I was having trouble at the ordering terminal, and the staff was attentive and approached me, offering help in general. I really liked that. Besides, the food was standard, just like Burger King.

Food is okay, loads of youth and drunk people in the evening.

One of the worst Burger Kings. Understaffed, long wait times. They haven't had an ice cream machine in ages. It's not their fault, but the selection is lacking. I think Burger King's heyday is over.

This is the fourth time in the past three months that items that weren't ready immediately weren't brought. Today, it was mozzarella sticks. The last three times, I went and got them myself after 15 minutes. Not today; the four euros were wasted. The staff were completely uninterested when approached. This was definitely my last time at Burger King as a whole.

Nice staff, unfortunately almost every table was dirty. I cleaned the table with Sagrothan I brought with me and it was dirty. There weren't many people there. The restrooms were okay.

Unfortunately, I don't recommend it. The staff is very unfriendly. I've noticed several times that the staff are also very unfriendly to each other. Just eat Burger King.

Of the three ordering machines, only two worked. This meant a long wait before anyone could even order. The menu was terrible when ordering, which probably also accounted for the long wait. Apparently, the other guests felt the same way. Very lackluster and unfriendly service.

Unfortunately, they no longer sell shakes here, even though they advertise it on the menu. What a shame.

This would actually be a 0-star review, but unfortunately, it's not possible. We wanted to eat Burger King on a whim and drove here. The store was empty, and I asked the cashier very nicely if I could order. I was then very rudely greeted and told that only the terminal would work. The terminal was broken, so I drove on. So, dear Burger King manager of this branch, if you want to earn some money, I advise you to talk to the woman with the fake lips about customer service. Best regards

Unfortunately, this was my first very bad experience at this restaurant. I accidentally dropped my drink cup, and although I immediately apologized and offered to help, two employees reacted very rudely and annoyed. Even the employee who came to clean up was openly annoyed – completely inappropriate for a minor mishap. Absolutely unacceptable to me – I definitely won't be back.

Terrible staff. Bored, rude, and incredibly slow even though there's nothing going on. Drinks are just ice instead of soda. Small fries sold as large ones... better go somewhere else.

So, it's classic. - Food came quickly. - Kitchen and interior looked clean. - Due to digital ordering, there was little contact with "service" (there was no one at the checkout, and you had to be careful which tablet was yours, as there was no number on it). Otherwise, everything was as you'd expect from Burger King. Nothing unusual. But, very important! Strict parking rules!! Anyone who stays in the parking lot for more than 90 minutes will immediately be charged €40. These types of parking spaces are increasing everywhere. You should avoid staying there for long.

Be careful at Burger King! €48.00 penalty for parking a few minutes over the 90-minute limit. Completely excessive! Anyone who parks there should pay close attention to the time—otherwise, it will be expensive. I will avoid the location in the future. I don't understand the negative reviews. The staff was very friendly and the food was good. The wait was a bit long, though. The food was fresh, though.

On the 27th of May at around 10 PM, I visited Burger King and ordered iced coffee with caramel. Unfortunately, there was no caramel in the drinks when they were served. When we politely brought this to the attention of the staff member wearing a white T-shirt, she brought over a caramel bottle and filled the cups in a very rude and unprofessional manner, speaking loudly in front of other customers. The iced coffee itself was extremely disappointing in taste, and the overall experience left a lot to be desired. I feel genuinely sorry for the franchise owner, as service like this reflects poorly on the brand. In total, I spent €24, which felt completely wasted.

Here you can still go out to eat without feeling sick.

Received a contractual penalty for exceeding the parking time in the amount of €57.80. I have been a frequent guest at Burger King. But after I dared to eat and work there with a laptop for 2 hours while orders were in progress on a quiet day and an empty restaurant, I can now pay a fine of €57.80 for the parked vehicle after a reminder. My historical orders from BK were many times this. And my future ones would have been too. But that will no longer happen. You have lost a loyal customer forever!!

In January I went to Burger King with my girlfriend and the visit was unreasonable in several ways. The fries were served cold and it was only after I complained that new ones were reluctantly handed to me. The Whopper was also only lukewarm. However, the disproportionate approach to parking space management is particularly problematic. Due to a minor parking time overrun of around 15 minutes, I was charged a contractual penalty of €48. This amount is disproportionate to the small amount of time exceeded, especially since there are significantly lower penalties for comparable violations in public parking lots. An objection I lodged was immediately responded to with a warning. This rigorous approach and the ignorance of Section 307 of the German Civil Code (content control of general terms and conditions) and Section 242 of the German Civil Code (good faith) raise considerable doubts about the legality and fairness of the contractual penalty regulation. The branch manager showed no interest in a customer-friendly solution and simply referred to the supposedly sufficient signage. This attitude is not only inappropriate, but also damaging to business. Burger King should urgently review its business practices with regard to appropriate contractual penalties, as these regulations are disproportionate and potentially ineffective.

We met some colleagues there for lunch. After waiting forever for our food, we had a good meal. After our visit, we received a penalty notice for parking our vehicles while we were there. Anyone who doesn't want to pay €48 for their vehicle should avoid this restaurant or walk there.

Just a Burger King Simply disappointing 😒

We haven't been to Burger King for a few years now, and today I remember why. But great staff, good service.

My experience today wasn't that great. Plant-Based Tortilla King Menu ordered without onions. What did I get? One without tomatoes, but with fat onions on it. The fries were cold and when I complained the only answer was: SORRY Unfortunately no more. I would have liked these errors to be corrected, but I was disabused. Very unfortunate and dangerous for allergy sufferers.

Every time you visit, the burgers are cold and the staff unfortunately speaks very broken German and no English. Furthermore, the restaurant is very dirty. You can see the black joints and brown stains in the kitchen from the counter. The BurgerKing headquarters should take action quickly before this restaurant causes the next shitstorm...

This afternoon I wanted to get the Plant Based Menu for my partner and I as part of the One Piece campaign because he wanted both T-shirts. It's been a long time since we got something to eat at BK, but we thought it would be okay. When I arrived and placed my order at the self-service checkout, another guest had already complained about his order going wrong. I then checked our order directly on site. Not only were the T-shirts forgotten, but also my Coke, which I wanted to take with me in the Recup cup. I asked several times there whether the burgers were really vegetarian, as the packaging was no different from the others. I asked again and I drove home. When we wanted to eat, the obvious meat looked and smelled nothing like the plant-based version we usually had. My partner went back and was able to exchange the burgers. There was a noticeable difference to see and taste and I'm very glad I didn't eat the burger before! However, my partner found a hair in his burger, which ultimately ruined his appetite. The employees there still insisted on their point of view and there was neither understanding nor an apology... very, very weak! And I think we won't go to BK at all in the future!

I come here every few weeks because I like BK food. Unfortunately, the service is... not saying subpar, but not good. The staff behind the cash register refuses to order and instead directs them to the terminals (this also makes them superfluous). Food is mostly ok to good. The staff at the checkout doesn't manage to greet you either, instead they push the bag into my hand without saying "bon appetit" or anything, job missed. Not even eye contact between the two women. The boys are a bit more attentive. Chef"Koch" and Chef"Chef" park in the front row, so you have to walk a little when there are more guests. I don't know anywhere else that the staff uses the best customer parking spaces. I reported it to BK and no one seems to be interested in “are there enough parking spaces?” It's a shame, food is otherwise ok. I wouldn't come here again if there was an alternative nearby.

Despite my bright orange jacket and standing in front of one of the 3 checkouts, the staff managed to ignore me for a whole 4 minutes. When I didn't want to order my food at the faecal germ displays, I was told that they couldn't serve me that way. My friend then took care of that for me. A chili cheeseburger with extra tomato and lettuce was ordered. And even though it had to be freshly prepared, it came - surprise - cold.

However, when I unwrapped my burger, it was a big surprise - no chili, no cheese, just a plain burger. I mean, sure, Burger King is known for its variety, but I was expecting a little more bang for my buck. It felt like I had been served a tame hamster instead of the fire-breathing dragon. But hey, no need to panic! I walked up to the counter and before I could even get started, the team had already recognized my failed burger bet. Like a well-coordinated football team, they made a perfect pass: a big smile, a quick apology and within minutes my longed-for chili cheeseburger was in my hands. And guys, the taste was worth the wait! The chili hit the spot and the cheese was so melted it felt like it had just been in a sauna. A happy ending, Burger King style! Conclusion: Mistakes happen, but when the team reacts so professionally and charmingly, you can only be satisfied. 5 out of 5 stars – just for the show!

Service staff absolute disaster. I wanted to place my food order at the counter. After I stood in front of the two women talking for about 30 seconds and waited until someone asked me what I wanted to eat, one of them rudely directed me to the terminals to order there. The wording was something like "order there if it's not a problem". They probably just wanted to continue talking. After me, other customers were sent to the terminal rather than taking their orders in person. The two of them were almost completely unnecessary there, as they didn't do anything except fire the food and drink onto the tray and then listlessly say the order number and then disappear again, no "enjoy your meal" or anything else. August 28th, 2024, 12 p.m. I was there.

My girlfriend and I came here to eat, ordered food, the food arrived cold and since I pay for WARM food and not cold I wanted to bring the citizens back, her statement was "it's all fresh" she didn't want us a new one give the citizen just looks old. As quickly as the order was ready (less than 3 minutes) the two burgers were so warm, really ice cold/room temperature. Fries very fresh and warm. Burgers visually flawless...but such stale stuff for takeaway customers to pack. Without words P.S. see other posts, cold dishes have a tradition/system here!!

Was here for the third time and the BigMac was sold out again. I feel slightly ripped off. They didn't have chicken mc nuggets either. Recommended for vegans.

Went there on June 16th, 2024 in the afternoon after swimming to gain some strength. At the end of the story, 16 hours after eating, still having stomach pain, heartburn, nausea and a sleepless night due to the symptoms. Despite being "freshly" made, the food was lukewarm to cold, half was forgotten and the BBQ sauce on this chicken burger tasted like it had been open for weeks. The bacon on the burgers also tasted more than just old. The onion rings were also a disgrace, they looked for the onion in there. This mayo on the burgers tasted old, rancid and very sour. We decided not to go to this shop anymore and would rather make our own food at home. Then you know what you're more likely to put in your mouth. P.s. That also explains why the store is empty every time you drive there.

I don't need to review the food 🍔, normal Burger King quality. The slightly stressed service lady was noticeably snotty and rude, even though we were the only customer. I don't even want to know how she behaves when it's rush hour 😅😅
