McDonald's in Hamburg

Mcdrive takes forever if there are 3 cars in front of you you have to wait at least 20 minutes. Absolute impudence!! It's called Fast Food Restaurant and not Slow Food Restaurant!!!!!

Waiting for an order takes a long time. 30min minimum.

When you order takeaway food, it's best to try it straight away. My fries were undercooked and totally soft. Salt completely absent. You had to look for the sauce on the cheeseburgers with a magnifying glass, but at least they were pretty expensive...

It's just disgusting that only Australian skilled workers work there, and it's a disgrace that they speak their national language instead of German! Never again !

Due to my bad experience in this branch, this time I checked my order before leaving. As ALWAYS, something was missing. This time a whole 20 nuggets. sad shop. .....Addendum 1 year later. This time too, something was missing from my order. This is simply unbelievable...

This restaurant simply doesn't deserve the "almost" rating. We waited almost 25 minutes for our food. Many proper restaurants are quicker.

I had the N.Y Cheesecake and Iced Shake Choc, both very tasty! The staff who brought me the food were very nice and the atmosphere was very nice and clean, not like other McDonald's (with small flowers on the tables) I'll be back!!

The floor is slippery because of all the frying grease. Orders are regularly issued incorrectly. In the evening, orders under false pretenses are no longer processed because the kitchen has already been cleaned earlier. Employees shout AfD campaign slogans. Disgusting!

Full 5 stars deserved, ordered everything fresh on a Thursday at 12 p.m. Fries were so hot, like they came out of the hairdresser in 1 second. Cheeseburgers were seasoned correctly and everything was great. Service very, very friendly I haven't seen a pinnacle like this for a long time!

You should always check your order (to take away). As many others have already written, things tend to be forgotten or overlooked.

What is positive is that it is always clean and the food is usually fresh and hot. The burgers are consistently what you would expect from McDonald’s. However, the quality of the fries varies greatly. From super tasty and crispy to soggy and greasy, everything is there. The ordering system with four touch monitors is unreasonable for the customer. The response time of the devices is subpar and the usability is catastrophic. In addition, the staff who used to take the order at the counter are now standing behind the counter, bored, while the customer is annoyed at the touch monitor 5m away. Families with children especially must hate these devices. And yes, there is also the McDonald’s app. But it is a data octopus and therefore unacceptable. Too bad McDonald's. This was at least 1 star better 10 years ago.

The drive-thru in Hamburg always runs quickly, I think that's great! The staff is friendly and the burgers taste as always. Just a solid McDonald's. I never waited long. Especially when there is a lot of traffic, everything works quickly and smoothly.

As always our favorite branch. Although it is quite crowded on some evenings, this is still common. Some employees are very nice and customer-friendly, which I really appreciate about this McDonald's! The food is great and the sanitary facilities are clean.

Even though it was empty and we were the only ones serving, we waited more than 20 minutes for a happy meal. And unfortunately there is nothing for younger children (2.5 years old) to keep themselves busy or play.

I went to this store today on my lunch break to get a McWrap. As I was waiting for my food to go, I saw a scene that simply left me speechless: the lady at the french fries station was snacking on fries while she was putting fries in the packaging. And of course from the portions that were intended for the customers and with ungloved fingers. An absolute no go and just disgusting!

Basically something is wrong with the order when I'm there. Today the gift was missing from the Happy Meal, the salad dressing was wrong, one apple turnover instead of three. That's far too many errors in one order. Since I was in McDrive I only noticed things when I got home and I have two very sad girls on Saturday evening. And that's how it's been going on in this branch for years. Additionally, employees who no longer speak a word of German.

The ordering system at the column and I will not be happy. The menu navigation is confusing. Last visit, MY order was put in someone else's take out order. It took a while until this was sorted out and I got my food (lukewarm). My people had finished eating by then...

Several times we went to Poppy Drive after 9pm and they didn't give us our order correctly. Yesterday I ordered a Hepi Mil for my child, but in the box there were two small potatoes and three Nagenz. This is very unpleasant. It's better not to go to this place in the evening because everyone sleeps there

McDonald's, but the staff seemed to be understaffed. I had to pay for my food in cash and stood at the checkout for a long time. My friends had their food long before mine was even prepared, because it's only prepared when it's paid for.

I visit this McDonald's often and there have been several instances where something has been wrong or forgotten. Be sure to check your order carefully. However, the employees are very nice.

Worst McDonald's ever. After 30 minutes of waiting (!) we noticed: the order wasn't in the kitchen at all. Another 10 minutes later I got something, unfortunately wrong. So I listened to the annoying beeping of the deep fryer for 40 minutes. No one wanted to take care of it, no one gave the delivery driver their second order (the first one must have already gotten completely cold in the store) and overall, no one was in the mood for customers.

The error in one of our orders was corrected without any problems. The orders came quickly. Everything was hot. Thanks. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired, as the tray carts and trash cans were completely overflowing.

I can't judge food; just wanted an espresso. Before I was “allowed” to pay for it, I waited 20 minutes, even though the store was empty. The employees preferred chatting with each other rather than taking care of the guests. After I still didn't get my espresso after another half hour, I left the store (without espresso) and won't enter the store again. Friends I told about this confirmed my impression of unfriendly and listless staff.

A visit to the Langenhorner Goldene Möwe is always recommended. Opposite are two arenas and various Poke stops.

Normally I prefer to go to my fellow campaigner but this visit was great! Everything was clean and in good condition, short waiting time, delicious food. The outdoor play tower is also great.

The waitress at the drive in was a very unfriendly man, even though we were nice he was disrespectful and annoyed. I understand that you are annoyed after a long day at work, but at least you can take it out on the unfriendly customers. Was there yesterday to get something to eat. You can't complain about the service or the food. McDonald's. But Diggah cleans the toilets. When I entered it, something changed. I have never seen this in any other branch where the toilets were so filthy.

I haven't been to McDonald's in years and recently ventured back to visit. Service was quick and efficient, which was a positive. The veggie burger corresponded to the usual McDonald's quality and was good. However, ordering using the touchscreen screen was very frustrating. The system was laggy and cumbersome to use, which took a lot of time. McDonald's could definitely improve here. Overall a solid visit, but the touchscreen ordering experience desperately needs improvement.

Ordering at the terminal is horrible, app coupons are first recognized, then nothing works anymore..After over 20 minutes..machine change. ..there was no coupon at all anymore..When I asked if anyone could help..a lady came and put the machine back in front of it..went away again. ..asked the same lady twice, yes, I'll be right there..NOTHING! Blonde lady with medium length hair with a braid. After almost 45 minutes we had enough and ordered without coupons. At least €10 was given away! Thanks
