McDonald’s in Hamburg

Relatively new McDonald's, the service team just puts things down, orders are incomplete, questions or criticism are dismissed as rudeness, thanks but for me it was the last time

If you have to wait half an hour for your food in a FAST food restaurant at 11 p.m., then receive it incomplete and cold, and then, after complaining, you are given the side dishes for a small menu even though you have paid max, then I would be concerned Whether the management needs to be replaced or you want to completely replace the workforce. This poor performance on a complete level is just embarrassing!

The entire staff was unfriendly and totally overwhelmed. Complain loudly at each other. Simply impossible.

Cold burger, very annoyed, unfriendly service. It doesn't work at all, but oh well.

Not recommended! People really would rather make a sandwich from Rewe. And there are no toilets yet... Dear Burger King, there may be gastrointestinal for 4 weeks but still toilet and real meat.

I stood in a long line to place an order at the machine, I came to the cashier with a check, I was turned away because they didn't want to accept €200 in a note, it was evening, the turnover of people is huge, I doubt it that there was no change.

The food was cold when I got it. Of course, the McDonalds doesn't have its own toilet, but if you have to you can use the station toilet for a fee

Ordered to take away. Lattice potatoes were ice cold. At home I discovered that the dip wasn't included. The drink was “out” and something else was simply added. Burger was just thrown in package and fell apart. And there was really nothing going on in the store... Once again confirmed that I go to McDonalds even less often...

You could order food and drink normally and then find out that this food or drink is not available. Extremely bad coordination!

There are no toilets. Food and service were ok.

Very nice service, whether at the checkout or at the counter. Very fast, no long waiting times. You can look from the waiting area all the way into the kitchen, which is great when you can watch the Bueger being created! Tables and floor were very clean. That makes a good impression!

The small ice cream costs say 2 euros. And the big one almost 5 euros. And both are executed the same. How can that be!

I just had a very unpleasant experience, I ordered a 0.5 liter Coca-Cola before drinking it and I noticed that there was a finger's width of air between the Cola and the marking, so before I check out it could be anything, e.g. The device was set incorrectly, when I was told that something was wrong with the drinks comb, a very unfriendly employee probably heard that and asked me in all seriousness "do you want 0.5"? um yes, I paid for that too, takes a cup out of the apparently new one ( Prepared drinks stand here and wait for the carbon dioxide to finish) Device and turn my 0.43 Coca-Cola into a 0.7 with fat eyes on the Cola. Thank you for this incomparably incompetent and hygienically very questionable experience. Should you report this to the central office or rather to the health department/public order office? PS: Oh yes, it seems that they dismantled the toilet shortly after the reopening. When asked, one employee only said, "There are enough in the station" Yes, it's just about 20-21 toilets distributed in the station for just 550,000 travelers on average, now you know where all the queues at McDonald's come from.

Total bullshit... we stood in line for over half an hour for two milkshakes only to then have to leave without leaving because otherwise we would have missed our train. Yes, it was busy, but people who ordered significantly more and clearly after us already had their things. Disproportionately poor organization...

This branch has been rebuilt and reopened, one can only hope that it will now be kept clean

I waited a GODDAMN half hour to three quarters of an hour for two milkshakes and I just didn't get them. It was full, but some order numbers were called that had already arrived. I'd like to rate the food, but I can't because I didn't get anything. Disappointment.

I waited 20 minutes for my food even though there was almost nothing going on. When I asked, they said my order was next, but after another 5 minutes I was still left empty-handed. I almost missed my ICE train and didn't get any food. 12€ thrown out the window.

McDonald's Restaurant Hamburg Central Station. I really like the store, it's nice and bright and spacious. I personally think it's great that it was renovated and it was completely necessary. Now the McDonald's Restaurant Hamburg Hauptbahnhof is perfect for the next few years.

Even longer waiting time after the conversion. Nothing for quickly grabbing a burger while changing trains. They have adjusted downwards compared to Burger King.

There aren't even toilets anymore! Or am I blind...? When you get out of the train or the city, I want to at least wash my hands beforehand. I can't eat a burger or fries if I can't even wash my fingers.

Way too busy, employees overwhelmed and everything takes way too long... we almost missed our train. Then half of it was forgotten. Service 0 stars.

Hopefully it will change after the renovation, it was always really dirty, fruit flies and normal flies... I go in there every now and then, don't buy anything, to see if it has changed. But due to the lack of cleanliness/hygiene, I haven't ordered anything for a long time. I reported this to the health department several times.

With the planned opening on August 24, it probably won't happen. The entire store is a complete shell.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to... From moldy lettuce to carcala roaches in the customer toilet... where is the health department... ??? I've eaten there twice in my life. I got food poisoning twice. A friend who was there with me even caught norovirus. I just recommend keeping your distance from the store.

I have been visiting these guys since Corona and man the ways in which they screw up every single part of the order is amazing! The mccrispy was so dry, it was half the original size. The drink had no fizz and the fries were soggy. The ketchup pack was alright, no problems there.I wasn't expecting a gourmet experience but damn son, which McDonald's manager is allowing this place to run like this? The lobby was so dirty.

I quickly ordered something and didn't check to see if anything was missing when I was sitting on the train and wanted to eat my food. I'm missing the fact that these stupid lollipops with a citizen didn't pack enough.

Disaster, I've never seen anything like it. Staff unable to wipe down tables let alone empty the garbage truck. A garbage truck was picked up and driven away after a long time. But then nothing....🤔 Customers fed a pigeon that ran through the restaurant and then flew around inside.

The workers don't give you any napkins or even a lid for your drinks unless you ask for them. This McDonald's does not allow you to cash in your points and only allowes the use of one coupon per order, most of the coupons don't work at all.

Although this branch has enough staff, orders take a long time to process. If you have ordered a cappuccino with the menu, you have to go to a separate counter. Overall, the service was not convincing.

The burgers are basically too old - i.e. kept warm for too long before they are sold. This is very annoying. Apart from that the restaurant seems dirty. Not recommendable.

Everything at this branch is either disgusting, constant police operations, something broken (terminal) or incompetent employees. Not to mention that the food sits easily for 3 hours. Other branches are 100x quieter, cleaner and prepare the food immediately after ordering. It hasn't been a meeting place for a long time.

Ordered milkshakes and then they were the wrong ones. Employees didn't understand it, only foreigners and it took a long time. Found a hair in the milkshake while drinking and the branch is dirtier than others. Not recommended 👎

Just been to the “restaurant” at the main train station. After 10 seconds a family of pigeons flew over our heads... IN THE RESTAURANT!!! HELLO? Health department?!

Disgrace. A disgusting smell inside. You cannot even approach the toilets, let alone enter the door. Never eat anything with service inside. Although there is no problem with takeaway service, you may not want to put up with the smell inside and order. A place to stay away from. There are different restaurants within 5-6 minutes walking distance, choose that one.

Lots of products in stock in advance so everything isn't warm and soggy. Underground. Lives only from the location not from the product quality. Service also unmotivated...

I don't recommend sitting there because it's unclean. Full and loud. Unfortunately, staff are constantly under pressure.

A normal McDonald's, but the employees weren't too friendly and it was quite loud (louder than you're used to at McDonald's).

It's at the train station and that's why it can get crowded quickly.

You might think you can't go wrong with McDonalds, the same food everywhere and readily available. Here is the best example that this is not the case... With the long wait for a free ordering terminal, the wait for my food was 25 minutes. You can also go to the restaurant for. Pure disappointment. Never come back.

Derartig verdreckt, weil die Mitarbeiter mit den Putzgeräten auch gar nicht da hinkommen, wo sich der Dreck sammelt. Aber ... hab sowas noch nie gesehen. Dafür kosten 0.5 l Wasser rund 4,50 €. Trotz allem Dilemma nette und bemühte Mitarbeiter, die sich bei dem extremen Klientel durchsetzen müssen und noch beschimpft werden.

Einfach nur horror. Ich habe noch nie erlebt, wie jemandem so offensichtlich sein job egal wsr und man sich trotzdem vollkommen sicher war das absolut null Konsequenzen für schlechtes Verhalten folgen. 20 min für 2 mcflurrys zu brauchen, weil man zwischendurch lieber mit den Kollegen quatscht, ist schon ne Leistung. Kein hallo, kein tschüss. Einfach nur schlimm. Nie wieder!

Место нормальное, но есть девушка которая говорит плохо и на немецком и на русском( так как она на нём и говорит) заказали 3 бургера с курицей за 1,99€ она говорит что за 2,98, мы сказали окей тогда. После этого она дала нам не с курицей а с мясом. Мы не проверили так как опаздывали на метро. Не понимаю зачем брать таких людей на роботу, особенно кассиром так как он ведь должен разговаривать с покупателями!!+ эта девушка не умеет считать деньги. Мы начали считать за неё

Alle sind einfach überfordert. Das ist leider nicht mehr Mackese wie man es kennt. Nur noch traurig. Schade, bei uns gibt es den nicht und ich hatte mich soo gefreut aber war nur enttäuscht

Das Essen im MC Donalds war wid üblich für einen McDonalds, da es sehr voll war brauchte das Essen ein bißchen.

Normale Qualität. Mitarbeiter sind leider nicht so zuvorkommend und höflich wie ich es erwarten würde.

Ganz klassische ein McDonalds, am Schalter direkt gibt es guten Service. Über die Bestell Panel ist der Zubereitung eine Katastrophe. Es wird nicht ordentlich gearbeitet Der direkte Schalter ist in der selben Zeit 10 mal schneller als zwei Personen für 3 Bestellungen. Leider wurde auch zum wiederholten male mindestens ein Produkt vergessen

Der Bestellautomat ist leider abgestürzt. So hat man sich in die Schlange eingereiht. Ein Mitarbeiter beschuldigte einen Gast Steuerbetrug zu begehen und deutete Ärger mit der Finanzbehörde an, weil sie angeben hat das Essen mitzunehmen und nun doch vor Ort isst. Total unangemessenes Verhalten. Wollen wir doch bei der Tatsache bleiben, dass MC Donalds in der Situation der Gewinner ist. Weniger Steuer abführen , aber beim gleichen Preis entspricht höherer Gewinn. Nachdem wir dann dran waren, war es dann auf einmal nicht möglich zwei Gutscheine einzulösen. Wäre ich alleine gewesen, wäre das der Moment, wo ich ohne eine Bestellung gegangen wäre. Fazit: Selten solche Erfahrungen gemacht, hoffe das war nur ein "schlechter" Tag.

Wir sind regelmäßige McDonalds Esser aber der am Hauptbahnhof hat veraltete Bestelltafeln. Scannen geht nicht. Es dauert ewig lange ehe Essen fertig. Viel zu wenig Tische und Personal für die Masse an Menschen die am Hauptbahnhof jeden Tag vorbei kommen.

Es wahr sehr Ekelhaft! Auf den sitzen lagen noch Essensreste.. Es hat ziemlich lange gedauert bis dass Essen endlich kam.

Ich wollte dort essen kaufen. Man kann leider nicht über app kaufen. Und wenn man dort auf die Toilette möchte wird direkt von der ToilettenFrau nach Geld gefragt. Gehört die Toilette nicht zu mc Donalds? Oder wird sie nur mit den 50 cent pro Besucher bezahlt?

Die Speisen waren teils trocken und kalt. Einen Burger mussten wir sogar zurück geben. Von 4 Bestell Terminals funktionieren nur zwei. Sauberkeit eher nicht gegeben. Chicken McNuggets geschmacklich kein Highlight. ich empfehle mal einen McDonalds in Österreich zu besuchen um zu sehen was Qualität bei Fast Food bedeutet.

food is good.. they have the german market special mc ribs. uncle who clears table knows his job well and takes pride in cleaning the place up after meals. thank you.

Aber Sonntag Abend und nur vier Bestellautomaten + zwei Kassen hat nicht so Spaß gemacht wenn jeder 2. besoffen ist und 10 Minuten für eine Bestellung von 2 Sachen braucht🥲 Und es ist auch sehr voll gewesen deswegen super schwer ein Tisch zu finden.. Naja und das Essen schmeckt halt typisch Mcces.

This is a tourist attraction in and of itself. Very chaotic with lots of characters. Was able to sleep there no problem, though I kept my bag real close. Highly recommend.

Pro: Mann kann an einem Bestellautomaten seine Bürger & Co ordnen, per Nummer wird man dann aufgerufen und kann sich seine Sachen abholen.... ist aber auch nicht unbedingt schneller als beim Kollegen 😁 Contra: OK ich weiß das diese Filiale in einem der stärksten frequentierten Bhf Deutschland s liegt und das sich allerei verschiedene Menschen dort tummeln... unschön ist es aber wenn sich dann jemand an deinen Tisch setzt während du da isst der nicht nur nach Urin und anderen Sachen stinkt und es keinen der Mitarbeiter juckt trotz das man zwei angesprochen hat...

Wirklich sehr schnell! Essen schmeckt, wie es halt bei McDonalds schmeckt. Kritik: Es gibt keine Toiletten!!! Außerdem frage ich mich was eine Taube im FastFood Restaurant zu suchen hat.

Mitarbeiter sind wirklich nett zu den kunden , besonders schön ist es wenn die mitarbeiter stress haben und es vor die kunden zeigen. falls ihr mal ins kino wollt sparrt euch das geld und kommt hier her.

Ich habe noch nie eine so unaufgeräumte Filiale von McDonald's gesehen. Der Service war sehr sehr langsam, jedoch handelt es sich hier um ein Fastfood - Restaurant oder eine Systemgastronomie.

Ich war hier an einem Sonntagnachmittag im Sommer. Obwohl ich davon ausging, dass es gegen 17 Uhr recht leer ist, wurde ich bitter enttäuscht; es wahr sehr voll. Hier sollten die Betreiber eventuell über mehr Mitarbeiter und eine größere Lokalität nachdenken. Ansonsten Standard.
