McDonald's in Hamburg

Ich war lange nicht mehr so zufrieden wie heute bei einem Mc Donalds. Die Burger so frisch, richtig heiß und verdammt lecker. Auch die Pommes und Nuggets ein Gedicht. Zudem haben wir den Tischservice genutzt, super schnell erhalten und die Dame war sehr, sehr freundlich. Definitiv nur noch da essen, bin total begeistert und habe für mein Geld auch das bekommen, wie es sich gehört, prima!

Wer hier zum mitnehmen bestellt, sollte die Ware genauestens kontrollieren. Habe hier schon einfache Chickenburger bekommen und hatte doppelte bestellt. Auch die Pommes fallen öfters schlecht befüllt auf.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Kassierer war sehr schlecht. Ich werde diesen Laden nicht wieder betreten.

Was soll ich sagen? Ein Restaurant ohne Toilette! Man muss die kostenpflichtige Toilette im Supermarkt benutzen! Nie wieder!

ok ähm..., ich finde die Burger super geil, meistens sehr frisch und saftig. Pommes gut gesalzen und schön lang. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass nach einem Mc Donalds besuch mein Skin mehr glänzt, außerdem tut das Essen meinen Haaren gut. Danach fühle ich mich vital und gesund. Immer sehr voll,da es in der Europa Passage ist. Viel Platz drin und auch in der Passage. Unten in das Mc Café. Das Personal ist freundlich.

Guter Sauberer Laden mit Freundlichen Personal. Empfehlenswert für denn Kleinen Hunger.

Schmutzig, in der Küche werden die Hygienevorschriften nicht eingehalten und die Pommes waren total alt und schmeckten schon nach Plastik. Ein Stern ist noch zu viel.

Essen war zwar ganz gut aber der Laden ist mega laut und ziemlich dreckig 😕. Teilweise haben Sachen in der Bestellung gefehlt und es gibt keine Toiletten oder Waschbecken😐

Super unfreundliche Mitarbeiter

Ein ganz passabler McDonald's, ziemlich voll, aber die Bedienung ist sehr schnell, obwohl das Essen bestenfalls mittelmäßig ist. Ich war schon in besseren Schnellrestaurants, es gibt deutlich bessere Alternativen.

Ich bin zum ersten Mal aus Indien in Hamburg und hatte heute ein unvergessliches Erlebnis in diesem McDonald's. Ich lernte eine fantastische Mitarbeiterin namens Maria Noori kennen (ich bitte um Entschuldigung, falls ich ihren Namen falsch geschrieben oder ausgesprochen habe). Sie ist eine der freundlichsten, herzlichsten und einladendsten Personen, die ich je getroffen habe. Ihre aufrichtige Freundlichkeit, Geduld und positive Ausstrahlung gaben mir das Gefühl, in der neuen Stadt wirklich willkommen zu sein. Herausragende Mitarbeiter wie Maria hinterlassen einen bleibenden Eindruck und repräsentieren das Beste Ihres Unternehmens. Ich hoffe, das Management von McDonald's liest diese Bewertung und würdigt ihren herausragenden Kundenservice. Sie verdient Anerkennung und jede Chance, sich im Unternehmen weiterzuentwickeln. Vielen Dank, Maria Noori, dass Sie meinen ersten Besuch in Hamburg so unvergesslich gemacht haben. Ihre Freundlichkeit hat mir sehr viel bedeutet, und ich bin Ihnen zutiefst dankbar.

Also die Double Chilli Cheeseburger sind hier ja lächerlich… viieeelll zu wenig Soße und total trocken. Hier wird gespart wo man kann. Sehr traurig. Und eine absolute Frechheit.

Ganz schlechte Pommes und Mitarbeiter

Extrem unhöfliches Personal. Weil ich sagte, dass ich es eilig hätte, ließen sie mich absichtlich länger als üblich warten und bedienten Leute, die nach mir gekommen waren.

Ich habe einen Cappuccino bestellt, aber leider war er nicht heiß genug.

Es war dreckig. Es gab keine Toilette. Ich konnte mir nicht die Hände waschen; der Wasserhahn war kaputt, also warf man Feuchttücher auf das Tablett. Die Pommes waren ungesalzen und schmeckten wie alte, da sie geschmacklos und matschig waren. Der Wrap war nur halb voll. Sie hatten den falschen WM-Pokal bekommen, aber er wurde anstandslos ausgetauscht, und der ursprüngliche landete einfach auf dem Boden. 😁

Alles würde sehr schnell an den Tisch gebracht obwohl viel los war. Essen wie immer.

Ich wollte aus dem mc Donalds raus aber der Mitarbeiter hatte mich aufgehalten dass ich außen rumlaufen soll und nicht durch den mc Donalds laufen darf

Dieses McDonald's befindet sich in einem Einkaufszentrum. Wie die meisten Filialen in Deutschland hat es auch hier Probleme mit der Sauberkeit der Tische und Sitzbereiche. Das Essen ist recht durchschnittlich, bis auf einen Burger, der nur in Deutschland angeboten wird.

Warum ruft man die Nummer zum abholen 10 bevor das Essen fertig ist. Alle stehen verwirrt rum.

Bei meiner Bestellung fehlte eine Portion große Pommes. Ich habe es zum Glück rechtzeitig bemerkt und beanstandet. Ich bekam dann die fehlenden Pommes. Allerdings ohne irgendeine Entschuldigung. Ich würde hier nicht mehr hinkommen. Es gibt auch keine Toiletten, weil es innerhalb der Europapassage ist. Man muss die teuren Toiletten von sanyfair oder wie die heißen, benutzen.

Um es gelinde auszudrücken: Es war nicht gut. Es war Wochenende, überfüllt, und wir fanden nirgends einen Sitzplatz. Unsere Bestellung ging verloren, und es dauerte ewig, bis sie wiedergefunden wurde. Die Pommes waren ungesalzen, der Kaffee ungezuckert (obwohl wir extra für Zucker bezahlt hatten). Statt eines Erdbeermilchshakes bekamen wir ein Stück Eis in einem Glas mit Strohhalm. Wie kann man denn bitte Eis mit einem Strohhalm essen? Ich kann es nicht empfehlen.

Das Essen war sehr lecker,und sehr schön warm.Dieses Restaurant würde ich empfehlen,die Personalen waren höflich.Das essen wurde am Anfang falsch verstanden aber ich habe korrigiert,sie hat sich auch entschuldigt.

Die haben uns weggeschickt weil wir da couscous gegessen haben und uns ab falafel verschluckt haben , die haben zu lang Frühstücks Zeit gehabt und sry das sie nicht direkt mittags Zeit machen wir waren ganz arme Kinder die essen wollten 😖 und DER MANN HAT AUCH DA GESITZ UND ZIGARETTE GEMACHT UND WURDE NICHT WEGGESCHICKT!!!!!!!!! 👁️👄👁️

Hatte eine Spinne im Essen. Service war unhöflich

Ein Stern, weil Null nicht gespeichert wird... Ein Ambiente wie auf einem zu vollen Bahnsteig. Viele Kunden - und auch wir - haben >30 Minuten auf die Bestellung warten müssen. Kunden waren sichtlich genervt, einer hat sogar storniert in der Zeit weil die Wartezeit zu lange war. Hätten wir besser auch gemacht. Tische dreckig, auf dem Wagen zum Zurückstellen der Tabletts stapelte sich der Müll und es war kein Platz, das Personal war genervt, überfordert und unfreundlich. Keine Wiederholungsgefahr unsererseits. Unterirdisches Erlebnis. In diesen McD fahre ich nicht nochmal.

Könnte etwas sauberer sein und das Personal freundlicher und mal lächeln

Mein Bruder hat seinen Cheesburger wie gewünscht tatsächlich ohne Käse bekommen. Das Essen war sehr schnell fertig und hat für Mc Donalds echt gut geschmeckt

Wir haben hier 35 Minuten auf unser Essen gewartet. Personal maßlos überfordert.

Stehst am Automat, lässt das Kind Spielzeug aussuchen. Dann geh ich von aus, die Mitarbeiter kriegen es hin. Nein, wieso auch... anderes Spielzeug. Dann gehst hin um zu tauschen, wirst angepampt und die nette Mitarbeiterin feuert das falsche Spielzeug auf dem Boden. 👍 PS: Der BigMac war falsch zusammengebaut.

Essen ist halt wie bei jedem McDonald's aber es ist sehr voll dort mussten einen tisch suchen und warten das einer frei wird und wenn ihr dort esst könnt ihr auch kostenlos auf Klo gehen müsst nur am Tresen fragen. Aber alles sehr klein.

Sehr schlecht Zubereitung kalt Essen

Eigentlich hat er noch nicht einmal einen stern verdient. Am terminal bestellt für barzahlung, leider war an der kasse keiner anzutreffen nach 10 weiteren minuten warten wurde uns gesagt keine Barzahlung morglich. Nach weiteren 5 min kam dann doch ein Mitarbeiter widerwillig an die Kasse. Während des Bezahlens ist mir die erste Maus entgegen gelaufen, Dies wurde dann durch einen weiteren Schrei aus der Küche bestätigt. Küche und Gästeraum sahen aus als hätte man seit Tagen nicht mehr geputzt und das Essen hat geschmeckt als wäre es von vorgestern gewesen. Alles in einem auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen.

Mit Lieferando bestellt, nicht viel erwartet, aber für 70 Euro durchweg kaltes Essen bekommen und dazu noch das verkehrte. Außerdem hatte der Big tasty Bacon keinen Bacon drauf und der Filet o fish nur eine halbe Scheibe Käse. Eine Frechheit...

Wir haben 1h auf unser Essen gewartet!!!

Ich hatte Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt, aber leider fehlten einige Artikel. Das habe ich erst zu Hause bemerkt. Mir fehlte der Großteil meiner Bestellung, ich bekam nur Pommes und ein Getränk. Schrecklich! Außerdem war die Wartezeit extrem lang und der Bestellbildschirm funktionierte nicht, man musste also auf seine Nummer achten.

Keine Wartezeit ansonsten was man halt im Macis erwarten kann Leider sind die Mäuse von dem hier geposteten Video immernoch da.

Heute haben wir eine Bestellung bei McDonald’s zum Mitnehmen gemacht, aber der Auftrag war nicht vollständig – es fehlten 3 Doppel-Cheeseburger. Leider ist das nicht das erste Mal in genau dieser Filiale. Wir haben den Inhalt der Tüte nicht sofort kontrolliert. Deshalb mein Tipp an alle: Überprüft eure Bestellung direkt vor Ort. Sonst verliert ihr – so wie ich – einfach 11,97 €.

Ich sehe hier viele neue Mitarbeiter. Wer auch immer sie einarbeitet, bitte hören Sie auf, ihnen beizubringen, ständig zu fragen: „Ist alles in Ordnung, Sir?“ Wir sind bei McDonald’s, uns ist der Service egal, selbst wenn ich beschimpft werde.

Schlechter laden. Personal extrem unzuverlässig und unfreundlich.

Leider werden Preise immer höher und Bürgerinhalte weniger, und Coupons Auswahl sehr begrenzt, man darf nur einmal Coupon nutzen...

Diese rassistische Frau weigerte sich, mich zu bedienen, nur weil ich Englisch spreche. Sie sagte etwas in ihrer Muttersprache und war dabei sehr unhöflich. 14.02.2026, 16:16 Uhr. Bitte sorgen Sie dafür, dass sie lernt, mit Ausländern zu sprechen.

Dieser McDonald's ist wirklich ein toller Ort, mitten im Herzen der Stadt und im Einkaufszentrum, um zu entspannen und sich mit anderen zu treffen! 🤩 Das Essen ist durchweg fantastisch und macht jeden Besuch zu einem Genuss. 🍔🍟 Ich genieße immer die lebhafte Atmosphäre und den exzellenten Service. ✨

We placed our order via the app, selected table service, waited half an hour, and nothing happened. After half an hour, we asked the staff about our order. To our surprise, they told us that they weren't currently offering table service, which wasn't mentioned anywhere in the restaurant or on the app. We started a conversation with the staff, who were rather unfriendly and dismissive of our request for the food to be freshly prepared as we had ordered. After another 10 to 20 minutes, we finally managed to get our food. I wouldn't recommend it.

Sustainability at McDonald's. Like: hey, someone here ordered a Coke in a reusable cup. Here you go. (The reusable cup was also dirty.)

The food was of a normal standard, and it was reasonably clean. However, the staff were extremely unfriendly and even abusive. A very unpleasant experience. The staff also refused to redeem Sanifer vouchers, even though they are official partners.

The worst service from the team on the sunday shift when i was there. I arrived at 19uhr but was being rushed to eat and go by this arab guy because he wanted to clean 4 hours before closing time. He started rushing me to eat fast , and started changing my seating positions from one table to another … it was the worst customer service you can get from an empty mc donalds after spending your money. Mind you all this was 4 hours before closing coz they close at 22uhr. And what disturbed me most , he let his arab friends seat in the same place n area he so much chased me from🤔🥴. It was disappointing and annoying in all senses. Not racism but just poor and bad service from that one person / cleaner . N which fast food restaurant blocks off empty seats and chase away buyers from seats after they have paid n are already seated and eating ???? Avoid this place if you can .

Mice were running through the restaurant

The cafe has inadequate security. I was already sitting there when I decided to place another order. When he returned to his table, he refused to let me in, even though I hadn't touched anyone and was completely sober. He told me he wouldn't let me in because he didn't like my answer, even though he had no right to stop me for no reason. This happened today, September 5, 2025. I want to complain about him. The administrator simply ran out of time, as he was already in a hurry to catch the train. I hope the administrator reads this review and takes action against this security guard.

The order was processed quickly. The burger was okay. The fries were soggy and cold. Very annoying.

I went to McDonald's in the Europa Passage with friends, but I wasn't impressed. The restaurant overall feels very run-down and dirty, which makes the food less than appealing. At your table, you're constantly approached by beggars, which is very unpleasant. On top of that, orders are forgotten, and even after alerting the staff, it can take over half an hour to get your food. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience.

My boyfriend and I shared a box of 20 plant-based nuggets. Upon first bite, we realized they were meat nuggets. My boyfriend then ordered me new nuggets. These were plant-based, except for ONE. Both orders were placed independently, at least 10 minutes apart. How is it possible that the nuggets were swapped for both of them? I'm very disappointed, angry, and sad.

Three cash registers, one theoretically manned. If only the cashier didn't disappear for a few minutes every now and then. The cashier is grumpy. The staff barely speak any German.

McDonald's is actually quite standard. The food is okay and the employees are polite, but the wait time (30 minutes) was quite shocking. I expect a much quicker service from a fast-food restaurant.

It's McDonald's. No restrooms, so you're directed to the Sanifair on the second floor. Vouchers are available for that, but only upon explicit request.

Unfortunately, the service wasn't friendly. 45 minutes before closing time, customers were sent to other uncleaned seats because the seats had already closed.

Staff overwhelmed. Fries cold. Tables and chairs dirty. No private restrooms. Only Sanifair... also dirty and overwhelmed. Fits the overall concept :D

I'm from other country visiting Hamburg and this mc is really disappointment. The people there use bad language by people I mean the workers the place is a little dirty.

The staff didn't bring a shake and a pie. In the end they also said that I should control what they bring, and not go and ask later what is missing. In my opinion, this is a terrible attitude towards customers. I highly do not recommend visiting.

I recently visited this Mcdonald with a friend (we’re both women and we’re not from Germany), and unfortunately had a really bad experience involving racism. While we were waiting in line to use the ordering machine, two guys, apparently teenagers, tried to cut in front of us. When we told them it was our turn, one of them made racist jokes, saying the machine would only work for Germans. While we were using the machine, the two guys were using the other one behind us. Things got worse when one of them spat on my shoulder. When I confronted him, he denied it, even though I never said to him what happened. I just told him “what’s wrong with you?” And he instantly said “it wasn’t me”. He was the only one close enough to do it. After we finished eating, we reported the incident to security. The security staff were helpful and tried to support us, but the manager, a woman, did not take action. She simply said, “I’m sorry I can’t do anything, I didn’t see what happened.” This was really disappointing, especially because she is a woman who should have stood up for us. Thank you to the security staff for trying to help us. It’s sad to see racism being ignored in any place, and I hope the management will take this issue more seriously in the future.

It’s always a bad experience going to this mcD but never thought it would be this bad that i actually have to come here and write a review. Yesterday my friend and I were clearly harassed by two teenage German boys. They tried to cut us off while we were using the machine and after telling them very calmly that you can use the other one they told us this machine only works for Germans (we are not German) , he kept harassing us, after telling him to calm down he spat on my friend and then denied it. He was clearly a racist. And he was laughing after harassing us as if it’s an achievement. When we involved the security staff of the mall, and he was talking with these teenage boys, the manager of the branch came and tried to defend them by saying she didn’t see anything so it’s fine. She was not German either. Why would we lie. She didn’t apologize to us for going through this situation but instead she defended the boys by apologizing to them. It was an extremely horrible experience and the security staff and a few other people who were eating at mcD came and apologized to us for going through such a thing and how the woman who works there should’ve taken a stand or at least not apologize to them. I really hope the management of this branch will do something about it so that in the future racism is not ignored.

The food was good enough, no complaints. The service was standard, no complaints either. The main reason why I came to it was to charge my phone. Upon sitting down, it turned out that not a single power socket was working (apparently a normal thing on weekends). Really unfortunate.

But in short, they hired some kind of security guard who doesn't let you go further than the machines where you can order burgers from the menu, I've never seen anything like that in any McDonald's before. The attitude towards customers is beastly.

The food was cold. There was no service board showing when you could pick up your food. You couldn't understand the number you were calling. There were a ton of people waiting right outside for their food. It was messy and uncomfortable. My expectations of McDonald's weren't met at all; I get much better value from other restaurants.

Simply not recommended. The cheeseburgers were cold. When I said something, two new ones came, but they were also cold. 🤢 The Coke was completely deflated. The place was absolutely disgusting.

This place is just terrible! There are no toilets, no cold drinks are available and there are security guards who are catcalling!!!

20 minutes for two double cheeseburgers was too long for me. I asked for my money back because my group had already finished eating. Also, there are no restrooms for customers, even though there are over 50 seats!!! Customers have to go two floors up to Sanifair and pay an extra €1! But they're closed after 9 p.m., so you have to figure out where you're going. I'll file a complaint with the health department.

Employees were disrespectful. I got a McFlurry, only half filled it, and the caramel was minimal. Terrible.

We ordered a double chicken burger and received a spicy chicken burger. I tried to report the error and get what we ordered and paid for. At the checkout, however, I was turned away by an angry employee who continually denied that spicy chicken burgers were available.

The food was lukewarm and poorly prepared. The service was completely bored, and guests felt like they were intruding. The "ambiance" was completed by overflowing return trolleys.

We visited Europa Passage Mall as I was on the lookout for a pair of ON shoes. On the way, we passed by a McDonald’s inside the mall and decided to grab lunch first before continuing the search. We each ordered a chicken meal, which was just what we needed. The best part? They offer free Wi-Fi for 3 hours! I had some pending work to catch up on, and I was able to finish everything on time thanks to the reliable connection. The ambiance was nice and relaxed, and the space was quite large, making it a comfortable spot to eat and work for a bit. Great stop for a quick break if you’re shopping around Europa Passage!

I ordered a chesse burger menu . The monitor didnt give me a reciept but i already paid for the food. I waited for 30 minutes And then i asked for it and they told me we have reciept but my number was in the monitor. Their solution or me was to order and pay again😐

Mitar either was a bit rude when I asked if and how I could redeem my Danifair coupon. Then, while he was standing at the register with no customers waiting, he directed me to the computer to order, even though I only wanted to order one coupon. When I approached him after ordering to pay in cash, he looked really annoyed. Luckily, though, there were no insults or anything like that.

The place is bad, there are no toilets. Hair in the food.

Hi, I went to the McDonald's in the Europapassage today around 1:42 PM to eat something in the McCafé downstairs. The service was very friendly. The hot chocolate and strawberry cake were delicious, and the employee was very, very friendly. If the restaurant manager and the assistant manager read this, please give the employee a big compliment! I'd love to come back 👍🏻

People are standing around at the terminals, and the checkout line tells them to scan only at the terminals. ATTENTION ⚠️ The store has no restrooms.
