The shop was fine in the past. Unfortunately, I can only agree with the other reviews now. I ordered for delivery on a Tuesday around 6 p.m. Twenty minutes after the stated delivery time of 70 minutes, I couldn't reach anyone despite repeated attempts to contact them by phone. Two hours after placing my order, I went to the hut. They told me there were internet problems. However, my order was displayed on the screen in the kitchen at the time in their app. When I asked if my order was being prepared, I received no response. I was told to wait for the owner. After 15 minutes, I left. Cancelling via Restablo seems to work well right away.

If only I had read the reviews first... Yes, I had the same problem. I gave Lieferando my number but wasn't sure if it was correct (unfortunately, it wasn't), so I wanted to call and give it to them, but nobody answered. Yes, in the end, they did come, and we didn't have any food. I tried calling many times, but nothing went through. And it's clear that you're not always available, but according to the reviews, almost always is pretty tough...

Worst croque ever! Sluggish, barely toppings, expensive, and an eternity of waiting. No one there speaks German, they couldn't even understand the order.

The food was supposed to be delivered within 60 minutes, but after 1.5 hours we called. 10 minutes later, it arrived. As compensation, we received a small can of Coke. Both croques were totally disappointing. The bread was so wobbly and old. You had to chew for a really long time before you could finally swallow it. I've never eaten such a bad croque. Just a waste of money. A year later, nothing has changed. Only this time we waited two hours for a Tuesday. No apology, no compensation, nothing.... There are a thousand times better croques. Never again.

The price of 14 € is not justified when you consider what a few pieces of salami, a bit of cheese, a bit of sauce and a bread costs. For me it's a pure rip-off. I won't order here again.

Good afternoon. To anyone who even considers ordering here for a second, be warned. This place has by far the worst croque! Beautifully old and tough bread, topped with almost nothing. We added the garlic sauce that came with it, but it also tasted of nothing. We didn't eat any more of the inedible "croques" and, after waiting over 90 minutes, we'll order somewhere else. Everything that's going on here has nothing to do with a croque as we know it. The following saying applies to the owner: "Shoemaker, stick to your last!"

I've ordered there for the third time. The price/performance ratio is great, and the ingredients are fresh. Delivery was quick. Still, there are better croque shops.

Ordered food online and surprisingly arrived 20 minutes later. But unfortunately the burger arrived cold and the croques were lukewarm and totally limp. After calling there, they told me succinctly that the food was OK when we left. That's it, it's a shame because the food isn't cheap either. Such operators usually leave the market quickly. Rightly so! The result is that they got rid of me as a customer and luckily there are even better competitors.

Delivery time is catastrophic. You wait and wait and nothing comes. Called 20 times and no one answered. Asked for updates on uber eats and nothing came back.

Food was ordered via Lieferando. After 2 hours the food still wasn't there and no one answered the phone. The food arrived after about 2 hours and 20 minutes, but it was far too late. The food was no longer needed and this was communicated to the driver who then suggested a cancellation, which was received. Money has not been refunded and a day later no one is answering the phone.

If you order here via Lieferando, the first thing you will see is 30-55 minutes delivery. After we placed the order, delivery was supposed to take 1.5 hours... We thought maybe it was busy. After more than 2 hours the food still wasn't there, so we tried to reach someone by phone. The phone was neither busy nor did anyone answer it. When the food finally arrived it tasted like it had been made yesterday and reheated today. Never again!

Disgusting store. We ordered here tonight and never again. The bread is sticky and soggy because it has come into contact with some liquid, probably soggy tomatoes. I'd rather not know either. Everything tasted dry and we had to throw away more than half of it. When we called, only the voicemail answered. The best thing to do is to close the store.

We waited 2 hours for the food before we called. Nobody answered the phone. Not many times, so we drove there (5 minutes by car) to ask what it looked like. There were 2 orders on site. Apparently for a long time too. So it didn’t seem like the “hut was on fire”. The two employees were also just relaxed and chatting away. Our order was handed to us without a word. No explanation, no apology. The food was ice cold, fries were sticky and unsalted, bread was old and tough. Definitely the first and last time ordered there.

I ordered a currywurst last night. When I tried the currywurst I had to spit it out immediately to keep from throwing up, it was expired and inedible. A colleague also tried it and had the same reaction. Just disgusting. I then called the restaurant but haven't received an answer yet. I thought about going there and complaining, but such bad restaurants sort themselves out. Just don't order there!

Unfortunately, it wasn't a delicious croque, the bread was sticky, despite please not putting a salad on it, there was a huge mountain of brown lettuce on it, really not nice, and the ingredients that belong on a croque hot dog were forgotten. Really sad but it's not enjoyable. A huge plus goes to your driver who really put a lot of effort into delivering it.

We ordered for pickup. It was open, but it wasn't picked up... after several attempts, we ordered online to pick up. It should take 25 minutes, wait another 10 minutes on site (that's okay). Some employees can barely speak German, which is probably why they didn't answer the phone. Food was okay, sometimes better. Far too little sauce, mayonnaise and the Fanta were forgotten to pack, we went again, another employee, again hardly any German, no idea about our order, apparently couldn't see it either... In the end we got our Fanta. But it was exhausting... Unfortunately, EC payment is not possible on site either. We often used to get something to eat there. Unfortunately that was the last time. A pity.

Positive: The food was delivered quickly, the fries were great, the bread was good. Negative: Hardly any toppings (with 3 different croques) tasted like nothing. Really bad quality for the price. Well-known fast food restaurant chains are better. Conclusion: Never again, not recommended.

Unfortunately you have to give one star. Instead of 40-60 minutes delivery time, it was just 1:45, even though the shop is practically around the corner! After complaining over the phone, strangely enough, the driver was there 5 minutes later. To eat -> worst croque I've ever eaten. Soft bread, coleslaw super dry (feels like last week), sucuk dry. Never again! How a shop like this can survive is a real question to me.

This store is the biggest failure If you care about your health, I wouldn't order there. I ordered a casserole there and got a broccoli soup. Then to charge 15€ for such rubbish (and we're talking about a small bowl with 7-8 broccoli heads and sauce), you can't even call it a casserole anymore, normally as a casserole should, the thing comes with cheese baked in the oven. We were first promised a claim for the money or a new order worth the purchase, then we were given a private number which, from a legal point of view, cannot be given at all. The “good” news was that we would only give a casserole back (out of kindness). receive. Which of course we didn't want anymore! Essen kam 40min verspätet, fast kalt und unvollständig an. Nach einem klärenden Telefonat, wurde das fehlende Essen nachgereicht und alles komplett neu und warm geliefert. Super Service.

Katastrophen Laden. Die Lieferung hat 75min gedauert, 7 mal musste man anrufen und Druck machen. Die Croques waren auch schlecht. Was ich auch nicht verstehe ist das mit 2 Liefernamen dort gearbeitet wird, Mr.Zapata ist Croquehütte ganz komisch. Nachdem der Besitzer gefühlt zum 20 mal gewechselt hat war es das letzte mal das ich dort bestellt habe.

Lieferservice oder Abholung, keine großen Platz zum Verzehr im Lokal. Leckere große Auswahl👍, nicht geizig bei den Soßen😈, sehr freundliche Bedienung, gerne wieder🥰

Wir haben bestellt und liefern lassen. Chicken Bacon und Thunfisch. Sehr gut belegt und das Brot war sehr knackig. War richtig lecker. Immer wieder gerne.

Lieferung kam nach 60 Minuten mit 10 Minuten Verspätung an. + Die Pommes waren knusprig - Der bestellte Salat wurde vergessen, der Imbiss war nicht erreichbar, da geschlossen Der Imbiss nennt sich auf Lieferando Mr. Zapata, hat aber die gleiche Adresse wie die Croquehütte. Die Pasta war eher trocken, mittelgroße Portion, mit einem undefinierbaren Nachgeschmack, für 1,50€ mehr gab es eine Scheibe Scheiblettenkäse, der Milchshake war wässrig mit ein wenig Kakaogeschmack. Der Crepe war auch eher pappig und nicht mehr wirklich warm.

Lecker Croque! Ist auch für Vegetarier was Leckeres dabei. 😋

Das Essen wahr sehr lecker, warm und hat auch satt gemacht.

Bei der ersten Bestellung war ich total zufrieden. Lecker kross. Beim der zweiten Bestellung, war mein Crouqe sehr pappig und weich. Hab es nochmal versucht, und das Brot war völlig durchgeweicht, schon nass. War ungenießbar. Schade. Landete im Müll.

Das erste Mal vorhin bestellt und ich bin begeistert. Super lecker Wrap und total tolle Crêpes. Die Speisen waren noch richtig heiß 🔥, viel besser als die großen lieferketten wo alles schon kalt ist. Lieferant total höflich. Preis Leistung ist ja wohl mehr als der Hammer. Ich bestelle aufjedenfall nochmal 🙂

Wir haben zur Abholung bestellt - vor Ort mussten wir dann allerdings noch 10 Minuten warten. Die Croques waren in Ordnung, der Wrap leider ungenießbar, da er SEHR scharf war. Stand zumindest nirgends bei. Extrawünsche wurden beachtet :)

Preislich ist die Croquehütte etwas günstiger als das Krokodil 🐊 6,42 Euro für einen Thunfisch Croque mit Sesamstraße (lecker),beim 🐊 7,70 Euro ohne Sesam. Die Knoblauchsosse ist meines Erachtens zuwenig, es müsste mehr auf dem Croque sein und sie ist zu scharf gewürzt , durch die Schärfe schmeckt man nicht mehr die anderen Sachen. Es sollte wie auch in anderen Croqueläden eine Knobisosse geben ohne Schärfe.

Essen soweit ok. Aber Soßen für einen croque zu vergessen und diese dann nicht sofort nachliefern, geht gar nicht! Da kommt dann die Aussage mit Gutschrift und es ist so viel zu tun im jetzt nachliefern zu lassen...

Nettes Personal, leckeres Essen

Prinzipiell super leckere Croques. Nur leider werden allzu oft die Anmerkungen zu den Bestellungen "ignoriert". Besonders nach dem Lieferantenanbieterwechsel. Die Bedienung der Bestellungen ist erschwert.

Seit Jahren mein Lieblingsladen, immer frisch, schnell und super freundlich.Ob am Telefon oder an der Tür.Mit keinem Lieferservice zu vergleichen.Kann ich wirklich jedem empfehlen!

Nachtrag: Bei der Bestellung vor Ort, fiel uns auf, dass die Mitarbeiter in der Küche und hinter dem Tresen keine Atemschutzmasken tragen. Von draussen kann man durch ein kleines Fenster in die Küche schauen. Darüber bin ich entsetzt. Einige Male hatte ich kurz nach dem Essen schweren Durchfall. Ich reagiere wegen einer Immunschwäche sehr empfindlich auf Koli-Bakterien und bezweifle, dass in der Küche Handschuhe getragen wurden. Das konnte ich aber nicht genau sehen. Ich reduziere von 5 auf 2 Sterne und bestelle hier nicht wieder, weil ich nicht "infiziert" werden möchte. **** Die Mitarbeiter bei der Croquehütte sind zu uns immer sehr höflich und gut gelaunt. Auf Wünsche bei Bestellungen und Nachlieferung, wenn ich z.B. einen Fehler bei der Bestellung gemacht habe, wurde zweimal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich reagiert. Einfach ein super Service. Auch die Fahrer haben immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Die Croques und Wraps und Pizzabrötchen mag ich hier sehr gerne. Der Chillyburger dürfte für meine zweite Hälfte gerne schärfer sein, aber Geschmäcker sind verschieden...ist also völlig ok für uns. Ich bzw. wir bestellen hier sehr gerne und gegen auch mal vor Ort essen. 😊
