The order process was quick and easy, and Paulina made sure everything was correct and fresh. Service like this makes a visit to Burger King truly enjoyable. I threw up a couple of hours after eating, never again, truly disgusting.

Happy New Year! I got the SpongeBob meal for €18 and walked to the train station, then checked for socks—there were none inside. Pure disappointment. You spend money and then get nothing. Nothing. The burger was also awful. First, it was all sloppy and had a really disgusting pineapple taste.

Excellent service! I was in a real hurry to catch my train. (December 26, 2025, 6:30 PM) The staff was incredibly understanding and prepared my tortilla in less than 5 minutes. It was also absolutely delicious. Thank you so much for your amazing help and understanding! 💚💚💚

A very small Burger King takeaway right inside the train station. The service and food are of the usual Burger King quality, and there's a great view of the platforms. Keep in mind that there's nowhere to sit or stand at a table. Despite the crowds, the staff are very quick and friendly.

The service and food are always good. Tina is always very friendly and accommodating, especially if you're in a hurry and can't wait long.

Main train station, buy and eat. Then continue your journey. Friendly service. Since it was my first time ordering from a vending machine, I promptly made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing (vegan and bacon). I was kindly informed and able to correct it. Excellent service and the food tasted great.

The staff are all very friendly and the food is ready very quickly. Everything tastes incredibly fresh and is also piping hot when it arrives.

This is the Burger King right in the middle of Hamburg's main train station, so basically a pick-up counter with crowds of people passing by. Nevertheless, the employees manage to be charming to the customers; they're cheerful and joke around – quite an achievement in that kind of hustle and bustle!

Food couldn't be ordered because none of the vending machines worked, and cash had to be counted first. The vendors barely understand German. It was just a stall without a stand.

Got a single instead of a double patty

There are about 20 pending orders on the display board, and the employees of this so-called fast food chain continue to work at a snail's pace, failing to adjust their work speed to the volume. When I politely point out after 15 minutes that my train is about to arrive, I get the response that everyone here is waiting for a train.

They take advantage of the fact that customers are in a hurry to catch trains and do not place some parts of the order

Official warning: Never order there if your train is leaving within the next 35 minutes. Sad, sad.

It couldn't be more horrible. They won't accept the app, and they won't accept coupons either. They barely speak German, and even English is broken. What country are we in?

The worst burger joint I know. The wait time here is usually 7-10 minutes, but you get a lukewarm burger. The kitchen staff here work without gloves! They touch their faces and then assemble the burger with their sweaty hands. Also, the prices here are outrageous, and app vouchers aren't accepted.

Very overpriced, unfortunately you can't link it to your bank account. The atmosphere is very modern. The service staff pays close attention to your number, which is great, so no one else can steal your food. Unfortunately, the size of the store also means the menu is smaller.

The Burger King App isn't working, the ordering machines can't scan the codes, the staff doesn't take the order on your app either Update, been there again today. you still can't scan the qr codes. There's no seating and it seems a bit expensive to me, but otherwise everything's great. Short wait times and the food is as good as usual.

I really wouldn't recommend Burger King. No QR code scannable! The food is overpriced and unhygienically prepared. A wait of over 30 minutes. Despite the renovations, it's still very bad. There aren't even any places to eat. I mean, WE'RE AT BURGER KING! So very bad, don't go there!

I canceled my order because you have to pay extra for the sauce at those stupid SCO terminals to order. At the same time, three people are begging me for money, and the staff just watches. Another customer is scared away from the Golden Seagull Inn.

A total disaster! Orders were incomplete, fries were forgotten. I could overlook that, but even the burgers were fake. My "Extra Long Chili Cheese" was actually served with chicken and salad. We also almost missed our train because the staff were apparently on sleeping pills. Allow 20 minutes or more.

I've picked something up there twice in the last two weeks. The first time, one of the burgers was just bread and patties, so I thought, "Something wrong might happen again." This time, they forgot a burger. Unfortunately, I couldn't complain either time, because my train arrived and I only noticed it in the morning.

Worst food and service, overall, if you are in a hurry, then try otherwise for the price. I would not suggest this fast food stall. It's not a great establishment, not any achievements. , now twice we are disappointed with the no chicken wings

Probably the worst Burger King around. You have to plan on waiting at least 20 minutes, the orders are served completely randomly and the burgers and fries, even though they are apparently made to order, are lukewarm at best. You're regularly snored at while waiting, but that doesn't seem to bother the Burger King employees.

People work here so slow I waited 15 minutes for icecream it didnt even taste good Some workers just watched at their phones and i must wait till the worker comes to make icecream in 10 seconds

Please don't go there! Me and my friend were there and have stomach pain, nausea and gastrointestinal problems. And what I found outrageous is that the people who ordered after us got there first. ☹️🤢
