however, is that this branch constantly forgets parts of the order. It happens again and again that sauces, side dishes, or even entire burgers are missing. It's simply annoying and makes the visit rather frustrating. My tip: Always check immediately after ordering to make sure everything is in the order. Because if you only realize something is missing when you get home, it's pretty frustrating. The service is often inattentive and sometimes seems overwhelmed. The employees aren't unfriendly, but they lack precision and attention, especially when it comes to ordering accuracy. Unfortunately, it was a rather mixed experience for me. Even though it's McDonald's, I still expect the basics like getting a full order right sometimes.

I have been a loyal McDonald's customer for many years and regularly use their services, both for myself and my family. I am all the more disappointed by the numerous bad experiences I've had recently at the Bergedorf branches. 1. Hygiene Deficiencies I have observed several times that employees pick up trash outside and then work directly at the counter, preparing and packing food, without any apparent hand hygiene. This is absolutely unacceptable from a hygiene perspective and does not meet the standards one should expect from McDonald's. 2. Broken Ice Cream Machine & Hot Coke On another visit, I ordered a meal with an iced drink. However, there was no indication that the ice cream machine was broken. Instead, I received a completely hot Coke – an inedible product. The staff responded to my complaint in an unfriendly and unsympathetic manner. 3. Incorrect Order & Unprofessional Behavior A few days later, I ordered another meal for my son. However, I was given a different, cheaper meal (a €1-2 difference) – according to a statement, even by the store manager himself later. When I got home, I noticed the mistake, called the store, and was assured that I would receive the correct item later. When I returned, I was initially turned away, accused of lying, and the video surveillance was used as an argument. Only after repeated requests was the recording reviewed – and I actually got the burger. But the treatment was extremely disrespectful. 4. General Unfriendliness Overall, it's noticeable that the staff in Bergedorf are unfriendly, hectic, and not very customer-oriented – in contrast to other branches in the area (e.g., Reinbek, Glinde, or Geesthacht), where I am always served politely and correctly. I spend between €60 and €100 a month in your stores – verifiably via the McDonald's app. But experiences like these make me seriously doubt whether I want to continue shopping at McDonald's. I request a written statement on the above points as well as feedback on how you will proceed with the branch in question.

We ordered a Big Tasty, they brought us something completely different, we also ordered a Big Mac, but the bun was overcooked, the fries were tasteless, it felt like eating plastic, and there were no restrooms.

Small, nice McDonald's at the exit from Bergedorf train station/taxi stand. With McCafe. It's full at times. Or nice and empty at times!! Extra requests such as no cucumbers or fresh fries/Chicken McNuggets are usually accommodated in a friendly manner. Employees who prepare food behind the serving hatch at the front, eat themselves and lick their fingers. The hands weren't washed either. The employee saw that I was watching him, he didn't feel disturbed and carried on. DISGUSTING!!! I have already reported this to the health department! Unfortunately, I waited forever for my order and unfortunately didn't get any "veggie" nuggets but instead with meat. Unfortunately, I checked the bag too late and bought food for free. Thanks! The food was very good. The service was very friendly and also quick. The restaurant, the sanitary facilities and the area around the restaurant were well maintained and clean. The tables were wiped down regularly. Our MD in Emden should learn a lesson from this.

Terrible conditions for visitors! This McDonald’s in Bergedorf is the only one I’ve seen without a proper restroom and sink. If you need to wash your hands before or after eating – there is simply no way to do it. The only option is a paid toilet for 1 euro. The sign says you get a voucher for 50 cents or 1 euro, but this McDonald’s doesn’t accept it! So basically, you enter the restaurant, but you don’t even get the most basic level of comfort. Honestly, this is disgusting. McDonald’s is supposed to be fast food where people stop by for a quick meal, yet the hygiene conditions here are worse than at a street food stall. I wouldn’t recommend this location until they fix this issue.

The employees who work early and at lunchtime are really good, the food is always fresh and the attentive service is 4 stars. But in the afternoon and evening there is always a completely different breed of employees who don't provide good service, prefer to talk to friends and even let them get ahead of themselves. Also don't make sure that the queue is kept. I was once insulted by one of these colleagues because he pushed forward and I tried to stand in front of him. It's a shame about the rating because the team is really good in the morning and there's no blame to be assigned, but I'm usually there in the evening and can therefore only speak for them. Don't go there again for now.

I actually buy my to-go breakfast there quite often. In three out of five cases the bacon is missing from the Mc Muffins I order, if that had happened now, okay... ...but it feels like having such a negative experience every second visit is bitter.

We went to this McDonald's Weidenbaumsweg 14, 21029 Hamburg after 8 p.m. on December 28th, 2024. We had Bisstellet Eatwas and Monopoly. But the employee said to the cashier that Monopoly can only be redeemed twice! But I have a question why go to this mcdonalds with monopoly why doesn't it work???

Unfortunately always dirty. Employees are okay, but unfortunately not particularly smart. Cash register system is outdated. Food is often cold and beyond the central serving times. Therefore consistently incorrect management of the branch.

One of the good branches that serves delicious and well-cooked burgers. This time the potatoes didn't turn out very well. It’s good when salted, but not crispy, but wrinkled and damp or something. A few weeks ago I was in McDonald's in Bergedorf and there was a very unkempt and very aggressive employee. He constantly grabbed his nose and quickly became aggressive because he placed the wrong order and they pointed it out to him. He became disrespectful towards my mother and shouted at her. The man was very disgusting! The other employees stood by and said nothing. He misunderstood what we wanted and we wanted to cancel and refused to give us the money. Only after his colleague asked did he simply throw the money down. You can't let people like that attack customers. I told customer service and didn't get an answer. Customer service said they would clarify it but so far I haven't heard anything. Avoid the restaurant in Bergedorf if you're smart!!!

I ordered a chicken burger to take away and just got a hamburger, which was a big problem for me since I don't eat beef. Now next time I have to make sure that the right burger was packed. Totally annoying :(

Bad even for a McDonald's. The food was of the expected quality, but what was very annoying was the employee at the checkout simply refusing to sell a certain product. "Royal ts is not available in the mcmenu small. We don't have it in stock" "It's there and it's the same product just with less cola and fries." Only when the manager confirmed it did it suddenly work. Plus you got a hamburger instead of a chicken burger. So to deliver worse service, you would really have to make an effort. Still feels like a very gracious 2 stars.

Since we were told that no coupons and vouchers could be redeemed, we ordered food like that and all the customers after us were then able to order again with coupons and vouchers. The ugly guy who looks like a manager was racist

Lots of things that I unfortunately dislike. On the one hand, as can be seen from the pictures, the citizen was rather thrown together. It was also a bit dry, which is probably due to the old storage method rather than being freshly put together. It still tasted just like McDonald's. What I would also like to see would be ordering terminals, these make the ordering experience a lot more pleasant and stress-free.

It was just after 3 a.m. when my mom got there. I asked her to get me 6 nuggets, a Coke and fries and something else for herself. She wasn't asked what sauces she would like. The price/performance ratio is no longer good. What happened to our 1 euro burger? 2 euros are still completely fine at expensive times, but if it's e.g. 2.80 for a McD cheeseburger?! No thanks. It's Saturday and according to the opening times this branch is open until 4:00. The store was closed at 2:23. An honest future about the opening times would have been very nice. But this fast food company apparently doesn't need that

What you would expect from McDonalds. Sometimes you can get a fresher good (good by McDonalds standards) burger. Sometimes you notice that the burger is a little older. That's how it is in every Mcces, I don't think it surprises anyone. So far I haven't had to throw up after eating it (which unfortunately happens quite often with fast food) and I always enjoy it. I find the staff to be friendly. But it's hard to say anything general about it because they change too. sometimes it just depends on who you have in front of you at the checkout. It happens sometimes, but rarely, that something is forgotten. Just to be on the safe side, always check the store to make sure everything is correct before you go. The last time something was wrong I got the right burger straight away without any fuss.

Das man dort als Kunde nicht mal auf klo darf ist eine Frechheit. Die öffentlichen Toiletten 🚽 am Bahnhof waren geschlossen und ich hatte gehofft als Kunde bei McDonalds auf klo zu gehen. Dies wurde mir leider verwert mit der Begründung das die Toiletten schon geschlossen sind. Unter aller sau meiner Meinung nach. Somit wurde ich leider gezwungen in der Öffentlichkeit meine notdurft zu verrichten.

Systemgastronomie wie gewohnt - naja, fast denn in der Filiale am Bergedorfer Bahnhof funktioniert weder die Bestellung per App, das Punktesamneln per My McDonald's, das Einlösen der Prämien oder das Bezahlen mehrerer Coupons in einem Bezahlvorgang. Die Speiseauswahl ist die McD-übliche, aber Sonderaktionen oder McSundae sind oft nicht erhältlich.

Das Essen hat gewohnt zuverlässige und bekannte Qualität. Bei den Angestellten kommt es darauf an, auf wen man trifft. Das Ambiente ist zum weglaufen, der Laden ist komplett runtergerockt.

Das Essen ist wie man es von MC Donalds gewohnt ist, nicht besonders gut aber auch nicht schlecht. Der Service ist schnell und zuvorkommend. Aber allgemein bleibt es halt MC Donalds.

Ich war bereits öfters bei diesen McDonalds ohne weiter Probleme, die Mitarbeiter waren auch soweit ganz nett. Ich hab auch davon gehört, dass beim McRib die Sauce bedauerlicherweise nur noch nachträglich auf den Burger kommt, aber was ist das Schwarze auf meinem Burger ? Es ist weich als wäre es bereits getrocknete Sauce, lag das Patty da schon ein Tag lang rum oder was ist damit passiert? Jedenfalls muss ich heute hungrig ins Bett.
