McDonald's in Hamburg

20 minutes for two double cheeseburgers was too long for me. I asked for my money back because my group had already finished eating. Also, there are no restrooms for customers, even though there are over 50 seats!!! Customers have to go two floors up to Sanifair and pay an extra €1! But they're closed after 9 p.m., so you have to figure out where you're going. I'll file a complaint with the health department.

Employees were disrespectful. I got a McFlurry, only half filled it, and the caramel was minimal. Terrible.

We ordered a double chicken burger and received a spicy chicken burger. I tried to report the error and get what we ordered and paid for. At the checkout, however, I was turned away by an angry employee who continually denied that spicy chicken burgers were available.

The food was lukewarm and poorly prepared. The service was completely bored, and guests felt like they were intruding. The "ambiance" was completed by overflowing return trolleys.

It took an hour for me to receive my food. Unacceptable!

We visited Europa Passage Mall as I was on the lookout for a pair of ON shoes. On the way, we passed by a McDonald’s inside the mall and decided to grab lunch first before continuing the search. We each ordered a chicken meal, which was just what we needed. The best part? They offer free Wi-Fi for 3 hours! I had some pending work to catch up on, and I was able to finish everything on time thanks to the reliable connection. The ambiance was nice and relaxed, and the space was quite large, making it a comfortable spot to eat and work for a bit. Great stop for a quick break if you’re shopping around Europa Passage!

I ordered a chesse burger menu . The monitor didnt give me a reciept but i already paid for the food. I waited for 30 minutes And then i asked for it and they told me we have reciept but my number was in the monitor. Their solution or me was to order and pay again😐

Then, while he was standing at the register with no customers waiting, he directed me to the computer to order, even though I only wanted to order one coupon. Hi, I went to the McDonald's in the Europapassage today around 1:42 PM to eat something in the McCafé downstairs. The service was very friendly. The hot chocolate and strawberry cake were delicious, and the employee was very, very friendly. If the restaurant manager and the assistant manager read this, please give the employee a big compliment! I'd love to come back 👍🏻

People are standing around at the terminals, and the checkout line tells them to scan only at the terminals. ATTENTION ⚠️ The store has no restrooms.

Unfortunately no toilet. If you spend a minimum of EUR 2.50 you will receive a Sanifair voucher. But they were empty. An outrage!

The employees are rude (especially the one behind the cash register). They didn't bring enough ice cream, so we bought two. Both were filled differently. Supposedly, the smaller amount was the standard, and even though it was ready for pickup, we waited until it melted. It's not worth buying anything there.

Fries unsalted, citizens totally dry and promotional glass was forgotten and ignored when asked, the Mc Flurry had very few toppings. Subway would have been a better and healthier option. It's a shame that Mc is getting worse and worse. :(

An absolute disaster! I ordered a large meal today and had to wait over an hour - my food just didn't come! Even though my order number was on the screen the whole time and I asked several times, I only got the answer: "It's not ready yet." This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I had to wait 30 minutes for my fries, squeezed into a huge crowd of people also waiting for their orders. Since the screen didn't work, the employees had to say the numbers, but it was almost impossible to understand in the huge crowd of people + the employees didn't speak good German. The positive thing about our visit was the lady at the checkout. Super nice, friendly and in a very good mood. We ordered 2x the Happy Meal & 1 apple turnover. In the end, the apple turnover was missing, as was the sauce for the fries and the apple slices. The other meal was missing the fruit squeezer. When asked, there was a cherry turnover instead of the apple turnover. All in all, unfortunately disappointing and rather minus 5*.

Today I went to McDonald's and overall had a mixed experience. The food was hot and fresh, which is definitely a positive thing. It tasted good and was exactly what I expected. However, the table I sat at wasn't clean. That spoiled the overall impression a little, as I think cleanliness is very important in a restaurant. However, the staff was friendly and helpful, which made my visit more enjoyable. French fries without salt, coffee without sugar (at least they paid for the sugar). Instead of a strawberry cocktail - a piece of ice cream in a glass with a straw, just like you can eat ice cream from a straw). I don't recommend it.

I will go to the health department and report this branch immediately. My child got actual food poisoning. Great McDonald’s right in the middle of the Europa passage in Jungfernstieg. Open every day of the week it is a good place to grab a bite to eat with friends or alone, and the cost is rather cheap and affordable.

So, overall the food was very cold. Therefore a star. In addition, the fries had green spots, so the appetite disappeared. Additionally, the drink, Sprite, was not carbonated at all. Incomprehensible at all and disappointing.

The worst McDonald’s branch we have ever seen. The restaurant was quite dirty and untidy. The floor was even partially glued. The toilets weren't even accessible. We placed an order at the order terminal. After waiting for over 15 minutes, we politely asked for our order, which we then received incomplete. This happened to several customers. It was probably because some employees were just standing around without a plan or out of laziness. The discussions between the employees were particularly unpleasant. In our opinion, the branch manager should admonish some employees or give up the branch straight away.

Today I have the M Bürger menu and Mc Fischburger 2× When I got home I noticed that the M Burger wasn't there and that's why only 1 star! But the food is very tasty!

The atmosphere was not the best, but they did have working electrical outlets which is important for travelers with dying batteries in their phones. Fun fact: The outlet does not work unless you ask the manager to flip the switch. Since it was too early for dinner, we did order a Coke and a tea.

Restaurant is super dirty. We were there 1.5 hours before closing time, the restaurant was gradually being cleaned, but the cleaned areas were then closed to customers. We were first sent away from one place because the area was also supposed to be closed to guests. Ordered two burgers after 8 p.m. Get it quickly. But: the staff no longer wanted to properly top both burgers (over €7 each). 4 tomatoes stacked on top of each other instead of next to each other. Slices of cheese were next to both of them. Burger had to be rebuilt by me. There were no replacement napkins and the seats and tables were dirty.

I've been avoiding McDonald's for years because there are much better restaurants in this price range (Otto's Burger, Dulf's Burger and even Jim Block). At the end of the school holidays, I was in the Europapassage last Wednesday afternoon because my bonus son likes the McDonald's fries best. Ordering was quick thanks to the huge displays. There was a rather chaotic crowd of customers in front of the food distribution, which didn't impress me at first - as my number was displayed relatively quickly. When I showed my receipt, I was told that the ad was incorrect. It can happen, but then I would have “out of order” displayed. When we had our fries, 2x cheeseburgers and cola, I wanted to get straws and napkins at the service desk - everything was empty! When I asked at the food counter, I was told that they only have straws for milkshakes, but they couldn't give them to me because they are only for shakes! Now visibly annoyed, I said: “What a juice shop!” and the McDonald’s employee replied: “Exactly, that’s what they said!” And in the background a scrolling message ran in an endless loop: “…to provide our guests with the highest possible quality.” Thank you McDonald’s, but I can happily do without your fries.
