Great self-service terminals...The user guidance is really the last thing... And only one checkout with a huge queue...Otherwise the store is clean and modern.

I can't judge food; just wanted an espresso. Before I was “allowed” to pay for it, I waited 20 minutes, even though the store was empty. The employees preferred chatting with each other rather than taking care of the guests. After I still didn't get my espresso after another half hour, I left the store (without espresso) and won't enter the store again. Friends I told about this confirmed my impression of unfriendly and listless staff.

A visit to the Langenhorner Goldene Möwe is always recommended. Opposite are two arenas and various Poke stops.

Normally I prefer to go to my fellow campaigner but this visit was great! Everything was clean and in good condition, short waiting time, delicious food. The outdoor play tower is also great.

Not a single order is processed correctly here. It doesn't matter whether you go to the restaurant yourself or order, the waiter always manages to deliver the wrong product or something is missing. If you tell the staff this, they blame it on the customer or just don't respond. Can someone from headquarters take a look at this place?

The waitress at the drive in was a very unfriendly man, even though we were nice he was disrespectful and annoyed. I understand that you are annoyed after a long day at work, but at least you can take it out on the unfriendly customers. After eating I immediately felt sick even though I only ate a few nuggets and the rest also reported stomach pain afterwards, maybe the health department should take a look.

Food was freshly prepared. But it still takes too long. The ordering machines are also too impersonal.

Was there yesterday to get something to eat. You can't complain about the service or the food. McDonald's. But Diggah cleans the toilets. When I entered it, something changed. I have never seen this in any other branch where the toilets were so filthy.

Order only through machines, even though employees at the checkout had nothing to do. Of an order for 3 people, 3 things were actually forgotten: 6 nuggets, chips and sugar for the coffee, even though everything was written on the receipt. Burgers were just lukewarm.

I haven't been to McDonald's in years and recently ventured back to visit. Service was quick and efficient, which was a positive. The veggie burger corresponded to the usual McDonald's quality and was good. However, ordering using the touchscreen screen was very frustrating. The system was laggy and cumbersome to use, which took a lot of time. McDonald's could definitely improve here. Overall a solid visit, but the touchscreen ordering experience desperately needs improvement.

Unfortunately, it's getting worse and worse...On May 26th, 24 at 4:09:54 p.m., receipt value 48.51€. Ordering at the terminal is horrible, app coupons are first recognized, then nothing works anymore..After over 20 minutes..machine change. ..there was no coupon at all anymore..When I asked if anyone could help..a lady came and put the machine back in front of it..went away again. ..asked the same lady twice, yes, I'll be right there..NOTHING! Blonde lady with medium length hair with a braid. After almost 45 minutes we had enough and ordered without coupons. At least €10 was given away! Thanks

Actually everything is ok here, but I wouldn't like to order online anymore if you see something like that. Not exactly HACCP compliant. Food was in the bag, bag wasn't closed and then left next to a toilet. Mmm

The ambience gets worse from time to time. The ordering system is so old that an order takes forever. There are also problems online with the app. If you place a large order at the wrong time, you're really stupid. If you don't check everything immediately, something will always be forgotten. Extremely annoying when you don't check because it's been taking a long time anyway and you find out at home that you don't have 5 portions of fries... it's a real shame, but it keeps piling up from time to time... That's enough for me that I will no longer go there at busy times. Because the rest will be seen in the future how and whether it changes.

Good evening, I would like to leave a bad review of this establishment, very slow service, stood in line for 20 minutes to make an order, waited for them to bring the order 15 minutes, brought my order and forgot to order a burger put, had to go to do with.

Were there yesterday, the burgers were fresh but cold, the bacon was cold, the rolls were cold and the cheese didn't even run out. The MCs are slowly becoming like Burger King on Langenhorner Chaussee

New attempt: the lady was very friendly when ordering. Food ok, you are on the right track. I have never been treated so rudely, rudely and insultingly at a McDonald's. The staff is totally overwhelmed. You have to wait a long time. The food was brought to the car, the bag was already broken and I was shouted at to be careful. Some of the burgers were cold, but the ice cream was too warm. Ordered at 1 p.m., the app didn't work correctly either.

I made an order to take away and then waited there for over 50 minutes only to receive half an order at the end, although I hadn't even ordered half of it when I mentioned it they just said that everything was in there and they couldn't do anything now so I had to go settling for a cold half order from me where 2 citizens were missing and half was wrong

The burgers are too small for me. The ordering machine was a little too slow and had to be tapped 2 to 3 times before it responded. But otherwise as expected.

We were there today. The employee wasn't on his toes at all. He moved more like Prince Valium. Our order was incomplete when we picked it up and we were told the missing burger would be delivered to the table straight away. This took 10 minutes and only after asking again. Our two Cokes were different cold. The burgers were also cold and so were the fries. Not nice.

Tip, great. We were there on February 10th. Had lunch there and received extremely friendly and courteous service. The nice gentleman, presumably the responsible shift manager, also surprised us with free Coca-Cola glasses. Gladly again.

Good morning, In such a good location, the employees of this restaurant are expected to be familiar with the minimum standards of cleanliness, accuracy in work, complete honesty and concentration in preparing customers' orders and to be committed and responsive at all times. So that the customer has a good reason to come back. I also recommend that all customers respect and demand hygiene standards from the employees of this restaurant, check orders themselves and do not believe any claims or confirmations!!! This is the only way to save you time and resources as you have to travel long distances to collect the missing part of your order!! To greet Jan

Just a review about the employee(s) Everyone is very friendly, sometimes a bit awkward, but friendly. But what doesn't work is when (a lot of) hair sticks to your clothes and flutters back and forth when you turn and walk. Food is served 🤢 hygiene is the be-all and end-all 🤢

Unfortunately the coupons don't work, it shows that the coupons are daily dependent, even though it doesn't say so in the app. The coupons are still valid for 4 days and the branch manager there can't or won't help you. He doesn't even really listen and just blames it on the internet/service. It's a real shame that you are treated so badly and there is no suggestion for a solution. I would like to give -10 stars everywhere, but that's not possible here! I've never been treated so rudely anywhere!

Always been okay so far. We haven't been going there since last Saturday. After a TS meal I felt so sick that the doctor said I probably had food poisoning. Diarrhea like water and vomited all night long. Either it was the burger or the mayo from the fries.

Leider bekommen die es immer wieder mal hin, einfach mal etwas zu vergessen wenn man mal etwas mehr bestellt und den Mc Drive benutzt. Ts mit pommes worden mal glatt vergessen, Bürger bekam man auf Nachfrage und daheim gemerkt ach pommes fehlten auch noch. SCHON SO HÄUFIG PASSIERT DAS ETWAS FEHLTE... Wie wäre es mal mit ner Ampel ROT nix gut GRÜN ok.... für die ganz dollen Mitarbeiter.

Doppelcheeseburder bestellt Einfachen bekommen, für Doppelten aber bezahlt. Curry Dip bestellt , Cocktail Dip bekommen.

Wenn die Technik mal streikt wurde mir immer geholfen. Die Mitarbeiter können ja nichts dafür und müssen selber damit arbeiten. Burger werden immer frisch gemacht und sind warm und lecker. Trotz der Hektik und arbeiten am Fließband sind die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Man kann froh sein,dass es Leute gibt die den stressigen Job machen. Da kann ich auch mal über Müll auf den Tischen hin weg sehen.(die Kunden hinter lassen)

Furchtbar . Leider ist das der einzige Mc Donalds in der Nähe… sie machen immer zu wann sie wollen war am Donnerstag Abend um 0:18 da und der Typ am Schalter meinte sie machen nichts mehr obwohl die Öffnungszeiten 1 Uhr sind Genauso wie sie ab 23 Uhr schon immer die eingangstür abschliessen und das Restaurant zu machen und man kann nur noch durch den Mc Drive Verzehr im Restaurant garnicht möglich… das Essen dauert auch immer ewig lang und ist meistens kalt abends die Pommes sind immer eiskalt wenn wir sie grade frisch bekommen haben macht alles kein Sinn das wäre mal eine Filiale wo man wirklich über seine Mitarbeiter nachdenken sollte kann aus dem Laden nur eine junge Dame loben mit blauen Haaren immer freundlich und die einzige von der ich mein Eis richtig bekomme da die anderen es noch nicht mal schaffen den Becher ansatzweise voll zu machen…lange aufgehoben aber das musste jetzt raus! Genauso wie fast täglich oder stündlich die bestelloption auch von Lieferando verschwindet entweder ganz oder garnicht dann lasst es einfach.

Seitdem man die Bestellung über die Displays vornimmt ist jedenfalls die Wartezeit höher als da vor, wo man sich noch in Schlangen angestellt hat. Das Essen ist nahe zu gleich wie sonst auch. Personal ist scheinbar leider mher unter Druck als vor der Display Einführung....Alles in allem ist es zudem wesentlich teurer als vorher. Die Menubestellung über dem Verkaufstresen war übersichtlicher und einfacher als jetzt. Äußeres Ambiente war nicht gerade gepflegt

Ist ne Kette und für den Kunden Andrang zu wenige Terminals um zu bestellen da auch noch einer kaputt ist muss man länger warten und die Küche ist auch etwas überfordert da musste man etwas nach bessern ansonsten schmeckts wie in der Kette üblich ist gut

Ich bin leider mehrmals ausgerutscht,der oben im gesamten Store, inkl Toilette was sehr rutschig. Der Boden war nicht nass !

Betrifft die Filiale Hamburg, Hummelsbüttel: Bereits zweimal dort das Vergnügen mit einem überaus inkompetenten und unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter gehabt. Einmal einen McPlant bestellt. Bekommen habe ich einen Royal-TS. Reklamiert, MA behauptet zunächst, das hätte ich doch bestellt. Bestellbon gezeigt mit dem Hinweis, dass ich einen McPlant bestellt habe. Dann sagt er, das ist doch eindeutig ein McPlant. Erst als seine Vorgesetzte ihn darauf hinwies, dass es ja offensichtlich nicht ein McPlant ist, habe ich Ersatz bekommen. Bis dahin unangenehme Diskussion vor anderen Gästen. wirklich ärgerlich. Beim zweiten Mal, bereits abgekühlte Filet o Fish bekommen. Reklamiert. Er fasst die McFish mit dem Handrücken ab und sagt: Ist doch noch warm... Na ja, wieder Diskussion usw. Muss alles nicht sein, zumal diese Filiale ja wirklich sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter hat, denen das alles sehr unangenehm war.

Ich war heute den 19.09.23 da ! Der Service war ne 6 . Das Essen war kalt. Lange warte zeit.

Eine sehr verlässliche Angelegenheit. Drive in funktioniert gut. Besser ist es vorher informiert zu sein. Essen leider nur lecker, wenn heiß und frisch.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und warm. Die mitarbeiter dort sind wirklich sehr freundlich und haben ein nettes Lächeln im Gesicht. Das gefällt mir und ich rate allen, dorthin zu gehen. Wir haben noch einmal online bestellt und der lieferung Mitarbeiter war schnell gekommen und war richtig sehr nett . Meine Familie ist immer zufrieden

War nicht sehr sauber,wollten eine Kleinigkeit an der Kasse bestellen. Das Personal ( 4 jüngere Frauen) verstanden nicht mal unsere Sprache. Sie verwiesen uns auf Englisch an die Bestellautomaten. Auf die Dinger habe ich als Kunde aber keine Lust. Also nicht wieder.
