Burger King unterdrückt Meinungsfreiheit.

Schlimmer geht’s nicht. Letzten Monat habe ich vor Ort bestellt. Die Bestellung war falsch und die Mitarbeiter waren unhöflich. Heute Abend habe ich um 21:30 Uhr über Wolt bestellt. Die Bestellung wurde angenommen und bestätigt, aber nach etwa 40 Minuten plötzlich abgelehnt. Am besten sollte man den Laden schließen – das war’s. Sehr schlechte Erfahrung und miserabler Service. Nie wieder!

Hälfte der Karte ausverkauft hab ich so auch noch nicht gesehen. Die an der Kasse hat keine Lust, unfreundlich, Hälfte vergessen (nicht nur bei mir) aber gut… den Boden kann man auch mal ordentlich reinigen (rutschig). Kaum Chili Cheese Sause aufn Burger war sehr trocken das ganze…

Der Burger war nicht gut. Die Nuggets waren gut. Der Mann an der Theke war unhöflich.

Ich war heute um 20 Uhr bei Burger King, und ich hatte ein richtig tolles Erlebnis. Die Chefin ist super freundlich, die Atmosphäre war klasse, und das Essen war frisch und lecker. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

Bis auf die wild gestapelten Tablets habe ich nichts zu meckern. Essen war frisch zubereitet und die Toiletten waren sauber.

Heute 5 Whopper-Junior bestellt. An den Zutaten wurde im Vergleich zu sämmtlichen Whopper jr. die ich in meinem Leben genossen habe Ordentlich gespart. Bei 5 Burgern auch kein zufall.

Sauber, frisches essen, nette Mitarbeiter

Absolute Katastrophe! Ich habe 3 Burger zum Mitnehmen bestellt, alle mit individuellen Extrawünschen. Das Ergebnis: Jeder einzelne Burger wurde falsch zubereitet. Besonders ärgerlich ist dabei, dass man für die Extras auch noch zusätzlich bezahlt. Da fragt man sich wirklich, wie es möglich ist, ausnahmslos alle Burger falsch zu machen. Als wäre das nicht schon genug, waren die Pommes offensichtlich auch nicht mehr frisch und eher lau als knusprig. Fehler können passieren, aber bei einer Bestellung von drei Burgern jeden einzelnen falsch zuzubereiten, wirkt leider einfach nur unglaublich inkompetent. So macht Fast Food definitiv keinen Spaß. Sehr enttäuschend!

War relativ leer. Deshalb kam das Essen schnell. Wenn ich für einen Burger um 10.-€ bezahlen muss ist es definitiv zu teuer.

Wir waren die einzigen Kunden im Laden. Falsches essen, keine einzige Serviette, falsches Spielzeug, keine Strohhalme, keine Saucen mehr, konnten king des Monats gar nicht bestellen und anderes auch teilweise nicht weil sie es gar nicht da hatten. Keine Eiswürfel in den Getränken trotz Bestellung. Herrenklo defekt. Männer im Damenklo! Wow!! Danach hatten wir alle Durchfall und Bauchschmerzen. King jr Menü gab es auch nicht mehr. Schlechter geht es echt nicht

Im Drive in Essen bestellt in der Cola keine Eiswürfel keine Kohlensäure bei 23 grad. Crispy chicken mit extra chilli cheese soße bestellt war natürlich nicht mit dabei. Essen wirklich Katastrophe sehr trocken die Burger liegen da rum und werden nicht frisch zubereitet nie wieder !!!

Junior Whopper Garlic, trocken, Salat besteht nur aus Strunk. Orion Rings ein alter mit in der Tüte Long Chicken Criunchy, kalt, trocken. Cola Schal Insgesamt lieblos. Schade ums Geld...

Die Gesamtqualität dieser Marke hat im Allgemeinen stark nachgelassen.

Besser geworden und modernisiert worden. Man kann von Burgerking keine Geschmacksexplosion erwarten.

Die Mitarbeiter am Drive in verstehen wohl kein deutsch. Wir wollten 2 cheeseburger haben. Als antwort bekamen wir : "haben wir nicht". Genau das gleiche beim whopper. Ausverkauft oder was bedeutet das? Wie kann das überhaupt sein?

Wir waren im Drive-In und mussten erstmal über 10 Minuten warten, bevor wir überhaupt bedient wurden. Als wir dann endlich bestellen konnten, kam unsere Bestellung auch noch falsch an. Das Essen selbst war leider ebenfalls eine Enttäuschung, es hat uns überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Insgesamt eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Keine Empfehlung!

Der Laden war sehr schmutzig. Auf dem Boden lagen Pommes verstreut und er war klebrig. Die Rückgabewagen waren auch voll so das man Mühe hatte sein Tablet abzugeben. Es war zum Zeitpunkt nicht sehr voll, so das man aufräumen hätte können.

Service mäßig, bedingt durch sprachliche Verständigungsprobleme. Diskussion wegen der Bestellung, weil das Terminal keinen Beleg gedruckt hat ("das Terminal macht immer Ärger" war die Erklärung) ich konnte aber nachweisen, dass ich bezahlt habe. Bestellter Dip nicht mehr vorhanden. Alternativen von mir nicht gewünscht, aber der gewünschte Dip "eben nicht mehr verfügbar". Cheeseburger kalt. Mein letzter Besuch hier; die Fails waren nicht die ersten. Aber die letzten.

Ich gehe oft zu diesem Burger King. Er hat eine angenehme Atmosphäre und der Service ist schnell! Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass man die Kalorienangaben im Essen nachverfolgen kann!

Drive in.....dauert 10 min für 2 Autos. Super unhöflich der Typ....kann sich nix merken....gibt das falsche essen raus, vergisst die Hälfte und pöbelt dann rum..... unnötiger Typ

Besonders freundliche Mitarbeiter

Am Freitag Abend mit dem Auto im Drive in gewesen und über Angebots-Codes bei einer sehr unfreundlichen Bedienung am Schalter bestellt. Als wir nach über 20 Min warten beim Fenster zur Abholung ankamen bekamen wir die Info, dass unsere bestellten Produkte gar nicht vorhanden seien. Die Antwort auf unsere Frage warum uns das nicht direkt beim Bestellen gesagt wurde war „ich sehe nicht welche Produkte beim Code enthalten sind, das hätten Sie mir sagen müssen“. HÄ?? Wir sind ziemlich sauer wieder gefahren. Wie kann es sein, dass es Freitag Abends keinen Cheeseburger, Chrispy Chicken und Whopper mehr gibt?

Fühle mich nun unter Druck gesetzt wegen den ganzen Überwachungssystem Kameras am Parkplatz. Ich weis nicht was mit meine Daten passiert. Früher war ich hier ein Kunde nun werde ich lieber zu mcdoof fahren wo zumindest meine kehnzeichen nicht gescannt werden.

Naja, habe 3 Cheeseburger bestellt und nur 1 bekommen, Mitarbeiterin war es offensichtlich zu viel,hat mich auch nur sehr schwer verstanden 😔

Hatte bei der Bestellung angegeben dass ich die Cola ohne Eiswürfel wünsche und ein Crispy Chicken ohne Tomate. Beides hat nicht geklappt...

Es ist das Geld einfach nicht wert. Egal wie klein ihr euch die Burger vorstellt, sie sind kleiner.

Wie lange soll die Eismaschine noch „kaputt“ sein?

Meine Frau und ich haben gestern dort Essen bestellt und mitgenommen. Leider waren wir insgesamt sehr enttäuscht. Der Service wirkte desinteressiert und wenig freundlich, was bereits keinen guten Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Noch gravierender ist jedoch, dass wir beide kurz nach dem Verzehr starke Magenprobleme bekommen haben. Es erscheint uns sehr auffällig, dass wir unabhängig voneinander direkt danach ähnliche Beschwerden hatten. Daher liegt der Verdacht nahe, dass möglicherweise etwas mit der Qualität oder Frische der Speisen bzw. Getränke nicht in Ordnung war. Wir hoffen sehr, dass dies überprüft wird, damit sich so etwas nicht wiederholt.

Haben heute die neuen Tender und Soßen probiert! Leider war die Soße kalt und nicht Unser Geschmack. Der Bürgen war OK aber nicht das Geld wert! Alles in allem werden Wir dort nicht mehr Essen. Das war so zu sagen nochmal ein Versuch

Wir waren dort um uns nach langer Zeit mal wieder einen schönen Burger zu gönnen! Leider eine komplette Fehlentscheidung. Das Personal ist unglaublich unfreundlich!! Aktionsburgerlinien sind nicht vorhanden, aber man wird angemotzt wenn man fragt, wie man diese bestellt. Die Dame, welche die Nummern der Bestellungen aufrief, hatte einen sehr starken Dialekt, was dazu führte, dass man seine Nummer nicht direkt verstand und es auch nicht mit der digitalen Anzeige übereinstimmte. Dennoch ist man angemeckert worden, wenn man nicht direkt nach dem ersten Aufruf an der Theke stand. Der Laden war auch komplett nicht beheizt, dass heißt dort zu essen war eine Zumutung (es gab Heizlüfter, aber diese waren aus). Und zu guter Letzt war der Schichtführer nicht nur unfreundlich zu den Kunden, sondern auch zum eigenen Personal. Die Burger waren okay, aber leider nicht auf Franchise Standard... Kein Wunder, dass die Burger Kings hier alle schließen wenn das das Level ist.

Ben war sehr freundlich und höflich. Unsere Bestellung ist blitzschnell zubereitet worden.

Plant based Burger war irgendwie sehr scharf und die Pommes zu salzig, sonst alles super

Ich mag diese Filiale, denn die schaffen es tatsächlich meine Großbestellungen komplett (!!!) einzupacken. Bisher hat nichts gefehlt. Da hatte ich schon andere Filialen besucht, wo Burger fehlten. Toll finde ich, dass ich mir meinen Salat selber Zusammenstellen kann. Bitte beibehalten!

Uns ist leider ganz schnell der Appetit vergangen, als wir gesehen haben wir dreckig es dort ist. Ab 10.30 geöffnet, wir kommen um 10.31 und die Tische sind so dreckig, dass man sich lieber zweimal überlegen sollte an denen zu essen. Von dem klebrigen Boden mal ganz abgesehen. Schade, dass wir leider hungrig weiter fahren mussten.

Sauber und freundliche Service, das Essen ist frisch.

Echt unfreundliche Bedienung - sogar im Drive-In...

Über Lieferando bestellt, Bestellung falsch erhalten. Statt der Produkte (siehe Bild 1), erhielten wir alles aus Fleisch, unsere Cola und zweiten Whooper erhielten wir nicht mal, statt dem zweiten Whooper einen Cheeseburger und gratis Chicken Nuggets aus (wer hätte es gedacht..) Fleisch (siehe restliche Bilder). Aus gesundheitlichen Gründen sowie meine Entscheidung, dem Tierleid nicht zu unterstützen, sehe ich diesen Akt als super unseriös. Mehrmals angerufen, jedoch keiner ging ran. Wenn möglich würde ich nicht mal einen Stern dieser Ranzbude geben.

The coffee might be ok but it’s spoilt by them using UHT long life milk… yuk. Generally, the food is overpriced and isn’t very hot - so probably microwaved. There are better places close by if you’re charging your car.

Today it was relatively empty, the food was fresh, and the staff was very nice.

Worst Burger King I've ever been to! No bread, no Crispy Chicken, no bread for the cheeseburger—they were out of everything. I had to get a Long Chicken, which was supposed to be "the same," but of course it wasn't. The bread smelled strongly of beer, totally unappetizing! The fries tasted like old grease. And there were never any toys for the kids' meals. I usually like eating at Burger King, but this branch completely ruined my appetite. Never again!

The children's menu is only half-price, there are no toys or dessert, but you still have to pay full price. Outrageous.

Reasonably clean. The food was okay. Service, however, was not good. The staff were unfriendly. The toy was left out of the King Jr. Meal without comment. Upon inquiry, they told them they were all sold out. There were no ice cubes, even though we ordered them. The staff's tone could also be improved.

Biggest garbage shop very unprofessional staff has no desire to work the worst BK in a long time hope it closes soon

Unfortunately, I repeatedly bumped into a nuisance. The staff were completely overwhelmed (a language barrier), even though the store was empty. Then they served the wrong food (different from the ordered item), and placed my order via a kiosk. Conclusion: won't be back. Next time, I'll go to a competitor 2 km away.

After a long time, my girlfriend and I decided to visit Burger King again. Unfortunately, we were disappointed: • The Coke was still carbonated and tasted sour, • The fries and burger were only lukewarm. Overall, we wouldn't recommend it – we had hoped for much better. (See photos.)

Just the right thing for lunch break at school ✌🏽🤡

Like a haunted house, completely deserted when we were there. The terminals didn't work, and card payments didn't work either. We took the food with us. It tasted completely chemical, as if the place hadn't been cleaned properly, and we had terrible stomach problems that night. I can't recommend the place. Never again for us.

I've written to BK Germany several times to draw attention to the grievances. To date, I haven't received a response. This location isn't even a franchisee, but is operated directly by BK. The way this location presents itself is all the more surprising. This store hasn't managed to deliver a complete order to me even once. There's always been something missing. The burger buns are dry, the fries taste of old grease, and the ice cream machine, as I've written before, is constantly broken. And the whole thing has nothing to do with fast food anymore. Even though the store is empty, you have to wait forever for your food, and then, as I've already written, something's usually missing. I'd rather not even write about the demeanor and friendliness of the employees. It would probably go beyond the scope. But there are also some positive things to report. There are always plenty of free parking spaces, and you can always find a seat in the restaurant. But that's probably more because customers come here once, twice, maybe three times, and then never again.

The milkshake machine didn't work again.

After 9:40 p.m., the staff no longer considers it necessary to serve you at the drive-thru.

The service is terrible, the staff is so unmotivated and phlegmatic. I ordered 3 burgers and one cheese sauce, and this modest order wasn't complete!!!! Apparently, the customer has to check the bag to make sure everything is complete.

The food is OK, but unfortunately, they haven't had any ice cream for quite some time. Unfortunately, some of the employees are unfriendly, and we were told an hour before closing time that the restaurant was about to close. After we placed our order anyway and sat down at a table, this unfriendly employee chased us away and told us that it was closed and we should sit over there (there were no barriers or signs). All in all, it was quite exciting and an experience I don't want to repeat.

Worst Burger King in all of Hamburg, constantly closed (8:15 p.m.), even though the opening hours are supposed to be open (10:00 p.m.). When it does open, the chili cheese nuggets are still frozen inside, and the bacon on the burgers is completely mushy and undercooked. When you ask, you're rudely told that's the case everywhere at Burger King. Just stay well away from the place and find one with better quality standards.

The food there is now good. The service is friendly, and it's pleasant to sit there for a while.

The staff barely speak German, so you have to order food from vending machines. Unbelievable!

We ordered €47, and after over an hour, we received items worth €14, including completely incorrect ones we hadn't ordered. We called several times, but they just didn't answer until the store closed. Nothing but fraud.

Rip-off. For a lot of money, you get tiny portions of poor quality. Zero service. We won't be back.

This man is really fresh, disrespectful, and shows no respect for anyone. Customers have to deal with people like that.

The food and service were good, but you'd better avoid the restrooms. Dirty is an understatement.

So far I have been very satisfied with every Burger King because the cashiers/employees have always been friendly to me and my children.

I was at the drive-thru today (Sunday, June 8, 2025, around 3:00 PM). The man at the counter was totally unfriendly. This was the second time today, so I had to write this review.

The ice cream machine is chronically broken, and the employees are chronically unmotivated. There really seems to be a systematic motivation problem among the employees at this restaurant. You'd be better off going to McDonald's. At least there you get what's on the menu.

Rude staff, bad quality, and I can just say they are not happy with customers being there. I have been a Burgerking customer since years ago and I will be a customer but I will never go to this Filiale.

The shop would be something for Team Wallraff. It doesn't work at all! Seriously, go to the kebab man, that's what you get Eat clean, and it's significantly cheaper! And people think about it, have you ever seen that the store was well attended? When were the tables full? Exactly, never! What do you think they do with their stuff? I mean the patties, salad, etc. Do they throw them away? I don't believe! There's definitely a lot of mess going on there. # health department, # food inspection.

I ordered something to take away. The food was cold and the drinks were warm, I would have preferred it the other way around... When I ordered, I could have been told that the ice cream machine wasn't working.

I can't say anything about the ambience because I always use the drive. So far I've always had good experiences.

You're getting better and better...but it probably depends on the team in question...by the way...I experienced the best service at Burger King in Belgium! 🇧🇪 My standard: Cola Zero or chocolate milk shake; 1 x Whopper; 1 x 6 chicken with curry sauce...always good! 😋😉

Unfortunately the citizens weren't really well prepared. For one thing, there was still onion on my burger, even though I had actively deselected it. On the other hand, there was very little sauce on the long chili cheese. But there were more sauces than actually ordered (French fries sauce, BBQ etc)

Are you serious? I order 2 menus? And from the second menu I only have the fries and the burgers? 25 euros? For what ? For 1 meal and another fries? Fooling? My conclusion! Never again was I just cheated out of €12
