Burger King in Hamburg

The BK has never been good. But even worse since the renovation. No coupon accepted, too expensive. 15€ for a fries and coke what the hell. And the selection was also extremely limited.

The staff is always extremely friendly and works quickly, even at very stressful times. A few times I said that my train was leaving soon and they took great care to ensure that I received my order on time. Was completely satisfied so far!

New Whopper with soft bun announced - no roasted aromas taste :) just too much soggy bread. Patty also not completely fried/grilled. But promotional price. No cash register - just machines, only 2 of which work while you're being begged. Tastes so-so - there are no extra jalapeños on it - I'm regretting it :)

Can't understand the bad reviews, got what I ordered, waited less than 10 minutes, fresh and tasty.

It was quite empty for a Saturday evening, but it went quickly. The only bad thing was the beggars, but there's nothing you can do about that. Kind regards, come and eat with you again.

To date, the food has always been of the typical fast food quality and even relatively warm, and the staff has always been quite nice. Today, however, was a disaster. The waiting time was far too long and there were already a lot of people standing around waiting for their food. However, the staff were in no hurry at all and it took several minutes before they could hand over their order to anyone. Nobody was employed there if you think so. Anyway, at some point my order (2 large portions of fries) was finally handed to me and I had to hurry up to catch my train. Only then did I realize that there was only a medium portion of fries in my bag. I no longer had the receipt because the employee simply took it from me when I took my order. All in all, I cannot recommend this Fillale because it is relatively dirty and poorly equipped (no ice cream machine, for milkshakes, etc.)

Already given the second chance, but the King Jr. Meal is missing the toy, the fruit squeezer and the ketchup. In addition, the wrong drinks were delivered even though you paid extra. Slow and unfriendly staff.

Fast food with a difference - when you're really in a hurry?? Close your eyes and keep running! Here slow motion takes on a new meaning! Here you can easily spend 40 for your cold burger Wait minutes?! Please - take the path and walk across the tracks, because the golden "M" welcomes you with quick hot burgers!

Two burgers just ordered something warm to eat... shortly afterwards both had a stomach ache. Very strange in general I will never visit Burger King again. That's it!

Closed at 9:42 p.m. although the opening times are stated and open until midnight - annoying.

What a disgrace this store is. No coupons, unfriendly employees (perhaps an exception) and over half of the terminals don't work.

Unfortunately you have to give one star. Disgraceful for Burger King, should be closed. Cola lukewarm, not carbonated, I've never experienced anything like that. Waiting time was about 15 minutes, with about 5 orders beforehand, but these were also served slowly, staff running all over the place and complaining to each other. Instead of 6 nuggets, we had 6 chilli cheese nuggets, cheeseburgers with double cheese, that was the only mistake that was positive. When I said it was the worst Bk I've seen, they just said thank you. Never again!!!!!

Can be completely forgotten since the renovation. No King of the Month and no coupons available. That probably won't bring in enough sales otherwise. Prices are also relatively high for a menu.

The employees do their best. I've been here a few times. I have a lot of patience but often nothing works here! It's really a shame...

Worst food and service, overall, if you are in a hurry, then try otherwise for the price. I would not suggest this fast food stall. It's not a great establishment, not any achievements.

Only cash in 2024 late in the evening, so to McDonald's (cash - what is that? At least 30 minutes further as a detour) for better Beyond Meat vegan food on a credit card. If Burger King doesn't want my money: it's your own fault... Maybe they should hire marketing & sales experts with a brain.

Xtra long chill chessburger didn't taste good at all, very dry, old, hardly any cheese and coupon is not accepted, point you can't collect

3/7 terminals work, no coupons are accepted and ordering food at the checkout was also not possible.

You cannot redeem coupons, which I was rudely told after several attempts at one of the 2 working terminals by an employee who was watching me the whole time. I then found out that the card reader seemed to be rejecting all cards (Sparkasse, Debit, Visa, Google Pay). I gave up, went to one stall and bought a pizza with my savings bank card.

Unfriendly, expensive, no service. That was the last time, thanks for nothing

That’s it… You have completely lost me as a customer. No cash accepted without using the terminal. Unfortunately, this isn't customer-friendly at all if you can't even enter an order on your POS terminal and collect it. And this price increase doesn't work at all. A single burger has always been expensive - ok... But over €7 for a long chicken??? For a warmed portion between two bun halves with a drizzle of sauce and mini salad??? Luckily the competition is right across the street.

Paid 40€ for them to just forget my food I ordered burger and chili cheese nuggets and chili cheese fries And like 6 different dips and everything Had to catch the train so couldn’t check if everything was in the bag As soon as I was in the train and wanted to eat saw I only had the burgers and 1 dip 😐😐 Don’t recommend at all

How can it be possible that such a fuss is made as soon as a customer orders. In addition, every order is processed in order, which in my opinion is inefficient if a large family orders before you (1 drink!). This can actually be done quickly with good service. Three employees at the front and all three on one device??! Hardly any German and move like sloths. I find it very, very unfortunate. How can it be that every full honk is hired or better yet that they are not adequately trained. The Burger King branch manager should stand in line as a customer and experience that...

Wrong burger in my order and it took forever

It's the worst food establishment I've ever been to, you can't order food here, the terminals don't work. There is only one seller at the cash register. The food is terrible, it's dirty. Half of my order had to be thrown in the trash because it was impossible to eat. It is more pleasant to eat in the toilet than in this Burger King. I don't understand how they are allowed to work with such sanitary standards. I love Burger King, but I will never come to this place again. I often travel to Hamburg by train. My recommendation is that there are many times better places within 100 meters where you can have a great time and satisfy your stomach.

The worst Burger King I've ever seen. You can't read the coupon, I heard it after waiting 5 minutes. You can also hang this information on any terminal if this doesn't work then you save yourself the unnecessary queuing and the unfriendly employees Kitchen employees prepare everything visibly from the checkout without gloves (totally unhygienic)

I had to wait about 15 minutes for a hamburger and then there was nothing in it except the thin meat, ketchup and 1 slice of pickle. It's quicker at McDonalds.

Very bad and slow service! No official parter, NO coupons and dressing! Terminals are very slow, accept cards after 2-3 times. Employees work very slowly. They have no idea how to simply change paper into the machine for the receipt. That's why the line is always long. There is a feeling that some employees have not completed any training. They make so many mistakes and are very chaotic. You have to stand in front of the cash register and really scream for someone to come. Otherwise you can't order anything. Managers communicate with employees like slaves. Insanely unpleasant experience. Never again

The service in the branch in Hamburg main station is really bad... last time the additional sauces ordered for the children were missing, today the extra cheese wasn't on the Whopper. You can only order takeaway, even the bar tables are gone - so you only notice this on the train. Instead of doing a little advertising on your own behalf while the competition is rebuilding at the other end of the station, customers are being scared away here. And the store number required for feedback cannot be found on the receipt :)

Never seen such a downgrade of a branch; Now you have two terminals but no possibility to eat there. In addition, the copuns have now been abolished, which makes the visit incredibly expensive. Now you go there less often.

I always thought the customer was king but that wasn't the case. I wanted to order at the counter and pay by card. The worker said that this was forbidden by law and that I should go digital via their new ordering display. If I want to order at the counter then there is a reason for a short discussion and in the end I go to the competition. Thank you for the nice hospitality with respect to the free customers. 7 terminals... 4 are broken... so wait, wait, wait, then place your order yourself because the customer is not a king. The cola is lukewarm and non-carbonated. As you can see in the photo, the fries are very dark. It is obvious that the fat is rarely changed here. It would be best to close this branch and exclude the operator from the franchise. There are enough people who can do this job properly.

I didn't order anything heavy, a big King xxl and a Chessbürger and didn't get any of it. Instead I got a Burger with bacon and two. Patty and paid 12 for it, I think you've got it since the bad finale that I experienced here in Germany anyway

Very bad service!!! Takes a really long time! It's damn expensive and why they don't accept coupons there 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ but the main thing is that there are advertisements for the coupons on the screens! It's a real shame and it's the last time I was there!

Since the renovation, the prices have increased significantly and at the same time coupons are no longer accepted. Despite modernization, mobile orders are still not possible. Order machines cannot accept vouchers. The employees are all overwhelmed and leave you standing at the checkout until you lose patience. If it gets too much and you try to have a conversation, you will be advised to only order from the vending machine. Real dirty shop. Better go to Mc'ces on the opposite side!!!

Big disappointment. Parts of my burger were missing and replaced with something else without any notice. It can happen that ingredients are missing, but then you should inform the customer. It's their luck that they're in the train station and most of them only buy something quickly and only notice such mistakes on the train.

I wanted to give Burger King a chance after the renovation. That backfired badly. There wasn't a huge rush of customers, but the staff was still completely overwhelmed. The employee in the kitchen wipes her nose dry with the back of her hand. Pooh!!! I had to wait more than 13 minutes for an ice cream and a burger. The guest makes his order alone and still has to wait for a long time without a huge rush. To top it off, the burger was cold. Nothing learned after the disgusting scandal!!!

It took 30 minutes to make me a small fries and a Sprite. Then I sit on the train unsuspecting and see that they FORGOT my MAYO. Now I have to eat dry fries

Nice little Burger King, the food is freshly prepared to order, so you just have to wait 5 minutes. The staff is friendly.

Staff seems stressed and overwhelmed. Small meat-free offer, coupons from the app could not be redeemed due to the inadequate offer. I actually like Burger King better than the competing chains, but this isn't a good alternative at the main train station!

No place to sit but you dont have to because employees are rapidly fast and you have to wait just a couple of minutes. Atmosphere is bad af but cmon what were you expecting from the main Hamburg train station.

Langsamstes Fast Food Restaurant was man in der Nähe finden wird. Aber dafür eines der teuersten. Kassierer gehen selber nach hinten und belegen die Burger. Absolut ungeeignet für einen Snack zwischen zwei Zügen. Coupons werden selbstverständlich nicht akzeptiert. Man zahlt stattdessen 150% des Normalpreises. Guten Hunger!

Die kleine Filiale ist dem Ansturm der Rush-Hour hier natürlich in keiner Weise gewachsen. Das sind aber einfach Platzgründe. Auf das eingeschränkte Angebot und die Zubereitung erst nach Bestellung wird auf Aushängen hingewiesen. Insofern finde ich es nicht fair, dafür 1-Sterne Bewertungen abzugeben. Das Personal war hier bisher immer freundlich zu mir und das Essen in erwarteter Qualität.

Ich war vor paar Tage am Hamburg Bahnhof im Bürgerkunde und es war ein super Erlebnis , Herr Kumar hat uns bedient und wir haben die Bestellung vollständig und unter 5 Minuten bekommen sonst hätten wir unser Zug bekommen sehr nette Mitarbeiter am meisten Herr Kumar 👍👍

Essen war in gewohnter Qualität. Wer Burger King mag, der wird es also gut finden. Service war okay, aber nicht besonders. Ambiente ist halt der Lokalität geschuldet schlecht. Der Hamburger Hauptbahnhof ist halt echt nicht geil. Aber es ging schnell und war gewohnt gut. Passt schon. Imbiss, schnell auf die Hand und gut ist.
