There hasn't been any ice cream available here for years!!!

According to the staff, you should unpack and check your food yourself!!! Various things were missing... Food was only lukewarm after a 5 minute drive in the car This branch is more than bad.

I just wanted to go poop and suddenly I noticed that the door to the toilet block was open. My buddy had to stand so that I could relax and abseil down.

Every single employee in the store is overwhelmed to the max, even a dead one can remember more than the lady at the counter who puts the food together.

Eating as usual... today a bill arrives for a parking fee of €48 from 11:48 a.m. to 1:24 p.m.... probably should have eaten quicker...

Every time something is missing from my order - whether it's fries, sauces or even a whole burger. Another burger was missing today. This is extremely annoying and happens all the time. Very disappointing and unprofessional!

People PLEASE tell the people in the kitchen to use gloves. I saw from the drive how the kitchen worker simply put the patties on my xtra long with his fingers. You can also use pliers! And stop leaving the burgers jaws so long, the bottom is always hard and everything is just disgusting. Otherwise, please pay the employees a little more money then they might be more motivated

The food is fine, its what you would expect from a Burger King. But twice now, when ordering through Wolt, this restaurant has mixed up vegetarian and non vegetarian items. The first time it was ok, as everything delivered was vegetarian - but the second time the 'plant based' nuggets were meat - and this wasn't realised until partway through eating them. Once I can understand, as accidents do happen - but twice is either deliberate or just showing a complete lack of care and regard. Vegetarians be careful.

Ordered Big King and received it relatively quickly. However, the first one was cold and was exchanged for a supposedly fresh one. This was also lukewarm in the bread. However, the two meat patties were again cold to lukewarm. Not recommended for €6.29.

A newly renovated Burger King. It's actually always clean here. The service is not really friendly but you are served quickly. If you want to sin, this is a good place to sit.

It's good for a fast food restaurant. It tasted good and it was pretty clean too. Tables were always cleaned straight away and the collection points for trays etc. were emptied.

The food is not tasty. There are no hand towels and soap in the toilet, it is dirty. And they didn't even put the dessert we paid for in the children's set. And the fact that there is no ice cream at all is sad. The worst establishment of the network I have been to.

Unfortunately not recommended if you are not asked to pay an unauthorized parking fee. Situation; You are at an open branch for 6 people (we spent a total of 79 EUR) and use the parking spaces. 2 weeks later you have a letter in your mailbox asking you to pay 48 EUR because you ate at an open branch. Neither Burger King, nor the employees on site nor the parking provider want to support or help. Written information about the opening times on the respective day would have been sufficient. Pretty poor performance. Therefore, I would never recommend anyone to eat there if even the parking provider and the branch cannot or do not want to communicate properly.

One of the better citizens of the king, I never had any problems with the food because it was cold or didn't taste good.

Extremely unfriendly staff, food is often cold and dried out! In addition, there is no recommendation to park there because their parking service will give you a fine after weeks on the grounds that you parked there and need a receipt as proof, I don't know anyone who keeps their BurgerKing receipt!

Again the staff didn't manage to put all the items we ordered and paid for into the bag... Unfortunately you really have to check your order, I have NEVER received all the items I paid for! Only noticed in the hotel that something was missing!!

Order machines regularly crash, vouchers from the app are not accepted, menus are displayed but are not available! The order was also immensely delayed!!!

The boss, who is of Asian descent, is very rude and unfriendly. We were there just before 4:00 a.m. on Thursday. When we ordered we asked at the checkout if we could stay inside longer, they said it wouldn't be a problem! We were also happy to pay good tips! Shortly before closing time, the boss came three times and said we had to go outside. When a friend accidentally let the tray slip out of his hand and fall onto the floor as he was leaving, the boss started insulting us in her language. When we sat down outside, I noticed that my jacket was still hanging on the chair in the store. When I entered the store I saw that they had deliberately thrown my jacket on the wet floor. My phone and other valuables were in my jacket! Normally, during training, whether in a normal restaurant or a fast-food restaurant, you learn that you let your guests sit while they eat, just make them aware that the shop is closing, but that the guests can finish their meal in peace !?

The interior has now been renovated. Looks really cozy and is much more pleasant than before 👍👍

09/19/2024: Shop closes at 12 p.m., super unfriendly and disgusting tradesman or something like that shouts "Drive In" at us from a car. Was mentally unable to form a complete sentence. Immediately left again, what is that? Complaint is out.

Food was served incorrectly twice, there was 1 cucumber and a pattie on the burger and well there were a lot of mice running around outside so it wasn't all that great.

Customers are served much better and faster if they speak the same language as the employees. All customers who came after me got their orders before me. After almost 20 minutes, I was glad to be out of the store. At home I discovered that the employees simply ignored the extra requests that had even been stored digitally on the machine. Ordered Big King without onions - got it with onions. Ordered chili cheeseburger - got no jalapenos. Thank you for nothing. I can more than understand all the bad reviews. Don't come here again.

We wanted to have a nice time with friends but unfortunately, they bothered us many times during the food. we have been asked to leave the shop in the middle of dinner, because It was the end of their working shift. however we tried to finish our food quickly, they bothered us again & again. it is a shame to see this type of behaviour & annoying regular customers, especially their manager, she was so rude and unfriendly. hope to see a change as soon as possible.

A plant-based hamburger with only ketchup was ordered at the drive-in and a chicken burger with mustard was served. So go back in and complain. Then got a normal hamburger with everything, so complained again. After that it finally worked, but of course the rest of the order was cold.

Waited ten minutes for a coke and a burger. Staff preferred to chat with friends and give away burgers. Reacted very unfriendly when asked. Was the worst Burger King I've ever been to.

Employees speak German poorly and are pretty clueless.

We bought some snacks on the way home yesterday (7/26/24). As a customer, you somehow had the impression that none of the employees knew what the others were doing. We ordered 4 cheeseburgers and a teriyaki burger. Unfortunately the meat tasted strange and the bread was very soft. People remember Burger King quality differently.

After a long time I thought we would try fast food again. And according to the motto “why eating with a clown when you can dine with the king”, the choice fell on Burger King. That was a big mistake. Because even though I thought Burger King was better than McDonald's, I was proven wrong. The King Nuggets were so incredibly tough and gristly that I complained about them at the checkout. The way the shift management then treated me was even more underground... I mean, the nuggets don't taste good, what should I do? Still eat?! She had a different opinion and, annoyed, threw 3 (!) new nuggets in front of my nose. The only thing that really tastes good is the sauce… sorry. Regardless, my husband had a chicken burger that was just as horrible. The receipt then advertises “Leave a review on Facebook and get free coffee or fries.” I've now given my review here and I don't want to go out to eat there anymore... I'm giving up my free snack. It's a shame, but in Germany fast food is neither fast nor good. And Burger King is no longer visited due to the quality of the food and the “customer service”.

Been here several times. Today I tried the King’s Emmental beef burger. I'm already so full that I can't manage the second burger or crispy chicken. The paper straws are not so good. Brings you more to drink straight from the cup.

The offer is blocked. No more ice cream and milkshakes. The brownie with just sauce is just too sweet. The ice cream was always the perfect balance. The staff tries hard, but is disorganized every time I'm there. No matter what time or day of the week.

No greeting at the drive-thru, even though I'm the only customer for miles. While getting the drinks the lid flew off and a good slug of the drink landed on the floor. I then received the sticky cup in my hand. When I asked if he was serious, I got the flippant answer: “There was more than enough in it anyway.” Service maximum 1 star. Missing and incorrect true when ordering. Incompetent and unfriendly staff

Payment was refused because there was a small tear in the bill, the reason being that it would disturb the other customers. Two meters further the note would be taken without comment. Then we won't go there anymore.

A horrible experience - never again! I've been wanting to eat a Whopper for a long time - so I wanted to order and find out if the "Buy one Whopper, get two" offer also applies there. Unfortunately, the staff didn't speak German, so another employee had to come first. She walked me over to the electronic order board and entered it there. But she didn't find any fries there, so they had to be entered separately at the checkout. All of this is still bearable, but when I bit into the Whopper at home, my state changed to a mixture of disappointment, sadness and anger. I've never eaten such a dry and untasty burger! I always assumed that the burgers had to meet a standard and were always prepared the same way. But how can it be that there was no tomato on one Whopper and no cucumber on the other and only a hint of sauce overall. Neutral in taste is still flattering. And paid over ten euros for it. No wonder that the shop is hardly visited even at lunchtime. At least I now know why that is...

It's even open late into the night and even if it's really busy at night on the weekend, the order processing time is perfectly fine. But even during the day, orders are usually processed quickly and the food is usually still hot and freshly prepared. Service mostly friendly. The ambience is typical of Burger King, even at peak times attention is paid to the cleanliness in front of the counter. The drive in is also perfectly fine, parking spaces are available.

Very good for eating a few burgers or fries in the evening or at night. The quality is what it should be in a Burger King.

Simple, unpretentious Burger King Nothing special, definitely okay for a quick hunger pang and largely clean. A bit of friendly customer service would also be an advantage :)

All four employees behind the counter skillfully ignored me when I wanted to order something. I had already generated a QR code in the app, but instead of accepting the order, nothing happened. After five minutes it was too stupid for me and I asked if I could order something else. Instead of an apology or a greeting, they just said “yes please” without making eye contact. It was too stupid for me and I left. You shouldn't treat a customer like that. I have often not been happy in this branch but now it was really the last visit.

Ate there for 1 1/2 hours and weeks later the juice shop wants €48 from me for parking. It's really hard to beat when it comes to cheekiness

Never had my burger so dry at 4am on 3/30/24. Every employee in the kitchen should clean toilets or something similar, but not prepare burgers. Be glad that my meal was togo and I didn't eat the burgers there, otherwise they would have flown back into the kitchen, hitting your heads. LG

It may be a detail, but if you give me chicken that has been done for a long time, it is not good at all. It was molasses, pickled, and as everyone knows, it has that signature flavor when you reheat chicken that was cooked hours ago. I think they are losing customers because of this. I was unlucky, I don't know, but I won't go back there again.

Towards the evening this is really the slowest and unfriendly shop in Hamburg. If you can, go somewhere else.
