McDonald's in Hamburg

A bit of rubbish on the tables, right? Food was ok, but the fries were full of powder and were already cold when served. Parking is ONLY 30 minutes, which I find really stupid, especially because I had to wait almost 15 minutes for my food

So I'm realizing more and more that McDonald's is pure garbage. Nevertheless, some products simply taste extremely delicious

Well, the gentlemen were a bit awkward until Lady Power came and clarified our order after 15 minutes.

Employees always forget the refreshing towel at the Mc Rib. People still forget about the refreshing towel...I'm starting to think they're doing it on purpose. Apparently you can now also smoke in the restaurant here. When I was there today and a customer two tables away was happily puffing on his e-cigarette, I informed the bar attendant about it. She then only asked me twice if that was really true. No further action was taken and the smoking customer was not kicked out of the restaurant.

Standard McDonald's branch, no special ups and downs. During the week during break times and at the end of school it is usually overcrowded because of the vocational school opposite. This results in a lot of output and waiting time. As a result, everything is always freshly prepared because there is hardly any downtime for the food.

Everything is somewhat typical of McDonald’s, but here the cleanliness isn’t so good. The toilets are really very unpleasant. The trash can is overflowing, everything is wet and you're stuck in front of the pool.

The team was very friendly and the boss personally always works with us and is also very friendly, especially with children. It is clean and well maintained.

The German McDonald's has a slightly different menu than, for example, a rib sandwich, we don't have something beautiful here, and this time we chose ice cream with peach topping and coffee, I also think that I recommend a different ice café than in Poland.

Only a matter of time before the health department closes this place down... Apart from the extremely poor and slow service. It's also interesting that table service is never offered here, employees are apparently too lazy to bring the food to the table.

Its really a shame for the name McDonald’s. Service is extremely slow even there was only 4-5 orders. We waited around 15 minutes only to get the order wrong/poorly prepared. At the end of my fries had hair piece. Overall I don’t recommend.

McDonald's used to be a restaurant that didn't have that good food in not that big portions but was simply much cheaper than all the alternatives. However, the prices are now just as high, if not higher, than at any snack bar and the food is still very small and not of the best quality. The only advantage is that it's quick. One point that specifically concerns this McDonald's is that the service is poor and the employees often forget something.

Mc nuggets were not from McDonald but from Metro or other stores.

Waited 17 minutes for 2 menus. It's usually one of the slower restaurants anyway, but today was the highlight. This has nothing to do with fast food anymore. We asked if there was an extra portion of mayo as a gesture of goodwill for the waiting time, but we were told no. 5 minutes later, the same employee grabbed an apple turnover from a customer who ordered after us and said: “Sorry you had to wait so long!”

Really bad branch. Every table was extremely dirty, even though there wasn't much going on, there was no table service (???), extremely unpleasant clientele. A homeless person was sleeping at the table next to us, people were loudly watching videos on their cell phones at the other table and older children didn't want to let my three-year-old slide on the slide - of course neither their parents nor the staff were interested. We won't go there anymore.

In the app (a participating franchise restaurant) the new cola with fries is offered for 400 points, which is why I wanted to test it out. I waited for my order until the guy rudely told me they didn't have it. Instead of letting me know in good time or stocking it, they offer things that aren't available to rip people off. There was no compensation either. The food and drinks weren't even remotely good. Not to mention the staff and hygiene.

As a Wilhelmsburger you don't have that many options when it comes to fast food, but unfortunately I'm not convinced at all about this McDonald's. The store is always dirty and some orders over the last year were also incorrect. But the last time I was given normal nuggets instead of the McPlant nuggets I ordered was really stupid. So we were very disappointed when we unpacked the food at home.

Essen okay, wie man es bei Mc Donalds erwartet. Service sehr freundlich. Allerdings hat man das dringende Bedürfnis diesen Laden mal gründlich zu reinigen. Der Boden klebt und die Tische werden scheinbar nur im Notfall mit einem feuchten Lappen abgewischt. Servietten fehlen,Abgabe-Wagen sind überfüllt und man möchte nicht wirklich etwas anfassen. Sieht so aus, als würde da nur sehr oberflächlich gearbeitet. Bitte kriegt das in den Griff! Ansonsten ist die Filiale wirklich in Ordnung.

Also muss sagen das Cappuccino machen so katastrophal zuzubereiten is schon ne Kunst dafür gibt’s Punkte… Den nicht geputzten Milchpot zu nutzen mit alter Milch und dann die Milch mit viel Aufwand nicht aufzuschäumen… Und dann warme Milch ohne Schaum auf den schlechten Espresso zu schütten. Das war so schlecht das es der Frau selbst peinlich ist und beschämt es hinstellt möglichst weit weg von mir… Trotzdem war es warm und windgeschützt und darauf kam es an…

Die Freundlichkeit wurde hier nicht erfunden. Man wird bei dem Drive Schalter angemeckert das man weiter fahren soll obwohl noch eine frage nicht beantwortet wurde. Dann fehlen die Geschenke in den Happy Meals der Kinder, oder sind Geschenke die unsichtbar sind, dann sind diese besonders gut! Ich meckern selten aber dieser Laden ist leider echt unterirdisch!!!

Waren früh am Vormittag dort, wahrscheinlich die ersten Gäste kurz nach dem Öffnen. Personal war freundlich, Bestellung wurde schnell und in gewohnter McDonalds Qualität...🤔🤣fertig gestellt. Leider waren der Gastronomie Bereich und vor allem die Toilette ziemlich verschmutzt, das geht besser. Bleibt alle gesund und einen schönen Tag 🙂 🍀

Ist ok, was kann man zu McDonalds sagen. Essen wird schnell vorbereitet, Sauberkeit ist in Ordnung, draußen gibt es einen Spielplatz für die Kinder.

Schnelles Essen, je nach Schicht neutrales (nicht gut, aber auch nicht schlechtes) Personal, Online Bestellungen wohl seit Tagen/Wochen nicht möglich. Ambiente durch Kunden teilweise stark verdreckt, die Reinigungskraft kommt wohl nicht der anfallenden Arbeit hinterher, WC‘s ebenso stark verdreckt und teilweise Defekt durch Verstopfungen. Haltezeiten werden dem Anschein nach außerhalb der Stoßzeiten dauerhaft überschritten. Magen Darm inklusive.

Was soll man sagen,Standard Fastfood von MCD. Leider waren die Curly Fries und auch mein Cheeseburger. Haben es reklamiert und auch unproblematisch neu bekommen. Aber Kommunikation war schwierig bis garnicht möglich,da die Mitarbeiter schlecht deutsch gesprochen/verstanden haben.

Bei der Fahrt auf dem Parkplatz wird dir auf einem Schild gezeigt das du nur 30 min Parken darfst. Egal ob es geprüfte wird oder nicht, es steht dort. Dann bei der Bestellung werden die Getränke Becher oben angefasst. Da ich aber dort essen wollte fragte ich nach einem Strohhalm weil ja oben angefasst wird. Daraufhin sagte mir die Dame das sie keinen Strohhalm rausgeben dürfe wenn im Laden gegessen wird. Und das meinte sie im ernst. Ich sagte 2 mal das ich wegen dem anfassen einen möchte. Daraufhin bekam ich einen. Draussen unter den Schirmen Spinnen Netze und Dreck. Darunter habe ich gegessen. Auch der Wagen mit dem Tablet war voll bis oben, obwohl gerade nicht viel los war im Laden. Generell fühlte ich mich nicht wohl dort. Werde nochmal hinfahren und dort essen. Vielleicht ist es dann besser, und werde dieses wieder löschen.

Leider ist das Essen kalt und das Restaurant nicht sauber!

Alles gut. Nur leider diesmal nicht so sauber wie sonst, was ich aber anders gewohnt bin.

Das essen war an sich gut. Jedoch war der Service nicht gut und es haben Sachen gefehlt wie Strohhalme oder Reinigungstücher für die Hände. Die Toiletten sollten öfters sauber gemacht werden.

Fastfood Essen halt... Es war heiß und es war schnell. Nicht so schnell war der Bestellvorgang. Zwei von 4 Bestelldisplays waren/sind defekt. An der Kasse konnte man nur bezahlen aber keine Bestellung aufgeben. Freundlichkeit war so "naja". Die Einrichtung war schon sehr abgenutzt. Sauberkeit war noch ok.

Zu lange auf Mcdrive gewartet obwohl da kein Auto war.
