Very unfriendly staff, the lady at the checkout didn't speak but just stared. Clean. Food took a long time

Despite the extreme rush after the Taylor Swift concert, we had the situation well under control and kept a cool head.

Bread was hard and cold were also better times at BK

The tables are clean, the order was prepared quickly, everything is delicious, there are plastic lids and straws (this is not available everywhere)

A plant-based hamburger with only ketchup was ordered at the drive-in and a chicken burger with mustard was served. So go back in and complain. Then got a normal hamburger with everything, so complained again. After that it finally worked, but of course the rest of the order was cold.

Waited ten minutes for a coke and a burger. Staff preferred to chat with friends and give away burgers. Reacted very unfriendly when asked. Was the worst Burger King I've ever been to.

Employees speak German poorly and are pretty clueless.

We bought some snacks on the way home yesterday (7/26/24). As a customer, you somehow had the impression that none of the employees knew what the others were doing. We ordered 4 cheeseburgers and a teriyaki burger. Unfortunately the meat tasted strange and the bread was very soft. People remember Burger King quality differently.

After a long time I thought we would try fast food again. And according to the motto “why eating with a clown when you can dine with the king”, the choice fell on Burger King. That was a big mistake. Because even though I thought Burger King was better than McDonald's, I was proven wrong. The King Nuggets were so incredibly tough and gristly that I complained about them at the checkout. The way the shift management then treated me was even more underground... I mean, the nuggets don't taste good, what should I do? Still eat?! She had a different opinion and, annoyed, threw 3 (!) new nuggets in front of my nose. The only thing that really tastes good is the sauce… sorry. Regardless, my husband had a chicken burger that was just as horrible. The receipt then advertises “Leave a review on Facebook and get free coffee or fries.” I've now given my review here and I don't want to go out to eat there anymore... I'm giving up my free snack. It's a shame, but in Germany fast food is neither fast nor good. And Burger King is no longer visited due to the quality of the food and the “customer service”.

Been here several times. Today I tried the King’s Emmental beef burger. I'm already so full that I can't manage the second burger or crispy chicken. The paper straws are not so good. Brings you more to drink straight from the cup.

I have never experienced such bad service at Burger King.. Boy is it a loss with 2 orders and 2 questions..

The offer is blocked. No more ice cream and milkshakes. The brownie with just sauce is just too sweet. The ice cream was always the perfect balance. The staff tries hard, but is disorganized every time I'm there. No matter what time or day of the week.

Missing and incorrect true when ordering. Incompetent and unfriendly staff

No greeting at the drive-thru, even though I'm the only customer for miles. While getting the drinks the lid flew off and a good slug of the drink landed on the floor. I then received the sticky cup in my hand. When I asked if he was serious, I got the flippant answer: “There was more than enough in it anyway.” Service maximum 1 star. At least the fries were fresh and warm. But that was about it in terms of positive things.

Payment was refused because there was a small tear in the bill, the reason being that it would disturb the other customers. Two meters further the note would be taken without comment. Then we won't go there anymore.

The nicest employee I've ever had. Such a sweet mouse, really, and the food was 100 out of 10. People, go here!!!

A horrible experience - never again! I've been wanting to eat a Whopper for a long time - so I wanted to order and find out if the "Buy one Whopper, get two" offer also applies there. Unfortunately, the staff didn't speak German, so another employee had to come first. She walked me over to the electronic order board and entered it there. But she didn't find any fries there, so they had to be entered separately at the checkout. All of this is still bearable, but when I bit into the Whopper at home, my state changed to a mixture of disappointment, sadness and anger. I've never eaten such a dry and untasty burger! I always assumed that the burgers had to meet a standard and were always prepared the same way. But how can it be that there was no tomato on one Whopper and no cucumber on the other and only a hint of sauce overall. Neutral in taste is still flattering. And paid over ten euros for it. No wonder that the shop is hardly visited even at lunchtime. At least I now know why that is...

It's even open late into the night and even if it's really busy at night on the weekend, the order processing time is perfectly fine. But even during the day, orders are usually processed quickly and the food is usually still hot and freshly prepared. Service mostly friendly. The ambience is typical of Burger King, even at peak times attention is paid to the cleanliness in front of the counter. The drive in is also perfectly fine, parking spaces are available.

Very good for eating a few burgers or fries in the evening or at night. The quality is what it should be in a Burger King.

Simple, unpretentious Burger King Nothing special, definitely okay for a quick hunger pang and largely clean. A bit of friendly customer service would also be an advantage :)

Also received a contractual penalty for exceeding the parking time. Same day as the review below. Absolute impudence. It's best to close the restaurant and only offer drive-in if you don't want to stay there 👌🏼

All four employees behind the counter skillfully ignored me when I wanted to order something. I had already generated a QR code in the app, but instead of accepting the order, nothing happened. After five minutes it was too stupid for me and I asked if I could order something else. Instead of an apology or a greeting, they just said “yes please” without making eye contact. It was too stupid for me and I left. You shouldn't treat a customer like that. I have often not been happy in this branch but now it was really the last visit.

Ate there for 1 1/2 hours and weeks later the juice shop wants €48 from me for parking. It's really hard to beat when it comes to cheekiness

Simply bad. After I waited at the drive-in counter for almost 5 minutes. I drove straight through with no response from the Burger King employees. Sorry, wasn't the first time that it was treated carelessly. Please close the restaurant...

Burgers were good. Fries were small and just average.

If Burger King, then in Tornesch. We drive an extra 20 km there. The burgers are always prepared quickly and freshly.

It may be a detail, but if you give me chicken that has been done for a long time, it is not good at all. It was molasses, pickled, and as everyone knows, it has that signature flavor when you reheat chicken that was cooked hours ago. I think they are losing customers because of this. I was unlucky, I don't know, but I won't go back there again.

In any case, it's quite an art to exceed the holding time of nuggets in the chicken nugget burger and crispy chicken burger, as they taste so extremely dry. Never had my burger so dry at 4am on 3/30/24. Every employee in the kitchen should clean toilets or something similar, but not prepare burgers. Be glad that my meal was togo and I didn't eat the burgers there, otherwise they would have flown back into the kitchen, hitting your heads. LG

Towards the evening this is really the slowest and unfriendly shop in Hamburg. If you can, go somewhere else.

How quickly, after knowing those from Spain, that they attended to us so quickly here was wonderful. Also there they had delicious burgers with chili.

Like all BK, it has become extremely expensive, burgers feel like they are getting stickier and smaller, the machine for milkshakes is ALWAYS broken here, apparently. Saleswoman try hard, but fight against windmills. BK was really much better 20 years ago.

If I could, I would give zero stars. I've been there several times, rarely order through Lieferando, but every time there's something... the last time it took almost 1.5 hours for a 4km delivery... seriously? The food is delivered or prepared incorrectly. Service isn't good either. Something positive? The car park. Or the order terminals. Sorry, but other branches are much more modern and competent...

The coupons don't work on the machine.

Burger King's crispy fries are the best in fast food establishments. I want to come back here again and again. Also the service is excellent. Orders can be accepted in German, English, Russian and more.

Fast food ist ja grundsätzlich kein lukullisches Erlebnis - aber hier gab es schon dreimal abends trockenes und abgestandees Futter. Ein frischer System-Burger muss nicht schlecht sein, aber hier ist zumindest nach 22 Uhr leider Pappe Trumpf.

Ein Burger King den es hier gefühlt schon ewig gibt. Nettes, freundliches Personal und jetzt auch mit Bestellautomaten.

Burgerking halt. Mal was für schnelles zwischendurch. Ist halt nichts besonderes. Personal war freundlich. Sauberkeit, naja.

Das Essen ist regelmäßig von guter Qualität, ich schätze es sehr. Wo ich manchmal Schwierigkeiten habe, sind die Leute an der Kasse, deren Sprache ich nicht verstehe. Die Landessprache ist es jedenfalls nicht.

Ein Burger kalt einer warm. Geschmack wie immer.

Ein BK halt, fast food, überteuert, sehr unfreundlich und das ganze sieht im nachhinein einfach nur noch geschmacklos aus im vergleich zur bestellungs vorschlag.... So war es hier auf jeden fall 🫥

Die Bürger könnten sie. Etwas Heißer servieren, sonst keine Mängel..

Sauberer laden, Wartezeiten sind okay, die sb Terminals sind auch gut und nicht verschmiert. Service sehr nett (egal ob drive in oder direkt shop) für den kleinen Hunger ideal.

Wir waren Sonntag Abends da. Obwohl viel los war, waren die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und hatten ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Besonders die etwas ältere Frau mit Brille war sehr, sehr nett und überaus kundenfreundlich. Essen auch schnell fertig, kaum Wartezeit. Top

Sauberes Restaurant mit optimalen Öffnungszeiten für Nachtschwärmer. Bestellen kann man über die üblichen Automaten im Geschäft oder per App. Die Bestellungen werden zügig bearbeitet. Leider hatte ich 2x hintereinander das Problem, dass bei meinem BigKing mit Extra Käse der Käse kalt war. Meine Reklamation wurde dadurch gelöst, dass der Burger komplett kurz in die Mikrowelle geschmissen wurde. Der Käse war danach zwar geschmolzen und der Burger war heiß, der vormals knackige Salat aber auch... 😅 Ich weiß nicht, ob das der richtige Weg ist...

Eigentlich wie immer, ich hatte nur den Eindruck dass die Soßen ausgegangen waren. Die Burger waren sehr trocken.

Ich esse seit 20 Jahren bei Burger King. Hier sind die Burger insbesondere der Whopper, so wie sie sein sollen und wofür man diesen Laden dem teuren Laden mit dem Clown vorzieht. Nur Schade, dass das zwischen den einzelnen Filialen so schwankend ist. Aber dieser BK ist Top👍

Hallo zusammen, war Mitte September mit vier Freunden in dem Burger King Kieler Straße 222. Haben für knapp hundert Euro gegessen und getrunken. Als Dank, gab es eine Vertragsstrafe für das Parken /überschreiten der Parkzeit um 33 Minuten . Die ehrenlose Abschleppfirma LOYAL PARKING kann sich die 45,10€ als Kleingeld einzelnt sonst wohin platzieren. Um 22 Uhr sind dort soooooo viele Parkplätze, dass es nur auf Abzocke hinausläuft. Ich würde hier zu gerne die Leute von Loyal Parking von oben bis unten durchbeleidigen, jedoch können die Mütter und die Schwestern dieser Heldensöhne nichts dafür. Leute, macht nicht den selben Fehler wie wir und steckt den Loyal Parking Heldensöhnen durch Unachtsamkeit die Euros in den.....in die Tasche. Fahrt einfach auf die gegenüberliegende Seite und esst beim Goldenen M. Viele Grüße Nuriko

Alles OK, bis auf das die beiden mit etwas Abstand bestellten Burger kalt waren.

Die Hamburger hätten ein bisschen wärmer sein können, ansonsten ok.

Personal schnacken aber haben dann doch reagiert als man sagte, daß man bestellen möchte. Essen okay.

Es ist ein Burgerking, wie alle anderen auch... einzige was ich wirklich bemängeln kann .. ist das sie zu wenig Mitarbeiter habe . Das hinter der Theke mir die eine Person immer leid tut und die so ein Stress hat.

In der App hatte ich kurz Schwierigkeiten, einen weiteren Burger zur Bestellung hinzuzufügen, im Restaurant am digitalen Bestell-Bildschirm hat es dann aber trotzdem gut geklappt. Daumen hoch für den gesamten Bestell-Prozess.

Trostlos und die Qualität des Essens ist in der letzten Zeit auch schlechter geworden, beispielsweise die Pommes sind nicht mehr knusprig und die einfachen Burger sehr trocken. Spielgeräte abgenutzt und Tische im Außenbereich nicht sauber. Personal aber freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Jedes Mal geht's etwas falsch.... Das schlimmste daran ist dass die Herrschaften lieber den Kunden anschreien als den Fehler zu gestehen. 22.08.2021 16.11Uhr wurde unsere Bestellung falsch aufgenommen.... Die wollten es aber nicht mehr umändern... Stattdessen wurde mein Mann vorgeworfen nicht gut genug deutsch zu können. Was war das Ergebnis? Manager hat gesagt wir sollen ihm das ganze Essen zurückgeben. Dort haben wir das drive thru Fenster mit ein weinendes Kind der sein Kids Menü zurückgeben musste verlassen.

Ein Chef der seine Angestellte bei Regen den Parkplatz heute am 2.7 um 15 Uhr schickt und schnell unter das Dach rennt, finde ich sehr erniedrigend. Mundschutz zählt für alle. Komme nie mehr wieder. DANKE

Wieder einmal haben Sie Burger uns vergessen einzupacken! Ich kann nur jeden empfehlen, kontrolliert eure Tüten, bevor ihr weiter fährt!!!

In diesem Burger King hatte ich das Gefühl, dass die Angestellten nicht mehr hinterher kommen. Es waren vielleicht 6 Leute zum Bestellen vor dem Tresen und nochmal 3 Tische im Gastraum besetzt. Die Abfertigung dauerte ewig und der junge Mann hinter der Kasse fühlte sich offenbar wie King Louie, so sehr krakelte er herum, wenn der zahlende Gast den Betrag mit einem Schein begleichen wollte und das Geld nicht abgezählt in der Hand hatte. Anstrengend... Der Wagen mit den Tabletts quoll über, dementsprechend waren einige verlasseneTische sichtbar voller Müll/Essensreste, ohne dass sich jemand von den Angestellten berufen fühlte, das mal wegzuräumen - geschweige denn mal die Tische abzuwischen. Klar, Burger King ist nicht das Ritz, aber so ein bisschen mehr Bemühen wäre schon nett.

Restaurant an einer der Haupteinfall- und Ausfallstraße in HH. Zügige Bedienung und saubere Location mit der gewohnten Burger-Qualität dieser Kette.
