McDonald's in Hamburg

Every time after I eat here I lie flat with gastrointestinal problems for at least 2 days. I have no idea what's in the food there, but maybe the health department should take a look

This is the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever experienced. The tables were completely smeared and the floor was sticky. Luckily I was just passing through here!

Wrong burgers. Food was missing. Wrong toy. Jurassic world and minecraft are not the same. Toilet from hell

I've never experienced anything so bad. For one thing, the toilets were so dirty that you had to walk out backwards. And then our order was missing 2 burgers and the toy from the Happy Meal. Likewise, the restaurant itself didn't look exactly clean.

Food came surprisingly quickly within a few minutes, everything was freshly prepared and there was nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness

Unfriendly staff You get hit on here because you use the table service option in the app and the order is declared as ready for pickup even though it isn't and you have to wait at the front.

It's an absolute disgrace when you order a large portion of fries for over 4 euros and only get half a portion. It was brought to me and I couldn't claim it

It is extremely dirty. It's because some fellow citizens don't clean up their shit, but the employees aren't able to wipe down a table either. The food is just as usual.

It should be clear to everyone that you can't expect anything from McDonald's.. it's really not a demanding job but these employees in this restaurant can't do the simplest job.. cold fries, cold burgers, they stand there and discuss rum, no table service, you stand there and the employees just cause chaos

Drive: Order acceptance takes forever, employees prefer to chat. Completely forgot the wipes, forgot the McRib cloth, the McFlurry Cookie could be ordered but wasn't available.

Food as usual, fast service, nice staff and the restaurant itself is clean, only the toilets are not worth visiting at all, only one toilet could be locked, it was very dirty so you didn't want to use it, only one toilet was somewhat okay, but only usable if you couldn't do anything else.

Mhhh, that's a rather poor McDonald's. My experience: Lots of mistakes when ordering. Happy Meal? Not a toy. My menu? The burgers were simply missing. My wife's meal? No sauces. While we were there, we observed several times how things were forgotten in the order or change was not paid back correctly. Based on these observations, I recommend avoiding the McDrive. Toilets were also dirty. Food is McDonald's as usual.

He always gets cold fries! My cheeseburgers were cold too! Also, the employees are not helpful. Instead of greeting the customer, they stand on the phone and talk to each other without paying attention to the customer. I have the next one here, but it's better to go somewhere further! I'm not asking for much, but I want the food to be hot on site! No greetings!

Went a little faster today than last time. Still not my favorite restaurant. It's just convenient to the hall of the Hamburg Towers.

General condition of the restaurant is very dingy, garbage carts are not emptied, tables are not wiped down, food is lukewarm to cold.

I've rarely seen such rancid toilets... You can even smell the stench in the squares!!

So when I came in here everything was so colorful but what shocked me was the cleanliness, really terrible. A lot of things are on the floor. A not so good sight. But I can only say my burger was very tasty and very fresh.

Ordered a chicken burger. What was packed had nothing in common with a chicken burger (cold, sticky, the bun tasted like everything, but not like buns!)! Have you actually ever eaten the crap yourself that you sell to your guests????

It's Saturday evening, no stands for table service at the terminals, so there are queues of people waiting...Staff lame and totally disorganized...The MC Crispy Spicy isn't the least bit spicy and I've been waiting for half an hour for that...Nope Thank you, I'll never end up here again 🤷🤷🤷

So let's be honest. This is the worst McDonald's toilet I have ever seen in my life. As soon as I entered the toilet I felt like gagging. Look at the pictures. What a shame, when was the last time it was cleaned there?

Unfortunately you have to give one star, it was very dirty and full of rubbish, and the toilets were unfortunately the same. The employees were very unstructured. It can happen that food is cold, but getting a cheeseburger where half of it is missing without having canceled something should not happen (content: bread, meat and cheese) not recommended.

Not tasty. The food is not served McDonald's style. Burgers are old and belong in the trash. The main thing is that the employees had a good atmosphere inside. Not like that, prefer McDonald's in Wilhelmsburg. Baaaah.

The food was as expected. The service was extremely slow despite an empty restaurant. But the worst thing is the condition of the toilets and the tables, I've never seen anything so disgusting in one Experienced restaurant. An impertinence, especially for children, to use these toilets.

Such a rude staff and they’re not motivated to work. The french fries was really bad without any salt and the burgers are always cold. Next to the this Mc Donalds are 3 schools and this is not the correct way how they treat the stundents when they have break. Such a shame!!!

A bit of rubbish on the tables, right? Food was ok, but the fries were full of powder and were already cold when served. Parking is ONLY 30 minutes, which I find really stupid, especially because I had to wait almost 15 minutes for my food

Employees always forget the refreshing towel at the Mc Rib. People still forget about the refreshing towel...I'm starting to think they're doing it on purpose. Apparently you can now also smoke in the restaurant here. When I was there today and a customer two tables away was happily puffing on his e-cigarette, I informed the bar attendant about it. She then only asked me twice if that was really true. No further action was taken and the smoking customer was not kicked out of the restaurant.

Everything is somewhat typical of McDonald’s, but here the cleanliness isn’t so good. The toilets are really very unpleasant. The trash can is overflowing, everything is wet and you're stuck in front of the pool.

I pay for a few grams of ice cream and get something like this... Please be understanding and pay more attention to how you talk to customers

Clean and cozy but points deduction parking only takes 30 minutes is not possible at all you want to eat in peace talk drink and not quickly quickly quickly whoever caused this to happen...has the wrong job

Unfortunately another mc chicken was missing and both mcmeals were wrong. The employee said that he checked Another review after 3 years. Dirty. Impolite. Customers are called with hey. No table service. Long waiting time even though nothing is going on. By far the worst McDonald's branch in Hamburg.

The German McDonald's has a slightly different menu than, for example, a rib sandwich, we don't have something beautiful here, and this time we chose ice cream with peach topping and coffee, I also think that I recommend a different ice café than in Poland.

Only a matter of time before the health department closes this place down... Apart from the extremely poor and slow service. It's also interesting that table service is never offered here, employees are apparently too lazy to bring the food to the table.

Its really a shame for the name McDonald’s. Service is extremely slow even there was only 4-5 orders. We waited around 15 minutes only to get the order wrong/poorly prepared. At the end of my fries had hair piece. Overall I don’t recommend.

McDonald's used to be a restaurant that didn't have that good food in not that big portions but was simply much cheaper than all the alternatives. However, the prices are now just as high, if not higher, than at any snack bar and the food is still very small and not of the best quality. The only advantage is that it's quick. One point that specifically concerns this McDonald's is that the service is poor and the employees often forget something.

Catastrophic conditions. Interior and exterior areas as well as the sanitary facilities were extremely dirty. Sofa drinks not available in the afternoon.

Mc nuggets were not from McDonald but from Metro or other stores.

Waited 17 minutes for 2 menus. It's usually one of the slower restaurants anyway, but today was the highlight. This has nothing to do with fast food anymore. We asked if there was an extra portion of mayo as a gesture of goodwill for the waiting time, but we were told no. 5 minutes later, the same employee grabbed an apple turnover from a customer who ordered after us and said: “Sorry you had to wait so long!”

Really bad branch. Every table was extremely dirty, even though there wasn't much going on, there was no table service (???), extremely unpleasant clientele. A homeless person was sleeping at the table next to us, people were loudly watching videos on their cell phones at the other table and older children didn't want to let my three-year-old slide on the slide - of course neither their parents nor the staff were interested. We won't go there anymore.

During my last visit to your restaurant on August 6, 2024 at 11:30, I witnessed unacceptable behavior. Very unpleasant McDonald's, employees just shouting at each other, no hello. The food was packed even though we wanted to eat it there! I had something delivered to me for the second time where the glasses were available, even though they were pretty new, I didn't get any glasses again, which I don't think is so tragic because they are free and I paid a total of €4 for reusable cups and only got disposable cups. I think it's fraud

I was here once with my family and were looking forward to mecces, we sat down and talked, when the food came we didn't think anything of it, I had a happy meal and looked in the bag and was totally shocked because I saw a bug in it bag, I almost didn't want to eat it anymore when my mother called the manager and when he came my mother complained about how dirty they were and that we wanted to give them back, he just said that it wasn't that bad and had promised us ice cream, which we later had to pay for ourselves as “compensation” ✨ we haven’t been in this shed since then. And we've stuck with it ever since and can't recommend anyone to eat there. I'm just saying stomach ache. ✨
