They make you pay for using the Bathroom, I didn't have anything smaller than 50 euro notes so I offered card despite being certain you're not supposed to pay at BK. Toilet lady was very rude and aggressive. Manger was completely useless.. he wouldn't even show up

It's just outrageous that I seriously have to pay €1 to go to the toilet after eating. I had no cash and even showed the lady at the toilet my wallet. Ladies and Gentlemen I am writing to you to express my disappointment at the condition of the Burger King restaurant in Hamburg. I visited the restaurant and was shocked at the state of the food and service. The food was cold and of poor quality, even moldy and the staff was unfriendly and didn't speak German. I complained to the manager of the restaurant but he was not helpful. He told me there was nothing he could do because the staff came from 125 different nations and it was difficult to train everyone. I believe this is not an excuse. I expect the staff in a restaurant in Germany to be able to speak German. I also complained to Burger King headquarters, but I only received an automated response. Something always doesn't work or "we don't accept coupons" - absolute disaster Recently, there is also no active interaction with the staff, as the menu is only selected at the terminal. Totally unfriendly Every time I'm there there's always stress and every time there's a mentally ill guy there (or at least that's what it looks like) at the checkout He's short, strangely built, has a few gray hairs and runs back and forth like a madman.

You feel welcome in NO way! The staff are really not very welcoming and seem as if they hate tourists. The woman who cooks the food looks at you uncomfortably and creepy. When me and my mother went to use the toilet, there was a man watching us and forced us to wash our fingers (we used alcohol after borrowing the toilet) We also tried to use the self-service checkout, but when we approached the staff about the machine not responding, they refused to help us and we wanted to leave the place

Heute war ich in Reeperbahn Bürger king und habe mir doppelten vigitarische Bürger in Menü bestellt und es war wirklich lecker nicht wie in Mundsburg BK. Die am Theke war auch sehr nett und freundlich.

Awful place. Stinks of urine, they gave us reheated food from the microwave (denied it, said Let me see, and gave us fresh made (because i stood watching) Then they have the nerve to try and charge for the toilet with some old lady sitting asking for money, even for clients.

Das Essen war lecker, aber nicht mehr ganz warm. Die Pfandbecher sind abzocke. Man bestellt ein Getränk mit 0,4 Liter und man bekommt nur einen 0,3 Liter Mehrwegbecher.

Freundliche Bedienung gibt Hinweis wen man zur Toilette muss Bon mitnehmen als Beweis ohne geht es nicht .

Früher vor 15-20 Jahren war das die Adresse! Es ist nicht mehr das was es mal war. Das Personal war nett das war es dann aber auch. Die Qualität vom Essen war nicht so doll!

Nicht unbedingt ein BK zum empfehlen. Liegt allerdings auch stark an der Lage. Zum Abend hin wird's nervig, wenn man Raustritt und einem die Straßendirnen permanent auf die Nerven gehen. Essen: BK ist jetzt zwar nicht bekannt für seine kulinarische Küche, allerdings hat man bei anderen Franchisenehmern schon besser gegessen bzw. das Essen schmeckte auch nach dem was man bestellt hat. Service: Wie für fast jedes Lokal auf dem Kiez gilt auch hier, Boden klebt, Toiletten haben ein ganz eigenes Bouquet. Personal: alles drin, von hilfsbereit bis genervt ist alles da. Ambiente: Es versprüht das angenehme Feeling einer Bahnhofsvorhalle. (wie gesagt, ist zum großen Teil dem Publikum und der Lage geschuldet) Fazit: Im Notfall, wenn man einen richtigen Fetzen im Gesicht und der Alkoholhunger zuschlägt, eine Rettung. Für einen Burger zwischendurch, neige ich persönlich eher zum Hesburger

Gepflegtes und sauberes Schnellrestaurant. Abläufe wirke ruhig und organisiert und die Wartezeit war kurz obwohl kaum Kunden da waren und fast alles zubereitet werden musste. Das krasse Gegenteil zum BK in meiner Heimatstadt.

Ehrlich gesagt nicht sehr schön. Meiner Meinung nach hat Burger King generell / auch in Wien / stark an Flair verloren

Personal trotz stressiger Situation mitten in der Nacht sehr fix und freundlich, Essen in Ordnung. Ich habe wieder einmal festgestellt das mir das BurgerKing Essen einfach nicht schmeckt. Obwohl dieser BurgerKing mitten auf der Reeperbahn ist war er augenscheinlich sehr Sauber. Das Personal recht freundlich.

Drei Bestellungen, alle 3 falsch. Beim reklamieren/tauschen auch noch angepampt vom Personal.

Ein Standard Burgerking halt. Vorsicht kostenpflichtige Toiletten. Mit Kassenbon aber frei. Aussicht direkt auf die Davidwache.

It is located in a bohemian region so there are many drunk people around. In Hamburg it's very common having to pay to use toilet even if you're consuming.

Essen und Service war okay, Burger King halt :-) Finde es nur eine Frechheit, das die Toilettendame fast übergriffig wird wenn man, als zahlender BK Kunde, beim Reingehen in die Toilette keine 50cent gibt - sondern beim rausgehen. Das es kein öffentliches Klo ist, ist klar. Soll auch jeder sein Geld bekommen aber das ist wirklich keine Art... Ansprechen an der Kasse brachte nichts.

We ate three double cheese burger meals and one chili cheese burger meal. They took out our hungriness, tasted well, but nothing special pros or cons. Knowledge of English wasn't very good.

Was soll man dazu sagen? Ich war mit meinen Kindern und meinem Mann nach einem kurzen erkundungstrip dort essen. Das Personal kann nicht richtig Deutsch. Den Kindern hatten wir jeden eine Junior Tüte bestellt. Mein Sohn,9 Jahre, bekam anstelle eines Fruchttigers eine Cola. Meine Tochter,8 Jahre, bekam gar kein Getränk, ebenso fehlte der Ketchup zu den Pommes. Mein 6 jähriger Sohn bekam auch kein Ketchup. Ebenso fehlte bei jedem Kind das Spielzeug. Bei mir wurde der 2te Burger vergessen. Die Brötchen waren hart. Auf der Herrentoilette lagen benutzte Spritzen. Der gesamte Laden war schmutzig. Ich beobachtete, wie ein Herr bestellen wollte und trotz Bedienung an der Kasse, wurde er 5 min lang nicht bedient, bis er genervt das Lokal verließ. Meiner Meinung nach, die beste Entscheidung. In diesen Laden sollte keiner gehen. Er sollte geschlossen werden!!!!! Einfach nur Ekelhaft und unkompetentes Personal.

Unfreundlich, schmutzig. Diesen Laden sollte jeder meiden. Obwohl ich gerade Burger King gerne mag. Die Unfreundlichkeit und das Gemecker der männlichen Mitarbeiter ist unzumutbar.

Ich war schön öfter hier, das Personal ist freundlich aber sehr langsam. Es kommt auch immer wieder zu Verständigungsschwierigkeiten mangels deutsche Sprachkenntnisse. Der Eingangsbereich ist nicht einladend. Aber heute war ich das letzte Mal dort. Ich konnte leider nichts essen, weil mir beim Hereinkommen eine Urinwolke entgegenschlug, so dass mir sofort der Appetit vergangen ist. Schade . Es gibt auch saubere Filialen.

Dieser Arbeitgeber ist sehr schlecht. Man wird wie dreck behandelt, das Geld kommt nie pünktlich und es werden mehr Abzüge gemacht als es sollte. Eine Managerin ist extrem inkompetent. Während der Laden voll ist und man ganz alleine an der Kasse ist ohne Küche, wobei die Managerin die Küche übernehmen sollte, tut sie es nicht. Lieber telefoniert sie unnötig und lässt einen mit den ganzen Kunden vorne alleine. Sehr sehr schlecht!

Die Bürger sind trocken mit souce wird gespart und die Nuggets sind trocken und zerfallen fast von selbst...! Nach dem Essen habe ich die Toilette besucht habe aber das Schild nicht beachtet... 1. Die Toiletten sind dreckig 2.fast nicht beleuchtet 3. Die putzfrau ist extrem unfreundlich da ich nach meinem,,Besuch" auf der Toilette von ihr angeschrien wurde was mir einfallen würde nicht zu bezahlen... Nachdem ich ihr freundlich mitgeteilt habe das ich grad kein Geld bei mir habe und sagte das ich hier gesessen habe schrie sie mich weiter an... Darauf hin hat sie sich mit einem anderem Kunden unterhalten. Als ich gehen wollte weil ich es eilig hatte schubste sie mich mit voller Wucht nach hinten so das Leute dazwischen gehen mussten! Werde bei diesem burgerking nicht mehr essen gehen! Kundenservice wird hier ganz klein geschrieben!
