I had paid for large fries and a Plant Base Burger. A small portion and a meat burger were packed even though I asked again. The fries were lukewarm. Overall really bad service. Update 2nd purchase: Employees are in a bad mood again. Collection number is not called, the package is left on the counter without a word. I have to ask if it's my order. Bought 2 items, notice the dip for the curly fries is missing, employee shrugs. Fries again only lukewarm, Plant base Burger Party hard and dry at the edges. It's no fun spending over €8 for bad service here.

The employee ate my fries in front of me and then slapped the rest on the counter. When I asked her about it, she insulted me.

Moin was not recommended twice because I tried to order the food. Seller cannot speak German. And can't advise me. Let alone tell me the prices. !!! I would then be insulted by the staff every time. Because I wanted to speak to the shift manager. Never again !!!!

**Rating: 1 star** Late this afternoon my girlfriend and I were in the McDrive of this branch. We asked for a moment to place our order. However, the employee immediately instructed us to drive up to the first window without letting us finish or really listening. She seemed stressed and rude, especially when we asked to apply a coupon. Her reaction was even more rude and annoyed, and she was not communicative at all. We then asked to speak to the shift leader, but he also showed no courtesy. Instead, the two spoke in their own language, which increased the feeling of ignorance. In the end we left without buying anything as we were not offered any support. Very rude staff and a disappointing visit. I can definitely not recommend this branch.

How can you allow something like that? We wanted to take a relaxed stop at BK on a Sunday. Apparently there was a big flea market at Ikea Moorfleet. The entire parking lot is full to the last gap!! All flea market visitors happily loaded their things there. You were honked at when you stopped in front of the BK entrance. Yes, sorry, WE with a child (3 years old) just wanted to go out for something to eat. And lo and behold, the BK was completely deserted. So please, how can you allow something like that?? How about a barrier? Well, we drove back without eating because we had absolutely no idea where to park. Of course, towing would also be an option. After all, it is not tolerated anywhere else. Unfortunately, the employees weren't interested at all. Well, we'll just go to McD in the future 🙂

Everyone here was very friendly and everything went quickly. Food was also very good 👍🏻 But there was a problem... my coupon from the BK app didn't go to the order terminal. But I was able to successfully redeem the coupon at the normal counter. Everything perfect.

The food was very tasty, we had avoided Burger King because of all the media reports. We were very surprised at how good this Burger King store was. I really have to say it definitely tastes better there than its competitor with M. We would like to come back again

Best Citizen King in Hamburg. An employee is always checking the tables and chairs for cleanliness. Even the branch manager lends a hand. Kitchen looks very clean from the outside. Toilets always clean. The food is very tasty but nothing extraordinary, it's just fast food.

I've been there a few times and I don't remember having any bad memories of this place. From what I remember, it's one of the cleaner Burger Kings in the area. It was never really dirty there. Probably because it's a bit out of the way. And traffic rarely exceeds 5 cars per drive. The toilets are also free and quite clean, I would say. I recommend using the Burger King app. Sometimes you can get some nice coupons. E.g. Recently I bought 2 Cheeseburgers for €4 where one currently costs €3

Normal chain, nothing out of the ordinary. Friendly and quiet, but a mistake when ordering. But it was corrected upon request. The cleanest toilets I've ever seen in a fast food chain!

Clean BK, food BK standard. Unfortunately, on the day we were there, despite temperatures exceeding 20 degrees, there were no tables or chairs outside, so we had to move into the warm inside area.

First of all, the store is clean and well maintained My review does not refer to this restaurant directly. I think the things that bothered me will be the same in every branch in Germany. Ordering at the terminal is more complicated than with your direct competitor. Even though you can scan coupons, you have to select a coupon every time. The menus also don't ask directly about the individual components such as sauces and drinks via the coupons, so an order was "wrong" and when we asked if we could at least have mayo instead of ketchup, we were simply ignored. We accepted the “wrong” drink with unfortunately way too much ice. We would have had to change the menu in the shopping cart beforehand so that it would have been exactly what we wanted. I find this weak, especially if you take a moment to look for a new coupon and nothing clicks and after a few seconds you are asked whether you want to continue. You only have 1-2 minutes to do this otherwise everything you have typed will expire. So if you place an order with several people and there may be a short period of time to think about exactly who wants it and you don't react quickly enough, you have to do everything all over again. It's also great for vegetarians to offer pseudo meat, but I have to say that I personally find meat substitute products really disgusting. Even though I stated in the app that I would rather have chicken, I was spammed with the substitute products. (in the app and when ordering after you have logged in at the terminal) I also find it unfair that the standard products are offered at a higher price than the pulp that is called vegetarian meat (which is a contradiction in terms) Please adjust the price of the corresponding (substitute) products instead of asking people who still pay attention to meat in their diet to pay. The prices are sometimes 1-2€ per burger more expensive for the real version and that's not fair, at a few cents it's okay but not that it's that significant It's a shame, I'll probably eat at the competitor's again. I wasn't impressed with the taste of this store either

Food great! Aaaaabut... there were no quetschies on the kids menus... which we weren't made aware of... when we asked, they said that the quetschies were sold out... there was no compensation for that! The employees don't really care about their job and are extremely unfriendly!

Poor quality of preparation and unfriendly team management. The burger (meat) was inedible. One side was underdone and the other was so grilled that you couldn't eat it. The fries sat longer and tasted floury. When asked to get something new they said “that’s how it is, what do you want”. That's what I call customer orientation! This branch never again.

One of the better Burger Kings, the drive-in is wide enough so that even long sprinters (L4H2) can get through there. The disadvantage of the service is that depending on who is working, for example, no napkins are given, a simple hello and goodbye seem like too much and the bag is "packed" all over the place

How shamefully we have been treated here, it is truly unbelievable. We had placed our order neatly at a kiosk, paid for it, but then no receipt came out. We went to the counter and explained what we had ordered. German is not our native language, but we can make ourselves reasonably understood. The counter employee walked to the column, opened it and the receipt turned out to be double in the machine. The problem with the receipt was solved, but our problem was not. The counter employee understood that we had ordered a cheese burger, while we also indicated that we had ordered a Fanta and Coke Zero. Our order was not on the central computer, according to the counter employee, a middle-aged man. A woman was called in and she also claimed that because we had no receipt (not our fault) and it was not on the central computer, we had done something wrong. The bank debit, with all the data, was of no use to them. We were told to come back tomorrow when a manager was present. Handy if you are on your way to Berlin from the Netherlands. Meanwhile they continued to prepare 2 orders. Turned out to be one of ours, as we saw in the fanta and mayonnaise. But since we did not have a receipt and, according to the very unfriendly counter employee, had said that we had ordered something else, we did not receive the order. After he had shouted our order number through the store for at least 5 minutes, of course without a response, we received our order. The fries and burgers were now cold and the ice in my coke had melted. To be honest, I think they forgot that too. I have rarely met 2 such unfriendly staff members who saddled us with their problem. If a receipt had come out of the machine, we might have had a nice hot meal. Now it was a big disappointment, especially how we were treated. I would say avoid this Burger King if this couple is on duty.

We haven't been to Burger King for a long time because the restaurant in Harburg on Winsener Str. no longer exists. But after our visit to Ikea we had to go to Burger King and as always it was delicious.

Then I wanted to collect more because they didn't include the coupons. I will avoid Citizen King in the future. It's a shame because it's often on the way

Cleaner and more beautiful after the renovation. Unfortunately the quality and preparation is poor. Cheeseburgers were almost cold... Milkshake just tasted artificial... Service behind the counter just annoyed.. Smiling probably costs extra.. There were 3 couples in the whole snack bar.. So no stress.. You do NOT feel welcome here.

Incredible! How bad is that! Cold burger, cold fries and service non-existent!

Processing the order took almost 10 minutes despite few visitors. Unfortunately, one burger was only lukewarm, and the cheese sauce on both burgers had been applied so poorly that there was a lot of it on the outside of the burger patty and it stained your fingers. Conclusion: There is still room for improvement!

Initially stood in front of the drive-in counter for 10 minutes to order, no response. We drove up because we thought maybe it was a technical defect, but a gentleman yelled at us to drive back before we could say anything. We did this too. After we drove back and got no answer again, we drove up again where a lady met us and said “doesn’t that work?” and checked her headset. Afterwards she said “everything works, you have to speak too”. She then took our order at the window. We wanted to redeem coupons from the app. My husband held the cell phone out to her to show the code, whereupon she grabbed the cell phone out of his hand and took it inside. Shortly later she gave us the phone back, but our app crashed after the first coupon, so it took a moment until we were back inside to give the second code, but that didn't happen because the lady said unkindly, "Is that quicker?! “We then simply ordered without a coupon and therefore paid more than we had planned. We were the only ones at the drive in counter. There were no cars in front of us or behind us. All in all the service was unacceptable. Train your employees in customer orientation and friendliness. But the food was fresh, warm and delicious. Star deduction for the food because the burgers were carelessly topped so that half fell out when I picked it up.

Ordered vegan nuggets they handed out chicken nuggets. Weren't even sorry about it. Actually a bit arrogant and condescending when we mentioned it. Will not eat there again...

The Big King was just a little over lukewarm and I'll never go there again

Probably the best Burger King I've ever visited. Everything was clean. The staff was polite. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. I can't say much about the ambience, except that it is a fast food restaurant and that's why it has a corresponding ambience. I'll come here again when I've been to IKEA before👍🏻

Normally I never go to Burger King because I'm vegetarian and only eat ice cream when I do. However, I received excellent advice from a confident young employee and ate a cheeseburger (without meat) for the first time in years. Thanks I would like to come back but only with the same employee ;).

Update: positive experience in the recent past ________________________________ This BK restaurant (also the Drive) is very very poorly prepared. They have burgers on offer that are ultimately no longer available (VeggieKing) - a burger that I personally like extremely well. Many other BurgerKing branches offer this burger as part of their standard range. This BK actually does too, but the staff probably don't take it that way and in the end I paid €9.67 for a mini portion of chilli cheese nuggets and a portion of chilli cheese fries. Normally the menu with a VeggieKing including chilli cheese fries costs between €6-7. If you no longer have the VeggieKing in stock, you can at least suggest some alternatives at the same price to satisfy your customers. That would somehow be appropriate, especially since BK, as a US company, doesn't traditionally deal with customers like that. I know that every BK is different because different franchisees operate the respective stores but.... I've never experienced anything like this and I'm really disappointed to have had to pay more 💰 for something I didn't originally want. That's not how it works guys, customer is 👑!! :-/ That's why as of February 4th. 2021 only 1 star. Still valid until further notice! Nothing has changed in 2.5 years. Veggie King now costs €5.29 here instead of €4.49 (I only buy it because I like it) and if you modify it at the kiosk terminal, e.g. add + 1 patty for €1.50, you end up with 70 % a burger with only one patty even though you had already waited about 5-7 minutes. I really know it from somewhere else: put together quickly and correctly. No matter what burger or what combination. Other BK branches can do this too. New design isn't everything.

I was happy to finally be at Burger King again, and my food was great too. Very tasty and ready quickly. My friend had a larger burger and was a bit disappointed because the bun was very soggy. As if the burger had sat a moment longer and condensed. That was stupid, you usually only know that when food is delivered or from the drive-thru when you can't eat directly yourself, because that's obvious. In the restaurant itself, we would have liked it better. Service was friendly and accommodating, they would probably have made us a new burger, but my friend ate it that way too, so it was okay. 😋

Unfortunately the fries only tasted like old oil. We actually like burgers 🍔

Maybe you could get the employee at the drive counter new work clothes. A gray, washed-out T-shirt with lots of holes is probably not really the right one. If there's a problem with one T-shirt, what about the rest?

Vom Essen her Burger King Standart. Nix Besonderes, wird aber immer teurer. Seit unserem letzten Besuch(schon länger her) wurde die Inneneinrichtung umgestaltet. Sehr uncharmante Bahnhofshallenathmosphäre. Laut, zugig und unbequem.

Nicht gut, berechnen einen immer Curry Soße extra und lassen dann die Mayonnaise weg, entweder beides wenn man es bezahlt oder nur eines ohne Aufpreis!

Während einer Fahrradtour bin ich hier eingekehrt und fand den Besuch enttäuschend. Der Milchkaffee schmeckte salzig und überhaupt nicht nach Kaffee. Laut Aussage des Personals ist das in dieser Filiale so. Nachdem 4(!) Mitarbeiter nicht wussten, was nun zu tun sei, bot mir einer schließlich ein Alternativgetränk an. Ich habe mich für ein Wasser entschieden. Daraufhin wurde mir unterstellt, dass ich aufgrund der warmen Außentemperatur wohl lieber ein Kalt- statt einem Heißgetränk wollte. Tatsächlich war mir die Wärme bereits auf dem Fahrrad aufgefallen, deshalb hatte ich selbstverständlich kaltes Trinken in einer Thermosflasche dabei. Auf einen schönen heißen Kaffee hatte ich mich dennoch gefreut.
