So far there has been no redress or compensation for the missing, paid for goods, despite a personal appearance and because your phone apparently doesn't work. Therefore, as a thank you, I will be taking a close look at you week after week and will report every cent you cheat me on again. 1. The pictures of the food look a lot better than what actually comes out of the kitchen. -The toppings on the burgers are sometimes missing and are not served at all. 2. The so-called "King of the Month" and other menus from the past are either mixed up or deliberately replaced by a limp hamburger that you didn't order. -So you should inspect your food in the store before you leave the store. The only great thing about my menu were the ice cubes in the cola... 3. The service also looks rather unmotivated. 4. However, the cleaner tries very hard to keep the shop clean. -Maybe she should take over and run the store! All in all, something has to change significantly in the management at this location! That wasn't the first time I noticed that something was wrong. I'm really ashamed that such "friend-shit" companies should represent our Bramfeld. 25 years ago the store was still great...

Every now and then you can get something there. Definitely always delicious. However, after an hour you are hungry again. It's just fast food and not high quality food. Still, it works every now and then.

Of course always to my detriment. To me this borders on commercial fraud. It is also incomprehensible that the BK closes at 1 a.m. from Friday to Saturday, but is open until 3 a.m. on Monday nights. And it is not possible for food that was also received incorrectly by other customers to be given out to other customers shortly afterwards. Not permitted under food law! The authorities must take action here.

The store doesn't have an ice cream maker. That started off well. In addition, I found the service to be unfriendly and demotivated. The crowning glory is the valet service provider. I perceive it as a rip-off. I'm disappointed.

Hello. We were just here on Bramfelder Chaussee. And first a long wait. Then too few staff. The coronation, for 40 euros we got extremely cold food. When I went back and said sorry the citizens are extremely cold. I was told very rudely, I just did that. And when I said please touch the food. Nope, they didn't even make the citizens new have. We had to eat everything cold for 40 euros even the fries. And instead of chili cheese, we got regular nuggets. So no words and not recommended. Sad... That used to be better. We won't be coming back again.

Burger King is my favorite restaurant. Everything is fresh, but the portions are too small. Sauce costs extra, coffee is decent! Soft ice cream is very popular with children

Service was slow. Food was cold. Drink was watered down.There were old trays sitting in the tray holder that looked like they had been there for a while. I had gone there often in the 5 years ago and the food was much better.

First of all I have to say that the restaurant was clean when we entered it. The staff, on the other hand, wasn't that friendly. When a woman stood at the checkout and wanted to order, she was directed back to the terminal to order there. She says that the voucher code 140 didn't work at the terminal, to which the employee angrily says we don't have 140 there. My food came after about 5-6 minutes, my colleague who had ordered at the same time received his larger order after about 7-8 minutes, which was OK. As we were waiting for our food, a young lady came in with a dog in her arms. NO employee informed her that dogs were not allowed in a grocery store. That is not how it works. Luckily we took our food with us and ate it in the car.

Always check your order before you drive away. It seems standard for staff to leave something out. They complete the order with an apology and a smile. But I still find it odd that it should happen every blessèd time.

I'm sorry. I had the impression that the waitress was there for the first week and her employees for the first day. There was no ice cream. And no one knew the difference between onion rings and fries. The entire order was wrong. Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home. It looked exactly as ordered. But everything was wrong. Great restaurant where, on Friday evening after 8 p.m., a theatrically staged improvisation was carried out by the staff without being asked. The piece was about a loud argument between two employees regarding details of restaurant operations. While the acting certainly has room for improvement, this was certainly entertaining. Thanks for the unsolicited performance! The food was good at Burger King standard level. So: keep working on implementing the improvisation pieces! Good luck.

Burger King as we know it. Everything OK. However, the ice cream machine has been “broken” for several months. Hard to believe the "repair" is still ongoing. Unfortunately no ice cream products are available, 1 star deducted. Update 2 years later: The ice cream maker is still broken... I doubt they'll ever want to repair it. Then Burgerking should at least be honest and admit it.

Disgusting! Given returned food to other customer. We placed an order for 62 EURO and had to wait a long time. A customer after us received his order before us, took it to the table and then came back. He had received the wrong goods, instead of a burger he had received chilli cheese fries. The condition took these back, exchanged the goods and put the returned package back in the burger waiting area. We were still waiting and it bothered me that the package had been placed there. I walked closer to the counter and then saw the condition put this same package in our bag (we had actually ordered these fries). I told the waitress that it wasn't possible to give the returned food to another guest. Now there was a lie (this is not the returned package) - but we had seen it, then the service was inexperienced and new, and last but not least the condition became cheeky, loud and unfriendly, didn't even see the mistake, no apology. The guest who had ordered after us intervened and no longer wanted his food if burgers were being swapped here. Now the service became even cheekier. How disgusting is that?!?!?!?!

I am very disappointed with my last order from this store. The cashier typed something at the register, but no receipt came out! When I asked for the receipt, she called the store manager. He then asked me in an extremely rude manner what I wanted. Only after he typed something into the system was the receipt issued to me. Terrible, best avoided. was almost the only guest during Corona times. The staff were talking very loudly, actually it was a pretty unbridled argument between colleagues and the shift manager. I found it uncomfortable. The guest room was not very heated. Food is standard as always. Addendum from March 2022. I tried again, only two employees were in the restaurant at lunchtime. The lady sent me from the checkout outside to the car counter because it would be quicker there. But there was nothing going on. The store is completely understaffed and will be the last time I've been here. You don't have to throw a cent after such bad management.

Ignorant barn: The following story happened to me for the second time today, this time with a gentleman. That won't work with big business... I was almost sorry to disturb the lady behind the counter in her meditation. Four other guests were waiting next to me with hopeless looks at the information garbage screen. At some point there was a small bag on the counter. And when I asked whose burger was getting cold there, surprisingly it was mine. Now my pity goes out to the four noses who are probably still receiving information garbage instead of burgers. Sad. But it explains why such a chic shop in such an exposed location is so empty at this time. You probably need to bring your time. But it gives you the chance to get to know other guests.

We ordered take away today. There was nothing going on, but I had to wait a really long time. That would be ok if the food was right. The fries didn't taste fresh. The burgers were completely hard around the edges, as if they had been sitting for a long time. We don't know that from Burger King. Today at around 1:40 p.m. the staff were more concerned with speaking to each other in their native language than with properly acknowledging my service.

One of the better Burger King branches in my opinion. Don't know what the fuss is about. I've been here often and never had any problems. The branch is modern and clean, the employees are always friendly (maybe it's like calling and the forest for some people.... 🙄) and you get the typical Burger King menu, which is usually prepared quickly because the branch is never overly full - quite the opposite . What more could you want when you go to a fast food restaurant?

Great BK branch! Fast service, clean, friendly staff. However, the music is the last thing. Annoying nonsense - change your playlist! Really unbearable.

Pretty much the cleanest Burger King I've seen to date. Even the toilets are always clean. The food is fresh and every special request is catered for.

After a long break, we gave this branch near us in Bramfeld another chance; the disappointment couldn't have been greater. We ordered sweet potato fries at the counter, entered Country Potatoes by the employee, we received a mishmash of fries and country potatoes, cold and dried out. The Wopper Junior was also almost cold, the cheeseburger was lukewarm. Only the onion rings were hot. We found out in the Steilshoop branch a few weeks ago that things can be different and better, and everything was great.

You feel sorry for the poor employees. Completely overloaded and overwhelmed, they have to work at high voltage and listen to countless complaints during the resulting waiting times.

I went out to eat/play with the children. The food and coffee arrived quickly and tasted good. Unfortunately, after 2 weeks I received a payment request that I parked for longer than 1 hour. It just took longer with the kids, playing, chatting and having coffee/dessert. If you can't stay there for >1 hour, I won't visit the restaurant again.

I was just at Burger King with my friend. He ordered a menu and after a long wait he finally got his food. After he took one bite of the burger, he realized it was dry and dry! He brought it back and the employee insulted him and accused him of just eating his fill! Bite into it once? Eat enough of it? He spoke to him and asked why we were being so rude to him. The Burger King employee threatened him and told him to get lost before he came over! Wwoooowww, mafia branch or what? He got the branch manager and he took sides and was on his countryman's side! He should complain to the boss! What service and what an exemplary branch manager! Could report the employee to the police for insulting and threatening!

Had lunch with my two children and was very satisfactory. Everyone got exactly what was ordered and everyone was very happy...the children even waited a moment for the burgers because it was too hot for them. Everything was really fresh and tasty, nothing was off the shelf but we also had relatively special orders... but at lunchtime it should be worth it.

It's been a long time since we've been to Burger King again and we were very, very disappointed. Burgers were very dry and only laurel onion rings were flabby and fries didn't taste good. In summary, it didn't taste good.

The store was full, everyone was annoyed. Only 2 employees on site and completely overwhelmed. I probably exceeded the permitted parking time of 60 minutes. If you don't get another ticket. This branch is dead for me.

Unfortunately, Burger King simply doesn't have burgers worthy of the name. They are rather cold or lukewarm, if made at all, carelessly and simply don't taste good. This new burger with the hash browns, the sauce is really bad. Fries are almost always cold and inedible anyway. Most of the employees and the new atmosphere are positive, now the food just has to be good.

Eine Bestellung für 5 Personen. Ich musste zweimal zurück weil wirklich alles falsch war. Ein total überfordertes Team

Wir als absolute Stammkunden, kamen an einem Nachmittag vorbei zum Essen, da wir einen langen Tag hinter uns hatten. Haben uns dann für knapp über 60min reingesetzt, boom Strafzettel. Der Wagen stand auf dem Parkplatz der leer stand. Prompt kam dann kurz danach von der Firma Loyal Parking eine Strafe von über 45,10€!!! weil ich länger als eine Stunde geparkt habe! Wir fuhren nur knapp 1h danach weg. Das ist mehr als frech und vor allem nach mehrmaligen Anfragen das dad Schuld dafür definitiv nicht ordentlich ausgeschildert ist. Wurde uns gesagt man solle die Summe abzahlen, es gäbe lediglich keine andere lösung. Auch haben wir versucht den Geschäftsführer anzusprechen, da wurden wir direkt vom Service abgewiesen, wirklich absolute Frechheit. Empfehle ich wirklich niemanden, der sich da mal einen längere Pause gönnen will. Unglaublicher Chaos, keiner nimmt die Verantwortung, sondern es wird nur hin und her geschoben. Wirklich einfach nur Frech. Uns sehen sie dort nie wieder.

Essen war zur Abwechslung mal warm. Vermutlich weil schon ein paar Stunden Geschäftszeit war.

10/10 für die Mitarbeiter hier. Wir waren am 14.10.23 Abends hier essen. Die Bestellung ging schnell, es war sauber und wir haben selten so freundliche Mitarbeiter bei BK erlebt.

Muss zugeben service viel besser trotzdem kacka (außer Chili cheese Pommes 🍟)

Ich bin echt schwer begeistert wie sauber es hier ist, sowohl im bereich sanitäranlagen ( Herren ) als auch im Restaurant bereich. Geschmacklich auch kein vergleich zu anderen BK filialen, wobei es leer war bzw. wenig betrieb . Positiv überrascht.

Muss die Rezession mal anpassen. Essen ist weiterhin ok, normal für Burger King eben. Aber das Personal ist entschieden seltsamer geworden. Habe heute mit einem 20er bezahlt, will mir ein junger Angestellter 15 Ein-Euro-Stücke zurückgeben, anstatt von der Nebenkasse sich einen Schein zu wecheln. Habe das Kleingeld verweigert und dann mit Karte gezahlt. Daraufhin hat er mich angemacht, warum ich so unfreundlich zu ihm bin. Ich würde ja sehen, dass er keine Scheine hat. Ich war weder unfreundlich noch ist es mein Fehler, wenn seine Scheine weg sind. Ich hätte problemlos gewartet bis er sich neue geholt hat. Muss ich 15 Ein-Euro-Stücke akzeptieren, weil er keine Lust hat den Schein zu wechseln. Ein 20er ist nun wirklich kein großer Schein. Und ist das dann sofort unhöflich, dass man sich von der Bedinung anmachen lassen muss? Also der Kunde ist hier in jedem Fall nicht König!

Es gibt einen DriveIn und einen Außenbereich mit Rutschturm für Kinder. Ansonsten war hier immer relativ leer wenn wir da waren.

Der Schock war gross als ich den Preis für den King bacen chicken ohne menue hörte 8.98 €. Die Bedienung geht so,

Eismaschine kaputt und Pommes kalt. Es hat sich nicht gelohnt her zu kommen.

Nach langer Zeit haben wir uns mal wieder für einen kleinen Ausflug zu Burger King entschlossen. Leider wird es bei diesem einen Ausflug bleiben. Die Burger lagen offenbar schon länger, waren kalt und hart, wenn es Sauce gegeben hatte, war sie eingezogen. Wir bekamen drei kleine Pommes statt zwei mittlere. Als wir die Burger reklamierten, wurden diese anstandslos zurückgenommen und es sollten neue an den Tisch gebracht werden. Das hatte die junge Frau dann aber mit dem aussprechen direkt wieder vergessen, so dass wir nach einer recht langen Kulanzzeit daran erinnerten und erneut (aber jüngere) Burger aus dem Regal bekamen. Ich weiß nicht, ob sich die Standardrezeptur geändert hat, der Geschmack war recht senflastig. Alles in allem keine Empfehlung. Schade.

Richtig gut geworden nach der Renovierung! Essen ist schnell da, Laden wirkt sehr sauber, Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich (es wird jedes Mal "Guten Appetit" gewünscht) und bisher war das Essen jedes Mal frisch und gut. Bester BK in Hamburg! Wer mal was richtig Schlimmes sehen möchte, der kann sich mal McDonalds in Steilshoop anschauen.... weiter so, BK Bramfeld!

Long Chicken war kalt die Soße waren wohl 2 Portionen die Pommes lauwarm der tausch sehr zögernd und wurde dann nicht mal zum Tisch gebracht. Service und Kunden Freundlichkeit geht anders.

Normale BurgerKing-Filiale aber leider mit kalten Burgern. Auch nach Reklamation gab es nur kalte Burger. Weiß nicht, ob das eine Ausnahme war, werde es auch nicht herausfinden.....

Burger nicht komplett durchgebraten, keine kühlung,kein eis, keine shakes. Im Sommer nicht zu empfehlen.

Bei diesem BurgerKing gibt es kein Eis und keine Milchshakes mehr. Fragt man nach warum bekommt man patzige Antworten, als wenn man nach etwas außerirdischen gefragt hat. Dieser Laden ist nicht mehr empfehlenswert!
