NEVER AGAIN! All the bad reviews here are so justified. Cold burgers, fries soaked in old oil with brown/green spots. When we asked if we could have warm burgers and fresh fries (which we paid for!!!), they said we could heat the burgers up in the microwave. The service staff were incredibly unfriendly, disrespectful, and ignorant!! They didn't give us a refund; apparently, they can't afford it 🤷🏽‍♀️ NOT RECOMMENDED!!

COMPLETE DISASTER!!! We received cold, obviously old fries and equally cold burgers. The cheese wasn't even melted, and some of the fries were green/brown and absolutely inedible. When we complained at the counter, we were told everything was "fresh" and couldn't be remade. A refund was also supposedly impossible since the food had already been served. In the end, they only offered to remake the fries and reheat the burgers in the microwave. During a phone call with the manager, I was yelled at and insulted. I was even told to simply stop coming to Burger King if I didn't like it. Completely unprofessional. We ultimately left the food there because it was inedible. A very disappointing experience. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious – just as you'd want it. The fries were crispy, the burgers perfectly cooked, and the staff incredibly friendly and attentive. The freshly prepared burger at Burger King was a real treat! The bread was perfectly fresh, the ingredients were lovingly selected, and the burger was incredibly juicy. Cold burgers... the bread was ice cold and the meat was just as cold... unfortunately, we ordered takeaway and after 2 minutes, when we were already on the highway, we realized the food was freezing cold... turning around wasn't an option for us... but we'll never eat there again... we ordered and paid for the burgers with extra jalapenos... there were only two tiny pieces of jalapenos in each one for 50 cents... ridiculous...

When we visit my family in Lübeck and Neustadt in Holstein, we love to stop here on the way back. The fast-food restaurant is never crowded, and the food is prepared very quickly. The staff is always very friendly, and it's very clean. I recommend it to anyone who's driving past Hamburg on the A1 after visiting the Baltic Sea to grab a bite to eat. Yummie

The order was completely wrong. The fries were too salty.

That was the last time – disrespectful "service" at the lowest level Incredibly rude restaurant manager. I was eating at the restaurant with my family and politely asked for some wet wipes. The answer was, "Only for customers who ordered chicken wings." Two other customers had ordered chicken wings and hadn't even received a single wipe. When I brought it up, I was argued with as if I were a nuisance. No understanding, no courtesy, no service. Instead, a condescending tone, disrespectful behavior, and zero professionalism – all because of a few cheap wet wipes that cost less than two cents. I've never experienced anything like this before – absolutely disgraceful for an international chain like Burger King. I will never set foot in that restaurant again. It's a disgrace.

The food is bk-like, but the service quality is absolutely disgraceful. First, it takes forever to receive your order, and then half of it is missing, or the order is incorrect. Horrible!

The food is unspectacular. Why your ice cream machine has been broken for months remains your secret. Always hearing the same answer is frustrating, and solution-oriented thinking and action are desirable. The restroom is an absolute nightmare, the smell unbearable, and most of the employees don't speak German.

I don't understand why they don't make sure the food is warm... the burgers taste stale... they should be careful about that with the prices... and the people who work there don't care either. In the store * Bread tasted stale. Fries were cold. ..... A few weeks later, through the drive-thru * According to the employee, they no longer offer veggie meals as a Maxi menu. * My order was not delivered to my car in its entirety three times. * If I hadn't already paid for really expensive, unhealthy food, I would have gladly just driven away. :-( I don't think the visit is worth it.

I just bought an apple spritzer and what I got was absolutely disgusting. The apple spritzer had been expired for a very long time, judging by the way it smelled and tasted.

I had to pay for my meal twice. I pointed out to the unfriendly employee, who barely spoke German, that I thought he had debited the amount twice, as I had also had to present my card twice. And that's exactly what happened: two days later, when I looked at my account, it had been debited twice.

Very clean breakfast buffet. We ate a Whopper with a patty and everything extra you could get except onions. You can really taste the new bun in this breakfast buffet. The grilled beef patty was also okay (the grilled patty should actually be standard, but I've also experienced breakfast buffets where that wasn't the case). As for the extras on the Whopper: the extras like cucumbers, tomatoes, ketchup, etc. were standard extras, so it was okay. The food was prepared very quickly; I'd almost say the "3-minute fast food rule" was adhered to. Drinks aren't widely available; no iced tea, no Red Bull, just standard Fanta and Coke, Sprite. Well, it's just supply and demand. A positive feature is the napkin dispenser where you can help yourself. The cleanliness of this breakfast buffet deserves special mention. The restroom wasn't used that day. Overall, I would give this breakfast buffet a satisfactory grade. Although I haven't yet found a BK that I would give a grade of 1, very good.

Wait times were too long. Employees argued in front of guests. Restrooms were disgustingly dirty. There was no soap either because it was empty.

I can't complain about the cleanliness and service! But that was my last time at Burger King. My daughter wanted that fancy lemonade with cotton candy... sold out... the cotton candy. No ice cream, no shakes, no iced espresso shake, no curly fries. Basically everything that drove the visit was sold out. Awful.

Unfortunately, we had a relatively long wait even though it was barely busy. We had to wait about 25 minutes for two meals and an extra drink. A few things were also missing. The missing straw was manageable, but the fact that a burger was completely missing from the tray and we had to explicitly mention that it was embarrassing. The lemonade we ordered, which is currently advertised as containing cotton candy, was also missing the same thing. And even the mozzarella burger was missing the same thing. All of this would have been a little easier to bear with good service, but there was no sign of that either. When I went to the counter for the straw and the burger, I was completely ignored at first, and after I finally managed to attract attention, it was apparently too much to ask for more than one thing. So, I went back to my seat to eat with one thing missing. We generally like going to Burger King, but this one is definitely not recommended!

After the renovation, the interior was very nice. The staff were often in a bad mood and listless, or at least that was the impression.

A very clean branch! The good thing is that there are ordering kiosks where you can simply order in peace and quiet. It's rarely really busy here. The staff, however, always seem very listless and unmotivated.

The King Junior Meal didn't come in the bag. The toy figure was missing, as were the mayonnaise for the fries and dip for the nuggets. A straw for three drinks was missing.

A very unfriendly woman at the order counter. She wouldn't let you order at the S column. Ordered two burgers. The gray meat on both was at least two, if not three, days old. Musty, slightly gassy taste. My companion had crispy chicken and can't get off the toilet right now. Thick, hard, partially brown lettuce stems from the root instead of regular lettuce. Horrible quality. We're not used to that at all. Not recommended! The place is empty. No wonder.

I've been there twice, and both times the burgers weren't tasty. The first time, the meat was gristly and dry, the second time, it was cold and poorly topped. I've had much better experiences at other branches... too bad... won't be back there.

The Whopper with fries and a Diet Coke for €11.49 is kind of cheeky. The fries were nice and hot, but the Whopper was just plain warm. It was a last resort because I was hungry; I won't be going back anytime soon.

Definitely not recommended. I stood there for over 20 minutes after repeated requests, and they still hadn't taken my order. I'd had enough, so I went to a competitor. I noticed that many other customers were also complaining that the food was too cold. The employees were rude, which further discouraged me from ordering anything there. A good impression is different! It's a good thing I went to McDonald's.

Burger King – Bro, what the hell are you selling for food? Hey, I have no idea what's going on there, but what you're cobbling together is just plain cheeky. I walk in, starving to death, and think to myself, "Treat yourself to a Whopper, it'll be fine." Well, spoiler: It WASN'T. First of all, the place is completely disorganized. Three people at the counter, but no one feels responsible. There are five guys standing around, but no one can manage to take a simple order. I'm standing there like I've been ordered and not picked up, while someone in the back drops fries on the floor and throws them back in. Have you been drunk? Then I finally get my food – boy, what is that? The burger looks like someone sat on it. Everything's cold, everything's squashed, lettuce is hanging out like wet cardboard, and the meat... Dude, that wasn't a patty, that was a sad lump of hope. And the fries? Soggy, oily, like they'd been through hell twice and then reheated – but tasteless. Drink? The vending machine churns out more foam than contents. Coke with 80% air and 20% sugar water. Simply disgusting. And the tables – all sticky, trash everywhere, no one clears them, but the main thing is that the employees in the back are chilling on their phones. Honestly, I swear: I've had better food at gas station snack bars. How can you completely screw up the task of making hungry people full and happy? You're a fast-food joint, not an escape room for patience. Conclusion: Burger King? More like burger cringe. Once and never again. Save your crown, you're not king, at most you're the janitor of a grease cellar.

What kind of shop is this? I received my food cold and they blatantly lied to my face. I saw that the food had been sitting there for over 30 minutes to be heated up and they offered to heat it up again. Unbelievable! Can you believe it? Instead of making it fresh? As if it had just been freshly made! The fries were cold and hard! The burgers were disgusting! The sauce and cheese were completely dried out! And it's supposed to be fresh!? Who are they trying to fool? Avoid this shop! Go to the competition instead! Never again! The way they treat customers is really cheeky! They should close down their shop immediately!

The self-order board does not accept cash payments. According to the order board, there was no ice cream, but there was ice cream at the cash register.

Typical Burger King food, fast and OK. Service relatively unfriendly. The outdoor climbing frame stinks horribly of urine. There are actually puddles of urine in the tunnels. There's a peephole about three times the height, but it no longer has a protective screen. Unfortunately, a child could easily fall out and seriously injure themselves. Wow, it's so dry, it's simply the worst food you can buy. The cola is watery, the onion rings are just warm, sticky, there are only drops of sauce on the Texas BBQ, the thing was so difficult to eat. The chilly chese is delicious here. But I'm afraid that only current customers are expected here. Grandpa always said that hunger drives you in. 😔
