service is DISASTER, rude, rude and incompetent.

It's just a hindrance that every time you get there, a coupon at the checkout never works, why do such a promotion if not every branch sticks to it or there are always problems redeeming them. You sometimes want to save your money and take advantage of the offer and not drive to a different McDonald's every time or even go somewhere else, ultimately it will hurt you if you lose customers because you don't give the customer what you offer and on the other hand it is rip off for me. In the future I will no longer visit this McDonald's or spend my money there or anything like that, it's a waste of time and stupid if I want to take advantage of your offers during the break and can't because it's not possible in the branch and it's closer. I've just come back from the main station to Dammtor to ask why that doesn't work, there are three cashiers at the checkout, one customer is making the order while grinning together and one is talking to a customer in a foreign language even though you could serve the next customer if you were too third represents. So for me, such behavior is inappropriate and unprofessional in the workplace and doesn't belong, especially when you have the time to serve the next customer but are talking to someone else instead.

I have to comment on this company..: 1) As visitors, we wanted someone to communicate with us in English. The answer was that McDonald's is a German company and that we must know German! As always, eat at McD. However, I received Cola instead of Fanta. Staff very unfriendly. The app is not recognized. Tables very dirty, it was not possible to get a cloth from the staff to wipe them. No toilets in the restaurant, only in the train station. This means there is no opportunity to wash your hands before eating.

Ultra slow. As a guest you have to pay extra for the toilet. If you politely ask where the burger is after 15 minutes of waiting, you will be attacked. Beware of fraud!!! If you get food to take away, check the store to see if everything is there. The following situation occurred for me today. I redeemed a double menu via the McDonalds app where I ordered a Coke, a Big Mac, a McChicken Classic and fries. When I arrived at the hotel I discovered that I had a Coke, a portion of fries and a Big Mac in my bag, even though I had paid the full price. To top it all off, of course, they didn't give me a receipt, which meant I couldn't even go back and say hey, there's a McChicken classic missing here. As I said, be careful!! This store will never see me again! Just anti-social.

I used to work at a McDonald's store and needed proof of my unemployment benefits. I was always being redirected from one place to another and no one could help me. It seemed like they didn't care. After calling again I was told that they don't issue a certificate if you have worked there for less than a month. Nevertheless, this is mandatory. After three months of back and forth, I finally solved it myself by filling out a form and submitting some evidence such as my employment contract, working hours and bank statements. Nevertheless, I had to live on my savings for three months because they refused to send such proof. As an employee you are valued and laughed at (hehe haha), but as soon as you are no longer employed there you are treated badly. Please do yourself a favor and never ask for proof hoping they will give it to you. It's better to ask the employment agency whether you can get a form to fill out and attach your evidence to it and send it off. Then you'll have it done in a week instead of waiting months for a response. This branch is hopeless.

Fries almost raw, waiting time too long.

I was there a week ago late at night at 10 p.m. with a colleague. One boy served my burger without gloves, scratched his face beforehand and then saw how he grabbed the lettuce with his loose fingers and put it on the burger. The same with cheese and the rest. Schlechtester McDonalds den ich kenne. Öffnet unter der Woche um 9 Uhr obwohl er in einem Fernverkehrsbahnhof ist. Hat keine Terminals um digital selbst zu bestellen. Bieten kein Frühstück an. Dieser McDonalds ist meist etwas besser besucht, wir kamen nach dem Kinobesuch hierher und haben uns eine Chicken Box, Milchshakes, Pommes und Cheeseburger und Chili Cheesys . Es hat alles gut geschmeckt, war heiß und die Verkäuferin war durchgehend freundlich, dabei haben wir mit Coupons bestellt, bei denen jeder einzeln bezahlt werden muss. BesterMc Laden in Hamburg, Gross mit viel Olatz und auch Essen frisch .Freundliches Personal.Ein Stern Abzug weil man die öffentliche Toilette nutzen muss, aber auch verständlich.

Wir hatten spät abends (22:00 Uhr) noch Hunger, und dies war der einzig offene McDonalds in der Gegend. Die Mitarbeiter waren nett und das Essen frisch. Ein Punkt Abzug, weil es keine Bestell-Terminals gibt und auch die App nicht unterstützt wird.

Eine der ältesten McDonald's-Filialen in ganz Hamburg. Durchschnittliches Ambiente mit geräumigem Essbereich, freundliches Personal und recht frisch gemachtes Essen. Ganz großes Minus für nicht vorhandene Toiletten (Wurden mit Gipskartonplatten verschlossen!). Dafür hat man drei Eingänge, um in den Laden zu kommen, was allgemein für eine leichte Entzerrung sorgt

Zwar gibt es hier erfreulicherweise noch Bedienungen, die die Essensbestellung aufnehmen (und nicht nur Automaten wie andernorts bei McDonalds), dafür ist diese Filiale unsagbar schmuddelig. Liegt an den Gästen, klar, ist aber trotzdem nicht schön.

E l lugar se encuentra en la estación del metro y cerca del parque Plante un Blome y después de caminar en el parque se antoja comer algo y ese lugar el servicio es eficiente y completo las papas están bien crujientes y tienen todos los aderezos hay una hamburguesa de pescado que es necesario el aderezo de curri y en algunos locales no lo hay como el de Ámsterdam Es un lugar agradable para recargar energías
