I don't even want to know how much is thrown away because most of it is produced twice. Everything cold. In 20 minutes almost everyone in front of me complained about their food, I wanted my money back, such poor service for €17. Impossible.

There were 3 real nuggets in my MC Plant nuggets 😆 When I complained, an employee gave the complaint to the “boss”. She didn't believe me and wanted proof (the other employee saw the real nuggets!!) We have been customers of this McD for over 10 years, but will now avoid this branch. Disastrously dirty, both the floor and the tables, even in the morning with hardly any customers, especially with high fluctuation. The "professional" staff is slow, unfriendly, verbally attacks themselves and works unhygienically.

We had a school trip to Hamburg and ate at McDonald's today but what wasn't so good is always shown on maps. Not that many visitors but where we came it was really crowded here. But the good thing is I didn't have to wait that long for my food

Worst McDonald’s experience so far. We ordered with table service and waited for 50 (!) minutes - fast food, isn’t it? Staff never brought the order, I had to come up to the crew member with my receipt and eyes full off disappointment. Plant-meat nuggets tasted just like chicken nuggets which was cool until I realized that they just put together plant and chicken nuggets in one box. I’m not vegan and tried plant nuggets just for fun, but I can imagine how happy a real vegan would be happy with such order. Never again.

By far the worst McDonald's in Hamburg and the surrounding area. There were two of us there and we each ordered 2 Happy Meals (both almost identical, no changes) and a McPlant. There wasn't much going on in the restaurant itself, but the employees didn't seem to care about doing their jobs properly. Instead, they preferred to talk to each other or joke around. Instead of the Happy Meals and the McPlant we got (after a long wait) 2x Capri Sun, a salad from the Happy Meal and fries. We had to ask a total of 4 times for the things that weren't given to us, and in the end something was still missing. I really wonder if you've made a mistake in your career if you can't even fulfill such a simple order. If you have the opportunity, invest a few more minutes and go to McDonald's at the central bus station. I've always had good experiences there.

Davon mal abgesehen, bin ich ziemlich enttäuscht. Ich liebe Mc‘Donalds essen wirklich und bin sehr gerne in dem Restaurant aber die Mitarbeiter dort sind total überfordert. Lassen Gäste 20 Minuten auf ihr Essen warten nur weil es Mitarbeiter gibt die dort die Zettel mit 1-2 Sachen vorziehen das geht garnicht. Es gibt Leute die nicht aus Hamburg kommen und dann die Zahlen fürs Essen, oben einfach aus dem Bildschirm nehmen geht überhaupt nicht. Und dann wundern das Menschen sich über das Verhalten aufregen.

Ich bin ziemlich enttäuscht wir haben da 25 Minuten auf unser Essen gewartet da die Frau nur leichte Zubereitungen genommen hat dadurch haben wir unser Zug verpasst

Went to spend toilet tickets here as very few food options open on a Sunday. They ripped my girlfriend off, charging her €12 for her food as they put it through as individual items, instead of a menu meal. Then she had to wait longer than me to receive her order and I ordered after her?

Wie immer bei MD Essen meist nur lauwarm. Thema Toilette ist in dieser Filiale so gelöst: Gehe zwei Stockwerke höher und bezahle dafür. Wenig kundenfreundlich und man ist ewig unterwegs.

Allgemein der Service ist ganz ok. Aber miss drama an der Kasse, hatte direkt einen Ausraster gekriegt wegen kurzem Wartens auf ihr Geld. Bitte feuern Sie sie.

Wir versuchen normalerweise an der Kasse zu bestellen, um Arbeitsplätze zu erhalten. Als wir für die Bestellung einen Gutschein einlösen wollten, hat die Kassiererin uns extrem unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass es nur an den Automaten geht. SB-Automaten sind dann wohl doch die Zukunft.
