Horrible McDonald's never had anywhere to sit waited a very long time for my order about 30 minutes just waited for a small cola everyone was yelling...

Food was barely warm. Staff was weird. Not clean. Crowded. I'd say this is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been.

Boorish staff. We made coffee for half an hour. As a result, the poppy workers complained about me to the manager (apparently I annoyed them by standing there and asking for an order) who, five minutes later, made and issued the order himself. As an apology, my friend and I received Lipton tea *heart*

The food was very tasty and very warm. I would recommend this restaurant, the staff were polite. The food was misunderstood at the beginning but I corrected it and she also apologized.

Today I went to McDonald's and overall had a mixed experience. The food was hot and fresh, which is definitely a positive thing. It tasted good and was exactly what I expected. However, the table I sat at wasn't clean. That spoiled the overall impression a little, as I think cleanliness is very important in a restaurant. However, the staff was friendly and helpful, which made my visit more enjoyable. If the cleanliness in the guest room had been paid a little more attention to, it would have been a good experience all around.

security was very rude without any reason. me and my friends entered and wanted to approach our other friends who already made an order, but “security” started pushing us to the exit and yelling. then we were standing near elevator (not even in the cafe) and they again started sending us out(????) also the food was tasteless.

Was here yesterday and the McFlurry was just too delicious! The fries had just the right amount of salt and the burger was great too! If McDonald's, then here. Always a good choice for fast food. The service is always friendly and professional.

We ordered the menu at 3:30 p.m. and it was missing, so we waited for more than an hour. Please don't go. It's a shitty experience. Hello, this mac donalds is very bad when it comes to the service and the food, the food is mostly cold and the service is very cheeky and often ignored. I don't recommend anyone to eat at this mac donalds because it just tastes bad and is not warm. Not recommended!!!

To put it mildly, not very much. It was a day off, there were a lot of people, there was nowhere to sit. Our order was lost and we couldn't get it for a very long time. French fries without salt, coffee without sugar (at least they paid for the sugar). Instead of a strawberry cocktail - a piece of ice cream in a glass with a straw, just like you can eat ice cream from a straw). I don't recommend it.

I will go to the health department and report this branch immediately. My child got actual food poisoning. It would be advisable to hire people who are familiar with German health regulations in the catering sector!! We live in Germany and the fact that almost no one in this country can speak German is questionable. Dirt everywhere on the floor, dirt everywhere, cold food with no words!!

Great McDonald’s right in the middle of the Europa passage in Jungfernstieg. Open every day of the week it is a good place to grab a bite to eat with friends or alone, and the cost is rather cheap and affordable.

So, overall the food was very cold. Therefore a star. In addition, the fries had green spots, so the appetite disappeared. Additionally, the drink, Sprite, was not carbonated at all. Incomprehensible at all and disappointing.

My child got severe food poisoning in this branch. After a few hours the nausea started and towards the evening the stomach aches and vomiting came non-stop... from now on it's time to ban McDonald's, if those in charge don't care that the hygiene conditions have been complained about here several times and apparently that's not really the case is followed up, then we will avoid the chain in the future!

The worst McDonald’s branch we have ever seen. The restaurant was quite dirty and untidy. The floor was even partially glued. The toilets weren't even accessible. We placed an order at the order terminal. After waiting for over 15 minutes, we politely asked for our order, which we then received incomplete. This happened to several customers. It was probably because some employees were just standing around without a plan or out of laziness. The discussions between the employees were particularly unpleasant. In our opinion, the branch manager should admonish some employees or give up the branch straight away.

Today I have the M Bürger menu and Mc Fischburger 2× When I got home I noticed that the M Burger wasn't there and that's why only 1 star! But the food is very tasty!

The atmosphere was not the best, but they did have working electrical outlets which is important for travelers with dying batteries in their phones. Fun fact: The outlet does not work unless you ask the manager to flip the switch. Since it was too early for dinner, we did order a Coke and a tea.

Restaurant is super dirty. We were there 1.5 hours before closing time, the restaurant was gradually being cleaned, but the cleaned areas were then closed to customers. We were first sent away from one place because the area was also supposed to be closed to guests. Apparently the chairs were placed high right next to us, so you had to be afraid that the dirt from the chairs would fall on your food.

Mega unfriendly and overwhelmed, we only received 4 sauces when ordering 3 menus, but 2 sauces were given out for each menu and that's what was ordered, my husband misunderstood me and made up 3 sauces - a very pushy woman came to our table and speaks rudely that it would be theft because of 1 sauce..People get along because of 1 sauce and let people eat in peace!!!

No. Never again. The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The food was OK, but the organization was a mess. Because apparently no fries were ready we had to wait over 15 minutes. Ordered two burgers after 8 p.m. Get it quickly. But: the staff no longer wanted to properly top both burgers (over €7 each). 4 tomatoes stacked on top of each other instead of next to each other. Slices of cheese were next to both of them. Burger had to be rebuilt by me. There were no replacement napkins and the seats and tables were dirty.

The staff is unacceptable and rude, the food is not tasty (MORE, THE COFFEE PLEASE DO NOT TAKE IT THERE 🙏), the orders are not executed as needed, they either don’t put it in the coffee with caramel, or it’s so little that you don’t even feel it. It's a pity that you can't give 0 stars

I've been avoiding McDonald's for years because there are much better restaurants in this price range (Otto's Burger, Dulf's Burger and even Jim Block). At the end of the school holidays, I was in the Europapassage last Wednesday afternoon because my bonus son likes the McDonald's fries best. Ordering was quick thanks to the huge displays. There was a rather chaotic crowd of customers in front of the food distribution, which didn't impress me at first - as my number was displayed relatively quickly. When I showed my receipt, I was told that the ad was incorrect. It can happen, but then I would have “out of order” displayed. When we had our fries, 2x cheeseburgers and cola, I wanted to get straws and napkins at the service desk - everything was empty! When I asked at the food counter, I was told that they only have straws for milkshakes, but they couldn't give them to me because they are only for shakes! Now visibly annoyed, I said: “What a juice shop!” and the McDonald’s employee replied: “Exactly, that’s what they said!” And in the background a scrolling message ran in an endless loop: “…to provide our guests with the highest possible quality.” Thank you McDonald’s, but I can happily do without your fries.

I recently visited McDonald's. Unfortunately it was very disappointing. The food was served cold - the burger had no heat left, and the portion of fries was not only tiny, but also almost cold and soft. This was really disappointing, especially since I was looking forward to the otherwise crispy fries. As if that wasn't enough, the cola I ordered was also warm. Serving a warm drink with an already cold meal really added a negative finishing touch to the whole experience. Overall it was a very unsatisfactory visit and I really hope McDonald's can improve here. I don't expect something like that from a restaurant that usually stands for fast and reliable quality.

A solid McDonald’s in the middle of the Europapassage. Due to the large number of people, ordering took a little longer, although you can't only order at the terminals. There were 3 real nuggets in my MC Plant nuggets 😆 When I complained, an employee gave the complaint to the “boss”. She didn't believe me and wanted proof (the other employee saw the real nuggets!!) McCafé: my iced latte had to be prepared 3 times because normal milk was used instead of oat milk. Cookies was soggy .Overwhelmed with a simple order. No wonder. We have been customers of this McD for over 10 years, but will now avoid this branch. To go to the toilet you have to go to the top floor of the neighboring shopping center and pay 0.50 cents! I doubt whether this approach is in accordance with the German restaurant regulations!

Nein, es war nicht voll, wir waren um 11 Uhr dort da Tochter Lust auf mc donalds hatte. Mein Burger kam kalt an den Tisch. Habe ihn zurück gebracht, daraufhin gab es nur eine dumme Bemerkung aus der Küche " schneller essen"... daraufhin Erwiderte ich, dass er sein Job ausüben solle und hier von "fast" und nicht "slow" food gesprochen Wird.. Ich bekam den gleichen Burger zurück. Wurde auch direkt an die tauben verfüttert.. Alles im allem, der schlechteste Ableger den ich bisher gesehen habe. Die Küche muss dringend ausgetauscht werden, habe ich noch nie erlebt. Jetzt gerade in der billstedt Filiale, ganz anderer schnack! Essen ist heiß und wir haben keine 3 min warten müssen trotz höherer Andrang wie bei der Filiale für schlechte Freunde... spart euch den Weg zum Jungfernstieg, oder macht euch ein eigenes erschreckendes Bild.. in dem Sinne alles gute 🙏

When I picked up my order I asked a younger man behind the counter for a spoon for my McFlurry since there wasn't one. The man then reacted very aggressively and forcefully stuffed the spoon into the ice cream and said something incomprehensible. I assume that the gentleman hasn't been with this company long or doesn't feel like doing his job. because that was absolute misconduct in front of customers. :)

We had a school trip to Hamburg and ate at McDonald's today but what wasn't so good is always shown on maps. Not that many visitors but where we came it was really crowded here. But the good thing is I didn't have to wait that long for my food

Went up after 50 mins was accused of lying, other customers around us were asked if we were lying Only at that point we were told that we 'may' get our food Manager came out and was very pleasent Got our food an hour after paying - no refund or compensation offered nor any apology Never experienced such rude staff (excluding the manager)

Worst McDonalds ever! Incompetent and unfriendly staff. Our order was processed completely incorrectly. Complete packs of fries were missing, a burger was moldy, special requests for the burgers were not taken into account, and my order wasn't even displayed. Then I asked twice without getting an answer. When I finally got my food, by chance, the employees filled my cup with cola instead of iced tea. Worst visit ever!

Worst McDonald’s experience so far. We ordered with table service and waited for 50 (!) minutes - fast food, isn’t it? Staff never brought the order, I had to come up to the crew member with my receipt and eyes full off disappointment. Plant-meat nuggets tasted just like chicken nuggets which was cool until I realized that they just put together plant and chicken nuggets in one box. I’m not vegan and tried plant nuggets just for fun, but I can imagine how happy a real vegan would be happy with such order. Never again.
