McDonald's Nordheide-Harburg in Hamburg

The most disgusting place ever. Burgers sit in the display case for ages before they're sold. The bread on my burger was as hard as toasted bread. An outrage and a health hazard.

I'm absolutely fed up with items being missing from my car every single time I shop. Despite my explicit and repeated requests to carefully check the order, I continue to receive deliberately incomplete deliveries. This is no longer an oversight to me, but clearly THEFT. If we assume I've shopped here 50 times, then at least 48 times something has been stolen. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Shockingly poor quality; the burger was garnished incorrectly, cold, and the fries were beyond awful – cold, soggy, and in some places already very dry. The friendliest thing about the service was the farewell.

The Indian woman at the checkout took my coupon and refused to give me my food, yelling at me. When I asked to speak to her boss, she told me no one had time for me. She also said that if you're going there, you're better off going to KFC or McDonald's at Phoenix Center.

Worst McDonald's ever, I personally don't know of a worse one... No hello, no goodbye. Hardly any German spoken... The food isn't just cold, it's been sitting in the tray for what feels like forever. The fries look like they've been sitting there for hours and are colder than the flat Coke... It's actually outrageous that this place doesn't change anything. But as long as customers keep coming, it probably won't change. Maybe a change of ownership would do it some good. Well, to sum it up, it really doesn't deserve more than one star...

Today, 2 hamburgers and 6 nuggets. What do I get, 1 hamburger + nuggets? I've known for a long time that McDonald's can't count. But there was nothing going on and only 2 hamburgers. What's so hard about that? It's definitely going to take some getting used to.

They pack incorrectly and then claim they misspoke. They prefer to argue until it escalates into a fight instead of simply apologizing and exchanging it for the desired product. Which is how it should be handled normally.

Rude and they forgot to pack the orders properly. I won't be getting anything from there again. Furthermore, my requests weren't respected, for example, that I didn't want any sauce.

The staff at this McDonald's are very unfriendly and don't speak proper German. If you work at the register, you should at least have basic German skills and not be eating while you work. On top of that, the hamburgers were cold.

Today (April 9, 2025) at around 1:30 p.m., I had the worst experience at a McDonald's to date. I've gotten used to sauces like mayonnaise or ketchup being automatically added, or ice being added to drinks even when I specifically request it without. But what happened today was the height of unprofessionalism. I ordered a Happy Meal for my child and specifically stated that I wanted a hamburger, not chicken nuggets. However, the cashier was engrossed in a conversation with another woman about her purchase during the sale. When I got home, I discovered that there were nuggets in the box. I went back to exchange the food and was told, "The price is the same, what's the problem? You said nuggets!" – all of this was shouted in my face. My child doesn't eat nuggets. After this experience, I decided to visit a different branch in the future. It may be further away, but I'll be treated with respect there.

I have never seen such arrogant and unfriendly employees anywhere else

Horrible employees. They refused to take our order at 7:20 PM (they said they were closing). They desperately need to replace their staff.

Very unpleasant service, especially one lady who was working at the cash register today, September 2, 2024 in the evening. I ordered food with points, lost points, no food... her computer crashed, she ignored me by switching to another computer and calling the next customer. I have never encountered such rudeness, I do not recommend it!!!

I had the experience of visiting this restaurant. 07/20/2024 close to 16:45 I placed an order with a coupon for McChicken Classic and Happy Meal. I waited for the order for about 10 minutes and instead of a set for children, I received food in a bag, without a toy. The seller started telling me that this is a different Happy Meal and it comes without a box, I don’t understand, because the coupon clearly says Happy Meal, she rudely told me “Learn German,” I spoke English, but she also told me in this language I understood perfectly well. Also, after that, she gave me a receipt in which the toy was indicated, but it was not in my package, she began to throw my food into the Happy Meal bag and just rudely threw the toy. I don't understand this rude attitude towards customers, it's a terrible place, I don't recommend it. The food is very tasty, but there is a rude person behind the cash register. Also, the cashier put mayonnaise instead of ketchup, although the receipt says ketchup

I really wanted to try the new BigMac recipe. It's also delicious and good deals with the app. Can recommend the app for collecting points.

I threw up after eating one of those chicken burgers.

The burgers are just burgers from McDonald's. Sometimes warm, sometimes cold, mostly muddy. But you know that beforehand. Maybe you should give the people at the counter a German course and generally teach the guy how to speak. Visually impaired people would have no chance with the Heiopei. Work on the service!

Employees in a bad mood (almost permanently) gave the wrong type of milkshake twice.

Super nettes Personal. Alles sauber und das Essen war heiß und die Pommes frisch.

Halt Fast Food! Aber ab und an braucht man das!

Super leckerer Veganer Burger, Personal ist immer gut organisiert, freundlich und schnell!

Sehr nettes Personal auch wenn sehr überarbeitet und dadurch manchmal sehr genervt .. da durch passieren Fehler so das Ware einfach vergessen wird und man dadurch wieder Ärger hat … ansonsten geputzt wird … das ist nicht so üblich

Es waren soweit alle freundlich und es war heiß.. Wartezeit naja, wenn es Menü gewesen wäre, wäre die Wartezeit ok..so ist mir in der Zeit ein Bart gewachsen.

Die Mitarbeiter sind nett und freundlich, aber immer unterbesetzt und müssen sich durch die Massen kämpfen und den Ansturm irgendwie bewältigen 🙈

Gutschein ging nicht, Kassiererin legte mir die verfügbaren Gutscheine hin und ging wortlos für mehrere Minuten in die Küche. Netzkartoffeln gab es auch nicht. Guter Service ist was anderes.

Nette Bedienung freundlich und flexibel

Persönliche Betreuung wegen Corona. Jeder Kunde wird gefragt ob hier essen oder nicht. Die Mitarbeiter tun mir echt Leid immo. Waren aber Freundlich. Für alle eine nervige Situation ganz egal wo mann ist.

Durchschnitt, für den schnellen Hunger ok.

Achtet auf Die burger. Die sind oft nur lau warm.

Inreressant gebaut, Essen ist wie immer in Mcdonalds.

Gutes Essen, aber nicht gut für Rollstuhlfahrer.

Teilweise befinden sich die Schlangen im Gang.

Für einen kleinen Snack zwischendurch schonmal in Ordnung.

Mäßiges Angebot weil kleiner Laden. Für einen Snack zwischendurch schon geeignet, bei großem Hunger würde ich aber eher andere Läden des Centers vorziehen

Cola warm, fast ohne Kohlensäure und keine Chilisauce für die Nuggets da.

Ein generell typisches McDonald's Geschäft aber etwas schlechter

Mir schmecken die Burger nicht. Irgendwie alt und kalt. Nur bei mir? Nicht empfehlenswert.
