Absolute Verarsche! Bestellt, nh halbe Stunde gewartet und Bestellung wurde einfach storniert! Alle haben Hunger und zehn Uhr abends gibt’s keine Alternativen mehr… Absolut respektlos!!!!!

Taube im Laden. Man wird bedrängt für ein Gratisgetränk positive Bewertungen abzugeben. Das Essen war schon fertig. Weil wir noch nicht bewertet hatten, wurde es nicht sofort rausgegeben. Als wir nicht bewertet haben, wechselte die Stimmung von freundlich zu unfreundlich. Keine Möglichkeit, sich nach dem fettigen Essen zu waschen, Toiletten seien defekt. Den Mitarbeitern würde ich einen Jobwechsel empfehlen.

Das Essen war gut. Ich hatte die 6er-Kombi mit den gedünsteten Chicken Wings. Die Wings waren perfekt zart und saftig. Die „gedünstete“ Sauce war allerdings wie eine normale Sauce und schmeckte ganz anders als in anderen Ländern. Es gibt Sitzplätze, aber es ist etwas eng und ständig flogen Tauben über uns hinweg. Meine Skepsis trifft den Laden nicht direkt, es sei denn, sie haben die Sauce selbst zubereitet.

Als zahlender Gast,der seine Speisen im Restaurant verzehren möchte,habe ich Anspruch,die dort vorhandenen Toilette zu nutzen. Mir und meinen Kindern wurde der Zutritt zu dieser auf sehr unfreundliche Weise verwehrt,da die Toilette für circa,vielleicht, eventuell, man weiß es nicht (Aussage Mitarbeiter)1,5 Stunden gereinigt werden sollte. Auf den schlechten Service angesprochen,reagierte der Mitarbeiter äußerst unfreundlich,genervt und unprofessionell und beendete das Gespräch sogleich.So was geht wohl nur am Bahnhof mit ganz besonders guten Fachkräften. Die Speisen waren nur lauwarm! Nie wieder!

Sehr schlechter Service und fragwürdige Qualität. Im System kann man Mais mit Butter bestellen und bezahlt diesen auch, allerdings ist keine Butter vorrätig. Eine Rückerstattung wird nicht angeboten. Das Essen wirkt insgesamt nicht frisch. Ich habe Coleslaw bestellt und einen offensichtlich gefrorenen Salat bekommen. Auf meine Beschwerde wurde lediglich mit einem Schulterzucken reagiert. Als ich dann mein Geld zurückverlangen wollte, wurde plötzlich irgendwo aus dem hintersten Teil des Kühlschranks ein anderer Salat ohne jegliche Datumskennzeichnung hervorgeholt. Diesen habe ich aus Sorge um meine Gesundheit direkt entsorgt. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen überlege ich ernsthaft, das Gesundheitsamt einzuschalten. Diese Filiale ist für mich absolut unterirdisch und nicht zu empfehlen.

Sehr unfreundliches Restaurant. Man wird ständig angepöbelt. Ab 23 Uhr bekommt man so gut wie nichts mehr zu essen. Entweder steht das Essen schon 2std da oder die Pommes sind trocken. Jedes mal ist man total genervt wenn man dahin geht. Dagegen müsst ihr echt was tun. Ich bin glaube ich nicht der einzige dem so geht.

Bedienung sprach von 5 Minuten Wartezeit. Dabei blieb es leider nicht. Ich musste Bestellung und Bezahlung dort lassen. Sonst hätte ich den Zug verpasst. Wenn schon Fastfood, dann sollte es das auch sein.

Es roch nach Käse und Hundekot. Im Badezimmer gab es keine Seife (und es roch nach Chlor und Hundekot). Das Essen war kalt.

Wie lange wird man mir noch so wenig Fleisch servieren? Das Personal ist unhöflich und im Laden halten sich Obdachlose auf. Sehr oft wird versucht zu betrügen: In Burgern mit zwei Patties fehlt das zweite, und was die Sauce angeht — davon ist kaum etwas drin. Ich besuche dieses KFC seit drei Jahren und weiß genau, wovon ich spreche."

Tauben flogen durch den Laden, die Kassiererin nahm die falsche Bestellung auf – insgesamt ein chaotisches Erlebnis. Das Hähnchen schmeckte komisch und die Chicken Wings waren kleiner als üblich.

Die Kellner sind unhygienisch. Sie putzen sich die Nase, berühren sich gegenseitig und servieren Essen mit denselben Händen, ohne sie zu waschen.

Ich habe über den Bildschirm am Eingang bestellt und bezahlt. Leider kam der Bestellzettel nicht an. Ich fragte die Mitarbeiter, was ich bestellt hatte, und sie antworteten: „Was haben Sie bestellt?“ Ich antwortete, dass ich zwei Portionen gemischtes Hähnchen mit Getränken bestellt hatte, aber der Bestellzettel kam nicht. Ich zeigte ihnen den Zahlungsbeleg aus der App. Der Mitarbeiter meinte jedoch, dass der Bestellzettel in der Küche hätte kommen müssen, wenn ich über den Bildschirm am Eingang bestellt hätte, was aber nicht der Fall war. Schließlich wurde mir geraten, erneut zu bezahlen und ein bis zwei Tage zu warten. Sollte das Geld nicht auf meinem Konto sein, könne ich wiederkommen und es abholen. Zwei Tage später wurde der Betrag für das Essen abgebucht. Ich wollte das Restaurant per E-Mail oder WhatsApp kontaktieren, aber leider gibt es keine Kontaktmöglichkeit (außer telefonisch). Da ich weit weg wohne, habe ich nicht viel Zeit, dorthin zu fahren. (Ich habe für 4 Portionen bezahlt, aber nur 2 Portionen erhalten.)

Ist das ein innen Restaurant oder ein Tauben Sammelplatz Das Essen ist noch ok, die Mitarbeitenden sind freundlich und schnell. ABER, was für ein ekelhafter Zustand, überall Tauben, auf dem Boden, Seitenblenden und auf den Tischen, was wäre wenn das Ratten wären? Da muss doch das Gesundheitsamt Lösungen finden! Achtung das ist kein KFC Problem sondern vielmehr eins der gesamten Restaurants und Imbissstände. Für mich einfach nur ekelhaft!

Hier sollte unbedingt mal das Gesundheitsamt vorbei schauen. Ich war am 18.02 dort essen, habe den Feedbackbogen ausgefüllt und dort angegeben, dass mich ein Mitarbeiter innerhalb von 48 Stunden kontaktieren soll.(um weitere Infos zu erhalten.) Heute ist der 04.03 und es hat sich niemand gemeldet.... Hygienisch ist dieses Restaurant nicht tragbar. Während ich auf meine Bestellung gewartet habe, hat sich ein Mitarbeiter mit einem "Gast" unterhalten. Soweit so gut. Allerdings kamen dann auch andere Mitarbeiter aus der Küche nach vorne, haben dem "Gast" die Hand geschüttelt und sind wieder in der Küche verschwunden ( Hände waschen?? Fehlanzeige). Der Mitarbeiter hat dann angefangen Ketchup und Becher für mich auf das Tablett zu stellen.Nun haben der "Gast" und der Mitarbeiter dann angefangen mit dem Ketchup zu "spielen". Nachdem meine Bestellung dann fertig war, bin ich in den Gastbereich um mich zu setzen. Völlig entsetzt sieht man dann dort: Taubenkot auf dem Boden, Taubenkot auf den Tischen, defekte Fußleisten.... Wie kann so ein Restaurant geöffnet sein? ( warum macht das Gesundheitsamt in Hamburg da nichts ?) Andere Gastro-Betriebe haben auch mit den Tauben zu kämpfen, sind aber sauber.....

Also essen war erstaunlich kalt und ja, es geht mir zum Zeitpunkt des Schreibens dieser Rezension so dermaßen dreckig, dass ich jedem abraten würde, auch nur annähernd das Risiko zu gehen, hier zu essen

Ein Stern ist sogar noch zu viel. Neben nicht eingehaltenen Hygienestandards sind die Produkte teilweise LANGE über den Haltezeiten. Des weiteren kann ich dort essen noch weniger empfehlen, da die Wandelhalle bis zum Rand mit tauben gefüllt ist und diese sich dementsprechend breit machen, überall defäkieren und auf die Tische fliegen. 0/10, da esse ich lieber gar nichts.

Wir waren schon öfter dort essen, aber heute habe ich mir geschworen, nie wieder hinzugehen. Das Hähnchen war kalt, die Stücke bestanden nur aus Knochen, der Salat schmeckte schlecht und die Pepsi war ungenießbar. Der Service war wie immer schlecht (unhöflich), und jetzt, nach sechs Stunden, habe ich Magenschmerzen.

Ich bekam einen Doppelburger umsonst und eine Taube hat auf meinen Freund gekackt.

Völlig versiffter Laden. Überall im Inneren laufen Tauben, auch auf den Tischen. Die Toiletten stinken erheblich nach Urin. Nie wieder.

Ich war gerade bei KFC und wünschte, ich hätte vorher die Bewertungen gelesen. Ich hatte 16 Hot Wings mit großen Pommes bestellt. Der Typ gab mir aber nur mittlere Pommes. Ich bat ihn, mir den Kassenbon mitzugeben, damit ich ihm das Gegenteil beweisen konnte, aber er blieb dabei. Zum Glück hörte mich ein Kollege und fragte nach meiner Bestellnummer. Er bestätigte am Automaten, dass ich große Pommes bestellt hatte, und gab mir dann noch eine mittlere Portion. Jetzt werde ich die Wings zu Hause nachzählen und hoffe, dass es wirklich 16 sind. Dem Typen war es nämlich völlig egal, er wollte wohl nur das Geld der Leute verschwenden. Keine Entschuldigung, nichts. Das heißt wohl, er macht das öfter und absichtlich. Echt schade! Ich werde da nie wieder hingehen und kann es auch niemandem empfehlen.

Genau die richtige Adresse für den Stopfen und den Eimer, den Sie wollten, ich liebe es und wünschte, Sie würden einen Laden näher an Rendsburg eröffnen.

Nobody speaks English here. Literally. No employee. How is that possible for such a touristic place as Hamburg? Very chaotic too. No order. 1/10. Wouldn’t recommend…

The most disgusting fast-food restaurant I've ever seen. We ordered a bucket that only contained 6 out of 8 filet bites. We didn't notice this until we took the food outside. I couldn't eat a single bite in the restaurant. There was trash and food littering the floor in the seating area. Several pigeons were pecking at the food, and when one flew over my head, we ran. My friend later told me that a pigeon had also come out of the kitchen! I'm done with KFC for now!

Absolutely terrible! The staff are unfriendly and look at you like you're not welcome. They also ignore you when you try to order. I left without ordering anything. Such behavior is simply unacceptable; how can they hire people like that?! Take a page out of KFC Reeperbahn's book – always friendly, helpful (no matter the time), and they have great special offers at closing time!

Very bad place, even worse employees.

They can probably only stay in business because they keep getting new customers who don't read the reviews beforehand. Working here is definitely not something they invented; it's not the place if you want a job. The fries were completely soggy, almost inedible.

The food I ordered online arrived cold and half of it was missing. No one answers the phone, and I know why. I can't recommend ordering from them.

The guy at the front desk is completely unacceptable. He publicly insults his colleagues. I waited 25 minutes for my order, and that shouldn't happen at the main train station. He should be stuck behind the sink where no one can see him. Since I had to wait 25 minutes, I left without my food. I paid at the terminal, but I had to catch my train. I paid 15 euros for nothing.

Worst KFC I've ever eaten in my entire life. It tasted exactly like latex smells. A truly bizarre place.

Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a Colonel Burger for €7. It was just a bun with a dollop of sauce and a tiny bite on it, about the size of a chicken nugget. Completely outrageous. They clearly don't have any hygiene. Everything was dirty, sticky, and musty... Yuck!

The most disgusting thing I have ever experienced. Pigeon droppings everywhere in the restaurant, with pigeons on the tables. The order was botched and the food was presented unappetizingly. The staff were demotivated and resigned. I couldn't eat a single bite. Truly a first and last time I'll ever eat there. Disgusting and a health hazard.

Honestly? It was very chaotic and a very disappointing experience with KFC. Decided to order here while waiting for my train as it’s been a long time since I had KFC. I used the machines to order. They didn’t use the electronic system to call out orders, figured it’s probably broken. The three guys working there all looked clueless and every order was done in a few short minutes which could be nice if they were also warmed up. I got a lukewarm twister wrap and some soggy fries that definitely werent as advertised (too thick) with two additional chicken strips on top as if to silence me about the sorry state of the order. They were just starting to fry a new batch so I’m guessing they chose to give me someone’s rejected order instead of waiting. It was also in a big paper bag rather than a fries bag as you would expect, that’s why I suspect this. The chicken taste was okay, but I was already grossed out by the fries and didn’t enjoy my meal. I’ll definitely avoid this KFC.

Nobody washes their hands. I've been there four times, and three times I felt really sick afterward. Once it was okay. But as others have described, it feels like they make a large batch of food several times a day, which is then kept warm for quite a while. I was there for 30 minutes and I didn't even hear water being run. People were putting their hands in their mouths and then touching the food. The hygiene is appalling. There were pigeons everywhere in the place, and the employees were yelling the whole time. Well, I've given the place a few chances now. I think if they made the burgers fresh and at least adhered to basic hygiene standards, it might be okay. But it just tastes strange, and you can forget about the next day because you feel so awful. That was my last time there. But it's at the main train station, so they're always finding new customers, meaning the place will probably stay like this forever. It's a real shame. Oh well.

1 star – Never again! I ordered through Lieferando. It said delivery would take 30-40 minutes, but now over two hours have passed and there's no food, no information, and no one is reachable. You can't get through to anyone on the phone, and if you complain, nobody cares. Honestly: that was the last time. I'll never order food from here again. Really disappointing.

This isn't a restaurant, it's a casino. You're gambling on whether you'll actually get your food. Unfortunately, I waited for an hour and ended up with neither the food I ordered nor a refund. The "manager" messed up the order but refused to admit it, even when I showed the order confirmation and payment proof. "No food, no refund. Go call the police if you want." The best KFC ever.

Please find someone competent! Most customers have a train to catch, 20min long of waiting is really too much. We have to miss the train or give up the food.

Wow, it's abysmal. I bought a meal with my last penny. They handed me a bag and a cup. I was supposed to fill my own drink. Other customers pushed me into a corner, gave me a panic attack, figured out the machine after five minutes, but only water came out, and then I was chased away without a drink. Don't go there. You won't get what they promised, and no one will help you. He was a man.

The single worst experience at a KFC. The staff were more than rude. Fries half cooked. Never again for this place.

Food was worse than roadside foodcarts back home. Cold old zinger burger, salty nuggets, and the worst, french fries, smelling like lube oil. Old feied in pretty old oil. Before a long journey, i wanted some good food, not these.

Unfortunately, we're out of corn in stock. Ordered a 9-piece box meal; the chicken wings are delicious, crispy, and the fries are a bit soggy, which is great! It's exactly the KFC you want. Service is actually quite good. Only when plans change, the employees can be a bit difficult. Ideal for drive-thru or takeout!

Burgers weren't fresh. Too many burgers were prepared and kept warm, so some were already very dry and hard. The checkout process took a while, even though there was no business.

Horrible experience. The chicken pieces weren't actually breaded; there was a kind of mushy breading clinging to the meat. I ate half of it, and then I was afraid I would get sick. I'm so sorry that a chicken had to die for this horrible meal.

Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a vegetarian burger and a portion of mashed potatoes with gravy from KFC. What did I get? Four non-vegetarian chicken breast strips and just the gravy without the mashed potatoes. This is not only grossly negligent, but borders on intentional fraud. There should be no confusion, especially when labeling vegetarian dishes – they completely failed here. And who on earth would think of simply serving the sauce without the mashed potatoes? This sauce is served with the mashed potatoes as standard. That wasn't an oversight; it was simply disrespectful to the customer. Once and never again. Absolutely impudent.

Ordered two large fries. Received a can of fries. Asked if they were two large fries. Was told yes. Absolutely unacceptable. I feel cheated.

Very deceptive menu. Ordered from the self service station, ended up getting a different delivery. Service was very sloppy, attempting to bulk all orders on a single tray.

We ordered for almost 70 euros! Half of the food arrived incorrectly, and two Zinger burgers were missing. No one was available by phone, and the food tasted so bad we thought it was from the morning before. Never again from this place. It's all about the eye, but this one made our stomachs churn.

Went there yesterday night. The manager was not nice. The sauce I wanted was out of stock, so I asked for a refund and he said me no. So I changed to a cheaper sauce and he only gave me one. I missed ingredients in my burgers. Lukewarm. Not good service.

Absolutely sad. The staff here clearly has no clue what they're doing. I placed my order online and went to pay at the checkout. There, I was ignored for about a minute while the cashier chatted with his colleague. While I was still busy paying with my card, he simply went back with his colleague and didn't come back for a while. I had to get my receipt myself, and a few very confused customers were left behind in the line. A short time later, I was handed a bag of food at the checkout counter. Surprised that it had happened so quickly, I specifically asked for the order number, to which the employee nodded. A short time later, it turned out that the bag I had received had absolutely nothing to do with my order. When I returned and complained, the cashier didn't even bother to apologize, but simply annoyedly handed me a bag that actually matched my order. And the fries weren't cooked at all, but slimy and soggy. Absolute disaster. I'll never eat here again and advise everyone else not to. Especially since there's a much better and apparently more competent KFC outside on the east side.

By far the unfriendliest staff at the main station. The quality of the food is terrible and everything is very unhygienic.

I was at KFC with my mother and we ordered a bucket, two fries and two drinks. Unfortunately the employee forgot our drinks twice, even though we pointed it out to her, and we weren't given the fries at all

The experience is indescribable. A similar level of depression and desolation can probably only be found in a net. If the Colonel saw the state of KFC, he wouldn't even turn in his grave. He would start spinning at 20 revolutions per second, as if his rotting corpse had been put into a centrifuge, and even that would be less torture than the experience I had today. It all started when I ordered a Deal Bucket and a Super Deal Box (it wasn't super). That was a fatal mistake on my part. Not only did I subject myself to disgusting food (I'll report on that in more detail), I also made life much more difficult for the poor cashier when I also wanted the three missing products. Her face was an empty shell of sadness and despair. You could see that the store had sucked all the happiness, hopes and dreams out of her. I only lasted about 20 minutes, the thought of entering this hole every day would mentally torture me. Now comes the really bad part, the food. I respect KFC's savings program, but giving up any spices on the chicken is a bit too much. I've eaten meat substitutes in my life that tasted more like meat than this "chicken." You might as well save the fries. Simply keep the box the next time you order from Amazon and eat it promptly. Then you get the same sticky lukewarm experience as in KFC. However, depending on your own home situation, it may be cleaner than in the store. With the amount of dirt and food on the floor, they act as an all you can eat buffet for rats. By the way, the drink tasted okay, but I wouldn't be surprised if they messed it up somehow. In the end I paid €20 (two people) and neither of us were really full. Looking back, it would also be more pleasant to fast for the rest of the month than to eat the food. I was only in the store because I had this nostalgic memory as a child. A nice shop, good prices and delicious food. I got a crack joint where you get ripped off. My recommendation is to check the trash cans for leftover food from other stores instead of eating there.

Small KFC branch with few seats. I had the Super Deal Box there for €5.99. The meat had a stale taste and the fries had a soggy texture. From this it can be concluded that, on the one hand, the items were kept for far too long and the fries were also not fried properly. Conclusion: Once and never again... Even though this is fast food, you can expect a certain level of quality.

The food tasted great and was reasonably priced

Anything but fresh, the store. 10 euros for a burger that was almost raw inside. The sauce tasted okay. The 10 euros also included a child's handful of frozen fries that tasted like flour and weren't even salted. At least the poor food came after a minute and they gave me lots of napkins too. You had to bottle the Cola yourself, which tasted like old, stale water, from a dubious-looking machine. The seating area was relatively dirty. That's why MEGA people were there. However, avoid this place and get something to eat somewhere else.

I want to pay money and waste my time. Even though I came to Germany, I have to eat KFC even if I die. If you are not like this, do not eat it. You can only order at the kiosk and pay at the counter. Be careful because you have to pay to cook the food. The staff service was terrible and I was waiting for food, but they arbitrarily erased all the waiting numbers on the machine, so I had to wait another 10 minutes. I've seen locals wait and just tear up their receipts and leave. Pigeons inside the station fly around here, hygiene is not good, and the food is just not tasty. Just go to the bakery inside the station.

The KFC in Hamburg Central Station is an absolute disaster and a total waste of money. The chicken was disgusting - cold, dry and completely tasteless, as if it had been cooked days ago and then poorly reheated. The consistency was rubbery and there was hardly any meat on the pieces. For the prices they charge, I expected at least something edible, but it was the biggest letdown. I threw most of it away because it was inedible. On top of that, the restaurant was dirty – garbage everywhere, sticky tables and a disgusting smell in the air. The staff was unfriendly and didn't seem interested in the customers at all. Honestly, I feel ripped off. Don't waste your money here - it's not worth a cent.

Between fleeting shadows and rushing figures, where longing for food meets haste, there is a temple of deep frying, and yet – it crumbles in time like dry bread. I entered, a fool in hungry hope, the scent promised sin, but it offered only deceit. Fat soaks the air, sluggish, oppressive, as if every pore were suffocating with shame. The chicken, a tough betrayal, breaded sorrow in a crumbling crust, promises crispness, but it collapses into dust, a dry bite, an endless chewing, as if time twists in endless torment. The fries – wilted yellow, limp and tired, slain by salt, abandoned by love. A squishy curse trapped in cardboard boxes, without hope, without soul. And the service? Cold faces, a smile as distant as the sun in the fog. Looks that slide through you, as if you were just a shadow, an annoying drop in the constant stream of haste. But the worst – the silence afterwards, where digestion rests as heavy as lead and the certainty gnaws: I haven't eaten, I just suffered.

There is an employee at the checkout who makes harassing comments to every woman who walks past the KFC. This is the KFC in the Wandelhalle (next to Subway, Bowl & Sushi etc.)

I'm sorry but the store should be closed, which doesn't have to be the case. We paid almost €30 for drinks and a large bucket. I like to spend money and am not stingy, but this money hurt my soul for something like that. It started with the places, dirty, left on the side. I only ate 2 out of 24, as did my companion. It was so disgusting, there was blood in the meat, the crust was so disgusting, but everything wasn't crispy. My ice tea drink tasted like rotten ice tea, as if it was being sold again with syrup and sugar in an attempt to cover up the bitter taste. During the night I got the worst upper abdominal pain there is, my left side on the chest where the heart is located hurt so much, I had such a feeling of pressure, I really thought it would be over in a moment, especially the upper pain + the upper abdominal pain Combination. We simply threw away the bucket and the drinks, full and untouched, as if I had thrown €30 in the trash - had the same effect. Never again !!!!!!!!!

Ten euros for six fingernail-sized, dry pieces. Bah.

I have never had such a disastrous experience at KFC! Visiting Hamburg Central Station was the biggest mistake of all. The chicken wings I ordered were not only disgusting but also full of HARES! Yes, you read that right – hair! There were several and they looked like they came straight from the kitchen. It was just disgusting and unacceptable. The entire meal was a disaster: greasy, cold and completely tasteless. I wonder how something like this can happen in a fast food restaurant that actually expects a certain standard. The service was just as bad - no accommodation, no apology, nothing. As if all that wasn't enough, the store itself was dirty and untidy. I will never enter this KFC again. Anyone who eats here is playing with their health – and with their stomach. What a disgrace!

I am very disappointed with my visit to this KFC. I ordered two Crispy Burger Chili Cheese from the machine and added bacon and cheese as an extra for €1.90. When we received our order the extras were not included in the burgers. After asking for the burger to be corrected, I got it back with just cheese and had to ask again to make it right. The fries were cold and had obviously been made a long time ago. What shocked me further was the fact that pigeons fly into the restaurant and sit on the tables. This is extremely unhygienic and absolutely unacceptable. A disappointing experience - I will definitely avoid this location.

The cashier argued with me and said that he gave 30 euros even though he only gave me 10 euros instead of 26 euros. Then one of his employees comes and addresses me as "eyy" which is very disrespectful. They say "The customer is king" but apparently this store doesn't exist.

On November 14th around 12:30 p.m. I was at the KFC in Wandelhalle with a group of friends. We ordered seven meals from menu number 4 and the bill came to around 90 euros. The cashier informed us that payment was only possible in cash as card payments were not accepted. However, after we paid the amount, no receipt was given to us.
