KFC in Hamburg

The cashier argued with me and said that he gave 30 euros even though he only gave me 10 euros instead of 26 euros. Then one of his employees comes and addresses me as "eyy" which is very disrespectful. They say "The customer is king" but apparently this store doesn't exist.

On November 14th around 12:30 p.m. I was at the KFC in Wandelhalle with a group of friends. We ordered seven meals from menu number 4 and the bill came to around 90 euros. The cashier informed us that payment was only possible in cash as card payments were not accepted. However, after we paid the amount, no receipt was given to us. In your opinion, is such behavior normal?!

Scammer Singer citizens with no or hardly any meat 8 euros just a lettuce leaf and one piece of chicken meat the size of a fingertip do not buy.....!!!!!!

Next time, I’d rather starve. Also forgot to give me a 0,5L cup and forgot my mayo.

I urge owners to do mystery checks. The staff eats behind the counter in front of customers. In addition, an employee relaxed and cleaned the gaps in the teeth with a toothpick, which was also visible to the guests behind the counter!!!!! Then an employee ran around haphazardly in the dining room, but all the tables were dirty, so we cleaned our place ourselves! Advice to the management about urgent management changes - they are visibly dancing on your nose!

Unfortunately my visit to this KFC was a disappointment. The lettuce on the burgers was wilted, the chicken was soggy and the bread had an unpleasant taste. The food was so bad that I threw most of it away. It's a shame about the money and the wasted resources. I hope the quality improves soon.

Before my ICE departure in Hamburg, I quickly stopped by KFC and ordered hot wings and original chicken from the machine. Sit down, look forward to eating, and... no original chicken! 😅 Apparently the chicken has already left on the next ICE train. Sure, mistakes happen and when it's busy you can't always check everything, but KFC, you only had one job! A second look at the orders would really help. At least the wings were delicious and didn't run away...

Good burger(s). I had 2 double Crispy classic for 7,2 euros. Good (but small) food. Slightly pricey. Pigeons are cute :) 3/5

The cashier wanted to steal 10 euros from us. Rude staff, unfriendly, and I emphasize again, they wanted to steal money. Not recommended

the worst institution I have ever been to. wanted to steal money. the amount was 15.98 euros, I gave the cashier bills: 20.5.1 euros. To get €10 back. He gave change of 2 cents and claimed that we gave him only 16 euros. When asked to look at the camera, he replied with a grin: "of course we can see that you didn't give 20 euros, it will take about an hour." After that, we were attacked by another so-called "boss" who started shouting at us that we were accusing the cashier just like that and "why did we give him 26 euros, if we were supposed to give 16. They answered us all the time and waited for us to just leave , so as not to give money. After a long argument, he still closed the cash register and transferred the money and returned 10 euros to us. Terrible establishment, the cashier is a young guy with a beard who just wanted to steal his money.

These 2 shops at the train station are catastrophic I just ordered 18 hot wings to take away from the big store and didn't notice anything strange because I was in a hurry. When I was on the train I ate a couple of wings and they tasted sour! They smell like fish and I don't think that's normal! I've often eaten KFC and only know what it's supposed to taste like! In January I got 2x18er wings at a small shop at Hamburg train station. That was also so sour and smelled like dead fish. Please ask KFC headquarters to check these 2 stores. It's very annoying that you just throw 16€ of money away in the trash Unfortunately I can't ask for it because I have to keep driving. But honestly

Service disastrous, employees unfriendly, half forgotten and the bill kept so that you can't complain anymore. I don't recommend a visit here for €25 you can eat your fill somewhere else!

Okay per se - typical KFC. Unfortunately I had broken glass in my food.

Food is KFC standard, but the service is really worth mentioning. “EY, what do you want” and disrespect is great. Maybe you should explain to the employees that the customers also bring in their salary. Not recommended unless service is deliberately ignored.

We ordered and paid at the self-service checkout without any problems. When the employee came to us after 10 minutes, he told us that he couldn't do anything because they were available. Then we asked if we would get a refund or a voucher, to which he just responded aggressively and said “we're opening in half an hour, you have to wait”. He didn't care that our train was coming in 10 minutes. In the end we paid money, didn't get any food and were also attacked. Save yourself the disaster.

One cleaner for a full shop. Mr. H. Watches us sit down at a dirty table and Mr. H. prefers to take the broom. I then took the rag myself. The complaint was not taken seriously. After Mr. H. brought dirty tablets into the kitchen, he moved behind the cash register and took one of the chicken wings out of the container and shoved it into his mouth. Hygiene standards here are dismal. Also on the toilet. Pictures and report have been sent to the health department.

I was passing through and, as a father of two children, was looking for a toilet. I tried it in several restaurants. Everyone rejected my 5 year old son. I think it's a shame that I have to pay as an adult - here at KFC my son was allowed to use the toilet - very nice, very quickly - everyone who has children knows how much of a rush it can get. We were helped here. At the counter and also upstairs, very friendly - always for children - next time I'll come with more time and peace and will eat here with my family!!! BIG thank you

The Super Deal Box and the chocolate milkshake were very tasty. Both were available for just under €10 and were therefore relatively cheap. It didn't even take me 7 minutes to wait, which can only be praised. The employees are friendly and nice. A recommendation goes out here.

The fact that the little bearded salesman believes he has a chance with blonde, pretty customers and therefore ignores the older wheelchair users for hours is not only laughable but a reason to get full and satisfied elsewhere.

Unfriendly guy makes small talk behind the counter with another male colleague in a language I don't know. As a result, he forgets to process orders. Customers get impatient, then yell at him about what number they have. Why do such people work there?

For consumption at noon, the waiting time is very short when ordering through the app. The staff is quite friendly. Because I placed an order on the app and was not sure which store it was from (there are two very close to each other), the clerk pointed out which store it was and asked if it was dine-in or takeout. The food is really average. The paper straws that are uniform across Germany are difficult to use; except for the French fries, everything is lukewarm; the chicken wings/wing bases and French fries are very oily (the kind that is shiny); the fried chicken in the burgers is a bit undercooked. The environment is relatively clean, but the chairs are messy. After all, the train station store has a lot of traffic, which is understandable. To sum up, it’s okay to catch a train and have a meal, but if you want to enjoy delicious food, I suggest you check out other KFC stores or other restaurants.

What else can you say about that? Unfriendly staff, the chicken was almost raw and a mini part on the citizen. The tables are dirty and partly covered with bird poop. Absolutely not recommended.

Ordered 6 hot wings, cashier simply enters a menu. Unfortunately only after that Remembered the order, but then didn't want to change it. Then, despite the menu, we didn't even ask what kind of sauce or drink and just put down Cola and ketchup. -> maximum unfriendly, maximum incompetence and maximum inaccommodating. 0/5 stars

Ich weiß nicht, woran es liegt, aber das Essen war vor 2-3 Jahren doch um einiges besser bei KFC. Und es spielt keine Rolle, ob das jetzt in Berlin, München oder wie hier jetzt in Hamburg der Fall ist. Das Burger-Brötchen ist furztrocken und der Belag einfach nur noch matschig und geschmacklich sehr fad. Von "Crispy" oder "Crunchy" merkt man bei den Burgern schon lange nichts mehr. Hähnchemgeschmack? Ist irgendwie nur noch schwer aus zu machen. Außerdem habe ich das Gefühl - gerade bei den kleinen Burgern - das das Verhältnis Brötchen/Belag sich jährlich verschiebt: Aus 30 zu 60 ist eher 60 zu 30 geworden. Wenn man die kleinen Burger aus der Verpackung holt, würde man auf dem ersten Blick vermuten, daß gar nichts drauf ist und man nur ein Brötchen erworben hätte. Das Personal ist bisher immer recht freundlich und das Ambiente in den Filialen ist auch gut (wobei einige Läden doch sehr dreckig sind, was aber dem dort arbeitenden Team geschuldet ist) ... doch das bringt ja alles nichts, wenn das, worum es dem Kunden hauptsächlich geht, nämlich dem Essen, nicht mehr der Qualität von vor ca. 2 - 3 Jahren entspricht. Es hieß mal in der KFC-Werbung: "Ist das noch Fast-Food?" ... Die Frage war damals berechtigt, denn das Essen war wirklich mal um Meilen besser. Heute würde ich diese Frage locker mit einem "Ja" beantworten, weil die Qualität so abgestürzt ist, das man es mittlerweile merkt, das es nicht nur "Fast Food" ist, sondern sogar schlechtes Fast-Food. Schade drum! Ich dachte erst, die auf der Strecke gebliebene Qualität lag an der Filiale, bzw an dem Team, wo ich früher immer essen war, aber nein, es liegt definitiv am Essen selber, denn wie eingangs erwähnt betraf das jetzt mehrere Filialen in mehreren Städten. Weil das Essen Leider echt mies geworden ist, vergebe ich 2 Sterne. Da mir bisher aber nicht schlecht geworden ist von dem Zeugs oder ich irgendwas darin gefunden hätte, was da nicht hinein gehört, wäre es ja unfair, nur einen Stern zu vergeben.

Okayer KFC am Bahnhof. Die Kassiererin war aber richtig langsam was aber auch ein bisschen lustig war. Man bekommt immer das was man bestellt hat. Nicht Top! Hatte Kopfschmerzen nach KFC.

Ich komme hier ziemlich oft, aber meine Bestellung, die Mitarbeiter mir geben, sind immer falsch. Egal, ob ich mit dem Gerät oder personal bestelle. Z.B. fehlende Butter für Mais oder kein extra Chicken, falsche Soße... Wirklich passiert es jedes mal. Deswegen muss man immer checken, ob alles richtig gemacht wurde. FYI: es gibt kein Wifi:/

20min auf einen Wrap gewartet, der dann auch noch mickrig und fad war. Ein kleines bisschen Leistung sollte man eigentlich auch bei Fastfood Ketten erwarten dürfen.

Absoluter Sau Stall. Essen okay aber die Tische wurden vor Erfindung der Dampflokomotive das letzte Mal gewischt.

Nur im Angebot gut und zur Stoßzeit, sonst schmeckt es etwas alt.

Ich nehme dort gelegentlich was für zu Hause mit. Das klappt immer super, manchmal dauert es etwas, manchmal geht es sehr schnell.

Personal leider unterbesetz und aomit lange Wartezeit. Haben 15 Filet Bites bestellt und sahen kleiner aus als gewöhnliche KFC Filialen, dann musste ich zuhause feststellen das die 15 stk. Nur 249g wiegen und keine 269g laut KFC Website. Sind immerhin 20g und somit 1 Filet Bites weniger. Schade...

You can't buy drinks through automatic terminal. Staff can't clean the tables properly, thus it is really dirty.

Eine typische Hauptbahnhof-Filiale. Die Plätze sind so eng, das man fast nicht sitzen kann. Burger, Pommes und Cola hatten alle in etwa die gleiche Temperatur: lauwarm. Ich mag KFC generell eigentlich gerne, aber hier ist es zum abgewöhnen.

Immer wieder mega lecker, gibt es ja leider nicht in Magdeburg
