Please change employees or close this branch. The employees are too lazy to prepare the burgers fresh and say there is nothing left.

Every time I come to this Macdonald I see an Indian worker. she is old and very grumpy. She needs to go to a psychiatrist because she has an issue with anger management. She yelled at me like I’m a kid. Just because I wanted to asked her something. She has a problem. It’s very crazy the way she “handles” the client. I know this job it’s hard but she has an anger problem.

Very bad behavior from employees and restaurant managers 🤬 Totally disrespectful!!! They got my order wrong twice and the second time I went back to clarify it, they yelled at me and told me not to buy from this restaurant again. Although I am a regular customer. But they serve the customers in a very bad way!!! I will never go there again!

For the repeated time I was treated rudely and the burgers were burnt, the employees have the wrong job to deal with the customers like that, there's no need to go there anymore. 1 star is way too much from me, there are minus 10 stars

Dear Sir or Madam, around 3.45 p.m. I bought a cheeseburger from the Wandsbek market for the second time, especially with the note that I am severely allergic to cucumber thanks to a cross allergy. I took a bite and immediately had problems because once again there was a cucumber in it. Normally I look at the burger after buying it, but unfortunately this time I bit into it straight away. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers, not chickenburger and cheeseburger. Mainly because I don't like chicken burgers. I showed the picture of what I wanted but the cashier still mixed up the order. I noticed that too late.

Staff really incredibly nice!! And everything is great, except that there is always very little salt on the fries 😞

The service is so-so, the staff works without gloves, the glasses I received were dirty, the visitors are not very polite, MK is not a bad establishment, but specifically here it’s terrible.

I think the Mcdonalds is well positioned in the underpass of the passage and many guests eat there, which is a recommendation from us. We'd love to come back.

Absolutely the worst McDonald's in terms of service, they asked if you could pay with a coupon, then they said no, there was no royal ts and then we had to order a happy meal with a royal ts. Service is very unfriendly and rude.

The last 2 customers in front of me were just leaving. I'll stand there. "Hello." No reaction from the woman in front of me. To her right are 2 more MAs. Nobody says anything. I would like blah blah. No reaction. The guy 2 next says hello. I ask if I should come over it. He doesn't answer, just says next person please, whereupon the customer behind me goes there. Then I turned on my heel and got out. What kind of behavior is this? The woman looks me straight in the eyes and ignores me. The guy greets me and doesn't tell me what you have to do in this store to be allowed to place an order. Craziness.

Large bright McDonald's restaurant. It was quite nice here.

Dirty, small, unfriendly and slow staff. Current voucher codes from the McD app “don’t work”? And the food was cold. Burger King 50m away does it better.

Habe mir einen milkshake geordert und der eine Mitarbeiter macht ihn mir. Nach ca. 3 Minuten meinte er hätte ein Problem mit der Maschine, da meinte der kassiere flüsternd zu ihm das es egal sein und das er mir den milkshake einfach so geben soll. Der milkshake war komplett wässrig und hat einfach nur nach Zuckermilch geschmeckt. Absolute Frechheit. Dazu kommt der unfaire Preis von 4€ für 0,4. Nie wieder McDonald's

War heute dort gegen 16.30 Uhr wurde aber sowas von unfreundlich bedient das ich mich mehrere mal wiederholen musste die " ist mir egal was ich gesagt habe so ging es weiter Straße Sprache , was du will ist mir egal. FURCHTBAR bin mit dem Satz, sie sind so schlecht drauf, da muss hier nichts bestellen . Tja burger King schmeckt auch sehr 👍

Schade, dass es nur noch den kleinen unter dem Busterminal gibt. Die Auswahl ist dadurch gering. Das Personal scheint auch keine Lust zu haben. Wenn man anfängt Gäste anzubkaffen, sollte man sich etwas neues suchen.

Kurz vor Ladenschluss waren die Damen sehr freundlich und haben mir heiße Nuggets serviert! 👍🏼

Ein wunderbares Restaurant. Das Essen ist sehr gut und die Bedienung ausgesprochen nett und freundlich. Ich war schon über 10 mal mit Freunden und Kollegen dort.

Wäre echt gut wenn euer Restaurant etwas länger geöffnet hätte, da die meisten noch nach 21:00 von Wandsbek aus nachhause fahren und sich nen Kaffee holen wollen. Bin da am Freitag vorbei gefahren und es war schon geschlossen 😩

Oft unhöflich und freches Personal, man wird hier nicht bedient, sondern eher abgefertigt... Essen mal gut, mal sehr schlecht...

Sehr lange Wartezeit. Es bedient nur 1 Person,deswegen lange Schlangen.

Recht lange Wartezeit auf das Essen, aber dafür war es frisch zubereitet. Toiletten waren benutzbar. Insgesamt wirkt alles aber etwas herunter gekommen.

Hier gibt's genau das was man von einem McDonalds erwartet, meistens allerdings ein wenig schmieriger als in anderen Filialen

This is one strange McDonald's. It's dark - really, as in dimmly lit... Yes there are hardly any windows, yet every other store in a mall etc. can have decent lighting. This leads to a strange atmosphere and comes across as not being the cleanest place. What is it they are trying to hide? Lastly, they provide a manager e-mail for improvement suggestions, yet I never heard back or even received an read receipt. About the food, well I guess McDonald's quality can be found here, not the best - but within the margin of expectation.

Vorzüglich. Nette Bedienung und eine leckere Warme Mahlzeit. Die Fleischbulette meines amerikanischen Sandwiches, namens Big Tasty Bacon, war perfekt gegart, außen leicht knusprig, innen sanft saftig. Die Soße beglückte meinen Gaumen mit einem einzigartigen Geschmack und sie war perfekt dosiert. Als Beilage erhielt ich, nach Menü eine Tüte schmackhafter Riffelkartoffeln und die von mir gewählte Sour Cream Sauce als Ergänzung. Abgerundet wurde alles durch einen Klassiker der Erfrischungsgetränke; eine Coca Cola mit Eiswürfeln serviert. Fantastisch!

Moin. Ein sehr schmaler MC Donalds. Dieses Restaurant ist total überlaufen. Dementsprechend ist es nicht richtig Sauber, alles klebt. Dass liegt nicht am Personal, die Bemühen sich stets. Fast wie jedes Restaurant der Marke Mc Donalds. Bis auf dass, es dort noch keine Bestell Terminals aufgestellt wurden. Und Vorbestellung somit nicht möglich. Erinnert an die Neunziger Jahre MC Donalds Liebes MC Donalds Team, diese Filiale braucht ein Update an jeder Ecke. Abe wie ein Geschäft schließen, wenn es so gut läuft.

Essen wie gewohnt. Die Toiletten sind eine Katastrophe. Sehr schmutzig, kein Toilettenpapier und die Männer rennen ständig in die Frauentoilette weil die Beschilderung missverständlich ist.
