Burger King in Hamburg

I've never been as disappointed by Burger King as I was tonight! I ordered a snack bucket to take away. When I got home, the fries that were included according to the product description were missing, as were the onion rings and the chili cheese dip! So what did I pay almost 14 euros for? Greasy and dry 4 king nuggets, 4 wings and 4 chili cheese nuggets plus a pile of dry, inedible "nachos"! Unfortunately it ended up in the trash and instead of a "snack bucket" there was a Belgian bread with cheese... Service was friendly... PLEASE take this “bucket” out of the range!

Honestly, I'm really disappointed!!!!! We had dinner there as a family last night. We made a mistake with our order. We ordered something twice. Immediately after paying I wanted to cancel a menu. Because we really had too much now. I was told very rudely that cancellation was not possible. I asked again whether it was really the case that I couldn't cancel. No, that definitely doesn't work. It's the first time here in Hamburg that I can't cancel a meal or a single order. It's really new to me that this doesn't work. It wasn't discussed in more detail either. So the service is really not great. I think we'll probably go somewhere else in the future. When I read some of the comments here, it seems to be important to the franchisees. What customers say about or about his store. Very unfortunate.

The food is good and the ambience too but the service is catastrophic. Rude and don't understand what I want to order. I paid a whopper for €10 and still haven't received it. After the renovation it looks very modern and inviting, only the monitor with the offers directly above the center island where you sit is a bit annoying because people are constantly watching you because they are distracted by the monitors

I was almost sorry to disturb the lady behind the counter in her meditation. Four other guests were waiting next to me, staring hopelessly at the information-waste screen. At some point there was a small bag on the counter. And when I asked whose burger was getting cold there, surprisingly it was mine. But it explains why such a chic shop in such an exposed location is so empty at this time. You probably need to bring your time. Every now and then you can get something there. Definitely always delicious. However, after an hour you are hungry again. It's just fast food and not high quality food. Still, it works every now and then.

Hello. We were just here on Bramfelder Chaussee. And first a long wait. Then too few staff. The coronation, for 40 euros we got extremely cold food. First of all I have to say that the restaurant was clean when we entered it. The staff, on the other hand, wasn't that friendly. When a woman stood at the checkout and wanted to order, she was directed back to the terminal to order there. She says that the voucher code 140 didn't work at the terminal, to which the employee angrily says we don't have 140 there. My food came after about 5-6 minutes, my colleague who had ordered at the same time received his larger order after about 7-8 minutes, which was OK. Service was slow. Food was cold. Drink was watered down.There were old trays sitting in the tray holder that looked like they had been there for a while. I had gone there often in the 5 years ago and the food was much better.

As we were waiting for our food, a young lady came in with a dog in her arms. NO employee informed her that dogs were not allowed in a grocery store. That is not how it works. Luckily we took our food with us and ate it in the car.

Always check your order before you drive away. It seems standard for staff to leave something out. They complete the order with an apology and a smile. But I still find it odd that it should happen every blessèd time.

Great restaurant where, on Friday evening after 8 p.m., a theatrically staged improvisation was carried out by the staff without being asked. The piece was about a loud argument between two employees regarding details of restaurant operations. While the acting certainly has room for improvement, this was certainly entertaining. Thanks for the unsolicited performance! The food was good at Burger King standard level. So: keep working on implementing the improvisation pieces! Good luck.

Burger King as we know it. Everything OK. However, the ice cream machine has been “broken” for several months. Hard to believe the "repair" is still ongoing. Unfortunately no ice cream products are available, 1 star deducted. Update 2 years later: The ice cream maker is still broken... I doubt they'll ever want to repair it. Then Burgerking should at least be honest and admit it.

I am very disappointed with my last order from this store. The cashier typed something at the register, but no receipt came out! When I asked for the receipt, she called the store manager. I found it uncomfortable. The guest room was not very heated. Food is standard as always. Addendum from March 2022. I tried again, only two employees were in the restaurant at lunchtime. The lady sent me from the checkout outside to the car counter because it would be quicker there. But there was nothing going on. The store is completely understaffed and will be the last time I've been here. You don't have to throw a cent after such bad management.

We ordered take away today. There was nothing going on, but I had to wait a really long time. That would be ok if the food was right. The fries didn't taste fresh. The burgers were completely hard around the edges, as if they had been sitting for a long time. We don't know that from Burger King. Today at around 1:40 p.m. the staff were more concerned with speaking to each other in their native language than with properly acknowledging my service.

One of the better Burger King branches in my opinion. Don't know what the fuss is about. I've been here often and never had any problems. The branch is modern and clean, the employees are always friendly (maybe it's like calling and the forest for some people.... 🙄) and you get the typical Burger King menu, which is usually prepared quickly because the branch is never overly full - quite the opposite . What more could you want when you go to a fast food restaurant?

Pretty much the cleanest Burger King I've seen to date. Even the toilets are always clean. The food is fresh and every special request is catered for.

After a long break, we gave this branch near us in Bramfeld another chance; the disappointment couldn't have been greater. We ordered sweet potato fries at the counter, entered Country Potatoes by the employee, we received a mishmash of fries and country potatoes, cold and dried out. The Wopper Junior was also almost cold, the cheeseburger was lukewarm. Only the onion rings were hot. We found out in the Steilshoop branch a few weeks ago that things can be different and better, and everything was great.

You feel sorry for the poor employees. Completely overloaded and overwhelmed, they have to work at high voltage and listen to countless complaints during the resulting waiting times.

I went out to eat/play with the children. The food and coffee arrived quickly and tasted good. Unfortunately, after 2 weeks I received a payment request that I parked for longer than 1 hour. Had lunch with my two children and was very satisfactory. Everyone got exactly what was ordered and everyone was very happy...the children even waited a moment for the burgers because it was too hot for them. Everything was really fresh and tasty, nothing was off the shelf but we also had relatively special orders... but at lunchtime it should be worth it.

Unfortunately, Burger King simply doesn't have burgers worthy of the name. They are rather cold or lukewarm, if made at all, carelessly and simply don't taste good. This new burger with the hash browns, the sauce is really bad. Fries are almost always cold and inedible anyway. Most of the employees and the new atmosphere are positive, now the food just has to be good.

Eine Bestellung für 5 Personen. Ich musste zweimal zurück weil wirklich alles falsch war. Ein total überfordertes Team

Wir als absolute Stammkunden, kamen an einem Nachmittag vorbei zum Essen, da wir einen langen Tag hinter uns hatten. Haben uns dann für knapp über 60min reingesetzt, boom Strafzettel. Der Wagen stand auf dem Parkplatz der leer stand. Prompt kam dann kurz danach von der Firma Loyal Parking eine Strafe von über 45,10€!!! weil ich länger als eine Stunde geparkt habe! Wir fuhren nur knapp 1h danach weg. Das ist mehr als frech und vor allem nach mehrmaligen Anfragen das dad Schuld dafür definitiv nicht ordentlich ausgeschildert ist. Wurde uns gesagt man solle die Summe abzahlen, es gäbe lediglich keine andere lösung. Auch haben wir versucht den Geschäftsführer anzusprechen, da wurden wir direkt vom Service abgewiesen, wirklich absolute Frechheit. Empfehle ich wirklich niemanden, der sich da mal einen längere Pause gönnen will. Unglaublicher Chaos, keiner nimmt die Verantwortung, sondern es wird nur hin und her geschoben. Wirklich einfach nur Frech. Uns sehen sie dort nie wieder.

Essen war zur Abwechslung mal warm. Vermutlich weil schon ein paar Stunden Geschäftszeit war.

10/10 für die Mitarbeiter hier. Wir waren am 14.10.23 Abends hier essen. Die Bestellung ging schnell, es war sauber und wir haben selten so freundliche Mitarbeiter bei BK erlebt.

Ich bin echt schwer begeistert wie sauber es hier ist, sowohl im bereich sanitäranlagen ( Herren ) als auch im Restaurant bereich. Geschmacklich auch kein vergleich zu anderen BK filialen, wobei es leer war bzw. wenig betrieb . Positiv überrascht.

Muss zugeben service viel besser trotzdem kacka (außer Chili cheese Pommes 🍟)

Muss die Rezession mal anpassen. Essen ist weiterhin ok, normal für Burger King eben. Aber das Personal ist entschieden seltsamer geworden. Habe heute mit einem 20er bezahlt, will mir ein junger Angestellter 15 Ein-Euro-Stücke zurückgeben, anstatt von der Nebenkasse sich einen Schein zu wecheln. Habe das Kleingeld verweigert und dann mit Karte gezahlt. Daraufhin hat er mich angemacht, warum ich so unfreundlich zu ihm bin. Ich würde ja sehen, dass er keine Scheine hat. Ich war weder unfreundlich noch ist es mein Fehler, wenn seine Scheine weg sind. Ich hätte problemlos gewartet bis er sich neue geholt hat. Muss ich 15 Ein-Euro-Stücke akzeptieren, weil er keine Lust hat den Schein zu wechseln. Ein 20er ist nun wirklich kein großer Schein. Und ist das dann sofort unhöflich, dass man sich von der Bedinung anmachen lassen muss? Also der Kunde ist hier in jedem Fall nicht König!
