It's a fast food restaurant in a train station, how can you not hand out food to customers within 10 minutes at the latest? After 40 minutes I had to get on the train, hungry and alone!!! Renovate for months and then reopen without toilets? Are you crazy?? So your guests should then go out with their greasy Big Mac fingers to find a train station toilet where they can wash their hands for a fee? And I had to pee too. In a "restaurant" where you eat at the table, you also assume that there are suitable rooms on site (it's not a stand-up McDonald's like at some train stations). I briefly considered whether I should alternatively leave my stick of yellow water at the counter. Or where your toilets used to be. But then I didn't feel like stress and the police. And your employees can't do anything about the lack of toilets. But probably for the cold food that was served to me at the first attempt. That didn't make the overall experience any better.

I was in this McDonald's and they refused to serve me because I have bad eyesight and don't speak German. If you are disabled or don't speak German, you shouldn't come to this McDonald's. I was even attacked by the seller. Then this man who was standing behind the cash register attacked me, grabbed my hands, said something in German and even chased after me. I had to flee this establishment because I feared for my health and the safety of my belongings. For some reason he wanted to take my phone away from me, a strange, very aggressive person.

Coke from a menu was forgotten, milkshake was ordered in a reusable cup and received 2x cardboard. Of course, 2 euros per cup were charged. Service was somewhat okay but at first there was rubbish everywhere in every corner over all the dirt, no toilet... and if you ask for a toilet or if you want to go to the toilet you are ignored or rudely sent somewhere else... Completely messed up the order. If I hadn't had to catch the train, I would have complained. But it's not the first time. In the Happy Meal, the toys are forgotten, Coke is ordered, apple spritzer is given, etc. The only thing that works is the cucumbers on the cheeseburger.

Absolute catastrophe! Was today on February 2nd. 25 from 6:35 p.m. to around 7:10 p.m. there. Ordered to take away. Number 276. There was complete overwhelm at the issue, it felt like a big game of bingo. Wild numbers were called out one after the other, and many numbers were not understood because they were not pronounced correctly. There were no monitors with the status of the processing. Then at 7:10 p.m. I was handed a tray and 2 bags to pack myself. Really guys, this has nothing to do with professionalism. Then only one toilet for people with disabilities. Otherwise no toilet. Even if the crowd was big. There is still a lot of room for improvement here. If you don't have time and want to catch your train connection, I would advise against a visit ;-)

absolutely chaotic. Staff totally overwhelmed. After waiting for over 20 minutes (after ordering with table service) we received our order after complaining. unfortunately incomplete. After another complaint, there was a subsequent delivery. Unfortunately wrong again. If you're thirsty and expect 0.5l and then (after a total of more than 1/2 hour) you get 0.2l children's apple spritzer, it doesn't calm your mind (at least for me). It's good that the train was late, at least we didn't miss our train.

At the same ordering terminal, a friend ordered a mcWrap after me, even with my card. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The table was completely dirty and despite asking twice, it wasn't even roughly wiped down, we were simply ignored. There were splatters all over the wall/pillar next to us, which I don't think was done in one day. The strawberry milkshake had dirt residue from the machine inside and was partly brown because it had not been cleaned. The burger was very dry because there was only a small dollop of sauce in the middle. The fries were barely salted. The Cola tasted very watery, for all three of us. And according to a friend who briefly looked into the kitchen, there is probably food all over the floor (the least of the evils in my opinion) Not recommended at all, really a big disappointment. I would even send the health department here.

Honestly deserves 0 stars! How can it take people over an hour to make a chili cheese? Wait until you lose your appetite. Paid for an order that was lost. Incorrect orders were given and drinks were forgotten. +Unfriendly staff. How to jump from order 170 to 230 and back to 190 and then back to 260. No problem if it takes longer if there's a lot going on, but first learn the correct order of numbers and work everything gradually. Simply outrageous. Coordination gone, friendliness thrown overboard. Chaotic bunch through and through.

Seriously? Was that your new employee Donald T.'s idea of how to earn even more in the most inhumane way possible? The service is OK, but by no means good. Although all the employees are very friendly, the process was extremely chaotic on Friday at 6:30 p.m. There was a lack of organization during the waiting period. Eat: I was looking forward to my McRibs, but the order was disappointing. Instead of the 2 x 2 McRibs we ordered, there was initially only one. Although it can happen that one item is forgotten, forgetting three items is hardly understandable. Only after I asked did I receive the missing three McRibs. When I then asked for a large carrier bag, I received two small paper bags instead. That was inconvenient, but just manageable. When we got home, however, it turned out that the McRibs themselves were disappointing: hardly any onions, almost no pickles, and there was only a drop of sauce. Without sauce it just tasted dry and boring - a McRib without sauce is like a burger without ketchup or mayonnaise. The fries, however, were delicious. Atmosphere: The atmosphere is pleasant overall, but at peak times it noticeably suffers from overworked staff and a lack of organization. Conclusion: I'm disappointed as I rarely go to McDonald's and would have expected more from a visit. If sauces are missing in a branch, the affected products should not be sold at all - or at least with a notice of this. See pictures of what it looks like or should look like. Overall, not a convincing experience.

Whenever I take the train into the city center, I stop there and order something to eat, drink or ice cream to take away. I don't want to sit there because it's not clean, extremely crowded and loud. There are a lot of employees busy and stressed (maybe we should expand here, as it's apparently very popular?) The terminals haven't been working for months, the lines go all the way to the front door, you wait endlessly for a burger. At least many of the service staff are friendly. The store manager seems customer-oriented and helpful. Just as bad an organization as before. Nothing has changed. A tragedy. I think McDonald's should create a new concept here and think bigger, as many people turn around in front of the store and are annoyed because of the queue. A new concept is needed here with automated processes, expansion of space and an increase in employees.

It used to be a good McDonalds but since it reopened it has been pure incompetence. Almost every order is put together incorrectly and served incorrectly. The employees have absolutely no idea what they are doing. The unfinished orders sometimes pile up at the serving area for over 10 minutes and the food simply gets cold. But the best special can be observed to the left of the delivery area. This is the only McDonald's in the world where I've ever seen that the drinks are pre-tapped. These then stand on a large stainless steel shelf for eternity. When someone finally orders it, the drink is no longer carbonated and it is warm. Strong performance... does McDonalds no longer have a quality check that stops such branches? I can only recommend that everyone take a look at the chaos and then go to another branch. I just don't understand why the shop worked great before the renovation and is now a pile of service rubble. Oh yes, I didn't get my order, nor did two other customers who spent their time at the serving counter. But you will be treated unfriendly by the staff. Keep it up

I can only agree with all the reviews. I ordered 2 burgers and one fries. Only a burger and fries arrived. Both were extremely cold and the fries tasted like cardboard and were hard. I find it totally outrageous if I leave €14 behind. Furthermore, it is not possible at all not to offer public toilets. Furthermore, picking up the order is also completely ill-thought out. I recommend closing it completely instead of always only driving at half power. every time half the shop is closed and the other half is overcrowded, no space no food do not feel like McDonald's no thanks frustrating to no end

The restaurant has been recently remodeled but instead of improving the long queue and waiting time, the service quality is worst. The new counter to order and pick food now is smaller, which doesn't make sense for the high volume of orders. The screen showing the orders ready to pick is simply too small to read, customers have to get crowded in front of the smaller counter to wait. The new furniture is nicer, however the lights are rather dimmer, which doesn't give a pleasant atmosphere and invite to leave the restaurant because is feels darker inside. Overall, the renovation is appreciated but on the wrong direction of offering a nice customer experience and service.

Unfortunately, my visit to McDonald's in the main train station did not meet my expectations. At peak times, the team seems to quickly lose track of things. The branch was overcrowded and the ordering system seemed chaotic. Customers had to wait a long time and the overview seemed to be completely lost. After waiting for an hour and asking several times, I finally received my food, but by then there was a lot of trouble. If things don't change, I'll consider eating here next time.

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. My order (No. 267) appears to have been forgotten, even though newer numbers have already been called. When asked, they claimed the screen was broken, although I had a feeling this wasn't true. The food was cold, the drinks were unrefrigerated, and I had to get the lids myself. Unfriendly staff, especially towards workers. It's fast food yes, but it can't be anything that. Unfortunately no 0 star, otherwise please give it.

Absolute catastrophe! Since the renovation, service has been even slower than before. People with later order numbers were constantly being served. There was really enough time and two burgers and a Diet Coke are now not difficult to prepare. Had to give away my pickup ticket because otherwise I would have missed my train. 10€ lost for NOTHING. Thanks for that! Mess!

The staff was extremely unfriendly - no “hello”, no “enjoy your meal”, not even a friendly word when serving. The store itself was anything but clean. The tables were wiped down, but all with the same cloth, which didn't make the whole thing any more appetizing. Leftover food and trash on the floor? Were just left lying there. The only positive thing: the fries were warm. The burger and nuggets, however, were cold. When I mentioned this to the staff walking past, they only looked at me briefly - and then the lady simply looked away. Was I not understood or should I not be understood? In summary: an absolute no-go for me! Update (9/29/24, 1:45 a.m., night): Stopped again because of hunger - disaster! 29 euros for cold fries, cold royal cheese and also cold nuggets. And that after waiting 10 minutes in the drive. I wanted to complain straight away, but the “nice” employee on site simply stopped opening the window. Impudence! If I hadn't already been out for hours, I would have gone in UPDATE 02/13/25 Colleague got something to eat here today and experienced exactly the same thing as described above
