Food was tasty, prepare very fast. There is a lot of space inside but you must pay (1€) for toilet even if you guest.

This is why people go to mcdonalds. 🤮🤮

To be honest, we thought there was absolutely nothing we could expect at midnight, but we were surprised at how clean this Burger King is. The staff seems really well organized, we got our food very quickly. Really good by Burger King standards. The only negative point is that, despite ordering, there is a charge for using the toilet. The lady asked for €2. We gratefully gave up.

So...what can I say? First of all: Anyone who expects a special Burger King because it is on the Reeperbahn will be disappointed. Well...the store is actually very clean, a bit dirty but that's not a bad thing. The terminals are ok but very small. Otherwise the staff is very friendly. But it could be a little faster. Otherwise a great Burger King.

For the first and last time in this branch. Our order (two burgers, fries, onion rings and sauce) came without sauce. When asked, they said it was not available - a note when handing it over would have been appropriate. The alternative sauce was served in dirty packaging. My Double Whopper had old, over-fried patties - inedible. Only the side dishes were good. My wife thought her burger was OK. Overall disappointing visit, not recommended.

Unfortunately, the waiting time is always too long. People don't feel like waiting. Food is okay

Small BK branch on the Reeperbahn. Unfortunately, the burger and dessert offerings are a bit slimmed down here. Apparently there aren't any offers for which an ice cream machine is needed. The cookies and brownies were also not available during our visit. Too bad! Overall it was clean here. We've seen worse. The staff was nice and friendly.

The toilet costs €1, and without paying, you can't even get in as a guest to wash your hands. Big King is only half the size it used to be. The staff isn't particularly qualified, I don't like the food anymore, and it really annoyed us.

The food was okay. The lady at the counter was completely overwhelmed, but super, super nice! The ambiance and decor were a bit dated.

1 star is even too much. Firstly, the food is incomplete, then unfriendly as hell and you even have to pay for the toilets even if you eat there. Unfortunately there are no minus stars where I could have given -5 stars.

Since when do you have to pay to go to the bathroom at Burger King? And the worst part is, if you want to pay in cash, you only get on the list for your meal after you've paid. Everyone who paid with a card and came after me could already eat. I waited 20 minutes, threw down the receipt, and then finally got my food after 15 minutes.

Very clean, fast and fresh service, but a part was missing and no ice cream was given. The employee said nothing and instead put a fruit puree on our tablet.

I ate there today and probably the last time. The orders are put together slowly; people prefer to talk to their colleagues in the back instead of processing the customers' orders. My chicken nuggets were only lukewarm and way too hard, only the fries were hot and tasty. There are also fries and napkins on the floor but you don't have time because you'd rather talk to your colleagues in the back. The toilet is clean and you should give the woman a small tip. Still, I won't come again.

The burger was cold and the patty was fried half to death. The fries were also only lukewarm. I had a student job at BK in Berlin. Our standards were high, we would have written off such goods as “waste” but never served them to a customer. It's just sad and disgusting what is presented here as Home of the Wopper. Absolutely not recommended. There is only one BK in Hamburg that serves hot and fresh and it is on Kieler Straße. The neighborhood is just a tourist trap.

Relaxed location pretty central. Front area really clean and a few places to sit. A few terminals to order or directly at the counter. There are significantly more seating options further back. Minus point: the toilets are still managed by BK but by external service providers. 1€ per toilet use. Unusual, because in every other BK I've been to, it's free to use. Otherwise a typical Burger King.

1€ to use a badly kept bathroom even after having bought food

Fries and burgers cold, cola warm and non-carbonated. When asked, the waitress (short, short, curly hair, nose ring) reacted in a disproportionately unfriendly and annoyed manner. Quote: “Cola Diet and Zero are always non-carbonated.” Oh, right.

I was treated very rudely and no one wanted to help me. Nobody spoke German and it was very, very anti-social there.

Outrageous toilet rip-off despite paid for food! The food was as usual at Burger King - nothing special, but exactly what you'd expect. The ambience was also fine. But what is absolutely unacceptable is the toilet rip-off in this store! Even as a paying guest you are forced to pay 1 euro for the toilet. Children are also insulted in an unfriendly manner if they do not pay immediately. This is simply outrageous and anti-customer! You feel compelled to pay for something that should of course be free in a restaurant - especially if you spend money on food and drinks there. Perhaps the tax office should take a look at whether this income is even recorded correctly. Because this impression is absolutely obvious here! This was the last visit to this store for me. Anyone who treats paying guests like this doesn't deserve another visit.

A good branch with a drink refill option. They got my order mixed up and served me with a cheeseburger instead of a double, they quickly made a new one and let me keep the cheeseburger as well. Pay €1 to use the bathroom when you have consumed in the restaurant?!

There is an advertisement outside that says “Recup” next to the Burger King products. You enter the store and want to hand in Recup “Let’s not do that anymore” "Oh! It's outside." That was a few months ago. And months later, the poster is hanging unchanged; it contains Recup advertising. Why advertise if it doesn't work that way anymore? Does the state or city have to intervene every time because of the wrong billboard? Or can you just keep it up to date? Keeping it current was also mentioned when we visited months ago, the staff and the store don't seem to care whether you present yourself well and correctly outside, billboard with Recup? Let's do it, even if we don't have it anymore, let it hang like that. Fatal attitude

Underground, preferably NO star! Sunday evening, dead pants in the restaurant: Burger cold, fries ice cold, new ones received after complaint, tiny portion sold as king size (for over €4!!! - they would have been better and more at the Christmas market 5m further on for €1 fewer!) Tables in the restaurant are all smeared with dirt, the employee who sits at the toilets only wipes away the crumbs with his bare hand. When leaving the shop, I saw that the used tray was only shaken out once and then with the same one (the one we used !!!) Paper goes back into circulation! Never ever, give this store a wide berth! There are plenty of other delicious things in the vicinity, for example the Kleine Pause on Wohlwillstrasse

Never again! I order churros with cinnamon and sugar and ice cream. Instead I get the churros in soaked strawberry sauce which is terribly sweet and I don't like it and no ice cream which I had to pay for. There are apparently no branch managers here and only after energetic demands did I get a replacement. The toilet woman is the only ray of sunshine here.

In contrast to most other branches, here you know what to do and do it quickly, promptly and even in a friendly manner. Unfortunately it seems to be the only shop in Hamburg that understands what fast food means. Thanks guys, keep it up.

For a Burger King, this place is pretty modern. Even at night during the week it was relatively clean. A lady is standing at the toilets and wants some change. The close proximity to Herbertstrasse doesn't make the roast fat either. The food was generally ok if you have no other options and are about to starve.

Stupid loading - now it doesn't accept your collected crowns from the app or any coupons. think they are better than all other Burger King shops - even the toilet costs €1 - smh 😔

The very aggressive toilet attendant was incredibly unfriendly on a Saturday lunchtime at 12:00 p.m.! Even if you ate there, you have to pay one euro! I didn't have any change with me, so she reluctantly agreed. The toilet was incredibly dirty, toilet seats were broken. The food was cold and the employees at MCD were incredibly unfriendly. Give the store a wide berth!

I completely understand the unique challenges this branch presents on a Saturday night, but I found the level of lack of service outstanding. No 'hello', no 'goodbye'. Nothing. Only unfriendly whispers and silence. What I found particularly bad was the hygienic condition of the employee who operated the cash register. Looking at the dirty, unkempt nails really made me lose my appetite and I was glad that another employee handed me my order. (This one could also communicate👏) Especially in a restaurant (regardless of what type) a certain minimum standard should at least be adhered to. I would have liked to go to one of the terminals, but the queues were totally confusing and people kept pushing their way forward. Especially when you're drunk, it's not possible to find the right snake, which of course leads to a lot of additional and avoidable displeasure in the dining room.

Incredibly unfriendly staff. Now you might think that it's a problem with the location, but the last three times I was there on Sunday afternoon, so there was absolutely nothing going on.
