Burger King in Hamburg

Jedes mal zum mitnehmen, (auch nur bei zwei Artikeln) ständig das falsche bekommen. Ich würde gerne das mitnehmen, was ich auch bestellt habe. Nicht mehr, und nicht weniger.

Coupons don't work. Staff apparently don't know why.

I completely understand the unique challenges this branch presents on a Saturday night, but I found the level of lack of service outstanding. No 'hello', no 'goodbye'. Nothing. Only unfriendly whispers and silence. What I found particularly bad was the hygienic condition of the employee who operated the cash register. Looking at the dirty, unkempt nails really made me lose my appetite and I was glad that another employee handed me my order. (This one could also communicate👏) Especially in a restaurant (regardless of what type) a certain minimum standard should at least be adhered to. I would have liked to go to one of the terminals, but the queues were totally confusing and people kept pushing their way forward. Especially when you're drunk, it's not possible to find the right snake, which of course leads to a lot of additional and avoidable displeasure in the dining room.

A very great shop! If you get kicked out with “Yallah” just because a cleaner wants to mop - congratulations!

I ordered and paid with the card and suddenly all the devices went off... And they said we didn't get your order. You're not even allowed to use the toilet as a guest when you eat here. If you are treated so stupidly, the service of the toilet people is not worth it if you are forced to pay beforehand without having seen the toilet! Unfriendly and impossible!

Incredibly unfriendly staff. Now you might think that it's a problem with the location, but the last three times I was there on Sunday afternoon, so there was absolutely nothing going on. They definitely don't see themselves as service providers. You are treated as if you were lucky to have just been deemed worthy of receiving food there. I've known the shop for 20 years now, I've lived around the corner for 10 and it's always been that way for me. How can a company care how its customers are treated?! Even if it is a franchise burger joint, as a licensor you still have to value your reputation. I had also thought about secretly filming the whole thing. Since you have a 100% guarantee that you will be treated like that there, you could quickly get a good documentation together...

Everything was very clean when I visited. Only using the toilet, even if you eat something there, costs money.

Unqualified staff, the order clearly states 3 meals to take away, I got 2, unfortunately I only noticed it in the car 20 minutes later. And unfortunately 3 meals were paid at the terminal. The food was good. Well, Reeperbahn, there are emotional construction sites everywhere. I have to say that for what the employees see and have to endure every day, they have extremely strong nerves. Unbelievably, I ordered 2 large portions of fries and got 2 small ones even though I had to ask 3 times whether they were really big ones. Given the price, the operator should have noticed that himself. Sad and totally cheeky. I hope it doesn't happen that often. Total fraud for me

I am deeply indignant, I ordered something to eat and paid for it, then I wanted to go to the toilet because the man at the door wanted €1 even though I was a customer twice with a receipt, he still wanted €1, then I left and didn't go to the toilet Complained where I wasn't taken seriously and I shouldn't come back. Well placed, it is clean and airy, the back room is quiet and conducive to relaxation before tackling the Reeperbahn by night 😉

They make you pay for using the Bathroom, I didn't have anything smaller than 50 euro notes so I offered card despite being certain you're not supposed to pay at BK. Toilet lady was very rude and aggressive. Manger was completely useless.. he wouldn't even show up

Clean Burger King branch. If you order extra sauce, you get it too. 4 stars because there were no reusable cups available, but the 2 euro deposit was only refunded after repeated requests.

It's just outrageous that I seriously have to pay €1 to go to the toilet after eating. I had no cash and even showed the lady at the toilet my wallet. Small, clean Burger King branch right on the Reeperbahn. Despite the fact that the environment is not necessarily the cleanest, the branch was very tidy.

It's common practice to be asked to pay if you don't want to use the toilet as a guest. (It's also signposted.) However, even as a paying guest who eats on site, you will be asked to pay for the use of the toilets. The atmosphere is quite nice but that was the last time.

In the evening at 10:30 p.m., no terminal for ordering was working, we went straight to the ordering counter: no more veggie dishes available, only menus. This is not a recommendation, just to break the habit. I will no longer be a customer.

We were on the way to the Hamburg Cathedral and still had a lot of time before it opened. We were also hungry and the weather was rainy so we stopped here. Ladies and Gentlemen I am writing to you to express my disappointment at the condition of the Burger King restaurant in Hamburg. I visited the restaurant and was shocked at the state of the food and service. The food was cold and of poor quality, even moldy and the staff was unfriendly and didn't speak German. I complained to the manager of the restaurant but he was not helpful. He told me there was nothing he could do because the staff came from 125 different nations and it was difficult to train everyone. I believe this is not an excuse. I expect the staff in a restaurant in Germany to be able to speak German. I also complained to Burger King headquarters, but I only received an automated response. I am very disappointed with the condition of the Burger King restaurant Hamburg and will not visit it again. I hope you will take steps to improve the quality of food and service at this restaurant. Something always doesn't work or "we don't accept coupons" - absolute disaster Recently, there is also no active interaction with the staff, as the menu is only selected at the terminal. Totally unfriendly Every time I'm there there's always stress and every time there's a mentally ill guy there (or at least that's what it looks like) at the checkout He's short, strangely built, has a few gray hairs and runs back and forth like a madman.

You feel welcome in NO way! The staff are really not very welcoming and seem as if they hate tourists. The woman who cooks the food looks at you uncomfortably and creepy. When me and my mother went to use the toilet, there was a man watching us and forced us to wash our fingers (we used alcohol after borrowing the toilet) We also tried to use the self-service checkout, but when we approached the staff about the machine not responding, they refused to help us and we wanted to leave the place

Heute war ich in Reeperbahn Bürger king und habe mir doppelten vigitarische Bürger in Menü bestellt und es war wirklich lecker nicht wie in Mundsburg BK. Die am Theke war auch sehr nett und freundlich.

Awful place. Stinks of urine, they gave us reheated food from the microwave (denied it, said Let me see, and gave us fresh made (because i stood watching) Then they have the nerve to try and charge for the toilet with some old lady sitting asking for money, even for clients.

Das Essen war lecker, aber nicht mehr ganz warm. Die Pfandbecher sind abzocke. Man bestellt ein Getränk mit 0,4 Liter und man bekommt nur einen 0,3 Liter Mehrwegbecher.

Freundliche Bedienung gibt Hinweis wen man zur Toilette muss Bon mitnehmen als Beweis ohne geht es nicht .

Früher vor 15-20 Jahren war das die Adresse! Es ist nicht mehr das was es mal war. Das Personal war nett das war es dann aber auch. Die Qualität vom Essen war nicht so doll!

Nicht unbedingt ein BK zum empfehlen. Liegt allerdings auch stark an der Lage. Zum Abend hin wird's nervig, wenn man Raustritt und einem die Straßendirnen permanent auf die Nerven gehen. Essen: BK ist jetzt zwar nicht bekannt für seine kulinarische Küche, allerdings hat man bei anderen Franchisenehmern schon besser gegessen bzw. das Essen schmeckte auch nach dem was man bestellt hat. Service: Wie für fast jedes Lokal auf dem Kiez gilt auch hier, Boden klebt, Toiletten haben ein ganz eigenes Bouquet. Personal: alles drin, von hilfsbereit bis genervt ist alles da. Ambiente: Es versprüht das angenehme Feeling einer Bahnhofsvorhalle. (wie gesagt, ist zum großen Teil dem Publikum und der Lage geschuldet) Fazit: Im Notfall, wenn man einen richtigen Fetzen im Gesicht und der Alkoholhunger zuschlägt, eine Rettung. Für einen Burger zwischendurch, neige ich persönlich eher zum Hesburger

Gepflegtes und sauberes Schnellrestaurant. Abläufe wirke ruhig und organisiert und die Wartezeit war kurz obwohl kaum Kunden da waren und fast alles zubereitet werden musste. Das krasse Gegenteil zum BK in meiner Heimatstadt.

Ehrlich gesagt nicht sehr schön. Meiner Meinung nach hat Burger King generell / auch in Wien / stark an Flair verloren

Essen normal, Ambiente auch, Service eine 0/10 und das zum Sonntag 14:00. unfreundlich, beleidigend und völlig überfordert, obwohl kaum was los ist.

Tische nd Boden alles sauber. Aber der Burger leider kalt.

Personal trotz stressiger Situation mitten in der Nacht sehr fix und freundlich, Essen in Ordnung. Lediglich, dass für die Toiletten noch 50 Cent verlangt werden, obwohl diese alles andere als sauber waren, finde ich nicht in Ordnung. Ansonsten Respekt für den sauberen Laden und die prompte Bedienung bei mitunter sehr schwierigen Kunden :)
