Beware of the delivery service! Food was ordered and should arrive in half an hour. The half hour was now 4 days ago. According to the app, the food is still being prepared and my money has been debited. So a very clear warning to order here!

It is a large restaurant that is not too crowded, nicely laid out and centrally located.

Overpriced garbage. You now pay 7 euros for a double cheeseburger and around 3 euros for fries. The fries are soaked with grease and bad after everything else but not like fries. It feels like the oil is never changed. Disgustingly simple.

The short Asian woman who doesn't speak German is incompetently unfriendly. Order was completely wrong and we had to argue for ages. Thanks for nothing.

Unfortunately it takes a long time from ordering to delivery...and the employees could be a little nicer...the goods could also be a little hotter...everything could be improved!

Orders always take a while, unfortunately orders are sometimes not complete (missing products) or put together according to order (jalapenos on the burger, was ordered without) or ingredients are missing completely, e.g. no sauce etc. Otherwise close, often empty and good parking

They have money to renovate, but I've been waiting for a (!) menu with a small side for over a quarter of an hour and, hold on, there was ONE customer in front of me in line. Several employees are staring holes into the wall but my burger has been cooling in the display for 10 minutes. Catastrophe. Food is okay, it's just Burger King. Then you get what you order

Unfortunately it took a very long time until we got our food. Then the burgers were cold! Were remade. I ordered a strawberry shake and got vanilla...I then said I ordered strawberry. Answer: that's empty! …..it’s strange for a fast food restaurant and you should inform the customer. The shift manager also just seemed disinterested and, in my opinion, was not a motivation for his team. All the employees just seemed like they had given up. Unfortunately a really bad branch. Why is this no longer controlled, as with direct competition?

To be honest, it takes a long time at this Burger King branch... but this time it was particularly slow! Waiting 25 minutes for 3 menus is crazy. Afterwards we also received cold burgers. That was the last visit there.

The restaurant was cold. The accessible toilet was cold. The fries were rather cold. Napkins were only available upon request. Tables dirty.

Everything newly renovated, new switches. The employees are all very friendly and the branch is very clean. The food is very fresh and you hardly wait for the food.

Drive in. Monday evening, completely empty inside, but still waited almost 25 for food...the burger was terribly poorly served. Never again.

In the drive, the order is repeatedly not asked, but the order is told to continue to the window. Today it took us 20 minutes to get from the speakerphone to the window where we could then order. Everything seemed very chaotic, employees tried hard and apologized, in total we waited 30 minutes for two King of the Month until we received the citizens in the bag in our hands. Fast food restaurant is actually something different...since this has happened several times now, we asked for a receipt today so that we can pass on the feedback in other ways. That's disappointing for us, hence two stars

Für mich eine gute Burger King Filiale, jetzt nach dem Umbau sogar noch besser! Freundliche, bemühte Mitarbeiter und leckeres, heißes Essen, ich komme wieder :-)

Everything that people can expect from fast food is there: friendly staff, small waiting time and standard menu.

Der Service war wirklich klasse. Uns wurde sogar vorgeschlagen, dass wir unser Eis (ja, die Eismaschine funktioniert hier wirklich. Ich konnte es auch erst nicht glauben ;-) ) nach dem Essen bekommen können. Haben also alles auf einmal bestellt, dann erst die warmen Sachen gegessen und zum Abschied das Eis auf die Hand mitgenommen. Absolut klasse. Der Laden war auch sauber und das Essen gut. Oder zumindest so, wie ich es erwartet hatte. :-)

Ich Persönlich finde Burgerking besser als Mc Donalds weil es hier Günstigere Preise gibt und das Essen schmeckt besser der knallpunkt bei Burgerking ist dass es die king Box gibt mit 2 Hamburger eine Mittlere Pommes 🍟 6x chickenuggets und ein Mittleres Getränk nur für 5€ so was hatt nichtmal Mc Donalds also nur Wärmstens zum weiterempfehlen

Leider wurde ein Teil meiner Nuggets vergessen, die Burger waren zudem nicht frisch, obwohl nicht mal was los war!

My main problem with this BK is that it often has issues with card payments. Last time, there was no card option on the drive thru, so I had to go inside . This happened many times. Other than that, regular BK. It would be nice to have a kids corner.

They have excellent veggie options!!! Much better then the USA ones that are crumbling….

Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Mitarbeiter war beim Wechselgeld etwas überfordert, aber freundlich. Das Essen war in gewohnter Qualität also top 👍👌 die Parkplätze sind etwas klein .

Ist eigentlich ok, aber hatte jetzt schon zwei mal falsche Produkte im Drive in, daher empfehle ich die genaue Kontrolle.

Vorweg: Wir essen eigentlich ganz gern mal bei Burger King, aber dieser Laden ist wirklich nicht zu empfehlen. Wir haben da nun schon mehrfach gegessen, aber es hat noch nie geklappt, dass wir auf Anhieb alles bekommen, was wir bestellt haben. Die Burger sind oft nicht einmal mehr warm, und der Bacon auf dem Burger hätte gern noch etwas Hitze gesehen. Gebraten/Gegrillt geht anders. Der Knaller war allerdings, dass beim Menü ein 0,5 l Getränk dabei war. Wir haben uns für den Mehrwegebecher entschieden. Kommentarlos bekamen wir 0,4 l... Auf Nachfrage wurde erklärt, dass sie keine größeren Becher hätten... Wir waren einfach nur fassungslos. Und nur, weil wir uns beschwert haben, bekamen wir den Rest als Refill. Das fanden wir schon recht dreist. Wir werden in Zukunft auf andere BK-Restaurants ausweichen.

Bei der Bestellung fehlte was, für das monieren eines 0,4 Bechers, obwohl man 0,5 bestellt hatte, erntete man ein geht nicht anders (man bekam dann aber doch am ende nochmal 0,1 extra). Beim Nachtisch fehlte die Sauce und das topping war nur Krümelkram. Das geht besser.

Endlich Angestellte die richtig arbeiten, seit der digitalen Bestellung geht es auch schnell.

Das Essen finde ich ganz lecker (nur nicht so oft) Leider wirken die meisten Personen hinter dem Tresen sehr lustlos! Außerdem ist es immer wieder ein Problem, dass die Herrschaften dort sehr oft nicht richtig zuhören (oder verstehen...)

Der Burger war verdammt lecker, meine Frau und ich haben sehr gestaunt.

Ordered home delivery, via the BK website, at 19:40 and received the delivery at 21:24. The restaurant made no attempt to contact me. Terrible customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Wir haben online bestellt und sollten über 1 Stunde auf die Bestellung warten. Darauf haben wir storniert. Ein sehr unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter am Telefon wollte uns nicht verraten wie wir das über PayPal bezahlte Geld zurückerstattet bekommen. Nie wieder!

This place is close to my place and this is the first time I am writing a review for it, though I visit there frequently. This has a huge space, so you are never short of sitting places. Even it has outdoor facility that comes very handy during summer days, when there is more crowd. Plus, there are some attraction for the children too. Ample parking space means you do not have to look for parking on the side streets. Menu - is standard and that is what Burger King is known for. Staff - very courteous. They would explain to me if there is any deal going on and that indicates that the staff care. Once in a while I go there and I enjoy.

Manchmal MUSS es sein und wenn es dann schnell gehen soll, sucht man den Weg eben zum Fast Food Laden. Schade ist nur dass die Öffnungszeiten dieses BK so unübersichtlich und wenig nachvollziehbar sind, dass ich mittlerweile 3 mal vor verschlossener Tür stand, so zuletzt am 23.12. um 22.30 Uhr. Oder schomal auf einem Sonntag Nachmittag der Drive In geschlossen war und im Lokal dann 1 (!) Angestellter der eine Schlange von 8 Personen vor sich hatte, so wird auf Fast Food ganz schnell LONG Food! Leider nicht befriedigend, wenn man dann mal offen hat, dann ist die Qualität identisch der vergleichbarer anbieter und man erhält was man erwartet.

Wenn unsere Enkel kommen, muß es zum Burger und Pommes essen gehen. Die Pommes sind sehr lecker und knusprig. Die Burger sind verschieden. Ich hatte schon mal einen verbrannten. Bekam aber einn neuen. Den Kindern schmeckt es immer.

Ein Luxus Restaurant erwarte ich bei Burgerking natürlich nicht das essen ist annehmbar und der service fast überall im mittel sektor angesiedelt
