Like a haunted house, completely deserted when we were there. The terminals didn't work, and card payments didn't work either. We took the food with us. It tasted completely chemical, as if the place hadn't been cleaned properly, and we had terrible stomach problems that night. I can't recommend the place. Never again for us.

I've written to BK Germany several times to draw attention to the grievances. To date, I haven't received a response. This location isn't even a franchisee, but is operated directly by BK. The way this location presents itself is all the more surprising. This store hasn't managed to deliver a complete order to me even once. There's always been something missing. The burger buns are dry, the fries taste of old grease, and the ice cream machine, as I've written before, is constantly broken. And the whole thing has nothing to do with fast food anymore. Even though the store is empty, you have to wait forever for your food, and then, as I've already written, something's usually missing. I'd rather not even write about the demeanor and friendliness of the employees. It would probably go beyond the scope. But there are also some positive things to report. There are always plenty of free parking spaces, and you can always find a seat in the restaurant. But that's probably more because customers come here once, twice, maybe three times, and then never again.

The milkshake machine didn't work again.

After 9:40 p.m., the staff no longer considers it necessary to serve you at the drive-thru.

The service is terrible, the staff is so unmotivated and phlegmatic. I ordered 3 burgers and one cheese sauce, and this modest order wasn't complete!!!! Apparently, the customer has to check the bag to make sure everything is complete.

The food is OK, but unfortunately, they haven't had any ice cream for quite some time. Unfortunately, some of the employees are unfriendly, and we were told an hour before closing time that the restaurant was about to close. After we placed our order anyway and sat down at a table, this unfriendly employee chased us away and told us that it was closed and we should sit over there (there were no barriers or signs). All in all, it was quite exciting and an experience I don't want to repeat.

Worst Burger King in all of Hamburg, constantly closed (8:15 p.m.), even though the opening hours are supposed to be open (10:00 p.m.). When it does open, the chili cheese nuggets are still frozen inside, and the bacon on the burgers is completely mushy and undercooked. When you ask, you're rudely told that's the case everywhere at Burger King. Just stay well away from the place and find one with better quality standards.

It's just closed on a Saturday at 8:35pm...crazy

The food there is now good. The service is friendly, and it's pleasant to sit there for a while.

The staff barely speak German, so you have to order food from vending machines. Unbelievable!

We ordered €47, and after over an hour, we received items worth €14, including completely incorrect ones we hadn't ordered. We called several times, but they just didn't answer until the store closed. Nothing but fraud.

Rip-off. For a lot of money, you get tiny portions of poor quality. Zero service. We won't be back.

This man is really fresh, disrespectful, and shows no respect for anyone. Customers have to deal with people like that.

The food and service were good, but you'd better avoid the restrooms. Dirty is an understatement.

So far I have been very satisfied with every Burger King because the cashiers/employees have always been friendly to me and my children.

I was at the drive-thru today (Sunday, June 8, 2025, around 3:00 PM). The man at the counter was totally unfriendly. This was the second time today, so I had to write this review.

The ice cream machine is chronically broken, and the employees are chronically unmotivated. There really seems to be a systematic motivation problem among the employees at this restaurant. You'd be better off going to McDonald's. At least there you get what's on the menu.

Rude staff, bad quality, and I can just say they are not happy with customers being there. I have been a Burgerking customer since years ago and I will be a customer but I will never go to this Filiale.

The shop would be something for Team Wallraff. It doesn't work at all! Seriously, go to the kebab man, that's what you get Eat clean, and it's significantly cheaper! And people think about it, have you ever seen that the store was well attended? When were the tables full? Exactly, never! What do you think they do with their stuff? I mean the patties, salad, etc. Do they throw them away? I don't believe! There's definitely a lot of mess going on there. # health department, # food inspection.

I ordered something to take away. The food was cold and the drinks were warm, I would have preferred it the other way around... When I ordered, I could have been told that the ice cream machine wasn't working.

I can't say anything about the ambience because I always use the drive. So far I've always had good experiences.

Unfortunately the citizens weren't really well prepared. For one thing, there was still onion on my burger, even though I had actively deselected it. On the other hand, there was very little sauce on the long chili cheese. But there were more sauces than actually ordered (French fries sauce, BBQ etc)

Are you serious? I order 2 menus? And from the second menu I only have the fries and the burgers? 25 euros? For what ? For 1 meal and another fries? Fooling? My conclusion! Never again was I just cheated out of €12

We have ordered 4 times. 2 for takeaway and 2 with delivery and something is always missing. The last one was 1 burger and there were only 4. Terrible service and the staff was very unprofessional and I would even say arrogant when calling to complain that something was missing from the order. The last time we went there to pick up the burger we were missing, the place was completely empty. There is no excuse for such poor service...

With the right people, everything is beautiful. The shop was well maintained. The staff is relaxed. The other guests too. It is clear that fast food is unhealthy. You should also eat it rarely. So it's very pleasant every now and then.

Total disaster, I asked very nicely today, sorry, why can't I scan my coupon well, and the employee (a young man) just kept shaking his head, after 6.7 minutes he answered: the machine is broken, and that it was. The machine is very good, I scanned both of the other two coupons. And why does he always shake his head?????? A person like that shouldn't work here anymore.

I don't understand how every order takes at least 15 minutes. Even if it's just 1 cheeseburger. I've just been standing in the drive-thru for 20 minutes as I write this review. Really not recommended if you don't want to put down roots

Ordered food and Uber Eats delivered, the food was cold. Citizen King called the branch in Gross Flottbek and they said that Uber Eats was responsible. My apartment is 10 minutes away by car.

Everything takes far too long, when I asked for my money back after 20 minutes (a Big King and 2 cheeseburgers in an empty store), they refused. Unfriendly staff and simply poor quality. I've rarely seen toilets as disgusting as here

Burgers delicious, fries and nuggets delicious, ordering is very complicated, waiting time is too long for me, ordering and paying in person would be quicker and easier, staff could take everything in much better and also help. Burgers are freshly prepared, but fries are kept warm. The concept used to be a quick-service restaurant, meaning you go in, order, eat and all in just a few minutes. Well, it was better than today. Cleanliness could be better.

Impossible entry, staff can't speak German, endless waiting times - even for small orders. The same every time. Now go to Itzehoe if you want Burger King, everything is fine there.

It's a shame that reviews here are being deleted, especially when they refer to the obvious and demonstrable hygiene and alleged freshness. Lettuce that is brown, chicken nuggets that are hard as coal after being fried several times, tomatoes that smell like rotten are evidence of bad food that is not cooled from the lectures. It often happens that the wrong orders are given and I can easily recognize the burgers that have been sitting for hours and are dry. The place is known for being one of the worst burger kings there is.

Beware of the delivery service! Food was ordered and should arrive in half an hour. The half hour was now 4 days ago. According to the app, the food is still being prepared and my money has been debited. So a very clear warning to order here!

It is a large restaurant that is not too crowded, nicely laid out and centrally located.

Overpriced garbage. You now pay 7 euros for a double cheeseburger and around 3 euros for fries. The fries are soaked with grease and bad after everything else but not like fries. It feels like the oil is never changed. Disgustingly simple.

The restaurant was cold. The accessible toilet was cold. The fries were rather cold. Napkins were only available upon request. Tables dirty.
