Terminals didn't really work, and then at the checkout you were ignored for a few minutes, even though there were several employees at the front of the checkouts. Then there was no Oreo Ice Coffee, which was advertised extra large at the front. The normal iced coffee was 3/4 ice cream and the rest was chocolate (cocoa) little coffee. The vanilla shake was only 3/4 full, even though it was ordered large. Only the spicy nuggets were good.

I was just in the drive-thru and the new cardboard Coke lids don't sit properly on the cups. As a result, I can now organize an interior cleaning immediately after cleaning. The lid flew apart during delivery and my entire car is stuck in the driver's compartment. Since the clerk at the counter had great difficulty understanding it, and this was in English since he didn't speak any German at all, it was sickening. One advantage is that both large burgers that were ordered were warm, freshly made and delicious.

Well can't recommend any McDonald's or Burger King 👑 Fries had lots of black rotten spots

The Kielerstrasse location has really declined. The burgers and fries smell and taste rancid, not what you're used to from McDonald's. When you used to get food there and the delicious smell hit your nose, you looked forward to the food and today the smell and taste is very bad. Friends of the staff come and walk into the staff area in street clothes, you sometimes have to wait 15 minutes for four burgers even though the collecting table is already overflowing with burgers. Never go there again

Rarely seen such a dirty restaurant. It stuck all over the floor. Not to mention the toilets 🤢 I think the store hasn't been cleaned for weeks.

An ordering machine is broken. No communication possible in German, McPlant didn't taste good, got the wrong drink. Condition of the washrooms unacceptable.

The staff was extremely unfriendly and couldn't even say a bon appetit or a hello or anything while eating. Unfortunately, the store was anything but clean. The tables were all wiped with the same cloth, which didn't make the whole thing any more appetizing. However, the garbage on the floor and the leftover food were left behind. The only positive thing was the fries were warm, the burger and the nuggets were cold. When I mentioned this to the staff who had passed me, I was briefly looked at, and then the lady Weck said she wouldn't understand or shouldn't be understood. In summary for me! Update: Today 09/29/24 stopped again at 1:45 at night due to hunger! Disaster 29 euros for cold fries, cold royal cheese nuggets were also cold! Waited 10 minutes in the drive for this! I wanted to complain straight away but the nice man on site didn't open the window! If I hadn't been on tour for hours I would have gone in! Absolutely not recommended.

Entrance area: chaos, ordering device broken. Toilets: The person I met tells me: it's better not to go in... Three ladies at the exit, display screen switched off (broken) There was a traffic jam at the counter, the three ladies really tried hard, chose what felt like 30 pieces of paper in front of them and were happy when they found one... After 20 minutes of waiting, I asked about my order being delivered, three ladies rummaged through the pieces of paper in front of them and couldn't find it. Food is okay but the employees are very unfriendly. I asked an employee if I could get something, he said no, that was very inconvenient because I was there with an e-scooter and only had these bags, which I found very unfriendly

I was just waiting in line for the McDrive... nothing worked. Then I went in and ordered inside. It felt like it took forever, even though I counted at least 5 people at reception. Why do 6 double cheeseburgers take so long???? There's something wrong with the organization. In other words, someone has to say how work needs to be done!!!

Drive in is a 6! The fries were salty and sticky, a complete burger was missing (unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home) and the nuggets tasted like they were 3 days old. For that much money, I expect fresh food and, above all, that I get what I paid for!

You have to check the order on site to make sure everything is there, 2 citizens were missing about €11, paid in advance

Everything was completely satisfactory. I didn't visit the toilet, so no information about the condition. Table service was great, everything came at once, nothing was forgotten. 👍 I think the price is great now, but yes... there's nothing you can do about it.😂

Unfortunately, a burger and sauces were forgotten when we ordered (drive in). Of course, you only notice this once you have driven further. And it's particularly annoying when you pay for it (receipt) but don't find it in the bag...

One of the worst McDonald's. We waited in line at the drive-in for more than 20 minutes even though there were only 2 cars in front of us. Staff seemed overwhelmed. Trash cans (towels) could be emptied more often. He was overflowing.

If you want to clean and tidy up yourself, please do. Service not good, unfriendly and unreasonable. Children's high chairs are dirty and early in the morning.

Don't stick to the opening hours

Even a fast food restaurant can be clean. Employees very hectic. The tone among colleagues was very rough, even by HH standards

It's ok...but if you point out to employees that they have at least 0.99 euros minus in the cash register and you bring the euro back, I expect a somewhat friendlier thank you...next time I'll keep the money and be interested not for the minus in the cash register...

At this McDonald’s I recommend you take the food to go. It's often way too loud.

McDonald's really has a problem here. Rubbish is piled up on the tables and all the displays above the output are broken. Fries and burgers good and hot. The display at McCafe suggests the worst.

The woman with the blue hair doesn't know what customer satisfaction means. Ordered through the app and didn't receive my order for the price that was in the app!!!!

I had order through Uber Eats. Its was good but from kids happy meal toy was missing.

Things I haven't experienced before... said my wife and she described it perfectly. Waited 20 minutes despite ordering online, I went backwards out of the toilets and wanted to at least wash my hands. The gentleman at the sink said: I pinched myself too even though I really had to. Sorry under all!

Mc Donalds has absolutely changed, the food is no longer good, the burgers arrive lukewarm. The only thing that still works is chicken nuggets, :-( Thumbs up to anyone who sees it that way

I've never had such a terrible latte macchiato. But the Franzbrötchen was delicious, even if it didn't look like it visually. However, the smell in the toilet is unacceptable and caused a friend to vomit.

Modern McDonalds just aren't nice for non-drive in visits.

The pickup monitor was broken, so the staff had to call out the numbers and the chicken burger was prepared super carelessly, see photos.

Toilets are worse than at the train station, nobody cleans them here. In the evening it takes forever for the food to be ready, bored staff with little to no knowledge of German

It's terrible what McDonald's has become in my opinion. There are fewer and fewer, despite significant price increases. The beef patties are now significantly smaller than the rolls themselves; the patty is only 5 millimeters thick. I also think of the Chicken McNuggets as a joke. As a seasoned fast food consumer, I appreciate the quality and service that brands like Burger King, KFC and McDonald's can provide. However, my visit to McDonald's today was deeply disappointing. From the start it was clear that something was wrong. The service was disorganized and lacked the usual table service that I have come to expect from other branches. Employees did not appear to be properly trained or motivated to complete their tasks. This was in stark contrast to other fast food restaurants I have visited, including Burger King, which is in the immediate vicinity. Ordering was a challenge as staff were unable to correctly implement my requirements. The quality of the products also left something to be desired. The food seemed hastily prepared and was not as fresh as expected. This is contrary to my experiences at other McDonald's locations, which usually offer consistent quality. Overall, my visit to McDonald's today was a real setback. As someone who appreciates the variety of fast food options, I am particularly disappointed with this particular McDonald's. The lack of quality of service and products compared to other chains in the immediate area is unfortunate and a cause for concern. I hope McDonald's takes the necessary steps to ensure such disappointments are avoided in the future.

Poor quality fries, they looked like they were finished a long time ago. I was there at a busy time so I say poor quality fries or oil that isn't changed as it should be.

Tasted like any other McDonald's, self service

Absurd. We stood at McDrive for about 30 minutes. The cashier embezzled change and there was no receipt either. An employee put food in his hands and then packed food. The whole store looked like a garbage dump through the window and inside there was a stink at the counter. Never again.

I've never seen a McDonald's this dirty in the world. Everything is dirty, nobody is interested in the customers' concerns and hardly anyone understands German or English. It's fast food but somewhere a minimum level of order, cleanliness and service is required. It's sad that she doesn't feel responsible for anything anymore.

Terrible 😞 Wobbly fries Fish Mac is tough

Slow food. 32 minutes for 2 menus, absolutely ridiculous! During the stay there were many customers who had parts of their order missing. The atmosphere seemed tense! And that at 00:15 on 4/15/24

The people who are working hard here are just trying to please an everyone but the customer's who are visiting this McDonald's are just having 0 respect. They don't clean behind them, don't want to throw the food or the rest from the food and all that is just disgusting! No patience for waiting when more people are waiting for an order and they are 10 people who are working without breathing to make everything as fast as possible. Respect for the people who are working in every McDonald's!

I have to give a star so that I can write something. I haven't eaten anything from McD for a long time. My wife wanted to eat some of them, so I went. Come in and find myself in pure chaos. I'm not even noticed at the order counter at first. When I finally get served, there are problems because the man can barely speak German. When the order, a Royal TS, medium fries and 6 chicken nuggets, is finally placed, the rude awakening comes. €14.87, I can hardly believe it. Well, it's not for me, so I pay and wait in the chaos for what feels like forever until I finally get my bag to take away. Just get out and never, ever come back.

I would prefer to give no star at all. Never experienced such unfriendly and ignorant staff. Breakfast would probably only be available until 10:30 a.m., but you can still order breakfast items on all displays and at the terminal. When I asked what that was about, all I got was “I can’t help it” and they just looked away. Loading dirt!!!

I'm sitting here 20 minutes before closing time and they're sending everyone away because it's the end of the day. After I showed my order, all of a sudden it wasn't closing time. Incompetent and rude.

I'm not loving it. Always regret eating this filth. Vegan nuggets were like bullets. Curly fries were soft and cold. If you're going to eat junk food then it might as well be good. But this time it was a disgrace. Really poor. Staff very friendly though.

I'm a big fan of McDonald's because I always get what I want here. The burgers are juicy, the fries are crispy, the nuggets are tender. The drinks are refreshing, the shakes are creamy, the desserts are sweet. The selection is diverse, the quality is constant, the innovations are exciting. Service is fast, staff are friendly, ordering is easy. The restaurants are clean, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the prices are fair. I can eat here with my family, friends or alone. I can have breakfast, lunch or dinner here. For me, McDonald's is more than just fast food, it's an experience. I am always satisfied when I eat here and look forward to my next visit. McDonald's is my favorite restaurant that I recommend to everyone.

There wasn't much going on, we ordered 2 latte macchiatos and then the wait started. Six employees openly discussed who made the latte for a full 10 minutes - because no one wanted to. In the end the wrong milk was used and it didn't taste particularly good either.

Unfortunately, the employees' attention and conscience have completely lost their purpose. Food comes to the table cold 2 deep fried shrimps are sold as new.... You could really taste that it wasn't fresh but had been reheated.... that's what it tasted like too unfortunately.... Atmosphere in MC Donalds is zero, tables are dirty, toilets are very dirty... Management should be ashamed... Maybe you should write to the MC Company to say that this branch is treated and maintained very, very badly. Conclusion: I don't recommend anyone to eat in this branch... the work here is very sloppy and dirty.

If at the drive-in you have someone who begins to speak German that is difficult to understand when you order, then you can often assume that something is missing from the order! This is getting worse at McDonalds! Totally annoying!!!

Ich bewerte nur den Drive Inn Schalter: Extrem lange Wartezeit bevor ich bestellen konnte, obwohl nur ein Auto vor mir dran war und die Herrschaften vor mir lediglich zwei Tees bestellten. Dann eine wirklich absolut unverständliche Stimme aus dem Lautsprecher. MAL WIEDER KEINEN ERDBEERSHAKE. Die Ausgabe des Tees an das Auto vor mir nahm dann gefühlt nochmal 5 Minuten in Anspruch genommen. Die Pommes und die McNuggets für meine Mitfahrer waren dann aber erwartungsgemäß.

Das Personal war unfreundlich und hat die falschen Produkte in die Take away Tüte gepackt. Haben wir leider erst zu Hause bemerkt. Nie wieder!

BicMäc wie er eben überall schmecken sollte. Da direkt an einer Hauptstraße, sehr voll u. dementsprechend lässt dann auch die Servicefreundlichkeit zu wünschen übrig!!

Schlechtester MC Donalds den es gibt. Ich wa zwischen 12/13 Uhr heute in dieser Filiale. Über unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, ewige lange Wartezeit, obwohl nur 3 Leute schon saßen un gegessen haben. 2 Leute vor uns bestellt haben. 3 völlig überforderte Frauen orientierungslos rum ranten. Und mich dann völlig unfreundlich aufforderten an den Terminals zu Bestellen, da sie nur zu 2 sind???? Anstatt den becher zu zuschauen wie er voll läuft, hätte man den nächsten kunde schon weiter bedienen können. Also 0 Sterne für den Drecks Laden. Un die Toiletten waren auch unterste Schublade, einfach nur abartig. Den Laden müsste man sofort Schließen und die Mitarbeiter vorne kündigen.

Ich finde die Cheeseburger und bigmacs sind geil und es sind sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter dort ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Verplantes personal, pommes waren kalt, getränke ohne eiswürfel bestellt und.... Taaddaaaaa, mit extrem viel eis bekommen. Update: auch nach 7 Jahren hat sich nichts geändert, nichts los in dem Laden, Bestellungen dauern sehr lange und dann kommt es noch kalt. Traurig

Na ja. Ein normaler MC Donalds. Weder was positives noch negatives zu berichten.

Dieses Mal hatte ich leichte Magenprobleme, die ich vorher hier noch nie hatte, vielleicht lag es am Stress, vielleicht aber auch am Essen. Ich bin sonst immer sehr zufrieden hier.
