Burger King – Bro, what the hell are you selling for food? Hey, I have no idea what's going on there, but what you're cobbling together is just plain cheeky. I walk in, starving to death, and think to myself, "Treat yourself to a Whopper, it'll be fine." Well, spoiler: It WASN'T. First of all, the place is completely disorganized. Three people at the counter, but no one feels responsible. There are five guys standing around, but no one can manage to take a simple order. I'm standing there like I've been ordered and not picked up, while someone in the back drops fries on the floor and throws them back in. Have you been drunk? Then I finally get my food – boy, what is that? The burger looks like someone sat on it. Everything's cold, everything's squashed, lettuce is hanging out like wet cardboard, and the meat... Dude, that wasn't a patty, that was a sad lump of hope. And the fries? Soggy, oily, like they'd been through hell twice and then reheated – but tasteless. Drink? The vending machine churns out more foam than contents. Coke with 80% air and 20% sugar water. Simply disgusting. And the tables – all sticky, trash everywhere, no one clears them, but the main thing is that the employees in the back are chilling on their phones. Honestly, I swear: I've had better food at gas station snack bars. How can you completely screw up the task of making hungry people full and happy? You're a fast-food joint, not an escape room for patience. Conclusion: Burger King? More like burger cringe. Once and never again. Save your crown, you're not king, at most you're the janitor of a grease cellar.

And again, the wrong burgers. That was the last time!!! Did I just stand in the drive-thru for 30 minutes? Several times now. Cheese nuggets were way too dark. Employees were hard to understand. Forgot fries.

What kind of shop is this? I received my food cold and they blatantly lied to my face. I saw that the food had been sitting there for over 30 minutes to be heated up and they offered to heat it up again. Unbelievable! Can you believe it? Instead of making it fresh? As if it had just been freshly made! The fries were cold and hard! The burgers were disgusting! The sauce and cheese were completely dried out! And it's supposed to be fresh!? Who are they trying to fool? Avoid this shop! Go to the competition instead! Never again! The way they treat customers is really cheeky! They should close down their shop immediately!

Things didn't go so well after I had to wait half an hour for my burger (yes, I asked several times beforehand and each time they said yes, we'll bring the burger to your table), instead of the Chicken Crunch Burger I got a tortilla, which I brought back and they tried to make me believe that was the real burger and that it was clearly not a burger.

The self-order board does not accept cash payments. According to the order board, there was no ice cream, but there was ice cream at the cash register.

Typical Burger King food, fast and OK. Service relatively unfriendly. The outdoor climbing frame stinks horribly of urine. There are actually puddles of urine in the tunnels. There's a peephole about three times the height, but it no longer has a protective screen. Unfortunately, a child could easily fall out and seriously injure themselves. I asked the staff about it, and their only response was, "Yeah, we know, it's being repaired." It's a shame that there's no understanding and apparently no common sense here. Otherwise, such a dangerous piece of playground equipment would be cordoned off.

Good morning. I can't explain the positive recessions. Since I travel a lot on highways for work, I visit a few fast food restaurants. This Burger King gave me by far the worst service I have ever experienced. In the drive I was spammed after ordering and paying again because I asked for the receipt. Not a good day my morning in both cases. When ordering, a part was missing which was then added when asked with very annoyed body language. Here again, no moin, no hello, no good day. The burgers were old and bad and a conversation with the staff about questions ran into massive language barriers. I will never eat there again.

I had paid for large fries and a Plant Base Burger. A small portion and a meat burger were packed even though I asked again. The fries were lukewarm. Overall really bad service. Update 2nd purchase: Employees are in a bad mood again. Collection number is not called, the package is left on the counter without a word. I have to ask if it's my order. Bought 2 items, notice the dip for the curly fries is missing, employee shrugs. Fries again only lukewarm, Plant base Burger Party hard and dry at the edges. It's no fun spending over €8 for bad service here.

However, the employee immediately instructed us to drive up to the first window without letting us finish or really listening. She seemed stressed and rude, especially when we asked to apply a coupon. Her reaction was even more rude and annoyed, and she was not communicative at all. We then asked to speak to the shift leader, but he also showed no courtesy. Instead, the two spoke in their own language, which increased the feeling of ignorance. In the end we left without buying anything as we were not offered any support. Very rude staff and a disappointing visit. I can definitely not recommend this branch.

How can you allow something like that? We wanted to take a relaxed stop at BK on a Sunday. Apparently there was a big flea market at Ikea Moorfleet. The entire parking lot is full to the last gap!! All flea market visitors happily loaded their things there. You were honked at when you stopped in front of the BK entrance. Yes, sorry, WE with a child (3 years old) just wanted to go out for something to eat. And lo and behold, the BK was completely deserted. So please, how can you allow something like that?? How about a barrier? Well, we drove back without eating because we had absolutely no idea where to park. Of course, towing would also be an option. After all, it is not tolerated anywhere else. Best Citizen King in Hamburg. An employee is always checking the tables and chairs for cleanliness. Even the branch manager lends a hand. Kitchen looks very clean from the outside. Toilets always clean. The food is very tasty but nothing extraordinary, it's just fast food.

I've been there a few times and I don't remember having any bad memories of this place. From what I remember, it's one of the cleaner Burger Kings in the area. It was never really dirty there. Probably because it's a bit out of the way. And traffic rarely exceeds 5 cars per drive. The toilets are also free and quite clean, I would say. I recommend using the Burger King app. Sometimes you can get some nice coupons. E.g. Recently I bought 2 Cheeseburgers for €4 where one currently costs €3

First of all, the store is clean and well maintained My review does not refer to this restaurant directly. I think the things that bothered me will be the same in every branch in Germany. Ordering at the terminal is more complicated than with your direct competitor. Even though you can scan coupons, you have to select a coupon every time. The menus also don't ask directly about the individual components such as sauces and drinks via the coupons, so an order was "wrong" and when we asked if we could at least have mayo instead of ketchup, we were simply ignored. We accepted the “wrong” drink with unfortunately way too much ice. We would have had to change the menu in the shopping cart beforehand so that it would have been exactly what we wanted. I find this weak, especially if you take a moment to look for a new coupon and nothing clicks and after a few seconds you are asked whether you want to continue. You only have 1-2 minutes to do this otherwise everything you have typed will expire. So if you place an order with several people and there may be a short period of time to think about exactly who wants it and you don't react quickly enough, you have to do everything all over again. It's also great for vegetarians to offer pseudo meat, but I have to say that I personally find meat substitute products really disgusting. Even though I stated in the app that I would rather have chicken, I was spammed with the substitute products. (in the app and when ordering after you have logged in at the terminal) I also find it unfair that the standard products are offered at a higher price than the pulp that is called vegetarian meat (which is a contradiction in terms) Please adjust the price of the corresponding (substitute) products instead of asking people who still pay attention to meat in their diet to pay. The prices are sometimes 1-2€ per burger more expensive for the real version and that's not fair, at a few cents it's okay but not that it's that significant It's a shame, I'll probably eat at the competitor's again. One of the better Burger Kings, the drive-in is wide enough so that even long sprinters (L4H2) can get through there. The disadvantage of the service is that depending on who is working, for example, no napkins are given, a simple hello and goodbye seem like too much and the bag is "packed" all over the place

How shamefully we have been treated here, it is truly unbelievable. We had placed our order neatly at a kiosk, paid for it, but then no receipt came out. We went to the counter and explained what we had ordered. German is not our native language, but we can make ourselves reasonably understood. The counter employee walked to the column, opened it and the receipt turned out to be double in the machine. The problem with the receipt was solved, but our problem was not. The counter employee understood that we had ordered a cheese burger, while we also indicated that we had ordered a Fanta and Coke Zero. Our order was not on the central computer, according to the counter employee, a middle-aged man. A woman was called in and she also claimed that because we had no receipt (not our fault) and it was not on the central computer, we had done something wrong. The bank debit, with all the data, was of no use to them. We were told to come back tomorrow when a manager was present. Handy if you are on your way to Berlin from the Netherlands. Meanwhile they continued to prepare 2 orders. Turned out to be one of ours, as we saw in the fanta and mayonnaise. But since we did not have a receipt and, according to the very unfriendly counter employee, had said that we had ordered something else, we did not receive the order. After he had shouted our order number through the store for at least 5 minutes, of course without a response, we received our order. The fries and burgers were now cold and the ice in my coke had melted. To be honest, I think they forgot that too. I have rarely met 2 such unfriendly staff members who saddled us with their problem. We haven't been to Burger King for a long time because the restaurant in Harburg on Winsener Str. no longer exists. But after our visit to Ikea we had to go to Burger King and as always it was delicious.
