War während der Abendzeit dort und trotz großer Bestellung war alles dabei und die Frau an der Kasse sehr Höflich

Grundsätzlich ein Burger King wie viele andere auch. Leider dauert spätabends (ca. ab Mitternacht) die Zubereitung extrem lange, auch wenn das Verhältnis Kundschaft:Restaurantpersonal normal erscheint. Wichtig zu wissen: An Wochenende hat das Restaurant zwar bis 3:00 Uhr geöffnet, ab 2:00 Uhr werden die Gerichte jedoch ausschließlich zum Mitnehmen verkauft.

Also seid paar tagen ist es besonders noch besser geworden! Als handwerker esse ich sehr oft dort und ich bin sehr zufrieden!

Das Essen und Service war super 👍🏽

Diese Filiale bietet einiges nicht an. Dazu gehören Milchshakes und Softeis. Damit kann ich noch leben, anscheinend haben sie einfach die entsprechenden Maschinen nicht. Außerdem mehr man es spätestens beim Bestellen, da diese Artikel nicht ausgewählt werden können. Heute allerdings war ich hier, um den veganen Bacon zu probieren. Diesen gibt es inzwischen nicht nur bei Aktionsprodukten, sondern er ist nun regulärer Bestandteil der Karte. Wie auch die fleischlosen Pattys. Als ich meine Burger entgegennahm, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es keinen veganen Bacon gebe. Keine Entschuldigung, Erklärung oder sonstiges. Stattdessen der schon fast freche Vorschlag, ich könne ja schließlich zumindest normalen Bacon auf meine vegetarischen Burger nehmen. Das ist ein NoGo! Für den veganen Speck braucht es keine besonderen Maschinen oder sonstiges. Entweder haben sie einfach keinen Bock, oder kriegen es logistisch nicht auf die Reihe. Beides nicht okay. Beim Bestellvorgang haben sie dieses auch nicht kenntlich gemacht bzw. irgendwo eine Info hierzu aufgehängt. Wirklich daneben!

Mitarbeiter können kein Deutsch. Eismaschine jedesmal kaputt.

Miserablen Service, hat ewig gedauert, obwohl nicht viel los war. Die Käsesauce für die Fippers ist kalt und wird hier angeblich immer so serviert!

Ich war am 31.03.2026 in dieser Burger King Filiale. Ich habe insgesamt für 34 € take away was bestellt. Insbesondere Chicken Tenders mit XXL Dip. Nachdem ich in die Takeaway Tüte von Burger King reingeschaut habe, haben mich zwei Espressobecher mit Cheese Dip angeschaut. Ich habe dem Mitarbeiter Ali darauf hingewiesen, dass das aber nicht die Größe eines XXL Cheese Dips ist. Er schaute mich an, hat den Kopf geschüttelt und signalisiert mir, dass das die richtige Größe sei. Auf meinen Hinweis, dass es in einer anderen Filiale bei Burger King, wo ich das selbe bestellt habe, ein deutlich größeren Becher gegeben hat, sagte er mir das das nicht sein kann. Der Mitarbeiter Ali war nicht bereit, mir für mein Geld das angemessene Produkt zu geben. Daraufhin bin ich in die Filiale nach Mundsburg gefahren und habe mir dort noch mal vier Chicken Tenders mit der normalen Cheese Saucengröße bestellt. Die Bilder zeigen einmal die vorgesehene Größe aus Mundsburg und einmal die Größe, die ich aus der Filiale bekommen habe. Einfach eine Frechheit!

Ist halt ein Autobahn BK - solide, nichts besonderes - Preislich & von der Auswahl besser als andere Läden. Recht sauber

Essen kalt, und teilweise alt. Die Chilicheese Nuggets hatten unterschiedliche Farben. Die dunklen waren älter.

Das Essen war lecker, der Service war gut und der Burger King war sauber.

Ich habe 3 Bürger bestellt und betzahlt 3 Bürger Feierabend wollte machen 2 gegeben 1 Bürger fehlt

Wie viele schon schreiben leider oft sehr voll und dadurch haben die Angestellten sehr viel zu tun und sind teilweise überfordert, so dass die Bürger dann natürlich nicht so toll aussehen wie in der Werbung 😕

Burger King ist lange nicht mehr das was es mal war. Hatte es noch mal versucht, war aber sehr enttäuscht 😞 Es wird kaum noch deutsch gesprochen und es ist nicht mehr sauber.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Ich war dort als ganz normaler Kunde, habe vor Ort gegessen und sogar mehrfach bestellt – also genau das gemacht, wofür ein Restaurant mit Parkplatz eigentlich gedacht ist. Umso unverständlicher ist es, wie hier mit zahlenden Gästen umgegangen wird. Der Parkplatz wird von einem externen Unternehmen überwacht, das offenbar keinerlei Rücksicht darauf nimmt, ob man tatsächlich Kunde ist oder nicht. Stattdessen wird man im Nachgang mit Forderungen und Mahnungen konfrontiert, obwohl man sich ganz regulär im Restaurant aufgehalten hat. Gerade bei einem entspannten Aufenthalt oder einem längeren Gespräch – z. B. bei einem Treffen mit Geschäftspartnern – ist das absolut kundenunfreundlich und wirkt fast so, als würde man als Gast bestraft werden. Ein solches Vorgehen passt für mich überhaupt nicht zu einem gastronomischen Betrieb, der eigentlich möchte, dass sich Kunden wohlfühlen und auch mal länger bleiben. Für mich persönlich ist das ein klarer Grund, diesen Standort in Zukunft zu meiden.

Chaotisch, unorganisiert und unfreundlich zu Kunden und Kollegen

Moin, Ich bin es gewohnt bei der Filiale länger zu warten, aber das heute hat alles getopft. 25 min Wartezeit, Burger Falsch , Bestellung vergessen und total überfritiert oder einfach alt. Also man muss echt kein Raketenwissenschaftler sein und möchte auch nicht ausfallend werden, aber wir reden hier von Burger und Pommes. LG Marcus

Eigentlich bin ich gerne hier, aber leider fehlen oft Kleinigkeiten bei der Bestellung. Zudem variieren die Preise durch den ständigen Personalwechsel sehr stark. Ein wenig mehr Beständigkeit wäre super

Wie ein normaler Burgerking, nichts besonderes, Toiletten könnten öfter mal gereinigt werden. Essen macht nicht lange Satt.

Alles erwartbar, bis auf 12 Grad Temperatur im Laden. Jacke und Mütze waren Pflicht

Von meiner letzten Bewertung hat sich das Lokal etwas gebessert. Das Essen ist für seine Verhältnisse in Ordnung. Die Räumlichkeiten sehen gereinigt aus. Und die eine junge Bedienerin an der Kasse kommt mir sympathisch und süß rüber. -Ich mag Sie. 🌷

Vorsicht vor diesem Burger King !!! Stehen Sie mit ihrem Auto auf dem Parkplatz und warten bis geöffnet wird, bekommen sie ein Strafmandat in Höhe von 48€ von SMART PARKING, mit der Begründung, dass Sie außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten den Parkplatz nutzen. Eine Frechheit, die leider auch noch durch unsere Gesetzgebung zulässig ist, obwohl überall Schilder angebracht sind, auf denen steht : 90 Minuten freies parken ohne Parkscheibe. Nie wieder besuche ich diesen Burger King und werde auch alle Bekannten auf diese ABZOCKE hinweisen. Hinzu kommt auch noch, dass die Burger fast kalt sind.

Mittagspause, endlich.... Ab zu BK den reduzierten 20er abstauben und lecker essen. Aber Pustekuchen.... Abgeholt, zurück zur Firma und dann kam der Schock! 50/50 Mischung bekommen, die hellen sind frisch, die dunklen alt und labberig. Traurig man....

Trotz des modernen Interieur kann der Laden nicht überzeugen. Liegt vielleicht auch an der digitalen Bestellung und der damit verbundenen Einstellung der Mitarbeiter. Beim Menü für 14 Euro sollten wenigstens die 2 Burger warm / heiß sein.

Mehrfach in den letzten monaten fürn schnellen hunger was zu essen geholt. Essen lauwarm es wird immer was vergessen in der hoffnung man bemängelt es nicht . Wenn man was bemängelt dann wird oft diskutiert oder sogar erstmal ignoriert das man da steht und nachfragt (leerer laden) in den letzten 5 jahren von super laden zu absulut keine Empfehlung mehr fahrt nach steilshoop der laden läuft besser

Essen wie erwartet, Service okay , aber die Temperatur war echt next level 🥶 Es war so kalt, dass niemand im ganzen Laden auch nur ansatzweise daran gedacht hat, die Jacke auszuziehen. Eher im Gegenteil: Mütze hätte gepasst. Burger heiß, Raum arktisch kalt. Vielleicht als Winter-Special gedacht? 🤷🏼‍♂️

Solider Burger King mit wenig Wartezeit und sauberen Toiletten

Ich habe Essen angeholt. Das Essen war kalt und hart. Nach dem ich angerufen habe, wollte der Manager ( Amir) das Essen sehen. Anstatt aus Kulanz was anzubieten. Einfach inkompetent. Nicht empfehlenswert. Darauf achten wenn was mitnimmt.

Langsam, schmutzig und schlechte Qualität Toiletten in schlechtem Zustand und 30 Minuten aufs Essen warten war eine Zumutung. Für ein Fast food Restaurant definitiv zu langsam. Essen teilweise abgebrannt, nicht gewünschte bestandteile trotzdem auf dem Burger.

Fastfood halt, aber wer dieses nicht möchte, der ist hier falsch. Essen war gut, Personen super. Die Tische und der Boden, waren sehr sauber👍🏻

Gestern mal eben kurz durch den Drive hin gefahren und ja ich bin ganz selten bei Burger King und Co. Zuallererst war ich verwundert, wie teuer das mittlerweile geworden ist Das Essen war soweit in Ordnung, was mir persönlich nicht gefiel. Mein Burger war über Salzen und meine Pommes genauso. Leider war ich schon viel zu weit weg gewesen, um noch mal zurückzufahren man kennt es man möchte schnell anhalten, etwas kaufen und direkt weiter

Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass ich mal so was schreiben muss, aber ich hatte nach einer Diskussion mit dem Manager ein ungutes Gefühl und habe die Küche beobachtet. Und gesehen wie der manager. mir ins Essen gespuckt hat. Ich bin natürlich sofort gegangen und habe angefangen diese Rezession zu schreiben. Der Manager spricht kein Wort Deutsch versucht mich aber über was aufzuklären was offensichtlich bei jeden anderen Bürgerking funktioniert. Sowas Ekelhaftes habe ich noch nie gesehen. Ich bin auch echt am überlegen die Polizei einzuschalten. Man muss in seiner Rezession Sterne vergeben, der eine Stern ist nur damit dies abschicken kann. Ich Würde ihn aber gar keinen Stern geben

Das Essen ist ekelhaft und die Arbeiter sind unhöflich

Ate food on site, noticed a grumbling stomach shortly after setting off, the 15 minute walk home unfortunately became an impossible torture, the pain was almost unbearable. When we got home, the food came out of every mouth. Had the Bacon King on the menu, this was my absolute last visit to BurgerKing, since BurgerKing doesn't learn from all the scandals (the company in particular should make sure that the franchisees adhere to hygiene and other rules), I hope that the company goes bankrupt at some point. Make room for companies that are still keen on their jobs! Goodbye forever.

Haben eine halbe Stunde auf das Essen gewartet und dann war der Burger auch noch falsch, nie wieder

Essen ging man hat an unseren Tisch während des Essen den Boden ausgelegt.

Meine Meinung nach ist dies die beste Burger King Filiale in Hamburg. Das Essen ist frisch. Die Ambiente ist sauber und allgemein hat man das Gefühl, dass es hier hygienischer ist als alle anderen Filialen.

Pommes habe 3 Tage alt geschmeckt. Nuggets Burger ungenießbar. Konnten nicht zu Ende essen. Der Laden gehört begutachtet.

Achtung: Lebensmittelvrergiftung! Durch den Drive Through einen Burger mit Veggie Paddie bestellt. Ab nachts dann immer wieder übergeben müssen..vielen Dank für die Lebensmittelvergiftung!

Also das de Laden noch offen Ist Merkwürdig .

Disrespectful and unprofessional

This place is disgusting. We ordered a regular hamburger, and they just put pork on it without asking us. They didn't care, even though I asked them to change it. It's a really bad place.

The employees are rude. Some don't even speak German properly, which sometimes makes picking up food a problem. They don't give the correct change. Overall, it's just not good.

I was there with my brother and we ordered the junior menu and a cheeseburger and two Sprites, one had no carbonation and the other had a little bit.

I'm really disappointed with Burger King! Not only was my wrap forgotten, but my soda also had ice cubes in it, even though I specifically ordered it without ice! How difficult can it be to get the order right? That was simply unprofessional and rude. I will definitely not be coming here again. Once and never again! I'd love to give it 0 stars!!

I have to update my review. I was there today and had absolutely the worst food ever. It's a disgrace that they charge so much for that! The nuggets died three times. Farts trick everything. Quality is substandard. It's a shame I even have to give it a star.

I was there in the evening and got a burger with extra bacon and cheese and they just took an old burger and put cheese and bacon on it which was cold, well what can you expect

We ordered takeout, but the employees gave us a tray with our order and told us to pack it ourselves. They were also very aggressive, except for one employee. She was very helpful and friendly. You're lucky you can't give zero stars.

My friend had dirt in his apple spritzer and the lady wanted to explain to us that this is normal 😂 so please be careful, I wouldn't eat or drink anything that comes out of the machines

Incompetent employees who can't take an order in 10 minutes. Afterward, they become unfriendly. The hygiene in the store is also catastrophic.

So I personally ordered in front of the cashier. And a woman named Somaye was disrespectful. Without experience and without friendliness. I wanted to order. Please let an employee with experience and I also understand German!!!!!!!

All I can say is that this company doesn't really have a good grasp of anything. From consistently forgetting to pack items to poor communication. I've experienced it several times before that items are constantly missing, and of course, it's human nature to forget something, but if it's a constant occurrence, it shows that the staff either doesn't do a good job or hasn't even been trained. Email criticism is only answered with platitudes and excuses, demonstrating a lack of interest in improving or at least making amends. Fast food doesn't mean you only get part of your meal or, in the worst case, have to endure rudeness. Today was the very last time.

Everything was great. The manager was great, the staff were friendly and courteous. Everything was clean. We'd happily come back!

Back then, this Burger King branch was top-notch, but now you can't go there anymore. Last time (2 months ago) I got a long chicken where the meat tasted like a burnt foot, it was inedible. Today I went again and thought I'd give them another chance. I ordered a meal and wanted to redeem my 1000 kroner for a whopper via the app. After I had paid for the meal, the employee thought I should pay 8.99!? I told her I had already paid for the meal. But she didn't mean the whopper. When I explained to her that it was free because of the kroner, she didn't understand. I then got angry at her incompetence and wanted to speak to the branch manager. I then had the same argument with him! It's sad that their own employees and managers don't know what their company offers and then get rude. My kroner are gone too, which is a shame. I'll never see this store again. Maybe Burger King shouldn't hire just any person from the job center.

Terrible experience, if I had eaten air it would have been better

When I ordered 20 chicken nuggets and a crispy chicken burger at the drive-thru, the poor intercom and the recipient's subpar German skills resulted in the following: 20 chicken burgers!!!!!! The team refused to take back the order and correct it. I have never experienced such miserable, disastrous, and unfriendly service anywhere in the world. Never again!!!

A miserable meal at BK. I ordered nuggets. They tasted so disgusting; the consistency was revolting, the sweet and sour sauce was also awful, and the mayonnaise was completely watery and sour. The cashier barely understood or spoke German. That's a no-go. Never again. Only McDonald's. At least they have quality standards, and it tastes good :)

Two burgers (Whopper, double cheese, etc.) with two extra-large fries for just under €28 would have been acceptable if they'd been fresh! Two dry and cold patties! The other ingredients also showed signs of being left out for so long!!! I didn't feel like getting back in the car and driving back to complain. My mood and appetite were gone. It's a shame that customers are expected to buy such food! I wonder why the employee packages such food?!? Surely they have to see the condition of the food?! The service was attentive and friendly.

Drive-in disaster, unfriendly and incompetent staff…Never again Burger King

This is the second time I've ordered takeout from "Burgerkennung" via the drive-thru – and both times it was disappointing. Although the food was ready after five to six minutes each time, something was missing or the portion was too small. Nevertheless, I was charged the full amount. I gave them another chance twice – both times the results were unreliable. For me, it's just chaos. Unfortunately, I can't recommend "Burgerkennung" – and I won't order from there again.

The receipt indicates a promotion where you get a free fries if you leave a review, but this promotion is impossible to complete because the website always displays an error message, SCAM!

Just fast food. Order at the terminal and wait. The only plus: the food is hot and the ingredients taste fresh. Definitely better than McDonald's.

There's indoor and outdoor seating, and a children's playground with a slide outside. Otherwise, the interior makes a fresh impression.

Unfortunately, this Burger King is on my way, which is why I've stopped there every now and then. But every time I look back I get upset because there is always something there that isn't right. Sometimes they are different burgers than what was ordered, sometimes there are ingredients on them that were not specifically requested or what particularly bothers me are promotions or coupons that are not supported in this branch. The service is otherwise good, but since there are often only two of them, it can take a while for the orders to be processed.

Maximum parking time is 60 minutes, otherwise a fine of €48.

I was just at the Bramfelder Chaussee branch with my family. Very clean restaurant. The food was hot and delicious. Very nice service

The Burger King is good, food tastes very good. Unfortunately, you cannot preset with the app and then scan the shopping cart and pay. You have to do everything at the terminal. Therefore 1 star deducted for service and ambience.

Conclusion of today's visit. Credit card didn't work, one burger was missing. What we only noticed at home. Beware of rip-offs. You should think you can count to 6.

As of 3/1/25 There is no ice cream or milkshakes. We were here just for that reason and then left without anything. They still advertise the new ice cream and shake varieties. Attention, the same also applies in Tonndorf/Wandsbek.

Thanks for the food poisoning. I bought the Long Chicken menu and it already tasted strange, so this BK is now taboo for me

Everything was great, except for the toilets, which were catastrophic that day.

The food was really good. The service was also nice. Disadvantage: no ice cream machine and therefore no shakes. The ambience you know from this chain. But: the cleanliness and hygiene in the toilets is not good at all. If you have long opening hours and there are so many guests, the toilets should be cleaned every now and then. That was pretty disgusting. There certainly hasn't been a sweep behind the doors there for weeks.

The 2.90 nuggets offer is sold out but there is the same 5.90 nuggets 🤔 Pure nonsense.

I enjoy eating here every now and then and am overall quite satisfied. Here it happens very often that you get different things than you ordered.

Unfortunately, this Burger King simply doesn't have any burgers worthy of the name. They are rather cold or lukewarm, if made at all, carelessly and simply don't taste good. This new burger with the hash browns, the sauce is really bad. Fries are almost always cold and inedible anyway. Most of the employees and the new atmosphere are positive, now the food just has to be good.

I bought 3 menus and discovered at home that 2 burgers were missing. Food is cold. What a bad shop.

The ambience is ok, the food is sometimes quite cold and the babble of voices from some customers and employees from Dari and/or Pashto made me feel like I was transported back to my time as a soldier in Afghanistan. Is very pleasant... NOT. Well, trying made sense and I definitely don't need that again, neither in terms of food nor from the people.

I've never been as disappointed by Burger King as I was tonight! I ordered a snack bucket to take away. When I got home, the fries that were included according to the product description were missing, as were the onion rings and the chili cheese dip! So what did I pay almost 14 euros for? Greasy and dry 4 king nuggets, 4 wings and 4 chili cheese nuggets plus a pile of dry, inedible "nachos"! Unfortunately it ended up in the trash and instead of a "snack bucket" there was a Belgian bread with cheese... Service was friendly... PLEASE remove this “bucket” from the range!

The best burger roaster in the main station!

Honestly, I'm really disappointed!!!!! We had dinner there as a family last night. We made a mistake with our order. We ordered something twice. Immediately after paying I wanted to cancel a menu. Because we really had too much now. I was told very rudely that cancellation was not possible. I asked again whether it was really the case that I couldn't cancel. No, that definitely doesn't work. It's the first time here in Hamburg that I can't cancel a meal or a single order. It's really new to me that this doesn't work. It wasn't discussed in more detail either. So the service is really not great. I think we'll probably go somewhere else in the future. When I read some of the comments here, it seems to be important to the franchisees. What customers say about or about his store. Very unfortunate.

The food is good and the ambience too but the service is catastrophic. Rude and don't understand what I want to order. I paid a whopper for €10 and still haven't received it.
