Super healthy food especially the cola and not many niggers like at KFC

Kindness has a name, and it's definitely not yours. No hello, no goodbye, thank you, please is also a foreign word. The change is thrown onto the counter. The day shift is OK but in the evening there are only incompetent and unfriendly employees.

Service was top and food was warm and good

Unbelievable... I didn't buy anything anymore. The operators have absolutely no overview of who is coming and when and unfortunately also no ability to organize queues. Incredibly anti-social and offensive treatment of those who pay their salaries. This is only for certain people who otherwise don't know what they should or can eat.

Instead of two burgers there was one burger, potatoes without salt, the staff is very rude

Unfortunately the upper area wasn't open, so you couldn't find a quiet place and instead you were annoyed by people talking loudly on their cell phones...

Most disgusting McDonald's I've ever been to. The chairs were all full of grease, I didn't know where to sit down without getting stains on my pants, the tables were full of leftover food, the citizens were lukewarm and mushy. Today I'm going to eat there again and see if it's at least clean this time.

They don't speak English. Cannot buy via app. Asking is there any toilet, answer no toilet at all. No cleaning, complete mess.

Instead of McPlant nuggets, you get nuggets made from meat! If you ask the employees about it, you'll hear that the McPlant nuggets are made of meat and that's fine, lol. Rarely have I experienced something so incompetent and unfriendly.

The advertising is absolutely right because McDonald is SIMPLY good, it had to be called good and tasty😂👍

A few weeks ago I was in McDonald's in Bergedorf and there was a very unkempt and very aggressive employee. He constantly grabbed his nose and quickly became aggressive because he placed the wrong order and they pointed it out to him. He became disrespectful towards my mother and shouted at her. The man was very disgusting! The other employees stood by and said nothing. He misunderstood what we wanted and we wanted to cancel and refused to give us the money. Only after his colleague asked did he simply throw the money down. You can't let people like that attack customers. I told customer service and didn't get an answer. Customer service said they would clarify it but so far I haven't heard anything. Avoid the restaurant in Bergedorf if you're smart!!!

I ordered a chicken burger to take away and just got a hamburger, which was a big problem for me since I don't eat beef. Now next time I have to make sure that the right burger was packed. Totally annoying :(

I ordered curvy fries twice and that's what I got. They were so hard and dry that they lay there for over 2 hours. It's an absolute shame to be allowed to sell something like that. €8.40 thrown in the trash. 😡

Bad even for a McDonald's. The food was of the expected quality, but what was very annoying was the employee at the checkout simply refusing to sell a certain product. "Royal ts is not available in the mcmenu small. We don't have it in stock" "It's there and it's the same product just with less cola and fries." Only when the manager confirmed it did it suddenly work. Plus you got a hamburger instead of a chicken burger. So to deliver worse service, you would really have to make an effort. Still feels like a very gracious 2 stars.

Garbage would probably have to be disposed of more often, but that's okay for a "fast food restaurant".

It was funny but it's not for me the staff was quite friendly

It's really crazy how unfriendly the employees are. No “hello”, no “thank you”, zero service, everyone was in a really bad mood. Don't come to the counter. Plus no access to the toilet. I thought something like that was forbidden in Germany. Actually you should really lose your license. I've rarely experienced something like that.

The service has never been as unfriendly as it has been in a long time! And then getting the wrong thing due to employee incompetence. Since we were told that no coupons and vouchers could be redeemed, we ordered food like that and all the customers after us were then able to order again with coupons and vouchers. I find it an absolute disgrace and will never enter this store again!

Very unfriendly and disrespectful employees who just run away when you come to it to further smear the very dirty tables. Very uncoordinated, long waiting times for the burger we ordered. That was the last time.

Once again we were screwed over by 2 burgers. I have a lot of understanding, but it wasn't that crowded on June 9, 24, ~2:30 p.m. It has now happened again that we have not received 1 or 2 products. The ugly guy who looks like a manager was racist

Lots of things that I unfortunately dislike. On the one hand, as can be seen from the pictures, the citizen was rather thrown together. It was also a bit dry, which is probably due to the old storage method rather than being freshly put together. It still tasted just like McDonald's. What I would also like to see would be ordering terminals, these make the ordering experience a lot more pleasant and stress-free.

Honestly, I asked you three times if I could get the McCrispy with mayo. You even gave it to me and said, "With mayo and no salad." Still, it has that dirty mustard sauce on it. I can fuck myself alone! Just say “no” when asked! Is your ability to think limited? Heavy Digga!

No straws or lids for drinks. Fries unsalted and raw. The staff is very very unfriendly, the customers are promised and mocked.

Service is really slow when it comes to hygiene 😕 It's a shame that the benches were wiped over and still stick 😞 Definitely expect more in a restaurant (even if it's a fast food restaurant). Generally no order screens, meaning you have to order at the checkout...

The restaurant makes an unkempt impression, old, worn, tables are almost always dirty, staff is overwhelmed, toilets are a disgrace, parking lot dividers for cars from the 70s, there is a lot of room for improvement

Even though there wasn't much going on, the meal took quite a long time and the burgers were just OK, even by McD standards.

It was just after 3 a.m. when my mom got there. I asked her to get me 6 nuggets, a Coke and fries and something else for herself. She wasn't asked what sauces she would like. And when it came to the drinks, she wasn't asked which one she wanted, she definitely said which one we wanted anyway. I know that my mom is a Fanta drinker, and she can 100% understand why she's mad that she had two Cokes The icing on the cake is that she didn't get a cup holder and the lid of one of the two cups popped open. It's just a shame, if you don't feel like working that late or don't have the motivation to work that late then you shouldn't take a job like that!!

I ordered plant-based nuggets as a vegetarian and got real nuggets. When we asked the waitress about it, she didn't apologize, but simply said that we had ordered normal ones. Yes, it's clear, I don't know that I haven't eaten meat for many years?! Very unfriendly and very disappointing.

The price/performance ratio is no longer good. What happened to our 1 euro burger? 2 euros are still completely fine at expensive times, but if it's e.g. 2.80 for a McD cheeseburger?! No thanks. I've never been a fan of, but now I can say you don't have to go to McDonalds. I'd rather add another €1.50 and go buy a "real" burger.

It's Saturday and according to the opening times this branch is open until 4:00. The store was closed at 2:23. An honest future about the opening times would have been very nice. But this fast food company apparently doesn't need that

What you would expect from McDonalds. Sometimes you can get a fresher good (good by McDonalds standards) burger. Sometimes you notice that the burger is a little older. That's how it is in every Mcces, I don't think it surprises anyone. So far I haven't had to throw up after eating it (which unfortunately happens quite often with fast food) and I always enjoy it. I find the staff to be friendly. But it's hard to say anything general about it because they change too. sometimes it just depends on who you have in front of you at the checkout. It happens sometimes, but rarely, that something is forgotten. Just to be on the safe side, always check the store to make sure everything is correct before you go. The last time something was wrong I got the right burger straight away without any fuss.

Quality has declined in recent years. Could use some renovation downstairs. sometimes rough service.

Macht um 0:30 unter der Woche zu obwohl im Internet 1:00 Uhr steht. Extra hingefahren - dreist.

Das man dort als Kunde nicht mal auf klo darf ist eine Frechheit. Die öffentlichen Toiletten 🚽 am Bahnhof waren geschlossen und ich hatte gehofft als Kunde bei McDonalds auf klo zu gehen. Dies wurde mir leider verwert mit der Begründung das die Toiletten schon geschlossen sind. Unter aller sau meiner Meinung nach. Somit wurde ich leider gezwungen in der Öffentlichkeit meine notdurft zu verrichten.

Systemgastronomie wie gewohnt - naja, fast denn in der Filiale am Bergedorfer Bahnhof funktioniert weder die Bestellung per App, das Punktesamneln per My McDonald's, das Einlösen der Prämien oder das Bezahlen mehrerer Coupons in einem Bezahlvorgang. Die Speiseauswahl ist die McD-übliche, aber Sonderaktionen oder McSundae sind oft nicht erhältlich.

Das Essen hat gewohnt zuverlässige und bekannte Qualität. Bei den Angestellten kommt es darauf an, auf wen man trifft. Das Ambiente ist zum weglaufen, der Laden ist komplett runtergerockt.

Das Essen ist wie man es von MC Donalds gewohnt ist, nicht besonders gut aber auch nicht schlecht. Der Service ist schnell und zuvorkommend. Aber allgemein bleibt es halt MC Donalds.

Leider muss man oft lange warten. Ansonsten ist da nichts zu beanstanden. Sauber und Ordnung und das Essen kann essen.

Ich war bereits öfters bei diesen McDonalds ohne weiter Probleme, die Mitarbeiter waren auch soweit ganz nett. Ich hab auch davon gehört, dass beim McRib die Sauce bedauerlicherweise nur noch nachträglich auf den Burger kommt, aber was ist das Schwarze auf meinem Burger ? Es ist weich als wäre es bereits getrocknete Sauce, lag das Patty da schon ein Tag lang rum oder was ist damit passiert? Jedenfalls muss ich heute hungrig ins Bett.

Mc Donals halt. Wer es mag dem gefaellt es auch 🤷🏻‍♂️

El servicio es rápido, recibes lo que ordenas. El lugar es bien limpio y bonito.

Es ist gut zu erreichen BZW wen man Hunger hat ist es nahe zu erreichen und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett

Eine der schlechtesten McDonalds Filialen die ich kenne. Vom Service bis zum Essen, diesen Laden sollte man meiden. Wartezeiten unterirdisch, die meisten Tische sind dreckig und es wird nie geputzt. Den Mitarbeitern könnte man auch mal einen Workshop mit Thema Kundenumgang geben.

Kein Milch Produkte vorhanden...beim sonder Eis war die Sosse leider auch alle ...und der Bürger....war leider kalt...somit voller Erfolg...

Naja, bei der angegebenen Auswahl an Bewertungskriterien liegt der Schwerpunkt für mich hier auf dem Essen. Es ist schließlich eine Franchise-Kette...da kann s schon mal haken und da sieht es auch nirgendwo so aus wie in/an einem Top-Restaurant. Auch wenn die Umsätze und Gewinne um ein Vielfaches höher liegen. Zum Essen: bestellt habe ich 1 Doppelcheese, 1 Royal TS, 1 gr Pommes, 1 mittelgr Cappucc. Das Essen hatte insgesamt die gleiche Geschmacksnote...: faulig. Auch die Pommes hatten einen fauligen Geschmack. Genau wie die Fleischburger. War es das Gewürz? Der Cappu schmeckte nach sehr schwacher Dosierung und das habe ich so noch nicht erlebt bei dieser Kette. Vielleicht war ja die Maschine defekt.

Sou fã do Macdonald, mas estive a preferir um concorrente mas os Macs de Bergedorf e Damtor fizeram eu mudar de idéia pois a qualidade do macsmart é bem superior em sabor num bom preço.

Nette und engagierte Mitarbeiter. Musste meinen Bus bekommen und hatte nicht viel Zeit. Meine Bestellung war innerhalb paar Minuten fertig, sehr auf zack und trotzdem lecker, Schnelligkeit ist sehr wichtig wenn man, wie der McDonald’s, am Bahnhof ist. :)

Учитывая, что я из Украины, и уже год не употребляла еду из McDonald's, в связи с военным положением. Вкусно, но ассортимент не велик.

Zum wiederholten Mal kein Doppel Chili Cheeseburger bekommen sondern ein Doppel Cheeseburger. Ärgerlich wenn wann es erst zuhause bemerkt.

Schöne Lage, sauber, Cappuccino schmeckt solide. Jedoch stets eine sehr genervte, unfreundliche Kassiererin erlebt.

McDonald's ist bekannt dafür, dass das Essen dort relativ günstig ist und schnell serviert wird. Allerdings sollte man nicht vergessen, dass das Essen auch sehr ungesund sein kann und man es nicht zu oft konsumieren sollte. Was den Service angeht, bin ich jedoch sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist in der Regel sehr nett und höflich. Ich habe schon oft erlebt, dass sie sich bemühen, die Wünsche der Kunden zu erfüllen und Probleme schnell zu lösen. Die Sauberkeit in den Restaurants ist ebenfalls gut und das Ambiente ist für eine Schnellrestaurantkette angenehm. Insgesamt würde ich McDonald's aufgrund des günstigen Preises und des guten Services empfehlen. Wenn Sie jedoch auf eine gesunde Ernährung achten, sollten Sie das Essen bei McDonald's eher als gelegentlichen Genuss betrachten.

Für ein McDonalds ist Server gut und sieht auch sehr schick aus

Mein Kumpel hat sich 20ger Chicken Nuggets gekauft und es waren nur 19 drinne aber der mcflurry denn ich hatte war 10/10

Haben aus Anstand einen Kaffe gekauft um im Café noch ein wenig die Zeit zu vertreiben. Scheinbar hätten wir das, wie die vielen anderen Besucher auch ohne Kaffe machen können. Die Frau an der Theke war freundlich und dann verschwunden. Den Kaffe hatten wir zwar schon, allerdings macht die Musik Lautstärketechnisch was sie will. Mal laut, Mal leise, und das im unrhythmischen Sekundentakt... Auf Nachfrage bei einem Mitarbeiter (war nach ner halben Stunde doch Mal einer da) meinte dieser das sei automatisch so. Die Musik ist gut, keine Frage, aber das mit der Lautstärke macht einen mit der Zeit kirre...
