Like a well-coordinated football team, they made a perfect pass: a big smile, a quick apology and within minutes my longed-for chili cheeseburger was in my hands. And guys, the taste was worth the wait! The chili hit the spot and the cheese was so melted it felt like it had just been in a sauna. A happy ending, Burger King style! Conclusion: Mistakes happen, but when the team reacts so professionally and charmingly, you can only be satisfied. 5 out of 5 stars – just for the show!

Service staff absolute disaster. I wanted to place my food order at the counter. After I stood in front of the two women talking for about 30 seconds and waited until someone asked me what I wanted to eat, one of them rudely directed me to the terminals to order there. The wording was something like "order there if it's not a problem". They probably just wanted to continue talking. After me, other customers were sent to the terminal rather than taking their orders in person. The two of them were almost completely unnecessary there, as they didn't do anything except fire the food and drink onto the tray and then listlessly say the order number and then disappear again, no "enjoy your meal" or anything else. August 28th, 2024, 12 p.m. I was there.

As quickly as the order was ready (less than 3 minutes) the two burgers were so warm, really ice cold/room temperature. Fries very fresh and warm. Burgers visually flawless...but such stale stuff for takeaway customers to pack. Without words P.S. see other posts, cold dishes have a tradition/system here!!

Was here for the third time and the BigMac was sold out again. I feel slightly ripped off. They didn't have chicken mc nuggets either. Recommended for vegans.

Went there on June 16th, 2024 in the afternoon after swimming to gain some strength. Despite being "freshly" made, the food was lukewarm to cold, half was forgotten and the BBQ sauce on this chicken burger tasted like it had been open for weeks. The bacon on the burgers also tasted more than just old. The onion rings were also a disgrace, they looked for the onion in there. This mayo on the burgers tasted old, rancid and very sour. We decided not to go to this shop anymore and would rather make our own food at home. Then you know what you're more likely to put in your mouth. P.s. That also explains why the store is empty every time you drive there.

The Burger King at this location has declined significantly over the years. The ice cream machine hasn't worked for 6 years, but ice cream is still offered. There are friendly employees, but unfortunately in the minority. But the biggest shame is that I was recently at the drive-in with a friend and we ordered a chicken nugget burger and a double cheeseburger, which together cost around 6 euros on the price board, which is way too expensive. Die Preise sind jeden Monat am steigen. Die Qualität und der Service leider nicht. Das wäre ja Mal was :) die Burger waren ein wenig labber und dann wurde bei den wenigen Zutaten auch noch was vergessen. Sorry aber das echt mit so wenig zuneigung gemacht. Das kann leider nicht schmecken. Die Pommes sind im Vergleich zu anderen Pommes von sehr minderer Qualität. Die Entmenschlichung durch das bedienen an Touch Screens ist nichts für mich. Ich mag Lieber Menschen die mich bedienen.

Es ist wirklich schon Programm vei Burger King generell, dass es NIE Milchshakes gibt. Dann fährt man halt zum M dafür ;) Für 4 bestellte Menüs gab es eine Serviette. Da ist noch Luft nach oben.

Das Essen war sehr gut, schmeckte ausgewogen und wurde frisch zubereitet. Damit war der Burger genau so, wie ich es mir gewünscht hatte. Die Pommes nur leicht gesalzen, was ich sehr gut fand. Das Ambiente leidet leider etwas. Es wirkt wie in einer Kandine der älteren Generation. Kinder bleiben hier auf der Strecke keine Möglichkeit der Beschäftigung. Rundum war es für mich ausreichend und angenehm, daher werde ich auch wieder kommen.

War ganz ok ,, die Bedienung war sehr langsam und man hatte das Gefühl als ob sie keine Lust hatte obwohl es erst 19Uhr war . Sauber war das Restaurant. Das habe ich da schon öfter anders gesehen. Im grossen und ganzen 3 Sterne.

Achtung, wirklich nur für Fast Food nutzbar, sonst kostet es 45 Euro! Höchstparkdauer sind 60 Minuten, die Kennzeichen werden von Kameras erfasst und ausgewertet. Da man bei der Einfahrt meistens nicht exakt auf die Uhr guckt und auf das Gefühl angewiesen ist, sollte man nach gefühlt 45 Minuten spätestens aufbrechen. Für ein Dessert mit Wartezeit an den Bestellautomaten ist das zu knapp. Am 14.07. war ich 1,75 Stunden dort und wartete auf ein verspätetes Flugzeug. Ich gab 3 Bestellungen auf und benutzte eine Parkscheibe. Die Rechnung über 45 Euro kam 2 Wochen später. Also mehrere Bestellungen sind hier nicht erwünscht und sehr teuer.

Irgendwie unorganisiert gewesen. Der Laden fast leer und trotzdem hat es gedauert bis überhaupt die Bestellung aufgenommen wurde. Bestellsäulen gibt es hier auch noch nicht. Pommes und Burger waren dann leider auch eher nur noch knapp über Körpertemperatur. Gibt deutlich bessere Filialen.

Erste mal seit 12 Jahren wieder bei Burgerking gewesen und bin echt enttäuscht von der Leistung nächstes mal Burgerking dann wieder in 12 Jahren

Ist ok, ist halt ein Burger King. Allerdings muss man immer relativ lange warten wenn man rein geht, vor allem nachts. So weit man sieht alles sauber und in der Regel wirklich nettes Personal vor Ort. Normalerweise ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Kommt sehr drauf an zu welcher Uhrzeit man diesen Burger King besucht und wer hinter der Theke steht. Aber im Großen und Ganzen sind meist alle freundlich und bemüht.

Unverschämter Service! Ich bin heute als vierter und letzter Gast im Lokal vor der Theke in der Warteschlange gestanden um 20:55. Nach ca. 2 min Wartezeit verscheuchte mich die "Dame des Hauses" weil es keinen Service mehr für mich gibt (für die anderen 3 gab es offenbar noch was). Da sie danach sofort die Außenbeleuchtung abgedreht hat, geh ich davon aus das sie vergessen hatte rechtzeitig zuzusperren. Aber einen von 4 Gästen dann rauszuwerfen, weil sie keine Lust mehr hatte alle Leute zu bedienen ist wirklich ein starkes Stück. Eine Schande für eine Fastfoodkette, die ich ansonsten gerne mal besuche.

Leider unmotivierter Mitarbeiter, der keine Lust mehr auf seine Arbeit hatte. Wollte nur Zwiebeln und eine Soße auf dem Burger haben, das ist nämlich bei jedem BK bis jetzt immer gratis gewesen. Ist jetzt nicht so die Welt gewesen, 40 Cent mehr zu zahlen, aber es geht auch kundenorientierter. Sonst war das Essen lecker und nichts zu meckern. Vielleicht kann kann das Restaurant in nächster Zeit mal saniert werden.
